00:00:00.000 Hey, everybody, what is the future of the conservative movement?
00:00:02.000 It's a question we get a lot.
00:00:04.000 We're here at our Student Action Summit where Andrew starts the episode and I come flying in halfway through and we talk about the event.
00:00:12.000 What is it teaching us about the future of our country and so much more?
00:00:16.000 Email us your thoughts, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:00:18.000 If you want to get involved with Turning Point USA, go to tpusa.com, where we play offense with a sense of urgency to win the American Culture War.
00:00:27.000 If you want to support our program, go to charliekirk.com/slash support.
00:00:32.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:34.000 Here we go.
00:00:35.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:37.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campuses.
00:00:39.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:42.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:45.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:46.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:00:47.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.
00:00:54.000 Turning point USA.
00:00:56.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:05.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:08.000 How many years have I been telling you about Relief Factor?
00:01:10.000 A lot.
00:01:11.000 Truth is, I know millions of people.
00:01:13.000 In fact, some people say over 100 million people are struggling with some kind of pain, maybe from exercise or just getting older.
00:01:19.000 Now, Pete and Seth Talbot, they are on a mission.
00:01:21.000 You rarely see this kind of focus and commitment.
00:01:23.000 They recently shared with me that they are doubling down and want to literally double their total number of happy customers in the next year.
00:01:29.000 And I believe they'll do it.
00:01:30.000 So here's the deal: go to relieffactor.com.
00:01:33.000 That's relieffactor.com or call 800-500-8384.
00:01:36.000 People ask me, tell me why Relief Factor is so successful in lowering or eliminating pain.
00:01:41.000 I'm often asked that question.
00:01:42.000 So maybe you want to be able to do cartwheels or be able to do backflips like producer Andrew.
00:01:47.000 Maybe you want to be able to run a marathon, swim under seas, swim underwater, go scuba diving, jump out of an airplane, or maybe you want to be able to go to the Phoenix Suns finals game like some other people that are going.
00:01:59.000 But maybe it's your knee pain, back pain, joint pain, whatever pain it might be.
00:02:02.000 Maybe Relief Factor is for you.
00:02:04.000 ReliefFactor.com, 100% drug-free.
00:02:07.000 Check it out, relieffactor.com.
00:02:12.000 This is producer Andrew Colvett.
00:02:14.000 I am, I'm not going to say I'm filling in for Charlie today.
00:02:17.000 I'm simply a placeholder for a few minutes here.
00:02:20.000 Charlie's actually on stage live in Tampa Bay, Florida, from the Student Action Summit 2021.
00:02:27.000 We got almost 5,000 screaming, passionate students at this conference here in Tampa.
00:02:34.000 It's been absolutely amazing.
00:02:36.000 I mean, if you are a Fox News watcher, you couldn't have missed it.
00:02:40.000 They got it all over.
00:02:43.000 It's a fantastic event.
00:02:44.000 I've actually, I'm sitting here joined by producer Connor.
00:02:47.000 Why don't you say hello?
00:02:49.000 Hi, everybody, in the radio world.
00:02:50.000 This is Producer Connor.
00:02:51.000 That's Producer Connor.
00:02:52.000 We often talk about Producer Connor.
00:02:54.000 I actually asked him to sit in with me as Charlie is on stage, like I said, right now with another Salem host in the Salem faculty, Eric Metaxas, and then Chris Buzzkirk, the publisher of American Greatness, a fantastic publication as well.
00:03:09.000 So they're talking about, I think their theme right now is think big, how to revitalize the American idea, the American experiment.
00:03:17.000 We'll probably throw to that in just a few minutes here, but Charlie's going to come back this hour, going to come back, fill in on everything he's been up to, everything that we're doing here.
00:03:27.000 Just to give you a sense of what this event is about.
00:03:32.000 This is an event with 5,000, like I said, screaming kids from all over the country, all 50 states represented, college and high school students.
00:03:39.000 We've got the, I mean, the top speakers in the country are here with us.
00:03:46.000 We've got Donald Trump Jr.
00:03:48.000 We've got Senator Rick Scott.
00:03:51.000 We've got Dr. Ben Carson.
00:03:54.000 We've got Mike Pompeo's coming on today.
00:03:56.000 We've got Senator Rick.
00:03:59.000 We've got Senator Ted Cruz.
00:04:01.000 We've got last night we had Haley McInaney and then, yes, Governor Ron DeSantis, Governor Ron DeSantis absolutely brought down the house.
00:04:09.000 And I think it's actually a really interesting aspect of this.
00:04:13.000 As we're sort of doing this live straw poll, as different personalities and characters come up to the stage, I mean, everybody is extremely, I think, passionate about all of the different folks that are coming on stage.
00:04:28.000 But nevertheless, I think that there is a particular passion for certain guests that come on stage.
00:04:34.000 And I will tell you that when Ron DeSantis, who we have been singing his praises on this show, and rightly so, the man has been doing tremendous work, been doing the Lord's work, as we say, right here in the great state of Florida.
00:04:47.000 The boom from the students was absolutely deafening.
00:04:53.000 So let's go ahead and play cut one, Governor Ron DeSantis, live at the Student Action Summit just last night.
00:05:01.000 Listen to him explain the difference between Fauciism and Florida.
00:05:07.000 Here in Florida, we believe in lifting people up, not locking people down.
00:05:17.000 We believe in protecting the rights of kids to get an in-person education, the right of people to earn a living, and the right of people to maintain their businesses.
00:05:27.000 Florida chooses freedom over Fauciism.
00:05:36.000 You know, Connor, you were in the room.
00:05:38.000 That particular clip does not exactly like the audio does not do justice.
00:05:42.000 I mean, you heard the kids screaming.
00:05:45.000 You were right there, right in the front.
00:05:47.000 What did you hear when DeSantis not only came on stage, but when he delivered that line?
00:05:52.000 Yeah, I didn't hear anything.
00:05:53.000 It almost made me deaf, I tell you, after he got on stage, the applause was so loud.
00:05:57.000 And I actually had to leave a little bit early to get down here to the podcast room because we had a recording after that.
00:06:01.000 And I can tell you that the ceiling was shaking.
00:06:04.000 There was dust falling from it because the students, whenever he was getting off stage, they were going nuts.
00:06:09.000 They were going absolutely insane.
00:06:11.000 Yeah.
00:06:12.000 I mean, I have to say, and I don't want to stoke any unnecessary controversy here because we are, this show, President Trump is, you know, this conference is run by Turning Point USA, which is a 501c3.
00:06:26.000 There's certain lines they can't cross when it comes to endorsing candidates and things like that.
00:06:31.000 I mean, it's loudly and proudly conservative, but it stays out of the purely political sort of calling which candidates and that.
00:06:41.000 Don't need to get into it.
00:06:42.000 I think you guys know what I mean.
00:06:43.000 The point is, however, is that on this show, we can get extremely political.
00:06:47.000 There is no rules against it.
00:06:49.000 And again, not to get controversial, but this, if you're just talking to people at this event, there is a lot of discussion behind the scenes about Trump versus DeSantis.
00:06:59.000 Now, we're going to politely stay out of that because we love both of them.
00:07:03.000 But I will tell you that you can't totally avoid it just simply by the nature of this.
00:07:08.000 This is a very pro-Trump crowd.
00:07:10.000 Let's just be really clear about that.
00:07:12.000 President Trump has spoken to this crowd probably three times, four times in the last couple of years.
00:07:17.000 And actually, Turning Point Action is going to be hosting President Trump in Phoenix for a Defend Our Vote, Defend the Election Integrity Rally.
00:07:28.000 Election Integrity Rally.
00:07:29.000 I think that's a great way to say it.
00:07:30.000 July 24th, if you're in the Phoenix area, we'd love to have you out.
00:07:33.000 Yes.
00:07:34.000 Yes, that's right.
00:07:35.000 So, so, and that's going to be downtown Phoenix, by the way.
00:07:39.000 4,000, 5,000 people at the end.
00:07:41.000 At least 4,000, 5,000.
00:07:42.000 The overflow, like always, with Trump rallies, is going to be huge, too.
00:07:45.000 There's going to be basically first come, first, first come, first serve on that ticketing.
00:07:50.000 So, if you're listening to that, so we are very pro-Trump, loud and proud, love the man, and have worked very hard on his behalf.
00:07:59.000 That being said, it's really tough to ignore the enthusiasm for Ron DeSantis.
00:08:06.000 Absolutely, it's impossible to ignore.
00:08:08.000 So, I think it's one of those storylines playing out that's going to be fun to watch, but really, you know, I think it's going to define a lot of the next couple of years.
00:08:18.000 Yeah, but I will say one thing, though, a lot of those students that were cheering really, really loud for DeSantis, they were wearing red hats from Trump.
00:08:24.000 I mean, like, there's so much crossover here.
00:08:26.000 And what it goes down to, like Andrew said, this is a nonpartisan conference and it's about the ideas.
00:08:31.000 And I think that the ideas, there's a clear line between what Donald Trump did for four years and the way that DeSantis has been governing for the last few years here.
00:08:40.000 So that's what's funny.
00:08:41.000 I think you're hitting on something that's really important.
00:08:46.000 There's going to be much made in the mainstream news media, especially from the politicos and the talking points memos and all of these morning consults and CNN, MSNBC.
00:08:55.000 They're going to try and spin this as a Trump v. DeSantis.
00:09:01.000 Will the relationship fracture?
00:09:02.000 Let's not forget that Trump endorsed DeSantis.
00:09:05.000 He came out of nowhere like a bad out of hell and won the governorship here in the state of Florida.
00:09:11.000 And thank God for that because Florida has been a refuge to the world.
00:09:15.000 And not only that, Andrew Gillum, who he was running up against, is turned out to be a total disaster.
00:09:20.000 Total disaster.
00:09:20.000 Worst thing we could have known.
00:09:21.000 I mean, there's the guys, the guys, you know, and I, you know, guy's got a got a drug problem.
00:09:27.000 You know, he's working on it, apparently.
00:09:29.000 Nevertheless, that's not who should be running a state.
00:09:31.000 Governor DeSantis comes from behind, out of nowhere, to win the nomination and then the governorship because of President Trump.
00:09:38.000 They have been spotted at Mar-a-Lago eating dinner together.
00:09:41.000 I think that's the point.
00:09:42.000 The ideas are so together.
00:09:44.000 They're so in sync.
00:09:46.000 And I really do think that Governor DeSantis is taking a lot of the lessons.
00:09:51.000 And I think the entire conservative movement to that point has taken a lot of the lessons that President Trump sort of taught us, actually.
00:09:58.000 And he's taking them and really running with them here in the state of Florida to great effect.
00:10:02.000 I think the biggest one is that he's a fighter and he's not backing down.
00:10:05.000 And we need a lot more of that in the Republican Party.
00:10:08.000 Well, speaking of fighting, let's go ahead and play cut to Don Jr. talking about what happens when we all band together and fight collectively.
00:10:08.000 Yeah.
00:10:16.000 So when I see a group like this, though, it does give me hope because the one thing I do know is that if we all band together, if we all fight collectively, they cannot cancel 150 million Americans.
00:10:32.000 Again, the audio doesn't do it justice, right?
00:10:36.000 These are cameras in the back of the room where we're getting these clips.
00:10:41.000 Don Jr. absolutely lit up that crowd.
00:10:44.000 And, you know, he's absolutely right.
00:10:46.000 If we're going to fight together and we're going to fight collectively, I know that's sort of a lefty term, but that's actually the point as conservatives.
00:10:53.000 We never band together and fight together.
00:10:55.000 Now we have to.
00:10:56.000 That is the message of this conference.
00:10:58.000 That's the message these students are sending us.
00:11:01.000 We got to hit the ground running.
00:11:04.000 And that is absolutely true.
00:11:07.000 What we're seeing is different themes emerge as these speakers get up.
00:11:11.000 I mean, this thing is being streamed on Fox.
00:11:13.000 I mean, lots of branding all over Fox.
00:11:18.000 We're hearing about it from everybody, which is really fantastic that they've gotten behind this in such a great way.
00:11:25.000 But I think what we're seeing is these things emerge, right?
00:11:28.000 I mean, you have the theme of tech censorship, which is what we heard from DeSantis.
00:11:33.000 And actually, I think we got a clip from that that we want to play here.
00:11:36.000 We've got the COVID is obviously still looming large as the CDC keeps updating their guidances, as the White House is conspiring with Facebook and big tech to quote unquote block disinformation, whatever that is, and then, which is, which is patently absurd.
00:11:53.000 And we want to get into that in a lot more detail, to be honest.
00:11:56.000 And then, you know, meanwhile, Charlie and Turning Point have launched No Force Vax.
00:12:02.000 He's been talking about that.
00:12:03.000 And really, the kids have responded in incredible ways.
00:12:07.000 Actually, it was probably one of the biggest applause line from Charlie's speeches.
00:12:10.000 But I want to get back to what DeSantis is talking about.
00:12:14.000 Ron DeSantis headlined the conference last night.
00:12:17.000 The kids absolutely exploded, exuberant.
00:12:20.000 And here we go.
00:12:21.000 Let's go ahead and play cut four.
00:12:23.000 This is DeSantis talking about probably one of the most important developments in the conservative movement in recent years.
00:12:30.000 And this is really this idea of companies, corporatism, cronyism.
00:12:36.000 And how does that all fit in with the conservative movement and the evolution on the conservative side of how we feel about these corporations?
00:12:42.000 Go ahead and play cut four.
00:12:44.000 Are we going to be a people-driven party or are we going to be slouched back into the corporatism of yesteryear?
00:12:52.000 To me, one test of this is, are you willing to stand up against the political censorship by big tech or not?
00:12:59.000 And if you're not, if your view is, hey, they're private, they can do whatever they want, they can censor you, they can deplatform you, they can harm you, they can actually work in concert with the Biden administration to censor things the government once censored.
00:13:15.000 If you believe that that's all hunky-dory, well, God bless you, because I don't think it's hunky-dory.
00:13:21.000 I don't think it's fine.
00:13:25.000 Well, God bless you because I don't think it's fine.
00:13:28.000 I don't think it's fine either.
00:13:29.000 That's Governor Ron DeSantis speaking to the Student Action Summit last night.
00:13:34.000 A really, really powerful clip right there because it represents a sea change in the conservative movement.
00:13:41.000 I mean, Connor, you remember even just what, 2012, even 2016, really?
00:13:47.000 I mean, the messaging around this was completely different.
00:13:49.000 I mean, for goodness sakes, we gave big corporate a tax cut.
00:13:52.000 Yeah, of course it was.
00:13:53.000 We got a majority.
00:13:54.000 The people entrusted Republicans with a majority in the House and the Senate, and we got the presidency.
00:13:58.000 And what did we do to fight big tech?
00:14:00.000 Well, we gave Mark Zuckerberg and Jeff Bezos and Sundar Pichai a tax cut.
00:14:05.000 We didn't do anything about it.
00:14:06.000 How did Trump say, right?
00:14:09.000 We almost got it right.
00:14:10.000 No, we've come a long way in four years, and this ties into what Charlie opened the entire conference with.
00:14:15.000 And this is the overarching theme that I think Charlie wanted to lay out, and rightfully so, is that it's time for us to play offense.
00:14:19.000 We can't just sit back and take it anymore from these people because they hate America and they are clearly on a warpath to destroy America, in my opinion, right?
00:14:27.000 Well, I mean, you know, speaking about playing offense, I'm glad you brought that up.
00:14:33.000 How did you choose which internet service provider to use?
00:14:36.000 The sad thing is most of us have very little choice because ISPs operate like monopolies in the regions that they serve.
00:14:43.000 They then use this monopoly power to take advantage of customers, data caps, streaming, throttles, and the list goes on.
00:14:48.000 But worst of all, many ISPs log your internet activity and sell that data onto other big tech companies or advertisers.
00:14:55.000 To prevent ISPs from seeing my internet activity, I protect all my devices with ExpressVPN.
00:15:01.000 So what is ExpressVPN?
00:15:02.000 It's a simple app for your computer or smartphone that encrypts all your network data and tunnels it through a secure VPN server so that ISP cannot search or see any of your activity.
00:15:12.000 ExpressVPN does all this without slowing down your connection.
00:15:15.000 That's why I have it on all my devices.
00:15:17.000 In fact, I just looked at it right now.
00:15:18.000 So stop handing over all of your personal data to ISPs and tech giants who mine your activity and sell off your information.
00:15:26.000 Protect yourself with expressvpn.com slash Charlie, E-X-P-R-E-S-S-V-P-N.com slash Charlie to get three extra months free.
00:15:35.000 Go to expressvpn.com/slash Charlie right now to learn more.
00:15:41.000 Lo and behold, I'm here.
00:15:42.000 I made it.
00:15:43.000 Right onto the scene.
00:15:44.000 Charlie is here.
00:15:45.000 Charlie, take over.
00:15:46.000 It's your show.
00:15:47.000 Yeah.
00:15:48.000 Didn't do a lot of show prep today.
00:15:49.000 Actually, a lot I do want to talk about.
00:15:51.000 And apologize for being late, complicated business.
00:15:54.000 But we had an auditorium full of students.
00:15:56.000 We're about to have Mike Pompeo up on stage.
00:15:59.000 And it was just Eric Metaxas from the Salem Radio Network and Chris Buzzkirk from American Greatness.
00:16:05.000 And then we had Dr. James Lindsay.
00:16:07.000 We had Brandon Tatum on the Charlie Kirk Show podcast.
00:16:10.000 And then we also just had Jack Pasebik, which was a really interesting podcast.
00:16:14.000 Yeah, I was flying the wall for that one, and you guys got deep.
00:16:18.000 It's been quite the day.
00:16:19.000 And honestly, just super, super blessed and honored by all the students that showed up.
00:16:25.000 And it's been incredible.
00:16:27.000 It's been incredible.
00:16:28.000 We played the clips, Charlie, before you got here of the cheers for DeSantis, talking about just how enthused the crowd was.
00:16:36.000 Yeah, and look, so we don't do politics at Turning Point.
00:16:39.000 It's all educational and cultural, but we can do politics here on this show.
00:16:43.000 And it just goes to show the Republican Party will be successful if it's a party that stands on its principles, is courageous, and is a party of leaders.
00:16:55.000 And Ron DeSantis is a leader.
00:16:57.000 I had a great opportunity to catch up with him yesterday before he took the stage.
00:17:01.000 And just from a strictly political standpoint, now talking, Ron DeSantis is basically the number two most powerful person in the Republican Party outside of Donald Trump.
00:17:12.000 And where's Tucker fit in with that?
00:17:14.000 Well, I don't think he's in.
00:17:15.000 I don't think he's a political office holder.
00:17:17.000 I think Tucker is probably number one in the communication medium, of course, right?
00:17:22.000 By far.
00:17:23.000 And but I think you see Governor DeSantis enter last night.
00:17:27.000 You played some tape from that.
00:17:28.000 Yeah.
00:17:29.000 And the room was electric.
00:17:31.000 I mean, I've never for a short moment.
00:17:33.000 I said, wow, that's the first time we've been able to replicate Trump energy at one of our events.
00:17:39.000 That's right.
00:17:40.000 I was saying that we've hosted Trump, what, four times, five times at different events.
00:17:44.000 I mean, some of them were at the White House.
00:17:47.000 Some of them were actually off-site, right?
00:17:49.000 That was probably the loudest boom except for Trump.
00:17:53.000 I totally agree.
00:17:55.000 Who the heck knows the thunderclap?
00:17:56.000 It was lightning.
00:17:57.000 It was unbelievable.
00:17:58.000 Yeah.
00:17:58.000 And everyone, you guys can listen back to the speech.
00:18:01.000 In fact, I think we might be airing some of these speeches with some intros just on this podcast, the ones we really want you to hear.
00:18:07.000 I think it's really important.
00:18:08.000 But just from the political standpoint, is that the Republican Party is growing in enthusiasm and numbers.
00:18:14.000 I mean, after you lose an election, or people get mad when I say that.
00:18:20.000 He's not in the White House.
00:18:21.000 He's misplaced from power, right?
00:18:24.000 And people are usually in kind of a sullen state for at least 18 months and then they get out of it.
00:18:28.000 I mean, yesterday you saw people were excited as ever to be there.
00:18:32.000 DeSantis is incredible.
00:18:33.000 Ted Cruz was phenomenal.
00:18:35.000 Congressman Lauren Bobert was terrific.
00:18:36.000 Congressman Byron Donalds was great.
00:18:38.000 I forgot to mention those last two.
00:18:40.000 They were amazing.
00:18:41.000 They were electric.
00:18:41.000 And Madison Cawthorne was phenomenal.
00:18:44.000 I'm seeing a lot of people.
00:18:44.000 He gave one of his best speeches.
00:18:45.000 I was going to say, I'm so glad you brought up Madison.
00:18:48.000 When he got off the stage, I'm not kidding you, folks.
00:18:51.000 And we'll definitely have to clip this and we'll put it out.
00:18:54.000 I mean, but I'm telling you, his face was red.
00:18:56.000 He was so pumped up.
00:18:58.000 He was yelling, shouting at the top of his lungs.
00:19:01.000 And it was a William Wallace.
00:19:02.000 You literally was a William Wallace moment.
00:19:04.000 The kids were so excited.
00:19:06.000 They were screaming over the top of him, which made him then scream louder.
00:19:09.000 And I mean, it was just absolutely electric.
00:19:11.000 And he, you know, it is only Madison can.
00:19:13.000 He whipped around and rolled off and raced off.
00:19:16.000 Together, we're going to do it.
00:19:17.000 Yeah.
00:19:18.000 And then raced off.
00:19:19.000 Rolls off.
00:19:20.000 By the way, he's whipping around this conference.
00:19:22.000 It'll be just like talking to somebody.
00:19:23.000 And all of a sudden this guy in a wheelchair goes screaming by at 15 miles an hour.
00:19:27.000 And it's Madison Cawth.
00:19:28.000 And here's the memo to Republican leadership, which I think is really important, which we don't coordinate any speeches.
00:19:36.000 None.
00:19:36.000 We do not do, we don't look at anyone's speeches.
00:19:39.000 We don't ask for their speeches.
00:19:40.000 We trust our speakers at Turning Point USA.
00:19:43.000 It's always been the case.
00:19:45.000 And I love doing that because no one wants to be micromanaged.
00:19:48.000 And I just think that there's a spontaneous order that starts to come through.
00:19:52.000 What's been so amazing to see is the uniformity of messaging with no central planning at all, where almost every speaker is speaking out against big tech.
00:20:02.000 Now, do we have the sound of Jen Psaki calling shots?
00:20:07.000 Yeah, we'll pull that up.
00:20:08.000 We'll get to that Jen Pissaki thing in a second.
00:20:13.000 But the big tech issue is a forefront issue concern of our students.
00:20:18.000 And you want to see the future of the Republican Party.
00:20:21.000 You'll also see it's a party that's standing against mandatory vaccines.
00:20:24.000 That has been mentioned many times.
00:20:26.000 And then the other thing, which is critical race theory.
00:20:29.000 Almost every speaker has brought up 1776 versus 1619.
00:20:34.000 Almost every single speaker has brought up the school board project.
00:20:38.000 Almost every single speaker has brought up this idea of parents getting back involved in local education, not allowing your students to be indoctrinated, but instead educating them.
00:20:49.000 And I've personally really enjoyed, just kind of from a backstage side, seeing who is the most popular, who's saying the things that really resonate.
00:20:59.000 And I could tell you right now, from a political prediction standpoint, this feels like a movement that's going to take back the House and the Senate in 2022.
00:21:07.000 You know, there was a, I think it was an article from, I think it was Politico that said that the momentum is shifted back into the Democrat Party on the Senate side, simply by like it was some fundraising.
00:21:20.000 It was like super PAC money, though.
00:21:22.000 They have some sort of financial advantage.
00:21:23.000 And I just looked at that and I was like, yeah, why don't you tell me how Jeb Bush did with his financial advantage?
00:21:28.000 I mean, just from an energy standpoint, I mean, we know in midterms, the incumbent party faces an uphill battle.
00:21:35.000 I mean, that's just a fact.
00:21:36.000 Yes.
00:21:37.000 So we know that.
00:21:38.000 And we also know that the map is looking good for us as far as, especially when the House.
00:21:42.000 The House is looking really solid.
00:21:43.000 But what about the Senate?
00:21:44.000 I mean, I think a lot of people get to the point.
00:21:45.000 Yeah, the Senate.
00:21:46.000 Is her name Gene Shaheen?
00:21:48.000 Is that what it is, Connor?
00:21:49.000 Gene Shaheen, the wild card from New Hampshire.
00:21:51.000 Connor could pull up a chair here.
00:21:53.000 We're doing this somewhat spontaneously.
00:21:56.000 Is that a good word?
00:21:57.000 We don't have an Mike.
00:21:58.000 We're doing this reform.
00:22:00.000 We're doing it collaboratively, communitarian style.
00:22:04.000 It's funny.
00:22:04.000 I brought up collectivism earlier.
00:22:06.000 I said, you know, really?
00:22:07.000 Yeah.
00:22:07.000 It's actually really important because people say, Charlie, what are the political targets?
00:22:10.000 Gene Shaheen in New Hampshire is in a very tough race with Sununu, and we got to get rid of her.
00:22:15.000 She's a Democrat.
00:22:16.000 The Nevada Senate race is winnable, but really tough.
00:22:19.000 Ron Johnson should win the Senate race in Wisconsin, current Republican.
00:22:23.000 In Pennsylvania, we have an open Senate seat because Pat Toomey resigned and it's currently a primary.
00:22:30.000 Sean Parnell is looking very good.
00:22:32.000 Ohio should be comfortably Republican.
00:22:35.000 Marco Rubio should win his Senate seat.
00:22:37.000 Is he up this cycle?
00:22:39.000 Checking.
00:22:40.000 Is Val Demings running against him?
00:22:43.000 She is the worst.
00:22:45.000 What'd you say?
00:22:47.000 She's a cop?
00:22:50.000 Really?
00:22:51.000 So she used to be a cop in Miami County.
00:22:53.000 I thought she represented like Orlando area.
00:22:56.000 I could be wrong.
00:22:58.000 I thought she represented like Winter Park Ocala-ish, right?
00:23:05.000 Am I right?
00:23:06.000 Anyway, then the Arizona Senate race is really important to get rid of Mark Kelly.
00:23:11.000 And there's currently a couple candidates.
00:23:13.000 A lot of people might be surprised by that Mark Kelly thing if you're not like completely current.
00:23:17.000 Mark Kelly just got elected, but it was.
00:23:19.000 So the Senate is, by the way, it is a total toss-up.
00:23:21.000 You have a lot of Republicans that are vulnerable, and you have a lot of Democrats that are extraordinarily vulnerable.
00:23:27.000 So, the best pickups for Republicans are going to be in Arizona, getting rid of Mark Kelly.
00:23:31.000 Do you have a primary Mark Bernovich, Blake Masters, who's a friend of mine?
00:23:36.000 And then you have Jim Lehman from Depcom Power.
00:23:41.000 And so, they're all going to be speaking out at our turning point speaking out, speaking at our turning point action event.
00:23:48.000 As if we don't have enough going on here at this battleship to save Western civilization, we are hosting the president this Saturday in Phoenix, Arizona.
00:23:58.000 You look so excited about that, Andrew.
00:24:01.000 Listen, I'm actually extremely excited about it, but it is fairly a lot.
00:24:07.000 It's a lot.
00:24:08.000 It's going to be thousands.
00:24:08.000 But it's going to be amazing.
00:24:10.000 How are the Suns doing, by the way?
00:24:12.000 Down 3-2.
00:24:13.000 Is that right?
00:24:13.000 Yeah, they lost it.
00:24:14.000 They lost it right at the end of the day.
00:24:15.000 Yeah, sure.
00:24:16.000 But that Giannis guy is actually Greek.
00:24:18.000 Is that right?
00:24:19.000 He's Greek.
00:24:21.000 You love Greece.
00:24:22.000 I love Greece.
00:24:23.000 It's great.
00:24:23.000 Great history, culture, food, people.
00:24:27.000 So then the other race.
00:24:29.000 Yeah, so then the other one is Georgia.
00:24:31.000 Now, as Herschel Walker officially announced, I think it's the only soft announcement.
00:24:35.000 A little bit of failure to log in.
00:24:36.000 He's got some test balloons.
00:24:38.000 Herschel could beat Raphael Warnock.
00:24:40.000 He could do a Joe Biden.
00:24:41.000 He'll never have to campaign.
00:24:43.000 But by the way, this all comes back to Charlie only if we fix our elections.
00:24:47.000 Well, it's true, though.
00:24:48.000 I mean, and we covered this extensively last week, factually and correctly.
00:24:56.000 And I only say that because there's just some clowns out there that just say things that aren't true or that they hope to be true.
00:25:02.000 We are always focused on the facts here on this program, and we always will be.
00:25:06.000 And so we have to fix our elections.
00:25:08.000 Arizona is a mess.
00:25:09.000 We're going to be focusing on that throughout the week.
00:25:11.000 Got to fix our elections in Georgia.
00:25:13.000 Got to fix our elections in Pennsylvania and Wisconsin and Michigan.
00:25:16.000 So the Senate is in a very good position for Republicans to take back.
00:25:21.000 Arizona and Georgia in particular are two seats that we have to win back.
00:25:25.000 And quite honestly, though, I mean, David Purdue should have won with all the nonsense that happened with the counting of the ballots.
00:25:32.000 He shouldn't have had to go to a runoff.
00:25:34.000 Shouldn't have had to go to a runoff.
00:25:35.000 The runoff was a, it's honestly a fraudulent runoff.
00:25:38.000 The fact that it even had to go to that.
00:25:39.000 Yeah, I did the math.
00:25:41.000 It's a little bit of a fuzzy math here, but it was roughly 12 to 13,000 votes was set what separated Osoff and what separated Osoff and Purdue from even getting to a runoff.
00:25:58.000 There was only 12 or 13,000 votes.
00:26:00.000 They've exposed potentially tens of thousands.
00:26:03.000 And apparently, this is the new news that's coming out of Georgia that other counties in Georgia probably had even more fraud than Fulton.
00:26:13.000 Like there's other counties that it actually looked, the error rate is even higher than Fulton County.
00:26:17.000 Wow.
00:26:20.000 As you know, my friend Mike Lindell has a passion to help everyone get the best sleep of your life.
00:26:25.000 He didn't stop by simply creating the best pillow.
00:26:27.000 Mike created the new Giza Dream bedsheets.
00:26:30.000 They look and feel great, which means an even better night's sleep for me, which is what's crucial for my busy schedule.
00:26:35.000 Mike found the world's best cotton called Giza.
00:26:38.000 It's ultra-soft and breathable, but extremely durable.
00:26:41.000 Mike's Giza sheets come with a 60-day money-back guarantee and a 10-year warranty.
00:26:46.000 The first night you sleep on Giza sheets, you will never want to sleep on anything else.
00:26:51.000 Giza Dream sheets come in a variety of sizes and colors.

00:27:24.000 The greatest applause lines at our student action summit with 4,000 young people being gathered.
00:27:28.000 I think it's more than 4,000.
00:27:29.000 I mean, the chairs keep going.
00:27:31.000 Just shy 5,000.
00:27:32.000 What'd you say?
00:27:33.000 Just shy 5,000.
00:27:34.000 Yeah, it's just right, it's right near there.
00:27:35.000 And if you count the overflow and then the live stream, by the way.
00:27:38.000 By the way, that was a fire marshal thing.
00:27:40.000 Just so you know, we're always up against it with the fire marshals at these events, based on how recurring theme is this idea that skin color does not matter and character does.
00:27:53.000 And I just talked about this with James Lindsay on stage, and we had this really important agreement.
00:27:59.000 James Lindsay, who would call himself a liberal, but I take great exception with that.
00:28:03.000 I think he just calls him that because that's a jersey that gives him credibility in the conservative world.
00:28:06.000 I think he's kind of past.
00:28:08.000 I talked to him myself.
00:28:09.000 He's past the liberal.
00:28:10.000 I think he's very public, basically saying, I took the red pill and I'm on the white pill down to the black.
00:28:14.000 It's like, okay, you can take the blue pill.
00:28:16.000 I don't know what any of this means.
00:28:18.000 But blue pill wakes you up in your bed and you go back to work.
00:28:21.000 The red pill, I'll show you how deep this rabbit hole actually goes.
00:28:25.000 James Lindsay, who I think James Lindsay's doing the Dave Rubin thing, which he kind of like wears the liberal jersey, but we all know that he's working for our team.
00:28:33.000 You know what I mean?
00:28:34.000 I think at some point these are all semantics at this point.
00:28:37.000 No, I totally agree.
00:28:38.000 It's like, look who he talks to, look who his friends are.
00:28:40.000 No, and but James was, you know, what term he used on stage?
00:28:43.000 And you guys can all listen to this on the Charlie Kirk show.
00:28:45.000 And James Lindsay is the expert on critical race theory.
00:28:48.000 We're dropping this in two parts, by the way.
00:28:50.000 It's going to be James Lindsey.
00:28:51.000 We have so many exclusive interviews, everybody on our podcast.
00:28:55.000 I don't say this braggadociously, but just for, I don't, by the way, I do very little talking in these.
00:28:59.000 So I can actually say this.
00:29:01.000 It's the most interesting podcast material in the Western hemisphere.
00:29:04.000 Charlie talks.
00:29:05.000 Charlie's got a lot of insights, but I'm telling you.
00:29:05.000 Trust me.
00:29:07.000 I do a lot more listening.
00:29:08.000 If you're a parent out there, this is a legitimate thing I want to say.
00:29:11.000 If you are a parent out there and you are struggling, or just a concerned citizen that has grandkids in school, and you are struggling to make sense of critical race theory, how we got here, what the truth of where we actually are and where they're planning to take it next, you need to listen to these episodes that are coming up on the Charlie Kirk Show podcast with James Lindsay.
00:29:31.000 And we also have this amazing two-part conversation with Josh Hammer and So Rob Amari about tradition and about when is it right to change things in society and when we, when should we be hesitant to change things in society?
00:29:46.000 I loved that conversation.
00:29:48.000 But anyway, James Lindsay and I had this point of agreement where I was going where the applause reached a deafening level where it was saying, if you care about skin color, you are a racist.
00:30:00.000 It was just overwhelming.
00:30:02.000 And we need to keep repeating that.
00:30:04.000 The left is really good at these incantations.
00:30:07.000 The left thinks they're creative.
00:30:09.000 They're really.
00:30:10.000 I love that word, incantations, because that's what it is.
00:30:12.000 Well, incantation, just so people know, is a phrase you repeat to yourself.
00:30:16.000 Yes, I can do it.
00:30:19.000 It is spiritual, too.
00:30:21.000 Yeah, there's a lot of it's very, um, very Southeast Asian incantations are.
00:30:27.000 And I will close with this, everybody.
00:30:29.000 There is hope for the future beyond anything the media will ever tell you here in Tampa, Florida.
00:30:35.000 The largest ever gathering of young conservatives.
00:30:38.000 I think that might be the case here.
00:30:39.000 By the way, I should say that on stage.
00:30:41.000 That's a pretty amazing thing.
00:30:42.000 The largest ever gathering of conservative freedom fighters here in Tampa, Florida, made possible by Turning Point USA and the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:30:50.000 Of course, we are here live covering it.
00:30:52.000 And then also, we want to take the magic and keep it in a bottle so you guys can apply it back at home.
00:30:59.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
