The Charlie Kirk Show - Can We Hold Maricopa County Accountable? With Attorney Mike Davis

00:00:00.000 Hey everybody, today in the Charlie Kirk show, the Arizona Attorney General's race is down to 427 votes.

00:00:04.000 We can only speculate and imagine the difference that all those voting centers that got shut down would make if they would have remained open and we wouldn't have had those lines and lines and lines and lines.

00:00:19.000 As always, you can email me, freedom at charliekirk.com and come to AmericaFest at A-M-F-E-S-T.com.

00:00:25.000 That is AmFest, A-M-F-E-S-T.com, AmFest, AmericaFest, amfest.com.

00:00:33.000 You got to check it out.

00:00:34.000 As always, you can email me your thoughts, freedom at charliekirk.com.

00:00:38.000 Buckle up, everybody.

00:00:39.000 Here we go.

00:00:41.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.

00:00:42.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.

00:00:44.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.

00:00:48.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.

00:00:51.000 I want to thank Charlie.

00:00:52.000 He's an incredible guy.

00:00:53.000 His spirit, his love of this country.

00:00:55.000 He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.

00:01:00.000 Turning point USA. 0.65

00:01:02.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.

00:01:10.000 That's why we are here.

00:01:13.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at AndrewandTodd.com.

00:01:22.000 People are angry, and you should be angry.

00:01:25.000 There are so many people out there in Arizona right now that are fuming that the process of a fair and free election was interrupted by toner issues, machines going down two-hour lines.

00:01:40.000 And the Democrats, they saw us telegraph the official paper of the Arizona GOP said we are all going to go vote on Election Day.

00:01:48.000 And I think some sinister people said, well, fine, we're going to ambush you.

00:01:53.000 We're going to prevent you from voting altogether.

00:01:57.000 You see, what ended up happening is the path forward for strong conservatives in Arizona was to overwhelm the system on Election Day.

00:02:10.000 And the establishment saw that coming.

00:02:14.000 Many people, including this program, warned, are they going to have the toner, the supplies, the printing materials?

00:02:20.000 Are they going to be able to facilitate the long lines?

00:02:22.000 And, you know, people called us conspiracy theorists.

00:02:25.000 And they said, you know, that's not going to happen.

00:02:28.000 And now that we take a step back and we analyze the landscape, we will never know the cost, the material impact of what happened on Election Day when all of these machines went down in Maricopa County, when people were told they pulled up to a voting center and they were told by somebody that was an official election worker, go to another site.

00:02:55.000 That is illegal.

00:02:55.000 You're not allowed to do that.

00:02:56.000 Go just go to another site.

00:02:58.000 Just go to a different one.

00:03:00.000 As if we're all out of bananas here at this grocery store.

00:03:04.000 Go to another one.

00:03:05.000 The Board of Supervisors is experiencing the wrath for good reason of the people of Arizona.

00:03:12.000 Play Cut 373. 0.97

00:03:14.000 So, Mr. Gates, Mr. Galardo, you are the most corrupt man on this board. 0.80

00:03:18.000 This entire board is corrupt. 0.97

00:03:20.000 You need to be replaced. 1.00

00:03:21.000 We're done with your nonsense. 0.96

00:03:23.000 It's time to get some real men in here. 1.00

00:03:24.000 This is the epitome of weak, corrupt men. 0.98

00:03:27.000 Phoenix's bulk trash pickup is weeks behind, and it works better than this. 0.93

00:03:32.000 How many tax dollars from the future did Bill Gates cost the state of Arizona?

00:03:37.000 Unfortunately, there's a lot of unethical behavior going on here.

00:03:41.000 There are going to be some serious investigations.

00:03:43.000 I would suggest that you get ahead of the curve, turn yourself over to state's evidence.

00:03:48.000 Your time is up, sir.

00:03:49.000 Thank you for joining us.

00:03:51.000 Thank you and come clean.

00:03:53.000 The people of Arizona are angry, and they should be.

00:03:55.000 You know what?

00:03:55.000 I'm angry because there was a multitude, there was an unlimited ability for everybody to go vote early and in-person election day voting.

00:04:04.000 And the one thing that most conservatives wanted to be able to do was show up on Election Day and have a seamless and a trustworthy process.

00:04:14.000 And they did the opposite.

00:04:15.000 And then you have Bill Gates come out and he says, Oh, well, you know, everything's just fine and we're really excited about how things are going.

00:04:22.000 No, they were celebrating because this election being decided on the margins with the machines not working and the toner issues and the long lines resulted in what could be Kerry Lake being down in the ballot count right now.

00:04:38.000 Now, Kerry Lake needs to sue, and we're waiting for those lawsuits.

00:04:41.000 I hope they're coming soon because we are running out of time.

00:04:43.000 The official canvas is coming soon.

00:04:45.000 I don't know why there hasn't been lawsuits yet.

00:04:47.000 I'll be very honest.

00:04:49.000 Abe Homeday is within a couple hundred votes right now.

00:04:52.000 And once all the votes are tabulated, projections show that Abe Homeday will either be up by 30 votes or down by 30 votes.

00:04:58.000 That's right, 30 votes.

00:04:59.000 Abe Homeday needs to be in front of a judge immediately.

00:05:02.000 And if this judge is hopefully fair in any way, shape, or form, this judge will say something like, you know, 30 votes, and you have one out of five of voting centers go down and malfunction.

00:05:14.000 Now, the Board of Supervisors say, well, why don't you just put it in box three?

00:05:18.000 I'll tell you why we don't put it in box three because we don't trust you.

00:05:20.000 And by the way, we don't have to justify to you about why we want to vote the way that we constitutionally are able to vote.

00:05:26.000 Do you understand how arrogant that is?

00:05:28.000 Well, why don't you just vote the way we want you?

00:05:29.000 No, I don't want to vote that way, actually.

00:05:31.000 I want to vote the way that the law says I'm able to do, which is to tabulate my vote in front of me.

00:05:36.000 But you guys can't get machines that work because the toner issues were messed up.

00:05:41.000 And think about it.

00:05:42.000 The type of person that is the strongest Kerry Lake voter, the strongest Abe Homeday voter, the strongest Blake Masters voter is someone that's going to go vote at 6 a.m., 7 a.m., 8 a.m.

00:05:53.000 When I went in to go vote on Election Day, it was a circus.

00:05:58.000 And again, the people working there were very sweet.

00:06:00.000 There were volunteers, most former police officers, former teachers, really, really nice people.

00:06:05.000 I go in there to vote, and they said, We don't even know how this machine we've called.

00:06:10.000 No one's getting back to us.

00:06:11.000 We have people checking in.

00:06:12.000 There was a line out the door.

00:06:14.000 There were people screaming, people yelling, people refusing to get out of line.

00:06:18.000 It was Bedlam.

00:06:19.000 And I said, I got to go.

00:06:22.000 So I navigated that the best I could and eventually got to hear my program.

00:06:26.000 And it was a circus.

00:06:29.000 And you have to wonder, was it a circus by design?

00:06:31.000 Play cut 372 Board of Supervisors meeting.

00:06:35.000 Let me ask you: if you took your life savings to a bank and the teller put them in a machine, and the machine kicked out one out of four of your bills, and the teller said, Don't worry, we'll put them in box three over here, and we'll let you know how many were in there later.

00:06:54.000 We'll send them off to a separate location, and someone will be sure to get back to you and tell you how much money you have.

00:07:00.000 Would you be okay with that?

00:07:03.000 No, you would not be okay with that.

00:07:06.000 Now ask yourself the question: which is more valuable?

00:07:11.000 Your vote or your money?

00:07:13.000 Man, I'll tell you what.

00:07:15.000 It just angers me at a fundamental level: the suppression, the intimidation.

00:07:25.000 All this stuff adds up.

00:07:26.000 We're talking about elections that are on the margins.

00:07:30.000 Toner issues.

00:07:32.000 Give me a break.

00:07:34.000 And now, Abe Homeday is within a couple hundred votes, and you could say convincingly and clearly that the outcome would have been different if everything would have worked the way they did.

00:07:45.000 And now they're just shrugging their shoulders and they say, too bad.

00:07:48.000 This is the equivalent of a Super Bowl, of a basketball game, of a baseball game, an umpire or a referee that just makes a terrible call in favor of one side and they say, Well, sorry, there's no instant replay.

00:08:02.000 We're done.

00:08:03.000 The game is over.

00:08:04.000 And we're kind of saying, wait, wait, hold on a second.

00:08:08.000 There's time left on the clock.

00:08:10.000 Just go back on the replay.

00:08:12.000 And by the way, when there was a lawsuit filed to try to get the voting hours extended, people say, We are a democracy.

00:08:20.000 Remember, a Democrat-appointed judge refused to keep polls open just a few more hours in Maricopa County after 20% of polling places experienced severe malfunctions that disenfranchised thousands of conservative voters.

00:08:35.000 This alone might have been the difference.

00:08:38.000 This alone might have been the entire difference in the Arizona election right here.

00:08:43.000 And when people start to hear about lines and they start to hear about long queues, all of a sudden, maybe less people show up.

00:08:50.000 And we know that to be the case.

00:08:52.000 We've heard story after story of people say, Charlie, I was going to go vote.

00:08:55.000 I got busy with the kids.

00:08:56.000 Now, that's an argument to go in-person early vote.

00:08:58.000 But you know what?

00:09:00.000 I'm not going to go blame voters for having busy lives.

00:09:05.000 I will recommend.

00:09:10.000 But I will say very clearly: there needs to be a remedy for this.

00:09:17.000 And we need to start to think creatively of what that remedy might be.

00:09:20.000 Even the media knows that this was wrong.

00:09:26.000 Even the media knows that something very, very sinister happened here.

00:09:31.000 If this happened in Hispanic or black neighborhoods, there would be clarion calls from the media for a redo of the election.

00:09:39.000 We broadcasted our play.

00:09:42.000 We said, we're going to go on game day.

00:09:44.000 And the bad guys said, okay, you're going to have to experience toner issues and printer issues.

00:09:51.000 And the lines grew and the lines grew and the lines grew.

00:09:55.000 And you have to wonder, what if 285,000 people voted on election day instead of 249,000?

00:10:04.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.

00:10:05.000 What are you going to give your loved one this Christmas season?

00:10:09.000 Well, I'm actually giving some people in my family the gift of Legacy Box.

00:10:21.000 And I wonder, are they going to be around?

00:10:24.000 The memories going to be around when we really want to look at them.

00:10:27.000 What if there's a fire?

00:10:28.000 What if there's a flood?

00:10:59.000 So check it out right now: legacybox.com/slash Kirk.

00:11:06.000 Someone says, Charlie, with all due respect, I understand the sentiment.

00:11:09.000 I mean this sincerely.

00:11:10.000 It's hard to be lectured about staying in the battle or cynicism for those of us that have seen this happen election after election.

00:11:16.000 Frankly, I question whether we've had a fair or honest election in decades.

00:11:20.000 We have every right to be cynical.

00:11:22.000 That doesn't mean throwing in the towel.

00:11:23.000 It just means getting tougher and more direct.

00:11:24.000 I think that's fair, Steve.

00:11:25.000 That's fine.

00:11:27.000 There's video of some Dropbox manipulation that we are uploading.

00:11:32.000 I was just checking the veracity of it, and I mean to have it here.

00:11:36.000 And it looks to be a Maricopa County official Dropbox.

00:11:40.000 And look, I was in the movie 2000 Mules.

00:11:42.000 We know how these people operate.

00:11:44.000 And you know what's so interesting is that it's never been easier to vote if you live on a college campus.

00:11:53.000 They have these drop boxes in the middle of campus at Arizona State University with no chain of custody, no supervision.

00:12:02.000 And yet the way that a certain demographic, older white conservatives want to vote is on Election Day, of which we need to honor, obviously.

00:12:14.000 223 voting centers.

00:12:17.000 All they want to do is a very simple thing.

00:12:19.000 They just say, you know what?

00:12:20.000 I want to vote the way I voted when I was growing up.

00:12:23.000 I want to vote the way that I voted when I grew up.

00:12:27.000 And the machines fail.

00:12:30.000 PlayCut 374.

00:12:32.000 This is a montage, and it's Carrie Lake speaking over the video, PlayCut 374.

00:12:40.000 Well, the deadline was today, and my opponent, Katie Hobbs, has officially declined the debate.

00:12:51.000 You know, I consider someone's vote their voice.

00:12:55.000 I think of it as a sacred vote, and it's being trampled the way we run our elections in Arizona.

00:13:00.000 I've been sounding the alarm for two years.

00:13:03.000 Nothing got done.

00:13:04.000 Very little got done last legislative session.

00:13:06.000 And we need to get in there and restore faith in our elections.

00:13:10.000 We can't be the laughingstock of elections anymore.

00:13:17.000 Now, I had trouble seeing that video.

00:13:20.000 So from what I understand is that red car pulled up and it put at least nine ballots in that drop box, an average of six or seven each.

00:13:29.000 Now, in Arizona, you are allowed to drop off ballots on behalf of a family member.

00:13:35.000 I think it's close family member.

00:13:37.000 So unless this person, that person in the red car, had a, I don't know, they're from a Mormon family in the East Valley and they all decided to vote by proxy by them and given the ballots, there's something very suspicious. 0.77

00:13:49.000 By the way, the video goes on for over two minutes and that's just one drop box.

00:13:54.000 And there have been zero investigations and zero arrests into this.

00:13:59.000 And by the way, you have to assign and designate the dropping off of the ballot to do so.

00:14:05.000 What you saw right there is likely a crime.

00:14:08.000 What you saw, and again, I want to say likely because maybe this person was turning them on behalf of a family member.

00:14:14.000 I really doubt it.

00:14:16.000 And the last guy in the clip actually gives a middle finger to others filming the drop box.

00:14:22.000 So it's easier than ever to go do that.

00:14:25.000 But for conservatives that want to vote on election day, total chaos.

00:14:29.000 Now, someone said right here, Charlie, why is it that your numbers were so wrong?

00:14:35.000 Our numbers in some ways were off, and they were off by a percentage or two points, one or two percent, because of nonsense like this.

00:14:42.000 Because people were showing up and just throwing in ballots.

00:14:47.000 This is Arizona.

00:14:48.000 This is Maricopa County.

00:14:50.000 And also, our numbers were a little off because of game day attrition.

00:14:55.000 And I'll own that.

00:14:56.000 I'll own when my numbers are off, but it's really hard to run numbers on a flawed process.

00:15:00.000 And I won't do that again.

00:15:03.000 Geez, just all the different equations we had.

00:15:05.000 And I wasn't the only one.

00:15:06.000 Other people were saying it's mathematically impossible.

00:15:08.000 And yes, under the nor, if we were under a normally administered election, then all of that is completely true.

00:15:16.000 But when you have people pulling up and dropping off ballot after ballot after ballot, those are nine ballots that one guy drops off.

00:15:23.000 And by the way, the video goes on for two minutes, and that's just one drop box across the valley.

00:15:28.000 And where is Stephen Richer or Bill Gates?

00:15:31.000 Nowhere to be found.

00:15:32.000 They're going to tell us it's the most secure election in our lifetime.

00:15:35.000 By the way, that's just one video of several giving polling, precinct data, registration data.

00:15:41.000 All of that was looking in a certain way.

00:15:44.000 And then you see these unusual spikes of harvesting, inflation of drops.

00:15:49.000 And boy, does it matter more than anything, more than ever before, that Abe Hamiday wins?

00:15:54.000 I sure hope he does.

00:15:57.000 Do you want to make extra money?

00:15:59.000 Then you need to get an e-store from my friends at Nobilis.

00:16:53.000 Amazing product.

00:16:54.000 More opportunity, more money.

00:16:55.000 Nobilis.

00:16:59.000 So, what counts as a family?

00:17:01.000 Amazing email from Dana.

00:17:03.000 Charlie, I observed the Arizona State University Gym Voting Center, and they authorize sororities to bring in ballots for their entire sorority, up to 40 people by a single person, because they assume that they all live there full time, and therefore they qualify as a family.

00:17:26.000 I recorded this in real time and asked questions, and election officials at the site said it's fine.

00:17:31.000 And I was told it was okay because they all live together in a sorority and they should be able to drop their ballots off as a family.

00:17:39.000 This is a bombshell.

00:17:40.000 Where are the lawsuits?

00:17:41.000 I'm waiting for lawsuits.

00:17:42.000 You should sue on this in particular.

00:17:45.000 Now, in certain states, housemates are legal for ballot drops, but is that really what considers to be as a family?

00:17:52.000 Is housemates?

00:17:54.000 That's a stretch.

00:17:56.000 By the way, how many of the members of the fraternity and sorority are actually living on site?

00:18:00.000 Are they members of the sorority or are they just?

00:18:02.000 And obviously, if they're a sorority at ASU, they're very pro-abortion.

00:18:06.000 As I've said, I have recorded this in real time in my book, and I will email you the details if possible.

00:18:13.000 So they just go to every single sorority and ballot harvest around this.

00:18:17.000 And we have footage after footage after footage after footage of people just dropping off piles of ballots.

00:18:23.000 It's funny, we did the entire movie 2,000 Mules, and they didn't stop their nonsense, but our side got more cynical.

00:18:32.000 It's just, we need Abe to get across the finish line, don't we?

00:18:36.000 Joining us now is Mike Davis from the Article 3 Project.

00:18:39.000 Mike, welcome to the program.

00:18:41.000 Thank you for having me, Charlie.

00:18:42.000 So, Mike, if you were designing a legal strategy for Carrie Lake and for Abe Hamaday with this voter suppression, what would you recommend?

00:18:50.000 I know that it is a tough kind of hill to go up, but one out of five voting centers went down on Election Day, and it disproportionately impacted conservatives.

00:18:59.000 73% of people that voted in that way were Republicans.

00:19:03.000 What is your thoughts on this?

00:19:06.000 I mean, they have to figure out a way to sue here because this is much bigger than their election.

00:19:12.000 This is outright voter suppression.

00:19:14.000 They got disenfranchised.

00:19:15.000 These voters got disenfranchised.

00:19:18.000 Even if it were, if we believe the story that it was a printer error that caused these ballots to get rejected in so many, like 33%, one-third of polling locations in Maricopa County on Election Day.

00:19:35.000 You had people waiting in line for hours.

00:19:37.000 As you said, Charlie, disproportionately, Republican voters who show up on election day, they're waiting in line for hours.

00:19:44.000 They checked in, they get sent to other polling locations to go vote.

00:19:49.000 When they get to these other polling locations, they say, sorry, the poll workers say, sorry, we can't have you vote because you're checked in at the other location.

00:19:58.000 And so they're wasting all these hours of time.

00:20:02.000 They have work.

00:20:02.000 They have families.

00:20:03.000 They got disenfranchised.

00:20:05.000 And what happened?

00:20:06.000 We had.

00:20:06.000 the Republican candidates file a lawsuit, Harmeet Dylan file a lawsuit on behalf of Republican candidates to say, look, we need to keep these polling locations open, these affected polling locations open for another three hours so those people who were disenfranchised can actually show up and vote.

00:20:24.000 And what happened?

00:20:25.000 The Democrats opposed this motion, this modest request to keep these polling locations open for three hours.

00:20:33.000 And U.S. Senator Mark Kelly intervened in the case to oppose the motion.

00:20:38.000 And then this Democrat-appointed judge, Democrat-appointed judge, went along with the Democrat opposition and he disenfranchised, they disenfranchised Democrats, disenfranchise Republican voters on election day.

00:20:50.000 It's disgusting.

00:20:51.000 These Democrats pretend like they're screaming democracy and talking about voter separation, but all they care about is power. 0.95

00:20:58.000 No, they just want people to vote in a method and with a behavior that benefits their base.

00:21:04.000 But when conservatives want to vote on game day, of which is the pattern that conservatives like to vote, it's sabotage.

00:21:11.000 So what is the best course of action then here, Mike?

00:21:14.000 A class action lawsuit asking for a new election?

00:21:17.000 I mean, how can you remedy this?

00:21:19.000 That's a good question.

00:21:20.000 And very smart lawyers like Harmet Dylan are on the case.

00:21:24.000 So people should be reassured that they're on the case.

00:21:27.000 If there's anything that they can do, they will do it.

00:21:29.000 And that's Harmeet's a friend of mine.

00:21:31.000 She's a savage attorney. 0.57

00:21:32.000 She's great. 0.98

00:21:33.000 I would say what needs to happen long term is Republicans need to get out of this mindset that we need to only show up on election day.

00:21:41.000 We need to play by these Democrat rules. 0.65

00:21:43.000 We need to use the harvesting, the mail ballots, and actually win these damn elections and then change the rules instead of falling on our swords, having our 90-year-old supporters wait in four-hour lines on election day and then get disenfranchised and lose. 1.00

00:21:57.000 We need to stop being stupid as Republicans. 0.99

00:22:00.000 Start playing by the rules that the Democrats have laid out. 1.00

00:22:03.000 Play by the rules, win the elections, change the rules.

00:22:07.000 Yeah. 1.00

00:22:07.000 And so Stacey Abrams launched a fair amount of legal challenges in 2018 and never conceded to Brian Kemp. 1.00

00:22:14.000 It actually resulted in some consent decrees and a lot of changes to the Georgia law that she desired.

00:22:22.000 Can you talk about how these legal challenges, we might not get the remedy of a new election, of which we do deserve because of the mass suppression and disruptions of what happened here.

00:22:32.000 However, there could be longer term changes that actually might be helpful.

00:22:36.000 Can you talk about that?

00:22:38.000 Yeah, so the longer term changes is that every Republican state needs to go to the Florida model of elections.

00:22:45.000 And we need to stop being cowed by the Mark Elias's of the worlds and the Stacey Abrams of the worlds, where they're screaming racism, democracy, voter suppression.

00:22:55.000 Who gives a damn?

00:22:56.000 They're going to accuse us of that no matter what we do.

00:22:58.000 Let's start winning elections.

00:23:00.000 So every governor, every state legislature, they need to say, you know what, they're going to call us racist no matter what we do.

00:23:06.000 Start winning elections.

00:23:07.000 Set up the rules where we get rid of these all-mail ballots where we mass mail ballots.

00:23:12.000 They use COVID illegally to mass mail ballots to every registered voter, even college students that moved, even people who died.

00:23:20.000 I got a ballot, a mail ballot in D.C. two years ago from someone who died eight years prior.

00:23:26.000 I bought the house from the people who had died before.

00:23:29.000 I got a mail ballot.

00:23:30.000 Only thing stopping me from voting that mail ballot is signature verification and election observers at the polls.

00:23:38.000 And Democrats got rid of both of those things during COVID.

00:23:41.000 We need to get back to voter integrity and who gives a damn if they call us racist for doing it.

00:23:47.000 Let's start winning elections. 0.99

00:23:48.000 Democrats clearly don't care about voter suppression. 1.00

00:23:51.000 They just did it in Maricopa County.

00:23:54.000 Yeah, I mean, that's their game plan.

00:23:56.000 And so, I mean, it was going to take a kind of scrappy legal strategy, but I mean, kind of gritty to get through this.

00:24:04.000 But Abe Hamaday, his race is going to come down to 20 or 30 votes, 20 or 30 votes.

00:24:09.000 And they had two-hour waiting lines in the most conservative Republican areas, Fountain Hills, Scottsdale, Mesa.

00:24:18.000 And I mean, I guess they're just going to say tough luck.

00:24:21.000 That's what they're going to say.

00:24:22.000 And we're just supposed to take it.

00:24:25.000 If I were Abe, I would file a lawsuit if it's possible.

00:24:29.000 I'm not an Arizona attorney.

00:24:31.000 This is where Harmed is the brilliant legal minds here, but I would call for a redo in Maricopa County for these affected polling locations.

00:24:40.000 If people were not allowed to vote, if they showed up, they wanted to vote, they were sent to other locations and told they can't vote, and then Democrats would not keep the polls open for three more hours.

00:24:51.000 Democrat politicians and their Democrat judge, they need to be able to vote.

00:24:55.000 They were disenfranchised.

00:24:56.000 This is not legitimate what happened to you.

00:24:59.000 No, not at all.

00:24:59.000 I mean, we do need a redo.

00:25:01.000 Now, the mechanics of that would be pretty difficult, right, Mike?

00:25:05.000 Because a judge is not just going to do that, you know, quickly or haphazardly, because obviously it's all a bunch of white conservatives.

00:25:12.000 So there's really no media sympathy there, right?

00:25:14.000 They'll just roll their eyes and they'll say, why didn't you vote early? 0.96

00:25:16.000 But if it was a bunch of blacks in Atlanta, you know, the whole world would be on fire. 1.00

00:25:20.000 So the mechanics of that, I guess, are a mystery. 0.96

00:25:23.000 But I think why people are so fuming and they're so angry is the Board of Supervisors here in Maricopa County, they just don't care.

00:25:32.000 Basically, they're saying, well, why didn't you just vote differently?

00:25:35.000 You know, they're blaming us for not voting differently when we wanted to vote a certain way. 0.91

00:25:39.000 Yeah, because all the, look, these are your officials out there are Democrats and Democrats and Trump deranged rhinos. 0.83

00:25:46.000 And you know what?

00:25:47.000 Primary these people and get them out of office. 0.81

00:25:50.000 It's ridiculous that we had people show up on election day wanting to vote.

00:25:55.000 They waited in line and they got sent to another location and they were told they could not vote.

00:26:00.000 That is unacceptable.

00:26:02.000 And for this judge to deny a request to keep the polls open for three hours so those people can go vote is unacceptable.

00:26:09.000 This judge is a Democrat hack. 0.99

00:26:11.000 He's a disgrace. 1.00

00:26:12.000 Yeah, no kidding. 0.99

00:26:13.000 I want to play some pieces of tape here.

00:26:15.000 So this is the ballot harvesting that happened.

00:26:17.000 It is likely illegal what these people are doing.

00:26:20.000 You cannot ballot harvest in Arizona.

00:26:22.000 Some people are dropping off nine or 10 ballots.

00:26:24.000 Can we sue on this, Mike?

00:26:25.000 Can we sue that no one's enforcing the law?

00:26:28.000 It's just the wild west out here.

00:26:29.000 You just do whatever you want.

00:26:30.000 And notice there's no license plates on the front here.

00:26:33.000 Play tape now. 0.89

00:26:35.000 Well, the deadline was today, and my opponent, Katie Hobbs, has officially declined the debate.

00:26:46.000 You know, I consider someone's vote their voice.

00:26:50.000 I think of it as a sacred vote, and it's being trampled the way we run our elections in Arizona.

00:26:55.000 I've been sounding the alarm for two years.

00:26:58.000 Nothing got done.

00:26:59.000 Very little got done last legislative session.

00:27:02.000 And we need to get in there and restore faith in our elections.

00:27:06.000 We can't be the laughing stock of elections anymore.

00:27:12.000 Mike, I mean, can we file a lawsuit on laws not being enforced as a civil rights violation of someone coming and dropping off nine ballots, which is clearly against Arizona law, unless he has nine children or housemates? 0.92

00:27:26.000 The problem is, as we saw with the 2020 election, these judges are such cowards. 0.86

00:27:31.000 You could file these lawsuits and they want to hide under their robes and not do a damn thing about this. 0.85

00:27:38.000 What needs to happen is Republican legislatures around the country need to end these male ballots and they need to stop being cowed by the Stacey Abrams of the world, the Mark Eliases of the world.

00:27:50.000 There's nothing worse than these Republican, white Republican male politicians who are terrified of being called racist because we want voter integrity in this country.

00:28:01.000 And they need to stop being cowed by this.

00:28:04.000 We need to get serious about this.

00:28:06.000 You would think we would learn our mistakes from the 2020 election.

00:28:11.000 We cannot let this happen again.

00:28:12.000 We need to end this all-male ballot nonsense, this election season, because these elections are no longer about which candidate has the best ideas for popular support. 1.00

00:28:25.000 It is about what operation, what machine can go gather the most votes and drawing up.

00:28:32.000 Yeah, I mean, it's people that don't debate.

00:28:33.000 You got Fetterman, you got Hobbes, you got Biden.

00:28:36.000 Their idea of democracy is some sort of weird Hunger Games style ballot collection competition where it's like super, you know, you're staying up till two o'clock in the morning trying to hunt down as many ballots as you possibly can.

00:28:48.000 That's their idea.

00:28:49.000 Their idea of democracy is a game, is what it is.

00:28:53.000 It's not actually trying to win over people or have dialogue or discussion.

00:28:56.000 It's, can you chase down the most pieces of paper possible?

00:28:59.000 Mike, thank you so much for joining us.

00:29:00.000 Everyone, check out the Article 3 project.

00:29:02.000 Thank you.

00:29:03.000 Thank you, Charlie.

00:29:06.000 Are you tired of feeling tired?

00:29:09.000 I've never experienced anything quite like the new Strong Cell product.

00:29:12.000 I take it right before every single show.

00:29:14.000 It's so easy.

00:29:15.000 And you've got to read up on everything that has been packed into these tiny bottles.

00:29:18.000 You see, Strong Cell is a new scientific cocktail of cellular level replenishment.

00:29:24.000 It's so simple.

00:29:24.000 Just drink one small bottle of strong cell liquid per day and boom, you guys get NADH.

00:29:30.000 NAD is something I've been studying for a while.

00:29:33.000 And before I got to know Strong Cell, I said, boy, I really would love to take it every day.

00:29:36.000 It's a crucial coenzyme for creating natural energy and restoration in your bodily cells.

00:29:42.000 It also contains collagen, well documented for its vast health benefits.

00:29:46.000 Your body should experience a big energy boost the first week.

00:29:49.000 Then within 15 days, you'll start noticing even more benefits.

00:29:53.000 30 days, you'll be feeling so much different.

00:29:55.000 So do me a favor and consider giving this supplement the full four weeks versus just one bottle to realize the best results for you.

00:30:02.000 The formula is designed to generate long-term positive change, unlike energy drinks.

00:30:07.000 I take it every single day.

00:30:08.000 It's not an artificial boost of immediate energy like caffeine.

00:30:11.000 I'm talking about cellular level restoration.

00:30:14.000 Learn more right now at their website.

00:30:22.000 They have made me a believer.

00:30:23.000 NAD is a real thing.

00:30:24.000 You guys should check it out.

00:30:25.000 My special 20% discount for Kirk Show fans will apply whether you want to test it out for one week or for a month.

00:30:32.000 But I highly encourage you guys to try it for all four weeks.

00:30:34.000 You won't regret it. 0.93

00:30:38.000 Someone says, Charlie, I guess we're suckers.

00:30:40.000 Why are we upset from the same thing from two years ago?

00:30:42.000 It's our fault after two years, we can't learn to play ball.

00:30:45.000 Jerry, I think that's really, I think there's some truth there.

00:30:47.000 And look, I'm going to do some introspection here.

00:30:49.000 And I'll be honest, focusing on what happened in 2020 and now in 2022 is very important.

00:30:56.000 But I think how we responded to it was not correct.

00:31:00.000 How we responded to it was game day, game day, game day, game day.

00:31:05.000 And so basically, what happened is the enemy then ambushed our move when the move should have been in person early voting, not going by ballots, by mail and ballots, but in person early voting.

00:31:21.000 And I'm afraid that there was a fair amount of understandable cynicism post-2020.

00:31:27.000 And here's the thing: there were hundreds of thousands.

00:31:30.000 Let me say this again.

00:31:32.000 Hundreds of thousands of people that do not live in Maricopa County that did not show up to vote for Kerry Lake.

00:31:41.000 Hundreds of thousands of people that voted for Donald Trump and did not vote for Kerry Lake.

00:31:45.000 Hundreds of thousands.

00:31:46.000 They just stayed at home.

00:31:48.000 You have to wonder if the kind of spirit of cynicism that we might have mistakenly stumbled into might have made people stay at home.

00:31:58.000 And so here we are, where we have provable evidence of entire sororities at Arizona State University carrying entire buckets of ballots to go turn in.

00:32:09.000 We have evidence in there of people nine ballots at a time just being thrown into a dropbox.

00:32:16.000 When you are wronged, the courts are supposed to be a place where you can remedy that.

00:32:22.000 If there is justice, we should be able to get a new election.

00:32:27.000 But boy, we are running out of time.

00:32:28.000 We need to get some lawsuits going very, very quickly.

00:32:32.000 The chances of a new election, just so that everybody is clear, is very low.

00:32:37.000 Okay?

00:32:38.000 But it shouldn't be low.

00:32:39.000 But that's the world we live in.

00:32:42.000 We're going to have to change our tactics.

00:32:46.000 And it's very interesting.

00:32:47.000 The left, they have been able to capitalize on this ballot game.

00:32:51.000 And it really is a sad moment for America.

00:32:53.000 And we're going to have to accept it, internalize it, and then become solution-oriented around it.

00:32:59.000 Elections used to be about who has the ideas and who's able to better persuade the population.

00:33:07.000 And under all of those, Kerry Lake was just above and beyond.

00:33:12.000 But that's no longer what democracy is.

00:33:14.000 And it should be very clear for all of us now.

00:33:16.000 When they say democracy, democracy, democracy, they're talking about a sporting event, not an election.

00:33:24.000 They have gamified our political system.

00:33:28.000 They've gamified our political system where now it's not about the debate or the equivalent of the commentary or the culling commentator in the box.

00:33:35.000 No, it's about how many people can you run throughout the valley to scoop up and capture as many pieces of paper and get them in the box.

00:33:42.000 Ready said, go.

00:33:44.000 That's their idea of democracy.

00:33:45.000 It's bad for America, but now it's time we start to play the game and win.

00:33:51.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
