Ask Charlie Anything 110: Jane's Revenge Terrorizes Pregnancy Centers? Companies Paying for Abortions? Persuasive Pro-Abortion Arguments? Clarence Thomas a Hero? And MORE
00:00:00.000Hey everybody, today in the Charlie Kirk Show and Ask Me Anything episode, as always, really focused on Roe versus Wade and the abortion issue, but we dance in some other topics as well.
00:00:08.000You can email me your thoughts, freedom at charliekirk.com, or support the Charlie Kirk Show at CharlieKirk.com/slash support.
00:00:15.000Get involved with TurningPointUSA Today at tpusa.com.
00:00:56.000We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:24.000Okay, there is a series of domestic terror groups that are pro-abortion, and they are not even close to subtly openly threatening to firebomb and attack pro-life churches or pro-life ministries or pro-life clinics.
00:01:41.000There have been 40 firebomb attacks that have occurred in states across the country, including Texas, Mississippi, Iowa.
00:01:51.000And so if you run a pro-life clinic, many of these have been vandalized.
00:01:54.000Some of them have had Molotov cocktails thrown in them.
00:01:56.000This is getting no attention at all from the press.
00:02:04.000Yes, this would warrant a Department of Justice investigation.
00:02:07.000Yes, there's going to be more of this if we do not stop it.
00:02:11.000And so I didn't get a chance to play this tape fully, but this is an audio recording of Jane's Revenge, the terror organization that just released this blatant threat to continue their campaign against pro-life pregnancy centers.
00:03:22.000And from my understanding, there have not been mass arrests.
00:03:25.000But don't worry, school board moms that show up to school board meetings, they're under surveillance by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
00:03:32.000Trump officials have their apartments being raided because they participated in a legal challenge to the 2020 election.
00:03:41.000James O'Keefe's apartment was raided because he tried to manage a diary from the form from President Biden who sent a secret police.
00:04:00.000Republican attorney generals need to start to arrest some of these criminals now before someone dies.
00:04:08.000This kind of domestic terrorism of burning down people's property because you don't like their political views or because they're pro-life clinics, it's not even remotely acceptable.
00:04:19.000So, if the federal government is not going to do that, because they're not, the federal government's not enforcing laws protecting Supreme Court justices' homes.
00:04:26.000Just another side note, just for all you keeping score at home, they tried to assassinate Brett Kavanaugh.
00:04:33.000Hello, this has already gotten wildly out of control.
00:04:36.000How that all of a sudden escaped our news cycle?
00:04:39.000Question: If someone tried to assassinate Katanji Brown Jackson, do you think you would have heard about it for more than a day?
00:04:46.000If someone tried to assassinate Stephen Breyer or Soda Mayor or Kagan, do you think that would have been front page news for more than kind of a little subtle thing?
00:04:54.000On the Sunday news shows after the attempted assassination of Brett Kavanaugh, zero mention on almost any mainstream media, zero.
00:05:15.000Mississippi Attorney General, you got to start arresting people.
00:05:18.000We need to start seeing people in handcuffs that have committed crimes that have burned down or threatened to burn down pro-life centers because they have a view they don't like.
00:05:29.000Okay, another question here: Brian from Alabama asks, Charlie, is it true that companies are now paying their employees to get abortions?
00:05:39.000So, a now growing list of companies are going to be paying for the travel costs and other costs associated for their employees to be able to terminate their children.
00:05:50.000Some of these companies include Amazon, Levi Strauss, JPMorgan Chase, Starbucks, Yelp, Microsoft, Apple, Citigroup, MasterCard, Netflix, Tesla, and Lyft.
00:06:01.000Now, isn't it amazing that these major companies don't go out of their way to try to pay for the costs to have the child?
00:06:08.000Wouldn't it make more sense if Amazon, and they're a $1.1 trillion company, okay, Amazon, that's a trillion-dollar company, Levi Strauss, JPMorgan, Starbucks, Yelp, Microsoft over a trillion, Apple over a trillion, nearly two, Citigroup, MasterCard, Netflix, Tesla, which is nearly a trillion-dollar company, and Tesla, what is Tesla doing with that?
00:06:34.000Why don't they say we're going to pay for expenses for you to have the child?
00:06:40.000Say, okay, we're going to reverse this.
00:06:42.000If you decide to have your child, you get a $10,000 bonus.
00:06:48.000Some of these companies have like unbelievably medieval and archaic family leave policies.
00:06:54.000I'm a big believer in generous family leave policies.
00:06:58.000At Turning Point USA, we have a pretty good one, mostly out of principle because we believe that people should have families and big families are important for a civilization, makes people happier.
00:07:06.000But now these companies are going out of their way: Amazon, Levi Strauss, JP Morgan, Starbucks, Yelp, Microsoft, Apple, Citigroup, MasterCard, Netflix, Tesla, Lyft, to go pay for people to leave a state and pay for their abortion.
00:07:19.000Abortion tourism is about to become a booming industry in America.
00:07:24.000Abortion tourism will be somebody who goes from Alabama to California to terminate their child.
00:07:32.000Now, thankfully, because of these laws, it is going to have a, let's say, a receding effect because some people are going to be like, I don't want to go through the trouble.
00:08:25.000What gives you the right as an older and larger person the ability to terminate someone smaller than you?
00:08:31.000These are very important, rational, logical questions.
00:08:35.000We are going to be posting some of our best pro-life content, including some of my debates I had at UC Berkeley that I think will be very helpful to you.
00:08:46.000You see, that's what is inherent in the whole argument of the pro-life argument is that we believe that once new DNA is formed, then we believe that being is worthy and necessary of protection.
00:08:56.000Now, remember, Mayor Flores, who won in the Rio Grande Valley in the second most Hispanic district in America, Mayra Flores, that won in the 84% Hispanic district, she ran as an unapologetic pro-life candidate.
00:09:11.000In fact, the House Republicans, to their great credit, just had a press release with Elise Stefanik and Burgess Owens and Myra Flores, and they brought Myra Flores up and they were unapologetically in support of such ruling from the Supreme Court.
00:09:27.000We're going to reward you with more political power.
00:09:29.000Hispanics will gravitate in our direction the more articulate we are around the life issue.
00:09:39.000Look, as you know, our friend Mike Lindell has amazing passion and especially has a passion to help everyone get the best sleep of their life.

00:11:53.000I just, I also think, though, that the kind of abortion groups, they just have become very nasty and unpersuasive.
00:12:02.000I think they were very persuasive in the 70s and 80s.
00:12:05.000I got to give them credit because they were very focused on body autonomy and sovereignty and they downplayed the actual procedure.
00:12:13.000And now I find the pro-choice people incredibly unpersuasive and the pro-life people very persuasive.
00:12:19.000Not just that I am 100% pro-life all the way through, but I'm just talking about kind of someone who's in the business of trying to change people's minds every single day and trying to get people to think differently.
00:12:28.000If you just look at it objectively, I do not see or hear an original pro-abortion argument stemmed from their community.
00:12:36.000In fact, I find them to be really kind of angry and nasty people.
00:12:40.000So let's get to another piece of sound here where it just kind of shows what I'm talking about here.
00:12:47.000There's got to be a good one of them screaming.
00:13:30.000These women are walking around like this all over Washington, D.C. and have been for the last couple of days in anticipation of this.
00:13:37.000I'm not really sure what that is supposed to mean in regard to the decision, but it sure seems as if these are young ladies masked with, no, I know.
00:13:52.000Andrew said it's a nod to back alley abortions.
00:13:55.000I still don't find that image to be rather persuasive.
00:13:58.000So it's red paint in their crotch area holding a woman, holding a baby in front of them, which I think invalidates their point, by the way.
00:14:07.000And they just look really angry and really upset.
00:14:13.000And it just goes to a deeper point, though, that the pro-abortion community hasn't had to be persuasive.
00:14:19.000Now, if you believe in market principles and you believe that in the competition of ideas, we as pro-lifers, we have to realize that after a victory like this, the pro-choice people, the pro-abortion people are going to receive a massive influx of money.
00:14:35.000They're going to receive a lot of new support.
00:14:37.000And maybe they will find more articulate communicators and ambassadors.
00:14:40.000And so for those of us as pro-lifers, we got to step our game up.
00:14:43.000But I think one of the reasons why this decision happened from a cultural standpoint, forget the legal one, but culturally why this is kind of 50-50, is that the pro-abortion people, they just kind of got very lazy.
00:14:56.000The pro-abortion people for the last 30 or 40 years, they haven't had to robustly defend their position because they just had to always fall back on Roe versus Wade and it was kind of this conversation ender.
00:15:06.000And then we had to say we didn't like the decision.
00:15:16.000I think the country's actually much more pro-life than people recognize or realize.
00:15:20.000But I mean, I debate with these pro-abortion people all the time.
00:15:22.000We could play actually a piece from the, I think we should play the Berkeley tape.
00:15:25.000I sat on the campus of University of California, Berkeley for, boy, an hour and a half, two hours, and just answered questions the whole time.
00:15:31.000But I found their arguments to be so silly and baseless because they haven't had to defend them.
00:15:36.000It's like a muscle that hasn't been worked in a long time.
00:15:42.000Today, the majority of children have been exposed to pornography by age 11.
00:15:45.000Even though most of it is accidental, this exposure can have a disastrous consequence for their mental health and future well-being.
00:15:51.000If you want to protect your child and set them up with a healthy relationship, you need Canopy.
00:15:55.000Canopy is the most effective technology on the planet for blocking pornography.
00:15:59.000Canopy's app uses artificial intelligence to identify and filter explicit content on every website.
00:16:04.000It could be done so in milliseconds and is 99.9% accurate.
00:16:07.000While other apps block entire pages, Canopy is the only tool that filters within websites, plucking out explicit images and videos before they appear.
00:16:14.000Its image scanning technology also prevents users from taking and sending not-so-good things.
00:16:19.000The internet is awash in pornography, but your kids don't have to see it.
00:16:59.000But Joe Biden has called for the protest to be peaceful.
00:17:02.000I think the Democrats, at least some of the smarter ones in their ranks, have learned that one of the reasons why they suffered so greatly in House and Senate elections is because the summer of riots and their almost entertaining of them in 2020.
00:17:19.000So Joe Biden is saying the right thing.
00:18:08.000I am advocating for violence because there are people that are doing a really bad job.
00:18:14.000But the problem with the job is even though they're doing such a bad job, they do this job until they die.
00:18:23.000So we're just supposed to sit back and let these people do a really bad job and have really seriously negative consequences on millions of people.
00:19:38.000Obviously, anyone could listen to it, obviously.
00:19:40.000One of the things I know that even some of the people that support abortion or what they call the right to an abortion, which I reject the premise of that language, they are very upset and they're disturbed with kind of the celebration of abortion culture.
00:19:52.000That is something that I have found great agreement in.
00:19:56.000And so, for example, there is this person, Michelle Wolf, Netflix special, where she was celebrating getting abortions.
00:21:07.000There is no, even if you're pro-abortion, which is something I disagree with, obviously, how could you say that's a good thing?
00:21:14.000I mean, that's just, it's a tragedy, no matter what.
00:21:16.000That's the one thing we used to be able to agree on.
00:21:17.000That's not something that should be celebrated, but there is this website called shoutyourabortion.com.
00:21:23.000And shout your abortion is about normalizing abortion and elevating safe path to access, regardless of legality.
00:21:31.000Shout Your Abortion makes resources, campaigns, and media intended to arm existing activists, create new ones, and foster collective participation in abortion access all over the country.
00:21:40.000They say, F SCODIS, we're doing it anyway.
00:21:43.000They say they're going to defy SCOTUS.
00:21:45.000They're going to send abortion pills into states where it's illegal, that they're going to fund abortions.
00:21:50.000They're going to keep their clinics open.
00:21:52.000They're going to share abortion pill info.
00:22:00.000And really, kind of disturbingly, they have pictures of what seems to be women holding babies on their program called shoutyourabortion.com.
00:22:13.000They said, Charlie, how on earth am I supposed to take the left seriously when they, for the last year and a half, have been telling me I must take a vaccine against my will?
00:22:25.000And this is Brent from Ohio: that the left has total hypocrisy when it comes to this issue.
00:22:32.000In my personal opinion, they have lost any ounce of credibility at all whatsoever when it comes to this issue.
00:22:40.000When it comes to bodily autonomy, when they were saying you must leave the military if you do not get an experimental gene therapy, you must lose your job.
00:22:52.000And so we now have an entire outrage machine that is all about body sovereignty and bodily autonomy.
00:23:00.000Now, before we go any further, they'll use that against us.
00:23:02.000They say, well, Charlie, you were very pro-choice of vaccines, but not now.
00:23:05.000We believe there's two bodies involved, and each of those bodies should be preserved and protected.
00:23:09.000We're very philosophically consistent, but thank you for asking.
00:23:13.000But I just want to say this: I could go clip after clip of people that want to punish us for not taking the vaccine, punish us for not putting that gene therapy in us.
00:23:21.000And now they're the ones that are saying this is an attack on people's sovereignty and their ability to make their own decisions.
00:25:01.000Okay, like, is that what's what are the other?
00:25:03.000So, here's the reason: that life begins at that moment, and the maturation process has started.
00:25:07.000Therefore, it is not up to us, people that have already gone through that maturation process, to use our power to stop another being to be able to mature.
00:25:14.000At that moment, we are now interfering with another being's ability to be able to flourish.
00:26:51.000So it's Morpheus in the Matrix where it has the red pill and the blue pill.
00:26:56.000And it says preserve gun rights in one pill and restrict abortion.
00:26:59.000And then a picture of Clarence Thomas.
00:27:01.000And the next picture is a worried picture of Morpheus saying, Did you just take both pills?
00:27:08.000And my other favorite one is the one of Clarence Thomas as Leonardo DiCaprio in the Quentin Tarantino movie Django Unchained, which is a phenomenal movie, by the way.
00:27:16.000A little salty language and other stuff.
00:27:18.000I got to be careful recommending movies because I get emails.
00:27:51.000To answer your question, though, directly is that I do not think this will galvanize Democrats very much, largely because Democrats are learning to turn out their base with mail-in voting and all this.
00:28:00.000It might help them a little bit on the margins with suburban voters in certain states.
00:28:04.000Colorado, in particular, Colorado is a very pro-abortion state, like an unquestionably pro-abortion state, unfortunately.
00:28:10.000I know there's a lot of pro-life warriors out there.
00:28:12.000I know I'm going to get a lot of emails from you guys, but there is a lot of pro-abortion energy, and they have some of the worst pro-abortion laws in the country, signed by Governor Polis there in Colorado, who's awful.
00:28:24.000And so I think Democrats might get a little uptick, but I think that this is going to help Republicans with Hispanics, and it's also going to help Republicans with our base.
00:28:32.000Where finally, conservatives can say, oh, so this is what happens when I give Republicans power.
00:29:07.000I think it was Wednesday of last week.
00:29:09.000So just about, it depends when you're listening to this, but yeah, it was right after the election, the special election in the Rio Grande Valley.
00:29:17.000And Hispanics are more conservative than people give them credit for.
00:29:22.000You're not going to win Hispanics over with arguments about what is a woman and birthing people.
00:29:26.000That dog does not hunt in the Hispanic community.
00:29:30.000You went over with strong conservative social values.
00:29:34.000You talk about inflation, you talk about crime, you talk about the country being a brilliant, awesome place, be able to pursue your dream as you see fit.
00:29:43.000Not to mention, as we keep hammering the point of building the parents' party.
00:29:49.000The parents' party is an all-encompassing agenda, by the way.
00:29:52.000The parents' party is all-encompassing of curriculum, of medical choice, of children, of schools, and low crime, to be able to protect yourself.
00:30:04.000The parents' party connects to every single one of our major issues.
00:30:09.000This is Myra Flores, who has been quickly kind of promoted, I guess you could say, to House leadership, first ever woman born in Mexico, elected to the United States Congress.
00:30:23.000And here she is beautifully and articulately making the case for life.
00:32:04.000I've done my best to, but it's just a fact.
00:32:06.000I'll take one community I'm very familiar with, the upper, not the upper, but the north shore of Chicago, places like Glencoe and places like Evanston.
00:32:16.000This is a major issue, and there is no convincing those communities.
00:32:20.000Deerfield, for example, very, very, very pro-abortion.
00:33:43.000And yes, Ronald Reagan deserves some credit.
00:33:45.000We are the recipients now of this amazing ruling, and we must be guardians and look at this as a starting point to grow the Parents Party and this movement of freedom.
00:33:57.000Thank you so much for listening, everybody.
00:33:58.000Email me your thoughts as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
