00:01:21.000 Joining us now is Devin Nunez, who does a great job running Truth Social.
00:01:26.000 Everybody should be on Truth Social.
00:01:27.000 They do a great job.
00:01:28.000 Devin, welcome back to the program.
00:01:30.000 So, Devin, tell us about James Baker.
00:01:32.000 Well, James Baker, for those folks who don't know, was the lawyer for Comey.
00:01:39.000 So, one of the top lawyers in all of the Department of Justice, especially at the FBI.
00:01:44.000 And then he, miraculously, after Comey left, he was involved in the early FISAs.
00:01:50.000 We think he had a lot to do with that in 2016 and 17 during the Russia hoax.
00:01:56.000 And then, of course, he was involved in the one of the only two indictments that Durham brought.
00:02:02.000 He was one of the people who testified.
00:02:03.000 He's the one who took the information on the Russia hoax to the FBI or accepted it on behalf of the Clinton campaign.
00:02:11.000 And then, lo and behold, after we conduct this investigation in 2017, he ultimately is forced out at the FBI, and then he lands on his feet at Twitter.
00:02:20.000 And I think the bigger point here to make, Charlie, is that we're learning in all of this, that we've kind of known from the periphery, but there's been a revolving door.
00:02:30.000 High-level Democrats through all levels of government that served in the Obama-Biden administration and previous capacities as Democratic operatives have moved over into the big tech world and fill many of the top positions.
00:02:46.000 And so then you have to ask yourself, there's kind of this merger that's occurred between big government, i.e. Democrats working within the system, big business through the woke corporates who are now funding all of these big tech companies, and then, of course, big tech and the radical left.
00:03:05.000 Who does this all help?
00:03:07.000 It helps the radical left, left-wingers, the Democratic Party, win elections in this country.
00:03:13.000 So I think that's why it's so important that we need to get these Twitter files fully released.
00:03:19.000 Like I'm all for President Trump and I were very supportive of Elon Musk buying Twitter.
00:03:24.000 You know, our goal is very simple, to open the internet back up and give the American people their voice back.
00:03:29.000 And clearly, it's better to have somebody like Elon Musk, even though a lot of people, I think, question, well, he's the richest guy in the world.
00:03:36.000 What's, you know, he could turn people off at any time if he wanted to.
00:03:39.000 Yeah, that's all true.
00:03:40.000 But it's a hell of a lot better than these woke wackos that had Twitter before as a public company.
00:03:47.000 So what I think Elon Musk really needs to do, Charlie, is he just needs to release all the files so that there's so many great investigators that are out there on True Social and many other platforms that would go through all these documents and then help the non-fake news media actually get more of this information out.
00:04:04.000 And we probably would learn a hell of a lot more than just James Baker.
00:04:09.000 The template that was used for RussiaGate, and you were really the chief investigator into RussiaGate, and you deserve a lot of credit for that.
00:04:17.000 But the template was then reused really for Twitter, which is intelligence agencies, domestic agencies meeting with private actors for a political purpose, whether it be the dossier or Perkins Cooey.
00:04:30.000 No one was ever held accountable, Devin.
00:04:31.000 It's a tragedy.
00:04:32.000 No one was ever held accountable for Russia Gate.
00:04:35.000 Yeah.
00:04:36.000 And I think it's all in the same, Charlie.
00:04:38.000 I don't really see this as anything different.
00:04:42.000 Russia Gate was just kind of the biggest scandal in U.S. history that we know of, at least in modern history.
00:04:49.000 But everything that's happened since then is all related and it's all kind of transgenderly related or directly related to the Russia hoax.
00:04:57.000 So remember, what they needed to do to plant their narratives and to spy on people without having to get a warrant, just go to the big tech companies, either see people in.
00:05:09.000 I mean, either these people are willing actors who are within these tech companies who can feed information to the FBI and the Department of Justice.
00:05:19.000 They could be paid or not paid.
00:05:20.000 We don't know.
00:05:22.000 So I view this all in one and the same.
00:05:25.000 And what we see with Twitter is likely only, number one, it's likely just very, very little of what Twitter has and what Twitter's holding.
00:05:38.000 For example, somebody posted on True Social earlier this morning, I think, asked a legitimate question.
00:05:43.000 What role did Twitter play with the Canadian truckers who were protesting their rights in Canada against their government?
00:05:50.000 And they were taken down by the government.
00:05:53.000 I mean, pretty forceful takedown of that movement where they were protesting for freedom.
00:05:59.000 They were against the COVID restrictions that were being put on them.
00:06:03.000 So that's just one example of, I think, what a lot of people around the globe want to know.
00:06:08.000 What exactly was Twitter doing and how big did it go?
00:06:12.000 But remember, Twitter is tiny.
00:06:15.000 Twitter's tiny compared to now we call it Meta, but it's the greater Facebook and Instagram, you know, where you literally have probably over 100 million Americans on there.
00:06:26.000 What's at Facebook?
00:06:28.000 What's at Amazon?
00:06:29.000 What's at Google?
00:06:30.000 These are all, you know, what and who, how many informants are there?
00:06:35.000 How many people are cooperating with the FBI?
00:06:38.000 And the point is, Charlie, they can do it without a warrant, without anybody even knowing, because somebody's on a platform.
00:06:46.000 They say, oh, it's a business.
00:06:48.000 And if the FBI's got relationships with them, they can, you know, they're sharing it.
00:06:53.000 And now, look, I think it would be illegal for our government to do that.
00:06:56.000 And that's why we need more documents in Congress.
00:06:59.000 I think if Elon doesn't release them, they're going to have to subpoena all the documents, the Republicans in Congress, to try to make heads or tails of what the hell's happening here.
00:07:07.000 Yeah.
00:07:08.000 And so I'm trying to not be cynical, but I also want to be realistic.
00:07:14.000 I mean, Devin, they're probably still doing this.
00:07:16.000 Like the FBI is probably meeting with Google right now or with Facebook.
00:07:21.000 How do we stop these?
00:07:23.000 Of course they are.
00:07:24.000 I mean, I think, I mean, look, we don't, we only have circumstantial evidence here, but if they were doing it with Twitter, it's hard to believe they're not doing it with Facebook, which is far bigger, far more destructive than Twitter ever dreamed of being because there's so many more people that are on Twitter or that are on Facebook and Instagram.
00:07:44.000 And look, it's the same reason why, you know, the Chinese, it's highly likely that TikTok, which is really grabbing a lot of our young people, it's hard to believe that the Chinese aren't doing exactly the same thing, sucking up all this data, using artificial intelligence to essentially build a network and a dossier, so to speak, on every single American and young person that uses that uses TikTok.
00:08:07.000 So look, it's just almost impossible seeing what they did at TikTok, seeing everything that they've done through the Rush Oaks.
00:08:15.000 And we can go through countless examples.
00:08:17.000 Look, I'll just name a quick few that come to the top of my head.
00:08:20.000 Mar-a-Lago raid, unprecedented, right?
00:08:23.000 Appointed of a special counsel to target Trump.
00:08:25.000 Second time it's a special counsel.
00:08:28.000 The whole January 6 riots that now look infiltrated by people like, say, a Ray Epps, who nobody still knows why he hasn't been prosecuted or even put in jail.
00:08:39.000 So these are all just simple questions of optimizing.
00:08:41.000 If they're willing to do all that, hard to believe that they don't have informants at these big tech companies who can view into every aspect of our life, even if you're using the best of the VPNs and you keep all the notifications capabilities and search functions off of your phone.
00:09:00.000 Pretty hard to believe that someone, that if they wanted to, these big tech companies, they could find out exactly who you're talking to, where you've been, where you're going, et cetera, et cetera.
00:09:14.000 Have you noticed that it's becoming more expensive to take care of your overall health?
00:09:17.000 That's why I love my friends over at Centurion Labs and what they're doing.

00:10:24.000 Promo code Kirk.
00:10:25.000 Check it out today.
00:10:28.000 So, Devin, then how do we go about actually fixing this fourth branch of government?
00:10:32.000 What do they fear, if anything?
00:10:33.000 Kash Patel, who we both call a friend, said we could fence in their funding.
00:10:40.000 Devin, we have a new Republican Congress, not by a lot.
00:10:43.000 What can we possibly do to rein in this fourth branch of government?
00:10:47.000 Well, you call it the fourth branch of government, Charlie.
00:10:50.000 I call it a full takeover of the entire government.
00:10:53.000 And the only sliver that we have any piece of is a very small majority in Congress.
00:11:00.000 And maybe, maybe, I say this cautiously, a few good judges out there, both the federal and state level.
00:11:07.000 So we've got a big mess on our hands.
00:11:10.000 And I think part of the thing, the number one thing that we need is information, the flow of information, right?
00:11:16.000 I mean, that's why True Social working with Rumble, you know, we've created this beachhead against big tech.
00:11:24.000 Why?
00:11:24.000 Why, right?
00:11:25.000 It's because President Trump and I wanted to give the American people their voice back, but we also never wanted to be in a position like Parlor or like anyone else where we're beholden to, say, these 10 big giant tech companies that control everything.
00:11:39.000 And I think that's kind of the key.
00:11:41.000 And why do you want that?
00:11:42.000 You want people to have their voice back so you have the free flow of information.
00:11:46.000 I don't believe, look, you know, I spend my time between Florida and California.
00:11:51.000 And it's like the tale of two worlds, right?
00:11:53.000 You go to California or you go to Florida now.
00:11:56.000 It reminds me of California when I was a kid.
00:11:58.000 It's free.
00:11:59.000 It's open.
00:11:59.000 It's safe.
00:12:00.000 The roads are good.
00:12:01.000 Everything is working in Florida.
00:12:03.000 But you come to California and yet they were all rewarded, even though California is a total, total crap hole in many ways, sadly.
00:12:13.000 You know, I go to Starbucks this morning.
00:12:16.000 I don't have sugar.
00:12:16.000 I see four bums on the street.
00:12:18.000 And I'm, and keep in mind, I'm not in San Francisco or LA, Charlie.
00:12:22.000 I'm in this, you know, I'm in the central part of California.
00:12:26.000 And I just have to believe that people aren't that stupid.
00:12:31.000 People just don't think, well, hell, there's no sugar at Starbucks and there's bums all around and we got crime and people are getting shot and killed.
00:12:38.000 I just have to think that it's a matter of people just don't know the truth.
00:12:44.000 And so I think that's going to be key is promoting this new ecosystem.
00:12:49.000 You know, if somehow, you know, Congress can take on and get those files, the rest of the files from Twitter, go after some of these big tech companies like Facebook and Instagram to see exactly what they've been doing.
00:13:00.000 And then, of course, I think the priority that Congress can do because they don't have guns, they don't have a way to lock someone up is, yeah, they can fight on the margins on the funding.
00:13:11.000 I agree with Cash on that, but it's going to be on the margins because you're going to have to get almost every single Republican to agree on something.
00:13:21.000 It's going to be very, very tough.
00:13:22.000 They can't even agree right now on who their leader is going to be.
00:13:25.000 And it's delaying, you know, they should be figuring out who should they be subpoenaing right now.
00:13:30.000 You know, are the existing committees going to be enough?
00:13:34.000 I mean, there's a lot that's on Jim Jordan and Comer's plate, both the chair of judiciary and the chair of the oversight committee.
00:13:43.000 You know, look, I think you're going to need something like some type of commission, quite frankly, where you bring in outside people where they can look across all the different government platforms and truly do a big investigation.
00:13:57.000 Because as I said in the last segment, sadly, it's not to, you know, I mean, look, it pisses me off, but it is what it is.
00:14:04.000 You know, we're still living in this Russia hoax nightmare where Obama and Biden continue to cover their tracks.
00:14:13.000 All these bad actors within the DOJ and the FBI are covering their tracks.
00:14:18.000 You've got a lot of these people that are sitting at the top of the DOJ now that were either brought back or were burrowed in and never left.
00:14:25.000 And so you have a crumbling system around us, which is creating this kind of nightmare situation that'll go back to what I just, what I started with in this segment, which is you got the tale of two different countries.
00:14:40.000 Like you've got a California, which is going to hell, and you've got a Florida that's working really well.
00:14:46.000 So these red states are going to get redder.
00:14:48.000 They're going to get safer.
00:14:49.000 They're going to come out of this recession even faster.
00:14:52.000 And you're going to see these states like California that I think are in big trouble, where you've got 1% of the taxpayers paying over half the taxes or more in California.
00:15:02.000 I mean, there's some.
00:15:03.000 So look, I'm not trying to be depressed.
00:15:06.000 I'm not trying to get people down.
00:15:07.000 I'm just trying to see the world as it is.
00:15:10.000 And none of this is going to be easy.
00:15:11.000 We're in the trenches.
00:15:12.000 And that's why I appreciate what you do with Turning Point.
00:15:18.000 I was, I don't know, I don't think you saw me, but I was there the other night at Mar-a-Lago, at least at the reception and the after party.
00:15:25.000 It's being in the trenches.
00:15:26.000 It's fighting every day.
00:15:27.000 It's recruiting young people and it's getting the message out because ultimately, you know, humans are smart or smart if they are armed with the information.
00:15:37.000 Devin Unez, everyone, use and download Truth Social.
00:15:41.000 Devin, thanks so much.
00:15:42.000 Charlie, always a pleasure.
00:15:43.000 Thank you.
00:15:46.000 Charlie Kirk here.

00:16:47.000 Joining us now is Kane, who runs Citizen Free Press, otherwise known as Citizen Kane.
00:16:54.000 Citizen Kane, welcome back to the program.
00:16:57.000 What's up, Charlie?
00:16:58.000 So, Kane, your website is exploding with traffic.
00:17:03.000 In fact, I have the traffic report here.
00:17:05.000 It's incredible.
00:17:06.000 You beat Politico, The Wall Street Journal, NBC News, TMZ, Huffington Post, CBS News, ABC News.
00:17:15.000 How is that possible?
00:17:16.000 Tell us.
00:17:17.000 I don't know.
00:17:17.000 Do you have any answers for me?
00:17:20.000 You tell me.
00:17:21.000 So, how are you able to compete against the big guys like that?
00:17:25.000 It's nuts.
00:17:27.000 We talked about it a little bit last time I was on your show.
00:17:30.000 It's a weird combination of things, Charlie.
00:17:32.000 Number one, Citizen Free Press doesn't really get any, we get no Google traffic, right?
00:17:36.000 So nothing from Google News.
00:17:38.000 So when you eliminate that, and when we also don't have a Facebook page and our Twitter page exists, and it's Spencer Neal is doing a fantastic job with it.
00:17:48.000 Spencer works for me.
00:17:50.000 He used to write for the Washington Examiner for a while.
00:17:52.000 But anyway, we don't use that Twitter page to drive traffic to the site.
00:17:56.000 So in other words, 97% of the visitors every day to the site are people coming directly to the homepage.
00:18:03.000 And so they're, you know, we do 100, 120, 130 stories a day.
00:18:07.000 So they spend a really, really long time.
00:18:10.000 So when you look at the, if you go deep into those similar web numbers, which are people can look at these publicly, it shows that our average length of visit last month was 31 minutes and 55 seconds.
00:18:23.000 And to give you an idea of how that compares, for Breitbart, their average length was like two and a half minutes.
00:18:29.000 And for Politico, it was about the same, about three minutes.
00:18:33.000 So this long-winded answer to your question is: we get a whole bunch of, you know, a crazy amount of page views because we have really dedicated readers that come three or four times a day and they click on all different kinds of stories.
00:18:49.000 So this is how I'll wrap it up.
00:18:51.000 You know, here we are, we're at 250 million.
00:18:54.000 Our actual server number on Cloudflare, as well as my server company, was actually over 330 million.
00:19:02.000 So we're about half the size of Drudge in terms of page views right now.
00:19:06.000 But we only get about a fourth of the visits of, for example, of Breitbart and about a fourth of the visits of Drudge and about a fifth of the visits of Politico.
00:19:18.000 It's just that when someone goes to Political, the average person stays there for a minute, 30, reads one story, and they leave.
00:19:25.000 And I call those people flybys.
00:19:26.000 So anyway, that's sort of the secret stuff behind the traffic.
00:19:30.000 So what stories in particular are you seeing gain traction right now?
00:19:35.000 Yeah, walk us through it.
00:19:36.000 I mean, just kind of, you have a really good pulse of what people are consuming.
00:19:40.000 Yeah, only because I have to moderate thousands and thousands of comments every day.
00:19:45.000 So, yes.
00:19:48.000 It's kind of what you've been talking about, man.
00:19:50.000 I mean, it's, I've, your show has been fantastic for the last, well, since about a week before the election, I've been watching every day.
00:19:57.000 And it's the same stuff that you guys are talking about.
00:20:00.000 Number one, Elon and the Twitter files.
00:20:02.000 That can be sort of bifurcated.
00:20:04.000 They, you know, the people, lots and lots of skeptics have turned.
00:20:08.000 And we're just super happy that Elon is out there fighting for us.
00:20:12.000 I put a tweet out last night encouraging him to wait for the recession and to try to start up, start buying up New York Times stock.
00:20:21.000 The total market cap of the New York Times is just about 5 billion bucks right now.
00:20:24.000 We go in a recession, that stock will fall.
00:20:27.000 Market cap will be in the 3.5 billion range.
00:20:30.000 But the problem is the Sulzberger family, it's a split.
00:20:33.000 The shares are split and the Sulzbergers won't give up control.
00:20:35.000 But anyway, so people are talking about Elon and freedom.
00:20:39.000 The second thing they're talking about is whether elections are rigged and whether Republicans should even bother voting.
00:20:44.000 And the answer is yes.
00:20:47.000 And that's a concerning one.
00:20:49.000 I see a lot of chatter about that, Kane, and that really bothers me.
00:20:49.000 I see that.
00:20:53.000 And I wanted to talk to you about it, you specifically, because you've been on top of it.
00:20:57.000 So I'll skip the third thing or I'll bring the third thing up later.
00:21:01.000 So let's talk about it.
00:21:02.000 The election rigging.
00:21:03.000 It's about language, Charlie.
00:21:05.000 I've heard you say it.
00:21:05.000 You know this.
00:21:06.000 We have to be super, super careful so that our voters don't completely lose hope.
00:21:12.000 We have to explain what we mean by rigged and what we mean when we're talking about these very specific instances.
00:21:19.000 Because as you know, having the pulse of your audience, we knew there wasn't going to be huge turnout for Herschel Walker in Georgia.
00:21:26.000 We just knew it.
00:21:27.000 But I'll shut up for a minute and let you talk.
00:21:29.000 No, no, no, keep going.
00:21:30.000 This is really important because this is something we're seeing in the base of the base that is it plays on the margins.
00:21:37.000 Please continue, Kane.
00:21:38.000 This is critical.
00:21:40.000 It is critical.
00:21:40.000 Well, it is.
00:21:41.000 And how do you solve it?
00:21:42.000 You know, I'm dealing with it.
00:21:44.000 It's in my face all day long, right?
00:21:46.000 Because I have hundreds, if not thousands, of super angry voters who feel like their votes aren't counted.
00:21:53.000 And, you know, look, it does get into the ridiculous.
00:21:56.000 You know, I'll point out, for example, someone mentions Dominion and I say, well, look at Ohio.
00:22:00.000 Ohio uses Dominion and we won in Ohio.
00:22:03.000 We did great in Ohio.
00:22:04.000 And you know what response I get?
00:22:06.000 I get, well, that was the plan.
00:22:08.000 They decided to give us Ohio.
00:22:10.000 Or if I bring up the wins that we had in New York State and California, both using Dominion, they say the same thing.
00:22:18.000 So there's that one class of our base that is just going to say it's rigged.
00:22:24.000 Absolutely.
00:22:24.000 Every single component of it is rigged.
00:22:27.000 And, you know, but we need to keep that.
00:22:30.000 We need to keep educating that component of our base, as well as explaining to people and hopefully showing them that, you know, and then my thoughts are kind of disjoying, but I'll wrap it up where you really had it correct.
00:22:43.000 And I sent you a private message about a month ago that you responded to when you were on Laura.
00:22:49.000 And what it's really about is in the states where we can't change the ballot box laws and the Dropbox laws, we have to embrace it.
00:23:00.000 We have to have Dropboxes at conservative events, at little leagues.
00:23:05.000 So I think you win it by, or we win this debate by, you know, trying to drive home to people that everything isn't rigged.
00:23:14.000 Everything isn't hopeless.
00:23:16.000 And we can win within these rules.
00:23:18.000 Yeah.
00:23:19.000 And it's a tricky deal because I do sympathize with some of the sentiment and the attitude.
00:23:25.000 I do not sympathize with the action.
00:23:27.000 I mean, I totally understand the need to vent and say, oh, it's all broken.
00:23:31.000 It's terrible.
00:23:31.000 I get that.
00:23:32.000 I think there's a place for venting.
00:23:34.000 And given the lack of integrity, especially here in Arizona, where we're doing this program, I get it.
00:23:41.000 But I think what is critical is then what do you do?
00:23:46.000 And disengagement and not showing up is the worst possible reaction to an injustice, right, Kane?
00:23:53.000 Absolutely.
00:23:54.000 It should piss you off.
00:23:55.000 I'm pissed off.
00:23:56.000 You can tell I'm spitting fire.
00:23:58.000 I want to vote twice as hard.
00:24:00.000 These, you know.
00:24:02.000 Now, I'm a competitive person.
00:24:03.000 That's my reaction, but that needs to be the reaction of our base.
00:24:06.000 They screw with us.
00:24:08.000 Let's hit them back harder.
00:24:09.000 You don't give up.
00:24:11.000 You know, the last question you asked to Tom Fitton as you went to break, which was, you know, which is about how to regular ordinary citizens get justice, it sort of ties back into this.
00:24:23.000 You know how we do it?
00:24:24.000 We win freaking elections.
00:24:26.000 We get pissed off that they're screwing us over.
00:24:30.000 And so what do we do?
00:24:31.000 We get fired up and we bring five more pissed off people with us.
00:24:35.000 Yes.
00:24:35.000 Now, again, that's my personality.
00:24:37.000 That's how I approach things.
00:24:38.000 But no, we do not back down and we figure out how to win inside their rules and we come back harder.
00:24:46.000 Yeah, that's exactly right.
00:24:47.000 And look, I'm telling you, Kane, you have such a fabulous finger on the pulse, which is so rare because a lot of these people who pretend like they're in touch with general audience, they're not, right?
00:25:00.000 You see the traffic.
00:25:02.000 You see what people are clicking on.
00:25:04.000 And I'm really afraid, Kane, and this is kind of where you and I and Tucker and Bannon, we need to continue to communicate this.
00:25:13.000 We need to hold the line because I think this could get out of control where we see 10% of our most loyal base evaporate.
00:25:22.000 And I don't think that's an exaggeration.
00:25:24.000 Do you see that also?
00:25:25.000 It's not even close to an exaggeration, Charlie.
00:25:28.000 You're dead on.
00:25:29.000 It might be bigger than 10%.
00:25:31.000 I'll jump back two years for you.
00:25:33.000 After the 2020 election in November, and we knew we had the double runoffs coming in in Georgia, as you remember, I remember telling Tyler O'Neill, who was the managing editor of PJ Media at the time, he and I were talking privately.
00:25:45.000 I was like, Tyler, we're going to lose both these races.
00:25:48.000 I can feel it.
00:25:48.000 It's all over my website.
00:25:50.000 It's every five minutes in a comment.
00:25:53.000 You know, our people are not going to show up.
00:25:56.000 And so, and so when you say 10%, you know, I hope it's only 10%.
00:26:00.000 I hope it's not 15 or 20% of the hardcore base that is completely turned off voting.
00:26:06.000 It's a challenge.
00:26:08.000 We've hit something here.
00:26:09.000 This is something that, and Bannon needs to be aware of it.
00:26:12.000 And, you know, and everybody who's got a voice needs to be super, super careful when they're talking about these issues.
00:26:19.000 Yeah.
00:26:19.000 And so when we talk about, for example, you know, I'm living here in Arizona.
00:26:24.000 Abe Hamaday at the current canvas is down 500 votes.
00:26:28.000 Yep.
00:26:29.000 500 votes.
00:26:30.000 Yep.
00:26:31.000 You cannot convince me that there are not a thousand people in this beautiful state of Arizona that said, screw it, I'm not voting.
00:26:37.000 That's all it would take.
00:26:38.000 Right, Kane?
00:26:39.000 One minute round.
00:26:40.000 Absolutely.
00:26:40.000 And I think the number, you know, whatever, we've seen numbers from 10 to 30 to 50,000, even higher were, you know, and that's the hardest thing.
00:26:49.000 If there were some way we could get our hands on the number of people who didn't vote, who went to one, who went to one voting center in Maricopa, went to a second voting center, went to a third.
00:27:00.000 The lines were too long.
00:27:01.000 I mean, the number is way bigger than a thousand.
00:27:03.000 And, you know, I love Abe, Abe Hamada.
00:27:06.000 I probably did.
00:27:07.000 Well, look, as I, you know, if you were following the site, I was doing Charlie Kirk headlines, Carrie Lake Warroom headlines, and Abe Hamada headlines nonstop for two weeks.
00:27:20.000 You know, these are, these are just such great fighters.
00:27:23.000 And I love Abe, and he's within 500.
00:27:26.000 And we saw what happened last night.
00:27:28.000 You know, the Lauren Bobert numbers came in of her recount.
00:27:31.000 They were basically the same.
00:27:33.000 So, of course, I'm slightly skeptical and pessimistic that he's going to officially get it, but could, I mean, good heavens.
00:27:41.000 Yeah, if you're asking my opinion, I think Abe won by, would have, in a fair thing, would have won by thousands.
00:27:46.000 And one last thing I'll say: Tracy Beans at Uncovered DC has two great articles in the last 24 hours about a heat map, a Maricopa County vote, expected Republican and Democratic voter heat map that they had it plastered on the walls.
00:28:02.000 And apparently, those things, according to Rich Barris, are super expensive to produce.
00:28:08.000 And they just raise more questions about, you know, look, the conspiracy guy and all of us is saying they knew that we were going to turn out big on election day in Maricopa.
00:28:19.000 And did anybody, was there someone, a rogue actor with those tabulators?
00:28:25.000 You know, was somebody screwing with something just to make our lives more difficult?
00:28:29.000 Phenomenal commentary.
00:28:30.000 It's so grassrootsy.
00:28:32.000 You talk to real people and you really get it.
00:28:34.000 Citizen Free Press, everybody, it is the new drudge.
00:28:37.000 And I mean that as a compliment and an insult to drudge both simultaneously.
00:28:44.000 I want to tell you about Pre-Born.
00:28:46.000 What if I told you you could save a baby's life for just $28?
00:28:50.000 Well, it is true.
00:28:51.000 Pre-born is a wonderful ministry doing just that with the help of people just like you by offering free ultrasound sessions to pregnant women and girls who might otherwise choose to end their pregnancies.
00:29:05.000 We know that pregnant girls and women who can see their babies on ultrasound are far more likely to choose life.
00:29:12.000 Your gift today can save baby lives right now for such $28 can give a mother who is abortion-minded the chance to see the truth of the baby that is growing inside her.
00:29:23.000 $140 can do this for five girls and women.
00:29:26.000 A $15,000 gift will provide an ultrasound machine that will save lives for years to come.
00:29:35.000 This Christmas season, it's important to not just receive, but to give.

00:30:26.000 Check out the banner.
00:30:29.000 Carrie Lake Kane, have you ever seen a non-presidential candidate get traffic or energy on a national scale like Carrie in recent memory?
00:30:37.000 Not even close.
00:30:39.000 She is a phenomenon, a force of nature.
00:30:41.000 It started, you know, I picked up on her.
00:30:44.000 I remember when she interviewed President Trump when she was still working as an anchor.
00:30:49.000 And she impressed me a lot then.
00:30:51.000 And, you know, for whatever reason, well, I know the reason because I sit in front of a computer 18 hours a day, seven days a week.
00:30:59.000 So I saw Carrie Lake really, really, really early.
00:31:04.000 And she was phenomenal.
00:31:07.000 You know, you look, I worked in television.
00:31:12.000 As some of my readers know, I worked for Lou Dobbs and CNN Moneyline back at, you know, back before CNN was a screwed up network.
00:31:19.000 And you can sort of recognize talent.
00:31:22.000 And even among anchors, this woman, she is unlike any other.
00:31:28.000 She has greater communication skills than any, she has the best.
00:31:32.000 She has the best communication skills of anyone on the Republican side.
00:31:35.000 And that includes Governor DeSantis, and that includes Governor Yunkin, and that includes President Trump.
00:31:41.000 And it's not an insult to any of the others, but as communication goes, that woman, she controls the room.
00:31:48.000 So, you know, so you were talking about the lawsuit.
00:31:52.000 Let's see what happens.
00:31:54.000 I've put up at least five different links trying to break down the different aspects because both her lawsuit and Abe's lawsuit, they are complicated, but they're working.
00:32:04.000 You know, people need to take the time to see what's in them.
00:32:06.000 And, you know, we hope for the best.
00:32:08.000 And we go back to what you and I said at the beginning is we learn how to win within the rules.
00:32:14.000 Yes.
00:32:14.000 And we learn from this experience of 2022.
00:32:18.000 And we kick some butt in 2023.
00:32:21.000 So let me ask you.
00:32:21.000 So yeah, let me ask you, Kane, again, just for everyone that's on radio, we got Kane here from Citizen Free Press, my favorite website.
00:32:27.000 I go there every day.
00:32:28.000 It's a great aggregator.
00:32:30.000 I like it because I could, you know what I love, Kane, is that you empower your audience to kind of go through the buffet line of the news items, right?
00:32:39.000 It's not overly pushed to you.
00:32:41.000 The audience is in charge, right?
00:32:43.000 And I just love that.
00:32:44.000 It's very grassrootsy, and the name Citizen Free Press is apt.
00:32:47.000 But let me ask you, Kane, Trump and DeSantis, what is your audience saying right now?
00:32:52.000 Oh, Nelly, that's the hornet's nest.
00:32:55.000 And it's broken out on a daily basis ever since probably the desanctimonious comments of months ago.
00:33:04.000 I've tried to stay above the fray.
00:33:06.000 Look, I like both these guys.
00:33:08.000 I love both these guys.
00:33:09.000 I think they can both be fantastic leaders for this country.
00:33:12.000 I want them to work it out privately between themselves.
00:33:15.000 I'd love to avoid a horrible primary fight.
00:33:19.000 Your question was more specifically, what does CFP Nation think?
00:33:23.000 And it's, you know, it's all over the map.
00:33:25.000 There are some people who are ready to move on and there are others who wouldn't even consider it for a second.
00:33:32.000 And I give great respect to both sides and I try to referee, I suppose.
00:33:38.000 Yeah, it's, I see a split, Kane.
00:33:40.000 I see a very loyal Trump remnant, and our audience is that way.
00:33:44.000 I asked our audience a couple weeks ago, and it was overwhelmingly Trump.
00:33:48.000 However, I have to say, though, there were a lot of asterisks in those emails.
00:33:54.000 Meaning, Charlie, I'm for Trump, but I don't like when he attacks DeSantis.
00:33:57.000 Charlie, I'm for Trump, but I can't get over him pushing the vaccine.
00:34:00.000 Charlie, I'm for Trump, but I don't like the stuff he did with Fauci.
00:34:03.000 Do you see that too, Kane?
00:34:05.000 Oh, absolutely.
00:34:06.000 And those were the three things: the vaccine, Fauci, and what he said about DeSantis.
00:34:11.000 They bothered a lot of people.
00:34:13.000 I understand.
00:34:15.000 You know, it's tough when you do what you do or what I do, and you've got to sort of try to stay above it and process all of this and let it sort of flow into your brain through osmosis.
00:34:24.000 You know, you just sort of have to sit above.
00:34:24.000 Yes.
00:34:29.000 But yeah, I mean, I think he knows it.
00:34:33.000 You know, Trump doesn't, I think he's well aware.
00:34:36.000 He has some self-introspection within him and he knows that he upset a few people.
00:34:40.000 And, you know, it's tough.
00:34:43.000 That's going to be the big thing.
00:34:44.000 And okay, so you asked early at the beginning of our interview, what's going on in CFP Nation?
00:34:49.000 So that was number three, right?
00:34:50.000 Here's the thing no one's talking about.
00:34:52.000 What happens when and if Trump is indicted?
00:34:56.000 You know, I linked to an article from Red State last week that was talking about this saying, look, people, the indictment is coming.
00:35:03.000 We need to start talking about it.
00:35:04.000 And I've been wargaming it with Spencer and in my head for a couple of months.
00:35:10.000 And I'll throw it out there really quickly in 30 seconds and then hear your response.
00:35:14.000 Yes.
00:35:15.000 My war game is this.
00:35:17.000 They're coming early.
00:35:18.000 They're coming early.
00:35:19.000 I don't know if it's going to be the Mar-a-Lago or the J6 case.
00:35:24.000 Lord above, I hope they don't go with both, but they're obviously going to try to get a DC jury.
00:35:29.000 The normal trial would be delayed 15 months at least, if not 18 months.
00:35:34.000 But Trump's going to demand a quick trial, a quick and speedy trial, because, you know, let's say the indictment comes in February, March.
00:35:41.000 You know, he's going to want a trial by July so that the whole thing can be done by November before 2024 even hits.
00:35:48.000 So I feel like there's a high probability that there's an indictment coming, then five months, and then the trial begins.
00:35:56.000 And now I'm going to throw it back to you with that.
00:36:00.000 I think Fulton County is actually what he has to worry about most.
00:36:04.000 Yeah.
