00:00:32.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:34.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:00:36.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:39.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:43.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:44.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:00:45.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.
00:00:52.000 Turning point USA.
00:00:53.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:02.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:05.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:14.000 Good luck having a wealthy society without truckers.
00:01:19.000 Well, there is now a U.S. convoy that is building that will be going across the country starting very, very soon.
00:01:26.000 And with us is someone from America's frontline truckers, Kip Coltran.
00:01:32.000 Kip, welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:01:34.000 Thank you very much.
00:01:35.000 Good to be here.
00:01:36.000 Thank you.
00:01:37.000 So, Kip, tell us what's going on.
00:01:39.000 Tell us when you guys are planning to go across the country and how people can help.
00:01:46.000 Well, it's pretty simple, really.
00:01:47.000 Our convoy will start the morning of or the night of March 2nd to get the California trucks rolling out.
00:01:54.000 We decided to run them through the night to get them out of the gridlock of California.
00:01:58.000 And so the day of March 2nd at 7 p.m., the trucks will leave California to converge through the night into Quartzite, Arizona, the morning of the 3rd, about 3 in the morning.
00:02:09.000 They'll take a three-hour break there, a four-hour break, and then at seven o'clock in the morning, they'll leave Quartzite, Arizona and head on to Fort Stockton and complete that day.
00:02:20.000 The next day, they'll leave Fort Stockton, make their way to South Louisiana on the fourth.
00:02:25.000 The day of the fifth, we'll get up and run from Sorf, Louisiana to the stretch in between Brunswick, Georgia, and Savannah, Georgia on the fifth.
00:02:32.000 And then by the afternoon of the sixth, we'll leave the Brunswick-Savannah stretch out there on I-95.
00:02:36.000 We'll head up close to a staging area close to Washington, D.C. for the night of the sixth landing to be able to converge with all the other truckers that are participating in this on the day of the seventh.
00:02:47.000 And so, this has just kind of come so grassroots and bottom-up.
00:02:53.000 Tell us a little bit about your story and why you think this is so important to now do in America.
00:03:00.000 Well, that's a good question.
00:03:02.000 And I would offer this for many people.
00:03:03.000 Their story started two years ago when COVID came along.
00:03:07.000 Mine started eight years ago being a patriotic American when I saw an election where they took place and put basically 150 gallons of water into a 100-quart container.
00:03:18.000 It doesn't fit.
00:03:19.000 You cannot win 113% of the vote of precinct.
00:03:22.000 And then, of course, now it just seems to be confirmed with all the stuff with Dominion voting machines and all that, that these elections are no longer truthful.
00:03:29.000 They're no longer of honor to the American people who voted in the first place because it's we, the people, that decide who our elected officials are, not who they so choose with computer manipulation.
00:03:40.000 So, for me, when the COVID thing happened a couple of years ago, I watched my community, I watched our friends, my people, our families be wrought by this.
00:03:49.000 I watched people's lives be ripped up, things slowed down.
00:03:53.000 Certainly, the fear, the psychological aspect.
00:03:56.000 There were so many bad things that happened.
00:03:58.000 And through this, all I'm just sitting here watching, going, something ain't right.
00:04:01.000 And the only thing that I could name it as, just to be brief, was I call it the election infection.
00:04:06.000 Certainly, I've spoken to many doctors and nurses throughout the tenure of this thing, and there's no one better to talk to than the frontline workers dealing directly with this to get their opinion of what they think.
00:04:17.000 I'm not a medical expert, but I'm smart enough to listen to those that are with 30-plus years of experience.
00:04:22.000 And everything points to this just being a typical government sham.
00:04:26.000 Well, you feel a sense of injustice, and that's what you're articulating: is that you feel that things should go a certain way.
00:04:35.000 And you know that in trucking, if you drive on the wrong side of the street, things aren't going to go well.
00:04:41.000 And your whole life has to follow certain rules.
00:04:44.000 You must be on time.
00:04:45.000 You must have the right product.
00:04:47.000 And then your leaders decide to break all the rules.
00:04:50.000 And not just in one area, though, right?
00:04:52.000 Whether it be the ballot mules that we've discovered in Georgia and Arizona, the mail-in balloting, all these different sorts of things.
00:05:00.000 And the mandates seem to be kind of like the final straw, if I'm hearing you correctly, in this kind of volcanic buildup.
00:05:06.000 Is that right?
00:05:08.000 Very much so.
00:05:09.000 It is the proverbial straw that broke the camel's back.
00:05:12.000 When you take someone's wallet and shake it, when you take someone's home and upset it, when you take away the liberties and justices that these people, our veterans, have fought and died for on lands all across the world for all these years, and you manipulate it and you take away our constitutional rights, then you will wake up the sleeping giant.
00:05:31.000 And I'll offer this in making that mention of the sleeping giant.
00:05:34.000 America's people are not domestic terrorists.
00:05:37.000 They're people who want to live their lives, raise their families, live by the golden rule, do right by their brothers and sisters, serve in their communities, and just live their lives without the oppression of the American government and the injustices that they continue to impose upon us by way of either party, science, or personal gain.
00:05:57.000 And that's exactly right.
00:05:58.000 This is really a citizen outcry for justice.
00:06:03.000 You know, it says in the great books that in our soul, we know we yearn for justice.
00:06:09.000 And, you know, you take a toy away from a two-year-old, he or she will say that's not fair.
00:06:15.000 And so you can only push normal people that follow the rules every single day.
00:06:20.000 And all of a sudden, our leaders don't follow those very same rules.
00:06:24.000 And so can you just go through again?
00:06:27.000 I'm sorry, you kind of did it quickly, the cities where people can support you.
00:06:32.000 And you said it was like Quartzite, Arizona, and all that.
00:06:35.000 Just go through that again.
00:06:36.000 I think that's really helpful.
00:06:37.000 I want to try to encourage our listeners to come, you know, give you guys some meals, some support, whatever it can be.
00:06:45.000 And can also, my other question is, can non-truckers join the convoy?
00:06:51.000 Absolutely, absolutely, absolutely.
00:06:53.000 I'll answer all three absolutely to that.
00:06:55.000 Of course, let me go back over the itinerary.
00:06:58.000 Again, our trucks will be leaving.
00:07:00.000 The convoy will begin with our California State Truck Coordinator, Miss Gina DeLaura, out of Fresno, California, the night of March 2nd.
00:07:07.000 She will begin making her way to Quartzite at approximately 7 p.m.
00:07:11.000 She'll drive till about 3 in the morning and land in Quartzite, Arizona.
00:07:16.000 At that point, they'll take a four-hour break.
00:07:18.000 Whoever else converges with her, they'll take the four-hour break, which on that time when they go to break, it'll be the third.
00:07:24.000 They'll take the break.
00:07:24.000 They'll get up, and the whole day of the third, they'll drive from Quartzite, Arizona to Fort Stockton, Texas.
00:07:30.000 Once they get to Fort Stockton, they'll stay the night there.
00:07:34.000 The day of the fourth, if I'm, yes, the day of the fourth.
00:07:38.000 It gets kind of confusing without my notes in front of me.
00:07:39.000 So the day of the fourth, they'll leave Fort Stockton, Texas.
00:07:42.000 They'll make their way to Sulfur, Louisiana.
00:07:43.000 That'll be another hard stop for the night.
00:07:46.000 On the day of the 5th, we'll leave Sophia, Louisiana and head east on I-10, I-12, back to I-10, converge to Jacksonville, Florida, then head up north on I-95 to land in this stretch between Brunswick, Georgia, and Savannah, Georgia.
00:08:00.000 There's a reason, and I'm gonna stop briefly there.
00:08:02.000 There's a reason we're leaving that stretch open.
00:08:05.000 Our expectation is that we come across the country, we expect this thing to build.
00:08:09.000 And when you're working with numbers that you don't know that aren't set in stone because we're not taking a registry, we're just kind of leaving that end open.
00:08:18.000 So that'll be on the 5th.
00:08:19.000 We'll hard stop there between Brunswick and Savannah on the 5th.
00:08:22.000 And on the morning of the 6th, we'll leave that stretch and head on up to a staging area just outside of Washington, D.C. Hard stop for the night.
00:08:29.000 And then on the morning of the 7th with other organized convoys that we're pairing with and converging with.
00:08:35.000 And look, it's not, there's nobody in charge of this, right?
00:08:38.000 Each prospective group has their detail.
00:08:40.000 But when I mention now the 7th, there's so much commingling and so much coming together of American people and a patriotic movement showing unity, solidarity, that on the 7th, when we go into the Washington area, it's going to be like that biblical dam breaking.
00:08:55.000 Just stay peaceful and 100%, right?
00:08:59.000 Because then also they're going to try to do everything they can to infiltrate your group and say things you don't represent.
00:09:06.000 You know all this stuff.
00:09:07.000 But if all of a sudden you start to see weird stuff and weird flags, it's important to denounce it and get them out of there because you know the way the left works.
00:09:15.000 They're going to try to come with all this nonsense and try to stop a beautiful, peaceful movement.
00:09:19.000 So very important you stay at you know, keep it that way.
00:09:22.000 So, um, Kip, thank you so much for joining our program.
00:09:26.000 Um, you know, the truckers, you and all of your, you know, co-workers, you guys kept America afloat, and um, you're the backbone of America.
00:09:37.000 Last thought for the brothers and sisters, we're not just the backbone of America.
00:09:41.000 Every hardworking America out there is the backbone of this country, be it the doctors, the nurses, the school teachers, the pipe fitter, the welder, the mechanic, the guy that changes your tires, the shopkeeper, the convenience store clerk.
00:09:52.000 This is all of our fight.
00:09:54.000 And it's a time now where it not be Republican or Democrat, it not be anything about race, nationality, or creed.
00:10:00.000 It needs to be a time where people come together as Americans and say, we're done.
00:10:04.000 It's time to stand up.
00:10:06.000 Amen.
00:10:06.000 Well, thank you, Kip, so much.
00:10:08.000 And we'll talk to you soon.
00:10:10.000 Thank you.
00:10:10.000 Best of luck.
00:10:11.000 God bless.
00:10:12.000 Thank you all for having me on.
00:10:13.000 Thank you.
00:10:16.000 You've heard me talk about how important it is to have a VPN to protect your online privacy, but choosing a VPN you trust is equally as important.
00:10:23.000 Now, I like to do my own research on my sponsors, and I only recommend brands to my listeners that I believe in.
00:10:29.000 I could say with full confidence that ExpressVPN is the best VPN on the market.
00:10:32.000 Here's why.
00:10:33.000 Number one, ExpressVPN doesn't log your activity online.
00:10:36.000 Lots of cheaper, free VPNs make money by selling your data to advertisers, but ExpressVPN does not do this.
00:10:42.000 They've even developed a technology, trusted server, that makes their VPN servers incapable of storing any data at all.
00:10:48.000 Number two, speed.
00:10:49.000 ExpressVPN now uses Lightway, a new VPN protocol they engineered to make speeds faster than ever.
00:10:55.000 I've tried many VPNs in the past, and they can sometimes slow my connection.
00:10:59.000 But ExpressVPN is always blazing fast and lets me stream videos in HD quality with zero buffering.
00:11:05.000 The last thing that really sets ExpressVPN apart is how easy it is to use.
00:11:09.000 You don't need any technical skills to help get it set up.
00:11:11.000 Just fire up the app, tap one button to connect.
00:11:14.000 That's it.
00:11:14.000 And it's not just me that's saying this.
00:11:16.000 Business Insider, The Verge, and many other tech journals rate ExpressVPN the number one VPN in the world.
00:11:22.000 So protect yourself with the VPN that I trust and use.
00:11:24.000 Use link expressvpn.com/slash Charlie today and get an extra free month's free on a one-year package.
00:11:30.000 That expressvpn.com/slash Charlie, expressvpn.com slash Charlie to learn more.
00:11:38.000 17 Republicans just signed a letter to Joe Biden.
00:11:43.000 I'm reading from Breitbart.com demanding, saying we need more foreign workers.
00:11:49.000 So there are 12 million Americans out of work.
00:11:53.000 There's 35 to 40 million members of my generation that are underemployed.
00:12:00.000 Let me say that again.
00:12:01.000 They are underemployed.
00:12:02.000 So you're not even looking at unemployment.
00:12:05.000 Let's talk about underemployment.
00:12:06.000 Now, what is underemployment?
00:12:09.000 Well, it's someone that went to Wichita State University and they got a degree in Central American Migratory Bird Studies.
00:12:20.000 And they're working as a barista or they're working as some sort of social media manager, but they are clearly underemployed.
00:12:28.000 But don't worry, Senate Republicans are on the job.
00:12:31.000 Senate Republicans believe that while Biden is trying to bring more people into the country, they want to help them do that.
00:12:43.000 Senators asked Biden to speed up the process so employers could get more foreign workers into blue-collar American jobs.
00:12:52.000 So while we have inflation and while things are more expensive, they want to bring in more foreign workers so that you could depress wages.
00:13:03.000 So prices are going up.
00:13:05.000 So let's try to get our own carpenters and plumbers disenfranchised from ever being able to have meaningful work.
00:13:11.000 Why are they doing this?
00:13:13.000 Well, the 17 Republicans who signed the letter, and I respect some of these people, and I philosophically see where Rand Paul is coming from on this.
00:13:22.000 I totally disagree with him.
00:13:23.000 He's more libertarian when it comes to immigration.
00:13:25.000 I am not.
00:13:26.000 But some of these other people, Kevin Kramer, Mike Rounds, Lindsey Graham, James Risch, Lisa Murkowski, Roy Blunt, Cythia Lummis, John Cornyn, Mike Crapo, John Thune, Susan Collins, Pat Toomey, Roger Wicker, Jerry Moran, Rand Paul, who I'm going to exempt Rand Paul because he's been so amazing on Fauci and honestly, he's a friend of mine, and he's just been awesome on many other things.
00:13:48.000 John Barroso and Tim Scott, but they sign it alongside 17 Democrats.
00:13:54.000 And it says, quote, the White House and congressional Democrats.
00:13:58.000 Now, that's a separate quote.
00:14:00.000 This is from R.J. Howman from the Federation for American Immigration Reform saying, quote, Republicans say they're great on the illegal front due to the border crisis, but why not also oppose programs that are rife with abuse, displace American workers, and depress wages?
00:14:18.000 Of course they do.
00:14:20.000 Why are Republicans going out of their way to try and pander to big business who hates you, by the way?
00:14:27.000 Hates you.
00:14:28.000 They say, well, we need more foreign workers for like Disney World.
00:14:32.000 Oh, really?
00:14:32.000 We need to go help Disney World now?
00:14:34.000 Disney, who funds the most grotesque propaganda for your children on Disney Plus, and also is like a Democrat super PAC.
00:14:43.000 Big business wants more labor.
00:14:47.000 And by the way, you might say, well, Charlie, these are people that will become entrepreneurs.
00:14:50.000 That's not what an H2 visa is.
00:14:52.000 An H2B visa is a non-agricultural U.S. work visa.
00:14:59.000 The employment must be of a temporary nature for a limited time of a one-time occurrence, seasonal peak load.
00:15:05.000 It's non-agricultural.
00:15:07.000 So you might be, it's not even about, you know, in Yuma, Arizona, where there is a massive need to try to pick, you know, or harvest agricultural crops.
00:15:16.000 That's not this.
00:15:17.000 This is to try and bring down the wages of Native born Americans.
00:15:24.000 And what countries are eligible for H2 visas?
00:15:28.000 Well, the DHS has just announced an expanded list of countries that are available for H2B visas, including all across the world, including many third world countries.
00:15:42.000 I don't understand what Republicans are thinking when they pander to the needs, wants, and interests of corporate Democrats that would be really bad for their voters.
00:15:56.000 I mean, I just take North and South Dakota, for example, where two of the senators signed this letter.
00:16:02.000 Is this really going to help an average worker in North Dakota to have more competition for muscular labor?
00:16:10.000 If Republicans want to take back the House and the Senate, maybe they shouldn't try to do deals with Democrats that will actually hurt their voters.
00:16:24.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:16:25.000 The left is waging a war on free speech with the help of big tech and the United States government.
00:16:30.000 Thankfully, there are still companies that believe in our Constitution.
00:16:34.000 That's why I'm proud to partner with Patriot Mobile, America's only Christian conservative cell phone provider.
00:16:40.000 They offer broad nationwide coverage because they use the same towers as the major carriers, get the same great service that funding the major carries who donate to leftist causes.
00:16:48.000 Patriot Mobile has plans to fit any budget, and their U.S.-based customer support team provides exceptional service.
00:16:54.000 I know the CEO of Patriot Mobile, Glenn, he's amazing.
00:16:58.000 And Patriot Mobile shares your values and supports organizations fighting for religious freedom, constitutional rights, and the sanctity of life.
00:17:05.000 Make the switch today.
00:17:06.000 Go to patriotmobile.com slash Charlie or call 972 Patriot.
00:17:10.000 Get a free activation with the offer code Charlie.
00:17:12.000 They also have special discounts for our veteran and first responder heroes.
00:17:16.000 Vote with your dollars.
00:17:17.000 Switch to Patriot Mobile.
00:17:18.000 It's patriotmobile.com slash Charlie or call 972 Patriot, patriotmobile.com slash Charlie.
00:17:26.000 Jim Jordan, the legend, one of the most courageous and honestly effective members of Congress for all things that matter.
00:17:34.000 And I'm so honored to have him with us on this breaking news day with the Durham information.
00:17:38.000 Congressman, welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:17:41.000 Good to be with you, Charlie.
00:17:42.000 Thanks for all the good work you're doing.
00:17:44.000 Thank you.
00:17:45.000 So I'm just blown away.
00:17:47.000 I'm blown away that we have now information that shows that Hillary was not just spying on the campaign, but while he was president, the floor is yours.
00:17:56.000 Yeah.
00:17:56.000 And we'll go from there.
00:17:57.000 Yeah.
00:17:58.000 No, you're exactly right.
00:18:00.000 Remember when President Trump said it in 2017, they're spying on me and all the press.
00:18:04.000 And the Democrats said, no, no, no, that's not happening.
00:18:06.000 And then in 2019, we had the Attorney General of the United States say that there was spying took place.
00:18:11.000 There was a basis for his concern about that spying.
00:18:13.000 And of course, the press and the Democrats had the same reaction.
00:18:15.000 No, no, no.
00:18:16.000 Well, now we know for certain that they weren't just spying on President Trump's campaign, but as you point out, they were spying on the sitting president of the United States, spying on the commander-in-chief of the United States.
00:18:28.000 I mean, that is how bad this is.
00:18:30.000 And what I think is amazing is if you read the filing and then what's been written about it, it wasn't just tech executive one, this jappy guy, and Zussman.
00:18:41.000 They were communicating with Mark Elias, the top Democrat, the Democrat top election lawyer, the chief counsel for the Clinton campaign.
00:18:50.000 He was in on this too to some degree.
00:18:53.000 And I think that's telling because this is the guy who is now going around doing all the things he's doing, filing election complaints and concerns against Republicans and the redistricting and everything else.
00:19:04.000 It goes right to the chief counsel of the Clinton campaign based on what we learned from Mr. Durham this weekend.
00:19:12.000 Yeah, and so I was shocked to learn that they actually had back-end access to White House internet activity.
00:19:17.000 People are suggesting this could not be done without intelligence community support.
00:19:22.000 Is that true?
00:19:24.000 Well, I don't know for sure, but it would seem likely.
00:19:26.000 And remember, we already know the FBI was spying on Trump in the campaign.
00:19:31.000 Now we know the Clinton campaign was trying to spy on President Trump as well and then get that information to the FBI.
00:19:42.000 We know Zussman walked in and handed them the thumb drive about the quote Alpha Bank connection that wasn't really there.
00:19:47.000 So this is how the Democrats operate.
00:19:49.000 They go create something, tell the press about the press writes about it.
00:19:53.000 They try to get the intelligence agencies and the government to do something about it, and they create this narrative.
00:19:58.000 And that's exactly what they were doing here.
00:20:01.000 So you got to believe that there was somebody on the inside helping as well.
00:20:06.000 Who that may have been, what agency they may have been working for, we don't know yet.
00:20:11.000 There's certainly likely suspects.
00:20:13.000 I think one of the things I'm struck by is how often the Democrats say, oh, Donald Trump and Republicans are a threat to democracy.
00:20:21.000 And I'm like, you had the Clinton campaign and the FBI spying on the Republicans' presidential candidate and then spying on the actual sitting president of the United States.
00:20:31.000 And somehow they're telling us that we're somehow a threat to democracy.
00:20:35.000 It is almost laughable if it wasn't so deadly serious.
00:20:39.000 MSNBC has come out and they've said one man's spy is another man's whistleblower.
00:20:43.000 And Sussman says in his reply to Durham that it was really not spying and that Durham is politicizing this unnecessarily.
00:20:52.000 And they had reason to suspect suspicious activity.
00:20:56.000 So this is going to be their kind of counter narrative.
00:20:58.000 Like, of course, we had to create a back channel into the White House.
00:21:02.000 I mean, come on.
00:21:02.000 It's not like Trump was a usual president.
00:21:05.000 Please go ahead.
00:21:07.000 Well, you know, though, I just say, Charlie, there's just one problem with that whole, you know, that whole argument is Bob Mueller spent $40 million, 19 lawyers, 40 FBI agents, and three years of our time telling us that, investigating all this, and what did he find?
00:21:22.000 That there was no collusion.
00:21:24.000 So they can say all they want, but we had an investigation that took place and said it wasn't there, nothing whatsoever.
00:21:32.000 All these allegations they brought up against President Trump have just turned out not to be accurate.
00:21:37.000 So they can say that, but the people don't buy it.
00:21:39.000 And then you put it in context.
00:21:42.000 So remember, it was about 10 years ago when we discovered the IRS was targeting all kinds of conservatives around the country.
00:21:49.000 Five years ago, it was the FBI targeting President Trump's campaign, which we were talking about.
00:21:54.000 Four months ago, we learned that it was the Department of Justice targeting parents, and they used the exact same model.
00:22:00.000 They have a template.
00:22:01.000 The model was, oh, the Department of Education went out and solicited from the National School Board Association, give us a letter saying that you think things are happening out there so that we can then get the government to do what we want to do, namely go after moms and dads.
00:22:15.000 And that's exactly what the Justice Department did.
00:22:16.000 So they solicited the information.
00:22:18.000 They created the narrative so they could do what they wanted.
00:22:20.000 Same thing happened with this spying situation.
00:22:23.000 And for them to try to excuse it is just not accurate.
00:22:26.000 Well, not at all.
00:22:27.000 And so I guess I have some other questions, such as how involved is Hillary Clinton in the design of all this?
00:22:33.000 We may never actually get an answer to that.
00:22:35.000 How long was the spying occurring into the executive office of the president of the United States?
00:22:39.000 And finally, you brought up a very important point.
00:22:42.000 Why didn't Bob Mueller discover that a private entity had back-end access, a tunnel into the White House traffic?
00:22:49.000 It's just hard to believe that Bob Mueller couldn't find that.
00:22:53.000 Yeah, no kidding.
00:22:54.000 I mean, what did you spend the 30, 40 million bucks on with all these lawyers and all these agents to do what?
00:23:01.000 To indict 13 Russians that no one's ever going to see or going to know.
00:23:04.000 We frankly don't even really what they did.
00:23:06.000 So, yeah, what was he doing there?
00:23:08.000 To your question about Secretary Clinton, my guess is Hillary Clinton ran the campaign.
00:23:14.000 I mean, it was her campaign.
00:23:16.000 The idea that she didn't know about this, I find hard to believe.
00:23:19.000 Maybe she didn't.
00:23:20.000 Maybe this was, you know, just, you know, the Mark Elias was coordinating this or someone else was.
00:23:25.000 Who knows?
00:23:26.000 But they certainly talked about it right away because we have the tweet coming from Jake Sullivan and from Secretary Clinton herself during the campaign alluding to this issue.
00:23:36.000 So they were sure quick to point it out.
00:23:38.000 Whether they knew about it and orchestrated at all, I don't know, but I find it hard to believe that they did it.
00:23:44.000 Well, and I also want to just say that this is what we've caught them doing.
00:23:47.000 And again, there's no evidence of this, but I could just speculate, what don't we know of what they have done of the last couple of years in this regard?
00:23:56.000 Meaning, how much did they spy on Trump's 2020 campaign, right?
00:24:00.000 Did they have other encrypted type tunnels?
00:24:02.000 I mean, and so, Congressman, if Iran all of a sudden went to some subcontractors at Georgia Tech University, hired them and said, hey, we want to know the internet activity in the White House, we would call that treason, wouldn't we?
00:24:15.000 Of course we would.
00:24:16.000 Of course we would.
00:24:17.000 And let's, I mean, I think one of the key questions is, what did they do with this information?
00:24:22.000 Yes.
00:24:22.000 So you're following the president, spying the sitting president, the commander-in-chief.
00:24:26.000 You're doing that.
00:24:27.000 How was this information used?
00:24:29.000 Because right now, all we know is what Durham has told us.
00:24:31.000 They were trying to create a narrative, create an inference, which, by the way, Charlie, doesn't that sound like you're trying to frame somebody?
00:24:38.000 They were trying to frame the president of the United States.
00:24:42.000 That is frightening.
00:24:43.000 So if they're doing all that, who were they sharing this information with?
00:24:48.000 That's an important question.
00:24:49.000 Did it just go to Dustman?
00:24:52.000 Did it just go to Elias?
00:24:54.000 Did it just go to who?
00:24:55.000 And what did they do with it?
00:24:57.000 So those are the kind of things we need to know.
00:25:00.000 And I think you raised a great question.
00:25:01.000 What were they doing in 2020?
00:25:03.000 So I believe that Republicans are going to take back the House if things are going according to the plan.
00:25:09.000 I think you'll be a chairman of a certain committee.
00:25:12.000 What can you do to help get to the bottom of this?
00:25:15.000 Because I think Durham's going to do what he does, but I don't know if he's going to be tasked necessarily with uncovering every detail around spying on a president of the United States.
00:25:25.000 That might be part of it, but I think he also is trying to hold people criminally accountable.
00:25:30.000 There might be a lot of things that we might not get answers to.
00:25:32.000 Is this something that you're to look into if Republicans get the majority back?
00:25:37.000 Yeah, because it's part of a broader narrative.
00:25:39.000 It's part of a larger context of the government being weaponized against political enemies.
00:25:44.000 And that is not supposed to happen in the United States of America.
00:25:47.000 So we will, I think right now we will start with this school board situation and this, you know, this threat tag label put on moms and dads, but we will build out from there because the Justice Department is something the Judiciary Committee has, you know, deals with, obviously, it has jurisdiction over.
00:26:02.000 So we will start there, I believe, if in fact the American people put us in control of the United States House of Representatives.
00:26:11.000 Well, that's terrific.
00:26:12.000 And so, I mean, I'm glad to hear that.
00:26:14.000 People want justice, especially right now.
00:26:16.000 And then just kind of one or two final kind of points here, Congressman, which I think is really important, which is the media is completely silent on this at all.
00:26:26.000 I mean, you look at the numbers.
00:26:28.000 I think CNN did two minutes.
00:26:29.000 Every other network hasn't covered this at all.
00:26:31.000 Washington Post has said, oh, no, Trump really wasn't spied on me.
00:26:34.000 Come on, who cares if the internet activity was monitored?
00:26:37.000 And by the way, we already know that Trump was spied on unofficially.
00:26:40.000 How else were they able to impeach him over a phone call if people weren't listening to his private conversations?
00:26:45.000 And they don't call that spying.
00:26:46.000 They call that listening, whatever.
00:26:47.000 The point is that a private phone call that was perfectly fine, they went after him.
00:26:51.000 They said, oh, it's a whistleblower.
00:26:53.000 And so what we're really looking at here, though, and I just want your kind of riffing comments on this, is we really have two governments, one that is kind of the temporary representative of the people.
00:27:04.000 And then one is kind of this like permanent, we call it the deep state, we call it the fourth estate, we call it the unelected.
00:27:09.000 But the question is really who has the power?
00:27:12.000 And I think it's going to be up to the new Congress to hopefully rebalance the structure of the Constitution.
00:27:18.000 I think it's maybe the most important thing we have to do because this idea that people who never put their name on a ballot don't go out and talk directly to the American people, don't get elected to office to make the decisions, somehow that the unelected folks are making the decisions.
00:27:33.000 And Dr. Fauci is running our lives.
00:27:36.000 Always say, when did Dr. Fauci ever get elected to anything?
00:27:39.000 But he's the highest paid official in the United States government, and he has ran our lives for the last year and a half.
00:27:45.000 That is not how it works in the United States of America.
00:27:47.000 So it's this broad issue of this unelected bureaucracy, the so-called experts running our life.
00:27:54.000 And you're exactly right, Charlie.
00:27:55.000 That's what happened in impeachment number one.
00:27:57.000 These folks at the State Department said, How dare the president of the United States, how dare the commander-in-chief decide who gets to be ambassador, what our foreign policy is?
00:28:06.000 How dare he do that?
00:28:07.000 It's supposed to be us, quote, expert following.
00:28:09.000 Remember the term they use, the interagency process for making decisions.
00:28:13.000 Well, forget that.
00:28:15.000 The process for making decisions is we decide who's going to be president of the United States.
00:28:19.000 That individual has the power to decide our foreign policy and make decisions, regardless, frankly, of what the quote experts may say.
00:28:25.000 Now, he's going to listen to them.
00:28:26.000 And we had some great ones with President Trump, like Mike Pompeo and others who helped with foreign policy.
00:28:31.000 But it ultimately goes to the person whose name is on the ballot.
00:28:34.000 So that is a huge issue that we've got to change in Washington, D.C.
00:28:39.000 Yeah, I mean, you have a situation where a president is duly elected and they don't like it.
00:28:44.000 So they build a back-end tunnel to spy on frame, try to trip him into an ability to remove it.
00:28:50.000 I mean, the entire promise of the American Constitution was under assault from day one.
00:28:54.000 It's a lot bigger than Trump.
00:28:56.000 And I hope people realize that.
00:28:57.000 Congressman, thank you so much for everything you're doing.
00:28:59.000 And we're going to do everything we can to get you the majority back.
00:29:01.000 So thank you.
00:29:02.000 God bless you.
00:29:03.000 Thank you.
00:29:04.000 Talk to you soon.
00:29:04.000 Thank you.
00:29:07.000 Look, with all the different makes and models of cars, it can be very confusing.
00:29:11.000 I'm not a car guy.
00:29:12.000 I'm not.
00:29:13.000 And I get ripped off.
00:29:14.000 If I go to a traditional storefront, it's a disaster.
00:29:14.000 Okay.
00:29:17.000 It really is.
00:29:18.000 You know, these people that know a lot about cars, they're selling me all sorts of weird and wacky things.
00:29:23.000 They're like, you need a flagpole and you need a Wilson wire and you need a Hamilton bar and all this different sorts of stuff.
00:29:31.000 Never heard of it.
00:29:31.000 Okay, sure.
00:29:32.000 Here's the credit card.
00:29:33.000 Next thing you know, it's thousands of dollars later and I've been ripped off.
00:29:36.000 Well, look, you have computers, so you can access rockauto.com at home and in your pocket.
00:29:41.000 So you should repair and maintain your cars.
00:29:43.000 It's a way to save money and you can use them for other important things like mortgages and food.
00:29:47.000 So go to rockauto.com.
00:29:49.000 That's rockauto.com.
00:29:50.000 Their prices are reliably low at rockauto.com always offers the lowest prices possible rather than changing prices based on what the market will bear like airlines do.
00:29:59.000 Rockauto.com is a family business serving auto parts customers online for 20 years.
00:30:04.000 Go to rockauto.com to shop for auto and body parts from hundreds of manufacturers.
00:30:09.000 Best of all, prices at rockauto.com are reliably low.
00:30:12.000 Go to rockauto.com right now to see all the parts available for your car or truck.
00:30:16.000 Charlie Kirk and the how did you hear about us?
00:30:18.000 So they know that we sent you.
00:30:20.000 Amazing selection, reliably low prices, all the parts your car will ever need, rockauto.com.
00:30:28.000 Part of the media's trick is going to be, look, Hillary's out of the picture.
00:30:32.000 She's a grandma and like, let's leave her alone.
00:30:35.000 No, no, no.
00:30:36.000 The entire scheme to spy on a sitting president, which would otherwise be called an insurrection or treason.
00:30:44.000 So let's think about it.
00:30:45.000 Who spies?
00:30:47.000 Well, you spy on your enemies.
00:30:49.000 We used to spy on the Soviet Union.
00:30:51.000 And when spies are caught, they are tortured, imprisoned, and sometimes killed.
00:30:57.000 In fact, there were many instances of American spies in the Cold War that were imprisoned and tortured, and some suspected even to be killed.
00:31:05.000 Spy wars are something that is quite, well, it's documented probably better than Hollywood than anyone else.
00:31:11.000 There's tons of movies about spy wars and that entire genre.
00:31:14.000 It's very appealing.
00:31:16.000 But when you have Hillary Clinton that does a domestic spy operation as if she's the KGB against the American government, everyone's going to be like, oh, no, it's just Hillary.
00:31:26.000 No, no, no, no.
00:31:27.000 It's broader than that.
00:31:28.000 It's Mark Elias and Jake Sullivan as well, reading from thefederalist.com.
00:31:33.000 Americans can't trust a liar like Jake Sullivan to be honest about the threats facing the nation when he's guilty of fabricating them.
00:31:40.000 Jake Sullivan right now has power.
00:31:42.000 No one voted for Jake Sullivan.
00:31:44.000 Jake Sullivan is closer to an insurrectionist than the Chewbacca guy that went up to the Senate and started screaming.
00:31:51.000 Jake Sullivan is a political insurrectionist.
00:31:56.000 How?
00:31:58.000 Well, it's because in a scandal bigger than Watergate, he and his anti-Trump cronies, Jordan Boyd writes, took the information gathered through covert mining and orchestrated the lie that then presidential candidate was secretly communicating with the Russian Alpha Bank.
00:32:13.000 This lie was then peddled to a federal law enforcement agency such as the FBI for further justification to spy on Trump and his campaign.
00:32:22.000 So you have the hoaxer himself, Jake Sullivan, who has legitimate power over the national security apparatus right now under Biden.
00:32:30.000 He's Biden's crony who wants to get us in a war with Ukraine.
00:32:33.000 Why?
00:32:33.000 To probably distract from some of this.
00:32:36.000 But then you also have Mark Elias.
00:32:38.000 So who is Mark Elias?
00:32:39.000 Mark Elias is the chief bully who comes in and sues on behalf of quote unquote voting reform efforts.
00:32:52.000 He runs a website called democracydocket.com, which is not the only organization he oversees.
00:33:00.000 Mark Elias kind of looks like a Tony Soprano type.
00:33:03.000 He is a dark, disturbed individual who is willing to fight in the trenches and fight in the streets.
00:33:10.000 You got to give him credit.
00:33:11.000 He's willing to fight nasty.
00:33:13.000 He has partnered with Stacey Abrams and many others.
00:33:16.000 He goes in and sues on the redistricting maps.
00:33:19.000 He sues all across the board.
00:33:20.000 One of the reasons why Republicans have failed so miserably on redistricting, despite an opportunity to do quite well, is because of people like Mark Elias.
00:33:31.000 Republicans are afraid of Mark Elias.
00:33:34.000 Well, Mark Elias just so happens to be very involved in the architecting or the designing of the Hillary Clinton scheme to spy on a sitting president of the United States.
00:33:47.000 And Mark Elias was the chief counsel, general counsel to the Hillary Clinton campaign and also to John Kerry in 2004.
00:33:56.000 So basically, Mark Elias is known to represent Democrat candidates when they lose.
00:34:02.000 But he has decided to become nastier.
00:34:05.000 He left the law firm Perkins Cooey to start the Elias law group.
00:34:10.000 And basically, Mark Elias is making literally millions of dollars from quote-unquote dark money Democrat donors who put their money in a series of 501c4 organizations to then give him money to go sue to go change voting laws.
00:34:24.000 He tweeted out yesterday.
00:34:26.000 Today, Kansas was sued over illegal maps.
00:34:28.000 Florida, voting rights trial continued.
00:34:30.000 Georgia, redistricting hearings concluded.
00:34:32.000 North Carolina issued a key redistricting opinion.
00:34:35.000 In short, democracy was on the docket.
00:34:37.000 That's his whole shebang.
00:34:39.000 His deal is to bring money from Lorene Powell Jobs and other people through his organizations to hyper-aggressively sue under the 1964 Civil Rights Act.
00:34:51.000 He is the centerpiece.
00:34:53.000 In some ways, Mark Elias is way more powerful than the Podestas are right now.
00:34:58.000 You know, Podesta, there was a lot done, you know, kind of around a lot of research around Podesta.
00:35:03.000 Elias is the new character.
00:35:07.000 He is the centerpiece.
00:35:09.000 Mark Elias wants fundamental cultural and civilizational transformation.
00:35:14.000 He's willing to get into the streets to fight about it.
00:35:16.000 But guess what?
00:35:17.000 There's a little problem.
00:35:18.000 Mark Elias is likely implicated in this entire scheme to sit on a sitting president of the United States alongside Jake Sullivan.
00:35:25.000 I have a question.
00:35:26.000 If a sitting national security advisor is indicted, how does that work?
00:35:29.000 Does the FBI raid the White House?
00:35:32.000 Just curious.
00:35:35.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
