00:02:53.000The government says it will gather more evidence and revisit it in 2027. The watershed moment in the United Kingdom was the release of the Cass Review, a report commissioned by the British National Health Service to look at the medical evidence around transgenderism.
00:03:07.000The report found that the evidence supporting treatments like puberty blockers was quote remarkably weak.
00:03:12.000The British health secretary said puberty blockers pose quote an unacceptable safety risk for children and young people.
00:03:17.000Remember This is a member of the left-wing Labour Party.
00:03:21.000By the way, because this is Britain, the government is also banning oatmeal advertisements from TV on the grounds that it's junk food.
00:03:27.000Now, putting all that together, the United Kingdom has now banned puberty blockers, which is actually a better medical position than what we're seeing here in the States.
00:03:36.000Joining us now is Chloe Cole, a detransitioner and activist and a great person.
00:03:44.000I mean, for the UK, this is an incredibly big decision for them.
00:03:47.000This is following the CAS report, as you mentioned.
00:03:49.000If it were not for this report, if it weren't for this review of the current state of these cross-sex Experimentation in the UK that's concluded that these treatments are on shaky ground, that there really isn't any evidence for these procedures being used, this ban probably would not have happened as quickly as it did.
00:04:10.000And the first step in stopping this experimentation is, of course, stopping the use of this puberty-locking medication because it is the gateway drug onto the next medications, the cross-sex hormones and, of course, The surgeries.
00:04:27.000But just banning the blockers is not enough, because likely it'll just lead to kids getting onto the next interventions, just stopping Just avoiding the blockers entirely and going straight on to estrogen for boys or testosterone for girls or getting surgeries as part of their first few interventions.
00:04:48.000We have to create a blanket ban entirely for any of these because this is never okay to experiment on a child like this.
00:05:19.000And me and my mom and dad were told that they would be completely reversible, that they would be negligible in their side effects, and what I experienced from them would be temporary and go away after I stopped taking them.
00:05:33.000While I was on them, I basically went into an adolescent-onset menopause.
00:05:39.000I was experiencing symptoms that women really only start to experience once they're in their 40s, 50s, and 60s when I was only 13 years old.
00:05:48.000So hot flashes, these uncomfortable physical sensations of itching, tingling, uncontrollable sweating.
00:05:55.000Emotionally, I was very numb while I was on it.
00:05:57.000And years after I've stopped taking them, I've noticed that I have started to have issues with my joints, with my bones, with my back.
00:06:07.000I get shooting pains up my spine and in my joints.
00:06:12.000There is absolutely nothing that is reversible about stopping the only process through which a child can fully develop into adults.
00:06:23.000I don't know how having been on this drug is going to affect my health in the future.
00:06:30.000And for a lot of people, that's just the first intervention.
00:06:41.000And Chloe, how quickly can a minor get puberty blockers in America?
00:06:46.000How many visits, how many doctors do you have to see before puberty blockers are received?
00:06:51.000So for me, it only took about half a year between my first therapy appointment and being put On my first injection of puberty blockers.
00:07:03.000But for some people, it happens as early as after a single appointment, either in person or even just over the phone.
00:07:10.000And they really are just the first step in this process for children.
00:07:16.000These doctors are putting children on puberty blockers with the intents of having them go further and further down the line of medical transition, which is exactly why we have to ban the full package.
00:07:28.000If we just ban blockers, that is not enough to protect our kids.
00:07:33.000Yeah, and so why is it, do you think, Chloe, that the United States is so far behind Europe on this?
00:07:41.000Because it's these European countries that are very, very left-wing that are creating, that are stopping the usage of these treatments in children.
00:07:53.000Even though here in the U.S., we are far behind.
00:07:56.000While we're following the old procedures that were created by these same European countries, and now we're just going all the way forward.
00:08:08.000Even though these same countries are stopping it because they've seen how these treatments have no basis, how they're negatively affecting the bodies of children.
00:08:19.000And I believe that a large part of that is How this has become so ideologically powerful here in the United States.
00:08:29.000I feel like in general here in the U.S., we're a lot more motivated by politics just in general.
00:08:34.000And the left here in the States has made this into a human rights issue.
00:08:40.000They've claimed that by not allowing children to undergo these treatments, it's actually subverting their rights to live by themselves, to be happy, to be healthy.
00:08:53.000And these countries that are stopping the use of these treatments also have socialized healthcare systems, so it's much easier for them to roll back the system.
00:09:06.000Whereas because we're such a large country, because we have 50 states, because we have a privatized healthcare system, and because we have a privatized healthcare system, it's much, much harder to roll out these bans so universally.
00:09:19.000President Trump ran and campaigned on forbidding minors from being able to receive this sort of treatment.
00:09:29.000It's going to basically include lawsuits and investigations and subpoenas.
00:09:35.000Chloe, what can the federal government do, if anything in your estimation, to slow this down and fulfill that promise to protect our children?
00:09:45.000Well, we absolutely need to do an investigation into not only these doctors, but also these hospital systems, these healthcare systems that, without any evidence, are still going hard into using these treatments on our children, taking away their fertility, taking away their health before they are even adults.
00:10:07.000And of course, we should be holding the politicians Who are still pushing this ideology without any evidence accountable?
00:10:16.000Because we are not a country that stands for the abuse of children.
00:10:22.000And that really is the moral, you know, clarion call of our time.
00:10:26.000Final question, Chloe, how many people are like you that have been massacred, poisoned, destroyed, and castrated by doctors?
00:10:35.000We might never know how many detransitioners or people who have been hurt by the system are out there.
00:10:42.000But I've probably spoken to hundreds to thousands of detransitioners at this point in passing over the internet or in person.
00:10:51.000I've met probably about a hundred or so Just within the past few years.
00:10:57.000And it's like every week I meet a new person either over the internet or even just speaking at a college campus or speaking at a church who has come out the other way from this ideology, from this lifestyle.
00:11:12.000Chloe, how can people support you and follow you on social media?
00:11:16.000So I'm active mostly on X and Instagram, but I also have a YouTube channel.
00:11:20.000And my username on all three social media platforms is the same.
00:11:25.000You can find me at C-H-O-O-O-C-O-L-E, Chucol.
00:11:30.000Or you can also find me by looking up clinical.
00:11:32.000Chloe, you are a courageous person, one of the greats of this country.
00:11:45.000Do you ever have the feeling like you're being surveilled and hesitate to share things of interest via text message or email with your friends and loved ones?
00:11:51.000Recently outspoken parents at PTA meetings and Catholic Americans have been labeled as domestic terrorists by the FBI.
00:11:57.000These types of labels can be used to allow the U.S. government to surveil its citizens and others who live abroad without legal due process.

00:13:24.000Ryan, can you send us the analytics from TikTok?
00:13:28.000I think we're able to speak openly about it now.
00:13:30.000I mean, it was billions of views of Gen Z straight to them, campus content, pro-American content.
00:13:39.000You see, the Democrats, they thought everybody watches CNN, everybody watches MSNBC, and even that, when they don't, we're just going to run a bunch of ads and we're going to convince them to be with us.
00:13:48.000Just on our TikTok, our TikTok received 1.7 billion views, 25 million profile views, 136 million likes, 7.3 million comments, and 5.4 million shares.
00:14:56.000We were the sophisticated professional ones.
00:14:58.000And again, I say it once, I'll say it twice, I'll say it a hundred times.
00:15:01.000Credit to Susie Wiles and James Blair and the whole Trump campaign team that was able to orchestrate all this, to allow creators to create, to allow people to go chase ballots, to register voters.
00:15:25.000He says something with serious profundity when Van Jones says, The fringe has become the mainstream, and the mainstream has become the fringe.
00:16:33.000We were laughing our butts off at Donald Trump for suspending his door knocking campaign and letting Charlie Kirk and Elon do a bunch of stuff online.
00:18:12.000Senator, I want to get your reaction to some of President Trump's cabinet picks, Bobby Kennedy and Tulsi Gabbard in particular, to changemakers that are trying to become officials in the cabinet that have to go through the Senate.
00:18:28.000I've known Tulsi Gabbard quite a while.
00:18:31.000I have a big intern program in Washington where I invite all of the interns on Capitol Hill, all the Republicans, all the Democrats, and then I select the speakers.
00:18:40.000And last year, Tulsi Gabbard was one of the speakers.
00:18:43.000This is before I knew that the deep state was going after her and actually listing her on some sort of terror watch list.
00:18:50.000But I think what better person to head the intelligence agencies and root out this kind of bias towards individuals than someone who's actually been abused by the deep state.
00:19:00.000So I'm a big fan of Tulsi's and I think she'll do a great job.
00:19:04.000Bobby Kennedy I know well also and I think he will help to reveal the money and the I think deceit and deception that went along with funding the research in Wuhan that led to the pandemic.
00:19:18.000I'm also a big believer we need to do something about health.
00:19:21.000One of the things I plan on talking to him about is the idea that food stamps shouldn't cover unhealthy food.
00:19:28.000I don't think that food stamps should pay for full sugar Coca-Cola, Pepsi, full sugar, anything.
00:19:58.000You think about it, that we are essentially taxpayer subsidizing obesity, which then you as a doctor know, Is a cause set in motion where you have a cascade of interventions that are necessary where then someone is obese, they have type 2 diabetes, they have heart conditions, that then if they are likely getting food stamps then they're also likely on Medicaid.
00:20:18.000Can you speak to how the welfare state creates a bigger welfare state and how an early intervention of having healthier eating could actually prevent trillions of dollars of taxpayer money down the road?
00:20:29.000If you actually were to take my bill, which restricts the formula to only healthy food, so the formulary for food stamps would only be healthy food, it could possibly be the most dramatic, healthful change, preventative healthful change in the history of the country.
00:20:47.000Because obesity is one of the biggest problems we have in our country, and obesity is much more common and more prevalent among the poor who rely on the government.
00:20:56.000And so, no, I think this would be an extraordinary change.
00:20:59.000What people should also know, though, is I've approached several Democrats to co-sponsor the bill, and so far not one Democrat will get close to it, even though I'm not changing the amount of dollars.
00:21:10.000People would still get the same amount of dollars for food, they just would not be able to buy unhealthy food with it, and yet no Democrat will co-sponsor this.
00:21:18.000I do think, though, that the presidential branch can change something like the formulary even without legislation.
00:21:24.000So I think they can do this by themselves.
00:21:27.000I'll be meeting with Bobby Kennedy sometime in the next week or two to discuss his nomination, and I plan on bringing this up with him.
00:21:34.000So, Senator, I want to dive a little bit deeper into the Fauci element here.
00:21:37.000You tweeted something out that caught my eye.
00:21:49.000That will be one of the most extraordinary preemptive pardons in American history.
00:21:53.000I mean, you could of course talk about the preemptive pardon of Gerald Ford pardoning Richard Nixon.
00:21:59.000What do you even make of the point that this is being considered, Senator?
00:22:02.000We have said for a while that there are crimes against humanity, but this now goes to show that they internally think that crimes might have been committed.
00:22:25.000With Anthony Fauci, there's still some of the establishment that laud and glorify him despite the evidence.
00:22:32.000The acceptance of that And it will be, I think, without a doubt, he will be recorded in history as the godfather, the author, the person who gave his imprimatur, his approval to funding this dangerous research in China that led to the lab leak, which led to the pandemic.
00:22:54.000So I think the pandemic seals his fate.
00:22:57.000I mean, the pardon would seal his fate.
00:23:03.000With criminal referrals to the Department of Justice, but unfortunately Merrick Garland, who I think is the most partisan Attorney General we've ever had, has ignored those referrals.
00:23:12.000But as soon as there's a new Attorney General, I plan on sending my criminal referral.
00:23:17.000And interestingly, my referral is not me making an accusation.
00:23:20.000The accusation is actually made by Anthony Fauci because he says one thing in the Senate hearing, but he says another thing in private emails.
00:23:28.000His own email indicts him as a liar during the committee hearings.
00:23:33.000And I think that's pretty strong evidence when his own words actually prove that he lied to Congress, which is a felony.
00:24:23.000As we gear up for another important election year, remember that we vote every day with our dollar.
00:24:27.000One of the best ways to support America is by buying from local farms and ranches.
00:24:31.000Good Ranchers makes this easy by delivering 100% American meat to your door.
00:24:36.000When you shop with Good Ranchers, you're not just getting the best meat for your family, but also supporting American farmers and ranchers.
00:24:42.000This year, instead of buying imported meat, cast your vote for American agriculture and local economy.
00:24:47.000I've used Good Ranchers meat for quite some time and they never disappoint, Whatever your choice of protein, you'll be pleased if you cast a vote for Good Ranchers.
00:24:55.000Use code Kirk for $25 off your order and your choice of free chicken breasts, ground beef, bacon, or wild-caught salmon for a year.
00:25:34.000If we were to say that we had a special division of the Department of Justice for COVID justice, what would we look after?
00:25:42.000The criminal referral in his case is for lying to Congress, which is a felony.
00:25:45.000But even just as important or more important is the idea of covering up.
00:25:50.000So destruction of public records, covering up, evading Freedom of Information Act, evading congressional oversight, requesting records.
00:26:00.000I've tried for three years to get the decision making.
00:26:03.000So what happened is there was a safety committee created in 2017. Dangerous gain-of-function research was supposed to go through this safety committee, and yet it didn't.
00:26:34.000But steadfastly, the NIH, at his direction, and even with him gone, his fellow members of this cover-up continue to prevent me from seeing these records.
00:26:47.000So I'm excited about a couple of other appointments, Marty McCary at FDA and Jay Bhattachary at NIH. I haven't talked to them recently about this, but I've talked to them through the years.
00:26:58.000I think they are anxious, not only to make sure that this never happens again, but also to see if there are people still in positions of power at the NIH who are part of the cover-up.
00:27:12.000Unless they have destroyed the records, I believe we will find them.
00:27:15.000Every day we're finding something new, but every day they resist us.
00:27:19.000So the level of resistance Which actually is greater than the level of resistance we've gotten from the CIA. NIH has been harder to deal with than the CIA, but the level of the resistance, I believe there is something there that is going to be profound, important, damning, and ultimately there's going to be more people that are going to be culpable in this cover-up.
00:27:41.000Senator, I want to now talk about the Department of Government Efficiency.
00:27:45.000This is something you've been leading on for quite some time, talking about the waste and the abuse.
00:27:51.000You've famously tweeted out some of these stories.
00:27:55.000What do you make of the Department of Government Efficiency?
00:27:57.000And what public and private advice do you have for Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy as they endeavor on this monstrous task to identify waste and then eliminate it?
00:28:09.000You know, I'm a big fan of the project.
00:28:16.000And I think that they will find the waste.
00:28:19.000We gave them 2,000 pages to get them started.
00:28:22.0002,000 pages of waste that they can immediately look at.
00:28:26.000There's a couple ways that you can get rid of waste.
00:28:29.000If the federal government doesn't spend the money, they can simply send it back to Congress as something that's called rescission.
00:28:36.000Rescission is a special legislative vehicle that gets immediately taken up by Congress, and it only takes a simple majority.
00:28:46.000So we could actually cut significant dollars with only Republican votes.
00:28:50.000That is something that I think can and should be done.
00:28:54.000On the regulatory front, I think most regulations can be modified or undone simply at the whim of the executive branch.
00:29:01.000So he needs to, and they should, immediately start rewriting regulations.
00:29:05.000One of the ones that I think they will do on day one is that you can't apply for asylum if you're in a safe country.
00:29:12.000So what President Trump did the last time is that people in Mexico weren't being tortured in Mexico.
00:29:18.000They were claiming they were being abused in Venezuela or some other country.
00:29:22.000So they simply wrote a regulation that said you can't apply.
00:29:26.000If you're in a safe country, you have to apply for the safe country.
00:29:29.000So that was sort of part of Remain in Mexico.
00:29:32.000I think they can go even further this time through the regulatory apparatus of simply saying that you will not be eligible for any claim of political asylum or any adjudication or any appeal if you come in illegally.
00:29:46.000So all these people coming across the river to my mind can be turned around and put back on the other side.
00:29:52.000No trial, no appeals, no sending them off to the Roosevelt Hotel in New York, no transferring them around the country like the killer of Lake and Riley.
00:30:02.000They should be turned around immediately at the border.
00:30:05.000I think that the president has that power by statute, and we should exercise it.
00:30:10.000Senator, you deserve credit for a lifelong of work and over a decade of service in the Senate, making the courageous arguments on waste across government.
00:30:21.000And really, Doge, I think, is a culmination of your efforts for us to identify and hopefully be able to eliminate this waste and roles of things that government should not be involved in at all.
00:30:32.000Senator Paul, you've been warning about getting involved in Middle East quagmires for quite some time.
00:30:54.000You know, are good guys winning or bad guys winning?
00:30:57.000The people who took over the government are a jihadist group that as recently as last year or the year before were called al-Nusra, that had been associated with al-Qaeda for some time.
00:31:09.000I think their success came because they were pushed in by Turkey.
00:31:12.000So Turkey is going to be a big winner here.
00:31:15.000But they also are enemies to the Syrian Kurds that fought with U.S. troops against ISIS. There is some question.
00:31:23.000Will they cooperate with these people?
00:31:45.000So Donald Trump tweeted out the other day, not our fight.
00:31:48.000And I tweeted out, in agreement, We've had 900 troops scattered throughout eastern Syria for really since the last Trump administration.
00:31:57.000Because as you'll recall, when Trump began moving them around, Liz Cheney and the other chicken hawks, Adam Kinzinger and the other never-Trumpers, tried to pass a law saying that the president, Donald Trump, didn't have the right to move troops around.
00:32:12.000One of the most unconstitutional, egg-headed sort of proposals to come around in a long time.
00:32:18.000So I'm encouraging President Trump, when he comes in, not to listen to the Liz Cheneys, not to listen to the chicken hawks, and to move those troops out as soon as possible, because I think they're a target for terrorists.
00:32:31.000Terrorists in the region love nothing more than to kill an American, and they would drag us in.
00:32:37.000But 900 soldiers are not enough to be a deterrent.
00:32:40.000They're more of a target than they are a deterrent.
00:32:43.000I've said recently that 900 soldiers couldn't organize a parade in New York City.
00:32:48.000This is not enough soldiers to be militarily effective, and they should be removed immediately.
00:32:55.000So I'll continue to advocate for that.
00:32:57.000But this is a very messy civil war with no clear-cut freedom fighters or people who would defend the right to practice your religion.
00:33:05.000And in that case, I'm with Donald Trump.
00:33:22.000The reports that are coming out recently, public reports, are saying, oh, they're there to keep the ISIS fighters bottled up in prison should they break out.
00:33:32.000Initially, they were there towards the end of the war with ISIS until ISIS was contained.
00:33:39.000They were part of advising and fighting with the Kurds.
00:33:43.000The Kurds now control the garrison up there, and apparently there are a significant number of prisoners there.
00:33:49.000But I'm not sure 900 is enough to contain them if they were all freed.
00:33:53.000If the rebels that are now supported by the Turks decide to tangle with the Kurds, which is not out of the realm of possibilities because the Turks don't like the Kurds at all, if that should happen and the prison opens, I think our 900 troops are going to be at risk.
00:34:11.000But I don't think 900 troops is enough.
00:34:13.000And at that point, You already have the sort of neocon leaning members of the Senate already advocating for more troops, not less.
00:34:21.000And this is the tug of war that happened in the first Trump administration.
00:34:25.000You had people like John Bolton, who turned out to be a never-Trumper, to be disloyal, and to be really just a reprehensible person.
00:34:33.000Unfortunately, it was picked to be part of the administration.
00:34:35.000And so I would advocate to pull the troops from Syria, and John Bolton would be there in the White House advocating the opposite.
00:34:42.000So far I'm encouraged and I'm hopeful that the foreign policy team around Trump will be more in line with Donald Trump's thinking and not opposing him.
00:34:50.000But it is an important battle that happens as the administration unfolds and I will continue to try to be as loud a voice as I can about removing our troops from Syria because I don't think they're making us more safe.
