00:02:08.000 Expressvpn.com slash Charlie.
00:02:14.000 Hi, Charlie.
00:02:15.000 My question is geared towards homeschooling.
00:02:17.000 Right now, my two children are in public school, but if they begin to mandate a vaccine in New York, I'm going to have to homeschool them.
00:02:23.000 Do you have any recommendations for Christian homeschooling or how to even get started?
00:02:28.000 Well, I want to, of course, first talk about our partnership that we have with Hillsdale College.
00:02:32.000 They do an amazing job.
00:02:34.000 And you guys can check it out at charlieforhillsdale.com.
00:02:38.000 You know, a lot of people say, Charlie, how do you kind of have the range of topics that you have?
00:02:44.000 Well, I discovered the Hillsdale online courses.
00:02:47.000 I've had the opportunity to get to know Dr. Larry Arn rather well.
00:02:51.000 And I started to take these online courses and I realized that our shows became more interesting, that my ability to predict what was happening came easier, to see things with clarity, because if you study things that came before you that are ancient, that are real, and that are true, then all of a sudden you're able to view history.
00:03:10.000 You're able to view what happens right now without some sort of polluted lens.
00:03:14.000 So, for example, I have completed Intro to the Constitution, Constitution 101, and Aristotle's Ethics, and I'm almost done.
00:03:21.000 I know it's been a couple of weeks of me saying this, but it's been a pretty intense course.
00:03:26.000 Intro into Western philosophy, which is amazing.
00:03:29.000 I finished the great American story, Land of Hope, with Dr. McClay that you guys can get right there at charlieforhillsdale.com.
00:03:36.000 And here are just some of the other courses that if you want to homeschool your kids, first, you should take these courses and get a grasp of these.
00:03:42.000 But if you just teach off the homeschool online courses at charlieforhillsdale.com, your children will have a much higher likelihood of loving the nation, loving the Lord, and really having wisdom.
00:03:55.000 So, for example, there's public policy from a constitutional viewpoint.
00:03:59.000 The U.S. Supreme Court, an introduction to C.S. Lewis, Writings and Significance, Winston Churchill and Statesmanship, the Federalist Papers, a proper understanding of K-12 education theory and practice, great books from the Renaissance to modern, and the presidency and the Constitution, and great books 101.
00:04:20.000 So these are all phenomenal ways.
00:04:22.000 And more specifically, another link that I'm going to plug that if you guys want to see some of their curriculum, it's a hard link to kind of write down.
00:04:29.000 It's k12.hillsdale.edu is another great link that you could check out for specific curriculum, the 1776 curriculum.
00:04:39.000 It's k12.hillsdale.edu.
00:04:42.000 But let me just say this: that your children should be diving into things that came long before them.
00:04:48.000 One of the problems with college in America is that it teaches you that if it was not taught in your lifetime, then you shouldn't, if it wasn't written in your lifetime, you shouldn't study it.
00:04:59.000 We don't believe that.
00:05:00.000 We, as conservatives, as constitutionalists, believe that there's beauty and wisdom in tradition.
00:05:06.000 We believe that nature is the norm.
00:05:08.000 We believe in things that do not change.
00:05:10.000 Wisdom is the knowledge of things that do not change.
00:05:13.000 And our college system and our school system, when you send your kids to public and government schools, they don't teach you those things.
00:05:19.000 They teach you things that are constantly changing, such as gender norms and transgenderism.
00:05:25.000 Instead, search out writers and thinkers that have written about who human beings are.
00:05:31.000 What is truth?
00:05:32.000 What is love?
00:05:32.000 What is beauty?
00:05:33.000 What is courage?
00:05:34.000 Contemplation, friendship.
00:05:35.000 These are things that will make young people develop character, which comes from the Greek word tattoo or imprint or kind of within your soul.
00:05:46.000 Development of character is the most important thing our school system should do.
00:05:51.000 And it doesn't always do that.
00:05:52.000 I would rather have C students with character than A students with cowardice.
00:05:56.000 The United States Senate right now is full of A students that are cowardly.
00:06:03.000 And the nation will be saved by A student, C students, whatever.
00:06:07.000 The point is that the pursuit of just getting grades for grades' sake has made our nation in moral decline.
00:06:16.000 And so I know a lot of people are thinking about homeschooling.
00:06:18.000 I want to reiterate those two links if you want to check it out.
00:06:20.000 It's k12hillsdale.edu and also charlieforhillsdale.com.
00:06:26.000 Parents should take these classes.
00:06:28.000 And I want to say one other thing about the homeschooling thing.
00:06:30.000 If you are not prepared to homeschool right now, maybe it's just too much time and you just are working a job and it's just not for you, then spend one hour a week.
00:06:38.000 Here's my challenge for you: spend one hour a week where you get to teach your children something that you learned from these Hillsdale online courses.
00:06:46.000 Maybe it's Sunday at 5 p.m. right before after dinner.
00:06:50.000 And you sit down and you say, okay, we are going to talk about Alexander Hamilton.
00:06:54.000 We're going to talk about George Washington.
00:06:56.000 You might say, look, I don't know anything about that.
00:06:59.000 Well, that's why we've partnered with Hillsdale, where you can learn so much in a short period of time.
00:07:03.000 And there's little quizzes after that.
00:07:04.000 CharlieForhillsdale.com.
00:07:06.000 We need to double the homeschooling population in our country quickly.
00:07:10.000 Okay, Erica.
00:07:12.000 I like the name Erica.
00:07:13.000 It's my wife's name.
00:07:14.000 As you may know, New Mexico has reinstated the mask mandate.
00:07:19.000 And I think we're on the brink of another lockdown, if not nationally state-mandated.
00:07:23.000 My question is: how can we stand up for our right to not wear masks or not get vaccinated when it comes to the public?
00:07:30.000 How do we handle businesses that are enforcing the mandate without attacking the employee of businesses personally?
00:07:37.000 From Erica, which is a beautiful name, I have to say.
00:07:40.000 This is a tough one.
00:07:41.000 Unfortunately, courts have really, in my opinion, they have abdicated their duty and their responsibility to stand up for private enterprise.
00:07:55.000 Now, if there's a book I had to recommend that talks about how private business basically no longer was private business, and it details it in such a factual way, the media hates this book.
00:08:06.000 It is a thought crime book, is Age of Entitlement by Christopher Caldwell.
00:08:12.000 And this book goes through in great detail about how after the Civil Rights Act that was passed, it created a new regime where all of a sudden the federal government and governments had the right to go into private businesses and tell them what to do.
00:08:26.000 Now, that's not to say the Civil Rights Act was a mistake.
00:08:28.000 I'm not saying that.
00:08:29.000 I'm saying that the unintended consequences of the rush to market, the monstrosity of the bill, if you actually read the bill, there are five components of the Civil Rights Act, and some that have very little to do with civil rights.
00:08:42.000 There's Title I, Title II, Title III, Title IV, and Title VI is all about enforcement.
00:08:48.000 And this is a really important point, which obviously the goal of the Civil Rights Act was to try to get rid of racist behavior, which is an admirable and a moral thing.
00:08:58.000 And I personally am, I am invested in trying to make public policy to try to eradicate that.
00:09:08.000 But what was the unintended consequence of all of that was trying to insert oneself into the functions of private business where all of a sudden now they can say, if you don't vaccinate your employees, despite the White House staff not getting vaccinated, then we can shut you down.
00:09:23.000 If you don't wear a mask or a cloth over your face, we can shut you down.
00:09:27.000 And this really all kind of started with the third founding of the United States, as Christopher Caldwell would call it, where you don't have as much rights as you thought you do.
00:09:38.000 I don't understand how this is not a HIPAA violation.
00:09:40.000 I don't understand, especially some people actually have legitimate doctor's guidance that wearing a mask is not good for them, that it restricts oxygen flow.
00:09:49.000 And that's not for everybody, but every single person is medically different.
00:09:53.000 And what we have decided to do is wipe away the entire tradition of personalized medicine under the guise of public health, which has always been a mirage.
00:10:04.000 It's been a false promise.
00:10:05.000 It has been a gateway drug.
00:10:07.000 So people say, well, Charlie, this is the Delta variant.
00:10:10.000 No, it's the tyranny variant.
00:10:12.000 It's the autocrat variant.
00:10:15.000 We know how this operates and how it works.
00:10:17.000 Yet we can't even have a conversation on ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine, zinc, vitamin C, vitamin D, not being tremendously overweight.
00:10:27.000 If you really want to go back to how all of a sudden your rights were eliminated, go and realize how the radicals hijacked the well-meaning intentions of the Civil Rights Act in the 1960s and used it to create a new powerful post-private property regime where all of a sudden, next thing you know, you don't have the right as a business owner to say, you don't wear masks in my restaurant.
00:10:50.000 How did that happen?
00:10:51.000 Well, it's because the framework of private property was obliterated under good intentions, because good intentions do not always create good public policy.
00:11:00.000 And instead, the bureaucrats and the activists took over the apparatus of the Department of Justice in the 1960s and they realized this can now be a blueprint, a blueprint to destroy individual liberty, and they could tell you how to live your life.
00:11:17.000 Okay, is it possible to avoid digestion problems by eating only healthy organic food?
00:11:21.000 It's a nice thought, but unfortunately, it's just not possible.
00:11:23.000 You see, your natural ability to digest food declines with age.
00:11:26.000 This is because your body produces fewer enzymes, which are the proteins responsible for digesting food.
00:11:31.000 Fewer enzymes mean more difficulty digesting food.
00:11:34.000 Even organic foods won't provide enough enzymes to properly digest them.
00:11:38.000 And especially true if you cook your food because cooking kills enzymes.
00:11:42.000 This is where supplementing with a high-quality enzyme supplement can be a huge help.
00:11:45.000 I personally recommend mass zymes by Bioptimizers.
00:11:49.000 I've told you about Bioptimizer's great magnesium product for months now.
00:11:52.000 And Mass Enzymes, also from Bioptimizers, is the best-in-class supplement loaded with a full-spectrum enzyme for digestive protein, starches, sugars, fibers, and fat.
00:12:02.000 Taking Mass Enzymes daily can help top off your enzyme level and replace the enzyme your body is no longer producing, which means you'll be able to eat all sorts of delicious foods and digest them quickly and effortlessly.
00:12:13.000 Verified buyer Mike C. Gave Mass Enzymes a five-star rating, saying, quote, it has helped me address digestion and health issues.
00:12:19.000 You want to eat all the same foods you have loved your life but have recently struggled to digest?
00:12:23.000 Try Mass Enzymes risk-free and see what improvements you notice.

00:12:51.000 Hey, Charlie, I'm coming back to school, and I have a professor who says that blacks are disproportionately killed by police than whites.
00:12:59.000 What do I have to say about that?
00:13:01.000 This is a total lie.
00:13:02.000 We're going to have Heather McDonald back on our program.
00:13:05.000 Heather McDonald is the very best.
00:13:08.000 And she details that there were 18, that's right, 1-8, according to the Washington Post, unarmed blacks that were allegedly shot by police.
00:13:17.000 And if you go back through the database, it actually shows that out of the 18 people that were black that were allegedly shot by the police that were unarmed, some of them were driving cars, reaching for police officers' weapons.
00:13:30.000 But isn't it interesting how the apparatchiks and the smear artists in charge of our media, they don't talk about black on black crime or black homicide victims.
00:13:39.000 How many people do you think that are black die by homicide every single year?
00:13:45.000 8,300.
00:13:48.000 So 18 that are unarmed that are killed by police, and some of which are grabbing weapons and charging them, and 8,300 total black homicide victims.
00:13:59.000 And those numbers vary year to year.
00:14:02.000 I encourage everyone to become very familiar with two names.
00:14:06.000 Well, two words, one name.
00:14:08.000 Tony Timpa.
00:14:11.000 Anytime that they mention St. George, George Floyd, which ensued Floyd at Palooza throughout the summer of 2020, you should familiarize yourself with Tony Timpa.
00:14:24.000 Tony Timpa was from Dallas, Texas, who eerie had almost an identical situation to that of George Floyd.
00:14:34.000 Tony Timpa was a 32-year-old trucking company executive from Rockwell, Texas.
00:14:39.000 He'd called 911 for aid, telling the dispatcher that he had schizophrenia and depression, and he had not taken his prescription medication.
00:14:48.000 Timpa had already been handcuffed by a security guard when a group of officers arrived.
00:14:52.000 They restrained him on the ground while he squirmed, repeatedly crying out, you're going to kill me.
00:14:57.000 After he fell unconscious, they kept him prone on the grass for 14 minutes and zip-tied his legs together.
00:15:05.000 The officer said, well, he didn't die down there, did he?
00:15:07.000 And Timpa died within 20 minutes.
00:15:11.000 It took over three years for the footage of the incident to be released.
00:15:15.000 And it was, it contradicted that of the Dallas police officers.
00:15:18.000 The officers involved were Sergeant Kevin Mansell and officers Danny Vesquez and Dustin Dillard.
00:15:24.000 Criminal charges were dropped on March of 2019 as they returned to active duty.
00:15:31.000 No one knows about Tony Timpa.
00:15:33.000 Now, why does no one care about Tony Timpa?
00:15:35.000 Because his life is largely unuseful.
00:15:38.000 And he was also a white male.
00:15:40.000 Tony Timpa died the exact same way as St. George.
00:15:45.000 And yet people don't seem to care about it.
00:15:48.000 I encourage anyone that brings up Floyd for you to go show the video of Tony Timpa.
00:15:54.000 And guess what?
00:15:54.000 You know what you say?
00:15:55.000 This happens rarely.
00:15:57.000 But why is it you care about a white cop on a black person's neck, but you don't care about a Hispanic or a white cop on a white person's neck?
00:16:07.000 Why is that?
00:16:09.000 Well, it's because the killing of Tony Timpa is unuseful to the current BLM regime.
00:16:15.000 The killing of unarmed whites is a rounding error in the pursuit of the revolution.
00:16:20.000 Floyd was useful.
00:16:21.000 It was an election year.
00:16:22.000 The video was dramatic.
00:16:24.000 The video took people's breath away.
00:16:27.000 And it fit a narrative that they have been trying to propagandize you.
00:16:30.000 And it was the largest act of confirmation bias in the history of mass media.
00:16:36.000 You're told a lie.
00:16:39.000 And if you dare question it, you're called the R-word, which is the greatest weapon they have.
00:16:42.000 And then all of a sudden, the video confirms the lie, allegedly confirms it.
00:16:46.000 And they say, see, everything I've been telling you last six years is true.
00:16:50.000 Now you must give us a bunch of money and power.
00:16:52.000 And white liberals said, of course we will.
00:16:54.000 Absolutely.
00:16:55.000 In fact, we're going to go put a BLM sign outside of our yard, which I just saw in Arlington Heights, Illinois.
00:17:00.000 I nearly gagged when I saw it on Arlington Heights Road.
00:17:03.000 We've been talking a lot about this idea of anarcho-tyranny, which is policing the law-abiding instead of the law-breaking.
00:17:11.000 And that is what's happened in most of the major cities across the country.
00:17:16.000 We are told that there's an epidemic of racially biased police killing.
00:17:20.000 There is an epidemic out there, an epidemic of black-on-black crime.
00:17:25.000 Chicago year to date, 501 shot and killed and 2,399 people shot and wounded.
00:17:31.000 2,900 total shot and 527 total homicides.
00:17:35.000 In August, 60 shot and killed, 278 shot and wounded, 338 total shot and 61 total homicides.
00:17:41.000 And just a couple days ago, a couple coming back from U.S. cellular field, White Sox Park, was shot and killed on the Dan Ryan on the highway going back from the Sox game.
00:17:54.000 But no, we must worry about police and unarmed blacks.
00:18:01.000 Did you know that over 80% of grass-fed beef sold in the United States is imported from overseas?
00:18:05.000 I have the solution for you.
00:18:06.000 Goodranchers.com.

00:18:46.000 People are asking us about the Arizona audit.
00:18:49.000 Well, Boris, who has worked with President Trump, has a report on this.
00:18:54.000 So let's go to CUT 111 to see what is going to come out of the Arizona audit.
00:18:59.000 Cut 111.
00:19:01.000 Arizona, we are now days away from a report being turned over from the auditors to the Arizona State Senate with its great president, Karen Fan.
00:19:10.000 From what I understand, from what I'm hearing, you are going to have in that report the huge swings in numbers.
00:19:18.000 You're going to see swings of ballot counts of magnitudes of that.
00:19:24.000 And if that is what we see in there, if that is what comes out, there's absolutely no way that this election should have been certified for Joe Biden.
00:19:32.000 So what the remedy for all that is and the truth of it, we'll see.
00:19:35.000 We're going to keep our eyes peeled.
00:19:37.000 And as soon as the audit results are out, you can find us on rumble.com, r-u-m-b-le-e.com is where you can find us as we will be streaming.
00:19:47.000 They'll definitely not be on YouTube.
00:19:49.000 They don't want such free thought.
00:19:51.000 They want to try to be the referees of what people can say.
00:19:54.000 Okay, let's get to some more questions here that you have emailed us: freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:20:01.000 Here's one: Hi, Charlie.
00:20:03.000 Big fan of your wife and your show.
00:20:04.000 Keep up the good work.
00:20:05.000 You're not alone.
00:20:06.000 I work for the Tampa Bay Lightning, a professional hockey team in the state of Florida.
00:20:09.000 I was informed by my boss in the hallway of all places that because I work within 12 feet of our players and other hockey ops personnel, that I will be required to get the Chinese coronavirus vaccine due to the NHL's mandate.
00:20:20.000 Meanwhile, our players are not required, but strongly recommended.
00:20:23.000 After eight years of this organization, it looks like my time will be coming to an end over an experimental drug.
00:20:27.000 It's not worth it to me.
00:20:28.000 And complying for the sake of comfort is a cowardly excuse.
00:20:32.000 Therefore, I will not be getting it.
00:20:33.000 Good for you.
00:20:33.000 God bless you.
00:20:34.000 My question is: how do we find companies that are not mandating this poison?
00:20:37.000 Where can I look for employment that are actually practices and uphold my constitutional rights and freedoms?
00:20:42.000 Maybe my second vote.
00:20:44.000 Any thoughts would be appreciated.
00:20:45.000 God bless Rachel.
00:20:46.000 Well, Turning Point USA is not mandating it.
00:20:48.000 I can tell you that much.
00:20:49.000 Rachel, I want to compliment you and I want to encourage you.
00:20:52.000 The nation will be saved because of people like you that stand up and put convenience and lifestyle aside and put truth and courage as a priority.
00:21:02.000 If we had a nation of people like you, Rachel, the country would be turned around.
00:21:06.000 That's what we're trying to do at Turning Point USA, obviously.
00:21:10.000 I can tell you right now that so many people have grown comfortable obeying.
00:21:19.000 And this really frustrates me.
00:21:22.000 You are being forced to get the vaccine, even though the players are not.
00:21:26.000 You're getting forced to get the vaccine, even though the White House staff is not.
00:21:31.000 You're nothing more than the, we are nothing more, Rachel, pawns in the game of the social planners.
00:21:38.000 And I really have to say this: I've been really disappointed in how many Republicans have not stood up for their voters or their constituents when it comes to forced vaccinations on a government level and on a corporate level.
00:21:54.000 Where are the Republicans on this?
00:21:56.000 Well, they're too busy giving speeches on the Senate floor trying to say, well, everyone should get vaccinated and it's okay to mandate it.
00:22:04.000 And the reason they're able to get away with this, as I mentioned earlier, is that we completely obliterated the idea of private business and private property post the new third founding of our country in the civil rights era.
00:22:17.000 So, Rachel, I just want to, again, encourage you and say that you might lose your job, but you will get a life of freedom and you will be convicted to continue to fight.
00:22:30.000 You can always find another job.
00:22:32.000 You cannot get another soul.
00:22:34.000 All right, let's get to another question here that you've emailed us, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:22:39.000 Hey, Charlie, do you think that the Democrats are in trouble?
00:22:42.000 It sure seems that way.
00:22:43.000 Thanks so much, Ryan from Louisiana.
00:22:45.000 Well, I'm going to play a certain tape here that demonstrates this from MSNBC, cut 116.
00:22:51.000 I think the Democrats are in political turmoil right now.
00:22:54.000 The January 6th narrative has completely fallen apart.
00:22:57.000 Inflation is now kicking in.
00:22:59.000 Job numbers are not what they should be.
00:23:00.000 Kabul is an absolute mess.
00:23:02.000 I mean, they can't get flights out of Kabul.
00:23:05.000 Americans are stranded.
00:23:07.000 They are in a very difficult political position.
00:23:10.000 And there really is no way they could turn this around.
00:23:13.000 I mean, there is.
00:23:14.000 I shouldn't say it that way, but they'll have plenty of tricks up their sleeve.
00:23:17.000 But the trends are going negative and they're supposed to hit their high watermark now.
00:23:22.000 And then this is before all the attack ads.
00:23:24.000 This is before, you know, try to get rid of one party rule in Washington, D.C. Listen to what MSNBC has to say.
00:23:30.000 Cut 116.
00:23:32.000 Oh, it's just an exaggeration.
00:23:34.000 Law and order, racist, bigoted, whatever.
00:23:38.000 Eric Adams runs on protecting streets and police reform.
00:23:43.000 He wins the Bronx.
00:23:45.000 He wins Queens.
00:23:47.000 He wins, well, Staten Island, and he wins Brooklyn.
00:23:51.000 He wins everything except for the sort of wealthier parts of Manhattan.
00:23:57.000 Democrats have to understand this is coming, and I don't know where mission control is on the Democratic side, but somebody, Donnie, needs to get that, and they need to start responding.
00:24:10.000 Mission control for the Democrats?
00:24:12.000 That's a good question.
00:24:12.000 Who actually is in charge?
00:24:14.000 In some ways, the zeitgeist through the spirit of the times is in charge.
00:24:17.000 Sometimes it's the corporate donors.
00:24:19.000 Sometimes it's the actual shock troops like Alexandria Acasio-Cortez and her group of rioters that are kind of pushing forward the Democrat Party.
00:24:27.000 Who's in charge?
00:24:28.000 No one with wisdom, that's for sure.
00:24:32.000 No one with prudence.
00:24:35.000 That's for sure.
00:24:37.000 But you know what, Democrats?
00:24:38.000 I hope you continue to act in the way you have.
00:24:44.000 I think that it's very important that we continue to push forward, that we play offense, stay focused, and stay optimistic.
00:24:56.000 It's pretty remarkable to see.
00:24:58.000 All right, let's get to another question here.
00:25:00.000 Freedom at CharlieKirk.com that you have emailed us.
00:25:03.000 Hi, Charlie.
00:25:05.000 I wish the news was better.
00:25:06.000 Let me throw this thought at you.
00:25:07.000 What if China paid for this to happen and paid Joe Hayden Biden so he could get all the minerals and have a terror group running one of the biggest unmined mineral countries in the world?
00:25:15.000 Let me know what you think, Anthony.
00:25:16.000 Look, I don't think we should trust the Chinese Communist Party with anything.
00:25:20.000 I mean, the Chinese Communist Party is a soulless, atheistic dictatorship that needs to be confronted.
00:25:28.000 And the fact that the Chinese met with the Taliban in late July, which we do know of, I believe that China was aware and involved in the Talibans taking over the nation of Afghanistan and likely gave money to the Taliban to pay off the Afghan government.
00:25:45.000 Meanwhile, the Taliban, they're sitting on $1 trillion worth of minerals the world desperately needs.
00:25:52.000 And this is why I'm afraid this entire situation is going to devolve into a hostage situation.
00:26:00.000 It just came out that the Taliban is experiencing a cash crunch.
00:26:08.000 The Taliban, they don't have a lot of money because the West, America, we've frozen all their bank accounts.
00:26:15.000 So the Associated Press has come out with a story that says Taliban took Afghanistan but faces cash squeeze.
00:26:23.000 And that might sound like a good thing, except for the fact that there are thousands and thousands of Americans walking the streets of Kabul that they could very well kidnap and use as hostages.
00:26:36.000 The AP says, despite their dominant military blitz over the past week, the Taliban lack access to billions of dollars from their central bank and international monetary fund that would keep the country running during a turbulent shake-up.
00:26:50.000 Those funds are largely controlled by the United States.
00:26:53.000 So what are they going to do?
00:26:56.000 Well, the Taliban is going to be looking for other options.
00:26:59.000 They're either going to get money from China, which would be against international policy.
00:27:04.000 Now, the United States says, well, now we have a pressure point.
00:27:08.000 But here's the problem.
00:27:09.000 If the Taliban, if they get motivated enough or they get in a position where they have no choice, the backs against the wall, what's to say that they wouldn't kidnap Americans, which is probably already happening, and use that to get money in return.
00:27:25.000 State-backed projects motivated in part by geopolitics could be a different story.
00:27:29.000 China is the world leader in mining rare earths.
00:27:32.000 You see, China is an evil country, but they're a serious country.
00:27:35.000 America is not currently a serious country.
00:27:38.000 We should be the leader in mining rare earth minerals, but we don't because the environmentalists have destroyed that exploration in America.
00:27:46.000 They said Monday that they have, quote, maintained contact and communication with the Afghan Taliban.
00:27:52.000 China's looking at the Taliban in Afghanistan as another colony where they could get rare earth minerals.
00:27:57.000 You see, China has no moral obligations with the Taliban or al-Qaeda.
00:28:02.000 China loves to see dead Americans.
00:28:04.000 That's China's whole ambition is to kill every Chinese Communist Party would love nothing more than to kill every single American except the weak ones that give them access to our markets.
00:28:12.000 They are a sworn enemy of the United States.
00:28:15.000 And so China wants the lithium to make batteries for electric cars.
00:28:18.000 Joe Biden wants to mandate electric cars.
00:28:21.000 And then China price gouges Americans.
00:28:24.000 All roads lead to China.
00:28:26.000 It's not a coincidence that the Chinese Communist Party met secretly and privately with the Taliban right before all this stuff started to fall apart.
00:28:35.000 Talia from Scottsdale.
00:28:38.000 The Pope says that getting the experimental vaccine is, quote, an act of love.
00:28:41.000 Full quote.
00:28:42.000 Thanks to God and to the work of many, we now have vaccines to protect us from COVID-19, Pope Francis said.
00:28:48.000 They grant us the hope of ending the pandemic, but only if they are available to all and if we work together.
00:28:53.000 Quote, getting the vaccines that are authorized by the respective authorities is an act of love.
00:28:58.000 And helping the majority of people to do so is an act of love.
00:29:00.000 Love for oneself, love for our families and friends, and love for all peoples.
00:29:05.000 Talia says, is getting the vaccine an act of love?
00:29:07.000 Is the Pope right?
00:29:08.000 Well, let me just say, I do have a soft spot for Catholics.
00:29:14.000 My grandma was Catholic.
00:29:15.000 There's a lot about Catholicism that I appreciate and admire.
00:29:18.000 The Pope is one I just quite honestly can't understand, especially when you have this social revolutionary as a Pope.
00:29:24.000 And I say this as an evangelical, Bible-believing Christian.
00:29:27.000 And you have the social revolutionary that's a pope.
00:29:30.000 That is just, this is just, this is the smallest example of a larger trend where he has politicized the entire Vatican towards left-wing social revolutionary politics.
00:29:40.000 Is getting the vaccine the act of love?
00:29:42.000 Well, here's a very simple question.
00:29:44.000 If the vaccine protects you, then why do I have to get vaccinated?
00:29:49.000 If you're so confident you're going to be protected by it, then why do I have to get vaccinated?
00:29:55.000 Truth is the true way to be able to administer love to other people.
00:30:01.000 Christ talked about this.
00:30:02.000 It says, love your neighbor as oneself.
00:30:04.000 Now, that's a really interesting question because the obvious thing is just, well, be nice to people always.
00:30:09.000 But what is the ultimate way that you want to be treated?
00:30:12.000 You don't want to be lied to.
00:30:13.000 You don't want to be misled.
00:30:15.000 And I refuse to lie to people.
00:30:17.000 I refuse to all of a sudden deceive people and give them the false promise that they have when they get a vaccine that's only 42% effective.
00:30:24.000 They were lied to.
00:30:26.000 In fact, we did the opposite on this program.
00:30:29.000 We said, if you think it works, get it.
00:30:30.000 We're not going to insult you.
00:30:32.000 Like, that's life.
00:30:33.000 Just get it and you'll be fine.
00:30:38.000 If that's your decision.
00:30:40.000 But if you don't get it, then I'm going to defend your rights.
00:30:42.000 Like, we've made the decision not to get it.
00:30:44.000 So, no, the Pope is not telling the truth.
00:30:47.000 He's misleading.
00:30:49.000 Now, if he's doing it intentionally or not, I don't know.
00:30:52.000 Obviously, not a fan of this Pope.
00:30:56.000 Let's talk about one of my favorite sponsors, Thinker.
00:30:59.000 In our fast-paced world, it's tough to make reading a priority.
00:31:03.000 At least it used to be.
00:31:04.000 At thinker.org, T-H-I-N-K-R.org, they summarize the key ideas from new and noteworthy nonfiction, giving you access to an entire library of great books in bite-sized form.
00:31:14.000 Read or listen to hundreds of titles in a matter of minutes, from old classics like Dale Carnegie's How to Win Friends and Influence People to brand new bestsellers like Jordan Peterson's Beyond Order.
00:31:23.000 Even better, when they go out of their way to carry titles the left is trying to ban, like Ryan T. Anderson's When Harry Became Sally, a rational response to the transgender movement.
00:31:32.000 Whatever your background or interests, you'll find compelling content on Thinker.
00:31:36.000 I'm telling you right now, thinker.org, T-H-I-N-K-R.org is terrific.

00:32:00.000 I'm going to get to some questions here.
00:32:02.000 Boy, they're coming in.
00:32:03.000 You guys are really sending us a lot of emails.
00:32:05.000 Freedom at CharlieKirk.com.
00:32:06.000 Thank you.
00:32:07.000 A lot about forced vaccinations.
00:32:09.000 And if you do have a problem with forced vaccinations, I could forward you to some legal help, some people that we're going to be partnering with.
00:32:16.000 There might be some exemptions that you could be granted, but I do want to just manage your expectations that these are tough fights.
00:32:24.000 They're tough fights to win.
00:32:25.000 They really, really are.
00:32:26.000 So you can email us, freedom at charliekirk.com if you're having them.
00:32:29.000 I can email you to Kelly Shackleford from First Liberty, the Pacific Justice Institute, and many others.
00:32:36.000 Freedom at CharlieKirk.com.
00:32:38.000 Hi, Charlie.
00:32:39.000 Thanks for all you do.
00:32:40.000 For people that got the COVID vaccine and tested positive afterwards, wouldn't they be considered super spreaders?
00:32:45.000 Or does the virus no longer transmit after the vaccine regardless whether you ended up testing positive or not?
00:32:51.000 Thanks.
00:32:51.000 No, I mean, look, you can very much get the, you can get the virus just the same with this vaccine.
00:32:58.000 Just the same.
00:32:59.000 Now, they say it's not as deadly or as harmful.
00:33:03.000 Okay, I'll take them at their word about that.
00:33:05.000 I'll let the scientists figure that out.
00:33:07.000 I'll let the experts figure that out as if they know what they're talking about.
00:33:10.000 But I'm going to swim in my lane.
00:33:11.000 So I'm going to say that it's a massive, it's a massive red flag when all of a sudden the people that are vaccinated and are their biggest pusher of the vaccine, they're the ones that are actually getting sick the most.
00:33:23.000 That should bother you and it should worry you.
00:33:26.000 Here's an email.
00:33:27.000 Charlie, this is Arta from Michigan.
00:33:31.000 Charlie, can we remove Joe Biden for his imminent mental decline?
00:33:35.000 Thanks so much.
00:33:37.000 Well, in Cut 114, Vince Colonaise and Tucker Carlson, they really worry about Joe Biden's mental decline.
00:33:44.000 By the way, we should make fun of it and everything.
00:33:46.000 This is a national security threat.
00:33:49.000 You want a competent president.
00:33:50.000 You do not want a bumbling president.
00:33:52.000 Cut 115.
00:33:53.000 I am nervous about his mental decline and not judgmental of it at all.
00:33:57.000 I mean, but the reality is you wouldn't, this is the kind of person you wouldn't let drive by themselves to go pick up their medication at the pharmacy.
00:34:03.000 So now he's supposed to go to Delaware this weekend for yet another vacation.
00:34:07.000 I do not know what's going on.
00:34:09.000 And I'm really nervous about the state of the country.
00:34:12.000 You can email us freedom at charliekirk.com your questions.
00:34:17.000 And I'm worried too.
00:34:19.000 I'm worried about the imminent mental decline.
00:34:23.000 And I'm worried about what that means for our nation and for the national security apparatus that is supposed to keep us safe from threats, both foreign and domestic.
00:34:36.000 I do want to get to this question.
00:34:37.000 Someone asked about the vaccine and whether or not it can prevent it.
00:34:40.000 Cut 107, the CDC director said the vaccines can't do anymore is prevent transmission.
00:34:46.000 So Cut 107 kind of answers the previous question.
00:34:49.000 Let's go to that one, CUT 107.
00:34:50.000 Our vaccines are working exceptionally well.
00:34:53.000 They continue to work well for Delta with regard to severe illness and death.
00:34:56.000 They prevent it.
00:34:57.000 But what they can't do anymore is prevent transmission.
00:35:01.000 So if you're going home to somebody who has not been vaccinated, to somebody who can't get vaccinated, somebody who might be immunosuppressed or a little bit frail, somebody who has comorbidities that put them at high risk, I would suggest you wear a mask in public indoor settings.
00:35:16.000 Yeah, you want to talk about the people that are skeptics that are actually spreading information about the vaccine?
00:35:22.000 It's the only people in charge of the public health department of our country.
00:35:26.000 This is currently headed in a direction that requires dramatic action from you.
00:35:31.000 It requires you to organize.
00:35:33.000 Show up to city council meetings and school board meetings.
00:35:36.000 It requires you to get in the arena.
00:35:39.000 As Joe Biden has betrayed American service members under fire in Kabul, as Joe Biden has left the southern border open, we have seen that the current regime has no interest in actually protecting or preserving the United States government or our Constitution.
00:35:54.000 It now comes down to us, the people.
00:35:56.000 What are we going to do about it?
00:35:57.000 Well, number one, you pray, you learn, you stay aware, stay alert, and say, we're not going to take it anymore.
00:36:03.000 We are going to push forward with truth in every way we possibly can.
00:36:08.000 We're going to find out what happened in the 2020 election.
00:36:10.000 We're going to take over every school board possible.
00:36:13.000 This is a direct call to action for everyone listening.
00:36:17.000 And you might say, well, Charlie, I don't know what I'm going to do.
00:36:19.000 Can you name every school board member you have by name?
00:36:21.000 Whether or not they do a good job or bad job?
00:36:23.000 Pray for the issues they're dealing with.
00:36:24.000 Have you taken them out to lunch, out to dinner?
00:36:26.000 Are you spending an hour a week with your children or grandchildren, educating them on the beauty and the tradition and the history of our country?
00:36:31.000 That's the least you can do.
00:36:34.000 And we're here to assist and support you.
00:36:36.000 You can always email us or talkfreedom at charliekirk.com.
00:36:39.000 But I want to end spectator conservatism.
00:36:42.000 It's now to get in the arena.
00:36:43.000 The fight that matters.
00:36:45.000 That's what's going to save the country.
00:36:46.000 Not just watching from afar, but doing something about it.
00:36:52.000 The incalculable advantage that the Americans had, I can express in two words.
00:36:58.000 George Washington.
00:37:07.000 Declaring independence was the easy part.
00:37:10.000 Defeating the mightiest military power in the world, that was another matter.
00:37:16.000 The United States, such as they were, the disunited United States, went into this conflict with huge and fairly obvious disadvantages.
00:37:27.000 But all was not lost because the Americans did enjoy certain very real advantages.
00:37:33.000 For one thing, they had only to play defense.
00:37:37.000 They needed not to win every battle.
00:37:40.000 They needed not to win any battles so long as they were able to keep the war going long enough to exhaust the patience and willingness to fight of the British opponent.
00:37:51.000 Another advantage, an incalculable advantage that the Americans had, I can express in two words, George Washington.
00:38:00.000 They had the person of George Washington, a man of such fine and admired, widely, universally admired character and military skills, political savvy.
00:38:16.000 He commanded the loyalty of nearly all Americans and thus served as a unifying force when he was made commander-in-chief of the revolutionary American forces.
00:38:28.000 He signaled his willingness to play this role by appearing at the Second Continental Congress in Philadelphia wearing his military uniform.
00:38:38.000 So he was ready to play and from June 1775 on was commander-in-chief of the Continental Army.
00:38:50.000 He received the position and accepted it on the condition that he received no pay for it.
00:38:55.000 That was the kind of guy George Washington was.
00:38:58.000 He was charismatic, courageous, selfless, tireless.
00:39:03.000 He was not a world-class intellect like Jefferson, but he was always learning and had a great deal of practical and prudential wisdom.
00:39:13.000 The greatest challenge that Washington would face was simply one of recruiting and holding together a credible army.
00:39:20.000 This was not an easy job.
00:39:22.000 There was a sense of fragility about the whole enterprise, so that the morale and willingness to serve of soldiers waxed and waned depending on the circumstances in the field and weather conditions, which were very important in the American Revolution.
00:39:40.000 In August of 1776, not long after the Declaration, he had 28,000 men under his command.
00:39:48.000 By December, that number had shrunk to 3,000.
00:39:53.000 What had happened was that his troops had been driven from New York, New York City, by British regulars back and back and back until they ended up in Pennsylvania.
00:40:06.000 The Army's morale was bad.
00:40:08.000 It was always unstable.
00:40:10.000 It was always hostage to events, to successive peaks and valleys and consequent hope and despair, depending on how the war effort was going.
00:40:23.000 Washington, through all of this, had to keep a cool head.
00:40:28.000 He had to not be too influenced either by the giddiness of success or the despondency of failure.
00:40:38.000 As it turned out, the winter, that winter, 1776 to 77, was an exceptionally bad winter and made for a gloomy time of discouragement.
00:40:50.000 Fortunately for the Patriot cause, Tom Paine chose at that time to write yet another contribution to the war effort, a series of pamphlets called The American Crisis, which the most famous lines from that, which some of you may have heard, go like this at the beginning.
00:41:09.000 He says, These are the times that try men's souls.
00:41:13.000 The summer soldier and the sunshine patriot will in this crisis shrink from the service of his country.
00:41:20.000 But he that stands it now deserves the love and thanks of man and woman.
00:41:27.000 Yes, he conceded that things looked very bad.
00:41:30.000 But the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph.
00:41:34.000 Paine put it just the way Washington would have liked to have been able to.
00:41:40.000 And George Washington ordered that Paine's words from the American crisis be read to his troops who were suffering through this bitter winter.
00:41:51.000 And they had the desired effect of rousing them to a new burst of fighting spirit.
00:41:57.000 And then on Christmas night of 1776, Washington struck back.
00:42:02.000 He led a force through snow and sleet across the Delaware River.
00:42:07.000 You've all seen the painting of that, which is not exactly historically accurate, but who cares?
00:42:13.000 It's a beautiful painting.
00:42:15.000 And he surprised at dawn a sleeping force of Hessians, the hated Hessians, at Trenton in New Jersey.
00:42:24.000 A week later, his forces had a similar triumph at Princeton.
00:42:28.000 Two small victories, but reason for hope that they could be auguries of good things to come.
00:42:36.000 It appeared the American forces would not be defeated quickly as the British had hoped.
