00:01:40.000 Joining us now is the legendary Rudy Giuliani.
00:01:43.000 Rudy, before we get into the news of your disbarment, what is your reaction to Joe Biden and the last week he's had?
00:01:50.000 Just like my disbarment, fully dispected.
00:01:53.000 In fact, I've predicted, it hasn't happened yet, that he's going to do a complete collapse before it's over.
00:02:00.000 And I predicted it a year ago.
00:02:03.000 And it is based on doctors that I talk to all the time.
00:02:06.000 I put out the first podcast four years ago.
00:02:09.000 With two respected doctors, both of whom said they thought he had about two or three years before he went into, you know, I can't talk anymore, which is the end of his disease.
00:02:18.000 So he may be getting very close to that.
00:02:20.000 And so, Rudy, what do you think if we have to run up against Kamala Harris?
00:02:25.000 Do we have to adjust our campaign strategy, our messaging strategy, your thoughts?
00:02:31.000 A little bit.
00:02:32.000 I mean, we are dealing with the sensitivities of a woman, a black woman. 1.00
00:02:37.000 I think America is a little more immune to all of that racism now than it used to be in the past.
00:02:42.000 I think the way they're handling it is going to help us.
00:02:44.000 And they might as well put out a sign, you know, white don't apply. 0.90
00:02:49.000 Hispanics don't apply. 1.00
00:02:50.000 Asians don't apply. 1.00
00:02:52.000 Black white men don't apply. 0.99
00:02:54.000 We want only a black woman who is more unpopular than Biden. 1.00
00:03:00.000 That's it. 0.98
00:03:02.000 So, Rudy, let's talk about the recent news.
00:03:05.000 You recently got disbarred.
00:03:06.000 Tell us about it.
00:03:08.000 I was not unexpected.
00:03:09.000 It all started way back around January 6th when I was summarily suspended without a hearing, which is completely unconstitutional, because I was a danger of creating another riot.
00:03:21.000 They completely ignored the fact that in the District Court, in the District of Columbia, which I don't think has ever rendered a pro-Trump opinion, I was dismissed from the case.
00:03:32.000 As it's not being plausible that I was involved in that.
00:03:37.000 They've never removed the suspension as a result of it.
00:03:40.000 Let me just tell you one thing about it without going into the details.
00:03:43.000 If you follow the Mershon trial, if you follow the Angaran trial, it's exactly the same thing. 0.91
00:03:51.000 It's a judge that came out of the same crooked political system.
00:03:54.000 People should know about New York, that for almost 200 years, we are a corrupt judicial system in New York City, run by the Democrats, For the Democrats. 0.67
00:04:04.000 They are selected by the County Bars of the Democratic Party, which I kind of made my reputation by putting in jail.
00:04:12.000 Now, they're not selected by the people.
00:04:14.000 One example, Angaran has been elected three times.
00:04:17.000 Never had an opponent.
00:04:20.000 Murshan has never even been elected.
00:04:22.000 It's just the County Bars, whose father was a very, very criminal-friendly judge, let him loose Bruce.
00:04:32.000 The lawfare is unrelenting.
00:04:33.000 They're trying to put you in jail.
00:04:35.000 Steve Bannon is now in federal prison.
00:04:36.000 Peter Navarro is in federal prison.
00:04:38.000 Not only are they corrupt on matters of politics, but half of them let the criminals out to
00:04:43.000 beat the hell out of us.
00:04:46.000 The lawfare is unrelenting.
00:04:48.000 They're trying to put you in jail.
00:04:49.000 Steve Bannon is now in federal prison.
00:04:51.000 Peter Navarro is in federal prison.
00:04:53.000 What must be done to fix this?
00:04:56.000 Mr. Mayor, I mean, you know, you know, our answers in America are political, aren't they?
00:05:01.000 That's our founding fathers who we're going to be thinking about very much in a day, right?
00:05:05.000 That's why I have all this on.
00:05:08.000 It's at the ballot box. 0.97
00:05:10.000 We've got to get rid of the corrupt tyrant. 0.66
00:05:13.000 This president reaches the definition of tyrant, I think, better than any American president we've ever had. 0.87
00:05:21.000 And I don't think it's even a close comparison.
00:05:24.000 And sometimes people, you turn them off when you say that because it's hard to believe.
00:05:29.000 I think 10 years ago, I wouldn't have believed it.
00:05:31.000 But I've seen so much, a lot more than I've ever even been able to describe to people, that this guy, I mean, we might as well be living in the old Soviet Union or Nazi Germany for certain purposes.
00:05:44.000 Like if you're a Republican on trial in the District of Columbia, you're going to jail.
00:05:50.000 If you are a person who just beat up a kid, You're going out with no bill.
00:05:55.000 And, you know, Rudy, we're looking at the Democrat Party that seems to be accelerating, not slowing this down.
00:06:04.000 And they are gleeful in the suffering and the misery of the people on our side.
00:06:08.000 What is your reaction to the lack of response by conservative attorneys general?
00:06:13.000 Is it time that we start fighting fire with fire?
00:06:16.000 Yeah, we're not as, you know, there's something good to that and something bad to that.
00:06:20.000 I think you said this too, Charlie.
00:06:22.000 I'd like us to be tougher.
00:06:24.000 I like the fact we're more honest.
00:06:27.000 But, you know, we can be tough about the things that are justified.
00:06:31.000 Like when they say about President Biden, I mean, President Trump, that he wants revenge or He wants justice.
00:06:41.000 I know him.
00:06:42.000 I know him probably as well as anybody.
00:06:44.000 I've known him for almost 40 years.
00:06:47.000 I've sat there when he had to make tough decisions, like not using the military internally.
00:06:51.000 There's nobody that's more sensitive to that than he is.
00:06:54.000 The stuff that he would, I was in a big debate with him about prosecuting Hillary Clinton.
00:07:00.000 You can imagine what I wanted to do.
00:07:03.000 I offered to do it myself.
00:07:05.000 And he said, no, it would be a bad thing.
00:07:07.000 And he used exactly what the Supreme Court John Roberts did.
00:07:11.000 And I think that's why he wrote that opinion, to try to save us from being a banana republic. 0.99
00:07:15.000 But we start in prosecuting the ex-president.
00:07:21.000 We're gone.
00:07:22.000 We're absolutely gone.
00:07:23.000 We might as well just join up with Soros and Klaus Schwab One World.
00:07:29.000 We have done that, and yet they disbar you for wanting to represent certain clients, and they're the ones that are attacking there.
00:07:38.000 So we have to win elections, but wouldn't it be nice if somebody on our side actually used political power?
00:07:45.000 Do you agree with that, Rudy?
00:07:45.000 100%.
00:07:46.000 I agree with that.
00:07:47.000 They should hold a hearing.
00:07:49.000 They should have me come forward and show them the tape that they altered for three hours of a 12 hour tape.
00:07:57.000 Probably was done by Rafsenberger in Georgia.
00:08:00.000 And then given to the persecutor in my case, was given to me and my partner and I discovered it after three hours of going through the tape.
00:08:09.000 They took out three hours of 12 hours.
00:08:12.000 And it's the most relevant three hours when the people were thrown out of the room.
00:08:16.000 And when I went before the judge to have the case dismissed, she laughed at me. 1.00
00:08:20.000 Because she would never get another appointment again if she ruled for me. 1.00
00:08:25.000 Remember, the judges are appointed by the Democratic leaders right up to the Court of Appeals, Mr. Governor.
00:08:32.000 And after they become judges and they retire, they make a lot of money as receivers, hearing offices, like this one.
00:08:41.000 Suppose she had ruled for me, she'd never get hired again. 0.99
00:08:45.000 She might as well stop going to the tea parties.
00:08:48.000 Rudy, how can people support you as they continue their lawfare crusade against you?
00:08:55.000 We have a defense fund, which is used both defensively and aggressively.
00:08:59.000 We're suing Joe Biden, believe it or not, over defamation of me and President Trump as Russian agents, which he did by naming me at the last debate, you know, four years ago.
00:09:12.000 And in one state, the statute of limitations hasn't run, New Hampshire, and the state allows you to recover in every state in which you were hurt.
00:09:21.000 Now his statement like that remained current for 17 months before it was conclusively disproven.
00:09:30.000 The FBI had actually known six months before I presented the laptop that it was validated.
00:09:36.000 And yet we had to go through validating it ourselves.
00:09:39.000 So I think The problem with my case is when we eventually go to trial, he'll be non-compass medicine.
00:09:46.000 Rudy, we are behind you.
00:09:48.000 Thank you so much and God bless you.
00:09:50.000 We're behind you, Charlie.
00:09:51.000 I just had a chance to say what a great work your organization does.
00:09:55.000 You're a savior for a part of those young people.
00:09:57.000 Thank you.
00:09:58.000 God bless you, Rudy.
00:10:00.000 Thank you.
00:10:03.000 Hey everyone, attacks on your privacy are so severe, the average hacker can expose an American citizen's social security number, home address, and more in under 30 seconds.
00:10:13.000 Big tech companies like Facebook and Google share the blame, selling personal information to the highest bidder.
00:10:19.000 One in four Americans will have their personal information exposed in a data breach, causing a firestorm of cold calls, spam emails, and unauthorized charges on your credit card.
00:10:30.000 My friends at Cloaked can arm you to fight back by removing the vulnerable information hackers have access to online.
00:10:38.000 Then they provide an unlimited set of disguises to use in place of your personal information.
00:10:43.000 You hide your phone number, email address, and credit card number so when a company is inevitably breached, your privacy is protected.
00:10:51.000 Right now, Cloaked is offering my listeners a free security check.
00:10:55.000 Just call 1-855-75-CLOAK and in less than 30 seconds, you'll uncover whether a hacker has access to your social security number or home address.
00:11:05.000 Again, that is 1-855-75-CLOAK or visit charlieiscloaked.com.
00:11:11.000 That is charlieiscloaked.com.
00:11:13.000 And if a threat is detected, my listeners receive 20% off a Cloaked subscription.
00:11:21.000 It looks like the forces are aligning behind Kamala.
00:11:25.000 It's more and more clear.
00:11:26.000 The question is, who will be the VP?
00:11:29.000 And I want to double and triple check our sources.
00:11:32.000 By the way, are we better sourced in the Washington Post on this stuff, Andrew?
00:11:34.000 I think we are.
00:11:35.000 I mean, we are way—we're better sourced on the left than these guys that do it for a living.
00:11:39.000 Not that hard, actually.
00:11:41.000 And this whole race is about to get reset.
00:11:43.000 They're going to do some fake polls.
00:11:44.000 They're going to do a whole nauseating coronation of Kamala Harris. 1.00
00:11:49.000 And that is unless Biden has a miraculous performance in Stephanopoulos.
00:11:52.000 But based on things we're hearing, there's they're going to try to reset the entire race.
00:11:57.000 Joining us now is Raheem Kassam, who they have elections of their own coming up.
00:12:01.000 Editor in chief of The National Pulse at TheNationalPulse.com.
00:12:04.000 And Nigel Farage is wrapping up his speech there.
00:12:08.000 Raheem, to a uninitiated American audience member who doesn't know what's going on in the United Kingdom, walk us through it from square one.
00:12:16.000 Yeah, thanks for having me Charlie.
00:12:17.000 I apologise for the loud noises, for the seagulls, but what I can't apologise for is the massive crowd down here in the east of England on the eve of a snap election that was called just a month ago by the Prime Minister Rishi Sunak of the Conservative party, and that is for the uninitiated, as you say, sort of the rhino class party in the United Kingdom. 0.93
00:12:43.000 Nigel Farage, the Brexit leader, who I'm sure will be delighted to bring his speech to you.
00:12:52.000 I know he's a friend of yours, Charlie.
00:12:54.000 On your show, I just wrapped up some remarkable comments here in the constituency, the district, In which he is standing, Placton-on-Sea, a very typically Brexit right-leaning district, but he now runs something called the Reform Party.
00:13:10.000 People who have followed him for some time will remember the UK Independence Party, they remember perhaps the Brexit Party and the big Brexit vote from 2016.
00:13:20.000 Well, that has now transfigured into something called the Reform Party.
00:13:24.000 And the Reform Party is taking masses and masses of votes away from those Rhino-style Conservatives. 1.00
00:13:32.000 So this is it.
00:13:33.000 The last 24 hours starts here.
00:13:35.000 The last bit of a very short campaign.
00:13:38.000 And I think you got to hear from him, for the Real America's Voice News, got to hear from him there as well, what his big messages of the day are.
00:13:45.000 Britain is broken.
00:13:47.000 Britain needs reform.
00:13:49.000 And Britain will go to the polls tomorrow morning.
00:13:53.000 So how many seats do you think reform could expect to pick up?
00:13:56.000 And I have a fun, cheeky question.
00:13:58.000 Do you guys not do absentee mass mail-in voting in the United Kingdom?
00:14:02.000 Well, the last question is very interesting.
00:14:04.000 I'll come to it in just a second.
00:14:05.000 But, you know, the interesting part of it is, in 2015, when I was working as his You know, body man, his senior advisor.
00:14:13.000 We got 4 million votes across the country, which was masses and masses ahead of where we were expected to get.
00:14:20.000 However, it only returned one member of a 650-seat parliament.
00:14:26.000 The reason being that the vote share was spread so thinly across the country that they just weren't able to get over the line in so many places.
00:14:33.000 They were second in dozens and third in dozens and dozens of seats, but didn't they manage
00:14:39.000 to get more than one MPO line?
00:14:41.000 Now, the situation is still the same.
00:14:43.000 We still run a first-past-the-post voting system, and it still benefits the two major
00:14:48.000 parties, the Conservative Party and the Labour Party.
00:14:51.000 But as reform is growing, as reform support across the country grows, you're starting
00:14:56.000 to see the party polling up to 20, 21, I think I've even seen a 22% vote share at a national
00:15:04.000 How that plays out over a district-by-district level, you know, it's a mugs game to make predictions like that, but I'll make some for you here.
00:15:14.000 Nigel will probably win this seat in Placton.
00:15:16.000 There will probably be another Member of Parliament from Kent.
00:15:20.000 There may be a Member of Parliament from the north of England.
00:15:23.000 My low end is about three seats in the next Parliament.
00:15:27.000 The highest I've seen so far is people saying 17 to 20 seats.
00:15:32.000 But I think it's better to err on the side of caution with predictions like that, especially since everything is against them.
00:15:37.000 And you might say, well what's three seats in the 650 seat parliament?
00:15:41.000 Nigel's been asked that over the course of the last 30 days and his response is to say it's a bridgehead.
00:15:47.000 It's a way to show that we can do things in government that we've never We've been given an opportunity to do.
00:15:53.000 It's an opportunity for us to perhaps go and find some Conservative Members of Parliament who are willing to cross the floor and defect into the Reform Party.
00:16:01.000 And really what we're talking about here is sort of a Canada-style reverse takeover of the Conservative Party and the Conservative movement writ large.
00:16:10.000 You know, while it may be eve of poll here, Charlie, it's certainly not the last moment of this campaign.
00:16:17.000 That really starts What a concept!
00:16:19.000 Estimates are saying that Labour could get 212 seats.
00:16:22.000 We shall see on July 4th.
00:16:23.000 How ironic is that?
00:16:24.000 In answer to your question about the mail-in ballots, we do have mail-in ballots.
00:16:27.000 And there have been problems with the mail-in voting system here as well.
00:16:30.000 What we've also just moved to in the United Kingdom, Charlie, is voter ID.
00:16:36.000 And the last thing that's on the poll...
00:16:38.000 What a concept. Estimates are saying that Labour could get 212 seats.
00:16:41.000 We shall see on July 4th. How ironic is that? Raheem, thanks so much.

00:18:37.000 Check it out right now.
00:18:41.000 Joining us now is an American hero.
00:18:42.000 He is working his tail off, someone we work closely with at Turning Point Action, but he's the hardest working man on the grassroots of American politics.
00:18:49.000 It is Scott Pressler.
00:18:50.000 Scott, welcome to the program.
00:18:51.000 Scott, you are out there every day registering new voters in the Keystone State in Pennsylvania.
00:18:56.000 Give us an update from the ground on Pennsylvania.
00:18:59.000 Thank you.
00:19:00.000 Well, thank you and Tyler for having me at the Turning Point Action Conference in Detroit, Michigan as well.
00:19:05.000 So Pennsylvania, two years ago, the Democrats had an advantage of 595,000 more registered Democrats than Republicans.
00:19:17.000 That's just two years ago.
00:19:18.000 And today, as of Monday of this week, that advantage has been narrowed down to 375.
00:19:24.000 So Pennsylvania is Trending to the right and I'm sitting here Charlie with you on your show wearing a Turnbucks County red shirt.
00:19:38.000 Now for context, this is a Philadelphia suburban County.
00:19:43.000 This is where everybody says that Southeast Pennsylvania is trending to the left and it's going blue.
00:19:48.000 Well, Four years ago, there were 15,000 more registered Democrats than Republicans.
00:19:55.000 And as of yesterday, that number is down to 357, Charlie.
00:20:02.000 With Winoa Formica from Turning Point Action, one of Tyler's hires, he's working with me hand in glove to make sure that in two weeks prior to the RNC convention, we will flip this major Philadelphia suburban county from blue to red.
00:20:20.000 And this is amazing, and yet Noah Formica is just an absolute stud.
00:20:23.000 He does amazing work.
00:20:24.000 And so, just walk our audience through, what does that work look like?
00:20:28.000 Where do you find these voters?
00:20:29.000 How do you register them to vote?
00:20:31.000 We want to make a goal this week, and it's called Project 42.
00:20:34.000 Can our entire audience register 42,000 new voters, which is the ballot deficit that we had in 2020?
00:20:42.000 What is the process, Scott Pressler?
00:20:44.000 So let's take Bucks County as an example.
00:20:46.000 You have Upper Bucks County, which is Quaker Town. 1.00
00:20:50.000 We have a farmer's market right there called QMart.
00:20:54.000 And every Saturday and Sunday, we're out there at the farmer's market, registering voters, contacting Every single person saying, are you registered to vote at your current address?
00:21:07.000 And then in the middle of the county, you have Doylestown.
00:21:10.000 Now, while although that is the blue heart, the blue city of Bucks County, that is where the Doylestown County GOP office is located.
00:21:20.000 And we have Ellen Cox Bowman.
00:21:22.000 We want you to stop by, grab some voter registration forms, some mail-in ballots, And make sure that you're at your July 4th celebration, your festivities, wearing your MAGA gear.
00:21:34.000 And then finally, down near Philadelphia, you have Levittown, you have Ben Salem.
00:21:39.000 They actually have a Trump store down there in Ben Salem that the owner, Mike Domenico, has offered us that we can set up a table there every Saturday, every Sunday, actually every day if we want to.
00:21:53.000 But really, There is no magic, Charlie, and you know as well as I do, this is about showing up.
00:22:00.000 This is about meeting people where they are, at the farmer's market, at the gun store, at the Home Depot, and the Lowe's, and Walmart, and Bass Pro Shop, and Cabela's, and Home Depot.
00:22:11.000 This is about meeting people where they are, wearing proudly your MAGA gear, and making sure that everybody is registered to vote at their current address, and registering as a Republican.
00:22:21.000 So, you know, I'm wearing the MAGA hat right now.
00:22:23.000 I register about a voter a day in Scottsdale.
00:22:25.000 I did two yesterday, by the way.
00:22:27.000 So I'm doing my part, you know, hosting a show.
00:22:29.000 And here's how it goes with me.
00:22:31.000 I wear this hat everywhere I go.
00:22:32.000 It's the MAGnet.
00:22:33.000 It's the MAGA hat, MAGnet hat, right?
00:22:36.000 And so I go to the local grocery store.
00:22:39.000 People come up.
00:22:39.000 They want selfies, you know?
00:22:41.000 Fans of the program, all that good stuff.
00:22:43.000 And yesterday, two people, one in the morning, one in the afternoon, afternoon, young lady moved from New York, and she was like, I don't know if I'm registered at my new address.
00:22:51.000 You know what they think, Scott?
00:22:53.000 Won't they just send me my ballot from New York so I can vote here in Arizona?
00:22:55.000 I said, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, timeout.
00:22:58.000 No.
00:22:58.000 So we take out the Turning Point Action app, tpaction.com slash vote.
00:23:02.000 Scott, does this take a special skill set?
00:23:05.000 I mean, did you go to school for this?
00:23:07.000 Can every American do this?
00:23:09.000 And if so, why aren't more Americans doing this?
00:23:12.000 Absolutely.
00:23:13.000 I mean, it's so gosh darn easy.
00:23:15.000 You can register to vote online using the TV action app, the Early Vote Action, or about just going to the Secretary of State.
00:23:24.000 There's no magic to it.
00:23:25.000 However, not everybody is a politico like you and I are, Charlie.
00:23:30.000 So many people, they're just struggling to get by in Joe Biden's economy.
00:23:34.000 They're struggling to put food on the table.
00:23:37.000 Now, it is important that you have the voter registration forms with you because not everybody has a driver's license, but literally it's as easy as typing into the internet, California online voter registration, Texas online voter registration, or using one of the apps that we provided.
00:23:54.000 You do not have to be a Charlie Kirk or a Scott Pressler.
00:23:58.000 Every person has value and every person can register voters.
00:24:02.000 And so let's let's talk about Pennsylvania statewide.
00:24:06.000 Has the voter registration deficit been closing in recent years thanks to your work?
00:24:12.000 And how significant is it?
00:24:14.000 Well, as I mentioned to you, Charlie, in just two years' time, that deficit has narrowed by 220,000 votes in just two years' time.
00:24:26.000 That is a political earthquake.
00:24:29.000 That is monstrous.
00:24:30.000 But let me really put things into perspective for the viewer at home that may be a naysayer, that may be a doom and gloomer. 1.00
00:24:38.000 Joe Biden, and I use this word very loosely, won the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania by 80,000 votes.
00:24:46.000 As I just mentioned, we narrowed that gap by 220,000.
00:24:49.000 Now here are some demographic coalition groups that we are focusing on in Pennsylvania.
00:24:55.000 There are 80,000 Amish, so we're going to the farmer's markets.
00:24:59.000 There are 80,000 truckers, so we're going to the truck stops.
00:25:03.000 There are 400,000 members of the Jewish community, and so we're courting that vote.
00:25:07.000 We're reaching out to the rabbis and synagogues.
00:25:10.000 There are 930,000 hunters in Pennsylvania, and Charlie, 30% of Pennsylvania hunters are not registered to vote.
00:25:19.000 So, Noah, Formica, and I have been using the website GunShowTrader.com to go to the Monroeville Gun Show in Pittsburgh, to go to the Great American Outdoors Show where we registered 319 voters in one week's time, and to go into the Philly Expo Center.
00:25:35.000 So again, this is not just us casting out a net and just hoping to reach people.
00:25:41.000 This is data-driven, this is targeted, and we are meeting And Scott, this is so critical and important.
00:25:54.000 Now, let me ask you a question.
00:25:55.000 When it comes to GOTV, if they switch out Biden for Kamala Harris, what does that look like?
00:26:01.000 And hypothetically, if Josh Shapiro became the vice presidential nominee for Kamala Harris, would that move it at all?
00:26:09.000 Maybe a little bit in Pennsylvania?
00:26:11.000 And probably only reinforces the need for the work you're doing.
00:26:15.000 Well, you know, I think it would be political chaos.
00:26:19.000 And quite frankly, I think it would, I hope that the Democrats switch out Joe Biden, because I think it's like I mentioned, it's going to cause chaos.
00:26:30.000 And I believe from your posts that I've seen on X and social media, that it would mean that Joe Biden would not be able to win at Wisconsin and And he's closing in on the day that he's not going to be able to be on the ballot in Nevada and other swing states.
00:26:44.000 And I just think that there would be no moving forward if the Democrats chose anyone other than Joe Biden as their presidential candidate.
00:26:51.000 Yeah.
00:26:51.000 And by the way, there's a poll in one of our... I'm not going to say who, right, Andrew?
00:26:55.000 I'm not going to say who.
00:26:56.000 Don't say who.
00:26:57.000 I can just say a poll exists.
00:26:59.000 I'll say a poll exists that a reporter gave us a heads up about.
00:27:04.000 It's not public yet.
00:27:05.000 That shows Kamala Harris doing worse than Joe Biden in the key battleground states against Trump.
00:27:10.000 That data exists, right Andrew?
00:27:11.000 That data exists and it will be in the public domain at some point.
00:27:15.000 Scott, what is your goal?
00:27:16.000 How many voters do you and your team hope to register now till voting month?
00:27:23.000 Some of my key goals, Charlie, are A, I want to be able to tell Laura Trump and our Republican nominee, President Trump, that we have flipped Bucks County by the beginning of the RNC convention.
00:27:34.000 That's number one.
00:27:36.000 Number two is we are 1,937 voters away from flipping Lucerne County, Pennsylvania, from blue to red.
00:27:43.000 I want to be able to have flipped that county before the November election as well.
00:27:48.000 And furthermore, We are making inroads in Center County with Penn State University.
00:27:55.000 Yes, we have lovely partners like Turning Point Action.
00:27:58.000 I know that Turning Point USA is there.
00:28:00.000 But I think really what happened at the UNC Chapel Hill with the fraternity brothers opened up a new coalition that we can build.
00:28:08.000 So we're going to be throwing parties and ragers and courting the frat vote and courting the student vote because students don't want to fight Joe Biden's wars.
00:28:17.000 We had peace in the Middle East.
00:28:18.000 We didn't have any new emerging wars that we're now seeing under President Joe Biden.
00:28:22.000 And I want to make it very clear, as I mentioned earlier, in addition to courting the Jewish vote, we are courting the Black and Hispanic vote and all we need, Charlie, in order to win this election.
00:28:34.000 And to save Pennsylvania and to save the country is we need 25% of Philadelphia.
00:28:40.000 And the last thing that I'm really glad that the Democrats really unlocked is former felons in Pennsylvania on day one of no longer being incarcerated, they are eligible to vote.
00:28:52.000 I have been into the Wayne County Correctional Facility.
00:28:55.000 I went into the jail.
00:28:57.000 I registered voters.
00:28:58.000 And every single inmate wants Donald Trump, and we are reaching out to the former felon community, and we are getting them registered, and we are courting their vote for President Donald Trump.
00:29:08.000 Excellent work, Scott Pressler.
00:29:10.000 Thank you so much.
00:29:11.000 Thanks, Charlie.
00:29:12.000 Breaking news, Joe Biden on a campaign call that just wrapped, quote, let me say this as clearly as I possibly can, which probably wasn't very clearly, as simply and straightforward as I can.
00:29:23.000 I am running.
00:29:24.000 No one's pushing me out.
00:29:25.000 I'm not leaving.
00:29:26.000 I'm in this race to the end and we're going to win.
00:29:32.000 Are you ready to lose weight, but not sure where to start?
00:29:34.000 I understand.
00:29:35.000 I was right where you are two years ago.
00:29:36.000 Let me tell you why I chose the PhD Weight Loss and Nutrition program.

00:30:22.000 Dr. Ashley Lucas has her PhD in chronic disease and sports nutrition.
00:30:25.000 Her program is based on years of research and is science-based.
00:30:28.000 Second, the PhD program starts in nutrition, but it's so much more.
00:30:31.000 Go to MyPhDWeightLoss.com.
00:30:33.000 MyPhDWeightLoss.com.
00:30:35.000 Call 864-644-1900.
00:30:38.000 I lost over 30 pounds.
00:30:39.000 Dr. Asher Lucas, great American.
00:30:41.000 Check it out.
00:30:41.000 MyPhDWeightLoss.com.
00:30:45.000 Oh, he is defiant right now.
00:30:47.000 Joe Biden is doubling and tripling down.
00:30:51.000 He is basically facing the entire Democrat firing squad and saying, what are you going to do about it?
00:30:59.000 He is not going to make this easy on them.
00:31:02.000 Kamala Harris is the presumptive nominee.
00:31:04.000 How they get there, we shall see.
00:31:06.000 This puck internal polling.
00:31:08.000 By the way, somebody leaked it from the Biden campaign to try to help Kamala Harris.
00:31:13.000 Without a doubt.
00:31:15.000 And who is Pelosi more loyal to?
00:31:18.000 Kamala Harris from California or Joe Biden from Delaware?
00:31:22.000 You gotta give Donald Trump credit.
00:31:24.000 As I said, did we tweet this out, Andrew?
00:31:25.000 I thought we did.
00:31:26.000 This is the first week since 2015 where somebody other than Trump has been talked about more than Trump.
00:31:33.000 This is the first week in nine years where Trump is not the focus and the center of attention.
00:31:40.000 It's been a brilliant PR strategy by Trump and his team.
00:31:45.000 Oh, I'm sorry.
00:31:46.000 I'm just reading the 25th amendment here.
00:31:46.000 Don't mind me.
00:31:48.000 In case of the removal of the president from office or his death or resignation, the vice
00:31:54.000 president shall become president.
00:31:57.000 Here's where it gets interesting.
00:31:59.000 Do you know the 25th Amendment has only been invoked six times?
00:32:01.000 Most notably, Section 3 of the 25th Amendment was invoked when Ronald Reagan and George W. Bush underwent minor medical procedures.
00:32:08.000 Both Reagan and Bush transmitted letters to Congress, delegating authority to the Vice President for several hours, but usually only during colonoscopies or surgery.
00:32:17.000 Section 4.
00:32:18.000 Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments are such, so the Cabinet can invoke the 25th Amendment.
00:32:26.000 Or such other body as Congress may, by law, provide.
00:32:29.000 By the way, I think Kamala Harris' top surrogate needs to hit the campaign trail. 1.00
00:32:33.000 Can we get that picture up there?
00:32:34.000 duties of his office, the vice president shall immediately assume the powers and duties of
00:32:39.000 the office as acting president.
00:32:42.000 Can also go to the house where two thirds of the both house and the president is unable
00:32:45.000 to discharge the powers and duties of the office and the vice president shall continue
00:32:48.000 to discharge the same as acting president.
00:32:52.000 By the way, I think Kamala Harris's top surrogate needs to hit the campaign trail. 1.00
00:32:55.000 Can we get that picture up there?
00:32:58.000 This girl's a rock star. 0.99
00:32:59.000 Look at that.
00:33:01.000 She needs to be better known.
00:33:04.000 That is not an altered picture, by the way.
00:33:07.000 Oh, is that Kamala's daughter?
00:33:08.000 I thought it was, like, stepdaughter or something.
00:33:09.000 Daughter-in-law.
00:33:10.000 Yeah, I thought it was something.
00:33:11.000 Like, I don't think... Does she have kids?
00:33:12.000 Think she married into kids with Doug or something?
00:33:14.000 I can't remember.
00:33:15.000 So, as I just flip through the 25th Amendment here, just happened to open up to it, Joe Biden says he is holding on.
00:33:23.000 What was the exact quote that Blake put in the chat here?
00:33:26.000 Blake says here, quote, Let me say this as clearly as possible.
00:33:32.000 By the way, does anyone have an audio tape of this?
00:33:34.000 You probably didn't say it very clearly.
00:33:35.000 And straightforward as I can, I am running, no one's pushing me out, I'm not leaving, I'm in this race to the end, and we're going to win.
00:33:42.000 You know what this feels like?
00:33:43.000 I'll be honest.
00:33:44.000 This feels like producer Andrew's favorite football team, Kalen DeBoer.
00:33:49.000 Does that not sound like Kalen DeBoer?
00:33:51.000 It also sounds like Mario Cristobal when he went to Miami, too, from Oregon.
00:33:55.000 No, this feels like Kalen DeBoer.
00:33:57.000 Am I wrong?
00:33:59.000 It feels like a college football coach.
00:34:01.000 We go through this every year on the coaching carousel.
00:34:03.000 Where they say, I'm so dedicated to the University of Washington.
00:34:07.000 I'm so dedicated to the University of Oregon.
00:34:09.000 Let me say this as clearly as I possibly can.
00:34:12.000 I am all in on this school.
00:34:14.000 And yet all the other trappings and the rumblings show that he's leaving.
00:34:18.000 There's other coaches I can use too, okay?
00:34:20.000 How about Lane Kiffin in Oklahoma, okay?
00:34:23.000 No, I'm not Lane Kiffin.
00:34:24.000 Lane Kiffin, that's Ole Miss and USC.
00:34:28.000 Lincoln Riley.
00:34:29.000 I remember his name because of the dead girl in Georgia.
00:34:32.000 Lincoln Riley.
00:34:34.000 Her name was Lincoln Riley.
00:34:35.000 Lincoln Riley.
00:34:36.000 So Lincoln Riley was at Oklahoma.
00:34:38.000 My future is here at Oklahoma.
00:34:40.000 We're not going to leave Oklahoma.
00:34:41.000 And yet it really kind of appears that he's leaving.
00:34:43.000 Next thing you know, he disappears in Los Angeles.
00:34:47.000 And by the way, Lincoln Riley was tragically killed by an illegal.
00:34:50.000 Lincoln Riley was the coach of the University of Oklahoma football team.
00:34:53.000 It feels very similar.
00:34:55.000 Can Joe Biden withstand this meeting?
00:34:58.000 This weekend, if he keeps on doubling and tripling down, if all of a sudden Barack Obama, Barry Sotero shows up, and he says, Joe, Buttigieg, Granholm, Merrick Garland, Cabrera, they're going to vote against you.
00:35:20.000 Your cabinet will vote against you.
00:35:22.000 Do you want to decide not to run for re-election?
00:35:25.000 Or do you want to be carted out of the White House on the 25th Amendment?
00:35:29.000 And Joe can say, F off.
00:35:31.000 Joe Biden is calling their bluff.
00:35:35.000 He doesn't think they have what it takes. 0.91
00:35:37.000 Joe Biden is an arrogant, prideful SOB that says, what are you going to do? 0.97
00:35:42.000 Poison my food? 0.99
00:35:45.000 This is delicious to witness.
00:35:46.000 Happy Independence Day, everybody.
00:35:48.000 If there is breaking news, we will be back in the chair.
