00:01:57.000 This was about the Smithsonian as an American institution that has been so deeply and thoroughly ideologically captured by the left.

00:02:06.000 For the past several years, the Smithsonian has been pushing left wing exhibits, left wing ideologies.

00:02:13.000 They've infused their entire museum really with a form of sort of cultural Marxism that looks at history through the lens of migration and through sexuality and through things that have nothing really seriously or directly to do with history.

00:02:32.000 And you can see that practically in exhibits that they put up where they'll show pictures of a man wearing bondage gear, you know, showing off all kinds of sexual fetishes, where they will promote. 0.89

00:02:44.000 You know, the transgender Guatemalan activist, illegal alien who's trying to sway American elections but then downplay our founding fathers.

00:02:54.000 I mean, this is the kind of stuff that has gotten into this museum. 0.99

00:02:58.000 And our goal in Congress is to oversee this institution and ensure that American tax dollars, especially dollars that are funding this, are being well spent and that this institution is actually promoting American interests.

00:03:19.000 So any changes to bring balance to it, they act like President Trump and the Trump administration and you guys in Congress are a bunch of fascists for trying to actually present something that isn't completely demoralized about the history of America.

00:03:34.000 And that was the tell for me when I saw these clips coming through yesterday.

00:03:38.000 And I have to say, and I want to compliment you on something because it's a very difficult needle to thread as a congressman.

00:03:47.000 The team is telling me that all over social media, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, your clips go viral all the time.

00:03:55.000 But I don't perceive any bit of you that's necessarily trying to do that.

00:04:04.000 You're not doing what Jasmine Crockett does and like taking on some southern accent.

00:04:22.000 And certainly as you collect, as we do, examine evidence, create scholarships.

00:04:36.000 It certainly does to me because, as part of this white supremacy document that your organization has promoted, objectivity is a core and defining aspect of white supremacy culture.

00:05:15.000 So I remember, I recall what a lot of what this hearing was sort of referring to that white supremacy culture document that the Smithsonian had on their website where they say showing up on time, working hard, all these things are white supremacy.

00:05:30.000 So we're almost two years into the second Trump administration here.

00:05:35.000 So am I correct in understanding this stuff is still all over the place there?

00:05:40.000 Can you lay out for our listeners what is going on at the Smithsonian today?

00:05:44.000 Is this stuff just still embedded?

00:05:46.000 Yes, yes, it is.

00:05:47.000 And that's the problem.

00:05:48.000 It's that the people who are running the institution, like Director Hardig, are still there and are still calling many of the shots.

00:05:55.000 The original white supremacy document that the Smithsonian Institution had promoted, they then rescinded at one point and replaced it with another document that said basically the exact same thing objectively offensive things like objectivity is.

00:06:10.000 Evidence of white supremacy culture, politeness, things like that, that I think most Americans would find just beyond absurd.

00:06:20.000 And the point of the questioning there was to kind of highlight that.

00:06:25.000 I mean, for so long, the left got away with labeling anybody as racist or as a white supremacist based on any possible assumptions they could make or any possible groundwork.

00:06:39.000 So, saying somebody is polite, for instance, under a left wing Worldview was evidence that they're a white supremacist.

00:06:46.000 So you just ask these leftists just very directly whether that is what they believe.

00:06:52.000 And I think it really exposes and highlights how insane this is.

00:06:56.000 And that, you know, to a certain degree, I don't think they even believe some of this stuff whenever they're kind of confronted.

00:07:03.000 You said, Is it nice to be polite?

00:07:04.000 Is it important?

00:07:05.000 She goes, Yes.

00:07:16.000 The fact that I'm hearing now from you that it's still embedded in these institutions shows that how successful their long march has been.

00:07:23.000 We win a landslide victory electorally in November 2024, and this stuff is still embedded.

00:07:30.000 It's so difficult to get this stuff out.

00:07:33.000 Is this another case where technically the Smithsonian is independent and nonpartisan, and so it's been 100% politicized, and it's very difficult to undo?

00:07:42.000 Is there something we can do to fix this besides humiliating these people in Congress?

00:07:47.000 Yeah, the Smithsonian is governed by what is supposed to be kind of a nonpartisan board.

00:07:51.000 There are a few members of Congress on it, some of whom have been very helpful with us in putting together these materials.

00:07:58.000 But Congress does have the power of the purse, and we do give them money every year, so we've got leverage over them there.

00:08:04.000 And there are other ways that we can exert influence on the institution itself.

00:08:09.000 And I think that that begins with exposing some of this rot.

00:08:14.000 I think that obviously Director Hardick should be fired.

00:08:18.000 But this does show that we like to talk about woke as dead, and that sounds good, but really woke is just kind of dormant right now.

00:08:28.000 This is an ideology that the left is so married to.

00:08:31.000 And you see that in DEI, and we've got a DEI hearing in about two hours.

00:08:36.000 But you see, the left is so married to DEI and other forms of wokeness that they're not just going to give it up because the law tells them to or because it's unpopular.

00:08:46.000 This is something that we're going to have to keep fighting on.

00:08:49.000 That's so important, Congressman, that it's just dormant.

00:08:52.000 And it's especially in these places like the Smithsonian, because these people get into these positions, they're like barnacles, and most people aren't thinking about who runs the Smithsonian, but they can just sort of Go quiet, wait for the administration to turn over, and then out come the pride flags again if they win in 28.

00:09:11.000 And people need to understand the Smithsonian is basically, you need to think of it as an appendage of the academy.

00:09:18.000 These are all academics that run these things.

00:09:21.000 And so if you ever do anything to offend their sensibilities, I could see if you actually made real changes at the Smithsonian, they will all boycott instantly and say, the Smithsonian's been ruined.

00:09:32.000 It celebrates our history too much.

00:09:34.000 It doesn't talk about how Thomas Jefferson was a slave owner nearly enough.

00:13:41.000 I think, as an American that still has respect for office holders, I still say Mr. President, Mr. Vice President, even when Joe Biden was in office.

00:13:53.000 This breaks my heart as an American to see how she's so debasing the office that she holds.

00:13:57.000 Yeah, it really is sad whenever you take a step back from this.

00:14:01.000 I mean, we're holding a hearing on political bias at the Smithsonian Institution, and the best that Jasmine Crockett has to say.

00:14:09.000 Is that this is somehow a white pride rally, which is absolutely bizarre.

00:14:14.000 I mean, if, you know, what we're saying is that you shouldn't have pictures of men in bondage gear in a history museum that's open to children.

00:14:24.000 You know, the connection between that viewpoint and white pride is pretty far away from each other.

00:14:31.000 But, you know, it will probably get more of that today at the DEI hearing.

00:14:35.000 I mean, at some point, you know, the left genuinely doesn't have anything to respond to.

00:14:41.000 They know that they can't go into a hearing.

00:14:43.000 And argue that you should have extremely sexually explicit material in a children's museum because nobody's going to be on there.

00:15:02.000 So they kind of just fall back on Republicans holding a white pride rally.

00:15:14.000 If you could say the spiritual promises, it was around the campaign of President Trump in 2024 was this getting rid of DEI, extracting it from our institutions.

00:15:28.000 And give yourselves in Washington a scorecard of how we're doing so far two years into this.

00:15:34.000 Yeah, the hearing today is with the president of the American Bar Association.

00:15:39.000 Now, the American Bar Association is relevant because they give, they set accreditation standards for law schools across the country, which means they have a lot of influence over one, what admissions looks like at law schools, and they've been using that influence to promote DEI, and then two, the type of curriculum that law schools promote.

00:15:58.000 And they also, if you're going to be a member of the ABA, you have to be a part of a continuing education series.

00:16:03.000 All of those things are infused with leftism, especially with DEI.

00:16:09.000 And that's what we're going after.

00:16:10.000 And the reason that we're going after this.

00:16:13.000 Is I believe that the president has done a phenomenal job of being very clear through executive order, legally saying that DEI racial discrimination is illegal in the United States, and they've been going after universities that are still engaging in racial quotas and racial admissions processes.

00:16:33.000 But it goes back to the same concept that these racial quotas and affirmative action in DEI is something that is so ingrained.

00:16:44.000 Into colleges and universities and into the ABA, that they're not just going to change that overnight.

00:16:49.000 It's going to require constant pressure.

00:16:51.000 And what we want to do is we want to expose the ABA, but I think that there are legislative solutions that we can propose after this hearing that can reduce the ABA's authority over law schools.

00:17:04.000 And I think that's something we should pursue pretty aggressively as well.

00:17:08.000 Yeah, it's a game of whack a mole because what you'll do, what they'll do is they'll change the name of their DEI.

00:20:14.000 Just so everybody understands, Andy Biggs outperformed incumbent Governor Doug Ducey in 2018 by nearly five, six points.

00:20:26.000 So, yeah, because he did face a primary fight.

00:20:28.000 In a real primary fight, too.

00:20:29.000 Yeah, in a real primary fight.

00:20:31.000 And Doug Ducey's primary opponent in 2018 was much weaker, I would argue, than David Schweiker.

00:20:38.000 David Schweiker was kind of historically known in Arizona.

00:20:42.000 Kind of just between the tea leaves here of the election, as one of the most proficient election guys in Arizona history.

00:20:52.000 He won against an incumbent Democrat to get into Congress, a former mayor.

00:20:59.000 Way back in the day, it was a different CD.

00:21:01.000 But that was so he's been known as a political genius, kind of iconic for a long time.

00:21:07.000 It's been a long fall from grace, obviously, for David Schweikert.

00:21:11.000 A lot of people last night said, He made a terrible, terrible mistake by stepping down running for CD1 because he had the CD1 race.

00:21:17.000 He could have just run for reelection and he would have had all the support in the world.

00:21:22.000 But, you know, sometimes politics gets the better of people.

00:21:26.000 He decided to run.

00:21:27.000 We tried to tell him, like, hey, you know, Andy Biggs is very popular.

00:21:30.000 He's a very popular guy.

00:21:31.000 And again, that was showcased.

00:21:33.000 Down ballot, everything else was also showcased.

00:21:36.000 So every person that turning point at a statewide level endorsed, that includes Alex Culloden for Secretary of State.

00:21:45.000 Against the former AZGOP chair, Gina Svoboda, who had been endorsed by Trump for other things.

00:21:51.000 Kimberly Yee, who was the top vote getter in 2022 for treasurer, she is running for superintendent.

00:21:57.000 She actually knocked out an incumbent, Tom Horn, who people had some concerns with him protecting school choice.

00:22:04.000 Andy is going to make that a hallmark of his run.

00:22:08.000 Elijah Norton, who's been a longtime backer of Turning Point, former treasurer for the AZGOP.

00:22:15.000 And the last one that we were kind of waiting on was Dr. Ralph Heap.

00:22:19.000 So, Corporation Commission is part of what sets the rates for the other big utility company in Arizona.

00:22:27.000 And the left, we've talked about this a lot on the show.

00:22:29.000 Yeah.

00:22:30.000 Solidly predicted.

00:22:31.000 And then there's the.

00:22:32.000 There's APS, which is the other one in Arizona.

00:22:34.000 So, Arizona's really just two big utility companies.

00:22:38.000 They set the rates for the other big utility company.

00:22:41.000 They're one of the largest influencers in politics.

00:22:45.000 Yeah.

00:22:45.000 So, I cannot state this enough.

00:22:48.000 Arizona Public Service, APS, influences elections more than any other singular entity in Arizona.

00:22:57.000 And they usually back the incumbents.

00:22:59.000 It's the safe place to be.

00:23:01.000 The two incumbents were running that were Republicans, they're running together.

00:23:05.000 And Ralph Heap was a Freedom Caucus guy, obviously the dad of Justin Heap.

00:23:10.000 We mentioned this yesterday.

00:23:11.000 He's the Maricopa County Recorder, who's super conservative, who's helped clean the voter rolls, do all those things, move Arizona in the right direction.

00:23:19.000 He was running, and a lot of people were like, Ah, there's no way that he has any kind of chance.

00:23:23.000 He was endorsed by Turning Point, he's the only guy that we endorsed for Corporation Commission.

00:23:27.000 And it looks like he's on a very clear pathway to be the second winner.

00:23:33.000 Vote getters.

00:23:33.000 But there's two winners.

00:23:35.000 So that was the confusion.

00:23:53.000 Now, for the audience that maybe isn't aware, she came after Tyler and the alternate elector schemes that stretch multiple states.

00:24:03.000 You go back to 2020, there was a legal question of.

00:24:09.000 So they had to do alternate electors in case the lawsuits proved to be successful.

00:24:17.000 The quick recap of that is 2020, they had screwed with elections so much.

00:24:23.000 Nobody had any kind of faith following that.

00:24:25.000 If you remember, there were about five or six states that, again, at 3 a.m., flipped from Trump to others, all within thousands of votes.

00:24:34.000 So thousands of votes gave us Joe Biden.

00:24:37.000 And, you know, Adrian Fontez, who is the Secretary of State that Alex Caldon is running against here, was at the tip of the spear of that because he was trying to send, force, send everybody a mail in ballot during COVID, which is illegal.

00:24:50.000 And the courts shut him down.

00:24:52.000 So you have three highly, you know, verging on criminalistic, you know, type Democrats that are running in Arizona.

00:25:01.000 You have Katie Hobbs, who's under investigation for corruption today for pay to play schemes.

00:25:06.000 So she's used her office to, Profit her friends, friends number one, and she's under investigation by Chris Mays, who's the AG, who's attacking political opponents, including us, for obvious reasons. 0.95

00:25:20.000 She would love for us, she would love for me to be in jail right now so that we couldn't run an election against her.

00:25:28.000 You know how insane that is?

00:25:29.000 And then third, you have Adrian Fontez, who's literally one of the most progressive voices for a secretary of state in America, trying to hijack Maricopa County.

00:25:41.000 He was the Maricopa County recorder.

00:25:42.000 Got booted out of office by voters after one election because he did so many things to screw with the elections in Arizona that people naturally, organically removed him from office.

00:25:55.000 They put in Steven Ritchie.

00:25:56.000 He was not very much better.

00:25:57.000 Now we have Justin Heap.

00:25:58.000 So within four election cycles, we have four different recorders in Maricopa County.

00:26:02.000 But Adrian Fontez is that third.

00:26:04.000 So Arizona now has locked in three conservative warriors to take out those three ultra progressives.

00:26:12.000 And this matters for the rest of America because the way that Arizona goes this election is the way that America likely goes in 2028.

00:26:20.000 And the big, I think, reveal last night with all of this is there was an ongoing question.

00:26:27.000 We played these clips last night from Charlie talking about, you know, Andy Biggs is a known conservative, right?

00:26:32.000 And the prevailing wisdom in the state of Arizona is that you needed to run a moderate in order to coalesce all the different, you know, wings of the Republican Party in this state.

00:26:42.000 Well, guess what?

00:26:43.000 Andy Biggs just had a historic.

00:26:47.000 Unifying primary victory.

00:26:49.000 Exactly.

00:26:50.000 And that tells you everything to know about where we've come.

00:26:52.000 And I think that it's worth emphasizing that because we've seen candidates who get the base very excited, but they can have an edge to them that'll make other people mad and you get a very disputed primary.

00:27:03.000 Whereas Biggs, he gets the base excited and they were excited and he sweeps the victory by 60 points.

00:27:09.000 Nobody's upset because he's a gentleman, he's a stand up guy, he's been in this state for decades, he's proven to I guess all different factions of the party that he is a man of integrity, that he is a conservative, that he means what he says.

00:27:26.000 And he's not braggadocious.

00:27:28.000 He's not brazen.

00:27:30.000 He's not, like you said, that edge.

00:27:31.000 Like he's just a good, strong man.

00:27:35.000 And people believe him when he says what he's going to do.

00:27:38.000 So, this is a huge turning point, pun intended, for the state of Arizona because we've never seen the Republican Party this united around any single candidate.

00:27:48.000 And I think that is a testament to Andy Biggs' campaign.

00:27:50.000 That's a testament to Charlie and a testament to Turning Point Actions work in this state.

00:27:54.000 And really, that's not just here in Arizona.

00:27:56.000 I mean, that is true in Arizona.

00:27:58.000 Like, within the last 40 years, Andy Biggs did something historic yesterday, but this is true across the country.

00:28:04.000 There is not a gubernatorial candidate that had more broad based support, I would argue, this election cycle that had a competitive primary against that person in any state.

00:28:15.000 Like you look at deep red states with people, incumbent governors.

00:28:20.000 I mean, you have incumbent governors that had real strong primary challenges.

00:28:23.000 We just saw this in South Dakota.

00:28:25.000 The incumbent governor basically had one of the toughest challenges and wasn't even the top vote getter in the primary election.

00:30:22.000 It'll go in the history books that Gavin Newsom became kind of the patsy for them on this.

00:30:32.000 So basically, it eliminated swing districts in every other random state.

00:30:38.000 Basically, swing districts in any state that is not currently itself a divided swing state, which Arizona is.

00:30:44.000 And the reason for that is because, in The only thing that the only states are left that have swing districts are swing states themselves because the voter rolls are so close that there's no way for the right or the left to gerrymander their way out of it.

00:31:43.000 Literally, this race, I've just had this feeling that the House is going to come down to this race.

00:31:48.000 I don't know why I feel that way, but it really, really could.

00:31:58.000 Then you have Iowa, you have Zach Nunn.

00:33:11.000 And then you have a race that was watched very closely that we actually participated in last time in CD7 with Tom Barrett, who replaced Slotkin, who ended up winning.

00:33:23.000 So, this was how crazy last election was.

00:33:26.000 Trump wins Michigan, Slotkin wins Senate, and Slotkin's.

00:33:34.000 The person that follows Slotkin, what do you call that?

00:33:37.000 Successor, yeah, successor, loses and the Republican wins in CD7.

00:33:44.000 Michigan's all over the place.

00:33:48.000 It's very interesting because right now, if the Democrats nominate DSA supported, socialist supported El Said, you have a real opportunity to see that.

00:34:09.000 Michigan was kind of known for many decades, or do you nominate a socialist, a socialist backed candidate?

00:34:17.000 Wisconsin, we mentioned Derek Van Orden, but you also have a really important governor's race there right now.

00:34:23.000 And the DSA is supporting a candidate named Hong.

00:34:27.000 She's like this little girl, totally DSA.

00:34:29.000 I mean, she is full throated, out in public, not even trying to hide it.

00:34:34.000 And Tom Tiffany, again, kind of normie guy, very similar to Andy Biggs.

00:34:39.000 So they're both Freedom Caucus guys, both kind of normie.

00:34:56.000 We think that New Hampshire is one of the most underrated Senate races with Sununu.

00:35:00.000 You have a congressional district that's there that's right on the cusp as well with Anthony DiLorenzo, who just got endorsed by the president, who's running for the same seat that Caroline ran for.

00:35:14.000 In New Hampshire.

00:35:17.000 So we got, but you're talking about New Hampshire.

00:38:47.000 Tell us, tell our viewers who was Anne Whitacombe, if I said that right, and what happened to her?

00:38:54.000 What have we learned over the last few days?

00:38:57.000 So, Anne Whitacombe has been a fixture of conservative politics in the UK for many decades, since the 1990s, in fact.

00:39:05.000 She wasn't a particularly well known figure in recent years.

00:39:08.000 She wasn't like highly visible as she was perhaps in the 2000s and 2010s, but she was still regularly on British TV.

00:39:15.000 She would advance conservative positions.

00:39:17.000 She was known for being a staunch, unwavering social conservative.

00:39:21.000 She opposed things like gay marriage and abortion.

00:39:24.000 And because of this, she was often a popular hate figure amongst liberal UK talking heads, our version of late night comedy shows, that sort of thing.

00:39:35.000 She's not someone you'd be.

00:39:38.000 And what happened in this story is she's been murdered.

00:39:43.000 She was murdered by what appears to be a radical communist.

00:39:49.000 We're just now getting more details about this, the suspect, the person who's been charged and his political viewpoints.

00:39:57.000 He attacked her at her home.

00:39:58.000 She was alone in her home in the English countryside.

00:40:05.000 And it's interesting, as you guys were talking about, how the police initially responded to it.

00:40:11.000 They didn't initially suggest it was politically motivated, they suggested it might have been a robbery gone wrong.

00:40:19.000 And the other thing they didn't do, which is very important, is they did not release the name of the suspect who has now been charged for many, many days.

00:40:28.000 And now it appears like all of his social media has, if he had social media, it's gone like this.

00:40:34.000 It's been scrubbed from the internet.

00:40:36.000 So it's making it very difficult to find out, you know, for the public to find out information about this individual.

00:40:43.000 Yeah.

00:40:43.000 So what we now have learned, and correct me if I'm wrong, but this individual obviously went out of his way, traveled some distance to commit this murder.

00:40:54.000 The weird part about it for me is that this first point you made, that she was sort of known as this staunch social conservative. 0.95

00:41:02.000 Against gay marriage, against probably all the trans insanity. 0.50

00:41:07.000 Do we have any indication yet that this is what animated her alleged killer here? 0.98

00:41:14.000 Well, we certainly know a little bit about him.

00:41:16.000 We know he had strong left wing sympathies.

00:41:18.000 There was a video circulating on social media earlier today of him speaking at a communist meetup some years ago.

00:41:26.000 And, you know, various far left literature was discovered at his house.

00:41:30.000 Not even that.

00:41:32.000 I'm looking at this, it's The Sun, so I know it's a tabloid, maybe.

00:41:36.000 They get ahead of themselves, but it says allegedly they had newspaper clippings of Nigel Farage and Reform like pinned to his wall.

00:41:44.000 Like you're thinking of like the meme from what is it?

00:41:46.000 The officer?

00:41:48.000 It always sounds like a lunatic, basically, like pinning newspaper clippings to the wall of a guy's like a hit list.

00:41:54.000 Yeah.

00:41:56.000 That's terrifying, actually, because Nigel, as we know, is the leader of Reform, which is the largest right wing political movement in the UK.

00:42:06.000 So this guy is almost fantasizing about his hit list, is what it would.

00:42:12.000 It does seem that way.

00:42:13.000 And this goes to like another point that Nigel Farage has made is that he's had to pay for private security.

00:42:20.000 And I believe the UK Home Office only recently offered to give up his security level because partly because of this murder, this murder of Anne Whitacombe, who was also, by the way, a reform spokeswoman.

00:42:34.000 So she was part of Nigel Farage's party.

00:42:36.000 There's been some speculation that Nigel Farage, that this person would have preferred to target Nigel Farage, but his Security was so good, so was too good, so that you know, Ann Widikham was sort of an easier target.

00:42:51.000 And look, also, Ann Widikham is the sort of person you'd only really know about if you're like very plugged into politics, which this person certainly was.

00:43:00.000 I'm just looking at the details in this case.

00:43:02.000 Like, in addition to it being to pray, drove a very long distance, clearly was fixated on this person.

00:43:08.000 The murder itself is horrifying, it's now coming out.

00:43:12.000 Bludgeoned her to death 21 times in the head with a hammer.

00:43:16.000 This is an almost 80 year old woman.

00:43:19.000 She was out of politics. 1.00

00:43:21.000 Out of politics.

00:43:21.000 Well, she was on TV, but yes, she was not a member of parliament for the last 15 years.

00:43:26.000 Right.

00:43:27.000 It just, I'm thinking of like the equivalent, it would be the equivalent of someone in America, Phyllis Schlafly.

00:43:32.000 She died a while ago, but if, you know, when she was in her old age, if someone had driven across the country to break into her home and murder her.

00:43:40.000 It reminds me of the White House Correspondents' Dinner where this guy was in California and he, what did he take a train and all this other stuff, like goes all the way across country to go and try and shoot up where the president is at in the White House Correspondents' Dinner.

00:43:53.000 I mean, when you see that type of distance traveled.

00:43:56.000 You know that there is a fixation on a particular target.

00:44:00.000 You have to be motivated uniquely for this person.

00:44:03.000 I think that's right.

00:44:04.000 And I think, you know, Anne Whitacombe was one of these people that if you were like a far left, you know, a far left lunatic, she would be one of the people that you'll think of who would come to mind as like a one of the most right wing people in the country, perhaps.

00:44:21.000 You know, Nigel Farage might be more prominent, but if you're like a true political obsessive, you know, she's someone you might have known about.

00:44:27.000 And as you said, the distance he traveled.

00:44:30.000 Clearly points to this being a targeted killing.

00:44:33.000 And what he also said goes to the wider point, right?

00:44:35.000 This is now a transatlantic international trend of political assassinations, three assassination attempts on the president, including during the campaign, the assassination of Charlie, of course, and so many other incidents of violence that we've been seeing in the United States, you know, attacks on ICE facilities as well, on government buildings.

00:44:59.000 And now it's crossed over to the UK as well, it seems. 0.70

00:45:03.000 And on top of that, what stands out to me, she's most known as a social conservative.

00:45:08.000 Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but social conservatism isn't that strong in the UK.

00:45:12.000 She opposed abortion, but you guys have liberal abortion laws that are not likely to change, even if reform were to win.

00:45:19.000 You guys are not going to repeal gay marriage. 0.72

00:55:00.000 But he's basically raising issues or questions he has about Charlie's assassination.

00:55:16.000 You know, I spent about 16 years in the military before I was medically retired, started off my career in the infantry, was Ranger qualified, was a sniper section leader in the infantry, and then went to the special forces selection and became a United States Army Green Beret.

00:55:29.000 Got SF sniper qualified while I was there.

00:55:31.000 I have roughly four years of combat until underneath my belt, missions against Al Qaeda, ISIS, the Taliban, Al Qaeda in Iraq, things like that.

00:55:42.000 I've seen places like East Africa, Middle East, and Ukraine before people even knew where it existed.

00:55:49.000 So you've got a pretty impressive resume there, and you understand ballistics, you understand explosives.

00:55:56.000 So I'm going to play this clip.

00:55:58.000 There's actually two clips because he's done it twice.

00:56:00.000 It's gone on Newsmax, and he said the following SOT 14.

00:56:05.000 It's not like I'm out there saying big lie or a conspiracy or someone did it.

00:56:12.000 I mean, just I've killed people closer than I saw the camera, and I've never seen a shirt move like that.

00:56:39.000 As a sniper with a bunch of kills up close and Jack having, I don't do the research on this either, but Zach has zero.

00:57:11.000 And, you know, I understand where he's coming from when I first saw it as well.

00:57:14.000 I had originally thought the shot ended up coming from behind.

00:57:17.000 And then I immediately ended up withdrawing my statement within a couple of hours based on everything that's coming out.

00:57:23.000 I have any experience in shooting people.

00:57:25.000 That's not an excuse for saying that I haven't seen anybody's shirt come up like that.

00:57:31.000 Most of the time, that's not exactly what you're paying attention to when you're in the middle of business.

00:57:36.000 But yes, he is dead wrong.

00:57:38.000 All of those statements that he's making, minus that it looks off, but once you understand terminal ballistics, you start to understand what actually ended up happening after that.

00:57:48.000 And going through military sniper courses, you get a lot on internal and external ballistics what the projectile is doing inside of the rifle once it leaves the rifle and it's flying through the air.

00:57:58.000 But once it ends up going over and impacting your intended target, that's where things start to get a little bit wonky.

00:58:04.000 And there is not a lot of information that's out there on it, but there is also a lot of information out there if you know where to look.

00:58:10.000 Specifically, when it goes down to these types of rifle cartridges and what ended up happening when they impact flesh.

00:58:17.000 So, Matt, let's dive into that because a lot of the weird theories, they've kind of taken two, I'd say, the core strands.

00:58:24.000 People essentially claiming the bullet, the 30 odd six round, would not be capable, it would have to leave an exit wound.

00:58:32.000 And so, therefore, the wound that killed Charlie could not come from that.

00:58:36.000 And then also, people, again, they're fixating on t shirts and how it moves.

00:58:40.000 Exploding mics.

00:58:40.000 To suggest, yeah, exploding microphones would do this.

00:58:44.000 So, I guess that's what your post on X that we saw dove into.

00:58:49.000 Can you dissect some of the science, the unfortunate grisly science here of why we can be confident that it was a bullet acting the way a bullet would that caused this all to happen?

00:59:01.000 Yeah.

00:59:02.000 So we can go ahead and we can get rid of the exploding microphone theory right off the bat.

00:59:05.000 That got revived by a man who goes by the name of John Bray, thoroughly debunked him.

00:59:09.000 People are welcome to go over to my X profile and take a look at the work.

00:59:12.000 At the end of the day, even half a gram of Petin, the amount of Petin that's in there in a shaped charge, explosive is work.

00:59:20.000 Equally, right?

00:59:21.000 They're basically omnidirectional when they end up going off.

00:59:23.000 And that little half gram of petan ends up exploding into a gaseous space of about 400 cubic inches instantaneously at over 8,000 meters a second.

00:59:32.000 That means that little plastic microphone underneath his shirt would have instantly been gone long before anything ended up reaching his neck.

00:59:38.000 It had blown a hole in his shirt, easily the size of that microphone.

00:59:41.000 And there'd be clear signs, clear signs of some damage to his tissue.

00:59:44.000 So that within itself didn't happen.

00:59:47.000 All right.

00:59:47.000 We can, we can just start off there.

00:59:48.000 A shape charge is not a, Magical charge has been around since the late 1800s, right?

00:59:53.000 And it's been studied ever since.

00:59:55.000 It's used in RPGs, it's used in lots of different things in the defense industry.

00:59:58.000 If there was a way to focus all the explosive energy into a single jet that doesn't have any sort of opposite and equal reaction, right?

01:00:07.000 Newton's laws of physics that we're talking about here, please let me know.

01:00:11.000 And also allow the people in the fields of physics to know that as well, because you are introducing a fourth dimension.

01:00:16.000 So, yeah.

01:00:18.000 And when we start talking about the actual projectile itself, okay, the one that we believe he used, it hasn't come out.

01:00:24.000 Wholly in the court of law yet.

01:00:26.000 So, this is speculation, but it's well based speculation based on the photographs that ended up getting shared in his pre trial.

01:00:34.000 Those most certainly appear to be Remington 150 grain core lock ammunition.

01:00:38.000 And that particular projectile for the 30 on six has been around since the late 1930s.

01:00:43.000 All right.

01:00:44.000 It doesn't use modern day bonding techniques.

01:00:46.000 It's got a soft lead point and it's got a thin copper jacket that wraps around it.

01:00:50.000 And the reason you have to have that thin copper jacket is because that lead would basically be disintegrated if you were just shooting it out at the barrel at the velocities that we shoot these things at.

01:00:58.000 That thin copper jacket also helps create a seal.

01:01:00.000 And it's actually, you know, if you were to take that projectile and measure it, it's actually slightly larger than the bore of the barrel.

01:01:05.000 So it gets squeezed down that barrel and it slightly deforms it.

01:01:09.000 And as it's being squeezed down that barrel and it slightly deforms it, you know, you have an issue that goes into the actual overall balance of the projectile itself.

01:01:18.000 These elongated projectiles are very front heavy as opposed to back heavy.

01:01:22.000 And no matter how much we'd like to, we can't perfectly balance these things out.

01:01:27.000 So with the improper balance, along with it being squeezed out the barrel, You end up getting what's called yaw that happens when this projectile is flying through the air.

01:01:35.000 That yaw causes it not to spin in a tight spiral like a football, but kind of to slightly wobble at the nose.

01:01:41.000 And depending on where that wobbles at when it ends up impacting the target, that creates different effects in terminal ballistics.

01:01:49.000 Now, this projectile itself is designed to essentially mushroom out, is the term people like to bring up.

01:01:54.000 It's designed to mushroom out its soft point.

01:01:55.000 And the reason they do that is so that they expand and it creates more drag.

01:01:59.000 Soldiers whine a lot about the 556, the green tip, the Armor penetrating rounds that we have that were standard for the military for a very long time, just zipping right through guys.

01:02:10.000 I've shot people with them and just watched them fall down and get right back up.

01:02:13.000 The reason is because you're just punching holes in them, right?

01:02:15.000 It's essentially taking an ice pick and going in there.

01:02:16.000 There's no energy transfer.

01:02:18.000 So the reason you have these is because they create much more energy transfer by opening up and biting into more meat.

01:02:25.000 That projectile itself that we just saw those pictures of that's up on the screen ends up opening up the moment it comes into contact.

01:02:31.000 Can you pull it back up, please?

01:02:32.000 Yeah.

01:02:33.000 Yeah.

01:02:34.000 Bring that up.

01:02:34.000 There we go.

01:02:34.000 So here we can see that copper jacket that is opened up.

01:02:38.000 Now, with the study that was done back in the 1960s of over 5,000 casualties from World War II and from Korea, they ended up determining that yaw ends up being the most distinguishing factor in terminal ballistics overall.

01:02:51.000 And within just three inches, all right, within just three inches of flesh, and this is using full metal jacket rounds, not ones that mushroom out and create more drag, within just three inches of flesh, it can actually tumble up to 90 degrees.

01:03:02.000 So you have that very thin copper jacket as it's mushrooming out, and then it's just going to rip apart.

01:03:07.000 And we're also talking about lead here.

01:03:09.000 Lead is a very soft metal.

01:03:12.000 In general, when it's just room temperature, it's soft.

01:03:15.000 You can pick away at it with your thumbnail.

01:03:17.000 When you shoot that thing down a barrel, it starts superheating it from the friction of the barrel.

01:03:21.000 And as it's flying through the air, all of the friction from the air also gets that round really nice and warm.

01:03:26.000 It gets really hot.

01:03:28.000 Once things start to heat up, they start to become a little bit more malleable, particularly lead and brass and copper.

01:03:33.000 So when that stuff ends up hitting, all right, it's not hitting with the full strength as it would if you were just sitting there tapping it at room temperature.

01:03:39.000 It's actually a little bit more malleable.

01:03:41.000 All of that ends up creating that jacketed yaw that goes, that energy dissipation.

01:03:46.000 That ended up taking place, that full stop within the neck, 100% is proven within this one photograph right here of how that went down.

01:03:53.000 I just want to say to the audience, I'm sorry that we're talking about this candidly.

01:03:59.000 We talked about it a lot during the preliminary hearing.

01:04:01.000 It's an unfortunate thing that we have to do because there are, and again, I'm not trying to disrespect Rob O'Neill's service.

01:04:10.000 I have a great respect for his service to the country.

01:04:16.000 Is then taken and they run with it.

01:04:19.000 And next thing you know, Erica Kirk's being accused of something heinous.

01:04:24.000 So we have to deal with the actual science and the facts.

01:06:55.000 Nate's stance on this, contrary to how everybody likes to spin it, is he actually does think that there is a chance that it could have stomped in the neck, particularly after doing this.

01:07:08.000 It was freshly killed, but it has been gutted within the neck.

01:07:22.000 The one big takeaway that he ended up saying actually, in my opinion, goes to validate the paperwork that I actually ended up publishing, which shows within the first four inches.

01:07:39.000 Now, that's without the fluid, and fluid dynamics is actually one of the most important things that goes into internal ballistics or, excuse me, terminal ballistics when it ends up striking the target.

01:09:09.000 As it's doing that, it's pushing it out of the way.

01:09:14.000 And it can compress to a point where it actually can start fires, believe it or not.

01:09:18.000 And so, as that bullet's cutting through the air, that's what it's doing.

01:09:21.000 And it's pushing and it's moving it.

01:09:22.000 When you're getting shot at, and those bullets are flying pretty close to your body, you can feel them going past you, the air being moved.

01:09:30.000 And so, what you're witnessing is that projectile goes and it impacts that neck, is that air is still moving and being pushed by that projectile up until the point of impact.

01:09:39.000 Once it does so, it's still in motion, right?

01:09:42.000 Again, we're arguing with laws of physics here, they are.

01:09:44.000 Okay, that projectile still in motion, so is that air.

01:09:47.000 It just doesn't magically stop when the projectile ends up impacting its intended target.

01:09:52.000 So that air then goes and it hits and it flows almost like water around that neck.

01:09:57.000 And what ends up happening, believe it or not, that air can actually compress as it's going around because it's hit a certain object and it's allowing it to flow around.

01:10:05.000 And that air will actually continue to compress until it comes out the other side when it dissipates.

01:10:10.000 And that's actually what happened with Charlie Kirk's shirt.

01:10:12.000 So, yeah, again, I hate even, we're not going to obviously show any of those images, but that seems to be their central.

01:10:25.000 Anybody who's flown on an airplane knows that as an object's moving forward, it pushes the air out.

01:12:02.000 One individual I saw that got shot in the face with that 9 millimeter round.

01:12:05.000 And again, it's 12 to 15 inches versus 16 to 17 inches.

01:12:09.000 Okay, a penetration of ballistics yell stopped within this guy's skull.

01:12:13.000 All right, it didn't exit his face.

01:12:14.000 It went in his cheekbone and then it stopped within his head, and roughly estimating, you know, just a couple inches worth of penetration out of that.

01:12:21.000 So 12 inches of ballistics yell, a couple inches of human flesh.
