00:01:38.000 And I was skeptical, but I said, man, if anyone has this much passion for making America a better place, I can get behind that.
00:01:47.000 And she said, Charlie, the black community has been lied to for years, and they are in need of an exodus, an exit from the victim mentality to a victor mentality. 0.55

00:02:21.000 And she painted this picture that if we do the work, we can start to see the fruit of black America starting to realize that they've been held captive on a Democrat plantation.

00:02:44.000 And obviously, Candace Owens is doing an amazing job with the Candace Owens show and Brandon Tatum.
00:02:49.000 And there's this growing group, and it is incredible to witness over the last couple of years.

00:02:58.000 We did multiple of those at Turning Point USA.
00:03:01.000 Candace Owens, the first person that I saw, use the term Democrat plantation.
00:03:05.000 Now we're hearing it all across the board.
00:03:08.000 And it kind of became a fixation going in 2020: will black America define the 2020 election?
00:03:17.000 And then we had Floyd Apalooza and a lot of BLM narratives, and it didn't materialize politically and electorally like some of us hoped.
00:03:25.000 But in recent years, we're seeing more and more evidence that the vision of Candace Owens, of Brandon Tatum, of so many other amazing black patriotic conservatives that get called the worst names on the planet, that get smeared and slandered, that there is real momentum.
00:03:47.000 Candace would tell me time and time, Charlie, you don't understand.
00:03:50.000 This BLM thing is nothing more than a white liberal synthetic glaze. 0.85
00:03:56.000 And many members and leaders of BLM, if we are relentless in reaching out to them, will actually tilt conservative.

00:04:08.000 They're fixating a lot of their anger and the wrong target.
00:04:12.000 Now, some of them are outright criminals, the leaders of BLM.

00:05:53.000 We are seeing inner city leaders.
00:05:55.000 We are seeing black pastors rise up and ask the obvious question.

00:11:25.000 The first of which is near political domination of 90 to 95 percent, but also getting them to vote in higher numbers, both of which are critical.
00:11:37.000 So, I have no idea if this fracturing happening in the black community is going to result in voting for Donald Trump.
00:11:46.000 They might vote for Cornell West, they might vote for Kennedy, they might not vote at all, but the rising cynicism that Democrats have, blacks have towards the Democrat Party is long overdue. 0.89

00:13:35.000 You know, actually, we've been mental slaves, afraid to get off of that plantation because, you know, we've been used and abused for so long by that party.

00:13:52.000 And I believe it's a racist party that strikes at the heart of the black family and the nuclear family in general.

00:14:43.000 The grip that the Democrats have had post-Obama in black America is collapsing.
00:14:50.000 Black America has seen their livelihood deteriorate under Democrat policies, Democrat leaders.
00:15:01.000 It is one of the most frustrating things to witness from the outside.
00:15:06.000 A group of Americans that continually vote for the same people that are keeping them poor, that are keeping them in that standard of living.

00:15:52.000 They chose their own suicide, basically, who has openly attributed much of his win to the power of the black electorate.
00:15:59.000 Some polling shows that the rise in black support over 2020, Donald Trump, shows 13% support or a CUNY PIAC poll published earlier this month where he garnered 15% of black interest.

00:16:12.000 There is uncertainty in black America.
00:16:15.000 And with more choices on the ballot and their livelihood and their standard of living deteriorating, the Democrats have a major problem in black America.

00:19:01.000 Columbia, South Carolina, the night before Cami Harris swooped into South Carolina to file Joe Biden's paperwork for a primary, a group of young Democrats met over dinner not far from the state party headquarters.
00:19:12.000 They were trying to make sense of why people seem so down on Joe Biden, the president.
00:19:17.000 Not surprisingly, they were in a mixed mood in a banner of good elections for Democrats.
00:19:23.000 They can't figure out why black voters are walking away from the Democrat Party.
00:19:30.000 Now, this is just South Carolina.
00:19:31.000 We're going to win South Carolina no matter what.
00:19:33.000 But it makes you wonder.
00:19:35.000 Now, some people say, but you know, the black vote, it's insignificant.
00:19:38.000 Well, in Georgia, it's a huge deal, and you cannot win the White House without winning Georgia.
00:19:45.000 The math just does not add up.
00:19:48.000 It doesn't add up.
00:19:49.000 And you could win massively in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Georgia, and Michigan with sizable and winnable portions of the electorate in urban areas and in black America.
00:20:05.000 The Democrat Party right now is experiencing a schism.
00:20:10.000 The Israel-Hamas issue is fracturing the Democrat Party.
00:20:16.000 And now, this new movement of black leaders, and by the way, it is rappers, it is urban church leaders in black America.
00:20:25.000 Here's the key: an October New York Times Siena poll of voters in six battleground states also indicates a potential shift from 2020.
00:20:33.000 71% of black voters said they would likely vote for Biden if they had to choose a candidate.
00:20:39.000 And 22% said they would likely choose Trump.
00:20:42.000 Now, even if that is off by 10 points, if 12% choose Trump and only 80% choose Joe Biden, the ballgame has completely changed.
00:20:56.000 The Democrats and their math is based on building up from the bottom of we are going to maximize black turnout. 0.82
00:21:08.000 This is one of the reasons why they revere Stacey Abrams.
00:21:11.000 She was able to weaponize mass mail-in voting and relaxed signature verifications through a variety of different outreach methods that are still awfully mysterious to this day to be able to get Democrats competitive and even successful in the state of Georgia, where otherwise Georgia was not a Democrat state at all.
00:21:37.000 It was a Republican plus 10 state, but they focused on the voting laws and increasing and maximizing turnout in black America.
00:21:44.000 And their math turned out to be correct.
00:21:46.000 That's why they were so focused on Georgia for years.
00:21:49.000 It was always perplexing.
00:21:50.000 Why is it?
00:21:50.000 Because they saw an opportunity.
00:21:53.000 But if the black electorate even defects by 5 to 7%, the ballgame changes.
00:22:00.000 And then you put in Cornell West, then you put in Kennedy on top of it.
00:22:05.000 And the questions need to be continually asked.
00:22:09.000 Is your life improving the more that you vote for Democrats?
00:22:13.000 And the numbers are shocking.
00:22:16.000 Black America has continually voted for Democrats on the mayor race, voted for Democrats for Congress.
00:22:25.000 And one of the issues I think that the Chamber of Commerce Koch Brother network-style outreach they miss on that can animate black America to vote at least a little bit more in the right-wing direction is immigration.
00:22:40.000 You see, if you talk to the Koch Brother Network, they say, we went over Black America through criminal justice reform and licensing agreements.
00:22:47.000 If you actually talk to the rank and file in the Black America, they do believe that the police are a little bit against them.
00:22:53.000 It's not as bad as that people would say, but there is definitely some skepticism.
00:22:57.000 You know, the police, but generally, they want more police.
00:23:01.000 They want criminals to be thrown in jail.
00:23:04.000 Do you know that a majority of murders in Chicago go unsolved?
00:23:10.000 A majority of murders just go unsolved.
00:23:13.000 That a majority of murderers, the case just, you know, just goes away.
00:23:17.000 It's a vast majority.
00:23:18.000 The number I think is like 60 or 70% of murders in Chicago. 0.98
00:23:24.000 And of course, a majority of it is black on black crime, but a majority of blacks don't commit those crimes. 0.99
00:23:29.000 And they are merely spectators to the carnage. 1.00
00:23:34.000 They want those thugs locked up.
00:23:36.000 That is not a political issue.

00:23:40.000 That is a moral issue.

00:23:52.000 At first, I was a little bit skeptical.
00:23:54.000 I said, is this really the best thing to do?

00:23:58.000 He should secure the border.
00:24:00.000 But transporting illegals to New York and to Chicago has created a fair amount of tension between Democrat leaders and black America.
