00:01:45.000 This is a story that has been bubbling up for the last couple of weeks, about about a month and a half.
00:01:52.000 You might remember a judge in Alabama came in and said that human life begins at conception.
00:01:57.000 We agree with that on this program.
00:01:59.000 We're 100% pro-life.
00:02:02.000 And therefore, it got interpreted that IVF, otherwise known as in vitro fertilization, and the practice of fertilizing eggs using that process, could be illegal if the embryos are discarded.
00:02:18.000 Now, I'm going to get into the weeds on this because it's very, very important.
00:02:22.000 So there was a lot of outrage, a lot of rancor, because IVF is very popular.
00:02:30.000 IVF has been used now successfully 5 million times.
00:02:35.000 5 million people are alive today thanks to IVF since it has become popularized and a mainstream medical practice.
00:02:46.000 Democrats seized on this.
00:02:48.000 Republicans, as they traditionally are, were on their heels.
00:02:50.000 They didn't know how to message on this.
00:02:53.000 And last evening needs to be a warning.
00:02:56.000 It's a warning that is now correlating with other data that we are seeing.
00:02:59.000 Other data that is showing Joe Biden leading Donald Trump in the key states.
00:03:05.000 And that does not even count their ballot chasing mechanism, their voter registration advantage, all the shenanigans.
00:03:11.000 This is a wake-up call, everybody.
00:03:12.000 But let's start with what we can fix.
00:03:16.000 Last evening was a special election outside of Huntsville, Alabama.
00:03:20.000 Great spot.
00:03:20.000 Been there many times.
00:03:22.000 I love Alabama.
00:03:24.000 There's a special election district in Alabama's 10th state house district.
00:03:30.000 This district, Donald Trump won by one point in 2020.
00:03:36.000 In 2022, it went Republican by seven points.
00:03:41.000 So this is a red district.
00:03:44.000 It is the exurbs of Huntsville.
00:03:48.000 Now, this is a local race, and it was a special election to fill a seat of someone who actually committed voter fraud, the stuff that we're told that never happens.
00:03:56.000 It was an election between Democrat Marilyn Lands and Republican Teddy Powell.
00:04:00.000 Now, mind you, this is very low turnout, but it's an election nevertheless.
00:04:05.000 In the suburbs of Huntsville, Alabama, a district that was a seven-point Republican district went 26 points for the Democrats last evening.
00:04:20.000 A 33-point swing.
00:04:23.000 Marilyn Lands ran on one issue, which is IVF. 1.00
00:04:28.000 She ran on a single issue that she was going to protect in vitro fertilization. 1.00
00:04:33.000 And she swung a district by 33 points in what is considered to be one of the most conservative states in the country.
00:04:41.000 This is a wake-up call, everybody.
00:04:43.000 It's a canary in the coal mine.
00:04:45.000 So let's take a step back.
00:04:46.000 I'm 100% pro-life.
00:04:48.000 In fact, I go into the most anti-life places on the planet, universities, and contest for the unborn, to contest for those who cannot fight for themselves. 0.99
00:05:00.000 Now, there are some in the pro-life community that are against IVF.
00:05:04.000 They're against it for many reasons.
00:05:06.000 They say that we should not synthetically get involved in the creation of life.
00:05:11.000 Some say that, you know, they do not like the discarding of embryos.
00:05:15.000 And I can agree with that.
00:05:16.000 We'll talk about it.
00:05:18.000 But I'm going to just tell you one of many stories that I've encountered.
00:05:23.000 There was a couple that I know very well, and they tried for 10 years, 10 years to get pregnant.
00:05:34.000 They did everything they could.
00:05:36.000 And they were, is it the man's fault?
00:05:38.000 Is it the woman's fault? 0.99
00:05:40.000 And for anyone that has struggled with infertility, thankfully, you know, we don't have that problem.
00:05:46.000 They say next to cancer, it is the hardest medical issue for an individual to go through.
00:05:52.000 Now, I want to make sure this is clear because this couple are the opposite of the pro-abortion fanatics.
00:06:02.000 They're Christian.
00:06:02.000 They were faithful.
00:06:03.000 They were praying that God would bless them with a child.
00:06:07.000 All they wanted was a family.
00:06:11.000 That's all they wanted.
00:06:13.000 Every night they would get on their knees and pray for a child.
00:06:17.000 But for one reason or another, a genetic reason, they were not able to conceive.
00:06:26.000 After 10 years, they decided to entertain the last resort in vitro fertilization, which essentially takes the female egg, fertilizes it, and then re-implants the egg during the ovulation period with the attempt for the egg to attach to the uterine wall.
00:06:50.000 And if it sticks, then the continued fertilization process is able to hopefully get through gestation and the baby can develop and be born after 40 weeks.
00:07:06.000 And this couple finally, after 10 years, was able to have a child.
00:07:10.000 The most pro-life Christian couple that you could find.
00:07:14.000 It is the opposite of the attitude that I find from so many people that casually go into an abortion clinic and shout their abortion.
00:07:26.000 These are couples that if they were graced by God to have a baby developing in the womb, they would stay away from an abortion clinic.
00:07:40.000 Now, it's important to add that this Christian couple was then called by the IVF clinic.
00:07:47.000 And they said, what do you want to do with those embryos?
00:07:49.000 Because what happens is you create lots of embryos in the process.
00:07:53.000 And in this article here, MedPage Today, it says 99% of the time when people are done with family building, they have no need for remaining embryos.
00:08:01.000 They opt to have them discarded.
00:08:03.000 This Christian couple said, no, we don't want them discarded.
00:08:05.000 We want them donated.
00:08:07.000 And those embryos were donated for other families that very well might want to go through the same process.
00:08:15.000 They were not discarded.
00:08:16.000 They were not destroyed.
00:08:18.000 And that is my position on the IVF issue.
00:08:21.000 And it's not an insignificant one.
00:08:22.000 You see here in the House seat in Alabama, it can swing a Republican district by 26 points.
00:08:31.000 The issue really is on the discarding of embryos.
00:08:34.000 And I think a pragmatic, middle-of-the-road approach is don't discard them, have them donated or have them stored for potential future use.
00:08:42.000 That if we believe life begins at conception, don't smash them, don't throw them away.
00:08:47.000 You can have them frozen.
00:08:49.000 I think that is an appropriate, pragmatic middle ground.
00:08:55.000 But what a shame it would be if all of a sudden we have an underwhelming election this November because we cannot get our act together on an issue that 80 to 90% of the people of this country are in enthusiastic support of IVF.
00:09:15.000 Alabama, you would think, is a place that Republicans can dominate regardless of that.
00:09:21.000 If Democrats can swing a district in Alabama by 26 points, albeit low voter turnout, what could they do in Arizona?
00:09:28.000 What could they do in Georgia?
00:09:30.000 What can they do in Michigan?
00:09:32.000 What can they do in Wisconsin?
00:09:34.000 Imagine we have the entire civilization hanging in the balance.

00:09:41.000 Our currency is becoming worth less every single day.

00:09:48.000 We have an illegitimate regime that is using the deep state bureaucracy to go after patriotic Americans.

00:12:26.000 In fact, late last evening on a group chat, I was attacked by a pro-life leader for even suggesting that IVF could be used for potential good, that certain Christian families could use IVF in an ethical and biblical way.

00:12:47.000 We have to outlaw it.
00:12:48.000 I said that.
00:12:50.000 So let's just be very clear on this.
00:12:53.000 I think my pro-life credentials are pretty good.
00:12:59.000 It's not a competition, but I go and speak at pro-life banquets across the country.

00:13:32.000 Here's a reality, though, is that a lot of people that are in the pro-life advocacy world, not all of them, you got some great people out there.
00:13:41.000 You got Lila Rose, you got Seth Gruber, you got Kristen Hawkins.
00:13:43.000 I love all of them.
00:13:44.000 They're terrific.
00:13:45.000 They're friends.
00:13:45.000 But other ones, they're very wary of getting involved in politics.
00:13:51.000 And they say, I don't care about politics.
00:13:52.000 And let's just be honest, if you don't win, you're never going to get anything pro-life done.
00:13:55.000 You're not going to be able to get any laws, any adjustments in public policy.
00:14:00.000 So you need to win elections.
00:14:02.000 You need to win elections.
00:14:05.000 If you don't win, then you're nothing more than a rancorous fringe that hopes things get better.
00:14:14.000 And not to mention all the other issues that are pro-life issues.
00:14:17.000 Parental notification, strong families, the trans issue is increasingly a pro-life issue.
00:14:24.000 And if you don't have political power, you're not able to get any policies done that might advance how you want to see the world.
00:14:33.000 So you have to win elections.
00:14:35.000 And you need to make sure the Republican Party itself remains pro-life.
00:14:39.000 I mentioned both these things, but there are some Republicans.
00:14:42.000 And again, I get it from both sides.
00:14:43.000 And that's how you know that you're over the target.
00:14:45.000 There's other people, I would say more in the donor class, that are saying, Charlie, you got to drop the abortion issue.
00:14:52.000 Stop talking about it.
00:14:53.000 You know, we've lost some donors, some serious donors.
00:14:56.000 And by the way, the Lord has blessed us significantly tenfold.
00:14:58.000 We've made up for it beyond the belief.
00:14:59.000 They say, if you ever talk about abortion again, I'm done.
00:15:01.000 I'm not going to give you money.
00:15:02.000 I said, well, I am going to talk about it.
00:15:03.000 It's a personal issue for me.
00:15:06.000 I care about it morally.
00:15:07.000 I talk about other things too, but I'm not going to stray away from it because I want to make sure that the Republican Party remains a pro-life party.
00:15:14.000 There's other people that say that it's the only thing we should talk about.
00:15:17.000 And anything short of the most firm position is just capitulation.
00:15:25.000 But here's the reality.
00:15:26.000 And you have to tackle this head on.
00:15:29.000 And I'm telling you, this Alabama thing is a warning shot.
00:15:34.000 You go from an R plus seven district to a D plus 26 district in the suburbs of Huntsville, Alabama, in a special election.
00:15:42.000 If we go into this election as a party demanding unreasonable restrictions on IVF or immediately saying that we want a national ban on abortion, which we don't even have the votes for, polling indicates that we will lose.
00:15:58.000 Let me repeat: if this election is a referendum on IVF or a national abortion ban, we will lose.
00:16:04.000 That doesn't save any babies, by the way.
00:16:06.000 It is never good for the cause to intentionally lose.

00:23:04.000 At the RFK presidential announcement, they started yesterday with a land acknowledgement of the Mukimwa Ohlone Indian tribe.
00:23:14.000 Now, understand, these land acknowledgements are basically saying America is an invalid country.

00:23:24.000 And recent polling shows that RFK takes 70% voters from Democrat, 30% voters from Trump.

00:30:18.000 So this week, several of Diddy's homes were raided by the Department of Homeland Security in a trafficking investigation.
