00:00:01.000Pennsylvania, Arizona, Georgia, Dominion Voting Systems, questions we need answers to.
00:00:06.000The man that has been covering this almost more than anyone else, Kyle Becker, is here on the Charlie Kirk Show.

00:00:23.000That allows our team to expand, to have the resources we need to be able to reach millions of young people all across the country.
00:00:48.000His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:00:56.000We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:11.000A lot of you guys are emailing us, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:01:14.000How do I give back this Christmas season?
00:01:17.000Look, I know it's been a tough year, but those of us that are Christians, we are called to help and to assist regardless of the circumstances around us.
00:01:25.000Whether we had a blessed year or a tough year, it's time to step up and do something.
00:01:34.000They help kids whose parents are in prison.
00:01:37.000It's not even about the fact of what their parents did, it's the fact that the kids are alone.
00:01:42.000And the kids, if they do not hear from their parents, they're more likely to also get involved in crime in the future.
00:01:48.000So let's really communicate the love of Jesus Christ with a personalized note from their dad and an access to a Bible in either Spanish or English.
00:01:57.000And that's what the Fellowship Angel Tree program does.
00:02:00.000Last year, the Angel Tree program blessed over 300,000 children of prisoners all across America.
00:02:05.000What's so cool is that if you give directly, it doesn't go to overhead or all that stuff.
00:02:09.000It goes straight to the kid, especially this Christmas season.
00:02:14.000There's a banner on the top of it, charliekirk.com, and we are getting behind it.
00:02:18.000We're donating a little bit of money from the Charlie Kirk Show to Angel Tree because we really believe in what they're doing.
00:02:23.000There's an Angel Tree banner there on charliekirk.com.
00:02:26.000You guys can check it out and support what we are doing.
00:02:30.000And I think that's really important because for a gift of $220, you can bless 10 children of prisoners with a personalized Christmas present and a personal note from their incarcerated parent.
00:02:42.000Plus, every Angel Tree family is also given access to free, easy-to-read copy of the Bible in English or Spanish.
00:03:34.000Well, we just got the smartass response from Pennsylvania to this very serious lawsuit from Texas against Pennsylvania and three other states, Wisconsin, Georgia, and Michigan.
00:03:45.000And so six states have joined the Texas's lawsuit or petitioning to today with a motion to intervene.
00:03:52.000The same motion to intervene that we saw from President Trump yesterday to become a party to the lawsuit, not just file an amicus VRA.
00:04:00.000So, this is very serious stuff, but Pennsylvania issued, or they issued a very unserious response to this right now.
00:04:07.000Here's some of the verbiage that Pennsylvania thinks is appropriate to respond to this lawsuit, which is based on the law and not on sort of smart allocy rhetoric.
00:04:18.000So, they say that it is legally indefensible, which is fine, but then they also call it a seditious abuse of the judicial process.
00:04:27.000And we saw this from Robert Wright yesterday.
00:04:29.000He tried to characterize it as seditious for states who are representing their voters to go to the Supreme Court to ask them to adjudicate an argument that is based in the law in Article II and also in U.S. Code.
00:04:46.000So, they have an interest in this election not being not seeing their voters to be disenfranchised by these four states, which clearly changed election laws without going through the state legislature.
00:04:57.000So, you have been on top of this Dominion voting system.
00:05:02.000I'll call it that more so than anyone else.
00:05:04.000Can you just walk us through what you have discovered, some of the rightful suspicion we should have of Dominion voting systems?
00:05:11.000Build this all out for us because those tweets and that commentary you've been offering has been the most interesting to me.
00:05:19.000Well, Charlie, the first thing I want to say is that left-wing activists and the Democrats themselves were all over Dominion voting systems before the 2020 election.
00:05:31.000You know, Fox News ran something in 2016.
00:05:35.000You know, we're talking about university professors, you know, professional white hat hackers like Harry Hursty, who had DEF CON exposed the flaws, security flaws.
00:05:44.000We're talking new, like a stack of research that is verifiable.
00:05:48.000Nobody challenged it before the 2020 election.
00:05:51.000So, fast forward to the 2020 election.
00:05:54.000It only seems like it's getting worse and worse for the Dominion voting systems.
00:06:00.000That's also in Philly, not trying to just pick on Dominion voting systems in particular, but they have the most evidence right now that their systems are extremely susceptible, not just to hacking, but also election worker manipulation with the adjudication process.
00:06:19.000So, if we go to Coffey County, okay, this is a real county in Georgia, it's Coffey County.
00:06:25.000All right, they sent a notice to Brad Rappensberger, the Secretary of State, and he and basically what they're saying is they're contesting that you're certifying these election results when we have made these disturbing discoveries in the Dominion voting system software.
00:06:42.000I have a video that I shared through an associate, you know, Jesse Precy, Princey.
00:06:52.000It's election workers demonstrating how you can vote twice, you can override votes with just a touch of the button, you can do blank ballot voting, you can do all types of different voting with the adjudication process.
00:07:06.000Now, adjudication is a way for election workers to try to determine how somebody probably meant to vote with some kind of ballot smudges or mismarkings or something.
00:07:17.000You do this on the marginal side of things.
00:07:19.000They have almost 200,000 adjudications between Fulton County and Gwynnett County.
00:07:26.000This is just a monstrous affront to the voters of Georgia and to the voters nationwide.
00:07:34.000So, if you go to the, I call it the state vote farm arena video where they were captured on video and this was fake debunked.
00:07:52.000And then, what happened is election workers appear to be running stacks of ballots through the Tampa leaders, two in particular, running them through.
00:08:00.000They put them on the tabulator, run it through, go back to their computer, wait, hit something on their computer.
00:08:07.000This is where you can see in the video that I posted, you get the adjudication screen.
00:08:12.000You click, oh, I want Biden, I want these guys.
00:08:14.000And if they were doing it really fast, it would just be Biden, potentially.
00:08:19.000And that's why you would see like such a disparity where Biden was going up in the Georgia voting tabulation, but OSF wasn't, for example.
00:08:26.000You can go track this that night of November 4th into the morning of November 5th.
00:08:32.000So you can see all of this with the data too at the same time as this Fulton County video comes out.
00:08:39.000And let's not forget, the state of Georgia was sued for even doing the $106 million contract with Dominion to begin with.
00:08:46.000So there was outcry about this before the election.
00:08:49.000So not coming out of the blue on this stuff.
00:08:52.000It's not some far-fetched conspiracy theory.
00:08:56.000The Democrats themselves, the PBS, liberal media outlets, just go down the list.
00:09:02.000Bloomberg, go down the list, have pointed out the same things that I've been pointing out after the election, Charlie.
00:09:08.000This is a tweet you sent that said 20,000 ballots were received before they were mailed.
00:09:13.000What is the response from Pennsylvania when they're confronted with this evidence?
00:09:18.000This is a video where I went to the Pennsylvania database before it was removed from public use, downloaded all of it, just categorized it by the sent and the received dates.
00:09:29.000You go through and then it verifies what Epoch Times initially discovered with their report: that you have dates that are received before they were sent.
00:09:46.000So, and the thing about the mail-in ballots, and even the New York Times has said this: if you separate the signed envelope from the actual vote, you cannot trace it anymore.
00:09:59.000So, you know, you can have all these mail-in ballots, but you don't know who they voted for.
00:10:04.000You don't know, like, there's no way to really audit that.
00:10:08.000So, it's extremely, it's an extreme problematic thing.
00:10:11.000And William Barr, who seems to be AWOL throughout this entire process, said that basically we were playing with fire months ago to even have the mail-in ballot process to this extreme level.
00:10:25.000Like, we really need an attorney general to step up and provide some clarity and some leadership in this position that the country's been thrust into, trying to get decisive answers.
00:10:35.000And the Department of Justice is not really living up to its credo at this point.
00:10:42.000And some people are saying that there is no evidence of voter fraud.
00:11:34.000So like we have all these mail-in votes.
00:11:36.000They come in, they're digitally adjudicated.
00:11:39.000There's like no way to really track how those votes were without Even checking the software itself through the source code and sneezing and impounding machines and checking flash drives, checking ballots, you know, that signatures on envelopes and stuff like this to see if it adds up in the counts.
00:11:58.000So it's, you know, Arizona's extremely alarming case as well.
00:12:09.000And so it doesn't take, it only takes less than 0.2% of these votes in these states, which is like some of the closest margins in U.S. history going back to 1960 race with JFK and Nixon, another huge, usually controversial election.
00:12:26.000We're seeing some of the most thinnest margins with some of the biggest red flags about their voting system software, about the mass mail-in ballots, which you can't track.
00:12:35.000So I think all of these are legitimate questions, but I'm most excited about Texas's case because you don't have to get into the sticky issues and the nuance and the numbers and the data, which is very hard to understand.
00:12:49.000They changed the election rules unlawfully without the state legislatures, violates the Constitution.
00:12:56.000So like all of these red flags that you and I are talking about, the witness statements, like they can't be a grand cabal of what do they say about conspiracy theories?
00:13:05.000That if it takes like so many people to do a conspiracy theory, then it's probably not true.
00:13:12.000You can also flip that on the head and say, like, if you have people across all of these different states who are coming forth, signing their name on affidavit, sitting in state senates and delivering testimony with their faces and their addresses, I mean, they have the guts to do this, or a lot of the gutless blue checks on Twitter and in the mainstream media aren't putting swearing to any of this stuff.
00:13:33.000They're just basically playing armchair quarterback and trying to dismiss all of these things when they can't possibly know if it's true or false.
00:13:41.000They don't know because they weren't there.
00:13:43.000These people are swearing by it, but yet they're dismissing it.
00:13:46.000It's a complete sham, of course, as you know.
00:13:49.000What will be the Supreme Court's remedy?
00:13:52.000Because the Supreme Court might decide correctly, 5-4, but what will their remedy?
00:13:58.000Their remedy could be a good decision, but then just kicking it back down to the courts or not the courts, the states.
00:14:04.000For example, they could say, you're right, this was unconstitutional, but we're not going to go as far to as say that we're going to rule on the whole election.
00:14:12.000We're just going to rule on this rule.
00:14:15.000Your states can now decide what to do.
00:14:18.000So I just want to make sure people are understanding it's the remedy that is really unclear.
00:14:23.000I think it's very clear this was unconstitutional.
00:14:27.000Why is it that Kemp and Raffensperger didn't try to fix this themselves or try to at least have another session of the legislature?
00:14:35.000Why does Kemp have to be publicly embarrassed and sued by another state to show how weak he is?
00:14:42.000Well, this is a great question, whereas they're clearly dodging accountability for this election.
00:15:03.000The remedy is to take it right back to the state legislatures that are dodging accountability to begin with because the governors are not allowing for a special session.
00:15:12.000So there's a possibility where maybe these electors can't be seated.
00:15:17.000And this prevents Biden from getting 270.
00:15:20.000It may not be that Trump gets the electoral victory through the remedy, potentially.
00:15:26.000It's just that they cannot in good conscience seat the electors.
00:15:30.000And so what happens is, obviously, I'm sure we've been brushing up all this.
00:15:50.000We saw this happened way back with Thomas Jefferson and John Adams.
00:15:56.000So it has happened before in U.S. history.
00:15:59.000We have had like an extreme presidential election determined by the House.
00:16:04.000And so, you know, it would be, you know, really extreme remedy to it, but we've seen extremely fraudulent behavior, I believe, in these states.
00:16:17.000And also the way that they change these election rules is also fraudulent on its face.
00:16:23.000I would argue that there is no pandemic clause in the U.S. Constitution or in your state laws.
00:18:14.000Some really alarming things came out in the lawsuit where expert testimony were pointing out that Dominion voting systems has really problematic issues with its security.
00:18:27.000And just corroborating that, Texas did its own audits of Dominion Voting System and failed it three different times.
00:18:34.000The state of Louisiana, which is a neighbor of it, down in the southern region, it actually withdrew the bid, the grant, the grant on the Dominion bid and gave it to ESNS.
00:18:49.000And that's because of the suspicious way that it went through the behavior.
00:18:56.000It looked like Dominion was using corrupt methods to get its bid, get its bid approved by the state.
00:19:04.000So when you shift over to Georgia and you see like these big grants that are going to judge Georgia, let's look at just the veil of corruption around Georgia right now.
00:19:12.000China, Georgia, Georgia teaming up with China.
00:19:27.000To just target mainly blue districts in Georgia is like one of these states.
00:19:31.000So you have like this pall of corruption around Georgia that is just thick.
00:19:36.000And once you start digging into it and you start seeing these videos and all these data anomalies and you start seeing all these things within this context, Georgia looks like a complete mess.
00:19:47.000And just because it's run by Kemp and Raffensberger as the Secretary of State does not mean that they're the good guys, ipso facto.
00:19:57.000We have to really look at Republicans in all of these different states that are okay with Dominion, okay with ESNS.
00:20:04.000They're okay with all of all of these voting systems that have secret source codes and we can't look into it.
00:20:11.000This is not what democracy looks like, okay, to use the left's terminology.
00:20:18.000There's just a thick cloud of corruption around Georgia right now.
00:20:21.000And Kemp is right in the middle of it.
00:20:23.000And it's, I wish I could, you know, I'm not going to use a certain term, but he's right in the middle of this hurricane of garbage.
00:20:31.000And so, you know, the Republicans in the state of Georgia have to be really nervous right now looking at those Senate elections coming up because if they can't get accountability on this, how are they going to get accountability in those elections?
00:20:52.000And so the issue that I think a lot of us have, and where the grassroots and the base is on this, they feel increasingly disenfranchised.
00:21:03.000And it is almost a retreat to cynicism.
00:21:08.000And it's a very dangerous thing where they believe their phone calls, their donations, their commitment, their vote, their advocacy meant nothing.
00:21:18.000Instead, a small select group of ruling class elites got in the way.
00:21:23.000What gives you at least some piece that this can be remedied, not just in short term, but long term?
00:21:34.000Let's start with the short term to at least have some form of justice.
00:21:38.000Because I used to say it bluntly, and I'm sure you agree.
00:21:41.000I believe this election was completely fraudulent and stolen, soup to nuts in four states.
00:21:49.000What are the action steps, short term and long-term?
00:21:52.000Essentially, let's just assume worst case scenario, just for the sake of argument, that we don't get the remedy that we're all desperately seeking in this election.
00:22:02.000And these four states are held accountable for unlawfully changing their elections and dismissing all of these witness statements about there being fraud.
00:22:12.000So we've been in this position before, America, to some extent.
00:22:15.000When Obama came in with the Senate and the House, things were bleak in 2008.
00:22:28.000I was a board member of Tea Party Nation.
00:22:29.000I worked a political campaign where we flipped a blue district, red, that was New York 19 with Dan Hayworth.
00:22:40.000So I saw that enthusiasm and that energy.
00:22:44.000I think if they deprive us of standing in the Supreme Court and they don't provide us some remedy in the law, then what we saw in 2010 is going to be child's play.
00:22:57.000Really, we're going to see incumbents, we're going to see primaries because nobody like you, I, you know, anybody who's really paying attention to this, we're not going to be complacent about this.
00:23:08.000We are, you have to get the state legislatures to do something about these voting machines.
00:23:13.000Maryland, you know, two counties of Virginia, they're pulled this, went to all paper ballots.
00:23:50.000And so that's the one thing that we can do is just never be apathetic and always be vigilant and keep pushing them.
00:23:58.000If they feel the pressure and we start mobilizing and really get in their face and push back, you'll see them start backing off on these lockdown rules.
00:24:07.000You have to make them back up their threats.
00:24:09.000And if they are, you know, that's really gut check time for them.
00:24:14.000They count on us being complacent and passive.
00:24:17.000We have to show them that we're not complacent or passive.
00:25:09.000They did the Russia thing and all that.
00:25:11.000But with Trump, the entire base is going to say Joe Biden is an illegitimate president.
00:25:17.000And I'm not saying that's a healthy thing.
00:25:18.000I'm just saying that's the new state of affairs.
00:25:20.000And a lot of these Chamber of Commerce Republicans, they're basically just waiting to go back to the way things were, like open borders, pro-China, all these sorts of things.
00:25:29.000So in closing, what is this telling you or teaching you about the Republican Party?
00:25:35.000Look, we like essentially, we need to push back on the Republican Party twice as hard as we did in 2010.
00:25:44.000And that essentially means questioning them to the extent where if Donald Trump decided to run third-party candidate, he would get a serious look by a lot of people who are conservatives, independents, people who are sick of the beltway games that they're playing with the American people.
00:26:02.000The media establishment, the radical left.
00:26:08.000Donald Trump has played the role of unifier.
00:26:10.000We saw that with the rallies throughout the entire campaign where Biden was getting a few people in a car in a half empty parking lot, and he was filling up arenas full of people with enthusiasm and passion.
00:26:22.000Donald Trump could be the lightning rod that really unifies a lot of Americans and gets them pushing for the change that we deserve.
00:26:29.000This time, as an outsider who has been inside the system, has been inside of Washington, knows it inside and out, and can really spearhead, knows where to look for the critical issues and the things that we can do to mobilize to get the change we deserve.
