00:03:21.000 Yesterday on the live stream on rumble.com, R-U-M-B-L-E.com, what do we have, producer Andrew?
00:03:26.000 9,000 live viewers, almost 10,000 people, 10,000 people on rumble.com.
00:03:32.000 You thought that you guys had a monopoly on the live stream market.
00:03:32.000 Take that, YouTube.
00:03:35.000 You thought that no one could create a competitor.
00:03:39.000 Well, after all of the suppression and all of the targeting of our program, we decided to go to Rumble.
00:03:45.000 And now we have 10 times the live stream viewers on Rumble than we do on YouTube.
00:03:51.000 It's going to be a wake-up call for the multi-trillion dollar oligarchs when legitimate competitors start to get onto the scene, and it's already happening.
00:04:00.000 And the reason we had so many viewers yesterday is we were covering the Arizona Senate Maricopa County audit.
00:04:07.000 This is something that we have received thousands of emails about at freedom at charliekirk.com over the last couple weeks and months.
00:04:14.000 What's going on with the audit?
00:04:15.000 What's going on with the audit?
00:04:16.000 And obviously, our show and Turning Point USA were headquartered in Arizona.
00:04:22.000 We care a lot about this particular investigation.
00:04:26.000 Now, mind you, the smear merchants and the fear mongers in the activist press, they've done everything they possibly can to try and demonize and ridicule and mock anyone that is asking questions about the 2020 election.
00:04:41.000 But yesterday was nothing short of a bombshell.
00:04:44.000 Nothing was, yesterday was nothing short of what should be the number one news story in the entire country.
00:04:51.000 It dispelled the narrative that there was no fraud, a perfectly conducted election.
00:04:57.000 In fact, do we have the tape of Joe Biden?
00:04:59.000 I think we do saying that this election was perfect, man.
00:05:02.000 I mean, come on.
00:05:04.000 It was the greatest election ever.
00:05:06.000 In fact, Cut 45, if we can get Cut 45 queued up, this was what Joe Biden said.
00:05:10.000 This was the most secure election we've ever had.
00:05:14.000 Ah, methinks doth lady protest too much.
00:05:20.000 Recount after recount after recount, court case after court case.
00:05:25.000 The 2020 election was the most scrutinized election ever in American history.
00:05:31.000 So you might say, Charlie, why are you using old English?
00:05:35.000 Well, that's from a Shakespearean, that's from a play.
00:05:38.000 What play is that from in Shakespeare?
00:05:39.000 I think it's from Hamlet, isn't it?
00:05:40.000 Yeah, it's from Hamlet.
00:05:41.000 Where the exact quote is, the lady doth protest too much.
00:05:46.000 Methinks the lady doth protest too much.
00:05:48.000 Okay, my, I'm pulling from many hundreds of years prior.
00:05:52.000 I think that was written in, what year was that written?
00:05:56.000 Like 1600, right?
00:05:58.000 1599 is when Hamlet was written.
00:06:01.000 Yeah, that's right.
00:06:02.000 And it's, of course, Hamlet is a tragedy.
00:06:03.000 We're not going to get into Hamlet today because I don't think that we have people tuning in on WABC and North Dakota and in Riverside and in all these to say, Charlie, you know, I want a teaching on Hamlet.
00:06:16.000 Probably not the reason they're tuning in today, but there's this scene in Hamlet.
00:06:20.000 It's a line.
00:06:21.000 I think it's Queen Gertrude, right?
00:06:24.000 Yeah.
00:06:24.000 Response to the insincere overacting of a certain character basically trying to prove the guilt and it was protesting so much.
00:06:34.000 It was obvious that they were projecting and like, okay, you don't have to keep on denying it.
00:06:40.000 And this is Joe Biden.
00:06:41.000 Joe Biden is going out.
00:06:42.000 He's just saying, well, it's the most secure election we've ever had, most secure election we've ever had.
00:06:46.000 It's the most secure election we've ever had.
00:06:48.000 And after a while, you realize, why are you having to say that so repeatedly?
00:06:56.000 What happened yesterday, and this is just the beginning of the Arizona audit story, was stunning.
00:07:03.000 We discovered yesterday at the hearing that there were thousands of duplicate ballots without any sort of serial numbers and ballot boxes.
00:07:11.000 Thousands.
00:07:13.000 We discovered that Maricopa County was supposed to use vote secure paper that should not bleed through.
00:07:19.000 The ballots show there was bleed through, which could cancel the ballots.
00:07:22.000 And credit to my wife, Erica, who is one of the first people that went out on social media and talked about the bleed through of the ballots with Sharpies.
00:07:30.000 Remember, we called this Sharpie Gate at the time, and we were called fear mongers and conspiracy theorists.
00:07:39.000 Yesterday, we learned that there were 3,981 votes that were registered to vote in violation of an Arizona Supreme Court ruling issued prior to the election.
00:07:50.000 Yesterday, we learned that there were 11,326 votes and that these voters were not on the voter rolls on November 7th.
00:07:58.000 Let me say that again, that there were 11,326 people that were counted their votes that were not on the voter rolls.
00:08:05.000 They voted illegally.
00:08:08.000 Yesterday, we learned, according to the Arizona Senate audit, that there were over 74,000 votes, more mail-in ballots received and counted than were mailed out.
00:08:18.000 Yesterday, we learned that based on system forensics, there is no way the county can certify this election to be safe.
00:08:27.000 And this is just the beginning of the questions.
00:08:31.000 And Warren Peterson, who is overseeing this, state Senator Warren Peterson, is now going as far to say that we need to recall the Joe Biden electors for the state of Arizona.
00:08:45.000 And this is just the beginning of the investigation.
00:08:49.000 So what does this tell us?
00:08:52.000 Tells us many things, but I want to tell you why so many conservatives are afraid to talk about this.
00:08:58.000 I'm going to tell you why so many people in upper middle class decent society are trying to say, turn the page, move on.
00:09:08.000 You see, many people at times are fearful of this type of investigation because they know subconsciously and sometimes consciously that this might upset all of stable society.
00:09:20.000 And they're right.
00:09:22.000 That all of a sudden, if we're told these numbers are true, which they are, that there are thousands of duplicate ballots, that serial numbers in ballot boxes, that Maricopa County was supposed to use vote secure paper that should not bleed through, and they didn't, that there were 3,981 votes that were registered to vote in violation of an Arizona Supreme Court ruling ruled prior to the election, that there were 11,326 voters that had their votes counted that were not on the voter rolls,
00:09:46.000 that there were over 74,000 more mail-in votes than were actually ballots that were sent out.
00:09:54.000 What does that say?
00:09:55.000 Well, that says that what if we've been doing elections in a way that has been flawed and potentially fraudulent for quite some time?
00:10:07.000 What I'm getting at here is that sometimes there is a silent yet dangerous argument that is made by people in the establishment, and they do this, and they whisper when they always say this to me, Charlie, we know there's fraud.
00:10:26.000 But if we look into this, you understand this could unravel the whole country, right?
00:10:31.000 We just got to win the next time, fix the laws.
00:10:34.000 We can't go after this.
00:10:38.000 In a race that was decided by 10,457 votes, we know that 18,000 people voted and then were removed after the rolls after the election.
00:10:50.000 And again, 11,326 voted who were not on the rolls on November 7th, but were on December 4th.
00:10:56.000 What I'm getting at here is that people in the corporate establishment, people in the academic establishment, people in the small business establishment, the Chamber of Commerce establishment, I should say, they are fearful of this conversation because they're afraid that it will unravel stable society.
00:11:14.000 But the question is, how are we not already unraveling stable society?
00:11:18.000 How are we not already there?
00:11:20.000 And put very simply, people are afraid of this topic not because they think it's untrue, but they're afraid of this topic because then they realize that what happens when millions of people realize that we might be living through not just a flawed election process, but one that is manipulated for whomever can game the process.
00:11:44.000 Some people say rigged.
00:11:46.000 And what I'm getting at, what we're going to explore today is the specifics of the Arizona audit.
00:11:50.000 We're going to talk about some other stories as well, such as how the government is likely singling out our show again.
00:11:56.000 We're going to go through that.
00:11:58.000 But I want you to think about this.
00:12:01.000 Can you handle the truth?
00:12:04.000 Can you handle what we're about to go into?
00:12:06.000 Because if you play this out to its furthest logical conclusion, what other elections had results that might not have been what they seemed?
00:12:17.000 And that's something that a lot of people are afraid to talk about.
00:12:22.000 There's one thing that we all have in common.
00:12:26.000 Yeah, we're all human beings.
00:12:28.000 We're all made in the image of God, but we have to eat.
00:12:32.000 So what are you eating?
00:12:34.000 That's a good question.
00:12:35.000 Maybe it's grocery store mystery stuff.
00:12:40.000 Maybe it's fast food.
00:12:42.000 Or maybe you desire something better.
00:12:46.000 Maybe you want something made in America.
00:12:48.000 Well, Good Ranchers with an S, GoodRanchers.com is terrific.
00:12:52.000 Their product is 100% American.
00:12:54.000 When you buy steak and chicken from Good Ranchers, you're not only getting amazing meat, but you're supporting American farms.
00:13:00.000 Look, when I got this box delivered to me at the office, it was a spectacle.
00:13:04.000 All work was suspended and people surrounded me.
00:13:08.000 It was as if time stood still.
00:13:13.000 You see, when you get a box of meat from goodranchers.com, it's perfectly marbled.
00:13:18.000 Now, producer Connor, he's a little bit of what we would call a meat snob.
00:13:22.000 You see, if the meat is no good, he will go back to the grocery store.
00:13:27.000 He will stand on some sort of elevated platform and give something equivalent to the Cooper Union address on bad anti-American meat.
00:13:37.000 He has a zero tolerance policy, a no-fly zone, a wall that's 100 feet tall for bad meat.
00:13:42.000 But when I just threw a thing of marbled steak, I said, Connor, this is your payment for the week.
00:13:48.000 Tell me what it's like.
00:13:50.000 He came back and the next day he had an extra spring in his step.
00:13:55.000 He had eyes wide open and a soul that was filled.
00:13:58.000 I said, Connor, what has happened?
00:14:00.000 He said, goodranchers.com/slash Charlie.
00:14:03.000 Now, everything I say is 100% true and not embellished at all because that's how important Good Ranchers is.
00:14:09.000 See, if you go to goodranchers.com/slash Charlie, you'll see for yourself.
00:14:12.000 And now, Connor himself is a subscriber at Good Ranchers.
00:14:15.000 He talks about the things that he grills.
00:14:17.000 He does Instagram stories with them.
00:14:19.000 In fact, there's all sorts of different things.
00:14:22.000 It's American beef and chicken, no antibiotics, none of that nonsense.
00:14:25.000 If you subscribe to any one of their packages, you'll save 20% off with each purchase.
00:14:29.000 Subscribing brings down the cost per meal.
00:14:31.000 Get steakhouse quality for less than $5 a meal.
00:14:34.000 We love the family feast, which includes steak, chicken, and more.
00:14:37.000 And so, look, maybe you got the same sort of problems that I got.
00:14:40.000 You know what the problems that I have?
00:14:42.000 I don't like supporting Chinese products.
00:14:45.000 And Chinese meat is not for me, but I love good meat.
00:14:50.000 And I want every American to be able to have the same meat that we have delivered to our office.
00:14:55.000 And when it's Good Ranchers Day, it might as well be the Good Humor Man with that beautiful music because it's just a good day to be alive.
00:15:02.000 Morning in America can come to your doorstep at goodranchers.com slash Charlie to get $20 off and free express shipping, individually wrapped and vacuum sealed and ready to grill, safe and convenient.
00:15:14.000 Goodranchers.com with an S dot com slash Charlie.
00:15:19.000 There's a phrase that was used by a Roman poet by the name of Horace that basically translates to dare to know.
00:15:29.000 The philosopher Immanuel Kant, best known for the categorical imperative, picked this up, which is this idea of: do you dare to know what is enlightenment?
00:15:41.000 Now, again, I think some of the fruit of the enlightenment was helpful.
00:15:44.000 Some of it was totally garbage, where we get this kind of cycle towards eventual chaos.
00:15:51.000 That's a totally different podcast for a different time.
00:15:54.000 The phrase dare to know is widely used by educational institutions.
00:15:59.000 It's used by people that try to sound super smart.
00:16:03.000 I'm not using it for that purpose.
00:16:05.000 What I am saying is: do you dare to know what happened in Arizona?
00:16:11.000 Do you dare to know the extent of how mail-in balloting corrupted our election?
00:16:16.000 Do you dare to know how our election was interfered with?
00:16:20.000 Now, some of you are emailing us and you're fatigued with this topic.
00:16:24.000 Not all of you.
00:16:25.000 You say, Charlie, it's over.
00:16:27.000 Joe Biden is president.
00:16:28.000 Turn the page.
00:16:31.000 The basis of that argument basically means that you do not care when injustice is done.
00:16:37.000 That's like saying, Charlie, the bank robbery is over.
00:16:40.000 Turn the page.
00:16:42.000 It's like saying, Charlie, the crime's already been committed.
00:16:46.000 It's not like you're going to hold anyone accountable.
00:16:48.000 Of course, when you talk about things that did not go well, when you talk about things that are crimes, you're almost always talking about them in the previous context.
00:17:01.000 Now, I think some people are wrongly getting your hopes up that Trump is going to be put back into office.
00:17:07.000 There is no constitutional precedent for that at all.
00:17:10.000 Where there is constitutional precedent, though, is that the Constitution states in Article 1, Section 4, that the times, places, and manner of holding elections for senator and representatives shall be prescribed in each state by the legislature thereof, that the Congress may at any time make a law to alter any such regulations.
00:17:34.000 This is a battle for the state legislatures.
00:17:38.000 This goes back down to the grassroots level.
00:17:41.000 This is not Nancy Pelosi.
00:17:42.000 This is not even the Department of Justice.
00:17:44.000 And they're doing everything they possibly can to try and interfere with this.
00:17:48.000 In fact, House Democrats have now announced an investigation into the investigation.
00:17:54.000 The House Democrats are now saying that we need to go audit the audit in Arizona.
00:17:58.000 You know why?
00:17:59.000 Because they are now very nervous that what is coming to light in Arizona and in Georgia exposes what could be systemic interference in our election system.
00:18:15.000 I'm sure you have people in your life that don't want to hear this, not because they don't believe it, but because they're afraid that it might tank the stock market.
00:18:27.000 They're afraid that it might bitterly divide the country.
00:18:30.000 They would rather participate in a quiet cover-up than actually go find out what happened.
00:18:40.000 One of the greatest movies ever made, A Few Good Men, we all know the expression: you want the truth, you can't handle the truth.
00:18:50.000 Play tape.
00:18:51.000 Colonel Jessica, give you water to co-ready!
00:18:55.000 You don't have to answer that question.
00:18:56.000 I'll answer the question.
00:18:58.000 You want answers?
00:18:59.000 I think I'm entitled.
00:19:00.000 You want answers!
00:19:01.000 I want the truth!
00:19:03.000 You can't handle the truth!
00:19:05.000 And that's where most Americans are.
00:19:08.000 The way that, by the way, that general that Jack Nicholson played looks exactly like Mark Milley.
00:19:15.000 Exactly like Mark Milley.
00:19:19.000 You want to know what happened in Arizona?
00:19:20.000 You know what our leaders are saying?
00:19:22.000 You can't handle the truth, Trump voter.
00:19:25.000 You can't handle the truth.
00:19:26.000 Sit down and shut up.
00:19:30.000 All of us kind of have that Tom Cruise energy right now.
00:19:34.000 Did you order the code read?
00:19:37.000 Did you authorize mass mail and balloting?
00:19:40.000 Did you count votes that were outside of the legal parameters?
00:19:48.000 Did you scan ballots more than once in Georgia?
00:19:54.000 And what our leaders are now saying is, you don't want to go here, but guess what?
00:19:58.000 We're going to.
00:20:00.000 You see, we have grown addicted to comfort.
00:20:04.000 This, by definition, is an uncomfortable fight because you're now dealing not just with political power, but how political power is given out and distributed.
00:20:15.000 What if this happened in every state?
00:20:18.000 What if this happened in close Senate election races when Harry Reid was in the fight for his life back in 2010 or 2012 against Sharon Engel?
00:20:27.000 Do you dare to know?
00:20:29.000 Can you handle the truth?
00:20:31.000 So let's get to some sound here of how people are reacting.
00:20:34.000 But first, I want to get to just some sound from this.
00:20:38.000 Let's go to Cut 86.
00:20:40.000 Shows that 18,000 people who voted, this is from the Arizona-Maricopa County audit, were then showed that they were removed from the voter rolls after the election, Cut 86.
00:20:52.000 Roughly 20,000, I think it was about actually closer to 18,000 who voted in the election and then showed from, as being removed from the voter rolls soon after the election.
00:21:02.000 So they were on the voter rolls, they should have voted, and then they were removed.
00:21:08.000 They should have voted, and then they were removed.
00:21:12.000 Let's go back to how Rachel Maddow was categorizing this.
00:21:16.000 Before I get to that, are you guys as curious as I am as why so few conservative pundits and broadcasts are mentioning this?
00:21:25.000 God bless Tucker Carlson for talking about this.
00:21:28.000 Sean Hannity had a segment on this too last night, too, right?
00:21:30.000 So thank you, Sean Hannity, for doing that as well.
00:21:33.000 This is the number one news story in the country.
00:21:35.000 This audit, let's just recap that this, just maybe you're driving in the car and you're coming in and out and say, Charlie, why are you so worked up about all this?
00:21:42.000 Let's just go through it.
00:21:43.000 Yesterday, the Arizona-Maricopa County Republican audit, not Republican, led Republican audit from the state Senate Republican Party, but done not in a nonpartisan fashion, showed the following, that there were thousands of duplicate ballots without serial numbers in ballot boxes.
00:21:58.000 That Maricopa County was supposed to use vote secure paper that should not bleed through, but instead the ballots show that there was bleed through, which could cancel out the ballots, which is something that my wife Erica mentioned early when it came to Arizona.
00:22:11.000 The Maricopa audit showed that there were 3,981 votes who were registered to vote in violation of an Arizona Supreme Court ruling issued prior to the election.
00:22:20.000 This was conducted illegally.
00:22:24.000 It shows that there were 11,326 votes that were illegally put on the voter rolls, and these votes were not on the voter rolls on November 7th.
00:22:34.000 The audit revealed that there were 74,000 votes, more mail-in ballots received than were counted than were mailed out.
00:22:42.000 The Arizona-Maricopa County audit showed that based on system forensics, there is no way that the county can certify the election to be safe.
00:22:53.000 And this is just the beginning of the questions.
00:22:57.000 At the state Senate hearing on Thursday, one of the lead investigators of the Maricopa audit dismissed some of these claims and stressed what he said was the pressing importance of obtaining the routers.
00:23:10.000 Obtaining the routers is critically important, Ben Cotton said.
00:23:14.000 Cotton said the routers will help clarify the specific vulnerabilities he claimed are present in the county's digital election system.
00:23:22.000 Cotton claimed back in August 2019, the last time that antivirus software was updated on these systems was August in 2019.
00:23:32.000 There has been no operating system updates or patches since the same date.
00:23:38.000 Hackers, he claimed, would have no difficulty at all gaining system-level access to the voting systems in Arizona.
00:23:50.000 Clip 81 is related.
00:23:51.000 It's the election management system was breached during the course of the 2020 election, says digital forensic expert Ben Cotton at the hearing at the Maricopa County audit.
00:24:02.000 And of course, Washington Post, New York Times, no one is covering this.
00:24:07.000 Even conservative outlets are ignoring this because they know that this truth all of a sudden might make them all look like cowards and fools because they thought this was the most secure election in American history.
00:24:21.000 Play tape.
00:24:22.000 An element of the election system was actually compromised or breached during the course of the November 2020 election.
00:24:31.000 It is a matter of public statement by Maricopa County as well as legal action and law enforcement action surrounding that particular incident.
00:24:46.000 The registration server that was public-facing did have unauthorized access to that in cybersecurity terms.
00:24:58.000 It was breached.
00:25:01.000 So why are there routers anyway?
00:25:04.000 What are these routers even used for?
00:25:10.000 What is the purpose of these routers?
00:25:15.000 Now, Ben Cotton is the same guy that I was talking about in regards to these routers.
00:25:18.000 So we know this as a beginning of just one county in Arizona.
00:25:23.000 So how does Rachel Maddow respond?
00:25:26.000 Well, this was back from 2021.
00:25:30.000 Maddow has made it a point to try to boost her failing cable news ratings.
00:25:35.000 This was from May, a couple months ago.
00:25:39.000 She's made a point to try and ridicule and demonize this idea of an audit.
00:25:44.000 Now, interesting, Rachel Maddow, who's not dumb, by the way, Chris Hayes is not smart, but Rachel Maddow is not dumb.
00:25:50.000 And Joy Reid is especially dumb.
00:25:52.000 But Rachel Maddow is actually a pretty smart person.
00:25:55.000 But she's also pathologically liberal, meaning that no matter what, she will defend team left.
00:26:01.000 Rachel Maddow, when it comes to election interference, wasn't it your show and your nightly program for one hour that made the following claims in so many words?
00:26:14.000 That Trump was a Russian agent, that Russia significantly and largely interfered with our election.
00:26:21.000 Didn't you have Chuck Schumer on your program where he threatened Donald Trump with the intel agencies?
00:26:26.000 Didn't you say that Donald Trump tried to use Ukrainian aid to try and launch an investigation against Joe Biden?
00:26:33.000 Didn't you support both impeachments against Donald Trump?
00:26:37.000 And were the ones that are somehow now threatening the election process in our country?
00:26:43.000 She's very nervous and worried.
00:26:47.000 I wonder why, Cut87.
00:26:50.000 They really are going to do this all over the country.
00:26:53.000 Taking away from Trump supporters and Republican voters more broadly the basic idea that elections are something that we do publicly as a nation as a means of making political decisions.
00:27:05.000 They are ending that every way they can all over the country simultaneously.
00:27:10.000 This is incredibly stupid and occasionally hilarious.
00:27:14.000 It is also at the same time way more serious than we are taking this as a country.
00:27:18.000 So, do you want to know what is constitutional?
00:27:21.000 What's constitutional?
00:27:22.000 Rachel Maddow is the state legislature caring about local elections.
00:27:25.000 Do you know what's probably unconstitutional?
00:27:28.000 Having a special prosecutor and special counsel with no oversight, unlimited budget, no checks and balance, such as Robert Mueller.
00:27:35.000 Which one do you think was more harmful to our country, Rachel Maddow?
00:27:39.000 The fact that we are now asking questions.
00:27:41.000 Now we have proof that ballots were counted incorrectly and ballots were administered against the law and ballots were sent out more received than sent out.
00:27:51.000 And now we have found that truth.
00:27:53.000 What truth did the Mueller investigation find, Rachel Maddow?
00:27:57.000 You see, Rachel Maddow was kind of the chief architect on the propaganda arm because Rachel Maddow basically runs state-run media.
00:28:04.000 That's what she is.
00:28:05.000 She is the, she might as well just be on the payroll of the intel agencies.
00:28:10.000 Whatever they need done, they call Rachel Maddow in her, the same outfit she wears every single night in the black pantsuit, where she leans in and she has this sarcastic, understated tone.
00:28:25.000 And again, Rachel Maddow is not dumb.
00:28:27.000 She has a very high IQ.
00:28:28.000 In fact, she used to make really interesting arguments when she wasn't just a total ideologue.
00:28:33.000 Believe it or not, her and Tucker Carlson get along very well.
00:28:35.000 Do you notice they don't attack each other ever?
00:28:37.000 I don't think I've ever seen Rachel Maddow attack Tucker Carlson.
00:28:40.000 I could be wrong.
00:28:41.000 Everyone else on MSNBC attacks Tucker Carlson.
00:28:44.000 She just attacks Fox News in general.
00:28:47.000 Rachel Maddow is now being sent out intentionally to try and create a smokescreen strategy to try to create a distraction, to try to provide cover fire for the Democrat Party because people are getting more and more nervous that these audits are going to reveal legitimate and sizable issues with our voting systems.
00:29:10.000 And I've talked to, by the way, Republican senators who will remain nameless for now.
00:29:16.000 And they, in so many words, say, Charlie, of course, dead people voted.
00:29:19.000 Of course, there was fraud.
00:29:21.000 But it wasn't significant enough because Trump lost a couple states.
00:29:25.000 And we don't want to look like the ones that are always looking in the rearview mirror.
00:29:29.000 That's what some Republican senators are saying about this.
00:29:33.000 Now, we got an email from one of our friends here that listens on Charlottesville.
00:29:38.000 What's the call sign for Charlottesville?
00:29:39.000 What a great station that is in Virginia.
00:29:42.000 David, and he says, what can be done to fix the White House?
00:29:45.000 Here's the issue.
00:29:46.000 Probably nothing.
00:29:48.000 Trump is not going to become president again in this term.
00:29:51.000 It's not going to happen.
00:29:54.000 I'm always going to manage your expectations and tell you things that are true.
00:29:57.000 There is no constitutional provision for this.
00:30:00.000 Now, in Arizona, they could recall the electors.
00:30:02.000 It's not enough.
00:30:03.000 In Georgia, they could recall the electors.
00:30:05.000 It's not enough.
00:30:06.000 But it would take both Pennsylvania to do that as well, or Wisconsin or Michigan.
00:30:10.000 And that is completely and totally unprecedented.
00:30:13.000 And even most Republicans would oppose that, even if all the information came through.
00:30:18.000 The Republican Party does not want this fight.
00:30:22.000 The Republican Party never likes talking about these sorts of issues for many different reasons.
00:30:28.000 The Republican Party is a complete waste of time when it comes to talking about voter fraud and voter irregularities.
00:30:38.000 Instead, you know who we need to support?
00:30:40.000 How about Senator Warren Peterson, who has been heroically pushing forward in Arizona?
00:30:48.000 How about Karen Phan in Arizona?
00:30:53.000 Those state representatives are doing far more work for the future of our republic than our Republican leaders in Washington, D.C.
00:31:02.000 They need your help.
00:31:02.000 They're now being targeted by Biden's Department of Justice, by House Democrats, to try to intimidate and try to threaten, to try to suffocate the process of trying to find out what actually happened in the 2020 election.
00:31:15.000 We already know that 18,000 people voted that should have been removed from the voter rolls after the election.
00:31:20.000 18,000 people.
00:31:21.000 And by the way, Trump only lost Arizona, lost Arizona, I put in quotes, by 10,000 votes.
00:31:27.000 And then 74,000 voters.
00:31:29.000 Let me say that again.
00:31:30.000 74,000 voters.
00:31:32.000 They got 74,000 more mail-in ballots than were received than were actually mailed out.
00:31:40.000 Look, going to the post office is the worst.
00:31:44.000 And look, finally, life is returning some back to normal.
00:31:47.000 I hope.
00:31:48.000 Who knows?
00:31:49.000 The summer is showing welcoming signs of something nice coming ahead.
00:31:53.000 Finally, you can get back to enjoying life's little pleasures, like smiling at your neighbor.
00:31:58.000 I hope you've been doing that already.
00:32:00.000 Or seeing a movie.
00:32:01.000 But going to the post office, no, do not go to the post office.
00:32:05.000 So don't go to the post office.
00:32:07.000 Instead, stamps.com.
00:32:08.000 Stamps.com is amazing, everybody.
00:32:11.000 Stamps.com, we use it here at Turning Point USA.
00:32:14.000 We use it here on the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:32:16.000 Check it out at stamps.com.
00:32:18.000 Look, it brings the U.S. Postal Service right to your computer.
00:32:22.000 It's super easy to use.
00:32:24.000 It's seamless.
00:32:25.000 So go to stamps.com and check it out.
00:32:28.000 Stop wasting time, going to the post office, and go to stamps.com instead.
00:32:31.000 There's no risk.
00:32:32.000 And with my promo code, Kirk, K-I-R-K, you get a special offer that includes a four-week trial plus free postage and a digital scale.
00:32:40.000 No long-term commitments or contracts.
00:32:42.000 Just go to stamps.com and click on the microphone at the top of the homepage and type in Kirk, stamps.com.
00:32:47.000 Never go to the post office again.
00:32:52.000 Did you know that the NFL has now authorized a black national anthem?
00:32:56.000 I want to make sure I'm getting the story right.
00:32:58.000 And producer Andrew is here with us.
00:32:59.000 We're about to go to our Turning Point USA Student Action Summit.
00:33:02.000 So I'm going to make sure I get, it's almost hard to believe.
00:33:04.000 So let's just listen to the Fox News report and let's listen to it.
00:33:08.000 Cut 89.
00:33:10.000 The NFL will play the black national anthem before games this season.
00:33:14.000 Lift Every Voice and Sing was played before week one games last season, but front office sports reports it will become a, quote, prominent part of games, including the playoffs, draft, and kickoff game.
00:33:27.000 Also making a return will be social justice messages on helmets and sidelines.
00:33:33.000 The expanded push comes despite 2020 seeing the league's lowest ratings in three years.
00:33:40.000 The league's lowest ratings, well, myself included.
00:33:43.000 So if the NFL has now become a super PAC for athletes that want to now just compete on the field, I will casually watch if I'm really interested in a friend of mine that's playing or something.
00:33:56.000 But just like Major League Baseball, that's done.
00:33:58.000 I got to be honest with you about this whole sports thing.
00:34:02.000 This is not fun.
00:34:07.000 This is not a fun country to live in.
00:34:09.000 I want to watch sports.
00:34:10.000 I love sports.
00:34:12.000 I don't find joy in kind of depriving myself of this, but I do it anyway.
00:34:19.000 And it's because every time, for example, the Phoenix Suns are playing the Milwaukee Bucks, and everyone in the office is so excited about it.
00:34:25.000 And I guess I'd be excited too if my city had never won a championship on anything ever meaningful, which basically explains Phoenix, right?
00:34:31.000 Has Phoenix ever won anything?
00:34:32.000 Oh, you know what?
00:34:32.000 The Diamondbacks, they did win in 2001.
00:34:34.000 I stand corrected.
00:34:34.000 See, I'm going to have all this hate.
00:34:36.000 My people back in Phoenix are probably screaming right now.
00:34:38.000 Unlike Chicago, where, you know, we win championships professionally.
00:34:42.000 Non-COVID championships, Andrew, unlike the Dodgers.
00:34:45.000 You see, he's so upset.
00:34:47.000 White Sox, Cubs, Blackhawks, Bears, Chicago's championship city.
00:34:54.000 You see, I was watching the NBA Finals, and I just had to turn it off.
00:34:59.000 First of all, the quality of play has diminished totally.
00:35:02.000 No one plays defense.
00:35:03.000 The scores are like 185 to 170.
00:35:06.000 Might as well just have a three-point competition.
00:35:09.000 That's basically what basketball has become.
00:35:12.000 And then I realized that every single person playing there hates my values and hates the country.
00:35:17.000 And there are these self-righteous activists that tell me how awful and racist our country is.
00:35:23.000 Meanwhile, they fly around on Gulfstream jets earning millions of dollars.
00:35:27.000 And so now the NFL will include the black national anthem, social justice messaging again.
00:35:33.000 You know that the purpose of sports for me was always to escape from politics.
00:35:37.000 The purpose for sports to me, and I love sports, was to always get away from all of this nonsense.
00:35:43.000 Well, not anymore.
00:35:44.000 Now I have to go watch sports to go see things.
00:35:46.000 And you know what's super frustrating for me in particular is that we obsess over these things.
00:35:51.000 We study them.
00:35:52.000 We know the nuance of all of these issues.
00:35:54.000 And then I have to go be lectured by fill-in-the-blank low IQ linebacker for some team.
00:36:03.000 Somehow you have figured out that America is a terribly racist country.
00:36:08.000 So look, the NFL is going to do that.
00:36:10.000 And they're going to keep on losing viewers like me.
00:36:13.000 What am I going to do with my time?
00:36:16.000 I don't know.
00:36:17.000 We're going to go conduct orchestras or something.
00:36:21.000 I don't know.
00:36:22.000 Something.
00:36:22.000 Well, actually, they're woke too.
00:36:24.000 I'll go hiking.
00:36:27.000 Or I guess UFC.
00:36:30.000 I love UFC.
00:36:31.000 It's fine.
00:36:31.000 It's great.
00:36:32.000 Here's my problem with UFC.
00:36:34.000 It's way too long to watch.
00:36:36.000 It's like a five and a half hour experience.
00:36:38.000 No, this is true.
00:36:39.000 Mikey's agreeing with me.
00:36:40.000 It's true.
00:36:41.000 It's like all, it's the greatest tease of any sport ever.
00:36:46.000 Like you want to go watch this thing and you got to pay like $250 to watch it, right?
00:36:52.000 No, it's true.
00:36:52.000 It's like $250 and it's this buildup and it's buildup and you got to watch the pre-fight.
00:36:57.000 Then you got to watch the pre-pre-fight.
00:36:59.000 And then you got to watch the pre-pre-pre-pre-pre-fight.
00:37:02.000 And then it's just, it's just, it's exhausting.
00:37:04.000 And you're like, and then the whole fight, it takes like six minutes at most.
00:37:08.000 And it's an overly involved experience, okay?
00:37:12.000 But I do appreciate the brutal humanity of it.
00:37:15.000 It's actually really interesting.
00:37:17.000 Golf, not a fan.
00:37:20.000 But I miss the America I grew up in where I could watch baseball and basketball and football.
00:37:27.000 I'm done.
00:37:28.000 The Phoenix Suns win, people in the office will tell me.
00:37:31.000 Baseball, I hope they all go bankrupt terribly.
00:37:33.000 It's not America's pastime anymore.
00:37:35.000 And football is the same.
00:37:37.000 I'll still watch some college football because they're at least somewhat within the confines of the university rules on non-political engagement involved.
00:37:45.000 Even that is deteriorating.
00:37:46.000 This goes to my thesis: you let the Democrats run your country, they ruin everything, including sports.
00:37:54.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
