00:01:30.000 Here's a little bit of a tease, a crumb, a whisper of my incredible conversation with Tucker Carlson.
00:01:36.000 Enjoy.
00:01:37.000 I was watching the other day.
00:01:39.000 I'm actually not a huge Martin Luther King fan or whatever, super flawed guy.
00:01:44.000 But I was watching the last, the audio, I was listening to the audio of the last speech that he gave the night before he was killed, April 3rd, 1968.
00:01:51.000 He was killed the next afternoon.
00:01:53.000 And he gave this speech, and he had just been like cheating with a bunch of different women.
00:01:57.000 Okay.
00:01:58.000 Yeah, he had a tendency to.
00:01:59.000 Oh my gosh.
00:01:59.000 No, he was like sexually out of control.
00:02:02.000 But he gave this speech in which he clearly predicted his own death.
00:02:06.000 Like there is no doubt if you listen to this that God is speaking through Martin Luther King.
00:02:10.000 And again, I don't like Martin Luther King's program.
00:02:12.000 I don't like his behavior.
00:02:14.000 There's a lot of, you know, worshiping Martin Luther King is absurd to me.
00:02:17.000 But I got to say, if you listen to that speech, God is speaking through Martin Luther King.
00:02:22.000 There's no other explanation for that.
00:02:24.000 And you're like, well, that's kind of consistent with what we know.
00:02:28.000 We're all flawed.
00:02:29.000 The people in charge tend to be more flawed.
00:02:32.000 But it doesn't mean that they're not capable of greatness.
00:02:36.000 So let's just be honest about it.
00:02:37.000 The second you have to feel the need to pretend that you're perfect, you become a liar and you become paradoxically even less perfect, in my opinion.
00:02:46.000 Now, if you want to listen to that entire thing exclusively, it's members.charliekirk.com.
00:02:51.000 If we have blessed you in any way on this program, then please go to members.charliekirk.com.

00:03:07.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:03:08.000 Here we go.
00:03:09.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:03:11.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:03:13.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:03:16.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:03:20.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:03:21.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:03:22.000 His spirit, his love of this country.
00:03:23.000 He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:03:30.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:03:39.000 That's why we are here.
00:03:42.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at AndrewandTodd.com.
00:03:50.000 The timeline is set.
00:03:53.000 Well, it's close to being set.
00:03:54.000 There will still be some delays, motions, witness testimony.
00:03:58.000 Here's what we're going to see.
00:04:00.000 January 15th is going to be the Iowa primary or the Iowa caucus to be specific.
00:04:06.000 Super Tuesdays on March 5th, there's also the New Hampshire primary, Nevada, South Carolina.
00:04:10.000 I think Nevada is actually coming ahead of South Carolina.
00:04:14.000 Now they kind of reorganized it.
00:04:16.000 And Donald Trump will be standing for one of his many indictments for trial on May 20th, 2024.
00:04:25.000 Before I go any further, it's remarkable how effective the Democrats have been and the media has been in moving the Overton window.
00:04:34.000 We have a fair amount of new viewers, by the way.
00:04:37.000 Our numbers are going up dramatically, praise God.
00:04:40.000 So let's remind each other: what is the Overton window?
00:04:45.000 If you know it, it's a good refresher.
00:04:48.000 If not, it's very important.
00:04:49.000 The Overton window is a way of thinking, or it's an approach to identifying the ideas that define the spectrum of acceptability of how the government acts.
00:05:01.000 For example, it says politicians can only act within an acceptable range.
00:05:06.000 Shifting the Overton window involves proponents of policies outside the window persuading the public to expand the window.
00:05:13.000 A great example of this is defund the police.
00:05:16.000 So the spectrum goes from unthinkable all the way to public policy.
00:05:23.000 And it can go back and forth, it can move, but it's a reflection of the sentiment of the people.
00:05:30.000 Now, this was originally the author of The Overton Window was mostly focused on how laws go from ideas into action.
00:05:42.000 This is actually founded by an American policy analyst by the name of Joseph Overton.
00:05:46.000 If we can get a picture, let's put it on there.
00:05:48.000 Let's put the Overton window picture.
00:05:50.000 I think it's very helpful.
00:05:51.000 It's a great way to say, oh, wow, that was once unthinkable, and now it's everywhere.
00:05:56.000 So the Overton window goes through these steps.
00:05:58.000 Something is unthinkable, then it's deemed radical, then it's deemed acceptable, then it's deemed sensible, then it's deemed popular, then it's deemed policy.
00:06:08.000 Let me give you three quick examples.
00:06:09.000 Marijuana legalization.
00:06:11.000 It was unthinkable when I was a kid, and now it's policy.
00:06:15.000 Chemically castrating kids.
00:06:17.000 Ironically, it's still unthinkable in certain circles, but it is policy.
00:06:22.000 We're cutting kids' parts off at record rates.
00:06:25.000 Keeping our borders wide open.
00:06:27.000 It was radical, now it's policy.
00:06:30.000 Gay marriage is probably the best example of this.
00:06:34.000 But look at how they were able to move through the Overton window just in the last 12 months.
00:06:41.000 When they raided Mar-a-Lago, that was an unthinkable act.
00:06:48.000 A former president being raided by the government that he once directed?
00:06:54.000 It was met with outrage over the top.
00:06:57.000 We live in a third world country.
00:07:00.000 How could this possibly happen?
00:07:03.000 But then the media did their job and they kept on making you feel as if it's normal.
00:07:07.000 That's perfectly fine.
00:07:09.000 Donald Trump is a felon.
00:07:11.000 And so like that, we started to move on the spectrum of what was considered to be think a year ago, one calendar year ago, everybody, Mar-a-Lago was not yet rated.
00:07:25.000 Donald Trump was under zero indictments, zero.
00:07:29.000 One year ago, Donald Trump did not have any indictments and Mar-a-Lago was not rated.
00:07:34.000 And in the course of one year, not only have they acted in a way, but they acted.
00:07:39.000 And whoever is designing this, I have a lot of respect for.
00:07:43.000 They're evil.
00:07:45.000 They're clever as can be.
00:07:47.000 But I have infinite respect because not only are they doing this in a way to interfere in the 2024 election, but the methodical marching of which they are progressing shows me a deep understanding of how the Overton window works.
00:08:04.000 This is not amateur hour.
00:08:06.000 Whoever is conducting the orchestra, a theme that we repeat here, Valerie Jarrett, Barack Hussein, the Soros, Lorene Powell Jobs, Mark Elias, we may never know who Oz is.
00:08:20.000 Whoever it is, this is not just throwing stuff up the wall and hope it hits.
00:08:24.000 No, this is well planned.
00:08:26.000 This is concocted.
00:08:27.000 This is somebody who has been around for multiple decades and knows how to move the window.
00:08:34.000 So you think about it, 12 months ago, Donald Trump faced no indictments.
00:08:40.000 They raided Mar-a-Lago.
00:08:42.000 It was the shot heard across the world.
00:08:45.000 How dare you go raid a president's home?
00:08:47.000 Then we kind of got over it.
00:08:48.000 Oh, I guess it's fine because Biden had documents too.
00:08:52.000 He lulled you to sleep.
00:08:54.000 But whoever is doing the conducting needed somebody to cross the Rubicon first.
00:09:00.000 Remember, in January, February, March, when there were whispers that Donald Trump might be facing criminal charges in New York, our talking point was this had never happened again.
00:09:10.000 Before, this has never happened before.
00:09:12.000 A former president has never been indicted.
00:09:13.000 A former president has never been indicted.
00:09:14.000 A former president has never been Alvin Bragg.
00:09:17.000 The weakest of all the cases, kind of the silliest of all the cases.
00:09:22.000 Stormy Daniels campaign finance.
00:09:25.000 That case is probably going to fall apart.
00:09:27.000 Of all the ones that Donald Trump has a likelihood of getting tossed out by a judge, it's the New York case.
00:09:33.000 But the intent of the New York case was not about putting Donald Trump in prison.
00:09:39.000 It was about normalizing, criminalizing Donald Trump.
00:09:45.000 It was to move the Overton window where you weren't experiencing a sense, an aura of shock and awe when Donald Trump gets booked by the federal government.
00:09:57.000 The inside-out collusion between federal, state, and local agencies is unprecedented.
00:10:03.000 The harmony of which Alvin Bragg and Fannie Willis and the head of the Michigan Attorney General, Dano Nestle, I believe the name is, and Jack Smith and Merrick Garland are working.
00:10:14.000 There is a central nervous system.
00:10:16.000 I don't know where it is.
00:10:16.000 Is it in Martha's Vineyard?
00:10:18.000 Is it in Sun Valley?
00:10:19.000 Is it in Aspen?
00:10:20.000 Somebody is calling the shots here.
00:10:22.000 This is not.
00:10:24.000 We hate Trump.
00:10:25.000 Let's just see what it is.
00:10:26.000 No, no, no.
00:10:26.000 Somebody is planning this and we are marching right into it.
00:10:30.000 It reminds me of the Allegory of the Cave.
00:10:33.000 Can we get that picture?
00:10:35.000 The famous Allegory of the Cave, where actually we get the word in Latin education from the Allegory of the Cave, Socrates, Plato's Allegory of the Cave, where you're looking at a simulation and you have to say, wait a second, there's light behind us and we've been looking at shadows.
00:10:47.000 Can we just break free and realize we are playing in a simulation here where there is an output?
00:10:52.000 And I'm going to show it to you because now the whole plan has been revealed.
00:10:55.000 That's the allegory of the cave, where it shows that you are seeing nothing more than the projection of a light behind you of shadows on a screen that somebody else is manipulating and puppeteering for their purpose and you're falling right into it.
00:11:06.000 Purpose of this show today on Friday, July 21st, is to just say, timeout, press pause, 35,000-foot view.
00:11:13.000 What simulation are we living through right now?
00:11:16.000 Because in 12 months, 12 months ago, we were getting angry and mad at the prospect of Donald Trump and his home getting raided.
00:11:25.000 And now we're kind of just shrugging our shoulders and we say, well, I guess he's going to be under four different venue indictments.
00:11:31.000 You got documents in Florida.
00:11:32.000 You got Fannie Willis.
00:11:33.000 You got Stormy Daniels in New York.
00:11:35.000 You got January 6th.
00:11:36.000 You got insurrection, seditious conspiracy, alternate electors.
00:11:38.000 Whoa!
00:11:41.000 This did not happen, everybody, out of nowhere.
00:11:44.000 Ex nihilo.
00:11:46.000 It did not come out of nothing.
00:11:48.000 No, this is worth some examination.
00:11:54.000 This is worth some real dialogue.
00:11:57.000 Not only who is planning it.
00:11:59.000 That's not interesting to me.
00:12:00.000 We know that it's being planned.
00:12:01.000 But then what is the plan?
00:12:03.000 What is the timeline?
00:12:04.000 And then the most important thing: how do you launch a sabotage campaign of that plan?
00:12:09.000 And boy, the designer, the architect, the author of what we are living through, they are not dumb.
00:12:23.000 This is a world-class product in how to thwart a popular former president from getting back into the White House.
00:12:33.000 Do you know that the average American spends about 20 years in retirement?
00:12:37.000 That's a long time to live without a steady income.
00:12:39.000 And we want to make sure you enjoy every moment of it and don't outlive your money.
00:12:43.000 Retirement is about more than just investments.
00:12:45.000 It's about living your best life.
00:12:47.000 Let's not retire.
00:12:48.000 Let's pivot.
00:12:49.000 My friends at PAX Financial, who I use for my wealth management future, develop a course for the sole purpose of helping you pivot.
00:12:57.000 If you want your own free guide to pivoting into the new chapter of life with purpose, visit paxfg.com/slash Charlie.
00:13:05.000 That is p-a-x-f-g.com/slash Charlie, paxfg.com/slash Charlie.
00:13:14.000 Okay, in one year, they have moved the Overton window from how dare you raid his home to multiple indictments.
00:13:21.000 This is not by mistake.
00:13:22.000 So, what is the plan?
00:13:23.000 Well, let's go through the breaking news today with all that lead up.
00:13:27.000 Judge Eileen Cannon just gave the Democrats everything they wanted by placing the Trump document trial in the heart of campaign season.
00:13:35.000 So, January 15th will be the Iowa caucus.
00:13:38.000 March 5th is Super Tuesday.
00:13:39.000 May 20th, the trial date starts.
00:13:42.000 May 21st is the Oregon primary.
00:13:45.000 June 4th, Montana, New Mexico, South Dakota primaries.
00:13:48.000 And July 15th is the RNC.
00:13:50.000 October 14th, early voting begins in Georgia, my birthday.
00:13:54.000 October 1st is the beginning of early voting in Arizona.
00:13:59.000 And November 5th is Election Day.
00:14:01.000 Barring any future delays, it is conceivable that Trump, the top opposition candidate to the current regime, could be tried, convicted, and imprisoned.
00:14:11.000 In prison's a little much, guys.
00:14:14.000 That's not totally true.
00:14:15.000 But tried and convicted before Election Day.
00:14:20.000 And the timing of the Republican convention is very significant.
00:14:22.000 By the way, this doesn't count the January 6th charges and breaking today because they've moved the window, because they've made it seem normal.
00:14:32.000 The Democrats are very talented at normalizing the radical.
00:14:38.000 Just think of all the radical things that are in public life.
00:14:41.000 We're kind of like, eh, like Sam Smith dressing up like Lucifer and doing a performance at the Grammys.
00:14:51.000 Well, I guess that's normal.
00:14:54.000 The normalization of evil is something the media masters in.
00:15:02.000 Fulton County prosecutors prepare racketeering charges in Trump inquiry because of a single perfectly fine phone call.
00:15:10.000 Perfectly fine phone call.
00:15:12.000 Through the campaign primary season, Donald Trump is going to be facing multiple impediments.
00:15:18.000 So there's two ways to interpret this.
00:15:21.000 The pro-DeSantis, anti-Trump, let's just say take that we see on Twitter is that the regime wants to run against Trump.
00:15:33.000 So they're indicting him to boost his bona fides in the primary to set the trap in the general election.
00:15:42.000 Of course, that is possible.
00:15:43.000 I don't believe that.
00:15:47.000 The more likely interpretation is that they believe Donald Trump will be the nominee almost no matter what, and they think that this will hurt him in the general election.
00:16:01.000 Let's play cut 128.
00:16:03.000 So, we got some breaking news with regard to former President Donald Trump.
00:16:06.000 The judge in that case, Eileen Cannon, out of Fort Pierce, Florida, has set a trial date for the 20th of May.
00:16:15.000 So, that's a good six months prior to the election in November on November 5th, 2024.
00:16:22.000 So, if you're a Democrat who has the idea of let's nominate Trump, he's the most beatable, this is what you do.
00:16:28.000 I think.
00:16:29.000 Now, remember, in 2016, a lot of Democrats wanted to run against Trump.
00:16:34.000 This is a split.
00:16:35.000 This is not agreed upon in Democrat circles.
00:16:40.000 It's not.
00:16:41.000 You have 50% that want to run against Trump and 50% that are terrified of Trump.
00:16:46.000 It goes both ways.
00:16:48.000 Liz Cheney understands the magic of Trump.
00:16:52.000 She says it.
00:16:52.000 She says he could still win.
00:16:54.000 She's right.
00:16:55.000 There's other people that are more cocky and more confident that would love to run against Trump.
00:17:01.000 We have to understand that the Democrats are united in their extremism, not in their tactics.
00:17:07.000 This is a deep divide in Democrat elite circles, a deep divide.
00:17:12.000 There is not harmony in this regard.
00:17:15.000 However, it's worth repeating from the Michigan electors case with Dana Nessel, with the Georgia case, Alvin Bragg with a shot heard around the world and the crossing of the Rubicon, DOJ with Jack Smith and documents.
00:17:32.000 Somebody is composing this.
00:17:35.000 And the way that they are composing it is as simple as this.
00:17:39.000 Weigh Trump down.
00:17:41.000 He'll win the primary no matter what.
00:17:43.000 Bring down his favorables in the general.
00:17:45.000 Run a brain-dead idiot with mass mail-in voting, chasing ballots, and hundreds of millions of dollars and billions of dollars of air support.
00:17:54.000 Defeat him in Wisconsin, Arizona, and Georgia.
00:17:58.000 And then the American right will be so angry that some people will act in violence and that we're going to be able to have a January 6th, 2.0 and put them all in prison and reign for the next hundred years.
00:18:16.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:18:17.000 We are saving babies with pre-born by providing free ultrasounds.
00:18:20.000 When you introduce a girl to her baby by providing an ultrasound, you're giving her the truth at the most important time in her life.
00:18:26.000 And more than 85% of the time, when she sees the baby and hears the baby's heartbeat, she will choose life.
00:18:31.000 The voices that call themselves pro-choice are loud and proud, and they are everywhere.
00:18:35.000 It might feel like an uphill battle, but there is no better fight to fight than with the truth of an ultrasound.
00:18:40.000 $140 gives five mothers a free ultrasound and saves babies.
00:18:43.000 $280 can save 10 babies.
00:18:45.000 For just $28 a month, you can save a baby a month for less than $1 a day.
00:18:50.000 And $15,000 gift will provide an ultrasound machine that will save lives for years to come.
00:18:54.000 Whether you want to save one baby or five or hundreds, that opportunity is just a phone call or click away.
00:18:59.000 I'm a donor to pre-born, and you should be too.
00:19:01.000 Call 833-850-BABY.
00:19:03.000 That is 833-850-2229 or go to preborn.org/slash Kirk.
00:19:09.000 If you want to save one baby or five or hundreds, the opportunity is just right there.
00:19:13.000 Go to preborn.org/slash Kirk.
00:19:18.000 Several things I want to touch on here.
00:19:20.000 We have this new breaking news on the Hunter Biden 1023.
00:19:23.000 Blake did a great job summarizing this.
00:19:25.000 I'll be honest, I'm a little desensitized to this.
00:19:27.000 I am going to go through this, but it just seems to be more of the same.
00:19:30.000 Hunter Biden is a criminal, is a traitor.
00:19:33.000 Joe Biden is a criminal and a traitor.
00:19:35.000 But I want to emphasize something that I was not able to build out a couple of days ago, and it ties all this in.
00:19:40.000 So Fannie Willis is going after Donald Trump, Alvin Bragg, all this.
00:19:43.000 Where are the Republican Attorneys General?
00:19:48.000 Where are the Republicans who are in law enforcement offices?
00:19:56.000 The Michigan Attorneys General is going after 16 MAGA moms and dads.
00:20:01.000 How many Republican AGs?
00:20:03.000 And by the way, I'm told how wonderful they are.
00:20:05.000 Oh, yeah, they're so great.
00:20:07.000 They're so great.
00:20:08.000 Really?
00:20:09.000 How many Democrats have our Republican Attorneys General?
00:20:12.000 I was texting with some of them and they said, you know, I won't tell you who, but it's from a very red state in the South.
00:20:18.000 And he said, oh, Charlie, we're working on things.
00:20:20.000 Enough.
00:20:20.000 You haven't indicted BLM.
00:20:23.000 You haven't indicted the Soros Crime Syndicate.
00:20:25.000 You haven't indicted any of these people.
00:20:27.000 And yet we just sit idly by and the left nakedly uses the criminal justice system to imprison dissidents, imprison entire parts of the country.
00:20:39.000 And we just kind of say, there is no opposition party in this country.
00:20:46.000 It does not exist.
00:20:48.000 There's an opposition constituency, but not an opposition party.
00:20:53.000 Two separate things.
00:20:54.000 And that should be, that should be infuriating for you.
00:20:57.000 It'd be one thing if you weren't engaged and involved.
00:21:00.000 It'd be one thing if we didn't get 7,000 people to our turning point action conference.
00:21:05.000 How many Democrats are in handcuffs today?
00:21:09.000 Well, Donald Trump is going to be booked again.
00:21:11.000 Booked in Georgia, booked in New York, booked in Florida, booked in D.C. Hillary Clinton is walking free.
00:21:17.000 Peter Struckstrook-Smirk walks free.
00:21:19.000 Anthony Fauci walks free.
00:21:20.000 Loretta Lynch walks free.
00:21:22.000 Lois Lerner walks free.
00:21:24.000 Eric Holder walks free.
00:21:27.000 How about going after the drop boxes that were unconstitutionally and illegally set up walks free?
00:21:34.000 How about the interstate movement of people to burn and loot our cities, widespread crime and vagrancy, the charitable fraud that BLM engaged in?
00:21:46.000 Why is a Republican not indicted them for that?
00:21:48.000 BLM was the chosen secular religion in the year of 2020.
00:21:55.000 You worshiped at the altar of the golden calf of BLM.
00:21:59.000 Remember all those companies that said they were going to give money to BLM?
00:22:04.000 Well, now we know BLM, they're paying money themselves, paying money to their sugar daddy, paying money for security for this, buying a content creator, a black content creator mansion here.
00:22:13.000 They got mansions in Canada.
00:22:16.000 BLM might as well be renamed as buy large mansions.
00:22:20.000 But Republicans won't be bothered to actually go after them criminally.
00:22:25.000 They just kind of like, I don't want to be called the racist.
00:22:27.000 I'd rather be governor.
00:22:28.000 That's what I get out of most attorneys general.
00:22:30.000 I'm done with it.
00:22:31.000 I'm sick of it.
00:22:32.000 You should not support these people running for office.
00:22:35.000 I don't care what state they're in.
00:22:37.000 Oh, well, you know I did this lawsuit here enough.
00:22:40.000 We need perp walks.
00:22:41.000 We need handcuffs.
00:22:44.000 We need people in jail.
00:22:47.000 And, you know, some people say, oh, Charlie, that's really extreme.
00:22:50.000 No, no, no.
00:22:50.000 What's extreme is indicting Donald Trump in four separate jurisdictions.
00:22:54.000 You know what's extreme?
00:22:56.000 Extreme is indicting 16 senior citizens because they signed a piece of paper that they were constitutionally allowed to sign in the state of Michigan to put them on a Soviet-style Arthur Kessler darkness at noon show trial to break their will and destroy their life.
00:23:14.000 That's extreme.
00:23:15.000 Putting Steve Bannon in federal prison is extreme.
00:23:18.000 Raiding James O'Keefe's apartment is extreme.
00:23:21.000 Why do they keep doing this?
00:23:25.000 Because they know they're untouchable.
00:23:29.000 They do this because they are not afraid that the law will ever come back at them.
00:23:35.000 And they're right.
00:23:36.000 We're so weak.
00:23:38.000 Our Republicans are a joke.
00:23:41.000 And I know a lot of these Republicans, Attorney General.
00:23:44.000 I've been texting them.
00:23:45.000 They're not happy with me because we're calling them out.
00:23:48.000 And you know what they say is, oh, you know, I don't have prosecutory authority, prosecutorial authority.
00:23:53.000 I get this excuse all the time.
00:23:55.000 Well, then how does the Michigan Attorney General do this?
00:23:58.000 Why can't you refer it to a local DA?
00:24:00.000 By the way, this is one of the reasons why I think they had to go after Ken Paxton in Texas because I think Ken Paxton was getting closer and closer to actually using the justice system to even the playing field.
00:24:11.000 Have to go after him.
00:24:13.000 I think that Paxton was the equivalent of the Attorney's General show trial, shot across the bow, canary in the coal mine.
00:24:19.000 Remember, this is all composed.
00:24:21.000 There is a Beethoven behind this.
00:24:23.000 So you have to go after the most vocal, toughest AG we have, Paxton, who was getting ready to do this stuff, boom, put him in a box, and then they go and use behavior in Michigan.
00:24:33.000 There's somebody that has composed this down to the final letter.
00:24:39.000 All the while, we have this new information, 1023 form, of just outright criminality.
00:24:47.000 And our team is right in the chat.
00:24:48.000 They say, Charlie, we cannot grow either cynical or grow desensitized.
00:24:54.000 I agree.
00:24:54.000 I'm just being very honest.
00:24:55.000 I'm always honest with the audience.
00:24:57.000 I mean, I don't know how many more things with Hunter Biden I have to go through before I personally, and it takes a lot for me to get here, just get ridiculously demoralized.
00:25:07.000 I don't celebrate it, by the way.
00:25:09.000 I mean, look, again, Blake did a fabulous job putting this together.
00:25:14.000 There's these sources together that now say, quote, don't worry, Hunter will take care of all those issues through his dad in the confidential human source memo.
00:25:22.000 These guys are funneling money from Burisma, millions of dollars of wire transfer.
00:25:27.000 We've already known this, and now we have more and more evidence.
00:25:30.000 The document describes a phone call between the source and Zelchensky.
00:25:36.000 And listen closely because this part is amazing.
00:25:37.000 Quote, Zelchensky replied that he was not happy Trump won the election.
00:25:41.000 Asked Zelchensky whether he was concerned about Burisma's involvement with the Bidens.
00:25:44.000 Zelchensky stated he didn't want to pay the Bidens, but he was pushed to pay them.
00:25:49.000 And stated, quote, I hope you have some backup for your words.
00:25:51.000 Zelchensky replied that he has many text messages and recordings that showed that he was coerced to make such payments.
00:25:57.000 CHS told Zelchensky he should make certain that he should retain those recordings.
00:26:01.000 You hear that?
00:26:01.000 The one big shortcoming of this document is that it's from 2020, and it's just one person's allegations.
00:26:06.000 But according to this person's own testimony, we have reason to believe that the proof of what happened is out there.
00:26:11.000 First of all, we should be looking for the proof right now, but our law enforcement's not doing that.
00:26:16.000 They could have been looking for all this in 2020, but they didn't.
00:26:19.000 And thanks to the IRS whistleblowers, we know why.
00:26:21.000 Because there was a years-long systematic effort to cover up all the evidence of the Biden family corruption.
00:26:26.000 By the way, CHS is a confidential human source.
00:26:28.000 Truth is not a left-wing value.
00:26:30.000 Dennis Prager taught me that.
00:26:32.000 This is one of the most remarkable clips.
00:26:35.000 Why is America divided?
00:26:37.000 Why is America becoming a third world country?
00:26:39.000 We're not there yet, but we are becoming a third world country.
00:26:43.000 It's because of the scum of the earth.
00:26:46.000 This guy, I think he's this guy's never worked an honest day in his life.
00:26:50.000 I think he is one of the heirs of Levi Strauss' fortune.
00:26:53.000 I think.
00:26:54.000 Dan Goldman, this guy's a scum rat.
00:26:57.000 And he says this with an honest face.
00:27:00.000 Yeah, it's fine.
00:27:02.000 To say something like this, you have to so aggressively suppress your soul to say something like this.
00:27:10.000 This is the party line.
00:27:13.000 You know, I chatted the other day with someone who's a beautiful person.
00:27:17.000 He's really great.
00:27:18.000 And he's older.
00:27:19.000 And he says, Charlie, I'm so worried that we're going to become the Soviet Union.
00:27:25.000 I said, we are more Soviet than we are free.
00:27:30.000 That's tough.
00:27:30.000 It's tough to say that.
00:27:31.000 I don't celebrate it.
00:27:33.000 I don't like it.
00:27:34.000 You have to be honest, though.
00:27:36.000 If you have a tumor, you don't go around and say I'm perfectly healthy.
00:27:40.000 Yeah, I don't think we have the clip, but Levi Strauss Air would join Congress's richest with NYC win.
00:27:47.000 Dan Goldman, one of several Democrats vying in the new district disclosure forms, show personal wealth over $253 million.
00:27:47.000 Yeah, I was right.
00:27:54.000 He won.
00:27:55.000 Once we have the clip, I'll play it for you.
00:27:57.000 I'm building it up.
00:27:59.000 Where he says, There is no actual basis to say that there's somehow political fear and interference or weaponization at the DOJ.
00:28:06.000 There's a two-tiered system of justice against Hunter Biden.
00:28:11.000 That's Dan Goldman.
00:28:14.000 There is a two-tiered system of justice against Hunter Biden.
00:28:19.000 Yeah.
00:28:21.000 Play Cut 68.
00:28:23.000 So there is actually no basis to say that this is somehow a politically, somehow political interference or a weaponization, as they say, of the Department of Justice.
00:28:33.000 In fact, based on my experience, I'm shocked that Hunter Biden was even charged with these crimes.
00:28:39.000 So the fact that he's even taking a plea deal, in my mind, demonstrates a two-tiered system of justice against Hunter Biden.
00:28:47.000 Two-tiered system of justice against Hunter Biden.
00:28:50.000 You have to ignore your soul to say something that brazenly insane.
00:28:54.000 I don't know what other sort of sick activities Dan Goldman is involved in, but there is, I guarantee you, this guy is not living an ethical life when you say something like that.
00:29:03.000 Impossible.
00:29:04.000 You have to be at such a dark place in ethical behavior to publicly go on television and say that.
00:29:13.000 I never want to hear again, whoa, very impressive that somebody went to Stanford.
00:29:17.000 This guy went to Stanford in Yale.
00:29:19.000 Yeah, he's full of knowledge.
00:29:21.000 He has no wisdom.
00:29:23.000 And he's a bad person.
00:29:26.000 Worth $250 million, never worked an honest day in his life, bought on third thought, born on third thought, he hit a triple.
00:29:33.000 J.B. Pritzker type.
00:29:34.000 Why are we divided?
00:29:37.000 Why are we not the country we grew up in?
00:29:39.000 Dan Goldman, in that one clip, is a perfect example.
00:29:45.000 He hates you.
00:29:46.000 He hates the truth.
00:29:47.000 He loves power.
00:29:49.000 A two-tiered system of justice against Hunter Biden.

00:30:56.000 Thank you, and God bless you.
00:31:00.000 Eugene Robinson, who I think writes for the Washington Post, he goes on MSNBC and does whatever the intelligence agencies tell him to do.
00:31:10.000 He goes to Harvard.
00:31:12.000 Do you notice the commonality here?
00:31:14.000 Dan Goldman went to Yale and Stanford.
00:31:16.000 Eugene Robinson went to Harvard.
00:31:19.000 And these people say the dumbest possible things.
00:31:22.000 There is no God at these universities, therefore there is no wisdom at these universities.
00:31:28.000 Eugene Robinson writes for the Washington Post twice weekly.
00:31:31.000 He says that the purpose of these investigations is to bring Biden down to Trump's level.
00:31:31.000 Listen to this.
00:31:38.000 MSNBC's Chiron says Senator Grassley releases FBI memo with unverified claims about the Bidens.
00:31:44.000 Play Cut 130.
00:31:46.000 If it was being interfered with, it was being interfered with by Donald Trump's Justice Department.
00:31:51.000 It's just insane.
00:31:54.000 But again, the dots don't connect.
00:31:56.000 They aren't supposed to, as Senator Grassley revealed.
00:32:01.000 They're just supposed to sort of muddy up President Biden and create this impression that somehow he's done something wrong and he's corrupt because the comparison is inevitably drawn with Donald Trump, who actually is corrupt.
00:32:24.000 And so they have to try to drag Biden down to that level.
00:32:29.000 We are in a post-civilizational moment.
00:32:35.000 And if you fail to recognize this, get out of the way because you're in some sort of narnia utopia happy talk.
00:32:43.000 Morning in America.
00:32:44.000 It's not morning in America.
00:32:44.000 Get out of the way.
00:32:46.000 We do not disagree any longer on what to do about the problem.
00:32:55.000 We disagree on whether the problem actually exists.
00:33:01.000 There's no border.
00:33:02.000 There's no problem at the border.
00:33:03.000 The border is secure.
00:33:05.000 No, no, it's completely wide open.
00:33:09.000 And no, it's not.
00:33:10.000 You're a bigot.
00:33:13.000 There's no critical race theory in our schools.
00:33:15.000 There's no pornography in our textbooks.
00:33:18.000 And it's almost designed to make you lose your faculties.
00:33:23.000 Like, no, no, no, no, I see it.
00:33:25.000 It's very clear.
00:33:26.000 The border's wide open.
00:33:27.000 No, it's not.
00:33:29.000 It is so, it reminds me of a study I did on Pravda.
00:33:35.000 Remember, Pravda means truth in Russia.
00:33:37.000 Ironic.
00:33:38.000 Where they would just publish record year for the harvest.
00:33:43.000 And the kulaks, the owners of the land in Ukraine or whatever Eastern Europe, you know, the breadbasket of the Soviet Union would say, no, no, no, it's been a famine for six years.
00:33:55.000 Nope.
00:33:55.000 Beautiful, beautiful harvest.
00:33:57.000 Most ever.
00:33:59.000 More wheat than we know what to do with.
00:34:01.000 No, no, we're dying of starvation.
00:34:02.000 Nope.
00:34:03.000 Record harvest.
00:34:05.000 It's beautiful.
00:34:05.000 It's amazing.
00:34:06.000 More food than we know what to do with.
00:34:08.000 We can't feed our people.
00:34:09.000 Nope.
00:34:10.000 It's great.
00:34:11.000 I would just ask Eugene Robinson a simple question, which, of course, MSNBC won't do.
00:34:15.000 What service did the Bidens provide to get tens of millions of dollars?
00:34:20.000 What service?
00:34:21.000 Did they build hotels?
00:34:23.000 Do they have some sort of McKinsey-style operation where they work with Chinese Communist Party officials and they say, well, you can reallocate some money here.
00:34:31.000 Is Hunter Biden a mastermind communicator or marketer?
00:34:34.000 Is he kind of like a Tony Robbins type that goes in and gives motivational speeches in eastern Ukraine and tells people how to live better lives?
00:34:42.000 Is there anything valuable?
00:34:45.000 I mean, did they have a podcast that was interesting?
00:34:48.000 Oh, he sold artwork.
00:34:50.000 Yeah.
00:34:50.000 When I think of Hunter Biden, I think of Rembrandt.
00:34:54.000 Super talented.
00:34:56.000 Eugene Robinson, deep down at his level.
00:34:58.000 Same way with Dan Goldman.
00:34:59.000 These people have suppressed their soul.
00:35:02.000 These people are so broken.
00:35:03.000 They are so unbelievably craven that they will say anything.
00:35:09.000 We can't agree on the solutions because we can't even agree that it's a problem.
00:35:14.000 It's a spiritual war, everybody.
00:35:18.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:35:20.000 Email us your thoughts as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:35:24.000 Thank you so much for listening and God bless.
