00:00:44.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:45.000 Here we go.
00:00:46.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:48.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:00:50.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:53.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:57.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:58.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:00:59.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:01:07.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:16.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:19.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at AndrewandTodd.com.
00:01:28.000 We're going to get right into it.
00:01:29.000 The country that I grew up in has been dying for quite some time.
00:01:35.000 Many people say, well, Charlie, don't we get our country back easily?
00:01:38.000 Yesterday, the Rubicon was crossed.
00:01:41.000 The River Rubicon, of course, goes to the story of Julius Caesar deciding to start a Roman Civil War.
00:01:46.000 The Democrats did this.
00:01:48.000 Front page of the New York Times, Trump indicted.
00:01:51.000 There is no going back.
00:01:52.000 There is no reversing it.
00:01:53.000 We are now in a new set of circumstances.
00:01:55.000 The republic that we once enjoyed, that we celebrated, that we were appreciative of, that we were thankful for, it's over.
00:02:03.000 They decided.
00:02:04.000 They killed it.
00:02:05.000 It's not to say that the country is over, but we are in a completely new set of circumstances, a completely new scenario.
00:02:11.000 And yes, I am wearing the hat for a reason because you better believe right now that this is a direct assault, a direct attack on every single one of you.
00:02:22.000 Those of you that pay your taxes, those of you that go to church, those of you that believe that America is the greatest nation ever to exist in the history of the world, they hate you.
00:02:32.000 This was a revenge indictment.
00:02:33.000 These people are pathological.
00:02:35.000 They're petty.
00:02:35.000 They're personal.
00:02:36.000 And of course, they're political.
00:02:39.000 They hate the fact that the character that they were laughing about on SNL ever became president.
00:02:44.000 They hate the fact that Amy Coney Barrett and Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch are on the Supreme Court.
00:02:48.000 They hate the fact that he showed that the border could be secure.
00:02:51.000 The economy started to grow.
00:02:52.000 He brokered Middle East peace, kept China in check.
00:02:55.000 Putin never invaded.
00:02:57.000 Hated the fact that middle-class wages were going up.
00:03:00.000 Hated the fact that Donald Trump was creating a beautiful, diverse movement of people of all different backgrounds and ages, religions to believe in the revitalization of America.
00:03:11.000 Hated the fact that he was able to get violent crime in check.
00:03:14.000 He was going after the cartels.
00:03:15.000 No, all of this is centered on revenge.
00:03:17.000 But more than that, they want to do a Soviet-style show trial, a public humiliation.
00:03:24.000 You cannot see what happened yesterday with the indictment of Trump and be naive any longer.
00:03:29.000 And I am not an alarmist.
00:03:30.000 I'm not someone who says, oh, you know, this is time to engage in hyperbole.
00:03:34.000 The Democrats have not believed in elections for quite some time.
00:03:38.000 The 2020 election was nothing more than a ballot harvesting and ballot gathering competition, not an election.
00:03:45.000 The midterm election was the exact same thing of how much money can you spend and pour it into the midterms.
00:03:51.000 And they do not want an election in 2024.
00:03:55.000 The defenders of democracy, it repulses them that people actually have a say.
00:04:00.000 They're not the defenders of democracy.
00:04:02.000 They're defenders of corrupt Democrats.
00:04:05.000 They do not want an honest election ever again.
00:04:08.000 It threatens them.
00:04:09.000 They want a country that runs like Chicago.
00:04:12.000 And Donald Trump, I know many of you in the audience, oh, I don't like this tone.
00:04:16.000 I don't like this.
00:04:17.000 Stop it.
00:04:17.000 I don't want to hear it.
00:04:19.000 This right here is a throbbing middle finger to the founding fathers.
00:04:25.000 This right here, what we have seen happen of Donald Trump being indicted for some paperwork stuff is to show their clear contempt for the country, not just you, but for the nation.
00:04:40.000 We know they've always had it.
00:04:42.000 And Alvin Bragg is not acting independently.
00:04:44.000 Let's not believe that for a second.
00:04:46.000 Alvin Bragg is doing probably what he's told to do or he's under certain pressure.
00:04:50.000 This is not some sort of isolated thing.
00:04:52.000 No, this is a clear and present strategy.
00:04:54.000 I think there's many reasons for it.
00:04:56.000 We're going to talk about it.
00:04:57.000 For any of you that love the country, this hat, this symbol, should mean something more to you than ever before.
00:05:04.000 It should be a symbol of an unjust prosecution for a system that is crumbling in front of our eyes.
00:05:09.000 The country has now changed.
00:05:11.000 Never before in American history has a former president been indicted.
00:05:15.000 Did Donald Trump commit a violent crime?
00:05:16.000 Well, if he did commit a violent crime, he probably could have got off on a misdemeanor.
00:05:20.000 Did Donald Trump throw a Molotov cocktail at a police car?
00:05:23.000 Did Donald Trump send his son to go to China to go make millions of dollars?
00:05:27.000 Did Donald Trump fly on Jeffrey Epstein's plane to go down to Epstein Island?
00:05:33.000 Did Donald Trump lie about weapons of mass destruction and invade a sovereign country, spend a trillion dollars and have thousands of people die for a war we never should have participated in?
00:05:44.000 No, that would have been Bush and Obama and Clinton.
00:05:47.000 Those people got presidential libraries.
00:05:49.000 They get special book deals.
00:05:51.000 Those people get to be treated well in the history books.
00:05:54.000 No, no, Donald Trump committed a much greater crime.
00:05:58.000 Donald Trump committed a crime that you are not allowed to commit.
00:06:04.000 He told the truth publicly, honestly, in an unscripted way.
00:06:09.000 Donald Trump called out the fraud of the American deep state, called out the fraud of the bureaucracies, and he never backed down.
00:06:17.000 Despite the threats, despite the nonsense thrown at him, despite all the impeachments, despite the fact that there was a coup launched against him by Peter Struckstroke-Smirk and James Comey and all these people, Trump said, I'm not backing down.
00:06:31.000 Despite the fact that they went after his children, they tried to put Don Jr. in prison.
00:06:34.000 He said, I'm not backing down.
00:06:36.000 Despite the fact that they try to close down everyone of his business, he said, I'm not backing down.
00:06:39.000 They never dealt with anyone like him.
00:06:41.000 They never dealt with anyone that his negotiating posture is, I'm going to lean in.
00:06:45.000 I'm going to push harder.
00:06:46.000 I'm going to punch back twice as hard.
00:06:47.000 And yeah, they had 2020 because they had the Wuhan flu and the Fauci virus and the lockdowns and the masks, and too many Republicans went along with it, and they were able to get the Zuckerbox money and the ballots in every direction, and our laws were all messed up and screwed up.
00:07:00.000 That was not an election.
00:07:02.000 That was a drive-by shooting of the American Constitution.
00:07:05.000 And now they are very worried.
00:07:07.000 The regime is super worried that we might actually have an election in 2024.
00:07:12.000 So what?
00:07:12.000 They have to do a Soviet show trial.
00:07:15.000 Their interest in elections is over.
00:07:18.000 And what is the great crime that Trump committed?
00:07:21.000 It's not like with Obama where he sent the IRS against his political dissidents or Bill Clinton who lied repeatedly under oath.
00:07:28.000 No, no, they say it's a paperwork violation.
00:07:32.000 They say, oh, show me the man, I'll show you the crime.
00:07:34.000 You can't even say it in that way.
00:07:36.000 It's show me the man and I will invent the crime.
00:07:38.000 I will create the crime.
00:07:40.000 And the response from the regime media, New York Times, CNN, these people are bloodthirsty.
00:07:48.000 These people do not mean well.
00:07:50.000 We've been saying that repeatedly on this program.
00:07:53.000 And you know, I had some people come up to me yesterday and they said, well, Charlie, you know, how do we calm down the temperature?
00:07:58.000 You're living in the wrong time.
00:08:00.000 Go move to Cozumel or Barbados.
00:08:02.000 I'll call you when we win.
00:08:04.000 Get out of the way.
00:08:06.000 If you're a Republican and you're wondering how we turn down the temperature, you are a waste of rations.
00:08:10.000 Get out of the way.
00:08:12.000 This right here is the crossing of the Rubicon.
00:08:14.000 People don't like when you talk this way.
00:08:16.000 Guess what?
00:08:17.000 You're too weak.
00:08:18.000 You're too fragile to be in this moment.
00:08:22.000 We have no time to waste for your cattle walling right now.
00:08:25.000 This is not a time for press releases and for songs of harmony.
00:08:30.000 Sometimes the righteous, sometimes the people that do not want to participate in the arena have to suck it up and win.
00:08:39.000 The Democrats are almost encouraging us.
00:08:41.000 It's almost like they're trying to incite something.
00:08:45.000 But again, the crime of Donald Trump is winning an election he was not supposed to win and then governing in a way you're not supposed to govern, calling out the cockroaches, calling out the snakes, calling out the serpents.
00:08:56.000 It's almost like they're trying to incite another January 6th.
00:08:59.000 Do not take the bait.
00:09:00.000 Do not take the bait.
00:09:04.000 And so people are asking, well, what's the next step?
00:09:07.000 What do we do in response?
00:09:09.000 What do we do?
00:09:09.000 We're going to talk about that.
00:09:11.000 I was reflecting this morning on my drive in.
00:09:14.000 I said, boy, it's almost as if we don't have an opposition party in this country.
00:09:19.000 And we don't.
00:09:20.000 And that is the first lesson.
00:09:22.000 That is the first point of focus.
00:09:24.000 It's as if we don't control whatever it is, 27, 28 governor's mansions.
00:09:30.000 We can get it.
00:09:30.000 It's as if we don't control the House of Representatives.
00:09:32.000 It's as if we do not have attorney generals.
00:09:35.000 I can understand them doing this.
00:09:36.000 If Democrats controlled 40 governorships and every state legislature and every DA and this state has, and the country has just gone blue, you're like, okay, we're living in East Germany.
00:09:47.000 That's not the case.
00:09:50.000 We have 28 states with a Republican governor.
00:09:53.000 I bet we have 26 or 27 with Republican attorney generals.
00:09:56.000 This is not a country that's been taken over by the Democrat Party.
00:10:00.000 So where is the opposition party?
00:10:03.000 Press releases?
00:10:05.000 That's the opposition party.
00:10:07.000 That's not going to cut it.
00:10:08.000 There is no going back.
00:10:11.000 Tragically, we are now in a country that is completely different.
00:10:16.000 It's like BC and AD.
00:10:19.000 It's just changed.
00:10:21.000 And there will only be one winner.
00:10:23.000 Do you want to win?
00:10:24.000 Because most of you Republicans just want the noise to end.
00:10:28.000 Get out of the way.
00:10:30.000 We got an enemy to defeat.
00:10:34.000 Hey, everybody, this is Charlie Kirk.
00:10:35.000 We are saving babies with pre-born.
00:10:37.000 What are you doing today?
00:10:38.000 When you introduce a girl to her baby by providing an ultrasound, you are giving her the truth at the most important time in her life.
00:10:45.000 And more than 85% of the time, she will choose life.
00:10:48.000 You're also giving her access to a two-year mentorship program and a chance to receive free maternity clothes, baby clothes, diapers, parenting classes, but perhaps, and most importantly, someone to walk alongside her and be a friend during the most crucial time of her life.
00:11:03.000 $140 gives five mothers a free ultrasound.
00:11:07.000 It saves babies.
00:11:08.000 $280 can save 10 babies.
00:11:11.000 And just $28 a month can save a baby a month for less than a dollar a day.
00:11:15.000 And a $15,000 gift will provide an ultrasound machine that will save lives for years to come.
00:11:20.000 Whether you want to save one baby or five or hundreds, that opportunity is just a phone caller, click away.
00:11:25.000 I'm a donor to pre-born, and you should be too.
00:11:27.000 Call 833-850-2229 or go to preborn.org.
00:11:32.000 That is preborn.org.
00:11:36.000 The opposition party, which exists and wins elections and has public support and controls state legislatures and controls Congress, the opposition party has a choice.
00:11:48.000 And it is a difficult choice for the normie country club Republican.
00:11:54.000 All I care about is the stock market.
00:11:56.000 Oh, yeah, it's just Trump.
00:11:58.000 And I hear this all the time from moderate Republicans.
00:12:01.000 You have no idea how weak the moderate Republicans are, how they desire for an America that used to exist.
00:12:08.000 And they think it's all Trump.
00:12:09.000 They said, oh, everything was fine before Trump comes.
00:12:12.000 These people, again, I use the analogy Vichy French.
00:12:15.000 The Vichy French were Nazi collaborators in the French country thati that just wanted a nicer life for themselves.
00:12:25.000 Most Republicans are Vichy French.
00:12:28.000 So we have a difficult choice to make, and we should not celebrate it.
00:12:32.000 That's important.
00:12:33.000 This is not a new birth of freedom speech, right?
00:12:36.000 This is not a chance to say, wow, this is really a joyous time.
00:12:40.000 No, no, it is a really sobering time.
00:12:45.000 This takes prudential judgment.
00:12:47.000 This takes prudence.
00:12:48.000 This is a choice that most will fail.
00:12:51.000 And this is a choice that is bigger than Trump.
00:12:53.000 This is a choice about whether or not we preserve the Constitutional Republic and preserve the nation.
00:12:58.000 Churchill and Lincoln passed this test, by the way.
00:13:01.000 Churchill and Lincoln, two the greatest people ever to live, when faced with existential evil, both either domestically or internationally.
00:13:10.000 The choice is more complicated than this, but I'm going to try to boil it down to a very simple, easy to understand binary.
00:13:18.000 And it involves many dimensions.
00:13:20.000 But here it is.
00:13:21.000 Here's the first choice.
00:13:22.000 It's this simple.
00:13:23.000 Every Republican needs to be confronted by you, the grassroots, by if you're a donor or whatever, with a very simple binary.
00:13:30.000 There's way too much noise, abstractions, okay?
00:13:33.000 Option one, we keep doing what we are doing and issue strongly worded tweets and press releases and hope that the Democrats go away like it's a chapter of bad weather.
00:13:46.000 Oh, the thunderstorm is over us and people are going to cool down and the storm is going to pass.
00:13:53.000 The storm is going to pass, Republicans are everywhere.
00:13:57.000 That is option one.
00:13:59.000 We can keep on doing what we are doing.
00:14:02.000 Or option two, we reluctantly, but obediently to the nation, engage in the arena of lawfare and get in the arena and play to win.
00:14:14.000 Not just lawfare.
00:14:16.000 It's a top to bottom campaign.
00:14:19.000 We have to fight the way that they're fighting us.
00:14:22.000 This is not a joke.
00:14:23.000 And I know many of you know that it's not a joke.
00:14:25.000 But I can't tell you how many moderate Vichy French Republicans don't like talking like this because it's almost as if they're living in a delusion.
00:14:35.000 You know, we kind of poke fun.
00:14:36.000 We say, oh, the trans people are living in a delusion.
00:14:38.000 Some Republicans are living in a delusion.
00:14:41.000 Maybe that's why some Republicans are so pro-trans.
00:14:43.000 There's something to think about because they sympathize with delusional activity.
00:14:48.000 If I have to hear from another Republican that, well, things are going to turn out fine.
00:14:52.000 It just takes some time.
00:14:54.000 You have no idea what you're talking about.
00:14:56.000 Great nations can be captured and can fall and be taken over by tyrants in a moment.
00:15:04.000 Societies can be free and they can go to be tyrannical.
00:15:07.000 So, I mean, basically, the Republican strategy right now is press releases.
00:15:12.000 This is what we're seeing.
00:15:13.000 The strategy is press releases, that we're going to write a nice, a lot of letters.
00:15:16.000 We are letter.
00:15:18.000 We're an op-ed movement.
00:15:19.000 That's what we are.
00:15:20.000 Even though we have legitimate political power, we have an actual opposition party.
00:15:24.000 We have actual power in our country.
00:15:26.000 We're doing op-eds.
00:15:28.000 We're saying, you know, I really think this is wrong.
00:15:31.000 And this is something that is misguided and something that I really wish wouldn't happen.
00:15:38.000 Or we could say, yeah, we're going to go arrest a bunch of Democrats now.
00:15:41.000 Sorry, don't like it.
00:15:42.000 Don't celebrate it.
00:15:43.000 Don't delight in it.
00:15:44.000 But you better believe the subpoenas are coming.
00:15:45.000 The indictments are coming.
00:15:46.000 The investigations are coming.
00:15:48.000 Handcuffs are coming.
00:15:49.000 We have power.
00:15:49.000 You have power.
00:15:51.000 We're going to use it.
00:15:52.000 And I hope you guys stop.
00:15:53.000 If you don't, then we're going to arrest three for everyone that you arrest on your side.
00:15:56.000 Clinton, sorry.
00:15:57.000 Obama, sorry.
00:15:58.000 You guys are all getting investigated.
00:15:59.000 Connections with Epstein, influence peddling, outright crimes, sugar daddy payments, the bimbo squad that Clinton had.
00:16:06.000 It's all on the table.
00:16:07.000 I don't like it.
00:16:08.000 You probably don't like it, but you guys have committed a lot more crimes than we have.
00:16:12.000 Why are Republicans not saying that?
00:16:13.000 They're tap-dancing.
00:16:14.000 What a sad day for America.
00:16:15.000 Of course, it's a sad day for America.
00:16:18.000 But I'm pissed.
00:16:19.000 It's a funeral.
00:16:20.000 I get it.
00:16:21.000 What are you going to do about it?
00:16:22.000 Well, I really hope that things change.
00:16:25.000 It only changes when they're afraid that they're going to go to jail.
00:16:29.000 How about a DA in Idaho or a DA somewhere steps up and says, We're going to do some investigations.
00:16:35.000 Mutually assured destruction.
00:16:38.000 This, I do not find this to be a celebratory time, but man, I am not going to watch this beautiful country crumble because the opposition party is living in a delusion of press releases.
00:16:53.000 Look, it is time to consider a rollover of that 401k into an IRA.
00:16:59.000 The investment world is completely different in 2023, and you cannot do the same thing as last year.
00:17:04.000 Woke companies are aggressively implementing ESG.
00:17:08.000 Interest rates are going up and inflation is still lingering.
00:17:11.000 If you have over $150,000, now is the time to move your money to a biblical responsible investing strategy with my friends at PAX Financial Group.
00:17:19.000 Here's how you can connect with PAX.
00:17:21.000 Text Charlie to the number 74868.
00:17:23.000 That's it.
00:17:24.000 Just take out your phone.
00:17:25.000 Text Charlie, C-H-A-R-L-I-E to 74868.
00:17:33.000 So take out your phone.
00:17:34.000 Text Charlie to the number 74868 for biblical responsible investing.
00:17:39.000 Text Charlie to 74868.
00:17:44.000 Yeah, we're fired up today.
00:17:46.000 You better believe it.
00:17:46.000 And by the way, every single one of you, if you have any Trump paraphernalia, MAGA hats, now is the time to wear it.
00:17:51.000 Public displays of support.
00:17:53.000 You better show the left and show the world that you're going to go after him.
00:17:57.000 We lean in.
00:17:58.000 We do more.
00:18:00.000 I could tell you, I personally obviously have endorsed Trump since the very beginning for 2024, but this only intensifies my support.
00:18:08.000 This is no way.
00:18:09.000 This is not about Trump.
00:18:10.000 This is an all-out blitzkrieg, an assault, a waterboarding operation on the entire system.
00:18:18.000 The whole constitutional rule of law system.
00:18:21.000 Presumption of innocence, due process, statute of limitations, all of it.
00:18:26.000 All the tyranny the conservative movement's been warning about.
00:18:29.000 These nauseating op-eds the last 60 years.
00:18:32.000 Alexander Sholsonits and Gulag Archibelico.
00:18:35.000 How many times have I heard a Republican?
00:18:35.000 It could come here.
00:18:37.000 Well, people need to know.
00:18:40.000 Communism could come here.
00:18:41.000 It's here, everybody.
00:18:42.000 It's in our systems.
00:18:43.000 This year is the crossing of the Rubicon.
00:18:45.000 Enough that it's coming here.
00:18:46.000 Oh, it very well might one day hit our shores.
00:18:49.000 And, you know, we might have a country we don't recognize living in it right now.
00:18:53.000 Hello.
00:18:54.000 Now we got to win it back.
00:18:55.000 I'm going to tell you how.
00:18:55.000 Because the good news is we actually have public consensus and support.
00:19:00.000 I would be pessimistic and I would be negative if we did not have an opposition party that controlled so many chambers of power in this country.
00:19:08.000 The problem is we don't use it.
00:19:11.000 Some of you say, well, Charlie, there's nothing these Republicans can do.
00:19:14.000 They control the DOJ, FBI.
00:19:15.000 No, no, no, you're wrong.
00:19:16.000 This was a local DA that indicted Trump.
00:19:20.000 We have thousands of Republican sheriffs, local DAs, and we have well over 25 Republican AGs.
00:19:28.000 So this is not even about the forget the federal government, because guess what?
00:19:31.000 They just indicted Trump in a local area.
00:19:32.000 So the equivalent is this.
00:19:34.000 Okay, you indict Donald Trump in Manhattan.
00:19:37.000 We indict Bill Clinton in Court d'Alene, Idaho.
00:19:39.000 Figure it out.
00:19:41.000 Joining us now is Kash Patel.
00:19:43.000 Kash Patel is a great American.
00:19:44.000 I think he sees this the way I do.
00:19:46.000 Cash, your thoughts.
00:19:47.000 I love the fire this morning.
00:19:48.000 I think, you know, you said it on your show first.
00:19:51.000 We do not utilize the state attorney general system the way it needs to be in this country.
00:19:55.000 Why is no state attorney general prosecuting George Soros?
00:19:58.000 Are you telling me his laundry money to every political campaign he's ever participated in is crystal clean?
00:20:05.000 And forget that.
00:20:06.000 Their playbook is they don't care about the rule of law.
00:20:09.000 And I'm not saying we should discard the rule of law, but why aren't we using it?
00:20:13.000 And why aren't we going on offense?
00:20:15.000 Every state attorney general should be listed by name.
00:20:18.000 Every district attorney, every major county in our country.
00:20:20.000 And if you're not up to it, remain.
00:20:22.000 If you're not up to it, get out of the way.
00:20:23.000 Get out of the way.
00:20:24.000 And so here's a good example, Cash.
00:20:26.000 What is the big relic of the left, their religious organization, BLM?
00:20:29.000 BLM got donors from every state.
00:20:31.000 They are an outright, from based on what we understand, fraudulent charitable organization.
00:20:35.000 Where are the perp walks for Patrice Cullers?
00:20:37.000 Do something.
00:20:38.000 Show some action.
00:20:39.000 Show some action that, okay, you indict Trump.
00:20:41.000 BLM is going to get indicted in Louisiana and Arkansas.
00:20:44.000 We need action.
00:20:45.000 We need perp walks.
00:20:46.000 We need handcuffs.
00:20:46.000 We need sentencing.
00:20:47.000 We need investigations.
00:20:49.000 I don't like talking this way, but they're laughing at us because they say, oh, we get to indict you.
00:20:53.000 And you guys send press releases.
00:20:55.000 Exactly.
00:20:56.000 We done are the days where, you know, this is what I've been calling on for this Congress.
00:20:59.000 Stop sending letters.
00:21:00.000 The January 6th committee showed us the power of a congressional subpoena.
00:21:03.000 Don't issue five, issue 500 and issue them to Alvin Bragg.
00:21:08.000 Don't give him a letter that allows him to a podium on the national stage to be like, you guys are buffoons.
00:21:13.000 Alvin Bragg has basically admitted he used federal funds to bring this case against Donald Trump.
00:21:17.000 There's your hook.
00:21:18.000 And there's no more powerful subpoena right now than a congressional one because the DAs and state attorneys aren't acting.
00:21:23.000 So those guys in leadership positions in Congress have to go after Alvin Bragg and say, we want all of your evidence, all of your records, all of your finances, and you have to sit in the hot seat for days on end under oath.
00:21:36.000 You cannot avoid a congressional subpoena.
00:21:38.000 And when he deflects, wouldn't it be the irony of ironies to see a state prosecutor break federal law?
00:21:43.000 And then we go to this DOJ and say, you prosecute him just like you prosecuted Bannon and so many others for contempt of Congress.
00:21:50.000 Let's put the two-tier system of justice on blast.
00:21:54.000 And yet, Republicans are kind of saying, well, we don't have any power.
00:21:58.000 And, you know, this is a really sad day in America.
00:22:01.000 And, you know, but Cash, we have an opposition party that controls several areas of influence and power.
00:22:10.000 And it's not as if the Democrats, I mean, they burned down our country and Tifa.
00:22:14.000 There's so many things.
00:22:15.000 Yet we don't get any indictments.
00:22:16.000 We don't get any, we get like one Tifa off here and they get off easy.
00:22:22.000 I mean, this is an organized crime network that we've seen, and we can't even get our state attorney generals to look into it.
00:22:27.000 I mean, just let me just focus again on the charitable fraud of BLM.
00:22:31.000 Now, you might say, well, Charlie, I don't have jurisdiction.
00:22:33.000 No, no, they had donors from all 50 states.
00:22:35.000 So as soon as you have one donor, that immediately means you have jurisdiction immediately.
00:22:39.000 So any one of these red states, and I know these guys, Landry in Louisiana and Steve Marshall at Alabama, they're sweet.
00:22:45.000 I text with them.
00:22:46.000 I'm running out of patience.
00:22:48.000 I need to see indictments.
00:22:49.000 We need to see you come out and be like, hey, one of the reasons we're doing this is you go after President Trump.
00:22:53.000 We're going to use the rule of law.
00:22:55.000 We don't like it.
00:22:56.000 Scales of justice need to offset.
00:22:57.000 You're indicting our friends.
00:22:58.000 We're going to indict your criminals.
00:23:00.000 Game on.
00:23:00.000 We're here to win.
00:23:01.000 Welcome to the new right, Cash.
00:23:03.000 Yeah.
00:23:04.000 And the difference is we are going to win those cases if they're ever brought because, unlike the Democrats who use those laws to violate them and rig the system, we use those laws to supposedly uphold justice.
00:23:16.000 But everyone's asleep at the wheel.
00:23:18.000 You're right.
00:23:18.000 Like, where are all the people when buildings get burned in the state of Oregon or when buildings get burned in Minnesota?
00:23:24.000 Where are all the people when cop cars get lit on fire?
00:23:27.000 Where are all the prosecutors?
00:23:29.000 Where are all the state attorney generals and the district attorneys in these jurisdictions?
00:23:33.000 And a lot of them are Republicans saying, wait a second, we're going to make an example out of you.
00:23:37.000 No, no, instead, Alvin Bragg's office allows two lawyers to firebomb a New York police department And basically, have them walk out of prison when any other individual would have been sentenced to 20 years behind bars.
00:23:52.000 This is BS two-tier system of justice.
00:23:55.000 And you're right, look, Charlie, you have the platform to do it.
00:23:58.000 Get these AGs on your show, list them name by name, jurisdiction by jurisdiction, and say, will you prosecute?
00:24:04.000 And if you do that, I will help you investigate the crime in every one of those jurisdictions for free.
00:24:08.000 We bring it to the page.
00:24:09.000 Well, thank you, Cash.
00:24:10.000 And I'm going to personally text these people and call them.
00:24:12.000 And I'm going to say, look, you guys have a shot.
00:24:14.000 We're good friends.
00:24:15.000 I know you guys want to be governor.
00:24:17.000 AG basically means aspiring governor, right?
00:24:19.000 So that's all that it means, right?
00:24:22.000 And so if you're an AG of a state and you want to be governor, here's the criteria.
00:24:26.000 If we start to see purp walks out of Democrats, we'll help you out.
00:24:29.000 And I just want to reinforce this point.
00:24:31.000 I don't like talking like this.
00:24:33.000 What a sad day.
00:24:34.000 What a tragic event.
00:24:37.000 This is reluctant.
00:24:38.000 I would rather have a situation where we don't use the system of justice and, you know, in any way, shape, or form.
00:24:45.000 But I'm not going to lose cash.
00:24:47.000 I'm not going to sit idly by and watch our constitutional republic crumble.
00:24:51.000 Historically, we've been very charitable with the rule of law, but now it's time we have to be strict.
00:24:56.000 We have to use lawfare and use the instruments of power.
00:24:59.000 Alvin Bragg just sent a flurry of missiles on the conservative movement.
00:25:03.000 And the reason they think they can do it, Cash, is they think that we are too soft.
00:25:08.000 We let them.
00:25:09.000 No, we let them.
00:25:10.000 That's it.
00:25:10.000 We are soft.
00:25:11.000 You know, a lot of these instances, and you're right.
00:25:13.000 I wish we were in an environment where we weren't talking about this, but that's not where we are.
00:25:17.000 That's not the reality.
00:25:18.000 And I'm sure people are going to come after us for being all fired up today.
00:25:21.000 But if this doesn't get you fired up, they're going to come after us.
00:25:24.000 They just indicted a former president.
00:25:26.000 You can write all the media matter stories you want.
00:25:28.000 Okay.
00:25:29.000 Oh, yeah.
00:25:29.000 Yeah.
00:25:30.000 But if this doesn't get our base and our movement fired up and the people in positions of power fired up, then nothing will.
00:25:30.000 I don't care.
00:25:36.000 And I will tell you another thing.
00:25:38.000 It will tell you unequivocally who is on the side of the America First Movement and who is not.
00:25:43.000 Like the other day when Ron DeSantis came out and said he's not going to participate in the extradition process of Donald Trump.
00:25:50.000 That is cheap political theater.
00:25:52.000 There is no extradition process when the defendant doesn't fight the extradition itself.
00:25:56.000 So you can't have it both ways.
00:25:58.000 And those of you guys backing another candidate need to decide if that's your horse or not and come out publicly and say so and stop being cheeky about it because you want it both ways.
00:26:07.000 And most of these people are aspiring political candidates, like you said, but the people behind them have to force their hand and say, you are either going to act for our interest, which is what Donald Trump is leading, or you are not.
00:26:19.000 And we're going to find someone who will.
00:26:21.000 That is the difference between the left and right now.
00:26:24.000 They act and we some of the conventional weak, low testosterone commentary is: okay, this is bad, but this is going to backfire, but we can't become them.
00:26:34.000 Like we can't engage with them.
00:26:36.000 That's basically like saying somebody starts to beat you up and you're about to die and you're not allowed to defend yourself, Cash.
00:26:46.000 We have gotten to this point over years of degradation of our conservative principles.
00:26:52.000 And by saying, oh, no, no, we'll be the party of NICE.
00:26:54.000 We won't do that to you.
00:26:56.000 We're above that.
00:26:57.000 Remember, Michelle Obama is the one running around saying when they go low, we go high.
00:27:01.000 That is cheap political rhetoric.
00:27:03.000 They go lower than anyone ever does just to establish their point.
00:27:07.000 And you have to admire them for that because they are able to galvanize people like Alvin Bragg to do it.
00:27:13.000 Where are ours on the Republican side?
00:27:15.000 What have we elected you to these offices and positions for to do nothing and sit on the sidelines?
00:27:20.000 I'm sick and tired of it.
00:27:21.000 I'm going to start calling them out by name.
00:27:23.000 I'm going to find the crimes myself.
00:27:25.000 You think, Charlie, you and I run 501c3s.
00:27:28.000 You think there's not one contribution in one of the 50 states where we have a Republican AG that wasn't unlawful and deserving of an investigation?
00:27:35.000 How about the million dosoros from Soros to Bragg?
00:27:39.000 Where's the investigation?
00:27:40.000 Not even a whisper.
00:27:42.000 I mean, so you want to all of a sudden get back at Bragg?
00:27:45.000 Forget about Bragg.
00:27:46.000 He's an overweight loser, right?
00:27:48.000 Go to the guy that supports him.
00:27:50.000 Go to the funding mechanism.
00:27:51.000 You're trying to tell me, Open Society Foundation, $20 billion, all their activity, that you can't have 10 AGs say, you know what?
00:27:59.000 We're going to go and panel a criminal.
00:28:00.000 We're just going to ask questions.
00:28:02.000 It's the richest.
00:28:03.000 We're going to send subpoenas.
00:28:04.000 We're just going to send subpoenas.
00:28:06.000 What's that all about?
00:28:07.000 Oh, no, they're afraid of George Soros because they're what?
00:28:10.000 Aspiring governors and they want to be invited to football games and they don't want the bad article in the New York Times.
00:28:16.000 So they want to keep below.
00:28:17.000 So they don't actually want to go to the funding serpent, right?
00:28:21.000 Which is Soros.
00:28:23.000 And I'm not even saying Soros committed any crimes.
00:28:26.000 What I'm saying is you might as well look.
00:28:28.000 I will say BLM, I mean, it's outright charitable fraud, buying homes, all this nonsense.
00:28:33.000 That should be just line-item all.
00:28:37.000 But let's ask some questions.
00:28:38.000 Again, I want to reinforce this.
00:28:40.000 And Cash, thank you for coming on.
00:28:42.000 This is not a joyous time.
00:28:44.000 It's a necessary time.
00:28:46.000 It is necessary.
00:28:48.000 And if this talk bothers you, move to Barbados because we're here to win.
00:28:53.000 You are a waste of time.
00:28:55.000 Cash, thank you so much.
00:28:56.000 Any website you want to plug really quick?
00:28:58.000 No, just go to fightwithcash.com and go to government gangsters and get my new book.
00:29:02.000 The government doesn't want it out, but it's very timely.
00:29:04.000 I'm suing DOD to release it, governmentgangsters.com.
00:29:07.000 Donald Trump calls it the roadmap to winning 2024.
00:29:10.000 Very good, Cash.
00:29:10.000 Thanks so much.
00:29:13.000 I want to play some tape here.
00:29:15.000 This is exactly the media's plan.
00:29:17.000 As soon as you find something that's unjust, they call you an anti-Semite, racist bigot.
00:29:21.000 Here's Joe Scarborough that says you're not allowed to say that Soros backed Alvin Bragg.
00:29:25.000 Man, it would be a shame if a couple, many attorney generals go and investigate George Soros.
00:29:29.000 By the way, George Soros is not even a religious Jew.
00:29:31.000 Okay, this thing is so silly.
00:29:32.000 He's an atheist.
00:29:34.000 Let me be very clear.
00:29:35.000 We do not attack George Soros because of his atheism or because of his Judaism.
00:29:39.000 We attack George Soros because he's an evil person who wants the downfall of America.
00:29:44.000 Just read what he has published the last couple decades.
00:29:46.000 This is a thought-terminating cliche, PlayCut 115.
00:29:50.000 One more Republican that really just doesn't give a damn about the Constitution of the United States.
00:29:55.000 What's this line?
00:29:56.000 Look at the Soros back.
00:29:57.000 No, it's just Jews.
00:29:58.000 They're attacking Jewish international bankers.
00:30:02.000 It's what anti-Semites have been doing for hundreds of years.
00:30:06.000 It's Germany 1933.
00:30:09.000 But why does Ron DeSantis further embarrass himself by saying, I'm going to ignore the Constitution and I'm not going to extradite Trump to New York?
00:30:16.000 Yeah, by the way, I want to comment.
00:30:17.000 DeSantis' statement was excellent.
00:30:19.000 10 out of 10.
00:30:20.000 He did fabulous.
00:30:21.000 He said, I'm going to fight extradition.
00:30:23.000 Yeah, now Joe Scarborough is the big defender of the Constitution.
00:30:26.000 These people are so evil.
00:30:27.000 They're so Alinskyite.
00:30:29.000 And when we win and Scarborough loses, I hope they remember this.
00:30:32.000 I hope every liberal out there that is smirking, enjoying their vegan oat milk lattes, I hope you remember this day.
00:30:40.000 It might take some time for us to organize our ranks.
00:30:42.000 It might take some time for us to grow a spine.
00:30:44.000 It might take some time for all of a sudden the Republican Party to purge the low-tee.
00:30:48.000 I hope they remember this, though.
00:30:50.000 I hope they remember this day, the day that we said, we're going to win and you're going to lose.
00:30:55.000 We're going to figure it out.
00:30:56.000 We're going to use our political will.
00:30:57.000 We're going to organize our ranks.
00:30:58.000 We're going to all of a sudden increase the will and the resolve.
00:31:02.000 Just remember it.
00:31:03.000 All the smirking and all this.
00:31:05.000 And I think deep down, smart Democrats actually know this.
00:31:07.000 I think the smart Democrats actually know that they have just done something that you cannot undo.
00:31:14.000 And again, that's why they love Asa Hutchinson and they love all these moderate Republicans.
00:31:19.000 They love it.
00:31:20.000 They love these moderate Republicans because they refuse to talk the way that we're talking on this program.
00:31:26.000 Because, you know, Asa Hutchinson says, well, you know, the system matters.
00:31:29.000 And literally, Asa Hutchinson's statement, former governor of Arkansas, the gendered mutilation of children guy, he is the Walmart lobbyist.
00:31:37.000 He is the one who basically comes out and says, we have to let the process play out.
00:31:43.000 I could just see him in the Soviet Union when they're doing show trials.
00:31:47.000 Just let the process play out.
00:31:50.000 I want to play a piece of tape here.
00:31:52.000 Jason Whitlock is fired up.
00:31:55.000 It's a very powerful piece of television.
00:31:57.000 Play cut 111.
00:31:58.000 Tucker, I don't say this with pride.
00:32:00.000 I really don't.
00:32:01.000 I'm just being factual.
00:32:02.000 I've never voted.
00:32:04.000 And so I'm not saying that with pride.
00:32:06.000 I'm hardcore MAGA tonight.
00:32:08.000 I will be voting.
00:32:10.000 I am hardcore MAGA.
00:32:12.000 I've never voted.
00:32:14.000 I observed Trump.
00:32:15.000 I'm somewhat supportive of Trump.
00:32:17.000 But they have made me MAGA.
00:32:20.000 And they have made me ready for whatever is next because what they are building for young people, I can't sit by and just let it happen without raising my voice.
00:32:32.000 Look, this is an important point.
00:32:35.000 This Trump prosecution coexists with the unprecedented pro-criminal behavior in our cities, anarcho-tyranny.
00:32:42.000 Donald Trump has now, and I don't think he asked for it, I don't think he planned it, he now just represents the country.
00:32:48.000 It's that simple.
00:32:49.000 A decent country where you have a rule of law and you have a border and all of that.
00:32:53.000 And so if you're like, well, I don't like Trump's tone, then your own particular kind of tonal preferences matter more than the greatest nation ever to exist in the history of the world.
00:33:04.000 I'm not even saying Trump earned it.
00:33:06.000 I'm not saying he, it's just, he happens to be in the moment where he is now the manifestation.
00:33:11.000 It's not about personality.
00:33:12.000 It's not about any of that.
00:33:13.000 The whole thing now is about the Republic.
00:33:16.000 It's about the tradition.
00:33:18.000 It's about the system.
00:33:19.000 It's about Jefferson, Adams, Jay, Madison, Lincoln.
00:33:25.000 The whole country now is right there.
00:33:28.000 And then you say, ah, you know, I just, this is too much for me.
00:33:32.000 I get the question all the time.
00:33:33.000 Well, Charlie, how are we going to bring the country together?
00:33:37.000 How are we going to heal when we win?
00:33:39.000 And it's going to take a lot for us to win.
00:33:41.000 A lot of sleepless nights, a lot of tit-for-tat, a lot of back and forth, a lot of our side going to jail, a lot of their side going to jail, a lot of building up support.
00:33:50.000 And then we can heal the country.
00:33:51.000 There ain't no healing the country when they're doing this, everybody.
00:33:54.000 This is not healing.
00:33:56.000 This is not harmony.
00:33:57.000 By the way, the majority of New Yorkers think this is excellent.
00:34:00.000 So maybe the majority of New Yorkers might say, hey, we need to calm down when their favorite people are not able to show up at the Metropolitan Ball because they're in prison.
00:34:10.000 Then all of a sudden they might start to realize the power.
00:34:13.000 And I want to just reiterate, stay peaceful.
00:34:15.000 I'm getting a lot of emails of people that are fired up.
00:34:18.000 You got to stay peaceful.
00:34:18.000 Don't take the bait.
00:34:20.000 But boy, is it time.
00:34:22.000 The country we grew up in has ended.
00:34:25.000 A new country is born.
00:34:27.000 Who's going to control it?
00:34:28.000 If we want it, we can win.
00:34:30.000 That remains a question.
00:34:34.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
