00:01:36.000 There is something evil and pernicious happening in Brazil, and it requires a lot of attention.
00:01:42.000 Our media is largely ignoring it.
00:01:44.000 One of the biggest countries on the planet is turning into a totalitarian, unrecognizable nation.
00:01:51.000 Joining us right now is Paulo Figueiredo, who is a censored Brazilian journalist and host of the Paulo Figueiredo Show.
00:02:00.000 Paulo, welcome back to the program.
00:02:02.000 Thank you.
00:02:03.000 Paulo, for our American audience that is not tracking what is happening in Brazil, walk us through the sequence of events that's occurred recently.
00:02:10.000 Thank you for having me, Charlie.
00:02:12.000 You have been sounding the alarm, and Elon Musk has been sounding the alarm.
00:02:17.000 For months about freedom of speech problems in Brazil, the censorship orders coming from the justice Alexandre de Moraes, that bald guy that looks like Baltimore or James Bond villain, who's effectively Brazil's de facto dictator.
00:02:32.000 And in the last month, let's say, Moraes issued censorship orders to all social media platforms The targets included public figures, journalists like myself, senators, or even a journalist's daughter, a 16-year-old journalist's daughter, and also an imprisoned congressman's wife.
00:02:57.000 Elon Musk was the only one that decided to not comply with the orders.
00:03:01.000 Facebook, Meta, or Instagram, and YouTube, they all follow the orders.
00:03:08.000 They decided to not comply with, Elon Musk decided not to comply with them.
00:03:13.000 And then the Justice issued multimillion dollar fines, currently ranging from three to four million dollars, but they're increasing daily.
00:03:25.000 And about a week ago, Rice threatened ex-executives as individuals and started threatening them.
00:03:34.000 Threats included freezing the individuals' executives' personal assets, holding them personally liable for the fines.
00:03:42.000 And even threatened to arrest them for not complying with the orders.
00:03:48.000 And then Musk decided to close Axe office in Brazil, which was the fifth largest market for Axe in the world.
00:03:56.000 Roughly 25 million people use Axe in Brazil and all the financial markets, all the mainstream media, politicians, and all you know the drill.
00:04:05.000 So the court decided to, since they The Supreme Court issued a tweet or a post, whatever you want to call it, with an order to Elon Musk saying that they needed to name a new representative in Brazil or they would shut down X completely in Brazil.
00:04:29.000 Now, I have to say that normally the legal instrument for judicial cooperation between Brazil and the US when Brazilian It's complicated.
00:04:42.000 It's time-consuming.
00:04:43.000 And since AXE didn't have an office in Brazil anymore, they were supposed to go through that.
00:04:47.000 It's called the derogatory letter.
00:04:49.000 It's what the international law dictates.
00:04:51.000 But they decided to just post an order on tweet, on AXE.
00:04:56.000 And so they threatened to shut down AXE completely.
00:05:00.000 The country demanded compliance with the decisions and appointments of new representatives in Brazil and all that.
00:05:08.000 And immediately, Alstom Rice blocked Starlink's bank accounts, froze all their assets in Brazil, claiming that it's part of Elon Musk's economic group.
00:05:19.000 So they froze all their assets to pay Axe Fines, Starlink's assets.
00:05:24.000 And it was a problem because this caused people to be afraid of Starlink being shut down in Brazil.
00:05:29.000 Many remote parts of Brazil depend on Starlink, including various services from the armed forces in Brazil.
00:05:36.000 So right now, Axe is completely blocked in Brazil since last week.
00:05:41.000 The only way to access Axe in Brazil is through a VPN or Starlink, which Starlink announced it would not comply with Mirai's decisions.
00:05:51.000 But on top of all that, Mirai also imposes a $10,000 daily fee for any individual using a VPN to access Axe.
00:06:02.000 But of course, we're Brazilians, we're resourceful.
00:06:05.000 Many people continue using X in Brazil via VPN.
00:06:10.000 They claim to be a friend posting on their behalf from outside of Brazil.
00:06:15.000 Even the mainstream media outlets are saying that the posts are now being made by international correspondents.
00:06:22.000 And that's, I think it's a summary of what happened the past month.
00:06:29.000 This is a remarkable story.
00:06:31.000 This is a top-down restriction of freedom of speech.
00:06:36.000 I have two questions.
00:06:37.000 Is freedom of speech considered to be a core Brazilian value?
00:06:41.000 That's number one, because in America we say that it is.
00:06:44.000 And then number two, to play devil's advocate, what is their argument again as to why to do this?
00:06:50.000 I know that you explained it, I just, I'm failing to quite grasp that.
00:06:53.000 So please answer those two questions.
00:06:55.000 So, freedom of speech is protected by Article 5 of the Brazilian Constitution.
00:06:59.000 It is also protected by international treaties that Brazil signed, including the San Jose of Costa Rica Pact, which comprehends most countries in America.
00:07:11.000 And also, it's part of the International Declaration of Human Rights of the United Nations.
00:07:16.000 Brazil also signed that.
00:07:19.000 So, free speech is Bluntly protected by all types of laws, but the laws only matter if people decide to follow it, right?
00:07:28.000 If the judges decide that they can open an exception to the law, then it's the same thing with the U.S.
00:07:35.000 You have the First Amendment, it's beautiful, but if a court decides, well, we're going to suspend the First Amendment, there's no antidote for that, and we have this problem going.
00:07:45.000 It's an international problem.
00:07:46.000 Similar things are happening in France.
00:07:49.000 Well, you all see Canada.
00:07:52.000 And to be honest, Charlie, I think Mories is just part of a global trend, which is a trend of censorship coming from the left.
00:08:01.000 He only is bolder than most world leaders.
00:08:05.000 I think Kamala Harris or any Democrat would do the same if they felt they had the power.
00:08:10.000 Mories was just more courageous and decided to do more and no one stopped him.
00:08:18.000 And frankly, I don't know if anyone will stop Kamala Harris if she tries something
00:08:22.000 similar in the U.S.
00:08:23.000 No, I mean, this is amazing to me. So we have a rather robust and aggressive U.S. State Department
00:08:31.000 that seems really interested in making sure that we have abortion clinics in Ghana and, you know,
00:08:36.000 condoms for gay sex in Turkey or whatever that our State Department does.
00:08:40.000 State Department come out and spoke against this action?
00:08:40.000 Has the U.S.
00:08:44.000 Has there been any U.S.
00:08:46.000 sanction or condemnation or pressure?
00:08:49.000 Because if the United States government said, stop it, then this would be over, right?
00:08:56.000 So has there been anything from the U.S.
00:08:58.000 State Department?
00:09:00.000 Oh yeah, the State Department actually supported Morales to get to this point.
00:09:05.000 All the framework that Morales used to combat misinformation, which is the powers that he's claiming to do all that, came from the United States, came from the State Department, came from actually the FBI and United States NGOs like the Atlantic Council and of course the Open Society.
00:09:25.000 So everything was imported from the United States.
00:09:27.000 The State Department came to the point Then on the 2022 elections in Brazil, they said, well, Jake Sullivan went to Brazil to make sure Morais was not challenged.
00:09:38.000 The head of CIA went to Brazil to make sure Morais was not challenged.
00:09:42.000 Even the Secretary of Defense, they all went to Brazil on the same year to make sure no one would challenge Morais.
00:09:49.000 So that's how it became all that powerful.
00:09:51.000 Some people ask, oh, how did that guy became all that powerful?
00:09:54.000 Well, it was the United States, Joe Biden's administration that made him that powerful.
00:09:58.000 It's just amazing to me.
00:10:00.000 I mean, again, as an American, we're constantly talking about exporting our values, defending democracy everywhere.
00:10:07.000 And then you have a country in our own hemisphere, which is, I think, the most populated country in South America.
00:10:13.000 Am I correct by saying that?
00:10:14.000 I think that's correct.
00:10:15.000 And definitely the largest landmass.
00:10:17.000 The largest population in the world.
00:10:18.000 Yeah, and one of the wealthiest countries, at least a trillion dollar GDP, if I'm not mistaken.
00:10:23.000 And they could just turn off a social media application and we kind of just shrug our shoulders.
00:10:29.000 It is remarkably.
00:10:30.000 Paolo, you're doing amazing work.
00:10:31.000 Just tell our audience how they can support you, please.
00:10:33.000 Again, look me up on Axe, at Rio P. Figueredo, my P. Figueredo.
00:10:42.000 Hey, this is Charlie Kirk, and I know a lot of you have been suffering under the Biden economy.
00:10:46.000 Recently, school loan payments have been reinstated, and for many, it's adding thousands to their monthly expenses.
00:10:52.000 My friends, Andrew Del Rey and Todd Avakian, they're amazing.
00:10:54.000 They really helped me through a tough, tough situation recently.
00:10:57.000 They've been excellent.
00:10:58.000 They're ethical.
00:10:59.000 They're just really great people.
00:11:01.000 They're followers of Jesus Christ, and our worldviews are the same.
00:11:05.000 I love them.
00:11:05.000 And so please go to andrewandtodd.com.
00:11:07.000 Interest rates are coming down, and they may be able to lower your overall payment.
00:11:10.000 In fact, one of our team members said, Charlie, is it time for me to own a home?
00:11:13.000 I sat down and went through the numbers.
00:11:14.000 I said, get in the owner game.
00:11:15.000 Honestly, enough renting.
00:11:16.000 You are burning your money renting.
00:11:18.000 It might be a little bit more to own, but you're building equity.
00:11:20.000 That's money you'll have for the rest of your life.
00:11:23.000 Perhaps a reverse mortgage is the perfect solution.
00:11:25.000 It's about expertise.
00:11:26.000 You could trust in times like this.
00:11:27.000 I can't tell you how helpful they've been for me personally.
00:11:29.000 They've just been excellent.
00:11:30.000 Andrew and Todd, I'm honored to call them friends.
00:11:32.000 We hang out when I go to Orange County together.
00:11:34.000 Uh, they're really great.
00:11:35.000 So say Charlie sent me 888-888-1172.
00:11:38.000 That's 888-888-1172.
00:11:40.000 They helped me through a mortgage situation recently that was super complex and moving pieces.
00:11:45.000 And it was really, really tough.
00:11:46.000 And other banks, by the way, wanted nothing to do with it and they crushed it for me.
00:11:50.000 10 out of 10.
00:11:51.000 AndrewandTodd.com.
00:11:51.000 So check it out right now.
00:11:52.000 AndrewandTodd.com.
00:11:56.000 Continuing with us is a great man who I want to extend an invite.
00:12:00.000 If his country further becomes like Venezuela, he can always claim asylum in our country.
00:12:05.000 Paolo, I will make a case for asylum for you for any time.
00:12:10.000 Unfortunately, we have a lot of asylum seekers that should not be claiming asylum, unfortunately.
00:12:16.000 I have been living in Florida for the past 10 years.
00:12:20.000 Really?
00:12:20.000 Yeah, but there are many cases of journalists from Brazil, even a judge, that fled Brazil and is looking for asylum here and filed claims for asylum.
00:12:32.000 Many cases.
00:12:33.000 Well, I was joking, but I'm glad you're in Florida because that's what Florida is all about, is fleeing South American tyranny.
00:12:40.000 Unfortunately, now it's also from Brazil.
00:12:42.000 And I want to get into this if we have time, which is kind of how the country has slid since Luna.
00:12:48.000 But, so here's the point, is that the Packers and the Eagles are scheduled to play in Brazil this Friday.
00:12:54.000 If America and the NFL had any sort of moral compass, they would cancel the game, and they say, we're playing in Tampa or Orlando, okay?
00:13:01.000 Find some city that doesn't have an NFL team, you could sell it out in a second, okay?
00:13:05.000 The Major League Baseball moved its all-star game out of Atlanta because it passed voter integrity laws.
00:13:10.000 The Super Bowl was moved out of Arizona about 20 years ago because it didn't recognize MLK Day the way they wanted it to.
00:13:17.000 The NCAA boycotted North Carolina because they wouldn't let boys in a girl's bathrooms.
00:13:22.000 But we're bringing the NFL Roadshow to Brazil where free speech is forbidden?
00:13:26.000 Is verboten?
00:13:27.000 Paulo, help me understand.
00:13:29.000 Yeah, it's pretty much endorsing the regime that's in power in Brazil.
00:13:35.000 There have been some conversations in Congress about passing a bill regarding Brazil, similar to what exists about Venezuela, Russia, Belarus, and other countries as well, but so far the Congress hasn't done much.
00:13:53.000 We have a couple of congressmen that actually talked about it Congressman Chris Smith from New Jersey, Maria Salazar here from Florida, Senator Rick Scott, but not that many.
00:14:05.000 I think Congress is in recess right now, but Elon Musk is calling for retribution, right?
00:14:09.000 And I think one key aspect that's not being explored is how a US company is having their assets
00:14:19.000 taken away from a Brazilian, from a South American dictatorship.
00:14:24.000 Again, that same thing happened in Venezuela in the past and in Cuba, of course, and it's now in a way,
00:14:29.000 in a different way happening in Brazil as well.
00:14:32.000 And I believe it's the job of the US government to protect American interests worldwide, right?
00:14:38.000 Well I would, I mean, yes, if you have that belief I- I have a more nuanced belief, which is that the primary concern of a government is to first take care of its citizens, and then you can start exporting stuff.
00:14:49.000 We don't even do that.
00:14:50.000 We don't take care of our citizens.
00:14:51.000 It's complete bedlam.
00:14:52.000 It's anarchy.
00:14:53.000 We got Venezuelans taking over our apartment complexes.
00:14:55.000 We got gang violence in the streets.
00:14:57.000 We're being invaded on a daily basis.
00:14:59.000 We've got 320,000 kids just missing that might have been sold into sex slavery.
00:15:03.000 So if, if, if, Your most important thing is about the exporting of American values, which the American Foreign Policy Project says that it is.
00:15:12.000 We have hundreds of well-funded think tanks in Washington, D.C.
00:15:15.000 All they do all day long is write white papers that no one reads about how American values are the best ever.
00:15:20.000 When it actually matters, and an ally of ours in the Southern Hemisphere, Brazil, flips, we just seem indifferent.
00:15:26.000 Can you walk our audience through the Brazilian story in recent years, from Bolsonaro to Lula to the Chinese communist influence.
00:15:36.000 How has Brazil fallen so quickly and so sharply?
00:15:39.000 Because it looked as if it was on the upswing for a little bit.
00:15:41.000 Well, Brazil has been under the hands of the left for almost three decades, and then we elected President Bolsonaro, who was very conservative in every sense.
00:15:52.000 Bolsonaro stayed in power for four years, and then we had elections in 2022, and he lost.
00:15:58.000 Well, he actually The election was stolen in Brazil with support of the CIA and the American Department of State.
00:16:08.000 So, Moraes was the head guy for that.
00:16:11.000 And, well, then he brought Lula back to power, and now Lula is the president of Brazil.
00:16:16.000 But Lula doesn't have nearly as much power as Moraes does.
00:16:21.000 Lula is very much a socialist, he's a communist, and he supports Moraes, but Moraes is the
00:16:27.000 one in charge, Moraes is the one giving all these censorship orders.
00:16:31.000 What Brazil is suffering is part of a process called jurisdicracy.
00:16:35.000 Many countries in the world are suffering that, where the judiciary is taking over some
00:16:41.000 roles that used to be part of the executive and legislative branch.
00:16:46.000 So instead of having a democracy, a government from the people, of the people, you're having a juristocracy, a government of the judiciary branch.
00:16:55.000 Paulo, stay safe.
00:16:55.000 Well said.
00:16:56.000 I'm very glad you're in this country, and I think every American should boycott the Packers-Eagles game.
00:17:02.000 I'm not a fan of either, to be perfectly honest with you, but it is a disgrace.
00:17:06.000 I mean, I wouldn't expect anything else out of Roger Goodell.
00:17:08.000 The worst commissioner in the history of American sports.
00:17:11.000 The guy is a mockery, making $32 million a year, allowing this travesty to occur.
00:17:17.000 Wouldn't expect anything else, but that's the current state of the NFL.
00:17:21.000 The NFL mirrors a broken American culture.
00:17:23.000 Paulo, thank you so much.
00:17:27.000 Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here as we gear up for another important election year.

00:18:27.000 Joining us now is Todd Bensman.
00:18:29.000 Todd, I want to start with Cut 12.
00:18:30.000 Let's play Cut 12.
00:18:33.000 I'm in the village of Baja Chiquito, which is an Embrera village on a fairly major river.
00:18:43.000 That is used by the immigrants to go downstream and get off at another camp and be processed onto buses that then go on into Costa Rica.
00:18:58.000 It took about two hours or so to get upriver to this place, to this Indian village.
00:19:05.000 And what we found along the way was that at least 23 boats Filled with immigrants past us on the way down, on our way up and their way down.
00:19:18.000 So Todd, walk our audience through your recent visit to the Darien Gap.
00:19:21.000 Remind them where the Darien Gap is and the significance of it.
00:19:24.000 And welcome back.
00:19:25.000 Thank you.
00:19:26.000 Sure.
00:19:26.000 The Darien Gap is a fairly notorious major immigrant highway passageway that connects South America to North America.
00:19:36.000 It goes from Columbia into Panama.
00:19:39.000 It's roadless.
00:19:40.000 It used to have maybe 10,000 or less immigrants a year go through it.
00:19:46.000 When Biden entered office and did catch and release at our border, it sparked off this massive historic wave through there.
00:19:58.000 520,000 last year alone, another quarter of a million so far this year.
00:20:01.000 But what happened is the Panamanians elected a new president who said, I'm closing it.
00:20:08.000 That's too many.
00:20:10.000 That's a bridge too far for us.
00:20:12.000 And the Panamanians asked for US support.
00:20:16.000 Well, the Biden administration's turned that thing into a major superhighway.
00:20:20.000 They made it faster, easier, quicker, resource, better resource than ever before.
00:20:25.000 So, you know, you know, a couple million people have passed through that and the Panamanians now are saying, hey, we want to close it.
00:20:34.000 We're going to close it and we want your help.
00:20:37.000 So I went down there to see how things were going with that promised U.S.
00:20:41.000 help and what was going on.
00:20:43.000 And what I found was that while there was a pause in the traffic levels because people were like, well, are they really going to?
00:20:51.000 They were holding in place to see what the Panamanians would really do.
00:20:54.000 But lo and behold, the American support was never forthcoming.
00:20:59.000 They didn't really want to do it.
00:21:01.000 A golden opportunity for the Americans to improve our national security footing.
00:21:08.000 This is where the 380 immigrants on the terror watch list that we've caught at our border came through initially.
00:21:17.000 They can't even screen them down there anymore.
00:21:19.000 Maybe 3% they can screen of the ones coming through.
00:21:23.000 And here we have this opportunity to close it down.
00:21:25.000 And so far, what I found is that we're taking a pass.
00:21:29.000 So I just have a technical question.
00:21:32.000 Do people really walk all the way from southern Panama up to the U.S.
00:21:35.000 border?
00:21:36.000 Are they given rides?
00:21:37.000 Are there trains?
00:21:38.000 Or they walk 2,500 miles?
00:21:40.000 No, that's a good question.
00:21:41.000 That's not what happens.
00:21:43.000 The Panamanians have, and the Costa Ricans have in place something, a policy called controlled flow.
00:21:51.000 So the Panamanians collect them off of the gap, send them down these rivers, process them in, Yeah, that's what I think.
00:22:06.000 I don't think you should be given citizenship or allowed in the country, but if you walk 2,500 miles, I have a little more respect for you, but I guess they get rides, they get trains.
00:22:14.000 I'm sure some people walk, but I mean, that is a journey.
00:22:17.000 That's across the continuous United States.
00:22:20.000 So, how many people can we expect?
00:22:23.000 Because that is a leading indicator for eventually what happens at the border.
00:22:27.000 What is the time lapse then from a Darien Gap flow to a border surge on our border?
00:22:33.000 What is the gap in timing here?
00:22:36.000 Right, it just depends.
00:22:37.000 Right now, the Mexicans are in the midst of a major Biden-arranged crackdown to improve Election optics at our border.
00:22:50.000 You know, you don't see much Fox News drone footage anymore of thousands of people crossing because they cut a deal with the Mexicans to hold them back in their southern provinces.
00:23:01.000 So the people that are coming through Darien are going to have to get through that first.
00:23:07.000 And then as of November 5th, I expect that the floodgates will be unleashed, lifted, and you know, all of those hundreds of thousands of people down there will pour through.
00:23:20.000 But until the November 5th election right now, I think that, you know, we're not going to see them coming through very quickly.
00:23:28.000 But the Panamanians afterwards, The Panamanians have done something really, they brought us this silver platter olive branch saying we will shut this thing down.
00:23:40.000 We want to shut it down.
00:23:42.000 All you have to do is give us some money for repatriation flights.
00:23:46.000 The money's not coming so far and neither is the diplomatic muscle that they need to make other Latin American countries work with the Panamanians to shut that gap down.
00:23:57.000 That is a national security threat.
00:24:00.000 That gap has always been a problem because 170 nationalities come through there from all over Africa, every Muslim-majority country in the world.
00:24:11.000 That's where they're coming through first.
00:24:13.000 They land in Latin America and pass through there, and it's a perfect geographic chokehold point.
00:24:19.000 And you've got a government there willing to do it, and the U.S.
00:24:23.000 is like, eh, never mind.
00:24:24.000 I find that interesting and has to be reported.
00:24:29.000 The American people need to know that.
00:24:31.000 A Harris government, I believe, would demur and say, yeah, we really don't want to help you out.
00:24:40.000 A Trump administration, I think, would flood the zone with cash and diplomats to make sure it happened.
00:24:47.000 So let me ask you one more question, then I want to get to the SAVE Act.
00:24:50.000 Kamala Harris, a week from tonight, will be debating Donald Trump in Philadelphia, and she will assuredly say that border crossings are low.
00:24:59.000 We took executive action.
00:25:01.000 Is that correct, Todd, or are they coming in other ways via flights, the CBP One app?
00:25:07.000 Yes, no, and yes.
00:25:10.000 Yeah, for sure.
00:25:12.000 The numbers are way down, but not because of any executive order.
00:25:16.000 That is simply not true.
00:25:19.000 Nothing that they did executive order-wise is behind that.
00:25:22.000 It was their page that they tore from the Trump playbook.
00:25:28.000 Diplomatically arranging with Mexico to shut this down.
00:25:32.000 They don't need legislation.
00:25:34.000 They just needed this deal with Mexico.
00:25:37.000 All along, they could have done this at any point.
00:25:40.000 Trump had a similar thing in place that was working great.
00:25:44.000 And the first thing the Biden administration did was relieve the Mexicans of that obligation, and of course we saw what happened after that.
00:25:52.000 But you mean they just gave the Mexicans cash, essentially, correct?
00:25:58.000 Well, it's a secret still as to what the Biden administration did.
00:26:01.000 This is unbelievable.
00:26:04.000 Why are House Republicans not subpoenaing and trying to get answers of, hey, are we forking over tens of billions of dollars of cash for the Mexican government?
00:26:13.000 I mean, that would be probably an important thing to find out.
00:26:16.000 Yeah, totally need to do that.
00:26:18.000 I know I have done it.
00:26:20.000 I have searched all over public records looking for any hint of an extra payment of billions of dollars.
00:26:30.000 Mexico's president asked on 60 Minutes and said, you know, we want $20 billion or else guess what?
00:26:37.000 The screen that we've got going on down here will go down and the immigrants will go forward.
00:26:47.000 We need $20 billion.
00:26:48.000 I don't know if they paid the $20 billion.
00:26:51.000 I don't really know what that is, but I think the American people deserve to know the answer to that.
00:26:56.000 Yes.
00:26:57.000 And so one other thing, Todd, just in the interest of time before we hit the SAVE Act, the CBP One app, are they coming in via other means?
00:27:04.000 Are they getting depoted hundreds of miles away from the border and then getting flown into the interior of the United States?
00:27:10.000 Yes, absolutely.
00:27:12.000 That is the great unseen mass migration where it's continuing.
00:27:17.000 They've brought in a million two by direct flights from all over the world.
00:27:23.000 And By bringing them on the CBP One app, the scheduling, uh, you know, uh, phone app, uh, over the land bridges, uh, from a hundred different nationalities, uh, over the land of 500, 600,000, they brought in and you can't see it.
00:27:41.000 You can't see it when they're flying and you can't see it.
00:27:44.000 And they call this a great success because they didn't cross illegally between ports of entry, but Ask Chicago, New York, Denver, Boston and all the rest of those big cities if they care how they came in or if anybody saw them.
00:27:59.000 They're still showing up in huge numbers with their hands out in those cities.
00:28:05.000 This is the scandal.
00:28:07.000 And if Trump, if President Trump can effectively in the debate tell this story saying the current Harris administration is flying people into the interior of the United States, That's a remarkable story to be told.
00:28:23.000 People can't even grasp it that they just bypass the border now and they get a 747 into Madison, Wisconsin.
00:28:31.000 Or a 747 into Duluth, right?
00:28:34.000 Right.
00:28:34.000 I mean, that's exactly where they walk in.
00:28:37.000 Over the bridges and we stamp them right in and I would like to see the candidate Trump, the nominee, talk about things like this other than just that, you know, they're emptying their insane asylums and because these are the things that people really care about.
00:28:53.000 They're showing up in their cities, driving those cities to the brink of bankruptcy to this day by the tens of thousands a month still.
00:29:04.000 Talk about it.

00:30:05.000 Wonderful organization.
00:30:06.000 MyPillow.com.
00:30:10.000 All right, Todd.
00:30:11.000 SAVE Act.
00:30:12.000 What is the significance of it?
00:30:13.000 What does it technically say?
00:30:15.000 Speaker Johnson is teasing he might add it to an upcoming continuing resolution.
00:30:19.000 What's going on, Todd Bensman?
00:30:20.000 Right.
00:30:20.000 Well, obviously, there's a concern across the country, especially in Republican circles that, you know, illegal immigrants are going to vote widely enough in a close election that they could swing it.
00:30:35.000 And what this would do is right currently, you know, federal law Prevents states from requiring proof of citizenship.
00:30:46.000 So this piece of legislation would then allow states to require that proof of citizenship before people could vote.
00:30:53.000 So You know, clearly this is a voter integrity measure.
00:31:01.000 Why not kind of a thing?
00:31:03.000 Like, I mean, if you can't show that you're a citizen or, you know, then, you know, what's the big deal?
00:31:08.000 Like, why not?
00:31:09.000 Why not require that?
00:31:10.000 It's like the voter ID.
00:31:11.000 But of course, the Democrats are opposed to it.
00:31:15.000 You know, I don't think it's I'm skeptical that it's going to really go anywhere.
00:31:20.000 But it's a piece of legislation would also prevent, you know, inevitable litigation to gum things up if people now one thing you have to remember, though, is that This is kind of an issue because in a lot of states, when you are an illegal immigrant and you get a driver's license, a lot of states allow illegally present immigrants to apply for a driver's license.
00:31:45.000 There's a box that you can check that you would simultaneously like to register to vote.
00:31:52.000 And so the belief is that, you know, tens of thousands, maybe even hundreds of thousands of illegal immigrants that have come in on this border crisis, check that box and that they're eligible to vote and there's nobody to stop it.
00:32:06.000 That's what's at issue here.
00:32:08.000 So, the greater concern, just more globally, is how many foreigners are actually here in the interior of the United States.
00:32:16.000 How many illegals are there, would you guesstimate, and how many have come across the border since January of 2021?
00:32:23.000 Well, the center, we think that it's somewhere in the neighborhood of between, we're conservative on that, between 8 million and 10 million.
00:32:34.000 And probably more and that would include the, the gotaways, the people that were never registered or nobody ever laid hands on them.
00:32:42.000 They just slipped on through and into the interior.
00:32:45.000 We think that there are probably, well, we know that there are at least 2 million of those, but we think there are probably a lot more.
00:32:52.000 So the numbers are variable, but yeah, I'll figure about 10 million got in.
00:32:59.000 So 10 million new people that have come into the United States, they're here illegally, 10 million people, and they're spread all across the country, they're not just regional.
00:33:13.000 To give everyone, to put that into perspective, that is the population of Michigan, that is the population of North Carolina, that is more than the population of New Jersey, Virginia, Washington, Arizona, Tennessee.
00:33:26.000 That's more than a population of 40 states, Todd.
00:33:29.000 I mean, we were having, you know, four full Super Bowl stadiums a month come in for years.
00:33:35.000 So, you know, I mean, those of us who were down there watching this were just, you know, we understood that there was nothing of this magnitude in the record books anywhere.
00:33:47.000 No country on earth has had something like this happen on purpose.
00:33:53.000 So yeah, there's that many people here and a lot of those, remember the people that come in over the border and then we usher them right in, we catch and release the vast majority of them.
00:34:05.000 They'll gravitate to blue states, but also plenty of red states, but wherever they can get the most stuff, where the places that want to hand out driver's licenses, for example, where they can check those voter registration boxes, they're heavy in those places where you can check those voter registration boxes on the driver's license.
00:34:31.000 Unbelievable.
00:34:32.000 Todd Bensman, thank you so much.
00:34:33.000 Check out his book, Overrun.
00:34:34.000 Thank you.
00:34:35.000 Thanks for having me.
00:34:36.000 Email us freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:34:38.000 I mean, you have 10 million people.
00:34:40.000 That is more than the population of the state of Michigan.
00:34:44.000 Far more than the state population of Virginia.
00:34:46.000 In the country, illegally, that was not here beforehand.
00:34:51.000 That was not here beforehand.
00:34:53.000 I mean, that is the great replacement in real time.
00:34:56.000 They are here to replace you.
00:34:58.000 You think about it, you know 3 out of 4 of all people arrested in Midtown Manhattan are illegals?
00:35:04.000 3 out of 4. 75%.
00:35:06.000 It makes you wonder.
00:35:08.000 If Kamala Harris wins another term, it'll be 40 million people.
00:35:15.000 It'll be the largest looting operation in human history.
00:35:20.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:35:21.000 Email us, as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:35:24.000 Thank you so much for listening, and God bless.
