00:01:31.000 Happy Friday.
00:01:32.000 Honored to be with you.
00:01:33.000 As always, when I got my start in the conservative movement 13 years ago, almost no one talked about either legal or illegal immigration.
00:01:42.000 The border, there are some whispers of the border being a problem.
00:01:45.000 Mitt Romney was the first presidential campaign that I was involved in.
00:01:49.000 I know I have to continually go to confession and pay penance for that, but there was a little bit, okay, yeah, we'll do some stuff to secure the border.
00:01:57.000 But I'll never forget, I read this book by Donald Trump.
00:01:59.000 And for the record, I was Trump for president before almost anybody else.
00:02:02.000 I have a tweet going back to 2011 saying Trump should run for the presidency.
00:02:07.000 And Trump wrote a book called Time to Get Tough.
00:02:10.000 I believe the book came out in like 2010, 2011.
00:02:13.000 I remember vividly reading this thing while I was in high school.
00:02:16.000 And it was in very direct Trump-like language.
00:02:18.000 And he had like half the book was just about how we are being invaded, about how the border is wide open and how we are not a country.
00:02:26.000 And we almost never talked about illegal immigration.
00:02:29.000 We never talked about the foreigners that were flooding into our country.
00:02:33.000 We were told that it was impossible to secure the border and you couldn't build a wall.
00:02:36.000 And of course, we know that President Trump going down the golden escalator and talking about illegal immigration moved the Overton window.
00:02:42.000 However, throughout that, and still to this day, there is another little tick that exists in the conservative movement.
00:02:50.000 Almost nobody is on board for illegal immigration anymore.
00:02:53.000 That just does not exist.
00:02:54.000 In fact, there is widespread agreement and there is widespread consensus that what Trump has done on the southern border is amazing.
00:03:01.000 It's somewhat miraculous.
00:03:02.000 It's good for the country.
00:03:04.000 So that Overton window has moved.
00:03:06.000 Thank you, Joe Biden, for moving public consensus.
00:03:08.000 But still, when you go through some high society Republican donor circles, or even among some in the intelligentsia of the Republican Party and some rank and file voters, they'll say, well, you know, we want to have more legal immigration, but as long as we have no illegal immigration.
00:03:25.000 And if you look at the George W. Bush Presidential Center, by the way, they say benefits of immigration outweigh the costs.
00:03:31.000 Now, we've won the war in illegal immigration, and now the true fight for the future of the conservative movement and therefore the future of America, because the Democrat Party is a waste of time, is can we rebalance the conversation around legal immigration?
00:03:46.000 Now, needless to say, there are some phenomenal legal immigrants in this country.
00:03:49.000 When they assimilate, remember and commit it to memory and write it down.
00:03:54.000 Immigration without assimilation is invasion.
00:03:57.000 That is a Charlie Kirk show original.
00:04:00.000 Immigration without assimilation is invasion.
00:04:02.000 But the Cubans in Florida, some of my closest friends are Cubans that have assimilated.
00:04:08.000 The Poles, the Irish.
00:04:09.000 I mean, we can go through so many first and second and third generation immigrants that assimilate.
00:04:14.000 They learn the language.
00:04:15.000 They come into the culture.
00:04:17.000 Assimilating and then having a lot to add in the first place: that you're not going to take government benefits, that you're going to start businesses, that you're going to employ people, that you're going to educate.
00:04:24.000 You're not going to commit crimes.
00:04:26.000 The problem, though, is that we have now embraced a third world immigration strategy with no questions asked because we're told that we are a nation of immigrants when in reality we're a nation of settlers.
00:04:36.000 And we're told that we must continue to drink from the guzzle of mass migration.
00:04:41.000 And if you don't do that, you're anti-American and that you are a racist because diversity is our strength.
00:04:48.000 In early 2025, the foreign-born share hit a record high in 14 states, while the foreign-born population hit record highs in 31 states.
00:04:57.000 The United States needs to end illegal immigration, we know that, and then reduce legal immigration because right now, the biggest political threat in America is not illegal immigration.
00:05:07.000 We have that done.
00:05:08.000 We're going to get mass deportations.
00:05:10.000 We have the funding for it.
00:05:11.000 We just need to have the stomach for it.
00:05:13.000 But right now, in America's biggest cities, we are looking to elect people that came here the right way.
00:05:22.000 And if we're honest about this, it's not just the method of how you come into America, it's who is coming into America.
00:05:29.000 Too many conservatives have fallen for this trap where they say, well, as long as you come here the right way, you're going to be welcome.
00:05:36.000 That should not be the case.
00:05:38.000 Ideology and worldview matters.
00:05:42.000 We know, of course, Zorhan Mamdani in the city of New York.
00:05:46.000 That has been well covered, and we're going to keep on covering it.
00:05:49.000 We've mentioned this a couple times, but you should also commit this name to memory: Omar Fatah.
00:05:56.000 Omar Fatah is a Minneapolis mayoral candidate, Somalian, has now been endorsed by the Minneapolis and Minnesota Democrat Party.
00:06:06.000 This is Cut 439.
00:06:08.000 This is the Minneapolis mayor candidate, Omar Fata, who is an American citizen, and he says the real domestic threat in America is whites.
00:06:18.000 Only in America do we import our biggest problems.
00:06:22.000 Play Cut 439.
00:06:24.000 We heard them being called terrorists.
00:06:27.000 We heard them being called drug dealers.
00:06:31.000 We heard a lot of insults.
00:06:33.000 We heard that they're a threat to our national security.
00:06:37.000 And that's a flat out lie.
00:06:40.000 You want to know who the real threat is, Madam President?
00:06:43.000 I'll give you a hint.
00:06:44.000 They don't look like our chief author.
00:06:46.000 They don't look like the folks up in the gallery.
00:06:49.000 They don't look like the folks on the rotunda.
00:06:52.000 They look like many of the members that sit in the front.
00:06:56.000 The greatest domestic threat facing the United States comes from, quote, racially or ethnically motivated violent extremists, specifically those who advocate for the superiority of the white race.
00:07:10.000 Not our immigrants.
00:07:14.000 We are safer and we're better off because of them.
00:07:17.000 They come here because of our generosity and they heap disdain on us.
00:07:25.000 This guy is likely to become the next mayor of Minneapolis.
00:07:30.000 He and Zorhan Mamdani and Sadiq Khan.
00:07:33.000 Do you see a pattern here of what is happening?
00:07:37.000 Cut 440, Minneapolis mayor candidate Omar Fatah calls Somalia our home, even though he was born in Washington, D.C. and raised here.
00:07:47.000 We already know Elon Omar in U.S. Congress, and I've been told, oh, that's just an isolated incident.
00:07:52.000 Well, now the mayor of Minneapolis Is going to be in the same mold because we brought them here.
00:07:59.000 Play cut 440.
00:08:01.000 I understand that our Somali communities are all connected to each other here in Minnesota and back home and ask for your support.
00:08:10.000 There's always been a link between our community here as well as back home.
00:08:16.000 And I'm running to bridge that gap and unite all of us and represent all of us because when we succeed here, we're going to succeed everywhere.
00:08:23.000 And I'm hoping to do that just like Abdulzak, inshallah.
00:08:27.000 But the argument is always the economic argument.
00:08:29.000 They say, oh, it's because of economic growth.
00:08:31.000 Guys, I'm going to tell you right now, we're about to have an AI boom.
00:08:35.000 We don't need to have a bunch of third worlders to have economic growth right now.
00:08:39.000 Oh, the GDP goes up?
00:08:41.000 Okay.
00:08:41.000 What about GDP per capita?
00:08:44.000 The United Kingdom is a perfect example of this.
00:08:47.000 A perfect example.
00:08:48.000 The UK had a similar GDP per capita, at least within a couple of points of the United States 10 or 20 years ago.
00:08:57.000 Do you know that the United Kingdom is poorer than every single U.S. state per capita outside of Mississippi?
00:09:07.000 When you run the numbers, third world migrants almost never work out net positive.
00:09:12.000 And that's just the economic argument, let alone the cultural one.
00:09:15.000 What's best for our kids?
00:09:16.000 How about our quality of life?
00:09:18.000 How about the crowding, the competition for housing?
00:09:20.000 How about the lines at the ER?
00:09:22.000 Or how about the rising anti-Christian and Jew hate that we are seeing in our streets?
00:09:26.000 Do you think Omar Fatah is going to help with the Jew hate that we are seeing?
00:09:31.000 Of course not.
00:09:32.000 But here is the kicker.
00:09:34.000 It is time for us to smash and to crush this dogma that so many of us peddle.
00:09:43.000 Oh, we need legal immigration.
00:09:45.000 Do we?
00:09:47.000 Really?
00:09:48.000 You have Omar Fatah.
00:09:50.000 You have Zorhan Mamdani.
00:09:52.000 And another one that I'm going to play in the next clip.
00:09:55.000 You have Mana Abdi.
00:09:56.000 You have Doc Dalaka.
00:09:59.000 Does anyone think that, for example, Lewiston, Maine, where I just was to be with Tucker Carlson, is better than it was 50 years ago?
00:10:06.000 No one from America is rushing to move to Lewiston, Maine.
00:10:10.000 We must be unafraid to tell the truth about legal immigration.
00:10:14.000 Stop it, net zero immigration moratorium, and be unafraid of the words that they will call us because our greatest cities are being conquered.
00:10:22.000 That's not an opinion, that is a fact.
00:10:25.000 And we're not conquering them because they stormed the gates.
00:10:29.000 They're conquering us because we invited them here and let them come.
00:10:36.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:10:38.000 I'm excited to tell you that I'll be speaking at the Culture and Christianity Conference at World Outreach Church just south of Nashville, Tennessee, this September.
00:10:47.000 And I'm inviting you to join me.
00:10:48.000 My friend, Pastor Alan Jackson, organized this conference so we can address the issues we're facing in today's culture, but through the lens of God's truth.
00:10:57.000 We'll talk about what's happening in the church, the media, and with our help.
00:11:00.000 When you'll attend, you'll gain insight and valuable perspectives on what's happening in the world today.
00:11:05.000 Learn how to recognize truth from deception.
00:11:07.000 Find boldness so you could defend your faith with confidence and compassion.
00:11:11.000 Join me, Pastor Alan, Sage Steele, Dr. Bill Lyle, and many more.
00:11:16.000 September 19th and 20th.
00:11:18.000 Registration is now open.
00:11:19.000 There's never been a more important time to seek the truth, embrace the truth, and boldly deliver the truth to the people around us.
00:11:25.000 Come find out what's happening in the world around us and what you can do to make a difference.
00:11:29.000 Learn more and register at alanjackson.com/slash Charlie.
00:11:33.000 That's alanjackson.com/slash Charlie.
00:11:35.000 I'll see you there.
00:11:39.000 Someone brings a great point.
00:11:40.000 They email us freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:11:42.000 Charlie, we need legal assimilation like our beloved First Lady Melania Trump.
00:11:46.000 Exactly.
00:11:47.000 Melania Trump came here and assimilated to America.
00:11:50.000 Nothing wrong with that.
00:11:50.000 We have nothing against that.
00:11:51.000 But what we're doing is completely out.
00:11:53.000 This chain migration, family migration, asylum scam.
00:11:57.000 So, here's another piece of tape here.
00:11:59.000 Let's play this one.
00:12:00.000 This is 468.
00:12:01.000 This is Representative Mana Abdi, who says that moving here from Somalia was boot camp, slams the housing provided.
00:12:09.000 Do you see the ingratitude here?
00:12:13.000 Look at the difference between these Somali migrants and some of the great Cubans or Venezuelans that came here.
00:12:20.000 When I talked to Cubans that came here, they're like, I kissed the ground, I ate nothing for the first couple weeks, and I was fine with it.
00:12:28.000 It's just there's a difference of this ingratitude immigration push that we're seeing.
00:12:33.000 We've got to stop it.
00:12:35.000 It is suicide by migration.
00:12:38.000 Okay, play cut 468, please.
00:12:41.000 Anything.
00:12:41.000 So, coming into the states, everything from the snow to you know, the housing, the homes that we were all of a sudden occupying, everything was a shock, honestly.
00:12:54.000 Every day was something new, and I'm like, oh my God, this is just getting worse.
00:12:58.000 Yeah, so what state did you guys learn first of all?
00:13:01.000 Kansas.
00:13:02.000 Kansas City.
00:13:03.000 Of all places.
00:13:04.000 Yeah.
00:13:04.000 It was like a boot camp for Maine, basically.
00:13:06.000 Oh, really?
00:13:07.000 Yeah, because it's just like, right?
00:13:08.000 Like, I mean, anyone who lives in Maine knows Maine and has ever visited Kansas.
00:13:14.000 They will know what I'm talking about.
00:13:15.000 It's just, it's just a lot.
00:13:19.000 So much of our economy has become reliant on cheap labor and this mass migration scam.
00:13:28.000 And then you get mayor after mayor.
00:13:30.000 This is cut 34.
00:13:31.000 This is Dalak De Laqua or Decca Dalakwa or Decca Dalawak.
00:13:36.000 She says her goal is to try to help the country of Somalia.
00:13:39.000 She was, I think was the mayor of South Portland.
00:13:43.000 I was just visiting Tucker Carlson on his podcast.
00:13:45.000 It went very viral.
00:13:46.000 I encourage you guys to check it out.
00:13:47.000 We're posting it this weekend.
00:13:49.000 I saw it for myself in Lewiston, Maine.
00:13:51.000 I saw it for myself in Portland, Maine.
00:13:53.000 Unrecognizable.
00:13:55.000 A completely changed state.
00:13:57.000 Play cut 434.
00:13:59.000 Policies.
00:14:00.000 How can the politics in Somalia can be, you know, resonate what we have here in the United States, the democracy that we have?
00:14:07.000 How can you help us be a better country and build back what we used to have back in a long time ago?
00:14:15.000 So hopefully we will be able to help our country, our former country, Somalia.
00:14:22.000 And here's the other part that needs to say: over time, this is actually hurting our ability to draw good immigrants.
00:14:28.000 We get fewer and fewer requests from nice countries like Japan or South Korea or Singapore because they don't want to go live in a third world city or a third world pocket.
00:14:38.000 It's just bad for everybody across the board.
00:14:42.000 Everybody.
00:14:43.000 And we are led to believe that, oh, they're going to have mass assimilation over a period of time.
00:14:48.000 There is no evidence to suggest that at all.
00:14:52.000 And what we've seen, and it's growing rapidly, Minneapolis, it's growing in South Portland, Maine, it's growing in Lewiston, Maine, and of course in New York City.
00:15:04.000 And look, Democrat rank and file white liberals, they're more than happy to vote for this stuff.
00:15:10.000 There's no convincing them.
00:15:12.000 They think they're being open and tolerant.
00:15:16.000 Assimilation is harder and harder.
00:15:18.000 150 years ago, you couldn't call your country back in your old country.
00:15:21.000 You couldn't fly back.
00:15:22.000 You had to assimilate.
00:15:24.000 Now you can fly back easily.
00:15:26.000 You had to quote unquote burn the boats 150 years ago.
00:15:30.000 The Somalis can now exist as basically a subgroup indefinitely supported by a self-hating white liberal elite.
00:15:37.000 So you have a self-hating white liberal elite that continually votes for this subgroup of Somali Muslims that are commanded and compelled to run for mayor's races, run for Congress.
00:15:51.000 Is that the best of our country?
00:15:53.000 And we are doing it by choice.
00:15:55.000 It is not like we have to do this.
00:15:58.000 Nowhere in the Constitution does it say you must.
00:16:01.000 Amendment 8, does it say you must bring in a certain amount of people from the third world?
00:16:04.000 You don't have to have any immigration.
00:16:06.000 You don't.
00:16:07.000 Every immigrant should pass the question, is it good for us or is it not good for us?
00:16:11.000 And right now it's fueling our own demise.
00:16:13.000 And London is a canary in the coal mine.
00:16:16.000 It is a harbinger of things to come.
00:16:17.000 We know that.
00:16:19.000 But this is not illegal immigration.
00:16:21.000 That's what I want us to change our language on.
00:16:24.000 I want all of you in your local Republican precinct committee groups.
00:16:27.000 I want all of you to challenge your congressmen.
00:16:29.000 I want all of you to challenge your senators.
00:16:30.000 Stop just talking about illegal immigration.
00:16:33.000 Stop it.
00:16:34.000 We've won that battle.
00:16:36.000 Game set match.
00:16:37.000 Thank you, President Trump.
00:16:39.000 The fight, the future, the energy is going to be on who do we legally let into America.
00:16:47.000 That is the question.
00:16:49.000 If we fail that question, that test, we'll have more Omar Fattas, more Dalakh Dalakwas, more Elon Omars, and more Zorhan Mamdanis.
00:17:00.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:17:02.000 Brand new year, brand new opportunities to change the world for the better.
00:17:05.000 It's easier than you might think.
00:17:06.000 You can save babies by providing ultrasounds with pre-born.
00:17:10.000 Together with the Sanctity of Human Life Month, we're going to save 35,000 babies to show the world that not only do we believe life is precious, but we're going to do something about it.
00:17:19.000 Your gift of pre-born will give a girl the truth about what's happening in her body so that she can make the right choice.
00:17:25.000 What better way to start this new year than to join us to save babies?

00:18:02.000 Joining us now is Molly Hemingway, the great Molly Hemingway, who has some phenomenal pieces out on the Federalist.
00:18:08.000 Molly, first, I just want to give you an opportunity here, editor-in-chief at the Federalist, to just explain to our audience how you are thinking about this ObamaGate scandal and the significance of it.
00:18:20.000 Please, Molly Hemingway.
00:18:21.000 Well, I joke that sometimes I feel like I have a PhD in the Russia collusion hoax.
00:18:28.000 I and my colleagues at the Federalist have been covering this issue for nearly a decade now.
00:18:34.000 And it's rare that you actually learn something that shocks you.
00:18:38.000 But the revelations that we got in the last week were, I think, some of the most shocking of the entire conspiracy theory that we have been covering at the Federalist for so long.
00:18:49.000 I mean, first off, that we learned that the Obama administration had intelligence showing that Russia's regular efforts to meddle in the election didn't really do anything in 2016.
00:19:04.000 And the Obama administration conspired to kill the publication of that report, because if it had been published, it would have gone to President Trump and his incoming national security advisor, Mike Flynn.
00:19:15.000 And so they conspired to suppress that.
00:19:17.000 That's explosive.
00:19:19.000 Suppressing intelligence for a political aim.
00:19:21.000 But then it gets worse.
00:19:22.000 Then Obama says, we're going to put together a different intelligence assessment that says the opposite.
00:19:28.000 And then they do that and they put all sorts of fake stuff in there.
00:19:31.000 And they leak to their buddies at the Washington Post and the New York Times things that just aren't true.
00:19:37.000 Then they brief that intelligence assessment to Obama and Trump.
00:19:42.000 And that's what gets the whole hoax going.
00:19:44.000 Like this finally explains to us how it all got going.
00:19:48.000 And just as, you know, from what the country went through with this completely fake thing, that's explosive.
00:19:54.000 It's totally explosive.
00:19:56.000 And I'm really angry about it.
00:19:58.000 The downstream effect is significance.
00:20:00.000 And that's what significant, and that's what we've been talking about this primary on this program.
00:20:03.000 Bob Mueller, Russia investigation, smear on the presidency, smear on his reputation.
00:20:09.000 Rachel Maddow going live every night, drawing five, six million viewers about the latest, you know, Russian conspiracy, sanctions on Russia, leading to tension with Russia, maybe leading to our financing of Ukraine against Russia in the Kinetic War.
00:20:22.000 It's hard to even put into words the downstream effects of how this conspiracy led to a damaged nation, let alone a stolen first term from President Trump, Molly Hemingway.
00:20:33.000 Well, let's just add a couple more things to that, which would be the two assassination attempts on President Trump at the end of the 2024 campaign.
00:20:43.000 I mean, if you don't have the hysteria and the claims of illegitimacy that arise from this thing that the Obama people did, and that's Obama, and it looks like Brennan and Comey were the primary bad guys in this story.
00:20:56.000 Do you get a populace that gets Trump derangement syndrome?
00:20:59.000 Yes, it was shocking that he won in 2016, but would you have this legacy of hate, you know, the turning of an entire political movement into just this hate-filled movement that's trying to kill their primary political opposition?
00:21:12.000 I think you can draw a line from that too.
00:21:15.000 And so, again, this is why it's so good to get these details out this week.
00:21:20.000 What we learned that, in fact, it was just the Obama Chiefs.
00:21:25.000 You had all sorts of people underneath Comey and Brennan saying, screaming from the rooftops, this isn't true.
00:21:33.000 How can you say this thing that isn't true?
00:21:36.000 And then we also learn how Brennan works around them.
00:21:39.000 He says, oh, you don't understand.
00:21:41.000 I have secret knowledge that you can't have access to.
00:21:44.000 Well, you can't really be a good whistleblower if your boss tells you that there is legit intelligence, you know, that you don't have access to.
00:21:52.000 We learned this week what that intelligence is, and it's all bunk.
00:21:56.000 I mean, it's so much worse than I think those of us who actually know how to, you know, a lot about the hoax thought it would be.
00:22:03.000 We thought there would at least be something kind of legitimate to it.
00:22:06.000 It's all bunk.
00:22:08.000 They give four reasons for their claim that Russia interfered in the election to help Trump.
00:22:15.000 One of them is the steel dossier.
00:22:16.000 We already knew that was bunk, okay?
00:22:18.000 But so were the other three.
00:22:20.000 They have a fragment, a snippet of a sentence that they misinterpret and they hang the whole thing on it.
00:22:26.000 Like before the Republican nominating convention in 2016, supposedly someone heard thirdhand that Putin thought that Trump would win.
00:22:36.000 And they say, well, that shows that he wanted him to win.
00:22:39.000 No, it doesn't.
00:22:40.000 And also, it's pretty clear from the context, they're talking about the nominating convention, not even the general election.
00:22:47.000 The idea that we would have Brennan going out and saying, I know everything about this.
00:22:51.000 And it's so explosive.
00:22:52.000 It's the worst thing I've ever seen based on that.
00:22:55.000 I mean, it's shocking, right?
00:22:57.000 Oh, it's beyond shocking.
00:22:59.000 And so now I want to get down to what can be done about it, because this was stolen time.
00:23:05.000 This was intel agencies basically configured against the American people and against popular sovereignty.
00:23:12.000 Jonathan Turley, your colleague on Fox News, says Brennan is the most vulnerable legally.
00:23:18.000 Molly, what crimes, if any, were broken here?
00:23:21.000 And what could we see as far as a legal strategy to make sure we at least exhaust every option for perp walks, handcuffs, and indictments?
00:23:34.000 Because we need accountability and justice here.
00:23:36.000 Molly Hemingway, spend some time on this, please.
00:23:39.000 So Charlie, I'm not someone who, I'm not a lawyer, so I can't answer that quite like, here's the charge and here's the way that they broke this statute.
00:23:48.000 What we need is a legitimate, legitimate look from people who understand the crime and who understand the need for accountability for that crime to be creative about how they go about this, to think through how to deal with the fact that the conspiracy was so well run that it has gone way past.
00:24:07.000 the five-year statute of limitations for the beginning of it.
00:24:11.000 Is the fact that they're still continuing the conspiracy?
00:24:14.000 I mean, this week you had Brennan, Comey, and Obama all deny what they did.
00:24:21.000 So does that mean that we don't, that the conspiracy is ongoing and therefore we can look into all of their crimes because they're continuing this sedition against the United States?
00:24:30.000 I mean, these are real serious crimes to try to undermine the government and they're still doing it.
00:24:35.000 So there's that angle.
00:24:36.000 There's also the way that you go about it.
00:24:38.000 Clearly, the inspector general report from Michael Horowitz in the Department of Justice, which came out years ago, that's not the way to go about it.
00:24:46.000 The John Durham special counsel, I think we all agree, was not as well done as it could have been done.
00:24:52.000 This strike force that Pam Bondi has set up at the Department of Justice, I think it's a good idea.
00:24:57.000 And I think it's a good idea because it's the kind of way that you go after these large criminal conspiracies where they can go on for a long period of time.
00:25:05.000 And it's the way that the FBI has gone after mob families that are kind of similar to what we saw happening here.
00:25:13.000 And so I like all of that.
00:25:15.000 But I want to bring up another issue as well for accountability.
00:25:19.000 You look at Comey, Brennan, Clapper, Obama, Biden, all these people.
00:25:23.000 They are all out of government now, but they would not have been able to do their criminal conspiracy without the complete and utter assistance of basically the entire media complex.
00:25:37.000 And when you look at the media, those people are still there.
00:25:40.000 You can say that they're not as important and people don't care about them as much, except that's not true.
00:25:45.000 I mean, they are less important, but you look at how what they're doing this week to continue their role in the criminal conspiracy.
00:25:53.000 Like they're saying these revelations, which are objectively speaking, absolutely explosive.
00:25:58.000 They're not covering them.
00:25:59.000 They're downplaying them.
00:26:00.000 They're lying about them.
00:26:02.000 And those people are still there.
00:26:03.000 And they're not just hurting America with this hoax.
00:26:07.000 They hurt America with all of their hoaxes.
00:26:09.000 And next time there's an election, they're going to lie about that one too, because they're lying every day.
00:26:14.000 And so accountability will mean nothing if it's just about going after Brennan, who does seem to have a lot of exposure here.
00:26:21.000 It also made it possible.
00:26:25.000 No, I totally agree.
00:26:26.000 So here's the problem.
00:26:27.000 Treason, sedition, those are fighting words, as I've said.
00:26:30.000 And that's going to be up for the administration to make the case.
00:26:33.000 And that's a heavy lift, punishable by death.
00:26:36.000 But Molly, if nobody goes to jail here and nobody is indicted, I can tell you right now, the base and any of our audience or any decent person will say, how can you get away with this?
00:26:49.000 So you can just do this and derail a presidency and cook the intel and you can just detour an entire election and you can just walk away and get away with it.
00:27:00.000 So I think we're going to meet a very serious breaking point here where the law is the law and we have to follow it.
00:27:07.000 I think we need to manage expectations here and not get people's heads, you know, hopes up that Obama is going to go to ghetto anytime soon.
00:27:14.000 That's not going to happen.
00:27:16.000 At the same time, Molly, I'll be honest, if nobody gets indicted and nobody goes to jail here, then it goes, oh, so you can get away with it.
00:27:24.000 It'll be kind of like that Harry Reid thing when he gave the speech.
00:27:27.000 Oh, yeah, I lied about Mitt Romney's tax returns.
00:27:29.000 Well, it worked, didn't it?
00:27:31.000 Molly Hemingway.
00:27:32.000 I completely agree.
00:27:34.000 If nobody goes to jail for this, perhaps the greatest crime we have seen in our country's history by the government against an incoming administration, you don't really have a republic anymore.
00:27:46.000 You're also correct.
00:27:46.000 People need to set their expectations appropriately.
00:27:49.000 I mean, we have a Supreme Court decision that was a result of the left using lawfare to go after Donald Trump that will make it very hard to go after Obama for anything he did, no matter what it was.
00:28:02.000 But it's also true that we should not despair at this moment.
00:28:06.000 This is the moment where we are seeing so much that was hidden from us.
00:28:11.000 You look at the report that details what Brennan did to orchestrate this conspiracy.
00:28:16.000 That was suppressed.
00:28:18.000 That was suppressed for seven years, and it's finally coming out.
00:28:22.000 Now that we have it, it's not the time to despair about like, oh, what's going to happen?
00:28:26.000 What can be done?
00:28:27.000 Because we have more details and we understand so much more about how they orchestrated this conspiracy than we have at any point prior.
00:28:35.000 And I say this as someone who I think might have been the very first reporter really working on this.
00:28:40.000 And so that's what when I talk about the creative legal minds, it's about the statute of limitations, about how things have told.
00:28:48.000 And yes, there is a high bar and should be for charges of treason or sedition, but there are also all sorts of other things involved with this conspiracy.
00:28:55.000 It could be trafficking in classified information.
00:28:58.000 It could be, you know, the perjury that was committed and that seems to be continuing to be committed.
00:29:03.000 These people do need to be interviewed.
00:29:05.000 And again, the media should not act like pretending to be journalists is a get out of jail free card for these crimes.
00:29:14.000 They were active co-conspirators, active.
00:29:17.000 They were willful.
00:29:18.000 And they didn't just do it.
00:29:20.000 They're continuing to do it.
00:29:22.000 And so I think that the strike force team should also be looking at how this action against America happened because of these corrupt media figures and that they should not be considered as being exempt from accountability because they pretend, and it is just pretend, pretend to be journalists.

00:30:47.000 That is freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:30:49.000 I want to hear from you.
00:30:50.000 And we're going to dive deeper into this with Molly Hemingway, but I'm going to repeat what I said in different words.
00:30:56.000 If you're able just to steal a term from a president and walk away with it, there's something wrong about it.
00:31:03.000 I don't know about seditious conspiracy.
00:31:04.000 I'm going to leave that to the folks that are the experts.
00:31:09.000 But there's something wrong and immoral and unfair about being able to do this and walk away with it.
00:31:16.000 Molly, tell us about your pieces here.
00:31:18.000 Read the overruled objections to the sketchy steel dossier.
00:31:21.000 And also, top Intel officials contradicted Brennan on key Russia hoax claim.
00:31:26.000 Please tell us about your pieces at thefederalist.com.
00:31:28.000 So we have so much news that broke this week, which was really because Tulsi Gabbard released a bunch of information about how Brennan and Comey had conspired to create this false claim that Trump had colluded with Russia to steal the election.
00:31:43.000 But in addition to that, I have two stories out this week, both done with Margot Cleveland, our amazing senior legal contributor at the Federalist, that look at things that are exclusive to us, that we read the actual things that intelligence officials were saying.
00:31:59.000 And we quote them in this piece.
00:32:02.000 When Brennan said that he wanted to claim that Russia was trying to help Trump, we have the senior intelligence officials, what they said in response, which was basically, are you freaking kidding me?
00:32:15.000 There is no way you can do that.
00:32:17.000 We have no evidence to support this.
00:32:20.000 And they go into detail about how the evidence is, in fact, is the opposite of what Brennan said.
00:32:26.000 Brennan tells them that he's going to ignore what they're saying because he has secret knowledge.
00:32:32.000 And so we've got the whole exchange and how it all went down.
00:32:35.000 Then we also have a piece about how James Comey pushed to include the steel dossier into this assessment.
00:32:43.000 When he does this, the actual experts say, are you joking?
00:32:48.000 This is a complete joke.
00:32:49.000 This would be like putting the National Inquirer articles into an intelligence assessment.
00:32:55.000 They explain that the source craft that was used by the FBI is abysmal.
00:33:00.000 It's a guy who was hired by the Clinton campaign.
00:33:03.000 You can't use that stuff.
00:33:04.000 And so all these things that took us years to figure out, the people working on the Intel assessment actually knew on day one, and they were fighting and trying to keep it from happening.
00:33:15.000 Once again, Comey overrules everybody, forces it in there.
00:33:19.000 He also lies about whether the intelligence assessment used it.
00:33:23.000 It used it in two ways.
00:33:24.000 One, it actually says that the steel dossier is a basis for the claim that Russia interfered to help with Trump.
00:33:32.000 That's not true.
00:33:33.000 And then they also attach this lengthy assessment that makes it seem like a legitimate, a lengthy appendix that makes it seem like a legitimate document.
00:33:41.000 So Comey and Brennan lied when they said it wasn't used in the assessment.
00:33:45.000 It was basically like all over the place there.
00:33:48.000 I want to play this cut right here.
00:33:50.000 This is James Comey peddling this stuff with Jen Pasaki, PlayCut 506.
00:33:55.000 So a lot of people have suggested that there are a range of factors that would make it difficult to put a former, there's not, the system has not been tested in this way.
00:34:03.000 Do you agree with that, that it would be difficult or nearly impossible for the law enforcement institutions to put him in actual jail?
00:34:09.000 No, they would just put him in a double wide somewhere out near the fence, out in the grass.
00:34:13.000 And he would eat there, he'd shower there, he'd exercise there, he'd be away, as Danya Perry said, from general population, but it's obviously doable.
00:34:22.000 So that was James Comey on MSNBC fantasizing about Donald Trump going to jail when they in reality were the ones that were significantly breaking federal law.
00:34:32.000 Final thoughts here, Molly Hemingway, about how we proceed.
00:34:36.000 My biggest fear here is that we're not going to see the ultimate administration of justice and people are going to be pretty upset.
00:34:44.000 Molly Hemingway.
00:34:46.000 Charlie, it's a legitimate concern, but at this point, I really think the most important thing is that people understand how deeply the Obama administration conspired against the incoming president.
00:34:57.000 The truth needs to be out there.
00:34:59.000 I mean, that's actually an important thing, too.
00:35:01.000 There may never be justice this side of heaven, but people need to know what was done, an attack on America from the highest levels of the Obama administration, up to including Obama himself, but also his intel chief.
00:35:14.000 Truth is also something important.
00:35:16.000 So rather than even like worrying about the actual legal accountability, which I'm worried about too, we are still in the phase of actually discovering how nefarious this plot was.
00:35:26.000 And maybe the fact that we are just discovering that actually helps us with the legal ramifications as well.
00:35:32.000 Molly Hemingway, God bless you.
00:35:34.000 Thank you so much for your great work.
