00:02:25.000 And if we had ethical and we had transparent elections, we might have had 55 Senate seats.

00:02:44.000 Oh, it's real simple, Charlie.

00:02:46.000 Democrats are ignoring the law, ignoring a Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruling in Philadelphia County and Bucks County and Center County and just counting illegal ballots.

00:02:57.000 These are ballots that do not have a secrecy envelope or these are ballots that do not have a date or ballots that do not have a signature.

00:03:04.000 Any way you slice it, these ballots are illegal.

00:03:08.000 And the Democrats are thumbing their nose at the courts and saying, I don't care what the courts say.

00:03:13.000 We're going to violate the law right out in public.

00:03:16.000 And the great irony of this, Charlie, and this is something that I've been intimately involved with since 2020, because I was on the ballot with President Trump in 2020 and PA-17 in Western Pennsylvania and Allegheny County, and I saw them do the exact same thing.

00:03:33.000 I witnessed it with my own two eyes.

00:03:36.000 And so when the media says, oh, we have, you know, these are just conspiracy theorists or election deniers, I will never be gaslit into believing anything else.

00:03:44.000 What they did in 2020 is no different than what they're doing today.

00:03:48.000 And the crazy thing about it, Charlie, is that Josh Shapiro, then attorney general of Pennsylvania, and John Fetterman, then lieutenant governor of Pennsylvania, were smugly out there every day attacking me, Donald Trump, Don Jr., or any other Republican that dared step forward and say, hey, or any other Republican that dared step forward and say, hey, what you did in Pennsylvania in 2020 violated the And guess what?

00:04:11.000 Look at what the Democrats are doing right out in the open.

00:04:14.000 If they are willing to cheat right out in the open, For the whole world to see, what do you think they will do behind closed doors?

00:04:23.000 This is how the Democrats operate.

00:04:24.000 It's what they've been doing in this country since 1864.

00:04:28.000 And Republicans, just as you said, in these battleground states, cannot back down and have to call it out over and over again because the media and the Democrats don't want us talking about this.

00:04:38.000 The whole notion of if you don't study history, you're doomed to repeat it.

00:04:42.000 That's why they don't want us talking about it.

00:04:44.000 The only way we reform this system moving forward is to look at what happened in the past, reform it moving forward.

00:04:51.000 And that's what we did here in Pennsylvania, and we're fighting the Democrats every day to stop it.

00:04:55.000 Okay, so just a very simple technical question, New York Post.

00:04:59.000 We're breaking the law to overturn McCormick's victory.

00:05:02.000 Who's the law enforcement here, though?

00:05:04.000 Is it the current Pennsylvania Attorney General?

00:05:07.000 Again, there has to be a price to breaking the law.

00:05:10.000 That is fundamental to The American justice system.

00:05:15.000 So we know they're breaking the law.

00:05:17.000 They're doing it in broad daylight.

00:05:19.000 Who controls the handcuffs in this situation?

00:05:22.000 Well, it would be the Pennsylvania Attorney General and the governor, Josh Shapiro, who, by the way, wants to be the Democrat nominee for president in 2028.

00:05:30.000 And here he is willingly and openly allowing the law to be violated in his own state because he thinks it will benefit a Democrat.

00:05:38.000 I mean, the then Attorney General was Josh Shapiro in 2020.

00:05:42.000 And Charlie, even before the election, he was already laying the groundwork to go after Republicans who challenged an election that was fraught with issues.

00:05:53.000 He was very proactive.

00:05:55.000 He was very vocal.

00:05:56.000 And back then, he was doing that because he knew that there were major issues with 2020, and he knew that Republicans would stand to benefit from it.

00:06:04.000 But now that Democrats stand to benefit from this, he's completely silent.

00:06:10.000 As is John Fetterman, who was on with Jake Tapper yesterday, saying it's only a couple hundred ballots.

00:06:16.000 Well, nothing could be further from the truth, Charlie.

00:06:18.000 It's far more than a couple hundred ballots.

00:06:20.000 The truth is it's tens of thousands of ballots.

00:06:22.000 And the court has said, or Al Schmidt, who was our Secretary of State, has said, well...

00:06:28.000 You know, the court ruled on this.

00:06:30.000 And so make sure you set those ballots aside because if another court ruling comes down, like, well, we're going to have to act on that.

00:06:37.000 It's like the court has already ruled on this.

00:06:39.000 The court has already said these ballots are illegal.

00:06:42.000 And if these county commissioners in these Democrat-controlled counties...

00:06:46.000 Are already willing to count illegal ballots right out in the open.

00:06:50.000 What hope do we have that any of these ballots will be segregated?

00:06:53.000 Because once they're thrown in, once they're separated from the secrecy envelope and lumped in with every other ballot, the chain of custody is completely broken and you can't check anything.

00:07:02.000 It's absolutely ludicrous.

00:07:04.000 And so it's going to be critical for the incoming Attorney General, Matt Gaetz, to investigate this on a national level because I don't think we have any hope of our local elected officials here in Pennsylvania.

00:07:14.000 This is legal anarchy.

00:07:16.000 And I don't like using I mean, because at some point, if everyone's in on it, if the secretary of state is in on it and the attorney general is in on it and the governor is in on it and everyone's in on it and saying they're openly ignoring the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the federal government, you know, Matt Gaetz's attorney general should just go arrest them.

00:07:38.000 And by the way, this does not go away, meaning it's not like we're going to forget about this.

00:07:43.000 Sean, would it be appropriate By February, Matt Gaetz sends in federal marshals, sends in the FBI, conducts a very quick investigation, finds that they defied the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

00:07:56.000 I mean, there has to be a federal law here at some point, right?

00:08:00.000 Well, of course.

00:08:01.000 I mean, absolutely that needs to happen.

00:08:04.000 There have to be consequences for this.

00:08:07.000 There were so many issues during 2020.

00:08:10.000 We had four years to get this right.

00:08:13.000 It's not like these elections are a surprise.

00:08:15.000 And I don't think that it would require any sort of in-depth investigation into what happened in some of these Democrat-controlled counties.

00:08:22.000 Some of these boards of elections and these commissioners in charge, Democrat commissioners in charge of these counties, are on video saying, I don't really care about the law.

00:08:32.000 And so, yeah, it would not be unprecedented for Matt Gaetz or the FBI or whoever the appropriate investigating authority would be to come in and investigate this because there absolutely have to be consequences here.

00:08:45.000 What's maddening to me, Charlie, is these Democrats, they'll be out, oh, we have to count every vote.

00:08:51.000 Count every vote.

00:08:52.000 In 2020, the Democrats sent out 30,000-plus absentee mail-in ballots to wrong addresses in my district.

00:09:01.000 The Democrats back then were like, count every ballot.

00:09:05.000 Even the ballots that were from outside the district that they knew were illegal, count every ballot.

00:09:10.000 And when you do that, it disenfranchises an actual Pennsylvania voter, and even one voter disenfranchised is too much.

00:09:19.000 And the frivolousness with which the Democrats use to disenfranchise people is absolutely ridiculous.

00:09:24.000 And the fact that they've just been silent on this issue, when it stands to benefit them, is just...

00:09:30.000 It's like you said.

00:09:31.000 It's legal anarchy, and it cannot be allowed to stand.

00:09:35.000 There have to be consequences.

00:09:37.000 Otherwise, it's going to happen down the road.

00:09:39.000 Yeah, I mean, we have the cut here.

00:09:41.000 We're going to play in a second.

00:09:42.000 This is the Bucks County Commission.

00:09:44.000 Voted to count illegal ballots defying a Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruling in a move that could only benefit Bob Casey.

00:09:51.000 One commissioner admitted that she knows it's illegal but does not care.

00:09:55.000 These people need to go to federal prison.

00:09:57.000 I want these people's names.

00:09:59.000 Again, Merrick Garland is all in favor of this.

00:10:02.000 He doesn't care.

00:10:04.000 We reject all three categories of these ballots.

00:10:09.000 Your motion is to reject or dismiss the challenges in this category in front of you?

00:10:15.000 I'm not going to second that, mostly because I think we all know that precedent by a court doesn't matter anymore in this country, and people violate laws anytime they want.

00:10:25.000 So, for me, if I violate this law, it's because I want a court to pay attention to it.

00:10:32.000 I mean, that's one of the most outrageous statements I've ever heard.

00:10:43.000 Again, you can't put up with this, guys.

00:10:45.000 If all of a sudden, like, for example, if somebody in Pima County, Arizona, says, hey, I want to be able to count ballots by illegal aliens because I want to, even though a judge says I can't.

00:10:55.000 At some point, people need to go to jail for this.

00:10:58.000 Well, Charlie, these are just the Democrat counties that we know about.

00:11:03.000 They're the ones just being open and honest about it.

00:11:05.000 A couple thousand ballots across 67 counties that are illegally counted could absolutely sway an election and sway the power in the House and the Senate.

00:11:15.000 If there aren't consequences for it, it will absolutely happen again.

00:13:12.000 I mean, you ever notice that as ballots are counted after Election Day, the longer that that process draws on, it exclusively benefits Democrats?

00:13:27.000 Dave McCormick is the United States Senator from Pennsylvania.

00:13:31.000 And by the way, we're on offense on this, Charlie.

00:13:33.000 We've got the RNC. Chairman Watley has done a great job, along with Laura Trump.

00:13:37.000 They've got four separate lawsuits in these counties doing just that.

00:13:41.000 We're also on offense trying to stop the Democrats from cheating in Pennsylvania.

00:13:45.000 And we've been on offense.

00:13:47.000 We've been very proactive even prior to the election.

00:13:50.000 We're going to continue to do that.

00:13:51.000 You know, Charlie...

00:13:53.000 Having been on the ballot twice in Pennsylvania and see how these Democrats operate and been on the ground with the grassroots almost every day for four years since 2020, this is very personal.

00:14:04.000 And people who are listening and watching can probably tell that I get really fired up about election integrity because every single day on the ground with people, people ask me, Sean, how are we going to stop the Democrats from cheating?

00:14:16.000 What are we going to do about our elections in this state?

00:14:19.000 I see how personal it is for people.

00:14:22.000 Voting in this country is a sacred process, and we have to do everything we can to protect our grassroots, protect the citizens of our Commonwealth, make sure that their voices are heard, because they chose President Trump in historic fashion.

00:14:35.000 They chose Dave McCormick in historic fashion, in a historic landslide.

00:14:39.000 Pennsylvania was the first Rust Belt state to fall, and It was because of the hard work of organizations like yours with Scott Presser.

00:14:47.000 We had a skip the line PA.vote which was an early vote and vote by mail banking operation here in Pennsylvania and Cliff Maloney and PHA, a tripartite effort.

00:14:58.000 That led us to victory here in Pennsylvania.

00:15:01.000 And we got to make sure that all the hard work of the people who move the ball down the field is honored and all the citizens in our Commonwealth who voted and showed up too big to rig, their voices are heard.

00:15:11.000 This is what this is all about.

00:15:12.000 And this is why I get so passionate about this stuff.

00:15:15.000 But at the end of the day, Charlie, Dave McCormick will be the United States Senator from Pennsylvania.

00:15:27.000 If they're willing to do this against Casey McCormick, what would they have been willing to do if Donald Trump was within the margin of 30, 40, 50,000 ballots?

00:15:37.000 Well, I'll tell you right now, if it were Republicans doing this and the situations were reversed, the Biden Department of Justice would have already intervened and started arresting people.

00:15:46.000 I mean, the Biden Department of Justice is still arresting people from the 2020 election and putting them in jail.

00:15:53.000 So, yeah, I think that this would be a very, very...

00:15:58.000 I mean, I've been saying from the very beginning that the whole concept of too big to rig...

00:16:05.000 And President Trump and allies like yourself were very smart to leverage that tagline, just get as many people to the polls as humanly possible.

00:20:50.000 Well, I mean, Charlie, you were there with me from day one back in 2015.

00:20:53.000 I mean, you did this stuff with me.

00:20:55.000 And then, you know, we won, I guess, I forget what exact date.

00:20:58.000 I guess it was November 8th, 2015, when we won.

00:21:02.000 And all of a sudden, hey, buddy, we were with you all along.

00:21:06.000 You didn't pick up my call for, you know, six months.

00:21:09.000 Then, as you and I have also discussed, you know, day one isn't actually November 8th, 2015.

00:21:16.000 Day one is actually January 7th, 2021.

00:21:20.000 Where were you on that day?

00:21:22.000 Because you could be with us before, but if you sold out, if you bought into the narrative, if you said, oh my God, it's worse than Pearl Harbor and 9-11 combined on January 7th, that's the new day one.

00:21:35.000 I mean, I put up a tweet earlier this morning basically saying, hey, Democrats, had you not been insane, had you not cheated, had you not played every game in the book, you'd be done with Trump in 60 days.

00:21:48.000 You would have had the same guys in the administration that were slow rolling him, that were doing the bidding basically of the Democrat Party or of the D.C. Uni Party and the swamp.

00:21:57.000 You'd be done.

00:21:59.000 Now, now you got four years where we know what we're doing, where we have a chance to start from scratch with people who we know are absolute warriors for the movement.

00:22:10.000 Now you're stuck with that for four years.

00:22:12.000 Now, as Billy Madison would say, now you're all in big, big trouble.

00:22:18.000 And so, you know, You think someone is an informant, you make them take a little drugs.

00:32:48.000 I'm reading news for literally 14 hours a day, constantly reading articles.

00:32:52.000 I was in a transition meeting here in Palm Beach, and part of the meeting and the briefing, somebody said, hey, just so you guys know, about 85% more or less of the federal workforce works from home and only has to come in one day a month.

00:33:10.000 In fact, of any given day, only 17% of all the federal workforce is in a federal building.

00:33:17.000 Only 6% of federal workers are working full-time in their offices.

00:33:22.000 30% are fully remote.

00:33:25.000 According to the Federal News Network survey this spring, some agencies are using less than 10% of all their space.

00:33:31.000 17 out of 24 federal agencies were only using about one quarter of their headquarter space as of 2023.

00:33:38.000 So they've expanded and extended all the COVID rules, where now a lot of these workers are now working at home, not actually doing their job, and a lot of them have other work.

00:33:48.000 So they're working as independent contractors, which is against the law.

00:33:51.000 Just for the record, it is against the law, if you work for the federal government, to take other work.

00:33:58.000 It is a permanent COVID vacation for federal workers, but only for the federal worker class.

00:34:04.000 Big tech realized this does not work, so they sent everybody back to work.

00:34:09.000 Schools realized this doesn't work, so they sent everybody back to work.

00:34:12.000 Everyone has realized that this doesn't work, except the federal government, where your taxpayer dollars, you are slaving yourself at work to write a check to the federal government so that somebody can just sit at home and not even do work.

00:34:27.000 Federal workers think they don't have to work.

00:34:30.000 So we have a $6.5 trillion budget.

00:34:34.000 And again, many of them have other jobs.

00:34:37.000 I want to just repeat that.

00:34:38.000 So they're taking money from the federal taxpayer and they're not actually doing their job because no one checks them.

00:34:44.000 And then they're going to go work as a waiter or a waitress or as an Uber driver.

00:34:49.000 You know what you call someone who sucks up resources in return for nothing?

00:34:54.000 You call them a parasite.

00:34:56.000 And that is what the federal workforce has become in many instances.

00:35:00.000 Let me read these numbers again.

00:35:49.000 We are talking about federal contractors that do nothing in unjustifiable expenses.

00:35:55.000 This is why DC during the week looks like a ghost town.

00:35:59.000 Anytime that they close the government, they don't even have to work, even if they're at home.

00:36:05.000 And many people in our audience are saying, Charlie, I had no idea about any of this.

00:36:09.000 I didn't either.

00:36:10.000 You know, Blake and other people in the chat who are very well informed said, oh, this is well known.

00:36:14.000 I disagree.

00:36:14.000 I don't think this is well known.

00:36:16.000 I don't think the majority of our audience knows that Only 17% of federal workers are coming in.

00:36:22.000 And let me just tell you how this works.

00:36:23.000 So according to the new COVID rules that the union negotiated, you have to come in for one day a month.

00:36:29.000 So the way that they do it is that almost every federal worker will find a way to buttress up the end of the month with the start of the month.

00:36:38.000 So for example, in January of 2025, I'm looking at the calendar.

00:36:42.000 That actually doesn't work very well this year because almost all of the new months are on the weekend.

00:36:47.000 But let's say that it becomes a new month on a Wednesday.

00:36:50.000 So you come in on Tuesday, Wednesday, and you don't have to come in for that whole previous month or the next month.

00:36:56.000 So you come in for two days.

00:36:58.000 Essentially, let me distill this.

00:37:00.000 Federal workers are coming into the office six times a year.

00:37:03.000 Let me say that again.

00:37:05.000 Federal workers are coming into the office six times a year.

00:37:09.000 Many of them don't even live in the D.C. area anymore.

00:37:11.000 They live in Philadelphia.

00:37:12.000 They live in New York.

00:37:13.000 They live in Florida.

00:37:15.000 And they'll just come in and road trip on up for a day, stay at a holiday inn, go in for one day, go in for another day, and they're done.

00:37:24.000 And then they have other jobs because no one's actually supervising their work.

00:37:28.000 This is one of the greatest taxpayer-funded looting operations in American history.

00:37:33.000 Donald Trump has now empowered Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy to identify this and stop it.

00:37:39.000 It's a good way to first start is, hey, you have to come into the office to work.
