00:00:33.000 I'm taking your questions.
00:00:34.000 You've emailed us.
00:00:35.000 Buckle up.
00:00:36.000 Here we go.
00:00:37.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:39.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:00:41.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:44.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:47.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:48.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:00:49.000 His spirit, his love of this country.
00:00:51.000 He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.
00:00:57.000 Turning point USA.
00:00:58.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:07.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:10.000 In 1857, the SS Central, also known as the Gold Ship, sank with 9.1 tons of gold on board, valued at $2.1 million.
00:01:18.000 That is the modern-day equivalent to hundreds of millions, the greatest American treasure ever discovered at sea.
00:01:22.000 Today, Noble Gold, a California-based company with a pristine reputation, has a share of these coins available to their clients.
00:01:28.000 Over 7,000 gold coins, mainly $1, $5, or $20 gold coins from 1840 to 1857, were recovered from the SS Central America shipwreck.
00:01:38.000 Most of these coins from the ship of gold were quickly acquired by private collectors when the coins were first brought to the market in early 2000.
00:01:44.000 Now Noble's clients can get this unforgettable part of American history at a fair, affordable valuation.
00:01:49.000 Contact Noble Gold and ask about the Kirk shipwreck deal to receive this unique offer.
00:01:53.000 Visit noblegoldinvestments.com.
00:01:55.000 Then call a Noble Gold representative to ask about shipwreck coins.
00:01:59.000 Inflation is here, so it's time to tell better stories at your parties by showcasing inflation-resistant, one-of-a-kind coins from a collection destined to rise in value.
00:02:10.000 It's Friday, so I am taking your questions this entire hour.
00:02:14.000 Maybe you're in Riverside, California.
00:02:15.000 Maybe you are in Fargo, North Dakota.
00:02:18.000 Maybe you are in Atlanta or Dallas or Sarasota or Tampa.
00:02:21.000 Then email us your thoughts, freedom at charliekirk.com, or maybe you are in Charlottesville, Virginia.
00:02:25.000 I love Charlottesville, Virginia.
00:02:26.000 What a great part of the country.
00:02:27.000 Or maybe you are in Yakima, Washington.
00:02:30.000 Email us, freedom at charliekirk.com, and I will take your questions.
00:02:35.000 One question that one of our listeners have is: say, hey, Charlie, my friends are saying that critical race theory is not being taught in schools, that it's a legal theory.
00:02:47.000 How do I handle this?
00:02:48.000 Paul from Minnesota.
00:02:49.000 Well, Paul, congratulations.
00:02:50.000 Thanks for your question, and thanks for subscribing to our podcast.
00:02:53.000 You get a signed copy of the MAGA Doctrine.
00:02:55.000 This is their new talking point.
00:02:57.000 Their new talking point because we have been playing offense, by the way, and good job.
00:03:02.000 Sometimes on this program, we're talking about things that are going wrong.
00:03:06.000 Sometimes we talk about things that need improvement.
00:03:08.000 But I think it's time we actually do a little bit of a pat on our back.
00:03:11.000 We have put these people on defense, and it's been many months of ramping up.
00:03:16.000 I will say this, though.
00:03:18.000 The left got a little bit of, got a little lazy, wouldn't you agree, Connor, right after Biden's inauguration?
00:03:24.000 They did not preempt this critical race theory fight as well as they have with other ones.
00:03:29.000 They kind of allowed this grassroots movement to grow, and they are playing defense at every turn.
00:03:35.000 So this is their new talking point.
00:03:36.000 Their new talking point is: hey, Charlie, critical race theory is this really hard to understand legal theory.
00:03:42.000 Fourth graders aren't learning that.
00:03:44.000 The best way I can say kind of deconstructed is this, is that trigonometry is not being taught to fourth graders, but math is.
00:03:52.000 So you're talking about the early principles that will eventually let them grasp these ideas.
00:03:58.000 And so, no, they're not learning critical race theory.
00:04:01.000 They're learning the beginning stages of it.
00:04:03.000 They're learning the ABCs of racism.
00:04:07.000 And there is a proper way that we have to handle this.
00:04:09.000 We have to get out of an academic bubble and outside of abstractions.
00:04:14.000 And here's, and this is hard for conservatives because we don't like playing brass knuckle politics.
00:04:20.000 We, as conservatives, prefer a marketplace of ideas.
00:04:23.000 But would you have a marketplace of ideas with Joseph Stalin?
00:04:29.000 No, Media Matters is going to say Charlie Kirk compares critical race theory to Joseph Stalin.
00:04:34.000 Well, the ideologies are similar, to be perfectly honest.
00:04:37.000 Would you have a marketplace of ideas with Nathan Bedford Forrest?
00:04:42.000 Nathan Bedford Forrest ran the KKK.
00:04:45.000 He started the KKK.
00:04:47.000 Or do you just call people who are part of the KKK racists and bigots?
00:04:53.000 This is a very difficult thing because you don't want to call everyone a racist because we get called that all the time baselessly from the other side, but they're actually racist and it's actually very effective because they don't know how to handle it.
00:05:05.000 Tucker Carlson said it best: let's play Cut 98 as an example of this and how we've heard white hate so much lately, we've forgotten that the one thing you couldn't do in America is attack someone based on their skin color.
00:05:15.000 Cut 98.
00:05:16.000 White men, they're the problem.
00:05:18.000 You hear that so often that you don't pause to consider what a change this is.
00:05:23.000 It used to be only a few years ago that the one thing you couldn't do in America was attack people in public on the basis of their race.
00:05:31.000 I don't like that group because of their skin color.
00:05:33.000 Let's hurt them.
00:05:35.000 You couldn't say that.
00:05:37.000 It was the one unacceptable thing and for very good reason.
00:05:40.000 You cannot maintain a multiracial democracy unless people of every color have exactly the same rights and responsibilities under the law and are considered of precisely the same moral value under God.
00:05:54.000 Now, we are a republic, but I know what Tucker is saying.
00:05:57.000 Tucker's a dear friend of mine.
00:05:59.000 Cut 100.
00:06:00.000 Tucker on how critical race theory is an inaccurate way to explain what's going on.
00:06:04.000 Here's what you got to do.
00:06:06.000 If it is in your local community, you have to be willing to say, man, look this person in the eyes and say, you're a bigot.
00:06:15.000 You hate people.
00:06:16.000 And then that's it.
00:06:18.000 That's the conversation, that they hate other skin colors.
00:06:23.000 Cut 100.
00:06:24.000 But critical race theory is an inaccurate way to describe what's happening.
00:06:28.000 Like so much academic jargon, the phrase critical race theory doesn't mean anything.
00:06:33.000 It obscures rather than illuminates.
00:06:35.000 It is designed that way.
00:06:37.000 It is designed to confuse you.
00:06:39.000 What's happening in our schools and our military and our government is both simpler and easier to recognize than that.
00:06:45.000 It's not critical race theory.
00:06:47.000 It's racism.
00:06:49.000 Not neo-racism or reverse racism.
00:06:51.000 Those are meaningless terms.
00:06:53.000 It is race hate.
00:06:54.000 It is peddled by the people in charge in the hope that it will make them more powerful.
00:06:58.000 That's all it is.
00:06:59.000 And Tucker said something that's very important to finish the answer to this question.
00:07:04.000 It's designed to confuse you.
00:07:07.000 Clarity leads to decency.
00:07:12.000 Clarity leads to a respectful country.
00:07:16.000 When you are clear about what you believe and why you believe it, and then you're clear about what the other person believes and why they believe it, there really is very little place for chaos.
00:07:28.000 Clarity creates order.
00:07:30.000 Critical race theory and wokeism and racism is intentionally trying to make your compass spin.
00:07:38.000 It's intentionally trying to make your bearings confused.
00:07:42.000 It's intentionally trying to make you look around and say, I don't recognize this.
00:07:46.000 That's the point.
00:07:47.000 They want you all of a sudden to look at your GPS navigation metaphorically and say, I don't know where I am anymore.
00:07:55.000 You see, a confused society, a society without clarity, is much more likely to embrace totalitarianism.
00:08:02.000 And that's the point.
00:08:04.000 With massive infusions of intentional confusion, oh, I kind of like that.
00:08:08.000 With massive infusions of intentional confusion, you are more likely to bend the knee to the Leviathan.
00:08:15.000 Let's get to the next question here.
00:08:17.000 Freedom at CharlieKirk.com.
00:08:18.000 You guys can email us your questions.
00:08:21.000 This is from Sikhali Punta.
00:08:24.000 Hi, Charlie.
00:08:26.000 While listening to your episode with Bob and Rob, you guys chatted about open borders.
00:08:30.000 That's on the Charlie Kirk Show podcast.
00:08:31.000 After listening to countless hours of other podcasts, I have the utmost respect and appreciation for the American system.
00:08:37.000 I love how states are so independent yet united.
00:08:39.000 The southern border, from what I can gather, is out of control.
00:08:41.000 My question is because the states have created a federal government, they have more power than, say, a province in Canada.
00:08:46.000 It's true.
00:08:47.000 So why do individual states not just tell the federal government to pound sand and control their own border?
00:08:52.000 God bless America and you.
00:08:54.000 So why don't individual states just tell the federal government to pounce in?
00:08:57.000 That's what they should do.
00:08:58.000 And Texas is beginning to do that.
00:09:00.000 Texas is building the border wall.
00:09:02.000 Governor Greg Abbott is doing that.
00:09:04.000 And Kamala Harris, or is it Kamala?
00:09:06.000 We call her Kemi here.
00:09:08.000 I think Kami is a good name.
00:09:10.000 Kami has finally visited the border.
00:09:12.000 Remember her famous line?
00:09:13.000 She said, well, I haven't been to Europe either, obviously.
00:09:18.000 Cut 89.
00:09:18.000 Kamala Harris is looking, I've been to the border many times.
00:09:20.000 I live at the border.
00:09:21.000 I have a house at the border.
00:09:22.000 My children are born at the border.
00:09:23.000 I know the border.
00:09:24.000 The border's like me and I am the border, of which we are all one the same.
00:09:27.000 Don't tell me like you know more than the border.
00:09:29.000 I have, I have a, hey, look, I have a nest at the border, okay?
00:09:32.000 Like, you know, that kind of camera.
00:09:34.000 I see everything at the border.
00:09:34.000 I have surveillance at the border.
00:09:36.000 I spy on the border.
00:09:37.000 I am the border.
00:09:38.000 How dare you?
00:09:38.000 Ha ha ha!
00:09:39.000 Going to cackle play cut 89.
00:09:41.000 How do you guys decide that right now was the right time to make your first trip to the border?
00:09:46.000 Well, it's not my first trip.
00:09:47.000 I've been to the border many times.
00:09:49.000 I was the person in charge of the response.
00:09:52.000 So the important aspect of this visit is leading this visit after the work that we did in Guatemala and Mexico.
00:10:02.000 Because as I've long said, I said back in March I was going to come to the border, so this is not a new plan.
00:10:07.000 Do you notice how she does the big head knob?
00:10:10.000 You know, the big one?
00:10:11.000 It's not just like a little, it's the whole head.
00:10:13.000 And then she talks with her hands like she's trying to levitate.
00:10:18.000 She has her degree in borderology.
00:10:19.000 Didn't you know that?
00:10:20.000 She is the governor of the border.
00:10:22.000 She is the czar of the border.
00:10:24.000 She is the dictator of the border.
00:10:25.000 There's never been anyone that understands the border better than Kamala Harris.
00:10:28.000 How dare you question if you are you're racist?
00:10:30.000 And so Texas should build a border wall and Arizona should build the border wall.
00:10:38.000 The states need to reaffirm their sovereignty.
00:10:40.000 If the federal government is going to do nothing about a humanitarian and moral and sovereignty crisis, it is time for the Texas National Guard to be fully mobilized to the border.
00:10:50.000 It's time for the southern border wall to be completely built and it's time for Texas Rangers to have arrest and deportation authority over any foreign national that steps into Texas.
00:10:59.000 Make them sue you, Governor Abbott.
00:11:02.000 And Florida has sent in reinforcements.
00:11:04.000 We need a massive border construction and deportation force to the southern border.
00:11:09.000 Kamala Harris, who is the czar and the queenista of the border, Kami, she has decided that she cares more about the needs, wants, and interests of Guatemala than of Guadalajara, actually, no, Guadalajara, Mexico, than of, let's say, Galveston, Texas.
00:11:25.000 That's what I meant to say.
00:11:26.000 She cares more about Guatemala than Galveston, Texas.
00:11:29.000 It's time for the states to reaffirm their sovereignty.
00:11:35.000 With the ever-increasing numbers of makes and models, it is now impossible to stock all the parts you need on a traditional chain storefront.
00:11:41.000 Why endure often pointless and seemingly intimidating questioning and wait while the counterman orders the parts on his computer or her computer, choosing the only brand his warehouse happens to carry?
00:11:51.000 You have computers with access to rockauto.com at home and in your pocket.
00:11:56.000 One reason to repair and maintain your cars is to save money and that you can then use for other important things like mortgages or food.
00:12:03.000 Why choose to spend 30, 50, or 100% more?
00:12:06.000 Rockauto.com is a terrific company.
00:12:08.000 They've been long-term partners here on this program and this podcast.
00:12:12.000 Rockauto.com is a family business and they love their country.
00:12:16.000 Serving auto parts customers online for 20 years.
00:12:19.000 Go to rockauto.com to shop for auto and body parts from hundreds of manufacturers.
00:12:23.000 Look, when I walk into an auto shop, they might as well speak Swahili.
00:12:27.000 I understand none of it.
00:12:28.000 But rockauto.com is easy, it's seamless, it's understandable.
00:12:32.000 So go to rockauto.com and pick out all your parts and write Charlie Kirk in the how did you hear about us.
00:12:38.000 Maybe you need a new Johnson rod.
00:12:40.000 Maybe you need a new thing that I don't know anything about cars, so maybe you need that thing.
00:12:43.000 Then go to rockauto.com and type in Charlie Kirk to how you heard us.
00:12:47.000 Amazing selection, reliably low prices, great people, all the parts your car will ever need, rockauto.com.
00:12:55.000 From Kevin, good afternoon, Charlie.
00:12:57.000 I'm a regular listener to your show.
00:12:58.000 Today is my birthday.
00:13:00.000 Well, happy birthday.
00:13:01.000 It's also my sister's birthday today.
00:13:03.000 I am 49.
00:13:04.000 My question is: today, Joe Biden just weaponized the State Department, the Justice Department, but I know what you mean, by suing the state of Georgia.
00:13:12.000 How concerned should we be that Joe is going after the state's elections and the new voting laws?
00:13:17.000 Are you surprised Joe and the Communist Marxist Democrat Party haven't moved on this sooner?
00:13:23.000 This is unprecedented, but they think of themselves as Dwight D. Eisenhower.
00:13:27.000 This is the argument they're about to make.
00:13:29.000 You want to hear a prediction here?
00:13:31.000 You're about to hear it.
00:13:32.000 They're going to say, well, we used the federal government to desegregate schools in Arkansas with the Little Rock 9.
00:13:38.000 We brought in the National Guard and the governor blinked.
00:13:41.000 Why wouldn't we bring in the federal government to go against these racist voting laws?
00:13:46.000 You see, that's why it's so important to set the terms of engagement and the truth of what we're dealing with, because then it actually puts guardrails on further involvement or intervention.
00:14:00.000 The Biden administration is suing the state of Georgia, alleging, quote, changes to the Georgia's election laws were enacted with the purpose of denying and abridging the right of black Georgians to vote on account of their color or race.
00:14:13.000 You see, they're so worried that Governor Brian Kemp wants to know the identity and verify the signature of every voter in Georgia, the federal government is now swooping in with unlimited resources to crush the state of Georgia.
00:14:27.000 Now, mind you, if this was the case, why does the Biden administration not sue the state of Delaware, Joe Biden's home state of Delaware, with stricter voting laws than the state of Georgia?
00:14:39.000 Why is the Biden administration not suing Georgia?
00:14:43.000 The obvious reason is that whatever machine they have set up in Delaware benefits Democrats and benefits Joe Biden and quite honestly, benefits white politicians because Delaware produces a lot of white politicians.
00:14:56.000 Now, in Georgia, it's become a battleground state, purely and totally manufactured by the Democrat Party and Vichy French Neville Chamberlain Republicans that have always been suing for peace while they get steamrolled by the Stacey Abrams group of the Democrat Party.
00:15:12.000 And Georgia, very interestingly, has this lawsuit going on, which, by the way, ballot inspectors against the Georgia judges' own orders have just inspected those Fulton County ballots.
00:15:27.000 You read these affidavits and you read the realclearpolitics.com article.
00:15:33.000 They allege thousands of photocopied ballots were counted in this last election.
00:15:38.000 If just a few of those ballots were not counted in the first election before the runoff, David Perdue would have avoided a runoff with John Ossif, and David Perdue would have been the U.S. Senator from Georgia.
00:15:54.000 Instead, it forced a runoff and they got two Democrat senators from Georgia.
00:15:59.000 Play cut 105.
00:16:01.000 Today, the Department of Justice is suing the state of Georgia.
00:16:06.000 Our complaint alleges that recent changes to Georgia's election laws were enacted with the purpose of denying or abridging the right of black Georgians to vote on account of their race or color in violation of section two of the Voting Rights Act.
00:16:23.000 There is no evidence of this whatsoever.
00:16:25.000 In fact, this expands voting on Sunday for black communities.
00:16:30.000 But the Biden administration wants to make a public example.
00:16:34.000 This is the Soviet equivalent of, this is the American equivalent of a Soviet practice called a show trial.
00:16:42.000 They want to put something on display.
00:16:45.000 They want a spectacle.
00:16:46.000 You know who this is for?
00:16:48.000 This is for Pennsylvania and Arizona.
00:16:51.000 This is for other states.
00:16:52.000 This is pure and total Democrat-style intimidation.
00:16:56.000 You see, one of the KKK's tactics that they used was intimidation, trying to show others that they can't act in a certain way.
00:17:06.000 Now, we know that the Georgia election was not done constitutionally.
00:17:09.000 We know the Georgia election was done immorally.
00:17:13.000 But now the federal government is intervening because they're afraid that Raphael Warnock is going to lose to potentially Herschel Walker and run Herschel Run.
00:17:24.000 I love Herschel Walker.
00:17:26.000 He's a great guy, and he would beat Raphael Warnock by 10 points.
00:17:29.000 It would be delicious to see.
00:17:31.000 They're worried.
00:17:32.000 They're worried that their current monopoly on power is about to be broken up.
00:17:37.000 And because of that, the Biden administration is coming in and they are unconstitutionally questioning the plenary powers of the state to administer elections as they see fit.
00:17:47.000 And nothing in the Georgia election law violates the Civil Rights Act, no matter what Merrick Garland or the Department of Justice says.
00:17:56.000 But they are worried.
00:17:57.000 They know they are standing on fragile footing and that the American people are about to displace the Democrats from power.
00:18:05.000 Here's one here from Mike, who emailed us in.
00:18:08.000 Charlie, I live in Riverside, California.
00:18:10.000 I've been hearing that because people are standing up to the left and fighting against critical race theory, the left is going to teach critical race theory under a different format called Transformational Social and Emotional Learning, T-cell.
00:18:21.000 Have you heard any truth to this?
00:18:22.000 I went to my school board district site and they have links to Transformative Cell.
00:18:26.000 I would love more on this.
00:18:27.000 Thank you, Mike and Riverside.
00:18:28.000 Yes, they are playing linguistic names and change around acronyms of the same hateful ideology, the same racist ideology.
00:18:38.000 So you should call it radical racial education.
00:18:43.000 It's very simple.
00:18:44.000 Are you teaching children about skin color?
00:18:46.000 You should ask your educators.
00:18:48.000 This is a very simple.
00:18:49.000 Here's three questions you guys should ask your educators.
00:18:51.000 Take notes.
00:18:53.000 Do you think skin color matters?
00:18:55.000 Do you think it's important?
00:18:56.000 Do you think skin color is something important?
00:18:58.000 That's question number one.
00:19:00.000 Number two, what is race?
00:19:03.000 Explain it to me.
00:19:06.000 What makes one race different than the other?
00:19:08.000 Please build out to me the differences between a white person and a black person.
00:19:12.000 And number three, are you going to all of a sudden teach children that what matters most in life is things they cannot control or change?
00:19:22.000 Those three questions there should be asked repeatedly, clearly, and gracefully and concisely of everything, every single educator across the country or person in charge of curriculum.
00:19:34.000 These ideas already dominate our corporations that many corporations, they believe that skin color is incredibly important.
00:19:42.000 They think that how you look is a value.
00:19:45.000 We here on the Charlie Kirk show think how you look is completely and totally irrelevant.
00:19:51.000 We care about who you are.
00:19:52.000 We care about your character.
00:19:54.000 We care about stuff that's a lot harder than skin color.
00:19:57.000 We care about stuff that takes effort, skill, commitment, discipline.
00:20:01.000 It takes work.
00:20:03.000 You see, skin color doesn't require any of that stuff.
00:20:06.000 A tribal society is not one I want to live in.
00:20:11.000 I don't want to live in a society where all of a sudden we say, ah, that's where the blacks live.
00:20:14.000 That's where the whites live.
00:20:16.000 We don't talk to each other.
00:20:17.000 We hate each other.
00:20:18.000 And so, Mike, that's what they want, because that creates the conditions for totalitarianism.
00:20:27.000 They want a conditional environment where a small group of people can control a lot of different things.
00:20:33.000 A republic where people have mutual respect, where people know each other.
00:20:39.000 That does not allow those sorts of things to occur.
00:20:42.000 Now, I want to read again from Aristotle, book five.
00:20:46.000 I've read this a couple times on our podcast, and I know some people's eyes glaze over, but hear me out.
00:20:52.000 Aristotle, of course, learned from Plato, and Plato learned from Socrates.
00:20:58.000 Aristotle was much more focused on things you can see than things you can, much less abstractionist and much more focused on the empirical world.
00:21:08.000 Aristotle was a scientist, and he ran the Lyceum.
00:21:11.000 And so, Aristotle in the book Politics.
00:21:14.000 So, Aristotle wrote a book on metaphysics.
00:21:16.000 He wrote a book on ethics and politics.
00:21:18.000 The best way to read it, and again, I learned from Dr. Larry Arn.
00:21:22.000 I took their phenomenal course at hillsdale.edu, and hopefully have some more announcements about that soon.
00:21:28.000 And it was a lot of work, and I have whole books of notes on it.
00:21:31.000 Again, I'm by no means an expert, okay?
00:21:33.000 I have a very elementary form of knowledge on this, but enough where it's actually really helped enhance my worldview.
00:21:40.000 And he wrote in Politics, Book 5, Chapter 11, about tyrants.
00:21:43.000 This is 2,500 years ago, about a small group of people controlling a lot of things.
00:21:48.000 And this is what tyrants do.
00:21:50.000 Tyrants preserve themselves by not letting there be any schools or other collegial gatherings, like the lockdowns, for leisured pursuits, and doing everything that will keep all people as unknown to one another as possible, since familiarity breeds greater degree of mutual trust.
00:22:09.000 So let's use that logically and go backwards in what Aristotle's teaching us here.
00:22:14.000 Do you think that what we're teaching our children creates greater degrees of mutual trust?
00:22:20.000 Do you think that CRT or transformational social equity learning or whatever this nonsense is, again, it's word laundering.
00:22:29.000 It's relabeling.
00:22:30.000 That's all that it is.
00:22:32.000 Do you know what it's like?
00:22:33.000 Let me give you a couple examples of what this is like.
00:22:36.000 This is like Acorn.
00:22:38.000 After Acorn got defunded by James O'Keefe, they just changed their name to some other social organizing organization.
00:22:45.000 You know what else this is like?
00:22:47.000 This is like all of these companies that go through all these scandals and they come out with this big rebranding package is what this is like.
00:22:57.000 Many times we have seen people that go through big scandals and they come out all of a sudden with kind of the new and improved 2.0.
00:23:05.000 It doesn't matter what they call it.
00:23:07.000 The ideas are the same.
00:23:09.000 Do you think skin color matters?
00:23:12.000 What is race?
00:23:14.000 And are you going to teach young people that they should be conscious or thinking about skin color all the time?
00:23:23.000 Skin, color, and the physical appearance is merely a garment.
00:23:27.000 It's irrelevant, which houses the mind and the spiritual.
00:23:32.000 That is what matters.
00:23:34.000 The spirit and the mind.
00:23:37.000 If you care about just the melanin content, you are a tribal racist.
00:23:43.000 If you care about melanin content, you care about things that cannot be changed or moved.
00:23:50.000 Okay, let's go to another question here.
00:23:53.000 One of my friends here, someone emailed us and said, KDKA in Pittsburgh is the only station east of the Mississippi with a K. Huh, that's interesting.
00:24:01.000 I learned something new every single day.
00:24:03.000 I learned so much from our listeners.
00:24:04.000 Thank you.
00:24:05.000 And says, also, it seems to me that we have a reverse Potempkin village here in the Constitutional Republic.
00:24:13.000 Hopefully it'll get back on track to be that very soon.
00:24:16.000 Not exactly sure what that means, but I do know what a Potempkin village is.
00:24:20.000 I'm not totally processing what she means by it or he means by a reverse Potempkin village.
00:24:24.000 I will let producer Connor be able to process that.
00:24:30.000 Okay, let's get to another question here.
00:24:31.000 Freedom at CharlieKirk.com.
00:24:34.000 Here's one.
00:24:35.000 Both my grandfathers fought in wars and brought our families up to be proud Americans and to love our country because it is the greatest country in the world.
00:24:42.000 My grandfather fought in World War II.
00:24:44.000 My ancestors fought in World War I. My ancestors fought in the Civil War, the War of 1812 and the Revolutionary War.
00:24:50.000 The first Kirks got here in 1620.
00:24:52.000 Hat tip to you, Alphonsus Kirk.
00:24:54.000 We think of you very often and frequent.
00:24:56.000 The 501-year anniversary of the Kirks coming here to America.
00:25:01.000 I'm happy to say that generally the Kirks have made a positive impression, but guess what?
00:25:05.000 That doesn't make me a good person and it doesn't make me a bad person.
00:25:08.000 I am so ashamed of how Americans see America today.
00:25:11.000 We need a shift and the Democrats understand that they are destroying our beautiful country.
00:25:14.000 How do we do that?
00:25:15.000 I know this sounds like a simple answer, but I believe Republicans need a strategic plan to stand together in order to make this happen.
00:25:21.000 As you constantly state, our party needs courage.
00:25:23.000 Kristen D.
00:25:24.000 So here's a good question.
00:25:27.000 Why are Republicans even negotiating a multi-trillion dollar infrastructure package while our military is teaching KKK ideology?
00:25:38.000 Why are we putting up with that?
00:25:40.000 Why are Senate Republicans even negotiating infrastructure packages while we have this ideology in the military?
00:25:46.000 Here's how Senate Republicans should be acting.
00:25:48.000 We are not sitting down for dinner.
00:25:50.000 We are not going to have a cup of coffee with you, Democrats, until our military is immune to these abstract political fringe ideas.
00:25:58.000 The military is the last straw.
00:26:00.000 We don't put up with it.
00:26:02.000 And so you're right.
00:26:03.000 Republicans need an action plan.
00:26:07.000 Republicans need a comprehensive plan of how we are going to take back the nation.
00:26:12.000 So what does that look like?
00:26:14.000 It looks like every single precinct committee position needs to be filled across the country.
00:26:17.000 If you want to save America and you're not a precinct committee person, that's something you got to do.
00:26:21.000 We got to keep the pressure on the school boards.
00:26:23.000 And I want to say some positive news.
00:26:25.000 There's a school board revolution happening right now in the country.
00:26:27.000 It is awesome.
00:26:28.000 It is robust.
00:26:29.000 It's authentic.
00:26:30.000 And I love it.
00:26:31.000 You know what else we need to do?
00:26:32.000 We need to perpetually play offense and never accept the terms of their debate, ever.
00:26:37.000 They need to accept the terms of our debate.
00:26:39.000 Never again do you have to explain your way from not being a racist.
00:26:42.000 Scoff at it and dismiss it.
00:26:44.000 Call them a racist because they are.
00:26:46.000 Call them a bigot.
00:26:47.000 And then we need to build new things and build big things.
00:26:50.000 We need to stop using their corporations whenever possible.
00:26:52.000 I know it's not easy, as I say this incredibly hypocritically with an Apple device right in front of me, which again, we're working on getting a sticker across it.
00:27:01.000 We need to build new stuff.
00:27:02.000 We need to have new entrepreneurs that are going to take risks.
00:27:05.000 I know it's not easy.
00:27:06.000 And I'm not, by the way, I'm right there with you.
00:27:08.000 Okay.
00:27:09.000 I'm preaching against woke corporations.
00:27:12.000 Next thing you know, I'm like, well, what are we having for lunch?
00:27:15.000 Well, Charlie, you can either get Chipotle or you can get this woke company or this.
00:27:19.000 I say, okay, we got to work on this.
00:27:20.000 And we do.
00:27:22.000 And then I say, well, what kind of shirts are we selling?
00:27:24.000 Well, we can have the one made in Wuhan, China, or the one made in Ho Chi Minh City.
00:27:27.000 I'm happy to say that the shirt I'm wearing right now is made by my wife and it's made here in America.
00:27:31.000 So, incremental changes like that.
00:27:33.000 We got to build new things.
00:27:34.000 But more than anything else, we need a mindset shift.
00:27:37.000 That's what we need.
00:27:38.000 We need a mindset shift.
00:27:40.000 Where all of a sudden you say, look, we're going to do what it takes, what it is necessary to win, to take terrain from them and to protect the framework and civil government and free societies.
00:27:51.000 We are not going to manage the decay.
00:27:54.000 One of my friends, and you'll hear this podcast soon.
00:27:56.000 I'm not going to say who it is.
00:27:57.000 I said, Well, are you comfortable having the right opinion and losing the country?
00:28:02.000 And this person said, Yes.
00:28:04.000 See, I'm not happy with that.
00:28:06.000 I'm not comfortable with that.
00:28:07.000 You know what that would be saying?
00:28:08.000 It's like saying Winston Churchill would have to be.
00:28:11.000 Imagine Winston Churchill saying, you know, we got the right ideas, but I had to give up Britain because I wasn't willing to do what was necessary.
00:28:21.000 Sometimes the stakes get so high that you have to do what is needed to achieve victory.
00:28:31.000 Did you ever read the fine print that appears when you start browsing in incognito mode?
00:28:35.000 It says that your activity might still be visible to your employer, your school, or your internet service provider.
00:28:40.000 How can they even call it incognito?
00:28:41.000 To really stop these people from visiting, from seeing the sites you visit, you need to do what I do and use ExpressVPN.
00:28:48.000 Think about all the times you've used the Wi-Fi at a coffee shop, a hotel, or even at your parents' home.
00:28:52.000 Without ExpressVPN, every single site you visit could be logged by the admin of that network.
00:28:58.000 And that's still true when you're in incognito mode.
00:29:01.000 What's more is your home internet provider, I'm talking about Comcast, ATT, or whatever, can also see and record your browsing data.
00:29:08.000 ExpressVPN is an application.
00:29:10.000 It's an app that encrypts all of your network data and reroutes it through a network of secure servers so that your private online activity says just that, private.
00:29:18.000 ExpressVPN works on all of your devices and it's super easy to use.
00:29:22.000 So stop letting strangers invade your online privacy.
00:29:25.000 Protect yourself at expressvpn.com slash Charlie.
00:29:29.000 Use my link at expressvpn.com slash Charlie.
00:29:32.000 That's expr ESSVPN.com slash Charlie to learn more.
00:29:39.000 Hey, Charlie, my question to you is, why are we only hearing about transgender males in women's sports and not transgender women competing in male sports?
00:29:46.000 It seems to me that males are doing it for an ego thing and females are doing it because they truly believe that's what they are.
00:29:52.000 What are your thoughts on this?
00:29:53.000 And congratulations on your recent marriage.
00:29:54.000 May God bless you and your wife abundantly.
00:29:57.000 Well, one of the reasons you're not hearing about it is because I don't think any woman who thinks that they are a man has any sort of a shot at competing in male sports because it sort of basically proves our point.
00:30:10.000 By the way, I'm happy to report, I don't know, one of these Olympians who thought they were a woman lost tremendously and did not qualify.
00:30:17.000 I don't know if you saw that or not.
00:30:19.000 So this man was such a bad athlete.
00:30:21.000 He couldn't compete against men and he actually got beat by women.
00:30:25.000 And these people have deep mental problems and they need help.
00:30:28.000 They need counseling.
00:30:30.000 They need prayer.
00:30:31.000 They need compassion.
00:30:33.000 They don't need to be treated in a way, though, that delegitimizes standards and order and a framework of systems that work.
00:30:41.000 That is not the way to do that.
00:30:44.000 Let's get to the next question here.
00:30:45.000 Freedom at CharlieKirk.com.
00:30:47.000 Let's do this one.
00:30:48.000 Hey, Charlie, Kamala Harris seems to have visited the border.
00:30:51.000 Do you think Trump going as well had anything to do with it?
00:30:54.000 Thanks so much, Carl from Arkansas.
00:30:56.000 Thank you, Carl, from Arkansas.
00:30:57.000 Yes.
00:30:58.000 Donald Trump going down to the border and announcing it forced the hand of Kamala Harris.
00:31:04.000 Donald Trump saying that he was going to come down to the border all of a sudden forced the hand of a current elected official, Kamala Harris, to go down to the border.
00:31:04.000 Yes.
00:31:13.000 I want to get to one more here before the end.
00:31:15.000 Do we have Cut 64?
00:31:16.000 Let's play Cut 64.
00:31:17.000 That's Jen Saki who says that Kamala Harris visiting the border because the crisis is not under control.
00:31:22.000 Cut 64.
00:31:24.000 This trip on Friday, which is being done in coordination with the Department of Homeland Security, Secretary Mayorkas is, of course, joining her to continue to address the root causes and work in coordination to get the situation under control.
00:31:38.000 It must not be under control if you're sending the vice president there.
00:31:43.000 Let's get one more question here from Quinton.
00:31:45.000 Mike Lindell, a good man, mypillow.com promo code Kirk, has made comments that Trump would be reinstated to the office this fall.
00:31:53.000 Because nothing in the Constitution states reinstatement to office.
00:31:53.000 How would that be?
00:31:56.000 Love Mike.
00:31:57.000 I don't think that's going to happen, but we do have an exclusive conversation where Mike just sounds off, and we're going to have that on our podcast.
00:32:04.000 I love his passion for the Lord, for Jesus.
00:32:08.000 And Mike is a friend of mine.
00:32:09.000 You know, people say, well, Charlie, do you denounce what?
00:32:11.000 Just calm down.
00:32:11.000 Like, hold on a second.
00:32:12.000 Okay.
00:32:13.000 Since when am I in the business of denouncing friends?
00:32:16.000 Is that what we have to do now?
00:32:19.000 You have to police the comments and the opinions of people that you like.
00:32:25.000 Is that this weird new micro-tyranny we have to be in that I have to justify who my friends are?
00:32:32.000 Mike Lindell has always been very good to me.
00:32:34.000 Mike Lindell employs a lot of people.
00:32:36.000 Mike Lindell has a lot of passion for his country and he loves Jesus Christ.
00:32:40.000 If he says some things that I don't see eye to eye with him, then that's between Mike and I. You are trying to divide us if you're all of a sudden trying to interject yourself when some blogger says, What's your comment on this?
00:32:52.000 Because I know you're friends with him.
00:32:53.000 You know what?
00:32:53.000 The comment is, screw you.
00:32:54.000 That's the comment.
00:32:55.000 Mike's a friend of mine, promo code Kirk.
00:32:57.000 Have a nice life.
00:32:58.000 You got a question for Mike?
00:32:59.000 Call Mike.
00:33:00.000 I'm all of a sudden not going to be forced tyrannically into playing on the terms of engagement.
00:33:06.000 And that's some good advice for all of you.
00:33:08.000 All of you have these friendships that all of a sudden are trying to, that you have that you like, well, do you denounce this because this person did that?
00:33:16.000 Be loyal to your friends.
00:33:18.000 Be good to them.
00:33:21.000 Friendship is a gift from the Lord.
00:33:23.000 Aristotle wrote a lot about friendship.
00:33:26.000 So I refuse to all of a sudden sever ties with people that I've shared experiences and values with just because some blogger tells me to do so.
00:33:36.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
