00:02:24.000 Hard to argue against that.
00:02:26.000 A growing list of lawmakers are now condemning Netflix over its recently released drama, Cuties. 0.99
00:02:33.000 I'm reading from WesternJournal.com, which disgustingly and without any sort of reasoning at all, they sexualize twerking pre-teen girls.
00:02:45.000 Now, if you even watch a little bit of the clips from it, and I have not watched it because I refuse to watch anything that glorifies or gives credence to child pornography, if you even watch a clip that they're showing on television about it, it makes you sick to your stomach.
00:03:02.000 Now, the question is, why is this happening?
00:03:04.000 Well, first of all, my opinion, before I get into why is this happening, my opinion is it's reprehensible and disgusting, and it's also inevitable.
00:03:12.000 This is absolutely where things are headed.
00:03:14.000 You have to understand for the moral relativists that have been trying to disintegrate our country for so long, they have told us that they won't go certain areas.
00:03:24.000 They say, oh, the transgender debate, it's really just about people who think they are women who are actually men or people that think they are men that are actually women.
00:03:33.000 But when we challenge, we say, what happens when your movement starts to embrace pedophilia? 0.70
00:03:39.000 What happens when your movement starts to embrace the most disgusting aspects of our society?
00:03:47.000 And of course, the activists said, oh, that will never happen.
00:03:49.000 Well, what just happened in California is exactly related to the movie Cuties on Netflix from the Los Angeles Times.
00:03:58.000 Newsome signs bill intended to end discrimination against LGBTQ people and sex crime convictions.
00:04:03.000 My goodness, is this a misleading headline?
00:04:07.000 Not only is it misleading, it is a lie.
00:04:09.000 If you read SB Bill 145, it argues that existing state law should no longer allow judges to be extra harsh on people that were sex offenders when the minor is 14 years or younger.
00:04:30.000 Currently, adults who have been convicted of having sex with a minor in California are automatically added to the state's sex offender registry.
00:04:39.000 SB 145 will eliminate automatic sex offender registration in those cases and give judges now discretion to make that decision.
00:04:47.000 I'm reading from the LA Times that says Newsom's decision to sign the legislation promises to have both a state and national political impact, along with opposition from Republicans in the state legislature, supporters of President Trump, and far-right conspiracy theorists have seized on a bill in an attempt to use the measure as a political wedge issue and a rallying cry with some falsely on social media claiming that California is legalizing pedophilia.
00:05:11.000 What doesn't legalize pedophilia, it panders to pedophiles and makes it that judges now have leniency of how they enforce sex registry with pedophiles.

00:05:22.000 My position on this is not that complicated.
00:05:26.000 If you are accused, indicted, and convicted, those three things, accused, indicted, and convicted of sexual assault against a minor, you should never leave a prison.

00:05:50.000 It seems as if that the Democrat Party and members of the liberal base are more and more interested in trying to normalize child sex crimes than actually defending the interests of the American people or protect children.

00:06:13.000 But I do have another deeper point, which is exactly why this is happening.
00:06:18.000 You see, this is happening because when a culture or a civilization loses its soul, loses a protection of the innocent, protection of children, then you will get into a state of chaos.

00:06:33.000 And if you're a parent listening to this right now and you're unaware of what's happening with Cuties or SB 145 that Newsom has now signed into law, boy, you got to ratchet up your activism.

00:06:45.000 I encourage you to type in SB 145 and read for yourself how in the state of California, pedophiles are now given more leniency.
00:06:52.000 Essentially, Gavin Newsom and the band of Democrats that are in charge in California, they are now going out of their way to pander to the needs, wants, and interests of sex criminals that exploit our children in our country.
00:07:07.000 And that's what Netflix does as well.
00:07:09.000 We as conservatives have to answer for anything anyone does in the entire conservative movement.

00:07:15.000 One person does something wrong, we have to denounce it.
00:07:17.000 Barack Obama and Michelle Obama receive tens of millions of dollars from Netflix.
00:07:21.000 Why don't they have to speak out against the child pornography special cuties?
00:07:28.000 Tulsi Gabbard is one of the Democrats that is not part of the corporate warmonger wing of the Democrat Party, said, quote, Netflix child porn cuties will certainly whet the appetite of pedophiles and help fuel the child sex trafficking trade.
00:07:41.000 She added, one in four victims of trafficking are children.
00:07:44.000 It happened to my friend's 13-year-old daughter.
00:07:47.000 Gabbard concluded by saying, Netflix, you are now complicit.
00:07:50.000 But Tulsi Gabbard is not finished by connecting the film to human trafficking and arguing the issue is not getting enough attention.
00:07:57.000 However, isn't it amazing how Alyssa Milano, who's a complete and total fraud, how the activist wing of the Democrat Party that marched in the streets against Brett Kavanaugh, that pounded on the doors of the Supreme Court, that screamed that the world is over because an innocent man was at going to Supreme Court, they are dead silent with no activism at all.
00:08:18.000 Now that pedophilia is decriminalized in California, and now that you have one of the top shows on Netflix, Cuties, which is so disgusting, so morally reprehensible, should be illegal, by the way.

00:08:37.000 There should be a federal law of some sort that says you cannot sexualize 11 and 12-year-old girls.

00:09:35.000 Laura Ingram said that she has canceled her Netflix account.
00:09:40.000 I encourage all of you to do the same.
00:09:41.000 I encourage all of you to cancel Netflix, which is now nothing more than a child pornography service.
00:09:46.000 I don't care if they have Tiger King, of which I watched, I also have canceled my Netflix services as well.
00:09:52.000 There has to be a cost for this, everybody.
00:09:54.000 There has to be a price to be paid.
00:09:56.000 Because right now you have the Hollywood cartel and the Democrat political elite that are legislatively and culturally trying to normalize one of the sickest sins that human beings can commit, which is the sexual exploitation of children.

00:11:26.000 They said, well, I don't quite understand how you can support President Trump, who's the one that is perpetuating all this division.

00:14:09.000 Well, first of all, I love your question because I have always argued that we are more at danger of first becoming a fascist country before we become a socialist country.
00:14:17.000 Now, what's the difference between socialism and fascism?
00:14:20.000 They're both cousins of the same sort of collectivist urge to control everything in our country and in our society.
00:14:27.000 They're similar, but they're different in some ways.
00:14:29.000 Socialism is a transition phase from capitalism to communism.
00:14:33.000 Marx talked about this.

00:14:42.000 It was one of my favorite episodes I did where we really dive deep in the philosophical and political figure that was Karl Marx, one of the most cited yet least understood thinkers, philosophers, and political authors in world history.
00:14:55.000 But socialism and fascism both agree that government should have a bigger role in industry and in human life.
00:15:04.000 Where fascism will differentiate a little bit is fascism will want a small select few of companies to serve the interests of government, the ruling class, but they won't completely nationalize those companies.

00:16:43.000 And I think that's a very important lesson for everyone listening to this: it's only so helpful to dive into the theoretical to an extent, but you actually have to get to the applicable.

00:17:01.000 Socialism and fascism, when they are put into practice, both require death squads.

00:17:08.000 They require the absolute destruction of free speech, due process, the individual, and all things that we take for granted here in Western society.
00:17:17.000 So, to build this out even further, your friend is worried that we might turn into a socialist or fascist country.
00:17:25.000 We're already turning into a fascist country, which can easily turn into a socialist country.
00:17:30.000 Again, the only difference in socialism and fascism is how you use the gun you have given the government, the metaphorical gun.
00:17:36.000 If you become a fascist country, you can easily become a socialist country almost overnight.
00:17:41.000 And we're almost becoming a fascist country.
00:17:43.000 And it's not because of President Trump.
00:17:44.000 President Trump is actually the true anti-fascist president.
00:17:48.000 Go figure that one for an Orwellian lie that all of us have been told.
00:17:52.000 President Trump is the absolute ambassador of freedom of speech, private property, entrepreneurship.
00:17:58.000 He's the defender of different ideas in the marketplace.
00:18:01.000 Whereas the left has actually assumed a much more fascist posture.
00:18:06.000 They're no longer talking about abolishing top corporations.
00:18:09.000 They want to solidify their incumbency.
00:18:11.000 They want to protect the power they already have.
00:18:14.000 So, for your friend Grant, have him read a little bit of 20th century history.
00:18:19.000 Have him learn about how quickly China, Cuba, Italy, Germany, the Soviet Union, Zimbabwe, how quickly they went from somewhat functioning normal countries to be completely disintegrated.

00:18:42.000 You have to understand that we are living in real time through an experiment.
00:18:47.000 This experiment very well might fail at any time.
00:18:52.000 It's an experiment that people should be able to say whatever they want whenever they want to, that they can seek their religion as they see fit, that they can own a firearm if they want to, that the government does not have the right to invade their property, the Fourth Amendment.
00:19:07.000 That you can flourish, that you can travel, that you can speak against your government, that you can sue your government.
00:19:14.000 Eric Metaxas famously talks about the golden triangle.
00:19:18.000 We have the golden triangle of virtue, freedom, and faith.
00:19:22.000 One cannot exist without the other.
00:19:25.000 If you do not have virtue, therefore you don't have faith.
00:19:28.000 If you don't have faith, but you must have freedom to have that faith.
00:19:32.000 And one requires the other.
00:19:33.000 And if you do not have freedom, therefore do you really have faith?
00:19:38.000 It's a very interesting thing to think about.
00:19:40.000 And if you don't have virtue, well, where do you get virtue from?
00:19:43.000 From faith.
00:19:44.000 So, that golden triangle is so important to building out the ideas that built our entire society that far too often we take, not just for granted.
00:19:55.000 That is something we say far too often that has become a cliche, but we take it as normal.
00:20:01.000 I had someone say the other day, well, Charlie, they stopped me when I was at a restaurant or an airport or somewhere.
00:20:06.000 They said, Charlie, I like your stuff, but you're a little bit too alarmist when you talk about things that are quite honestly just common sense.
00:20:14.000 It's common sense that people should be able to speak freely.
00:20:17.000 It's common sense that we have private property.
