00:01:42.000The border, there are some whispers of the border being a problem.
00:01:45.000Mitt Romney was the first presidential campaign that I was involved in.
00:01:49.000I know I have to continually go to confession and pay penance for that, but there was a little bit, okay, yeah, we'll do some stuff to secure the border.
00:01:57.000But I'll never forget, I read this book by Donald Trump.
00:01:59.000And for the record, I was Trump for president before almost anybody else.
00:02:02.000I have a tweet going back to 2011 saying Trump should run for the presidency.
00:02:07.000And Trump wrote a book called Time to Get Tough.
00:02:10.000I believe the book came out in like 2010, 2011.
00:02:13.000I remember vividly reading this thing while I was in high school.
00:02:16.000And it was in very direct Trump-like language.
00:02:18.000And he had like half the book was just about how we are being invaded, about how the border is wide open and how we are not a country.
00:02:26.000And we almost never talked about illegal immigration.
00:02:29.000We never talked about the foreigners that were flooding into our country.
00:02:33.000We were told that it was impossible to secure the border and you couldn't build a wall.
00:02:36.000And of course, we know that President Trump going down the golden escalator and talking about illegal immigration moved the Overton window.
00:02:42.000However, throughout that, and still to this day, there is another little tick that exists in the conservative movement.
00:02:50.000Almost nobody is on board for illegal immigration anymore.
00:03:06.000Thank you, Joe Biden, for moving public consensus.
00:03:08.000But still, when you go through some high society Republican donor circles, or even among some in the intelligentsia of the Republican Party and some rank and file voters, they'll say, well, you know, we want to have more legal immigration, but as long as we have no illegal immigration.
00:03:25.000And if you look at the George W. Bush Presidential Center, by the way, they say benefits of immigration outweigh the costs.
00:03:31.000Now, we've won the war in illegal immigration, and now the true fight for the future of the conservative movement and therefore the future of America, because the Democrat Party is a waste of time, is can we rebalance the conversation around legal immigration?
00:03:46.000Now, needless to say, there are some phenomenal legal immigrants in this country.
00:03:49.000When they assimilate, remember and commit it to memory and write it down.
00:03:54.000Immigration without assimilation is invasion.
00:04:17.000Assimilating and then having a lot to add in the first place: that you're not going to take government benefits, that you're going to start businesses, that you're going to employ people, that you're going to educate.
00:04:26.000The problem, though, is that we have now embraced a third world immigration strategy with no questions asked because we're told that we are a nation of immigrants when in reality we're a nation of settlers.
00:04:36.000And we're told that we must continue to drink from the guzzle of mass migration.
00:04:41.000And if you don't do that, you're anti-American and that you are a racist because diversity is our strength.
00:04:48.000In early 2025, the foreign-born share hit a record high in 14 states, while the foreign-born population hit record highs in 31 states.
00:04:57.000The United States needs to end illegal immigration, we know that, and then reduce legal immigration because right now, the biggest political threat in America is not illegal immigration.
00:06:44.000They don't look like our chief author.
00:06:46.000They don't look like the folks up in the gallery.
00:06:49.000They don't look like the folks on the rotunda.
00:06:52.000They look like many of the members that sit in the front.
00:06:56.000The greatest domestic threat facing the United States comes from, quote, racially or ethnically motivated violent extremists, specifically those who advocate for the superiority of the white race.

00:18:08.000Molly, first, I just want to give you an opportunity here, editor-in-chief at the Federalist, to just explain to our audience how you are thinking about this ObamaGate scandal and the significance of it.
00:18:21.000Well, I joke that sometimes I feel like I have a PhD in the Russia collusion hoax.
00:18:28.000I and my colleagues at the Federalist have been covering this issue for nearly a decade now.
00:18:34.000And it's rare that you actually learn something that shocks you.
00:18:38.000But the revelations that we got in the last week were, I think, some of the most shocking of the entire conspiracy theory that we have been covering at the Federalist for so long.
00:18:49.000I mean, first off, that we learned that the Obama administration had intelligence showing that Russia's regular efforts to meddle in the election didn't really do anything in 2016.
00:19:04.000And the Obama administration conspired to kill the publication of that report, because if it had been published, it would have gone to President Trump and his incoming national security advisor, Mike Flynn.
00:19:15.000And so they conspired to suppress that.
00:19:58.000The downstream effect is significance.
00:20:00.000And that's what significant, and that's what we've been talking about this primary on this program.
00:20:03.000Bob Mueller, Russia investigation, smear on the presidency, smear on his reputation.
00:20:09.000Rachel Maddow going live every night, drawing five, six million viewers about the latest, you know, Russian conspiracy, sanctions on Russia, leading to tension with Russia, maybe leading to our financing of Ukraine against Russia in the Kinetic War.
00:20:22.000It's hard to even put into words the downstream effects of how this conspiracy led to a damaged nation, let alone a stolen first term from President Trump, Molly Hemingway.
00:20:33.000Well, let's just add a couple more things to that, which would be the two assassination attempts on President Trump at the end of the 2024 campaign.
00:20:43.000I mean, if you don't have the hysteria and the claims of illegitimacy that arise from this thing that the Obama people did, and that's Obama, and it looks like Brennan and Comey were the primary bad guys in this story.
00:20:56.000Do you get a populace that gets Trump derangement syndrome?
00:20:59.000Yes, it was shocking that he won in 2016, but would you have this legacy of hate, you know, the turning of an entire political movement into just this hate-filled movement that's trying to kill their primary political opposition?
00:21:12.000I think you can draw a line from that too.
00:21:15.000And so, again, this is why it's so good to get these details out this week.
00:21:20.000What we learned that, in fact, it was just the Obama Chiefs.
00:21:25.000You had all sorts of people underneath Comey and Brennan saying, screaming from the rooftops, this isn't true.
00:21:33.000How can you say this thing that isn't true?
00:21:36.000And then we also learn how Brennan works around them.
00:21:41.000I have secret knowledge that you can't have access to.
00:21:44.000Well, you can't really be a good whistleblower if your boss tells you that there is legit intelligence, you know, that you don't have access to.
00:21:52.000We learned this week what that intelligence is, and it's all bunk.
00:21:56.000I mean, it's so much worse than I think those of us who actually know how to, you know, a lot about the hoax thought it would be.
00:22:03.000We thought there would at least be something kind of legitimate to it.
00:22:59.000And so now I want to get down to what can be done about it, because this was stolen time.
00:23:05.000This was intel agencies basically configured against the American people and against popular sovereignty.
00:23:12.000Jonathan Turley, your colleague on Fox News, says Brennan is the most vulnerable legally.
00:23:18.000Molly, what crimes, if any, were broken here?
00:23:21.000And what could we see as far as a legal strategy to make sure we at least exhaust every option for perp walks, handcuffs, and indictments?
00:23:34.000Because we need accountability and justice here.
00:23:36.000Molly Hemingway, spend some time on this, please.
00:23:39.000So Charlie, I'm not someone who, I'm not a lawyer, so I can't answer that quite like, here's the charge and here's the way that they broke this statute.
00:23:48.000What we need is a legitimate, legitimate look from people who understand the crime and who understand the need for accountability for that crime to be creative about how they go about this, to think through how to deal with the fact that the conspiracy was so well run that it has gone way past.
00:24:07.000the five-year statute of limitations for the beginning of it.
00:24:11.000Is the fact that they're still continuing the conspiracy?
00:24:14.000I mean, this week you had Brennan, Comey, and Obama all deny what they did.
00:24:21.000So does that mean that we don't, that the conspiracy is ongoing and therefore we can look into all of their crimes because they're continuing this sedition against the United States?
00:24:30.000I mean, these are real serious crimes to try to undermine the government and they're still doing it.
00:24:36.000There's also the way that you go about it.
00:24:38.000Clearly, the inspector general report from Michael Horowitz in the Department of Justice, which came out years ago, that's not the way to go about it.
00:24:46.000The John Durham special counsel, I think we all agree, was not as well done as it could have been done.
00:24:52.000This strike force that Pam Bondi has set up at the Department of Justice, I think it's a good idea.
00:24:57.000And I think it's a good idea because it's the kind of way that you go after these large criminal conspiracies where they can go on for a long period of time.
00:25:05.000And it's the way that the FBI has gone after mob families that are kind of similar to what we saw happening here.
00:25:15.000But I want to bring up another issue as well for accountability.
00:25:19.000You look at Comey, Brennan, Clapper, Obama, Biden, all these people.
00:25:23.000They are all out of government now, but they would not have been able to do their criminal conspiracy without the complete and utter assistance of basically the entire media complex.
00:25:37.000And when you look at the media, those people are still there.
00:25:40.000You can say that they're not as important and people don't care about them as much, except that's not true.
00:25:45.000I mean, they are less important, but you look at how what they're doing this week to continue their role in the criminal conspiracy.
00:25:53.000Like they're saying these revelations, which are objectively speaking, absolutely explosive.
00:26:27.000Treason, sedition, those are fighting words, as I've said.
00:26:30.000And that's going to be up for the administration to make the case.
00:26:33.000And that's a heavy lift, punishable by death.
00:26:36.000But Molly, if nobody goes to jail here and nobody is indicted, I can tell you right now, the base and any of our audience or any decent person will say, how can you get away with this?
00:26:49.000So you can just do this and derail a presidency and cook the intel and you can just detour an entire election and you can just walk away and get away with it.
00:27:00.000So I think we're going to meet a very serious breaking point here where the law is the law and we have to follow it.
00:27:07.000I think we need to manage expectations here and not get people's heads, you know, hopes up that Obama is going to go to ghetto anytime soon.
00:27:16.000At the same time, Molly, I'll be honest, if nobody gets indicted and nobody goes to jail here, then it goes, oh, so you can get away with it.
00:27:24.000It'll be kind of like that Harry Reid thing when he gave the speech.
00:27:27.000Oh, yeah, I lied about Mitt Romney's tax returns.
00:27:34.000If nobody goes to jail for this, perhaps the greatest crime we have seen in our country's history by the government against an incoming administration, you don't really have a republic anymore.
00:27:46.000People need to set their expectations appropriately.
00:27:49.000I mean, we have a Supreme Court decision that was a result of the left using lawfare to go after Donald Trump that will make it very hard to go after Obama for anything he did, no matter what it was.
00:28:02.000But it's also true that we should not despair at this moment.
00:28:06.000This is the moment where we are seeing so much that was hidden from us.
00:28:11.000You look at the report that details what Brennan did to orchestrate this conspiracy.
00:28:27.000Because we have more details and we understand so much more about how they orchestrated this conspiracy than we have at any point prior.
00:28:35.000And I say this as someone who I think might have been the very first reporter really working on this.
00:28:40.000And so that's what when I talk about the creative legal minds, it's about the statute of limitations, about how things have told.
00:28:48.000And yes, there is a high bar and should be for charges of treason or sedition, but there are also all sorts of other things involved with this conspiracy.
00:28:55.000It could be trafficking in classified information.
00:28:58.000It could be, you know, the perjury that was committed and that seems to be continuing to be committed.
00:29:03.000These people do need to be interviewed.
00:29:05.000And again, the media should not act like pretending to be journalists is a get out of jail free card for these crimes.
00:29:14.000They were active co-conspirators, active.
00:29:22.000And so I think that the strike force team should also be looking at how this action against America happened because of these corrupt media figures and that they should not be considered as being exempt from accountability because they pretend, and it is just pretend, pretend to be journalists.

00:31:28.000So we have so much news that broke this week, which was really because Tulsi Gabbard released a bunch of information about how Brennan and Comey had conspired to create this false claim that Trump had colluded with Russia to steal the election.
00:31:43.000But in addition to that, I have two stories out this week, both done with Margot Cleveland, our amazing senior legal contributor at the Federalist, that look at things that are exclusive to us, that we read the actual things that intelligence officials were saying.
00:32:02.000When Brennan said that he wanted to claim that Russia was trying to help Trump, we have the senior intelligence officials, what they said in response, which was basically, are you freaking kidding me?
00:33:04.000And so all these things that took us years to figure out, the people working on the Intel assessment actually knew on day one, and they were fighting and trying to keep it from happening.
00:33:15.000Once again, Comey overrules everybody, forces it in there.
00:33:19.000He also lies about whether the intelligence assessment used it.
00:33:33.000And then they also attach this lengthy assessment that makes it seem like a legitimate, a lengthy appendix that makes it seem like a legitimate document.
00:33:41.000So Comey and Brennan lied when they said it wasn't used in the assessment.
00:33:45.000It was basically like all over the place there.
00:33:50.000This is James Comey peddling this stuff with Jen Pasaki, PlayCut 506.
00:33:55.000So a lot of people have suggested that there are a range of factors that would make it difficult to put a former, there's not, the system has not been tested in this way.
00:34:03.000Do you agree with that, that it would be difficult or nearly impossible for the law enforcement institutions to put him in actual jail?
00:34:09.000No, they would just put him in a double wide somewhere out near the fence, out in the grass.
00:34:13.000And he would eat there, he'd shower there, he'd exercise there, he'd be away, as Danya Perry said, from general population, but it's obviously doable.
00:34:22.000So that was James Comey on MSNBC fantasizing about Donald Trump going to jail when they in reality were the ones that were significantly breaking federal law.
00:34:32.000Final thoughts here, Molly Hemingway, about how we proceed.
00:34:36.000My biggest fear here is that we're not going to see the ultimate administration of justice and people are going to be pretty upset.
00:34:46.000Charlie, it's a legitimate concern, but at this point, I really think the most important thing is that people understand how deeply the Obama administration conspired against the incoming president.
00:34:59.000I mean, that's actually an important thing, too.
00:35:01.000There may never be justice this side of heaven, but people need to know what was done, an attack on America from the highest levels of the Obama administration, up to including Obama himself, but also his intel chief.
00:35:16.000So rather than even like worrying about the actual legal accountability, which I'm worried about too, we are still in the phase of actually discovering how nefarious this plot was.
00:35:26.000And maybe the fact that we are just discovering that actually helps us with the legal ramifications as well.
