00:01:41.000 52 or 53?

00:01:45.000 It should be 53 senators. 0.99

00:01:49.000 However, there is something going on in the great state of Pennsylvania to try to make it 52 senators.

00:01:55.000 The suspicion of the 2024 election all happened around Senate races.

00:02:01.000 We at Turning Point Action and the Trump campaign run by Susie and James Blair and Chris Lasavita made it too big to rig.

00:02:08.000 However, not too big to rig these Senate races.

00:02:11.000 Later in the week, we're going to have a full examination of what happened in Wisconsin.

00:02:15.000 Because that just smells to high heaven.

00:02:18.000 But first, we're still counting ballots in Pennsylvania.

00:02:22.000 This is outrageous.

00:02:24.000 Outrageous what's happening.

00:02:25.000 And if we had ethical and we had transparent elections, we might have had 55 Senate seats.

00:02:32.000 Joining us now is Sean Parnell, combat veteran, best-selling author, host of Battleground Live.

00:02:37.000 Sean, welcome to the program.

00:02:38.000 Congratulations for helping deliver Pennsylvania for the president.

00:02:41.000 Sean, walk our audience through what's happening in Pennsylvania.

00:02:44.000 Oh, it's real simple, Charlie.

00:02:46.000 Democrats are ignoring the law, ignoring a Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruling in Philadelphia County and Bucks County and Center County and just counting illegal ballots.

00:02:57.000 These are ballots that do not have a secrecy envelope or these are ballots that do not have a date or ballots that do not have a signature.

00:03:04.000 Any way you slice it, these ballots are illegal.

00:03:08.000 And the Democrats are thumbing their nose at the courts and saying, I don't care what the courts say.

00:03:13.000 We're going to violate the law right out in public.

00:03:16.000 And the great irony of this, Charlie, and this is something that I've been intimately involved with since 2020, because I was on the ballot with President Trump in 2020 and PA-17 in Western Pennsylvania and Allegheny County, and I saw them do the exact same thing.

00:03:33.000 I witnessed it with my own two eyes.

00:03:36.000 And so when the media says, oh, we have, you know, these are just conspiracy theorists or election deniers, I will never be gaslit into believing anything else.

00:03:44.000 What they did in 2020 is no different than what they're doing today.

00:03:48.000 And the crazy thing about it, Charlie, is that Josh Shapiro, then attorney general of Pennsylvania, and John Fetterman, then lieutenant governor of Pennsylvania, were smugly out there every day attacking me, Donald Trump, Don Jr., or any other Republican that dared step forward and say, hey, or any other Republican that dared step forward and say, hey, what you did in Pennsylvania in 2020 violated the And guess what?

00:04:11.000 Look at what the Democrats are doing right out in the open.

00:04:14.000 If they are willing to cheat right out in the open, For the whole world to see, what do you think they will do behind closed doors?

00:04:23.000 This is how the Democrats operate.

00:04:24.000 It's what they've been doing in this country since 1864.

00:04:28.000 And Republicans, just as you said, in these battleground states, cannot back down and have to call it out over and over again because the media and the Democrats don't want us talking about this.

00:04:38.000 The whole...

00:04:38.000 The whole notion of if you don't study history, you're doomed to repeat it.

00:04:42.000 That's why they don't want us talking about it.

00:04:44.000 The only way we reform this system moving forward is to look at what happened in the past, reform it moving forward.

00:04:51.000 And that's what we did here in Pennsylvania, and we're fighting the Democrats every day to stop it.

00:04:55.000 Okay, so just a very simple technical question, New York Post.

00:04:59.000 We're breaking the law to overturn McCormick's victory.

00:05:02.000 Who's the law enforcement here, though?

00:05:04.000 Is it the current Pennsylvania Attorney General?

00:05:07.000 Again, there has to be a price to breaking the law.

00:05:10.000 That is fundamental to The American justice system.

00:05:15.000 So we know they're breaking the law.

00:05:17.000 They're doing it in broad daylight.

00:05:19.000 Who controls the handcuffs in this situation?

00:05:22.000 Well, it would be the Pennsylvania Attorney General and the governor, Josh Shapiro, who, by the way, wants to be the Democrat nominee for president in 2028.

00:05:30.000 And here he is willingly and openly allowing the law to be violated in his own state because he thinks it will benefit a Democrat.

00:05:38.000 I mean, the then Attorney General was Josh Shapiro in 2020.

00:05:42.000 And Charlie, even before the election, he was already laying the groundwork to go after Republicans who challenged an election that was fraught with issues.

00:05:53.000 He was very proactive.

00:05:55.000 He was very vocal.

00:05:56.000 And back then, he was doing that because he knew that there were major issues with 2020, and he knew that Republicans would stand to benefit from it.

00:06:04.000 But now that Democrats stand to benefit from this, he's completely silent.

00:06:10.000 As is John Fetterman, who was on with Jake Tapper yesterday, saying it's only a couple hundred ballots.

00:06:16.000 Well, nothing could be further from the truth, Charlie.

00:06:18.000 It's far more than a couple hundred ballots.

00:06:20.000 The truth is it's tens of thousands of ballots.

00:06:22.000 And the court has said, or Al Schmidt, who was our Secretary of State, has said, well...

00:06:28.000 You know, the court ruled on this.

00:06:30.000 And so make sure you set those ballots aside because if another court ruling comes down, like, well, we're going to have to act on that.

00:06:37.000 It's like the court has already ruled on this.

00:06:39.000 The court has already said these ballots are illegal.

00:06:42.000 And if these county commissioners in these Democrat-controlled counties...

00:06:46.000 Are already willing to count illegal ballots right out in the open.

00:06:50.000 What hope do we have that any of these ballots will be segregated?

00:06:53.000 Because once they're thrown in, once they're separated from the secrecy envelope and lumped in with every other ballot, the chain of custody is completely broken and you can't check anything.

00:07:02.000 It's absolutely ludicrous.

00:07:04.000 And so it's going to be critical for the incoming Attorney General, Matt Gaetz, to investigate this on a national level because I don't think we have any hope of our local elected officials here in Pennsylvania.

00:07:14.000 This is legal anarchy.

00:07:16.000 And I don't like using I mean, because at some point, if everyone's in on it, if the secretary of state is in on it and the attorney general is in on it and the governor is in on it and everyone's in on it and saying they're openly ignoring the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the federal government, you know, Matt Gaetz's attorney general should just go arrest them.

00:07:38.000 And by the way, this does not go away, meaning it's not like we're going to forget about this.

00:07:43.000 Sean, would it be appropriate By February, Matt Gaetz sends in federal marshals, sends in the FBI, conducts a very quick investigation, finds that they defied the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

00:07:56.000 I mean, there has to be a federal law here at some point, right?

00:08:00.000 Well, of course.

00:08:01.000 I mean, absolutely that needs to happen.

00:08:04.000 There have to be consequences for this.

00:08:07.000 There were so many issues during 2020.

00:08:10.000 We had four years to get this right.

00:08:13.000 It's not like these elections are a surprise.

00:08:15.000 And I don't think that it would require any sort of in-depth investigation into what happened in some of these Democrat-controlled counties.

00:08:22.000 Some of these boards of elections and these commissioners in charge, Democrat commissioners in charge of these counties, are on video saying, I don't really care about the law.

00:08:32.000 And so, yeah, it would not be unprecedented for Matt Gaetz or the FBI or whoever the appropriate investigating authority would be to come in and investigate this because there absolutely have to be consequences here.

00:08:45.000 What's maddening to me, Charlie, is these Democrats, they'll be out, oh, we have to count every vote.

00:08:51.000 Count every vote.

00:08:52.000 In 2020, the Democrats sent out 30,000-plus absentee mail-in ballots to wrong addresses in my district.

00:09:01.000 The Democrats back then were like, count every ballot.

00:09:05.000 Even the ballots that were from outside the district that they knew were illegal, count every ballot.

00:09:10.000 And when you do that, it disenfranchises an actual Pennsylvania voter, and even one voter disenfranchised is too much. 0.92

00:09:19.000 And the frivolousness with which the Democrats use to disenfranchise people is absolutely ridiculous.

00:09:24.000 And the fact that they've just been silent on this issue, when it stands to benefit them, is just... 0.65

00:09:30.000 It's like you said.

00:09:31.000 It's legal anarchy, and it cannot be allowed to stand.

00:09:35.000 There have to be consequences.

00:09:37.000 Otherwise, it's going to happen down the road.

00:09:39.000 Yeah, I mean, we have the cut here.

00:09:41.000 We're going to play in a second.

00:09:42.000 This is the Bucks County Commission.

00:09:44.000 Voted to count illegal ballots defying a Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruling in a move that could only benefit Bob Casey.

00:09:51.000 One commissioner admitted that she knows it's illegal but does not care.

00:09:55.000 These people need to go to federal prison. 0.91

00:09:57.000 I want these people's names.

00:09:59.000 Again, Merrick Garland is all in favor of this.

00:10:02.000 He doesn't care.

00:10:03.000 Play cut 17.

00:10:04.000 We reject all three categories of these ballots.

00:10:09.000 Your motion is to reject or dismiss the challenges in this category in front of you?

00:10:14.000 Correct, yep.

00:10:15.000 I'm not going to second that, mostly because I think we all know that precedent by a court doesn't matter anymore in this country, and people violate laws anytime they want.

00:10:25.000 So, for me, if I violate this law, it's because I want a court to pay attention to it.

00:10:32.000 I mean, that's one of the most outrageous statements I've ever heard.

00:10:36.000 Diane Marseglia.

00:10:39.000 Andrew, let's tweet that out and say she needs to go to federal prison. 1.00

00:10:43.000 Again, you can't put up with this, guys.

00:10:45.000 If all of a sudden, like, for example, if somebody in Pima County, Arizona, says, hey, I want to be able to count ballots by illegal aliens because I want to, even though a judge says I can't. 0.72

00:10:55.000 At some point, people need to go to jail for this.

00:10:58.000 Well, Charlie, these are just the Democrat counties that we know about.

00:11:03.000 They're the ones just being open and honest about it.

00:11:05.000 A couple thousand ballots across 67 counties that are illegally counted could absolutely sway an election and sway the power in the House and the Senate.

00:11:13.000 There have to be consequences for it.

00:11:15.000 If there aren't consequences for it, it will absolutely happen again.

00:12:19.000 That is patriotmobile.com slash charlie or call 972-PATRIOT. Byron York tweets, 13 days after the election, an extraordinary situation in Pennsylvania.

00:12:29.000 Officials in Philadelphia and surrounding counties are ignoring the law, counting illegal ballots and openly defying anyone to stop them.

00:12:36.000 Is it going to be enough?

00:12:38.000 Sean, will McCormick end up being the U.S. Senator?

00:12:41.000 Are they just going to keep on counting ballots?

00:12:43.000 What if they just say, we want to count ballots from 2020?

00:12:46.000 I mean, nothing's stopping them.

00:12:48.000 Exactly.

00:12:49.000 I mean, exactly.

00:12:50.000 If there's no standard in place, they can count as many illegal ballots as they want.

00:12:54.000 And no, that's not hyperbole.

00:12:55.000 That's exactly what they're doing, and they're doing it right out in the open.

00:12:58.000 The truth is, is that this election was over weeks ago.

00:13:03.000 I knew on election night that there was not an honest mathematical path for Bob Casey to win.

00:13:10.000 But this is what the Democrats do.

00:13:12.000 I mean, you ever notice that as ballots are counted after Election Day, the longer that that process draws on, it exclusively benefits Democrats?

00:13:21.000 Isn't that just the, isn't that just the darndest thing?

00:13:25.000 And so, yeah.

00:13:27.000 Dave McCormick is the United States Senator from Pennsylvania.

00:13:31.000 And by the way, we're on offense on this, Charlie.

00:13:33.000 We've got the RNC. Chairman Watley has done a great job, along with Laura Trump.

00:13:37.000 They've got four separate lawsuits in these counties doing just that. 0.53

00:13:41.000 We're also on offense trying to stop the Democrats from cheating in Pennsylvania.

00:13:45.000 And we've been on offense.

00:13:47.000 We've been very proactive even prior to the election.

00:13:50.000 We're going to continue to do that.

00:13:51.000 You know, Charlie...

00:13:53.000 Having been on the ballot twice in Pennsylvania and see how these Democrats operate and been on the ground with the grassroots almost every day for four years since 2020, this is very personal.

00:14:04.000 And people who are listening and watching can probably tell that I get really fired up about election integrity because every single day on the ground with people, people ask me, Sean, how are we going to stop the Democrats from cheating?

00:14:16.000 What are we going to do about our elections in this state?

00:14:19.000 I see how personal it is for people.

00:14:22.000 Voting in this country is a sacred process, and we have to do everything we can to protect our grassroots, protect the citizens of our Commonwealth, make sure that their voices are heard, because they chose President Trump in historic fashion.

00:14:35.000 They chose Dave McCormick in historic fashion, in a historic landslide.

00:14:39.000 Pennsylvania was the first Rust Belt state to fall, and It was because of the hard work of organizations like yours with Scott Presser.

00:14:47.000 We had a skip the line PA.vote which was an early vote and vote by mail banking operation here in Pennsylvania and Cliff Maloney and PHA, a tripartite effort.

00:14:58.000 That led us to victory here in Pennsylvania.

00:15:01.000 And we got to make sure that all the hard work of the people who move the ball down the field is honored and all the citizens in our Commonwealth who voted and showed up too big to rig, their voices are heard.

00:15:11.000 This is what this is all about.

00:15:12.000 And this is why I get so passionate about this stuff.

00:15:15.000 But at the end of the day, Charlie, Dave McCormick will be the United States Senator from Pennsylvania.

00:15:20.000 Okay, well, that's comforting.

00:15:21.000 Again, I just, can we comment on this though, Sean?

00:15:24.000 Imagine if Trump was only up 50,000 ballots.

00:15:27.000 If they're willing to do this against Casey McCormick, what would they have been willing to do if Donald Trump was within the margin of 30, 40, 50,000 ballots?

00:15:37.000 Well, I'll tell you right now, if it were Republicans doing this and the situations were reversed, the Biden Department of Justice would have already intervened and started arresting people.

00:15:46.000 I mean, the Biden Department of Justice is still arresting people from the 2020 election and putting them in jail.

00:15:53.000 So, yeah, I think that this would be a very, very...

00:15:58.000 I mean, I've been saying from the very beginning that the whole concept of too big to rig...

00:16:03.000 It's actually real.

00:16:04.000 It's smart.

00:16:05.000 And President Trump and allies like yourself were very smart to leverage that tagline, just get as many people to the polls as humanly possible.

00:16:13.000 But you can bet that if this was even close, the Democrats would be pulling on every lever of power To stop, use lawfare against Republicans who were fighting to make sure that people's voices were heard.

00:16:29.000 I mean, I shudder to think what would happen would the situations be reversed.

00:16:34.000 It's absolutely ridiculous. 0.84

00:16:36.000 But again, Trump is the winner. 0.98

00:16:37.000 McCormick is the winner.

00:16:38.000 It's time to put this in the bank and just move forward as a country.

00:16:42.000 Amen.

00:16:43.000 Sean, thank you so much.

00:16:44.000 Excellent work.

00:18:37.000 Congress must reject Big Pharma's scheme to boost drug companies' profits, keep drug prices high, undermine competition in healthcare, and hike healthcare costs for American people.

00:18:47.000 Please go now to pharmawindfall.com to join this urgent fight.

00:18:51.000 Portions of Charlie Kirkshaw are brought to you in part by conservatives for lower healthcare costs.

00:18:58.000 Joining us now is Donald Trump Jr.

00:18:59.000 Don, welcome to the program.

00:19:01.000 Don, we'll play some of this tape here, but you were there at that electric entrance at UFC. It's a full cultural realignment.

00:19:10.000 Share with our audience what you experienced on Saturday evening.

00:19:13.000 Honestly, it was just epic, Charlie.

00:19:15.000 We're watching the cultural shift happen before our eyes, where MAGA, America First, however you want to look at it, has been stigmatized, it's been criticized. 0.95

00:19:24.000 If you said anything like that, you were one of the ists, you were racist, you were a misogynist, you were whatever.

00:19:30.000 Watching what happened there, Jon Jones coming out, whether you won a fight, whether you lost a fight, Bo Nickel, all coming over to my father, all embracing America, putting America first, being actually vocal and psyched about it was epic.

00:19:44.000 Then you turn on what happened on Sunday on NFL. I mean, the NFL, one of the wokest places in the world.

00:19:51.000 All the players we probably knew didn't actually buy into the nonsense put out there by leadership.

00:19:57.000 I'm watching guys do the Trump YMCA dance in the end zone time after time.

00:20:04.000 It's just incredible.

00:20:05.000 I mean, the left, they lost their minds.

00:20:08.000 Everyone knows it.

00:20:09.000 They're no longer cool, and people are embracing America first.

00:20:13.000 Across the board, every demographic, every age group, it's just spectacular to watch in real time.

00:20:19.000 Yeah, and so, Don, you've been around these fights for quite a while and you've seen, I mean, just walk through that realignment where many people thought the Trump movement was dead to rights on January 7th, 2021.

00:20:33.000 And now, look, four years later, it is the most popular.

00:20:37.000 I mean, I'm sure, Don, you can comment on this.

00:20:39.000 Friends you haven't talked to in a long time are calling, hey, Don, how you doing?

00:20:44.000 You know, I mean, everyone wants to get back in right now.

00:20:47.000 Talk about how that culture realignment occurred. 0.96

00:20:50.000 Well, I mean, Charlie, you were there with me from day one back in 2015.

00:20:53.000 I mean, you did this stuff with me.

00:20:55.000 And then, you know, we won, I guess, I forget what exact date.

00:20:58.000 I guess it was November 8th, 2015, when we won.

00:21:02.000 And all of a sudden, hey, buddy, we were with you all along.

00:21:04.000 It's like...

00:21:05.000 No, you weren't.

00:21:06.000 You didn't pick up my call for, you know, six months.

00:21:08.000 Now you're with me.

00:21:09.000 Then, as you and I have also discussed, you know, day one isn't actually November 8th, 2015.

00:21:16.000 Day one is actually January 7th, 2021.

00:21:20.000 Where were you on that day?

00:21:22.000 Because you could be with us before, but if you sold out, if you bought into the narrative, if you said, oh my God, it's worse than Pearl Harbor and 9-11 combined on January 7th, that's the new day one.

00:21:33.000 And so now we know.

00:21:35.000 I mean, I put up a tweet earlier this morning basically saying, hey, Democrats, had you not been insane, had you not cheated, had you not played every game in the book, you'd be done with Trump in 60 days.

00:21:48.000 You would have had the same guys in the administration that were slow rolling him, that were doing the bidding basically of the Democrat Party or of the D.C. Uni Party and the swamp.

00:21:57.000 You'd be done.

00:21:59.000 Now, now you got four years where we know what we're doing, where we have a chance to start from scratch with people who we know are absolute warriors for the movement.

00:22:10.000 Now you're stuck with that for four years.

00:22:12.000 Now, as Billy Madison would say, now you're all in big, big trouble.

00:22:17.000 I love it.

00:22:18.000 And so, you know, You think someone is an informant, you make them take a little drugs.

00:22:25.000 So I have to say, put 19 up on screen here.

00:22:28.000 Don, you got to explain to me how you got Bobby Kennedy to eat McDonald's.

00:22:32.000 He looks less than thrilled, by the way, at this 2 a.m.

00:22:36.000 fast food initiation.

00:22:38.000 So, Don, what's going on here?

00:22:41.000 Listen, we're just having fun.

00:22:42.000 We got done from the fights.

00:22:43.000 I mean, you know, it's the third all-nighter I've seen my father pull in like two weeks since he won when he did two all-nighters in a row.

00:22:52.000 But we got back on the plane.

00:22:53.000 He's like, we don't need to stay in New York.

00:22:54.000 Let's just go back home.

00:22:55.000 We got a lot of work to do.

00:22:57.000 You know, so that was a 3 a.m.

00:23:00.000 McDonald's run.

00:23:01.000 You know, Bobby did have some McDonald's.

00:23:04.000 We definitely had some fun with that one.

00:23:06.000 The memes about it, I mean, yeah, he definitely looks like he got his hand caught in the cookie jar with that one.

00:23:12.000 So, you know, we sort of joke, you know, Maha starts on Monday.

00:23:16.000 You know, like all good diets, you got to be able to have a cheat day every once in a while.

00:23:20.000 So it was pretty funny.

00:23:21.000 I think that's like my most viral Instagram post probably ever, actually.

00:23:25.000 You know, people just had a good time with it.

00:23:27.000 But, you know, just sitting there, You know, with Bobby, sitting there with Tulsi on the plane prior to that.

00:23:33.000 She stayed in New York.

00:23:34.000 He came back with us.

00:23:35.000 And Elon talking about the things that we're going to do.

00:23:37.000 I mean, that's where the Democrats have a real problem.

00:23:40.000 You would never have had this kind of buy-in from people with that level of expertise.

00:23:44.000 Again, whether it's Bobby, whether it's Chelsea, whether it's Elon, people from all different sides who've also taken the crap from the swamp, who don't just buy in arbitrarily to the dogma of one side or the other.

00:23:56.000 It was actually one of the most epic conversations.

00:23:59.000 I mean, you're sitting there, you know, for three hours on a plane.

00:24:02.000 You're talking about space with Elon.

00:24:04.000 I mean, it was it was incredible, man.

00:24:07.000 We have such an incredible opportunity to do something different.

00:24:11.000 To change what has failed the American public for so long.

00:24:16.000 And just do it differently.

00:24:18.000 Not have that kind of buy-in.

00:24:20.000 And you have the mandate, clearly, from the American people.

00:24:22.000 So I'm so... 0.98

00:24:24.000 The four years of crap that we went through... 0.98

00:24:27.000 Is so worth it. 0.94

00:24:29.000 It's so totally worth it to be able to have this chance to really have a complete realignment.

00:24:34.000 And again, if the Democrats hadn't lost their minds, if they had been reasonable, if they'd let it actually play out, if they didn't pull off every stop, if they didn't start the lawfare, whether it was the financial lawfare, whether it was the Lawfare in D.C. itself.

00:24:49.000 If they didn't expose their underbelly of just how evil and sick they have become, if they didn't prioritize things that don't mean anything to the average American, if they weren't out there screaming, I don't care if you can't afford your home or your groceries or your children are getting murdered by illegals. 1.00

00:25:07.000 I don't care.

00:25:08.000 We need to make sure that three-year-olds can get gender-affirming care without parental consent. 0.92

00:25:14.000 If they didn't do that...

00:25:16.000 We'd be done in 60 days.

00:25:18.000 And it would be back to business as usual.

00:25:20.000 And America would continue down their slow path towards extinction.

00:25:24.000 Now we can change all of that.

00:25:26.000 It's the greatest opportunity in American history.

00:25:29.000 It's a 1776 kind of moment.

00:25:32.000 And I'm here for all of it.

00:25:35.000 So a couple thoughts here, Don, just really quick, and then I want to get into the Senate confirmation stuff.

00:25:40.000 I've spent a little bit of time, you spent a time with Elon.

00:25:42.000 He's just this awesome guy who's a firm believer in this agenda.

00:25:46.000 Can you comment and fill our audience in on this great American patriot named Elon Musk?

00:25:52.000 Yeah, I mean, it's amazing.

00:25:53.000 When you think about all of the things that he's done, and it's not just, you know, buying Twitter and, you know, taking a $42 billion gamble to preserve free speech.

00:26:02.000 You know, when you have what he's doing in Neuralink, when you have what he's doing in Tesla, when you have what he's doing in SpaceX, what he's doing with The Boring Company.

00:26:07.000 I mean, any one of these things would have been a crowning achievement of a genius.

00:26:14.000 You know, you just had to do one of them.

00:26:16.000 This guy's doing...

00:26:17.000 He has seven things, and he's just starting.

00:26:19.000 He's young.

00:26:20.000 I mean, you have the Einstein of our era.

00:26:23.000 He's willing to step back.

00:26:24.000 He's willing to go in and look at all of government efficiency.

00:26:28.000 He's able to expose that to the American public.

00:26:31.000 And that's what scares the swamp the most.

00:26:33.000 When they see that we're literally wasting trillions of dollars for their special interests, all of it's kicked back to them.

00:26:38.000 You have a guy like that, with that kind of capacity, willing to say, you know what?

00:26:42.000 I'm going to put all these other things...

00:26:44.000 You know, partially on hold or let my teams run with them so that I can delve fully in.

00:26:50.000 It was truly, Charlie, when I say I got off the plane, I'm like, I wish we were going 20 times further.

00:26:57.000 I wish we were there for 20 hours because it was one of the most fascinating conversations I've ever had.

00:27:02.000 Totally.

00:27:03.000 A level of genius.

00:27:05.000 You can't even comprehend it.

00:27:07.000 That you rarely come in contact with.

00:27:09.000 I'll throw out some questions and I just want to listen.

00:27:12.000 Perhaps the smartest man ever and someone who took those risks has been killed by the people who used to love him, much like we did.

00:27:21.000 Now he gets it.

00:27:23.000 Having those guys, maybe with a little bit of a chip on their shoulder to say, okay, this is over.

00:27:28.000 We're now going to expose it for everyone.

00:27:30.000 And again, you don't have to do anything.

00:27:32.000 Just show the American public.

00:27:35.000 Why have you been spending $700 for a hammer, guys?

00:27:38.000 Why is that?

00:27:40.000 Why do you work for the government, but you haven't shown up to the office in five years?

00:27:44.000 How much money are you taking from other employment while you're supposed to be fully employed by the U.S. government?

00:27:50.000 Let's see all of that and get to the bottom of it.

00:27:54.000 It's going to be awesome, Charlie.

00:27:56.000 It's going to be incredible.

00:27:58.000 So Elon and Vivek are doing the Department of Government Efficiency.

00:28:01.000 Your father has been making excellent picks from Matt Gaetz to Tulsi Gabbard, Pete Hegsatz, Bobby Kennedy.

00:28:08.000 Don, what is your message to Senate Republicans that might be thinking to vote against your father's cabinet picks?

00:28:15.000 The reality is for people in the Senate, I love the new guys that have come in.

00:28:20.000 I think we're really reforming the Senate.

00:28:23.000 The Senate is where Republican values go to die.

00:28:26.000 They roll over, they appease the swamp, they would rather have a nice article written about them in the Washington Post, people who would put them in the gulags if they could otherwise. 0.93

00:28:36.000 There's really a mandate.

00:28:37.000 You only have control of the Senate because of Donald Trump.

00:28:41.000 I mean, I do think we had some great candidates, but they would not have won.

00:28:44.000 Bernie Moreno is a good friend.

00:28:46.000 He would not have beaten a 50-year veteran of the swamp, Sherrod Brown, in Ohio.

00:28:51.000 If it wasn't for Trump, that mandate, being able to ride on those coattails, that doesn't take away from Bernie, but those people have to understand.

00:28:59.000 John Thune in leadership has to understand he's only the Senate majority leader because of Donald Trump.

00:29:05.000 Without that, you'd be relegated to insignificance.

00:29:08.000 You'd be in the background.

00:29:09.000 You wouldn't have any power.

00:29:10.000 You better make sure that you're confirming his appointments because the American people sent a very clear mandate to them.

00:29:16.000 They want change.

00:29:18.000 They want to see what's going on.

00:29:19.000 It is no longer business as usual in Washington, D.C. So they better understand that.

00:29:24.000 And I hope they do.

00:29:25.000 You know, I'd gladly extend that olive branch, despite what a lot of these guys, even on our side, tried to do to me, tried to do to my father.

00:29:34.000 But they have to understand this is a movement of Donald Trump.

00:29:37.000 This is an America First movement.

00:29:39.000 This is not your 1940s Republican Party anymore.

00:29:43.000 It's different.

00:29:44.000 There's a seismic shift.

00:29:45.000 It's palpable to everyone who's watching.

00:29:47.000 And it's great to see people buy into that.

00:29:50.000 And I hope that Senate leadership truly understands that and embraces that.

00:29:53.000 And if they do, I think they're going to continue to be able to have that majority.

00:29:58.000 Their people will continue to vote for them.

00:30:00.000 Without it, if they try to slow play that, if they try to do what they did the last few years under Mitch McConnell's leadership, they're going to lose all of that power and it's going to go elsewhere.

00:30:14.000 If they don't give Trump his cabinet, there will be a backlash the likes of which Senate leadership has never seen before.

00:30:20.000 They're only in Senate leadership thanks to Donald Trump.

00:30:22.000 So the least they can do is give him what Donald Trump earned.

00:30:25.000 Don, great to see you, man.

00:30:26.000 Thanks so much.

00:30:27.000 Good to see you, Charlie.

00:30:31.000 Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here.

00:30:32.000 What an unbelievable start to 2024.

00:30:34.000 We had last month saving babies with pre-born by providing ultrasounds.

00:30:38.000 And we're doing again this year what we did last year.

00:30:41.000 We're going to stand for life because remaining silent in the face of the most radically pro-death administration is not an option.

00:30:45.000 As Sir Edmund Burke said, the only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.

00:30:50.000 And we're not going to do nothing.

00:30:52.000 Your gift to pre-born will give a girl the truth about what's happening in her body so that she can make the right choice.

00:30:58.000 $280 can save 10 babies.

00:31:00.000 $28 a month can save a baby a month all year long.

00:31:03.000 And a $15,000 gift will provide a complete ultrasound machine that will save thousands of babies for years and years to come.

00:31:09.000 And will also save moms from a lifetime of pain and regret.

00:32:33.000 Let's celebrate everybody.

00:32:34.000 We have so much to be thankful for.

00:32:36.000 This is the place to do it.

00:32:37.000 Amfest.com.

00:32:39.000 I want to...

00:32:40.000 Read a tweet, and it kind of parlays with something we said earlier.

00:32:43.000 Again, I guess this is well known, and I'm a pretty informed guy.

00:32:47.000 I do this for a living.

00:32:48.000 I'm reading news for literally 14 hours a day, constantly reading articles.

00:32:52.000 I was in a transition meeting here in Palm Beach, and part of the meeting and the briefing, somebody said, hey, just so you guys know, about 85% more or less of the federal workforce works from home and only has to come in one day a month.

00:33:10.000 In fact, of any given day, only 17% of all the federal workforce is in a federal building.

00:33:17.000 Only 6% of federal workers are working full-time in their offices.

00:33:22.000 30% are fully remote.

00:33:25.000 According to the Federal News Network survey this spring, some agencies are using less than 10% of all their space.

00:33:31.000 17 out of 24 federal agencies were only using about one quarter of their headquarter space as of 2023.

00:33:38.000 So they've expanded and extended all the COVID rules, where now a lot of these workers are now working at home, not actually doing their job, and a lot of them have other work.

00:33:48.000 So they're working as independent contractors, which is against the law.

00:33:51.000 Just for the record, it is against the law, if you work for the federal government, to take other work.

00:33:58.000 It is a permanent COVID vacation for federal workers, but only for the federal worker class.

00:34:04.000 Big tech realized this does not work, so they sent everybody back to work.

00:34:09.000 Schools realized this doesn't work, so they sent everybody back to work.

00:34:12.000 Everyone has realized that this doesn't work, except the federal government, where your taxpayer dollars, you are slaving yourself at work to write a check to the federal government so that somebody can just sit at home and not even do work.

00:34:27.000 Federal workers think they don't have to work.

00:34:30.000 So we have a $6.5 trillion budget.

00:34:34.000 And again, many of them have other jobs.

00:34:37.000 I want to just repeat that.

00:34:38.000 So they're taking money from the federal taxpayer and they're not actually doing their job because no one checks them.

00:34:44.000 And then they're going to go work as a waiter or a waitress or as an Uber driver.

00:34:49.000 You know what you call someone who sucks up resources in return for nothing? 0.99

00:34:54.000 You call them a parasite. 0.98

00:34:56.000 And that is what the federal workforce has become in many instances. 0.85

00:35:00.000 Let me read these numbers again.

00:35:02.000 Only 6% of federal workers are working full-time in their offices.

00:35:07.000 30% are fully remote.

00:35:09.000 Some agencies are using less than 10% of their space.

00:35:12.000 By the way, these numbers might be high.

00:35:14.000 It might be even lower than this.

00:35:17.000 So we are going trillions of dollars in debt to subsidize Individuals that are sitting at home taking your money.

00:35:31.000 Let's zoom out a bit.

00:35:33.000 Why is it always so hard to shut down the government?

00:35:36.000 They're not even at the office anyway.

00:35:38.000 And remember, these are non-essential workers, many of them.

00:35:43.000 When you realize and you learn the waste and the fraud of the federal government, it will take your breath away.

00:35:49.000 We are talking about federal contractors that do nothing in unjustifiable expenses.

00:35:55.000 This is why DC during the week looks like a ghost town.

00:35:59.000 Anytime that they close the government, they don't even have to work, even if they're at home.

00:36:05.000 And many people in our audience are saying, Charlie, I had no idea about any of this.

00:36:09.000 I didn't either.

00:36:10.000 You know, Blake and other people in the chat who are very well informed said, oh, this is well known.

00:36:14.000 I disagree.

00:36:14.000 I don't think this is well known.

00:36:16.000 I don't think the majority of our audience knows that Only 17% of federal workers are coming in.

00:36:22.000 And let me just tell you how this works.

00:36:23.000 So according to the new COVID rules that the union negotiated, you have to come in for one day a month.

00:36:29.000 So the way that they do it is that almost every federal worker will find a way to buttress up the end of the month with the start of the month.

00:36:38.000 So for example, in January of 2025, I'm looking at the calendar.

00:36:42.000 That actually doesn't work very well this year because almost all of the new months are on the weekend.

00:36:47.000 But let's say that it becomes a new month on a Wednesday.

00:36:50.000 So you come in on Tuesday, Wednesday, and you don't have to come in for that whole previous month or the next month.

00:36:56.000 So you come in for two days.

00:36:58.000 Essentially, let me distill this.

00:37:00.000 Federal workers are coming into the office six times a year.

00:37:03.000 Let me say that again.

00:37:05.000 Federal workers are coming into the office six times a year.

00:37:09.000 Many of them don't even live in the D.C. area anymore.

00:37:11.000 They live in Philadelphia.

00:37:12.000 They live in New York.

00:37:13.000 They live in Florida.

00:37:15.000 And they'll just come in and road trip on up for a day, stay at a holiday inn, go in for one day, go in for another day, and they're done.

00:37:24.000 And then they have other jobs because no one's actually supervising their work.

00:37:28.000 This is one of the greatest taxpayer-funded looting operations in American history.

00:37:33.000 Donald Trump has now empowered Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy to identify this and stop it.

00:37:39.000 It's a good way to first start is, hey, you have to come into the office to work.

00:37:42.000 Donald Trump can do that by executive order.

00:37:44.000 Number two, no outside work.

00:37:46.000 Number three, what you actually do here.

00:37:48.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
