00:00:00.000 Return of Article 1.
00:00:01.000 Congress is finally getting back into gear.
00:00:03.000 The balance of powers is being restored.
00:00:05.000 It's an action-packed hour.
00:00:06.000 Email is freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:00:08.000 Subscribe to the Charlie Kirk Show podcast.
00:00:10.000 Get involved with Turning Point USA, which is the battleship.
00:00:12.000 It is the front lines.
00:00:13.000 It is making a difference in America.
00:00:15.000 tpusa.com.
00:00:17.000 That is tpusa.com.
00:00:19.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:20.000 Here we go.
00:00:21.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:23.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:00:25.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:28.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:32.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:33.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:00:34.000 His spirit, his love of this country.
00:00:35.000 He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.
00:00:41.000 Turning point USA.
00:00:42.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:00:51.000 That's why we are here.
00:00:54.000 Brought to you by the loan experts I trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:03.000 There's so much negativity in our news cycle.
00:01:07.000 There's so much that we can get distracted from and kind of down with.
00:01:13.000 But one thing I want to focus on today is how Article 1 of the United States Constitution is finally coming back to life.
00:01:21.000 Congress is finally leading the way.
00:01:23.000 In the Federalist Papers, James Madison, who is called the father of the U.S. Constitution, argues that the legislative branch will be by far the most powerful of all three branches.
00:01:34.000 That's what the founders intended.
00:01:37.000 It's what they wanted.
00:01:38.000 Since, of course, the legislative branch is one of the most directly accountable to the public, especially back during the construction and the beginning of our country.
00:01:49.000 Judges were appointed for life, and the president was only indirectly picked by the Electoral College.
00:01:56.000 Only the House was elected directly through a popular vote, while senators were picked by directly elected state lawmakers.
00:02:05.000 But I think we can agree, especially in the last decade, that Congress has actually felt like the weakest branch of government.
00:02:13.000 The president exercises absolutely enormous power.
00:02:17.000 Remember, Obama, I have a pen and I have a phone.
00:02:21.000 Judges make up laws whenever they want.
00:02:24.000 The president is able to appoint people of importance all throughout the government.
00:02:29.000 He can make and unmake regulations with a stroke of a pen.
00:02:32.000 If Biden wants us to have open borders, we're able to have open borders.
00:02:37.000 He just tells ICE and Border Patrol to buzz off and boom, you know, the borders stay wide open.
00:02:42.000 Our judges have power too.
00:02:43.000 They could just be able to issue a judgment.
00:02:49.000 And next thing you know, we're not able to enforce our borders.
00:02:53.000 We're not able to even be in the military if it wasn't for a vaccine mandate of an MRNA gene-altering shot.
00:03:01.000 Judges have a ton of power.
00:03:02.000 They have so much power, they basically invent constitutional rights out of thin air and throw out obviously constitutional legislation for being irrational.
00:03:11.000 So Congress has looked very feeble by comparison, especially in the last decade.
00:03:17.000 But what's been amazing is these last couple days is the revival and the strengthening of Article 1 of the congressional branch.
00:03:27.000 Now, mind you, Pelosi and Schumer actually wanted the legislative branch to be subservient to activist judges and to the executive branch, as long as it's controlled by far left-wing radicals.
00:03:42.000 The major stories that we are seeing right now in America, the major stories that are unfolding, all originate thanks to the fulfilling of a mandate of House Republicans, Kevin McCarthy.
00:03:57.000 We are finally seeing this constitutional vacuum be filled.
00:04:02.000 And the obvious story that has been taking up the most headlines, which we are going to start with today, is Kevin McCarthy fulfilling his promise to release the 40,000 plus hours of footage from what happened on January 6th.
00:04:18.000 You could teach a college-level class on media in modern America just on this last week.
00:04:28.000 Essentially, the people that have been telling us what happened on January 6th was an insurrection are now super mad that more and more footage of what happened on January 6th is being made public.
00:04:39.000 If it was as bad as you say it is, why are you so upset?
00:04:44.000 Why are you so angry?
00:04:45.000 Why are you so fired up?
00:04:47.000 Why are you so panicked that the American people might actually see it for themselves?
00:04:53.000 It's almost, it makes you wonder, did we have a January 6th committee that was supposed to look into this thing?
00:04:58.000 All the focus has been on Tucker Carlson, and that's great.
00:05:02.000 Tucker's a friend, love Tucker.
00:05:04.000 We should defend Tucker.
00:05:05.000 But McCarthy did something very courageous here as well.
00:05:10.000 McCarthy picked Tucker as his vessel.
00:05:12.000 And by the way, it also shows that Kevin McCarthy, he's a magnanimous man.
00:05:17.000 Tucker has been pretty harsh towards Kevin over the last year and a half.
00:05:22.000 Actually, really harsh.
00:05:25.000 And McCarthy wants to be speaker, and he knows the power comes from the base of the party.
00:05:29.000 And Kevin is making good and saying, hey, Tucker, here's the footage.
00:05:34.000 Play it.
00:05:35.000 Let the people see.
00:05:36.000 And that was a good move.
00:05:38.000 I tweeted something out, and I can't believe the tweet did as well as it did.
00:05:42.000 I basically said, what is the argument?
00:05:45.000 I am all ears.
00:05:46.000 What is the argument against allowing this footage to be made public?
00:05:50.000 The only argument is censorship.
00:05:52.000 The only argument is that we want less people to see.
00:05:55.000 We want less people to know what happened because there's a very fragile, artificial, synthetic, created narrative that was put on display by the January 6th show trial, who actually didn't even look at the footage.
00:06:09.000 That's what's so amazing.
00:06:11.000 I just couldn't believe it.
00:06:11.000 I saw this story.
00:06:13.000 Benny Thompson, who was the chairman of the January 6th committee, said, We didn't have access to that footage.
00:06:18.000 Our staff looked at it.
00:06:20.000 We didn't look at it.
00:06:21.000 You're trying to tell me that you put a January 6th committee on cable television in prime time in the middle of all the other news that was happening, and you did not even bother to go look at the footage?
00:06:37.000 The answer is yes.
00:06:38.000 Why would they look at the footage?
00:06:40.000 The truth is a threat to the narrative that this was the worst event since the American Civil War.
00:06:46.000 Just a reminder, here's Chuck U. Schumer, Play Cut 66, demanding censorship.
00:06:51.000 And by the way, this is a threat.
00:06:53.000 This is a direct threat to Fox News, to Tucker Carlson, to Rupert Murdoch.
00:06:58.000 And he mentions Murdoch for a reason.
00:07:01.000 This is an Alinsky rule.
00:07:03.000 Schumer and his, it's not Schumer, it's his staff.
00:07:06.000 This is an Alinsky rule.
00:07:07.000 You must name the target.
00:07:09.000 Fox News is too abstract.
00:07:11.000 Schumer staffer slid in Murdoch for a reason.
00:07:16.000 Play cut 66.
00:07:18.000 These lies continue tonight.
00:07:22.000 Rupert Murdoch, who has admitted they were lies and said he regretted it, has a special obligation to stop Tucker Carlson from going on tonight now that he's seen how he has perverted and slimed the truth and from letting him go on again and again and again.
00:07:43.000 Not because their views deserve such opprobrium, but because our democracy depends on it.
00:07:50.000 This reads like a direct threat.
00:07:53.000 That's not just a call for censorship.
00:07:55.000 That is him isolating the target.
00:07:58.000 Go read Solinsky's Rules for Radicals.
00:08:00.000 Find the target, isolate it, personalize it, polarize it.
00:08:05.000 Murdoch.
00:08:06.000 They're going above Tucker now.
00:08:08.000 They are going straight for the head of the Fox News family.
00:08:12.000 And, you know, some of you in our email inbox, you know, you have some harsh things to say about Fox.
00:08:17.000 Here's a fact.
00:08:18.000 America would be a less free country if it was not for Fox News.
00:08:20.000 It's just true.
00:08:21.000 And I know that as a fact.
00:08:23.000 You go talk to any foreigner.
00:08:25.000 Go talk to somebody in the UK.
00:08:26.000 Go talk to somebody in Germany that's a conservative.
00:08:28.000 They wish they had a main cable television source that at least had some voices like Tucker Carlson and Laura Ingram and Jesse Waters.
00:08:40.000 I got my start going on Fox News.
00:08:42.000 You can have plenty of complaints about it.
00:08:44.000 That's fine.
00:08:44.000 I'm not going to defend everything they've ever done.
00:08:46.000 But it is a fact that they are the last major, and I'm talking about on cable television, the main canon of cable television on DirecTV, ATT, and all that, the last dissident voice.
00:08:58.000 And by the way, they've actively shut down those kind of equivalents in other countries.
00:09:04.000 It is a moral good for the country that Tucker Carlson is able to get in front of millions of people every single night.
00:09:10.000 That is a good thing.
00:09:12.000 And Schumer knows it's a threat to him.
00:09:15.000 He's freaking out.
00:09:16.000 Panic.

00:10:32.000 Noble Gold Investments.
00:10:36.000 Media montage, cut 75 of how the media has been treating Tucker Carlson, play cut 75.
00:10:43.000 The idea of Tucker Carlson being in that mob that day and not wetting his pants is hard to imagine.
00:10:51.000 He is an unserious man who is doing serious damage.
00:10:56.000 Tucker Carlson took a page from George Olwell's 1984.
00:11:02.000 It feels like a Soviet system or, you know, the way the Nazis would build a Potemkin village.
00:11:07.000 Tucker Carlson's doing the same thing with the footage from 1.6.
00:11:11.000 Filmmaker Ken Burns, who used to be a real respectable person, said that Tucker Carlson is recreating history.
00:11:20.000 That's actually, we just played a little piece of that.
00:11:23.000 The same way the Nazis would build a Potempkin village.
00:11:27.000 But here's the power of the footage.
00:11:31.000 We don't have to speculate whether or not it is persuasive.
00:11:35.000 We don't have to wonder if it's turning people to believe something differently about that day.
00:11:41.000 We don't have to ask the question of, well, well, this really went over people in the middle.
00:11:46.000 We actually have video evidence of how powerful the video evidence actually is.
00:11:54.000 What I love about the Joe Rogan experience is how candid it is.
00:11:58.000 It's real.
00:11:59.000 It's the most successful podcast of all time by far.
00:12:03.000 Joe Rogan deserves a ton of credit for that.
00:12:06.000 He's entertaining.
00:12:07.000 He's smart.
00:12:08.000 He asks great questions and he has fabulous guests.
00:12:10.000 But also, it's just this long form kind of guys hanging out.
00:12:14.000 And then you can see how they react.
00:12:16.000 And by the way, there's a lot of Christians in the audience.
00:12:18.000 I know I've promoted Joe Rogan's podcast before.
00:12:21.000 I get emails.
00:12:21.000 Charlie, he swears all the time.
00:12:23.000 Yeah, he's a little bit, he's definitely more R-rated at times.
00:12:27.000 That's fine.
00:12:27.000 But Joe deserves Joe had a lot.
00:12:29.000 Let me just say this about Joe Rogan.
00:12:31.000 Joe Rogan had a lot more courage than most American pastors when it came to COVID over the last couple of years.
00:12:35.000 And you should think about that.
00:12:37.000 But Joe, anyway, had Michael Malice on his program, and they started playing the Tucker Carlson Kevin McCarthy tapes.
00:12:45.000 They started to play the tapes, and the reaction is very powerful.
00:12:50.000 So here's Joe Rogan.
00:12:51.000 He's not an ideologue or a political type.
00:12:56.000 He has been critical, very critical on Trump, very critical on Biden.
00:13:00.000 He's what you would call a free thinker.
00:13:01.000 I think he loves liberty.
00:13:02.000 I really do.
00:13:04.000 Certainly entertains some wild theories on his program.
00:13:07.000 The point being is that look in real time the power of this footage.
00:13:14.000 This is why Chuck Yu Schumer has to threaten Murdoch.
00:13:18.000 This is why they have to try to take things off the air.
00:13:20.000 This is why they have to try to call for censorship because they know that the truth will set people free of the lies.
00:13:28.000 Watch in real time Joe Rogan explain.
00:13:33.000 I didn't know any of this.
00:13:35.000 This is new.
00:13:37.000 Play Cut 79.
00:13:38.000 Right.
00:13:39.000 You're not supposed to go into the Capitol building.
00:13:41.000 Grant.
00:13:41.000 I thought it's certain times you want.
00:13:43.000 Not like that.
00:13:44.000 Yeah, not like that.
00:13:44.000 Not like that.
00:13:45.000 But when you see the people taking him around essentially on a tour, that's not what I thought it was.
00:13:52.000 Not even defending them.
00:13:54.000 It's just forget about it.
00:13:55.000 Let's look at what actually happened.
00:13:58.000 We didn't know that happened.
00:14:00.000 Right.
00:14:00.000 We had a version of it.
00:14:02.000 It was just chaos and the cops ran away.
00:14:04.000 And the cops were cops were murdered.
00:14:07.000 Yeah.
00:14:08.000 I would have never imagined that this.
00:14:10.000 I'm shocked to see that.
00:14:11.000 That's so wild.
00:14:13.000 And so I think people are just starting to recognize that it's not what you thought it was.
00:14:18.000 I just wrote down some of the quotes here so I don't forget them.
00:14:22.000 Wild, shocked, never imagined.
00:14:25.000 Joe Rogan right there.
00:14:26.000 That's a swing voter.
00:14:28.000 How many people voted in the 2022 midterms under the belief that January 6th was one of the most violent insurrections, insurrections in our country's history?
00:14:39.000 Would this footage have been persuasive to maybe bring down the political divisions in our country?
00:14:45.000 No, they needed the narrative because they wanted to be able to use the intelligence agencies and be able to build a media movement against Trump supporters and against the America First Movement.
00:14:59.000 Joe Rogan, I never would have imagined.
00:15:01.000 I'm shocked.
00:15:02.000 This is wild.
00:15:02.000 I think people are beginning to wake up.
00:15:04.000 The truth has that effect, actually.
00:15:07.000 It tends to be when you let the truth go free, all of a sudden these pesky little lies start to shatter.
00:15:16.000 Look, it is time to consider a rollover of that 401k into an IRA.
00:15:22.000 The investment world is completely different in 2023, and you cannot do the same thing as last year.
00:15:27.000 Woke companies are aggressively implementing ESG.
00:15:31.000 Interest rates are going up and inflation is still lingering.
00:15:34.000 If you have over $150,000, now is the time to move your money to a biblical responsible investing strategy with my friends at PAX Financial Group.
00:15:42.000 Here's how you can connect with PAX.
00:15:44.000 Text Charlie to the number 74868.
00:15:47.000 That's it.
00:15:47.000 Just take out your phone.
00:15:48.000 Text Charlie, C-H-A-R-L-I-E to 74868.
00:15:56.000 So take out your phone, text Charlie to number 74868 for biblical responsible investing.
00:16:02.000 Text Charlie to 74868.
00:16:07.000 So Matt Taibbi is one of the top left-wing journalists from Rolling Stone.
00:16:13.000 He did some very intense and successful investigative journalism during the Bush years.
00:16:19.000 And I haven't always agreed with Matt Taibbi.
00:16:22.000 His politics are probably a lot different than mine.
00:16:25.000 He's written 10 books, but I would never go out of my way and say Matt Taibbi is dumb or unethical.
00:16:34.000 He's a civil libertarian.
00:16:36.000 He certainly has principles.
00:16:38.000 He seems to be an old school liberal.
00:16:41.000 But the media and the machine and the Democrat Party, they really hate Matt Taibbi.
00:16:48.000 Now, you might remember Matt Taibbi was one of the people, one of the journalists that received the Twitter files and made them public via Elon Musk.
00:16:59.000 There's some question of who his sources are as well.
00:17:01.000 We'll get to that in a second.
00:17:02.000 He was the first one to actually begin to publicize the Twitter files.
00:17:06.000 Now, again, this is all about Congress doing its job.
00:17:09.000 This is all about the revival, the return of Article 1.
00:17:15.000 But finally, Congress is no longer just passively sitting by spectator sport no more, finally in the arena.
00:17:24.000 So I'm going to play a couple pieces of tape here and we'll comment on them of Matt Taibbi testifying in front of Congress.
00:17:31.000 There is so much news happening right now in front of Congress.
00:17:38.000 Play Cut 99.
00:17:39.000 The FTC has extraordinarily serious concerns about Twitter's handling of consumers' data and that there's something going on between congressional Republicans and Elon Musk.
00:17:54.000 Mr. Chairman, Americans can see through this.
00:17:56.000 Musk is helping you out politically and you're going out of your way to promote and protect him and to praise him for his work.
00:18:04.000 This isn't just a matter of what data was given to these so-called journalists before us now.
00:18:09.000 There are many legitimate questions about where Musk got the financing to buy Twitter.
00:18:15.000 That is Stacey Plaskett, who is not a smart person or a good person.
00:18:22.000 She is from the U.S. Virgin Islands.
00:18:26.000 Is that right?
00:18:28.000 She's a delegate from the U.S. House of Representatives from the Virgin Islands and an at-large congressional seat.
00:18:36.000 Do they get a vote from the Virgin Islands?
00:18:38.000 That's interesting.
00:18:38.000 I know that you might have a delegate.
00:18:39.000 I think you could be involved in oversight.
00:18:41.000 I'm not sure if they actually are able to vote on legislation.
00:18:44.000 Anyway, that's a separate issue.
00:18:46.000 So they want to take Elon Musk out.
00:18:48.000 That's very clear.
00:18:50.000 The same way they want to take Rupert Murdoch out.
00:18:52.000 They want to take Tucker Carlson out.
00:18:54.000 They personalize and find the individual target, and they throw everything they possibly can relentlessly towards that.
00:19:03.000 But wasn't that really interesting?
00:19:06.000 She says the alleged journalist or the so-called journalist, you might have firm disagreements with Matt Taibbi.
00:19:15.000 He is not a so-called journalist.
00:19:18.000 He's probably one of the most accomplished actual journalists of the last 20 years.
00:19:22.000 Play cut 98.
00:19:24.000 Ranking Member Plaskett, I'm not a so-called journalist.
00:19:28.000 I've won the National Magazine Award, the I.F. Stone Award for Independent Journalism, and I've written 10 books, including four New York Times bestsellers.
00:19:39.000 I'm now the editor of the online magazine Racket on the independent platform Substack.
00:19:44.000 So he's not a so-called journalist.
00:19:46.000 He's an actual journalist.
00:19:48.000 But look what happens next when they try and force them to reveal their sources.
00:19:52.000 By the way, did the Democrats ever try to force the New York Times to reveal their sources about how they probably illegally obtained Donald Trump's tax returns, the private confidential tax returns of a sitting president when that story was published in October of 2020?
00:20:10.000 Would anyone ask them to reveal their sources?
00:20:13.000 Of course not.
00:20:14.000 Play cut 97.
00:20:15.000 Well, conclusion is that he is, in fact, your source.
00:20:18.000 Well, you're free to conclude that.
00:20:20.000 Well, sir, I just don't understand.
00:20:22.000 You can't have it both ways, but let's move on.
00:20:24.000 No, he can.
00:20:25.000 He's a journalist.
00:20:26.000 Well, he can't because either Musk is the source and he can't talk about it, or Musk is not the source.
00:20:31.000 And if Musk is not the source, then he can discuss.
00:20:33.000 No one has yielded.
00:20:34.000 The gentlelady is out of order.
00:20:35.000 You don't get to know it.
00:20:36.000 She's out of order.
00:20:36.000 The gentleman has not recognized it.
00:20:39.000 You're not recognizing him.
00:20:40.000 He has not said that.
00:20:42.000 What he has said is he's not going to reveal his source.
00:20:44.000 And the fact that Democrats are pressuring him to do so is such a matter of time.
00:20:49.000 The gentlelady has not yielded you time.
00:20:52.000 These people should never be near power ever again.
00:20:54.000 I'm talking about the Democrats.
00:20:56.000 I hear from people all the time, Charlie, you know, why can't we win?
00:20:59.000 Why can't we, you know, everything's terrible.
00:21:01.000 Pause.
00:21:02.000 At least those clowns.
00:21:04.000 I was going to say something else.
00:21:07.000 Are not near power.
00:21:08.000 Well, they're near power, but they're not in power.
00:21:10.000 You're out of order.
00:21:11.000 What's your source?
00:21:12.000 Is it Elon Musk?
00:21:14.000 They want Musk.
00:21:16.000 They want him personally.
00:21:19.000 But again, as I've said before, Musk is a tricky one.
00:21:22.000 Musk is tricky because Musk simultaneously represents everything they hate.
00:21:30.000 Rich, white, billionaire buying free speech, a platform to make a free speech, but he also simultaneously represents everything they're supposed to love.
00:21:41.000 He's an electric vehicle guy.
00:21:44.000 He's the guy that is popularizing all these cobalt batteries to be implemented across the country.
00:21:53.000 He's the guy.
00:21:55.000 So they're torn and they don't know what to do.
00:21:58.000 But the real reason they hate Musk, and this is exactly why they hated Donald Trump so much.
00:22:03.000 And I learned this from the great Rush Limbaugh, is that Trump used to be on their team.
00:22:09.000 Musk used to be on their team.
00:22:12.000 They hate defectors.
00:22:15.000 It drives them nuts.
00:22:17.000 That's why they hate J.K. Rowling.
00:22:19.000 It's why they hate, I don't know if Rupert Murdoch was ever on their team, but anybody that was ever in their orbit, wearing the jersey, going to the cocktail parties.
00:22:32.000 One of the reasons why Donald Trump personally made so many rich people angry is that they used to consider Donald Trump a soft ally for social liberalism, an easy $100,000 donation to whatever weird Democrat cause they want to go into New York.
00:22:49.000 But no, no, no, no.
00:22:50.000 Elon Musk, because he's a free thinker, because he's smart, Elon Musk, who's created some unbelievably impressive companies, says, yeah, it's not a good thing that free speech is being eroded.
00:23:02.000 It's bad for humanity.
00:23:02.000 I'm going to do something about it.
00:23:04.000 Can't do that.
00:23:05.000 The question on Elon Musk, though, and it's a legitimate question, we brought this up before, is that is Elon Musk too big to fail?
00:23:10.000 Is Elon Musk the new equivalent of Goldman Sachs and Citibank?
00:23:16.000 Is he too big to fail?
00:23:18.000 Because Tesla, the boring company, the solar panel company, he's got a lot of things going on.
00:23:27.000 And what really bothers the media, as the great Rush Limbaugh would tell us, is that if they feel as if they have created somebody, they want to be able to control that somebody.
00:23:40.000 And Elon Musk, in a lot of different capacities, was kind of a creation of the Tony Starkification of mass media.
00:23:53.000 This guy's Iron Man.
00:23:54.000 He's kind of like a pseudo-superhero.
00:23:57.000 He invents stuff in his sleep and he wakes up and he's going to have us levitating.
00:24:01.000 And they don't like that if they can't control that.
00:24:05.000 And then all of a sudden, Elon Musk uses his wealth to go purchase what really has been an intelligence asset, a class and ideology traitor may be the biggest enemy to the left.
00:24:17.000 You know why?
00:24:18.000 They need to make an example out of Elon Musk because they're terrified that there might be more defectors coming soon, that there might be other entrepreneurs, billionaires, millionaires.
00:24:29.000 That's why they hate Joe Rogan and they try to cancel him.
00:24:33.000 If you dare deviate from the loyalty to the party by an inch, they're going to come after you and they're going to come after you hard.
00:24:42.000 J.K. Rowling used to be revered.
00:24:44.000 And you type J.K. just what today?
00:24:46.000 Every day, these maniacs have a new story about Jake.
00:24:50.000 They literally can't help themselves every single day.
00:24:53.000 Type in J.K. Rowling into Google every single day, one hour ago, about her issue on the trans, literally every day, these miserable people, Washington Post, deadline, websites I've ever heard of.
00:25:07.000 I'm miserable.com talk about how J.K. Rowling is an evil person.
00:25:12.000 They want them to reveal that Musk was the source.
00:25:15.000 If he is, they have new legal ammunition to take him off the chessboard.
00:25:18.000 But Jim Jordan rightfully defended the right for them to maintain their sources.
00:25:25.000 Congress has been very busy.
00:25:27.000 Dr. Redfield went in front of Congress, and Dr. Redfield was the former head of the CDC.
00:25:34.000 He talked about how he personally had different opinions about where the virus came from than from the criminal Anthony Fauci.
00:25:45.000 There are several pieces of tape here, but I want to make sure I get the best order.
00:25:49.000 So let's start with cut 92.
00:25:51.000 It's a lengthy piece of tape.
00:25:53.000 Former CDC director, excluded from a February 2020 call with Fauci, Collins, and others, play cut 92.
00:26:02.000 I didn't know I was excluded.
00:26:04.000 I didn't know there was a February 1st conference call until the Freedom of Information came out with the emails.
00:26:10.000 And I was quite upset as the CDC director that I was excluded from those discussions.
00:26:15.000 Why would they do this?
00:26:16.000 Because I had a different point of view.
00:26:18.000 And I was told they made a decision that they would keep this confidential until they came up with a single narrative, which I will argue is antithetical to science.
00:26:27.000 Science never selects a single narrative.
00:26:30.000 We foster, as my colleague here just said, we foster debate.
00:26:34.000 And we're confident that with debate, science will eventually get to the truth.
00:26:39.000 This was an a priori decision that there's one point of view that we're going to put out there and anyone who doesn't agree with it is going to be sidelined.
00:26:48.000 And as I say, I was only the CDC director and I was sidelined.
00:26:52.000 Because he wasn't going to be obedient to what the regime needed to say.
00:27:00.000 They needed to say that the virus came from a wet market.
00:27:04.000 Why?
00:27:05.000 Because if it came from a lab in China, Donald Trump would have grown in political strength.
00:27:10.000 COVID would have went from a way to get rid of Donald Trump to a way to actually where Trump could have secured a major electoral victory.
00:27:17.000 That one piece of information, in my opinion, was the most important piece of information to politically put in jeopardy.
00:27:26.000 Let me build it out for you.
00:27:27.000 Donald Trump was known for being very strong against China.
00:27:30.000 He would have then put tariffs.
00:27:31.000 He would have put sanctions and he would have rallied especially industrial Midwestern mainstream support for justice against the CCP.
00:27:41.000 But the argument to hold the CCP accountable kind of weakens.
00:27:45.000 It loses its teeth if it's like, oh, it's just from a bat in the mountains.
00:27:48.000 There's nothing the CCP could have done about it.
00:27:51.000 I want to read a quote from Jim Jordan: quote: So three days after they say it came from a laboratory, they changed their position.
00:27:58.000 And the only interviewing event was a conference call with Fauci and Collins.
00:28:02.000 And again, a call that Redfield was not allowed to be on.
00:28:05.000 And then three months later, Shazam, they got $9 million from Dr. Fauci.
00:28:10.000 Isn't that something?
00:28:12.000 Cut 91, former CDC director, Bombshell.
00:28:16.000 Bombshell, this is illegal.
00:28:18.000 No doubt that your government funded gain of function research.
00:28:21.000 Play Cut 91.
00:28:23.000 Dr. Fauci was affirmatively told in an email that NIAID had a monetary relationship with the Wuhan Institute through EcoHealth Alliance.
00:28:34.000 He was told this in January 27th of 2020.
00:28:37.000 Do you think that Dr. Fauci intentionally lied under oath to Senator Paul when he vehemently denied NIH's funding of gain of function research?
00:28:45.000 I think there's no doubt that NIH was funding gain of function research.
00:28:48.000 Is it likely that American tax dollars funded the gain of function research that created this virus?
00:28:53.000 I think it did, not only from NIH, but from the State Department, USAID, and from DOD.
00:28:59.000 I can't tell you how big this is, everybody.
00:29:01.000 I was called a conspiracy theorist.
00:29:03.000 I was kicked off social media.
00:29:04.000 I was smeared.
00:29:05.000 I was slandered.
00:29:06.000 Tucker was all of us because we would say, hey, you know, our government is funding gain of function research.
00:29:11.000 And we would just be obliterated.
00:29:14.000 And now you have the former head of the CDC.
00:29:16.000 This is not just some schlep that they picked off off the side of the street that stayed at a Holiday and Express last night.
00:29:21.000 This is not just some random guy that has some theories.
00:29:24.000 The head of the CDC is saying the Department of Defense, the State Department, NAID, NIH is involved in gain of function research, which then it begs the question: are they still involved in gain of function research?
00:29:39.000 The answer is, of course, they are.
00:29:41.000 Even though it is illegal for them to do it.
00:29:43.000 So they outsource it to China.
00:29:44.000 They go to another country.
00:29:45.000 They do it in the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
00:29:47.000 Was the virus leaked intentionally or unintentionally?
00:29:50.000 We may never know, but it certainly came from the laboratory.
00:29:53.000 It didn't come from some bat in the Himalayas like they try to tell us and lie to us and propagandize to us.
00:29:59.000 This is massive stuff.
00:30:00.000 Congress is doing its job.
00:30:02.000 And the Democrats are just kind of sitting there keeping their mouth shut.
00:30:06.000 They're such a joke.
00:30:06.000 What a fraud the Democrat Party is to the country.
00:30:10.000 When I say that I don't think the Democrats love America the way we do, I look at this way.
00:30:16.000 You think it's okay that we're funding gain of function research?
00:30:19.000 You could have a super pathogen that could kill tens of millions of people, but no, can't criticize science.
00:30:24.000 Give me a break.
00:30:28.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
