00:08:57.000 Then, according to that witness, a woman who seemed to know the first man pulled out a gun.

00:09:05.000 Later, federal charges were filed against the 23-year-old man whose gun was used in the shooting for illegal possession of a gun.
00:09:12.000 According to the press release by the Department of Justice, the surveillance video showed Taylor and Santi fighting over a gun Taylor was holding outside the gas station.
00:09:21.000 A woman who was a passenger with Taylor then got hold of the gun and fired around, apparently shooting Santi in the back.
