00:00:00.000 Hey everybody, today in the Charlie Kirk show, my visit to University of New Mexico and also my feud with a very freakish state senator from California.
00:00:12.000 Very interesting story.
00:00:13.000 Email me your thoughts as alwaysfreedom at charliekirk.com.
00:00:16.000 Come to AmericaFest, amfest.com, amfest.com.
00:00:20.000 Candace Owens, Tucker Carlson, Greg Gutfeld, and more will be in Phoenix, Arizona, amfest.com.
00:00:27.000 That is amfest.com.
00:00:30.000 Email me as alwaysfreedom at charliekirk.com.
00:00:34.000 Buckle up everybody here.
00:00:35.000 We go.
00:00:36.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:38.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:00:40.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:43.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:46.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:47.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:00:48.000 His spirit, his love of this country.
00:00:50.000 He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.
00:00:55.000 Turning point USA.
00:00:57.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:06.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:08.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:17.000 It was a very interesting evening last night, University of New Mexico in the great city of Albuquerque.
00:01:26.000 Wonderful people there, even though they weren't too thrilled to see me.
00:01:29.000 Some people weren't thrilled to see me.
00:01:31.000 You know, it's very interesting.
00:01:32.000 We had this campus event brought by our Turning Point USA chapter last night, and the police did a great job.
00:01:37.000 They did the best job they could to deal with these, what I believe to be professional agitators and paid protesters.
00:01:46.000 What we saw last night is just another example of exactly what happens when you have an entire generation that lacks meaning.
00:01:56.000 There were well over 150 to 200 protesters, many of whom got violent with riot police, that were preventing our students from being able to gain entrance into the event.
00:02:06.000 That's right.
00:02:06.000 They were locking arms, blocking the door.
00:02:09.000 They deterred at least 50 of our people.
00:02:10.000 It kind of felt almost like voting on election day in Maricopa County.
00:02:15.000 People just turned away and they said, I don't want to deal with it.
00:02:17.000 They said, yeah, I don't want to deal with this.
00:02:19.000 They saw the bedlam and the agitators, the terrorists, really is what they are.
00:02:26.000 They said their goal was to cancel the event.
00:02:30.000 Their goal was to not allow us to be able to have an event focused on American exceptionalism, the Constitution, freedom, and liberty.
00:02:41.000 But you might say, Charlie, why did you pick the University of New Mexico?
00:02:44.000 Well, we had two other events brought to you by our Turning Point USA chapter at the University of New Mexico, Tommy Larin and Ian Hayworth, that both had their events canceled and disrupted by these people.
00:02:56.000 And strictly out of principle, I get very angry, and you should too, when students are not allowed to have a conservative event peacefully on an American college campus.
00:03:08.000 I don't care if it's in New Mexico.
00:03:10.000 I don't care if it's in New Haven.
00:03:12.000 I don't care if it's in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
00:03:14.000 We're not going to put up with this.
00:03:14.000 This is America.
00:03:16.000 And so we went to great expense, both with our time and resources, to make a point that the Antifa, the mask, the violent left-wing mob at University of New Mexico is not going to win this semester.
00:03:30.000 And they got very angry.
00:03:32.000 They got very angry and came out in big numbers.
00:03:34.000 They got violent with police, as I mentioned.
00:03:36.000 They try to prevent students from coming into our event.
00:03:38.000 Despite that, we had a wonderful event.
00:03:41.000 Here's just some of the tape.
00:03:43.000 Just to give you a little bit of a taste of what we're dealing with, let's go to, let's just go to cut 87.
00:03:52.000 Just a little bit of the vulgarity of these people.
00:03:55.000 Play cut 87.
00:03:57.000 What do you think about the cops?
00:03:58.000 What do you think about the cops?
00:04:06.000 Rather nasty.
00:04:07.000 Let's play cut than 89 when the riot police showed up.
00:04:12.000 Play cut 89.
00:04:20.000 And this altercation continued for quite a while.
00:04:22.000 Now, what's hilarious is that when they were asked who I was, many of them did not even know what they were protesting.
00:04:29.000 They're obviously paid.
00:04:30.000 It's totally synthetic.
00:04:31.000 Play cut 86.
00:04:32.000 What does this have to do with women having rights?
00:04:35.000 That fool is trying to take the women's rights away.
00:04:37.000 Like, like abortion?
00:04:38.000 Like, come on, bro.
00:04:39.000 Like, if a woman got raped or molested and she don't want the baby, what are you going to do?
00:04:42.000 Make her have the baby or what?
00:04:44.000 Well, who's stopping women's rights?
00:04:46.000 Whoever that fool is.
00:04:50.000 I forgot his name.
00:04:51.000 Keelson?
00:04:53.000 Or whatever his name is?
00:04:54.000 They don't even know who I am.
00:04:55.000 Very typical.
00:04:57.000 But it really does beg the question is, what kind of society do you want to live in?
00:05:01.000 There's two ways that you can govern or you could design a society.
00:05:04.000 You can have a society based on speech or a society based on force.
00:05:11.000 If you have a society based on force, that's what ends up happening.
00:05:15.000 We're going to prevent you from going to a campus lecture.
00:05:19.000 We are going to prevent you from being able to speak freely.
00:05:22.000 We're going to prevent you from being able to congregate on a college campus.
00:05:26.000 Speech, as Aristotle would say, we are the speaking beings, is all that separates us from the beasts.
00:05:34.000 The ability to speak is our ability to reason.
00:05:36.000 You see, as human beings, we're able to participate in what could be called the common noun miracle.
00:05:42.000 We're able to ascribe meaning to the physical world.
00:05:48.000 Speech is not a left-wing value.
00:05:52.000 It never has been.
00:05:54.000 Speech is not something that we are teaching our children to value.
00:05:59.000 Instead, they believe speech is a symptom of white supremacy.
00:06:03.000 And you might be watching this and you might laugh and you say, oh, that's just silly.
00:06:06.000 I mean, come on.
00:06:09.000 A vast majority of young people, once they go to college, believe that you should be able to use force to silence people that you disagree with if they are participating in hate speech.
00:06:22.000 Everything that we talk about on this program is mislabeled by the left as hate speech.
00:06:29.000 It is an ability to censor, shut up, suffocate, and suppress dissent and opposing ideas.
00:06:36.000 And thankfully, we still have a semblance and a sliver of a First Amendment in our country.
00:06:42.000 You see, the solution should be more free speech.
00:06:45.000 What's so interesting is I wanted to invite every single one of those protesters into our event.
00:06:50.000 Let's have a conversation.
00:06:51.000 Let's have dialogue.
00:06:52.000 They don't believe in conversation.
00:06:54.000 They think dialogue and conversation, the ability to exchange ideas, is fallow logocentric, as Jacques Derrida would say.
00:07:06.000 It is participating in the problem, is that if you want to try and deconstruct white supremacy, which they think they're fighting for, then speech must not be allowed.
00:07:19.000 It is nothing more than power.
00:07:20.000 And this goes into a deeper and a more troubling theme of what is taught on American college campuses, which is you are not an individual.
00:07:30.000 You are a member of a collective identity group.
00:07:33.000 You see, if you're not an individual, why would you have a right to speech?
00:07:37.000 If you're not an individual, why do you have a right to privacy?
00:07:39.000 This is the way the CCP views things, by the way.
00:07:43.000 What made the American founding fundamentally different is recognizing your moral worth as an individual.
00:07:51.000 Now, obviously and undeniably, the American founders knew or they believed that you have an individual that you're an individual that has value because you're made in the image of God.
00:08:03.000 You have a soul.
00:08:05.000 Now, you may believe that or you may not believe that, but they did write very explicitly in the declaration that we are tied to the laws of nature and nature is God.
00:08:15.000 And we do yield to the supreme being of the universe.
00:08:19.000 All that put aside.
00:08:22.000 If you are not an individual and you're just a member of the collective group, then all that matters then is power.
00:08:31.000 And for the professional agitators last evening, they didn't want to come into the event and ask me questions, of which we always invite disagreement to go to the front of the line at Turning Point USA.
00:08:42.000 Let's have a conversation.
00:08:42.000 Come to the front of the line.
00:08:44.000 Tell me why I am wrong.
00:08:46.000 It's a rule that we have a turning point.
00:08:47.000 We invite the discourse.
00:08:48.000 We invite the disagreement.
00:08:50.000 No, no, no, no.
00:08:51.000 They would rather get violent with police and prevent the students from coming in altogether because they don't look at speech as a solution.
00:08:57.000 They think speech is the problem.
00:09:00.000 They think that America is racist and bigot and homophobic because of free speech, because of the ability to reason.
00:09:11.000 The only way that you're able to push back against this is to do exactly what our courageous students at Turning Point USA did last evening in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and what we did, which is you must show up and expose it and not let them win.
00:09:26.000 They think speech is violence.
00:09:29.000 We believe speech is moral.
00:09:32.000 Even if you say something objectionable, let's have a conversation about it.
00:09:36.000 Let's have a collision of ideas.
00:09:38.000 Let's find out who's right.
00:09:40.000 You can either be governed by speech or by force.
00:09:46.000 The left wants to have us live in a country where force, the plutocrats control everything.
00:09:54.000 I'm going to fight with everything I have, and so is Turning Point USA to remain committed to resolving our differences through reason and dialogue and rational speech.
00:10:07.000 Look, I'm still young.
00:10:08.000 I hear there's something very sobering that happens when you're over 50 years old.
00:10:12.000 It's that magical age when you realize you better start taking care of yourself or else.
00:10:16.000 So many people are being put off being proactive about helping their bodies stay healthy.
00:10:21.000 Most young people feel immortal until their aging bodies start complaining.
00:10:25.000 I'm not waiting until I'm 50 to make smart choices with my health.
00:10:28.000 But even if you have waited too long, it's never too late to do the right thing.
00:10:31.000 And balance of nature is one of the easiest right things you'll ever do.
00:10:35.000 I take balance of nature's fruits and vegetables in a capsule sourced from 31 whole fruits and veggies each day.
00:10:41.000 Are you over 50 and you're starting to feel it?
00:10:43.000 I want you to experience the balance of nature difference.
00:10:46.000 For a limited time, all new and preferred customers will receive an additional 35% discount and free shipping on your first balance of nature order.
00:10:54.000 Use discount code Charlie.
00:10:55.000 Call 800-2468-751 or go to balanceofnature.com and use discount code Charlie.
00:11:01.000 That is balanceofnature.com.
00:11:03.000 Use discount code Charlie.
00:11:04.000 Balanceofnature.com.
00:11:06.000 Discount code Charlie.
00:11:10.000 Somebody said, Charlie, were any of your students assaulted?
00:11:13.000 I don't think so.
00:11:14.000 However, the leader of our chapter at University of New Mexico, she says she gets spit on at least every couple days on campus.
00:11:21.000 She has been doxxed, threatened, followed on campus.
00:11:24.000 It happens all the time, unfortunately, with our Turning Point USA chapter leaders.
00:11:30.000 And God bless them.
00:11:31.000 They don't play the victim.
00:11:32.000 They keep fighting.
00:11:33.000 They say, let's do a bigger event.
00:11:35.000 Let's show these people that we're not going to be intimidated.
00:11:39.000 You know, I got an email here.
00:11:40.000 Someone says, you know, Charlie, what are you doing?
00:11:43.000 Stop just hosting your radio show.
00:11:46.000 Okay, well, first, first of all, we host our radio program and our show every morning, and then we actually do stuff.
00:11:52.000 We're on Paced Hit 1,000 high school chapters at Turning Point USA.
00:11:56.000 We're going to campuses that we are not invited to.
00:11:59.000 We're doing a lot.
00:12:00.000 And I'm very proud.
00:12:02.000 I'm very thankful for the work that our students are doing at Turning Point USA.
00:12:06.000 It was a war zone last night.
00:12:08.000 You have people in riot gear looking as if they're ready to prevent Floyd of Palooza.
00:12:16.000 And by the way, what we are doing is working.
00:12:18.000 Despite all the propaganda you see in the media, did you know that young people are 13% less liberal than they were five years ago, according to Morning Consult?
00:12:29.000 15% less liberal.
00:12:31.000 I'm sorry, 13% less liberal.
00:12:33.000 13%.
00:12:34.000 They're also one point more conservative.
00:12:36.000 The macro trends, thanks to the work that Turning Point Action and Turning Point USA is doing, is working.
00:12:45.000 It's the most important fight for the long-term generational health of America.
00:12:50.000 Let's play Cut 102, just to give you a little taste of the war zone that an American college campus became last night.
00:12:57.000 Play Cup 102.
00:12:59.000 That's a little bit of a taste there.
00:13:21.000 And then, by the way, there's other footage too, but it's fine, showing the actual cameo of their energy, their vulgarity.
00:13:32.000 Someone said here, Charlie, what do they want?
00:13:34.000 It's a really interesting question.
00:13:36.000 They don't know.
00:13:36.000 Some of them are paid, obviously.
00:13:38.000 I think most of them are.
00:13:40.000 You know, when I made a video last night, what I should have said is I should have asked the question: how many of these people that come out on a weeknight with signs that are full of swear words saying we must stamp out white supremacy to prevent other people to go to the event?
00:13:57.000 How many of them believe in God, have a meaningful relationship, and would describe themselves as happy?
00:14:06.000 GK Chesterton has one of my favorite quotes.
00:14:10.000 He said, when people stop believing in God, they don't believe in nothing.
00:14:17.000 They'll believe in anything.
00:14:20.000 What you see in those clips, people banging on drums and getting in fights with police is they're trying to find meaning in their life.
00:14:26.000 And for a short period of time, they think that they are doing good.
00:14:30.000 We're fighting white supremacy.
00:14:32.000 That evil Charlie Kirk is coming on campus.
00:14:34.000 Look how good of a person I am.
00:14:35.000 It gives them a little bit of a shot of dopamine.
00:14:41.000 I'm such a good person.
00:14:42.000 That doesn't give you meaning.
00:14:45.000 No, we have an existential crisis in our country, and you can see it manifested right there where you have people that try to, they pursue all these fake religions.
00:14:55.000 Protesting is one of the most religious ceremonies of the radical left.
00:15:02.000 It's their equivalent of taking the Eucharist.
00:15:05.000 Look at us.
00:15:06.000 We're such a great person.
00:15:07.000 We're going to stop them.
00:15:10.000 We are on the right side of history.
00:15:14.000 These college campuses have become islands of totalitarianism.
00:15:17.000 I do want to thank the University of New Mexico for allowing us to come.
00:15:20.000 Again, the police did a great job.
00:15:22.000 But you know how many people were turned away from our event because the violent activists literally prevented them from walking through the door?
00:15:30.000 Victor Frankl had one of the great books ever, Man's Search for Meaning.
00:15:35.000 Boy, this generation is looking for meaning.
00:15:37.000 You remove God from people's lives.
00:15:39.000 Don't be surprised when they start to fill that void with all of these synthetic, artificial, dangerous, poisonous, and arsenic-filled worldviews.
00:15:52.000 Rents are soaring at unprecedented highs.
00:15:55.000 If you're renting or have a friend or family member, that is, now is a great time to make the move to homeownership.
00:16:01.000 Look, you got to own renting, that's great reset stuff.
00:16:04.000 Andrew Del Rey and Todd Avakian at Sierra Pacific Mortgage have helped so many people make that leap from renting to owning with lots of programs that offer first-time buyers assistance with little to no down payment needed.
00:16:17.000 I encourage you right now to visit my buddies, their website.
00:16:20.000 They're great guys, they're Christians, they're conservatives, they love the Lord.
00:16:23.000 AndrewandTodd.com right now.
00:16:25.000 The thing I love about these guys is it's not about the transaction.
00:16:28.000 They're helping you create a plan to help you reach your goals.
00:16:31.000 Give them a call or go to their website, AndrewandTodd.com.
00:16:34.000 With today's still historically low interest rates, it's easier than you think to become a homeowner.
00:16:39.000 I've relied on them, and producer Andrew has as well.
00:16:42.000 I highly recommend you take action now.
00:16:44.000 And if you know someone paying rent, tell them about Andrew and Todd.
00:16:47.000 Go to AndrewandTodd.com and tell them the Charlie Kirk Show sent you.
00:16:54.000 Okay, so in the news recently, there has been a focus on California and laws in California that have been inexcusably and undeniably configured to pander to the alphabet mafia and to pedophiles.
00:17:22.000 There is a driving force of these horrific pieces of legislation in California, a man by the name of Scott Weiner.
00:17:34.000 Now, Scott Weiner brags on social media that he is part of the LGBTQ caucus in the California legislature.
00:17:46.000 So Scott Weiner has written and now passed some of the more controversial pieces of legislation that are honestly so disgusting it's hard to even comprehend them.
00:17:58.000 So let's go to the facts about Scott Weiner.
00:18:00.000 So Scott Weiner wrote Senate Bill 107, which is the California's new trans refuge law.
00:18:07.000 Basically, a parent can take their child, or in other words, kidnap their child, bring them to California, and says that their child can now receive medical mutilation and chemical castration if it's illegal somewhere else.
00:18:21.000 California will take their side and protect them.
00:18:24.000 He also co-authored Senate Bill 239, which lowered the penalty.
00:18:29.000 This is really bizarre.
00:18:31.000 Why would he do this?
00:18:33.000 Lowered the penalty for exposing someone to HIV without their knowledge and consent from a felony to a misdemeanor.
00:18:43.000 So this guy is allegedly a spokesperson and a fighter for the gay lobby in California.
00:18:52.000 Well, shouldn't you want to prevent the transmission of HIV if you're really, if you really care about what's happening in that community?
00:19:01.000 No, he wants it now to be a misdemeanor to knowingly, knowingly expose somebody else to HIV.
00:19:13.000 This sick and twisted freak also co-authored Senate Bill 179, which creates a non-binary gender option on government documents, which passed in 2018.
00:19:25.000 He also authored, as you can tell, you know, with California's pension system on the rails, the economy not where it should be, massive budget deficit, the border wide open, kids can't read in California schools.
00:19:40.000 What this guy is so focused on is these incredibly fringe, bizarre issues.
00:19:47.000 Okay.
00:19:48.000 He also helped write, he authored Bill 219, which made it a crime for caregivers to use the wrong pronoun for a person, punishing them with a fine or up to 180 days in jail.
00:20:04.000 So if you misgender somebody, Scott Weiner wants to be able to put you in jail.
00:20:09.000 He also authored bill, Senate Bill 145, which reduces the number of people going on the California sex offender registry by making it optional for certain offenses.
00:20:22.000 Another way to also understand Senate Bill 145 is an effective decriminalization of pedophilia.
00:20:33.000 He doesn't just pass laws on these topics.
00:20:36.000 He co-authored a bill that tried to force Donald Trump to publish their private tax returns to appear on the ballot in California.
00:20:44.000 So Scott Weiner was all in on this.
00:20:46.000 We exposed it on social media.
00:20:48.000 And so what we did is we exposed that he was the author of the pedophile release bill in California.
00:20:55.000 The Daily Mail, to their great credit, was one of the first people to really expose it.
00:20:59.000 He's been behind every gross and sex gender bill in California.
00:21:04.000 He is the author.
00:21:05.000 He is the source.
00:21:06.000 He claims he's a victim because we expose him.
00:21:10.000 He claimed he's a victim because we have told the world how sick and twisted Scott Weiner is.
00:21:17.000 And so we expose Scott Weiner and then he responds, trying to elicit sympathy, trying to say, feel sorry for me.
00:21:24.000 And he says that he received a death threat, which we do not support, obviously, because of our tweets at him.
00:21:34.000 So just to make sure everyone understands, the irony is when I was facing actual threats of physical violence at the University of New Mexico last night, California state senator Scott Weiner was making up his own and posting them on Twitter.
00:21:49.000 And so what ended up happening is he posts this tweet saying that he received this death threat.
00:21:53.000 Now, I receive lots of death threats.
00:21:55.000 I could read them on air.
00:21:56.000 Charlie, I'm going to murder you the next time I see you in the street.
00:21:58.000 Charlie, I'm going to come kill your family.
00:22:00.000 No one gets arrested.
00:22:01.000 We send them to the police.
00:22:02.000 No one writes an article about them.
00:22:04.000 No one blinks an eye.
00:22:06.000 We get death threats all the time.
00:22:09.000 Freedom at CharlieKirk.com, people say, I'm going to murder you.
00:22:12.000 I'm going to kill you.
00:22:13.000 I'm going to kidnap you.
00:22:14.000 Send them to the police.
00:22:15.000 And they say, there's really nothing we could do about it.
00:22:18.000 Send it to the Department of Homeland Security.
00:22:20.000 We get death threats far too often.
00:22:22.000 It's not acceptable.
00:22:23.000 It's awful.
00:22:23.000 It's part about being in public life.
00:22:25.000 But we don't talk about it a lot because it's part of life.
00:22:28.000 So then he puts this tweet up, which is really bizarre because it looks as if he wrote it on his phone.
00:22:28.000 Okay.
00:22:35.000 It has the cursor at the end of it or on his laptop, has a cursor.
00:22:40.000 It looks like he just wrote this thing himself.
00:22:42.000 It doesn't look like an actual death threat that he received.
00:22:44.000 It appears that Scott Weiner was just making this up.
00:22:49.000 If you look at the ratio, which if you don't know how Twitter works, all of a sudden Twitter started to respond to Scott Weiner saying, did you make this up yourself?
00:22:58.000 She says, well, no, it's a transcription of a voicemail that I received.
00:23:02.000 Well, then post the voicemail with the timestamp.
00:23:02.000 Okay.
00:23:07.000 Show us that you actually did get this death threat and that you are not the California equivalent of Jesse Smollett.
00:23:15.000 Now, I've said for quite some time, and Scott Weiner will Acknowledge, will not acknowledge this.
00:23:23.000 There is a supply and demand problem when it comes to racism and LGBT bigotry in America.
00:23:34.000 There is such a low supply of gays and blacks being mistreated that you have to make it up.
00:23:41.000 The amount of fake hate crimes in America is extraordinary.
00:23:45.000 In fact, there is an entire website about fake hate hoaxes.
00:23:50.000 And he's almost pseudo explain.
00:23:52.000 He's almost alleging that I left the voicemail.
00:23:56.000 That somehow one of our supporters left the voicemail.
00:24:00.000 Even though he won't play the voicemail.
00:24:02.000 And you don't think for a second that if Scott Weiner had the voicemail, he wouldn't have just posted the voicemail, not some sort of weird edited transcription of it.
00:24:11.000 And then what's so interesting is then every major news outlet, for example, the San Francisco Chronicle, Scott Weiner calls out Charlie Kirk for homophobic Twitter remarks.
00:24:26.000 Really?
00:24:27.000 How is what I'm saying homophobic exactly?
00:24:30.000 So instead of actually defending his legislation that allowed people to spread HIV intentionally, opening up prisons to pedophiles, instead of defending the legislation, he says, this is violence against my community.
00:24:46.000 Really, it is.
00:24:48.000 And the San Francisco Chronicle goes along with it immediately.
00:24:51.000 Instead of defending their position, they'll immediately attack you.
00:24:56.000 And the media is happy to do it.
00:24:57.000 So then the media comes along and they say, oh, well, Scott Weiner got a death threat.
00:25:03.000 Did he get a death threat?
00:25:04.000 It looks like he just made this up on his phone.
00:25:04.000 I don't know.
00:25:07.000 Maybe he did play the voicemail with the timestamp.
00:25:10.000 Let us see.
00:25:11.000 Instead of actually owning the fact that he is the author of some of the most reprehensible legislation in America, Scott Weiner plays the gay card.
00:25:21.000 It's like the race card, but it's the gay card.
00:25:23.000 Well, you can't attack me because I'm part of the gay community.
00:25:29.000 So what?
00:25:30.000 Did you make it up?
00:25:33.000 How about you defend your legislation?
00:25:38.000 You see, it's very interesting.
00:25:39.000 We exposed this person.
00:25:43.000 And immediately, instead of actually engaging in a dialogue about what he was trying to do to pass, to pass legislation for the people of California, he immediately goes towards saying, I'm getting death threats because of you.
00:26:00.000 You're a very fragile person, Scott Weiner.
00:26:03.000 You're a very weak person, obviously.
00:26:06.000 You're on the left.
00:26:08.000 And fragile and weak people want to use force to shut up people they don't like.
00:26:12.000 You are not a victim.
00:26:15.000 You pretend to be one because that's all you have.
00:26:18.000 For you, it's the only currency for relevancy you have is to play the victim.
00:26:23.000 And I believe last night you got exposed as likely a hoax actor as someone who wants to, that wants sympathy, but quite honestly, might have just jussy smoletted his own situation.
00:26:42.000 The end of the year is right around the corner, and it's time for you to consider a change in your investment plan.
00:26:46.000 This is Charlie Kirk, and I strongly recommend you go right now and see my friends at PAX to review your investments.
00:26:53.000 They are the one firm I know that focuses on biblical, responsible investing and does not force you to invest in companies that literally attack Christian values.
00:27:03.000 If we want religious liberty in our country, we have to stop investing in companies that are trying to suppress our freedoms.
00:27:09.000 I love PAX Financial.
00:27:11.000 They manage some of my money.
00:27:12.000 I trust them.
00:27:13.000 And that's why before the end of the year, you need to text the word Charlie to the number 74868.
00:27:18.000 That's Charlie to 74868, and someone with PACS Financial Group will connect you right away.
00:27:23.000 So take out your phone, text the word Charlie to 74868.
00:27:30.000 I trust them with my money, and I think you should trust them with your money.
00:27:33.000 That is the word Charlie to 74868.
00:27:38.000 They're a great operation.
00:27:40.000 Check them out today.
00:27:44.000 You see, you see the people that are staffing our government.
00:27:48.000 And it really is at times a collection of freaks.
00:27:53.000 I don't say that lightly.
00:27:54.000 I don't find joy or delight in saying that.
00:27:56.000 You got Sam Brinton running your nuclear energy waste department.
00:28:01.000 You got Levine.
00:28:04.000 You got this guy Weiner in California.
00:28:09.000 This is not, these are not examples of a serious country.
00:28:14.000 I know what a lot of you people are probably saying: that China is laughing at us.
00:28:19.000 No, that is true.
00:28:21.000 I actually, I also think China is probably stunned at how we're doing it to ourselves.
00:28:30.000 That the greatest issue in California needs to be addressed is to have trans refuge laws.
00:28:37.000 And by the way, in response to Scott Weiner and the bill that he doesn't even want to defend, if you commit a crime, you do not have to go on the sex offender registry.
00:28:46.000 But if you're mad that the laws are unequal, how about making it so that 24-year-olds with eighth graders is always a sex offender crime rather than making it not?
00:28:56.000 No, that's far too complicated for Scott Weiner.
00:29:01.000 Someone just said, I love our audience.
00:29:04.000 Charlie, I'm wondering if he's related to Anthony Weiner.
00:29:09.000 I actually think they spell Weiner differently.
00:29:11.000 I do.
00:29:12.000 I think that it's two separate spellings of Wiener.
00:29:15.000 I want to transition here.
00:29:18.000 We got to focus on the Georgia runoff.
00:29:19.000 I wanted to make sure I mentioned this today.
00:29:22.000 Herschel Walker is in a very difficult runoff.
00:29:25.000 If you are in Georgia, I highly encourage you to vote early and in person or maybe on election day if you think that's the best choice for you.
00:29:32.000 But we've got to rack up as many votes as we possibly can.
00:29:36.000 Right now, it looks like Raphael Warnock is going to get reelected, so it's not looking good.
00:29:40.000 If every Republican shows up in massive numbers, then we could do this.
00:29:46.000 Georgia has profoundly changed in the last couple of years.
00:29:48.000 I really hope that we're able to get Herschel Walker across the finish line.
00:29:52.000 So if you're in Georgia, I highly encourage you to show up and vote.
00:29:56.000 Play cut 36, Brian Kemp on Herschel Walker.
00:30:00.000 Does Herschel Walker share your values?
00:30:03.000 Well, listen, when I'm talking about going to Washington, D.C. and fighting for what Georgians need, I'm talking about the border, 40-year high inflation, astronomical gas prices since Joe Biden took office, and the agenda that Raphael Warnock has supported up there.
00:30:19.000 I mean, to me, it's that simple in this race.
00:30:22.000 And that's, you know, why I'm voting for Herschel Walker.
00:30:25.000 I want somebody to go up there and go fight for our state and fight for our citizens, not fight to support a president that really, in my view, is not upholding the values of what Georgians want.
00:30:37.000 Just want to say, if you live in Georgia, we have to show up in record numbers.
00:30:40.000 Unfortunately, it looks like Raphael Warnock is getting his voters out to the polls, spending a lot of money.
00:30:46.000 I would hate to see us all of a sudden have a 52-person Democrat Senate in a state that should be structurally Republican as Georgia.
00:30:57.000 So if you are in Georgia, if you have friends in Georgia, voting does not take a long period of time.
00:31:03.000 Please make a priority to do this ahead of Tuesday.
00:31:06.000 Tuesday is the runoff between Walker and Warnock.
00:31:09.000 And I just think it is mission critical to get Herschel Walker across the finish line.
00:31:15.000 Democrat operatives are increasingly rejoicing and excited because they're hitting every single one of their metrics.
00:31:22.000 And I sure hope that we show up in record numbers in a big way.
00:31:29.000 Right now, the Senate composition is 5149.
00:31:34.000 Yeah, that's right.
00:31:34.000 It would be 5149 instead of 50.50.
00:31:37.000 That's right.
00:31:38.000 It would be 51.49.
00:31:39.000 I think.
00:31:42.000 Yeah, I think that's right, if Warnock wins, because they would have flipped one seat in Pennsylvania with Fetterman.
00:31:47.000 Still hard to believe.
00:31:48.000 Has huge implications for 24.
00:31:50.000 We got to get Herschel Walker in the U.S. Senate.
00:31:55.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:31:57.000 Email me your thoughts as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:32:00.000 Thank you so much for listening.
00:32:01.000 God bless.
