00:00:33.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:34.000 Here we go.
00:00:35.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:37.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campuses.
00:00:39.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:42.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:45.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:46.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:00:48.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.
00:00:55.000 Turning point USA.
00:00:56.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:05.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:08.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:17.000 Charlie, it's not just Jane's Revenge.
00:01:19.000 Ruth Sent Us is another dangerous activist abortion group.
00:01:22.000 What can normal citizens do, Adam?
00:01:24.000 Okay, there is a series of domestic terror groups that are pro-abortion, and they are not even close to subtly openly threatening to firebomb and attack pro-life churches or pro-life ministries or pro-life clinics.
00:01:41.000 There have been 40 firebomb attacks that have occurred in states across the country, including Texas, Mississippi, Iowa.
00:01:51.000 And so if you run a pro-life clinic, many of these have been vandalized.
00:01:54.000 Some of them have had Molotov cocktails thrown in them.
00:01:56.000 This is getting no attention at all from the press.
00:01:59.000 40 of them.
00:02:00.000 And it is obviously coordinated.
00:02:02.000 Yes, this is domestic terrorism.
00:02:04.000 Yes, this would warrant a Department of Justice investigation.
00:02:07.000 Yes, there's going to be more of this if we do not stop it.
00:02:11.000 And so I didn't get a chance to play this tape fully, but this is an audio recording of Jane's Revenge, the terror organization that just released this blatant threat to continue their campaign against pro-life pregnancy centers.
00:02:26.000 Play cut 124.
00:02:28.000 You have seen that we are real.
00:02:30.000 We are not merely pushing empty words.
00:02:33.000 We are not one group, but many.
00:02:35.000 We were unsurprised to see 30 days come and 30 days pass with no sign of consilience.
00:02:42.000 From here forward, any anti-choice group who closes their doors and stops operating will no longer be a target.
00:02:51.000 But until you do, it's open season and we know where your operations are.
00:02:57.000 The infrastructure of the enslavers will not survive.
00:03:01.000 You are already one of us.
00:03:02.000 Everyone with the urge to paint, to burn, to cut, to jam.
00:03:08.000 Now is the time.
00:03:09.000 Go forth and manifest the things you wish to see.
00:03:13.000 Stay safe and practice your cursive Jane's Revenge.
00:03:18.000 An open threat.
00:03:20.000 40 attacks from Jane's Revenge.
00:03:22.000 And from my understanding, there have not been mass arrests.
00:03:25.000 But don't worry, school board moms that show up to school board meetings, they're under surveillance by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
00:03:32.000 Trump officials have their apartments being raided because they participated in a legal challenge to the 2020 election.
00:03:41.000 James O'Keefe's apartment was raided because he tried to manage a diary from the form from President Biden who sent a secret police.
00:03:51.000 Where is the FBI right now?
00:03:52.000 Why is the FBI not listening to that tape and saying, whoa, we need a full court press?
00:03:59.000 So, what can be done?
00:04:00.000 Republican attorney generals need to start to arrest some of these criminals now before someone dies.
00:04:08.000 This kind of domestic terrorism of burning down people's property because you don't like their political views or because they're pro-life clinics, it's not even remotely acceptable.
00:04:19.000 So, if the federal government is not going to do that, because they're not, the federal government's not enforcing laws protecting Supreme Court justices' homes.
00:04:26.000 Just another side note, just for all you keeping score at home, they tried to assassinate Brett Kavanaugh.
00:04:33.000 Hello, this has already gotten wildly out of control.
00:04:36.000 How that all of a sudden escaped our news cycle?
00:04:39.000 Question: If someone tried to assassinate Katanji Brown Jackson, do you think you would have heard about it for more than a day?
00:04:46.000 If someone tried to assassinate Stephen Breyer or Soda Mayor or Kagan, do you think that would have been front page news for more than kind of a little subtle thing?
00:04:54.000 On the Sunday news shows after the attempted assassination of Brett Kavanaugh, zero mention on almost any mainstream media, zero.
00:05:02.000 So, what can we do about it?
00:05:03.000 Republican attorney generals need to realize: okay, the Department of Justice and the FBI is not going to do this.
00:05:08.000 We're going to do this.
00:05:10.000 So, I'm calling on my friend Ken Paxton.
00:05:12.000 You've got to start arresting people.
00:05:15.000 Mississippi Attorney General, you got to start arresting people.
00:05:18.000 We need to start seeing people in handcuffs that have committed crimes that have burned down or threatened to burn down pro-life centers because they have a view they don't like.
00:05:29.000 Okay, another question here: Brian from Alabama asks, Charlie, is it true that companies are now paying their employees to get abortions?
00:05:37.000 Thanks so much.
00:05:38.000 Yes.
00:05:39.000 So, a now growing list of companies are going to be paying for the travel costs and other costs associated for their employees to be able to terminate their children.
00:05:50.000 Some of these companies include Amazon, Levi Strauss, JPMorgan Chase, Starbucks, Yelp, Microsoft, Apple, Citigroup, MasterCard, Netflix, Tesla, and Lyft.
00:06:01.000 Now, isn't it amazing that these major companies don't go out of their way to try to pay for the costs to have the child?
00:06:08.000 Wouldn't it make more sense if Amazon, and they're a $1.1 trillion company, okay, Amazon, that's a trillion-dollar company, Levi Strauss, JPMorgan, Starbucks, Yelp, Microsoft over a trillion, Apple over a trillion, nearly two, Citigroup, MasterCard, Netflix, Tesla, which is nearly a trillion-dollar company, and Tesla, what is Tesla doing with that?
00:06:25.000 That's just not good.
00:06:26.000 Again, I always had nuance versus Elon.
00:06:28.000 Couldn't disagree more.
00:06:29.000 Elon should get in and say that dog's not going to hunt.
00:06:32.000 Not acceptable.
00:06:34.000 Why don't they say we're going to pay for expenses for you to have the child?
00:06:40.000 Say, okay, we're going to reverse this.
00:06:42.000 If you decide to have your child, you get a $10,000 bonus.
00:06:48.000 Some of these companies have like unbelievably medieval and archaic family leave policies.
00:06:54.000 I'm a big believer in generous family leave policies.
00:06:58.000 At Turning Point USA, we have a pretty good one, mostly out of principle because we believe that people should have families and big families are important for a civilization, makes people happier.
00:07:06.000 But now these companies are going out of their way: Amazon, Levi Strauss, JP Morgan, Starbucks, Yelp, Microsoft, Apple, Citigroup, MasterCard, Netflix, Tesla, Lyft, to go pay for people to leave a state and pay for their abortion.
00:07:19.000 Abortion tourism is about to become a booming industry in America.
00:07:24.000 Abortion tourism will be somebody who goes from Alabama to California to terminate their child.
00:07:32.000 Now, thankfully, because of these laws, it is going to have a, let's say, a receding effect because some people are going to be like, I don't want to go through the trouble.
00:07:42.000 That's so far away.
00:07:42.000 It's expensive, all these different things.
00:07:44.000 These companies want to create a no-excuse policy to be able to have an abortion.
00:07:49.000 Okay, let's get to another question here.
00:07:51.000 Let's get this one here.
00:07:53.000 Hi, Charlie.
00:07:54.000 How can I, big fan, thank you from the San Fernando Valley in California, big fan, how can I convince more women in my community?
00:08:01.000 Latino community overturning Roe versus Wade is also a victory for them.
00:08:04.000 Well, in California, it remains unmoved.
00:08:06.000 The Hispanic, meaning it's going to still be very pro-choice.
00:08:11.000 The Hispanic community, though, is incredibly pro-life.
00:08:14.000 Hispanic community reveres life, largely because the Hispanic community is very Catholic.
00:08:18.000 But look, it's very simple questions that need to be asked.
00:08:22.000 When does human life begin?
00:08:23.000 What species is a fetus?
00:08:25.000 What gives you the right as an older and larger person the ability to terminate someone smaller than you?
00:08:31.000 These are very important, rational, logical questions.
00:08:35.000 We are going to be posting some of our best pro-life content, including some of my debates I had at UC Berkeley that I think will be very helpful to you.
00:08:43.000 And they say it's my body, my choice.
00:08:45.000 What about the baby's body?
00:08:46.000 You see, that's what is inherent in the whole argument of the pro-life argument is that we believe that once new DNA is formed, then we believe that being is worthy and necessary of protection.
00:08:56.000 Now, remember, Mayor Flores, who won in the Rio Grande Valley in the second most Hispanic district in America, Mayra Flores, that won in the 84% Hispanic district, she ran as an unapologetic pro-life candidate.
00:09:11.000 In fact, the House Republicans, to their great credit, just had a press release with Elise Stefanik and Burgess Owens and Myra Flores, and they brought Myra Flores up and they were unapologetically in support of such ruling from the Supreme Court.
00:09:26.000 Good for House Republicans.
00:09:27.000 We're going to reward you with more political power.
00:09:29.000 Hispanics will gravitate in our direction the more articulate we are around the life issue.
00:09:39.000 Look, as you know, our friend Mike Lindell has amazing passion and especially has a passion to help everyone get the best sleep of their life.
00:09:46.000 He didn't stop by simply creating the best pillow.

00:10:25.000 Someone actually emailed me.
00:10:27.000 They said, Charlie, what's the difference between a conservative and a liberal?
00:10:29.000 It's a long question.
00:10:30.000 I'm just summarizing it.
00:10:31.000 You know, one of the differences is that when we win something, we actually enjoy it and we give gratitude.
00:10:35.000 When the left wins something, they're angrier than ever.
00:10:39.000 We won something with Roe versus Wade.
00:10:40.000 Let's enjoy it.
00:10:41.000 It's awesome.
00:10:42.000 I'm not saying our work is done, but there's a joy that has just kind of been spreading throughout the conservative movement.
00:10:50.000 It's really exciting and it's really promising.
00:10:53.000 Okay, let's get to another question here.
00:10:55.000 In addition to that, let's go to this one, which is, Charlie, don't you think abortion has become like contraception in this country?
00:11:04.000 Isn't that the real problem?
00:11:05.000 No more.
00:11:06.000 Yeah, I mean, look, the original problem, that's shazzy.
00:11:09.000 The original promise when it came to abortion is that it'll be safe, legal, and rare.
00:11:13.000 And that was never true.
00:11:15.000 When the kind of bargain around abortion was made, is that, look, these are really tough decisions.
00:11:19.000 It's a tragedy.
00:11:20.000 And now you have the opposite.
00:11:22.000 Now you have people like this.
00:11:23.000 This is your abortion protester who is very passionate about the topic.
00:11:33.000 Don't think that's very persuasive.
00:11:36.000 But you could, we'll put that up at charliekirk.com.
00:11:39.000 Where do I even start?
00:11:42.000 Nope, not going to try.
00:11:43.000 CharlieKirk.com.
00:11:45.000 She will be known as the Roe mascot.
00:11:49.000 That will be her title.
00:11:51.000 Okay.
00:11:52.000 So there's a lot of that going on.
00:11:53.000 I just, I also think, though, that the kind of abortion groups, they just have become very nasty and unpersuasive.
00:12:02.000 I think they were very persuasive in the 70s and 80s.
00:12:05.000 I got to give them credit because they were very focused on body autonomy and sovereignty and they downplayed the actual procedure.
00:12:13.000 And now I find the pro-choice people incredibly unpersuasive and the pro-life people very persuasive.
00:12:19.000 Not just that I am 100% pro-life all the way through, but I'm just talking about kind of someone who's in the business of trying to change people's minds every single day and trying to get people to think differently.
00:12:28.000 If you just look at it objectively, I do not see or hear an original pro-abortion argument stemmed from their community.
00:12:36.000 In fact, I find them to be really kind of angry and nasty people.
00:12:40.000 So let's get to another piece of sound here where it just kind of shows what I'm talking about here.
00:12:47.000 There's got to be a good one of them screaming.
00:12:49.000 There's got to be some.
00:12:50.000 I know we have some from Drew Hernandez, but if not, we can.
00:12:52.000 Oh, yeah.
00:12:53.000 Okay.
00:12:53.000 This is a good one.
00:12:54.000 Cut 36.
00:12:55.000 No one wants to hear this.
00:12:56.000 Okay.
00:12:57.000 This is not persuasive.
00:12:58.000 This is not moving the Overton window.
00:13:00.000 Okay.
00:13:01.000 Play Cut 36.
00:13:13.000 It's just the relentless screaming.
00:13:14.000 If you can't understand what she's saying, and I, forgive me for any children listening, it's a piece of body anatomy.
00:13:20.000 She says, keep your religion out of my vagina.
00:13:22.000 Like, really?
00:13:23.000 Like, that's, you think that's going to move the Overton window?
00:13:25.000 You think that's going to win over independence?
00:13:28.000 How about this one?
00:13:29.000 Just show Cut 34.
00:13:30.000 These women are walking around like this all over Washington, D.C. and have been for the last couple of days in anticipation of this.
00:13:37.000 I'm not really sure what that is supposed to mean in regard to the decision, but it sure seems as if these are young ladies masked with, no, I know.
00:13:52.000 Andrew said it's a nod to back alley abortions.
00:13:54.000 I know that.
00:13:55.000 I still don't find that image to be rather persuasive.
00:13:58.000 So it's red paint in their crotch area holding a woman, holding a baby in front of them, which I think invalidates their point, by the way.
00:14:06.000 Separate issue.
00:14:07.000 And they just look really angry and really upset.
00:14:13.000 And it just goes to a deeper point, though, that the pro-abortion community hasn't had to be persuasive.
00:14:19.000 Now, if you believe in market principles and you believe that in the competition of ideas, we as pro-lifers, we have to realize that after a victory like this, the pro-choice people, the pro-abortion people are going to receive a massive influx of money.
00:14:35.000 They're going to receive a lot of new support.
00:14:37.000 And maybe they will find more articulate communicators and ambassadors.
00:14:40.000 And so for those of us as pro-lifers, we got to step our game up.
00:14:43.000 But I think one of the reasons why this decision happened from a cultural standpoint, forget the legal one, but culturally why this is kind of 50-50, is that the pro-abortion people, they just kind of got very lazy.
00:14:54.000 They got very lethargic.
00:14:56.000 The pro-abortion people for the last 30 or 40 years, they haven't had to robustly defend their position because they just had to always fall back on Roe versus Wade and it was kind of this conversation ender.
00:15:06.000 And then we had to say we didn't like the decision.
00:15:07.000 They said, what do you mean by that?
00:15:09.000 And then it's kind of this endless tussle.
00:15:10.000 Well, now it's an open game.
00:15:11.000 Now it's a jump ball.
00:15:12.000 Now it's a, now it's a fumble, if you will.
00:15:14.000 And it's a 50-50 deal.
00:15:16.000 I think the country's actually much more pro-life than people recognize or realize.
00:15:20.000 But I mean, I debate with these pro-abortion people all the time.
00:15:22.000 We could play actually a piece from the, I think we should play the Berkeley tape.
00:15:25.000 I sat on the campus of University of California, Berkeley for, boy, an hour and a half, two hours, and just answered questions the whole time.
00:15:31.000 But I found their arguments to be so silly and baseless because they haven't had to defend them.
00:15:36.000 It's like a muscle that hasn't been worked in a long time.
00:15:39.000 They were weak.
00:15:42.000 Today, the majority of children have been exposed to pornography by age 11.
00:15:45.000 Even though most of it is accidental, this exposure can have a disastrous consequence for their mental health and future well-being.
00:15:51.000 If you want to protect your child and set them up with a healthy relationship, you need Canopy.
00:15:55.000 Canopy is the most effective technology on the planet for blocking pornography.
00:15:59.000 Canopy's app uses artificial intelligence to identify and filter explicit content on every website.
00:16:04.000 It could be done so in milliseconds and is 99.9% accurate.
00:16:07.000 While other apps block entire pages, Canopy is the only tool that filters within websites, plucking out explicit images and videos before they appear.
00:16:14.000 Its image scanning technology also prevents users from taking and sending not-so-good things.
00:16:19.000 The internet is awash in pornography, but your kids don't have to see it.
00:16:22.000 Canopy.us slash protect.
00:16:24.000 It's phenomenal.
00:16:25.000 I've checked it out myself.
00:16:26.000 It's a great service for anyone that wants to protect the innocence of children.

00:16:37.000 That's canopy.us slash protect.
00:16:40.000 Canopy.us slash protect.
00:16:45.000 Here's another one.
00:16:46.000 Charlie, do you think that we are going to see continued violence?
00:16:50.000 Are you seeing any evidence of this yet?
00:16:52.000 I pray not violence is not the answer.
00:16:54.000 I agree.
00:16:55.000 And Joe Biden did say the right thing.
00:16:57.000 Does Joe Biden mean it?
00:16:58.000 I hope he does.
00:16:59.000 But Joe Biden has called for the protest to be peaceful.
00:17:02.000 I think the Democrats, at least some of the smarter ones in their ranks, have learned that one of the reasons why they suffered so greatly in House and Senate elections is because the summer of riots and their almost entertaining of them in 2020.
00:17:19.000 So Joe Biden is saying the right thing.
00:17:21.000 Play cut 118.
00:17:22.000 Keep all protests peaceful.
00:17:25.000 Peaceful, peaceful, peaceful.
00:17:28.000 No intimidation.
00:17:29.000 Violence is never acceptable.
00:17:33.000 Threats and intimidate.
00:17:36.000 Threats and intimidation are not acceptable.
00:17:40.000 Let's then go to cut 127.
00:17:45.000 It's a girl calling for burning it all down and lighting it on fire.
00:17:52.000 She is an abortion activist, a well-known one.
00:17:56.000 Her name is Danielle Burnett.
00:17:58.000 Play cut 127.
00:17:59.000 So I'm just convinced we need to burn it all down because at this point, I don't know what else we're supposed to do.
00:18:06.000 I'm advocating for violence.
00:18:08.000 I am advocating for violence because there are people that are doing a really bad job.
00:18:14.000 But the problem with the job is even though they're doing such a bad job, they do this job until they die.
00:18:23.000 So we're just supposed to sit back and let these people do a really bad job and have really seriously negative consequences on millions of people.
00:18:34.000 And we're supposed to do what?
00:18:36.000 Sit on the sidelines.
00:18:39.000 Light it.
00:18:40.000 Light it on fire.
00:18:41.000 I'm going to, we're lighting it.
00:18:43.000 She wants to light it all fire on fire and she says this is a call to violence.
00:18:46.000 So there is no way she could possibly say that this was metaphorical.
00:18:52.000 And so whomever this girl, this woman is, she might have been a little overexcited.
00:18:57.000 I don't believe that to be the case.
00:18:59.000 Danielle Burnett, she should be arrested.
00:19:03.000 And boy, if there ever was a time for red flag laws, I think Danielle Burnett should be on the red flag list, don't you?
00:19:11.000 Geez, I don't know if she should own a weapon after that.
00:19:14.000 These people can't keep making these decisions for the rest of their life.
00:19:17.000 You're like, yeah, like maybe we need to put you on a list or something.
00:19:21.000 Okay.
00:19:22.000 It's the problem that some people have with the abortion argument.
00:19:26.000 And again, we have listeners that are not with me on the life issue.
00:19:30.000 I'm 100% pro-life.
00:19:31.000 That's fine.
00:19:32.000 Thank you for listening.
00:19:32.000 Maybe I'll be able to convince you over time, but you're more than welcome to listen to the program.
00:19:37.000 We appreciate that.
00:19:38.000 Obviously, anyone could listen to it, obviously.
00:19:40.000 One of the things I know that even some of the people that support abortion or what they call the right to an abortion, which I reject the premise of that language, they are very upset and they're disturbed with kind of the celebration of abortion culture.
00:19:52.000 That is something that I have found great agreement in.
00:19:56.000 And so, for example, there is this person, Michelle Wolf, Netflix special, where she was celebrating getting abortions.
00:20:05.000 I find this to be so distasteful.
00:20:07.000 I find it to be really gross and awful and wrong.
00:20:11.000 Play cut 126.
00:20:12.000 Women, if you need an abortion, get one.
00:20:17.000 If you want an abortion, get one.
00:20:21.000 If you're not pregnant, but you think you eventually might be and want to order a future abortion, get one.
00:20:28.000 And women, don't forget, you have the power to give life, and men will try to control that.
00:20:32.000 Don't let them comedian saying, God bless abortions and God bless America.
00:20:45.000 She is a, I don't want to assume her gender because we don't do women anymore, right?
00:20:49.000 So that being, whomever that person is, certainly can't tell if she's a woman or not by looking at her.
00:20:55.000 So she says that she wants women to be in charge of their own decisions.
00:21:03.000 And she says, God bless abortions, God bless America.
00:21:05.000 I mean, that's just heinous.
00:21:07.000 There is no, even if you're pro-abortion, which is something I disagree with, obviously, how could you say that's a good thing?
00:21:14.000 I mean, that's just, it's a tragedy, no matter what.
00:21:16.000 That's the one thing we used to be able to agree on.
00:21:17.000 That's not something that should be celebrated, but there is this website called shoutyourabortion.com.
00:21:23.000 And shout your abortion is about normalizing abortion and elevating safe path to access, regardless of legality.
00:21:31.000 Shout Your Abortion makes resources, campaigns, and media intended to arm existing activists, create new ones, and foster collective participation in abortion access all over the country.
00:21:40.000 They say, F SCODIS, we're doing it anyway.
00:21:43.000 They say they're going to defy SCOTUS.
00:21:45.000 They're going to send abortion pills into states where it's illegal, that they're going to fund abortions.
00:21:50.000 They're going to keep their clinics open.
00:21:52.000 They're going to share abortion pill info.
00:21:55.000 They're never going to stop.
00:21:56.000 This is all on shoutyourabortion.com.
00:22:00.000 And really, kind of disturbingly, they have pictures of what seems to be women holding babies on their program called shoutyourabortion.com.
00:22:12.000 So someone has a question here.
00:22:13.000 They said, Charlie, how on earth am I supposed to take the left seriously when they, for the last year and a half, have been telling me I must take a vaccine against my will?
00:22:22.000 Please help me explain it.
00:22:24.000 You're exactly right.
00:22:25.000 And this is Brent from Ohio: that the left has total hypocrisy when it comes to this issue.
00:22:32.000 In my personal opinion, they have lost any ounce of credibility at all whatsoever when it comes to this issue.
00:22:40.000 When it comes to bodily autonomy, when they were saying you must leave the military if you do not get an experimental gene therapy, you must lose your job.
00:22:52.000 And so we now have an entire outrage machine that is all about body sovereignty and bodily autonomy.
00:23:00.000 Now, before we go any further, they'll use that against us.
00:23:02.000 They say, well, Charlie, you were very pro-choice of vaccines, but not now.
00:23:05.000 We believe there's two bodies involved, and each of those bodies should be preserved and protected.
00:23:09.000 We're very philosophically consistent, but thank you for asking.
00:23:13.000 But I just want to say this: I could go clip after clip of people that want to punish us for not taking the vaccine, punish us for not putting that gene therapy in us.
00:23:21.000 And now they're the ones that are saying this is an attack on people's sovereignty and their ability to make their own decisions.
00:23:29.000 It's raging hypocrisy.
00:23:32.000 It's beyond anything we've seen before.
00:23:37.000 I want to play a cut here that segues to part of this.
00:23:40.000 This is a dialogue I had with a man who was at Berkeley.
00:23:45.000 I was surrounded, and I don't mean this in a violent way or an unsafe way, but I was literally surrounded by about 20 people at Berkeley.
00:23:54.000 We have decided, by the way, I need to do more of these things.
00:23:56.000 Producer Andrew has been pushing for that for quite some time.
00:24:00.000 I think it's really well worth my time.
00:24:02.000 I get a lot of, I learn a lot, honestly.
00:24:04.000 Kind of what, where is our country at?
00:24:05.000 What are people thinking?
00:24:07.000 So there's this guy here.
00:24:08.000 He had frizzy hair.
00:24:10.000 Not a dumb guy by any means.
00:24:11.000 I don't think he's stupid.
00:24:12.000 I just think he's misguided.
00:24:14.000 Cut 125 is me going back and forth on the abortion issue on the campus of University of California, Berkeley.
00:24:19.000 We're also posting this on our Instagram, by the way.
00:24:22.000 I hate plugging Instagram.
00:24:23.000 And we'll post on Getter.
00:24:24.000 How about that?
00:24:25.000 Okay, let's play Cut 125.
00:24:27.000 There are some things that are always true and remain to be true, and there's some things that change.
00:24:31.000 That's called nuance of history, right?
00:24:32.000 We talked earlier about the potential of life, correct?
00:24:35.000 The potential of life.
00:24:36.000 Like, the reason why a baby should be like a fetus should be protected is because it has the potential for life.
00:24:39.000 Well, the baby is alive, right?
00:24:42.000 So, once, but it's not alive.
00:24:44.000 Right, it's the baby, correct.
00:24:46.000 We can do this all day long.
00:24:47.000 The human.
00:24:48.000 Well, let's just go to the fetus just for like to make it clear.
00:24:50.000 Right, so what species is it?
00:24:52.000 It's a human.
00:24:52.000 Got it.
00:24:52.000 Okay, we got it.
00:24:53.000 Okay, so you say that a fetus, an embryo, has the right to life because it has the potential to life, correct?
00:24:59.000 That's not the only reason, no?
00:25:01.000 Okay, like, is that what's what are the other?
00:25:03.000 So, here's the reason: that life begins at that moment, and the maturation process has started.
00:25:07.000 Therefore, it is not up to us, people that have already gone through that maturation process, to use our power to stop another being to be able to mature.
00:25:14.000 At that moment, we are now interfering with another being's ability to be able to flourish.
00:25:20.000 And I find that to be morally wrong.
00:25:21.000 The strong should protect the weak, not crush the weak.
00:25:24.000 Abortion is the strong crushing the weak.
00:25:27.000 So, it's a short clip.
00:25:28.000 We put that on our Instagram, Charlie Kirk1776.
00:25:31.000 You guys could check it on YouTube.
00:25:32.000 I rarely plug social media channels.
00:25:34.000 I think we're posting that debate with the squeaky guy, the squeaky commie.
00:25:38.000 And I think we have the debate against squeaky commie.
00:25:42.000 Is that what he goes by?
00:25:44.000 Yeah.
00:25:45.000 Okay, next question here: freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:25:49.000 We will go to the next question here.
00:25:51.000 Okay, that's a good question here.
00:25:52.000 Charlie, two questions.
00:25:52.000 Do you think this will galvanize Democrats ahead of November?
00:25:55.000 Do you think we'll see violence?
00:25:56.000 Boy, my goodness.
00:25:57.000 It's like violence is on the mind.
00:25:58.000 I sure hope not.
00:26:01.000 I love Clarence Thomas.
00:26:02.000 I actually still have the book about Clarence Thomas here, Created Equal.
00:26:05.000 You guys should check it out.
00:26:06.000 It's Clarence Thomas, what a hero to the Republic.
00:26:09.000 And there's just what I love about Clarence Thomas is how well he is treated by conservative meme culture.
00:26:19.000 It's actually one of the great things I've ever seen.
00:26:22.000 Because Clarence Thomas, what I love about it is he doesn't want to be famous.
00:26:25.000 He probably doesn't really do much on the internet.
00:26:29.000 And he doesn't have a Twitter, obviously, Supreme Court justice.
00:26:31.000 And it's just how beautifully the conservative meme culture treats him is just awesome.
00:26:38.000 And so in the last couple of days, I haven't laughed this hard in a very long time.
00:26:43.000 I was laughing and Connor thought something was wrong.
00:26:45.000 I mean, we almost had to call the paramedics because they thought it was like it fell over.
00:26:49.000 You like fall out of your chair laughing?
00:26:50.000 That was literally me.
00:26:51.000 So it's Morpheus in the Matrix where it has the red pill and the blue pill.
00:26:56.000 And it says preserve gun rights in one pill and restrict abortion.
00:26:59.000 And then a picture of Clarence Thomas.
00:27:01.000 And the next picture is a worried picture of Morpheus saying, Did you just take both pills?
00:27:08.000 And my other favorite one is the one of Clarence Thomas as Leonardo DiCaprio in the Quentin Tarantino movie Django Unchained, which is a phenomenal movie, by the way.
00:27:16.000 A little salty language and other stuff.
00:27:18.000 I got to be careful recommending movies because I get emails.
00:27:21.000 People, Charlie, they swear too much.
00:27:22.000 I did a whole podcast on that, by the way.
00:27:24.000 You guys could check it out a couple weeks ago.
00:27:25.000 So I'm not recommending the language in Django Unchanged.
00:27:28.000 Certainly not.
00:27:28.000 Yeah, that's the meme right up there.
00:27:30.000 But it's the one of Clarence Thomas basically saying, oh, so I give you concealed carry the day before the Roe v. Wade riots.
00:27:39.000 Like, that's pretty smart.
00:27:41.000 I sure hope we don't get violence.
00:27:42.000 But so, the direct question here: who's the question from?
00:27:45.000 I'll get the name in a second.
00:27:48.000 Oh, Rose from St. Louis.
00:27:49.000 Thank you.
00:27:49.000 Freedom at CharlieKirk.com.
00:27:50.000 You email me.
00:27:51.000 To answer your question, though, directly is that I do not think this will galvanize Democrats very much, largely because Democrats are learning to turn out their base with mail-in voting and all this.
00:28:00.000 It might help them a little bit on the margins with suburban voters in certain states.
00:28:04.000 Colorado, in particular, Colorado is a very pro-abortion state, like an unquestionably pro-abortion state, unfortunately.
00:28:10.000 I know there's a lot of pro-life warriors out there.
00:28:12.000 I know I'm going to get a lot of emails from you guys, but there is a lot of pro-abortion energy, and they have some of the worst pro-abortion laws in the country, signed by Governor Polis there in Colorado, who's awful.
00:28:22.000 He's got to go.
00:28:24.000 And so I think Democrats might get a little uptick, but I think that this is going to help Republicans with Hispanics, and it's also going to help Republicans with our base.
00:28:32.000 Where finally, conservatives can say, oh, so this is what happens when I give Republicans power.
00:28:36.000 Something meaningful can happen.
00:28:38.000 I think this can increase turnout in evangelical communities, in church communities, and Christian and faith communities.
00:28:43.000 I really do.
00:28:44.000 Okay, let's get to another question here.
00:28:46.000 We had a really good one.
00:28:48.000 Charlie, tell me more about how you think Hispanics are trending in the Republican direction.
00:28:53.000 How does Roe versus Wade impact that?
00:28:56.000 So, yeah, we talked about this.
00:28:57.000 And I encourage you guys to go back in the podcast archives.
00:29:00.000 There's a couple episodes where I really think we hit the mark.
00:29:02.000 And one of them was the Great Realignment podcast.
00:29:05.000 That was about a week and a half ago.
00:29:07.000 I think it was Wednesday of last week.
00:29:09.000 So just about, it depends when you're listening to this, but yeah, it was right after the election, the special election in the Rio Grande Valley.
00:29:15.000 It was exceptional.
00:29:17.000 And Hispanics are more conservative than people give them credit for.
00:29:22.000 You're not going to win Hispanics over with arguments about what is a woman and birthing people.
00:29:26.000 That dog does not hunt in the Hispanic community.
00:29:30.000 You went over with strong conservative social values.
00:29:34.000 You talk about inflation, you talk about crime, you talk about the country being a brilliant, awesome place, be able to pursue your dream as you see fit.
00:29:41.000 That is a phenomenal winning message.
00:29:43.000 Not to mention, as we keep hammering the point of building the parents' party.
00:29:49.000 The parents' party is an all-encompassing agenda, by the way.
00:29:52.000 The parents' party is all-encompassing of curriculum, of medical choice, of children, of schools, and low crime, to be able to protect yourself.
00:30:04.000 The parents' party connects to every single one of our major issues.
00:30:09.000 This is Myra Flores, who has been quickly kind of promoted, I guess you could say, to House leadership, first ever woman born in Mexico, elected to the United States Congress.
00:30:23.000 And here she is beautifully and articulately making the case for life.
00:30:26.000 God bless her.
00:30:27.000 Play Cut 130.
00:30:29.000 Alleluia.
00:30:31.000 I woke up this morning praying for this, and I never thought that it would happen.
00:30:37.000 This was a big win, not only for South Texas, because we are pro-life.
00:30:42.000 Somos provided, but it's also a big win for our country.
00:30:48.000 If we want to see real change in bringing crime down, we need to raise a generation to respect life in the womb.
00:30:59.000 Wow.
00:31:00.000 That was the first time I saw the clip, and I'm blown away.
00:31:03.000 And I know people say, oh, she should run for Sentinel and stuff.
00:31:06.000 Let's just, she's been a congresswoman for like a week.
00:31:08.000 Let's just say, good job.
00:31:10.000 Keep doing that job.
00:31:12.000 Someone messaged me, Charlie, do you think Myra Flores would run for president?
00:31:15.000 No, that's a bad idea.
00:31:18.000 Just have to focus on being a congresswoman for a year or two.
00:31:23.000 This over-promotion thing that we do in the conservative movement, it's too quick sometimes.
00:31:29.000 Yeah, she wasn't born in America.
00:31:30.000 That's true.
00:31:31.000 She couldn't run for president.
00:31:32.000 So, yeah, that's a bad idea.
00:31:33.000 Don't do that.
00:31:34.000 We got other people.
00:31:35.000 But what a beautiful statement.
00:31:38.000 And she went on to speak Spanish to her community, her constituency, heavy Hispanic community.
00:31:43.000 She says, Look, we're pro-life.
00:31:44.000 So, to answer your question, this is again, you won't hear this on the white woke liberal television networks.
00:31:50.000 Oh, Republicans are going to lose.
00:31:52.000 Okay, yeah, we might lose on the edges against upper middle class women, suburban women.
00:31:56.000 I fully admit that.
00:31:58.000 I think some suburban women are so focused on being able to have this issue.
00:32:03.000 I don't understand it.
00:32:04.000 I've done my best to, but it's just a fact.
00:32:06.000 I'll take one community I'm very familiar with, the upper, not the upper, but the north shore of Chicago, places like Glencoe and places like Evanston.
00:32:16.000 This is a major issue, and there is no convincing those communities.
00:32:20.000 Deerfield, for example, very, very, very pro-abortion.
00:32:24.000 Okay.
00:32:25.000 But those communities aside, let's say Republicans lose five points there.
00:32:31.000 We will make up that in leaps and bounds with one of the fastest growing communities in America, the Hispanic community.
00:32:39.000 As Myra Flores beautifully articulated, we are pro-life.
00:32:43.000 She says, I was praying for this when I woke up.
00:32:49.000 Like, that's a beautiful statement.
00:32:53.000 Let's look a level deeper here.
00:32:56.000 The conservative movement is changing.
00:33:00.000 Let's not forget George W. Bush was a moderate on abortion.
00:33:03.000 His wife was pro-choice.
00:33:05.000 He was pro-life to his credit.
00:33:07.000 We got Alito, thanks to him.
00:33:10.000 We got Roberts, too.
00:33:14.000 But he didn't want to pick Alito at first.
00:33:15.000 He was going to pick Harriet Meyer, if I remember correctly, a friend of his.
00:33:19.000 The conservative movement is more and more focused on the protection of the eternal and the beautiful and the good.
00:33:27.000 God bless Donald Trump.
00:33:28.000 God bless Billy Grant.
00:33:29.000 God bless Rush Limbaugh.
00:33:30.000 God bless Scalia for the generations of warriors that have done this.
00:33:35.000 I don't take responsibility for this.
00:33:37.000 You might be able to.
00:33:38.000 You might have been fighting and fasting and praying for this for generations.
00:33:41.000 But now we are the recipients.
00:33:43.000 And yes, Ronald Reagan deserves some credit.
00:33:45.000 We are the recipients now of this amazing ruling, and we must be guardians and look at this as a starting point to grow the Parents Party and this movement of freedom.
00:33:57.000 Thank you so much for listening, everybody.
00:33:58.000 Email me your thoughts as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:34:01.000 Thank you so much for listening.
00:34:02.000 God bless.
