00:01:44.000 We are on the case, everybody, because you guys back us.
00:01:46.000 And if you want to get involved with Turning Point USA, which is the largest conservative student organization ever to exist, go to tpusa.com.
00:01:54.000 What an episode.
00:01:55.000 One of our favorites we've done because it's important and it's true and almost no one else is talking about it.
00:02:01.000 Buckle up.
00:02:02.000 Here we go.
00:02:04.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:02:06.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:02:08.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:02:11.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:02:14.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:02:15.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:02:16.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.
00:02:25.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:02:34.000 That's why we are here.
00:02:36.000 How many years have I been telling you about Relief Factor?
00:02:38.000 A lot.
00:02:39.000 Truth is, I know millions of people.
00:02:41.000 In fact, some people say over 100 million people are struggling with some kind of pain, maybe from exercise or just getting older.
00:02:47.000 Now, Pete and Seth Talbot, they are on a mission.
00:02:49.000 You rarely see this kind of focus and commitment.
00:02:51.000 They recently shared with me that they are doubling down and want to literally double their total number of happy customers in the next year.
00:02:57.000 And I believe they'll do it.
00:02:58.000 So here's the deal.
00:02:59.000 Go to relieffactor.com.
00:03:00.000 That's relieffactor.com or call 800-500-8384.
00:03:04.000 People ask me, tell me why Relief Factor is so successful in lowering or eliminating pain.
00:03:09.000 I'm often asked that question.
00:03:10.000 So maybe you want to be able to do cartwheels or be able to do backflips like producer Andrew.
00:03:15.000 Maybe you want to be able to run a marathon, swim under seas, swim underwater, go scuba diving, jump out of an airplane, or maybe you want to be able to go to the Phoenix Suns finals game like some other people.
00:03:26.000 But maybe it's your knee pain, back pain, joint pain, whatever pain it might be.
00:03:26.000 They're going.
00:03:30.000 Maybe Relief Factor is for you.
00:03:32.000 ReliefFactor.com, 100% drug-free.
00:03:34.000 Check it out, relieffactor.com.
00:03:40.000 We just finished our student action summit in Tampa, Florida.
00:03:43.000 Well over 4,000 students in attendance, hosted, of course, by Turning Point USA.
00:03:49.000 I don't think I saw one mask throughout the entire conference.
00:03:52.000 People were having a wonderful time.
00:03:54.000 And I could tell you that whenever Fauci's name was mentioned, it was met with, I think, the highest level of venom and outrage from our crowd, and for very good reason.
00:04:09.000 Fauci has become the caricature of big pharma, big government, anti-freedom measures.
00:04:20.000 And quite honestly, he has become the mascot of unreasonable and corrupt decisions that have been made from our government.
00:04:36.000 Now, Fauci is someone that we've talked about for quite some time.
00:04:42.000 Fauci is a great example of what happens when government gets too big.
00:04:48.000 When government gets too big, you get these rather clever, sly, devious, and dare I say slippery operators who are able to be a permanent attribute of the system.
00:05:05.000 They're very difficult to remove.
00:05:07.000 They know what to say at congressional hearings.
00:05:10.000 They know how to get and receive congressional funding.
00:05:14.000 They know how to turn people against each other.
00:05:16.000 They are experts in failing upwards.
00:05:19.000 They've never done anything consequential.
00:05:22.000 They have no massive successes to point to.
00:05:25.000 Instead, he can just say, I've been here for 40 years.
00:05:30.000 And somehow that allows him to stay.
00:05:33.000 It's almost as if he has a blackmail file on every single person in his department.
00:05:38.000 He is the highest paid employee of the entire federal government.
00:05:44.000 And Fauci rarely gets confronted.
00:05:48.000 Fauci rarely gets asked questions.
00:05:50.000 You see, people like Fauci, no different than Brennan and Clapper, they hate exposure.
00:05:58.000 No different than the war industry, no different than the Internal Revenue Service.
00:06:02.000 People like Fauci, who have a clear history of manipulation, clever maneuvering, double-speak, duplicitous, serpent-like behavior, they don't like being called out.
00:06:19.000 Well, yesterday, the stars aligned, and Congress decided to actually exercise their Article I authority.
00:06:28.000 Yesterday, Congress decided to do what the Article I of the Constitution clearly mandates Congress to do, which is to check and balance the administrative state.
00:06:41.000 The first sentence of Article I is that all laws must originate through Congress.
00:06:49.000 We lost this around the Woodrow Wilson era when all of a sudden, the fourth branch of government, which we talked about a lot yesterday in our program, they have now become the rule-making industry, whether it be the EPA, the FDIC, the SEC.
00:07:10.000 Thousands and thousands of arbitrary rules and regulations are added to the Federal Registry every single year, illegally and unconstitutionally.
00:07:20.000 But yesterday, the stars aligned where Fauci was confronted by an actual doctor.
00:07:28.000 Now, you see, people have to give Fauci this title.
00:07:32.000 He's a doctor, don't you know?
00:07:34.000 When was the last time Fauci saw patients?
00:07:37.000 When was the last time Mr. Fauci sat in a room and diagnosed somebody?
00:07:42.000 When was the last time Fauci walked in a room and had to wash his hands, Look a patient in the eye and go through the process of diagnosing and hopefully prescribing some treatment for that patient.
00:07:58.000 When was the last time Fauci did that?
00:08:00.000 Has he ever done that?
00:08:01.000 No, instead, we give Fauci the doctor label while he's been a permanent government bureaucrat.
00:08:09.000 Well, yesterday, an actual doctor, someone who has actually helped people, someone who has actually been in doctors' offices, not just being a doctor himself, in fact, being on the national board for eye doctors, was, of course, Dr. Rand Paul.
00:08:32.000 You see, Dr. Rand Paul, instead of vacationing in Turks and Caicos, he went down to Haiti in his spare time a couple years ago and worked on emergency eye surgeries, cataract and glaucoma surgeries, and LASIC procedures for children who were malnourished in Haiti.
00:08:54.000 That's where Dr. Rand Paul spends his time.
00:08:59.000 Now, you see, Fauci doesn't like being called out by other doctors.
00:09:04.000 Fauci likes to use a logical fallacy that we call arguing from authority.
00:09:09.000 Fauci likes to say, I'm a doctor.
00:09:14.000 40 years, public health, consensus.
00:09:20.000 And most senators back down because they don't want to be called anti-science.
00:09:28.000 But Dr. Rand Paul and Senator Rand Paul is not intimidated by the word games or the arguing of authority from the clever and sly and devious and duplicitous and slippery bureaucrat that is Fauci.
00:09:43.000 You see, Dr. Rand Paul knows every single word of scientific lingo that can possibly thrown out like frisbees from Fauci at these Senate committees.
00:09:53.000 Instead of fawning over Fauci, Rand Paul was waiting his turn.
00:09:58.000 Rand Paul was waiting for his couple minutes to cross-examine Fauci.
00:10:03.000 And what we saw yesterday was a collision of two doctors, one that's actually a doctor and one who's more like a political science, collide with two different visions for America.
00:10:16.000 What we saw is one actual doctor call out the nonsense of someone who is best described as a lockdown artist, as a spokesperson for the biggest pharmaceutical companies on the planet, a shill for the vaccination industry, against someone who has to go meet and treat patients.
00:10:40.000 You see, this collision course of a fake doctor and a real doctor, and when I say fake doctor, I mean when was the last time he's actually been in a doctor's office?
00:10:52.000 Being a permanent government bureaucrat distances yourself from human beings.
00:10:59.000 You become a defender of the bureaucracy.
00:11:02.000 You become a shield of the process.
00:11:06.000 You become obligated to cover up for things that have gone wrong before.
00:11:11.000 You see, what we saw yesterday, which we are going to listen to together throughout this hour, is Rand Paul, with courage and clarity, call Fauci out for his crimes.
00:11:24.000 Call Fauci out for his duplicitous behavior.
00:11:28.000 And finally, we saw the U.S. Constitution at work.
00:11:32.000 It's been far too long, dare I say.
00:11:34.000 The Constitution gives all authority for checking and balancing the executive branch and the administrative state straight to Congress.
00:11:44.000 Now, Congress has usually been too busy, like Eric Swalwell traveling to Middle Eastern countries like the Sultan of Brunei, shirtless on a camel, or Pelosi eating $55 ice cream.
00:11:55.000 But finally, the administrative state was held accountable.
00:11:59.000 And the two doctors that collided, the real doctor, won.
00:12:06.000 How did you choose which internet service provider to use?
00:12:09.000 The sad thing is, most of us have very little choice because ISPs operate like monopolies in the regions that they serve.
00:12:15.000 They then use this monopoly power to take advantage of customers, data caps, streaming throttles, and the list goes on.
00:12:21.000 But worst of all, many ISPs log your internet activity and sell that data onto other big tech companies or advertisers.
00:12:27.000 To prevent ISPs from seeing my internet activity, I protect all my devices with ExpressVPN.
00:12:33.000 So what is ExpressVPN?
00:12:35.000 It's a simple app for your computer or smartphone that encrypts all your network data and tunnels it through a secure VPN server so that ISP cannot search or see any of your activity.
00:12:45.000 ExpressVPN does all this without slowing down your connection.
00:12:47.000 That's why I have it on all my devices.
00:12:49.000 In fact, I just looked at it right now.
00:12:51.000 So stop handing over all of your personal data to ISPs and tech giants who mine your activity and sell off your information.
00:12:58.000 Protect yourself with expressvpn.com slash Charlie, E-X-P-R-E-S-S-V-P-N.com slash Charlie to get three extra months free.
00:13:07.000 Go to expressvpn.com slash Charlie right now to learn more.
00:13:13.000 Fauci and Dr. Rand Paul collided yesterday.
00:13:18.000 The Constitution gives explicit authority for the legislative branch to be able to check and balance, oversee, subpoena, and ask questions of the administrative branch or the executive branch.
00:13:32.000 Now, we have allowed a new fourth branch of government to be created over the years, which is a product of the progressive movement, Woodrow Wilson, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, Lyndon Baines Johnson, and more.
00:13:43.000 And the lack of oversight from Congress has been so frustrating.
00:13:48.000 Now, the exception to that is Dr. Rand Paul.
00:13:53.000 In Cut 26, Dr. Rand Paul grills Anthony Fauci about the research in the Wuhan Institute of Virology, where we now know that all of the evidence is pointing that it came from the lab.
00:14:09.000 And Fauci funded the lab.
00:14:12.000 Cut 26.
00:14:14.000 If the point that you are making is that the grant that was funded as a sub-award from EcoHealth to Wuhan created SARS-CoV-2, that's where you are getting.
00:14:28.000 Let me finish.
00:14:29.000 We don't know.
00:14:29.000 And then Fauci responds in CUT 27.
00:14:33.000 I totally resent the lie that you're now propagating.
00:14:37.000 You see, Fauci, as a clever, sly, devious bureaucrat, he thinks he knows how to maneuver a fellow doctor.
00:14:47.000 But he's more than met his match.
00:14:49.000 Cut 27, please.
00:14:51.000 Totally resent the lie that you are now propagating.
00:14:56.000 And you are implying that what we did was responsible for the deaths of individual.
00:15:02.000 I totally resent that.
00:15:04.000 And if anybody is lying here, Senator, it is you.
00:15:09.000 And you notice Fauci did not deny it.
00:15:12.000 You notice Fauci did not say he was not involved in gain of function research.
00:15:16.000 You notice that Fauci did not mention that gain of function research was not under his purview.
00:15:20.000 In fact, CUT 39, let's get that queued up, please.
00:15:24.000 Fauci back in 2013 when no one was talking about public health or pandemic preparedness, Fauci was bragging on television.
00:15:31.000 Well, what we really need is the ability to be able to have more creativity.
00:15:38.000 Cut 23, Fauci says that gain of function research, we can't have it be too restrictive, or else we can't be like Picasso.
00:15:49.000 Cut 39.
00:15:51.000 You have to have some restrictions in the sense of you don't do work that could actually hurt people in the sense of if you have a laboratory accident, you have to have the right containment.
00:16:08.000 Once you start being too restrictive, you then impede creativity for so many of the good things that could come out of the same type of work.
00:16:20.000 Impede creativity.
00:16:22.000 What sort of creativity do you need in gain of function research, Fauci?
00:16:27.000 The ability to try to manipulate spike proteins into a SARS COV2 virus to create a highly contagious pathogen that might be spread across the planet.
00:16:40.000 Had Fauci ever visited the Wuhan Institute of Virology?
00:16:43.000 We don't know.
00:16:44.000 What about the internal communications of our own government funding gain of research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology?
00:16:50.000 How is that under the purview of the federal government?
00:16:54.000 Can we get travel logs, records, financial background, and all that?
00:16:59.000 Was Fauci getting kickbacks?
00:17:01.000 Why is Fauci the highest paid employee of the federal government?
00:17:05.000 You see, Fauci doesn't like questions, which goes to show he's likely guilty of something.
00:17:12.000 Lying to Congress is a crime.
00:17:15.000 Many people on the right, when they lie to Congress or not even lie to Congress, it's incomplete statements or misremembering events or getting commas wrong, getting commas wrong or misremembering someone's name to jail to you for you.
00:17:34.000 When Clapper or Brennan, they lie in front of Congress around mass surveillance, nothing happens.
00:17:41.000 We have numerous examples of people on the left that do not go to jail for lying in front of Congress.
00:17:49.000 What about Fauci, where he so clearly, under oath, lied in front of the legislative branch?
00:18:00.000 Cut 40, Rand Paul says that lying to Congress is a crime.
00:18:05.000 And Fauci earlier had said that the NIH did not fund the Wuhan lab when in fact they did.
00:18:12.000 Not only is this not true, but Fauci was the one directing these resources.
00:18:18.000 Fauci knew what he was saying was not true.
00:18:21.000 So this, let me just tell you one of my big pet peeves is one way to say it.
00:18:26.000 It's one of my issues with how people describe lying.
00:18:31.000 So for example, when someone says something that is not true, that does not necessarily mean they are lying.
00:18:39.000 It is a lie when you know what you are saying is not true.
00:18:42.000 That is what a lie is.
00:18:44.000 So you could say something that is not true, but if you believe it to be true, you're simply misguided.
00:18:52.000 But if you say something with the intent of trying to create an impression of something you know is not rooted in objective reality, then you are a liar.
00:19:05.000 This happens a lot.
00:19:06.000 People say, oh, I stop lying to me.
00:19:09.000 They might be lying to you, or they might just be misguided.
00:19:12.000 It's a big difference.
00:19:15.000 Or one of my other things when someone says, oh, no, no, I'm sorry.
00:19:18.000 I lied.
00:19:19.000 We're actually leaving at 3 o'clock instead of 2 o'clock.
00:19:24.000 No, unless you knew we were leaving at 3 o'clock the entire time, you just misspoke and you were confused.
00:19:30.000 Now, this is an important distinction in the legal world as well, because Fauci will not be able to dodge his way out of this one.
00:19:39.000 He will not be able to maneuver his way out of this one because he was the one directing the funding.
00:19:46.000 Even the most talented defense attorney on the planet will not be able to excuse this one away.
00:19:52.000 Play Cut 40.
00:19:56.000 Dr. Fauci, as you are aware, it is a crime to lie to Congress.
00:20:01.000 Section 1001 of the U.S. Criminal Code creates a felony and a five-year penalty for lying to Congress.
00:20:08.000 On your last trip to our committee on May 11th, you stated that the NIH has not ever and does not now fund gain of function research in the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
00:20:20.000 And yet, gain of function research was done entirely in the Wuhan Institute by Dr. Xi and was funded by the NIH.
00:20:30.000 And it was funded by the NIH.
00:20:34.000 Lying to Congress is a crime.
00:20:39.000 Rand Paul continued this in Cut 25, where Rand Paul said that I'm going to send a letter to the Department of Justice for a criminal referral.
00:20:49.000 Now, the chances of the Department of Justice acting on this are almost zero.
00:20:57.000 But Rand knows exactly what he's doing here.
00:21:00.000 What Rand is doing is wise and it is helpful.
00:21:06.000 He is creating a public awareness campaign of number one, the two standards of justice.
00:21:11.000 Why does Fauci get to lie under oath and get away with it?
00:21:14.000 Number two, he gets to show that our public health officials have been intentionally misleading you since this pandemic began.
00:21:27.000 Cut 25, Senator Rand Paul.
00:21:29.000 Is your belief based on the evidence, Senator, that he lied before Congress and broke the law?
00:21:36.000 Yes, and I will be sending a letter to the Department of Justice asking for a criminal referral because he has lied to Congress.
00:21:43.000 We have scientists that will line up by the dozens to say that the research he was funding was gain of function.
00:21:49.000 He's doing this because he has a self-interest to cover his tracks and to cover his connection to Wuhan Lab.
00:21:56.000 And he has a self-interest to lie.
00:21:59.000 He is the architect of this entire system, the capital flows that went from the U.S. taxpayer to the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
00:22:10.000 In Cut 42, the real doctor, the doctor that sees patients, the doctor that goes and actually tries to heal people from malnutrition and give them their sight again, which can you think of a more moral thing to, I could probably think of something, but what an incredible gift to give people, the ability of sight.
00:22:30.000 So when Dr. Rand Paul is going to Central America and Haiti to give people their eyesight back, Fauci is designing clever capital flows that try to go from big companies to research grants to gain of function research.
00:22:48.000 You see, there's an old expression by Mark Twain, otherwise known as Samuel Clemens.
00:22:55.000 Tell the truth, it's easier to remember.
00:22:59.000 Play Cut 42.
00:23:01.000 I'd like to ask unanimous consent to insert into the record the Wuhan Virology paper entitled Discovery of a Rich Gene Pool of Bat SARS-RELED CORONAVIRUSES.
00:23:11.000 In this paper, Dr. Xi credits the NIH and lists the actual number of the grant that she was given by the NIH.
00:23:20.000 In this paper, she took two bat coronavirus genes, spike genes, and combined them with a SARS-related backbone to create new viruses that are not found in nature.
00:23:33.000 These lab-created viruses were then to shown to replicate in humans.
00:23:39.000 I just want to reiterate something I said earlier.
00:23:41.000 God bless Senator Rand Paul.
00:23:45.000 I consider him a friend.
00:23:46.000 He is exactly what the founding fathers envisioned as a truth-seeking senator.
00:23:55.000 Rand Paul is almost always pushing back against the mainstream narrative.
00:24:01.000 Now, some people disagree with him on certain policy items.
00:24:04.000 I find very little I disagree with Rand Paul on, maybe on some of the immigration stuff if we have to dive into that.
00:24:11.000 But let's go through what Rand Paul has been right on.
00:24:16.000 Rand Paul warned us about mass surveillance and how American citizens were going to be spied on by our government.
00:24:21.000 He was laughed at.
00:24:22.000 Rand Paul warned about door-to-door campaigns knocking on people's residences to infringe on their civil liberties.
00:24:29.000 Rand Paul warned us about an intelligence apparatus, if it goes unchecked, will be used against political opponents.
00:24:35.000 Rand Paul warned us that if we have a public health apparatus that is not properly checked and balanced, they will infringe on our freedoms and liberties.
00:24:44.000 Now, there are other great senators as well.
00:24:46.000 Senator Ted Cruz, who just spoke at our Student Action Summit, Senator Josh Hawley.
00:24:50.000 But Rand Paul always seems to be ahead of the curve on these issues, largely because Senator Rand Paul, in this particular instance, is the subject matter expert.
00:25:03.000 He's actually a doctor.
00:25:04.000 We have to trust the science, don't we?
00:25:06.000 Well, how about the doctors that are in the weeds looking eye to eye with patients that know how these pathogens operate and work?
00:25:19.000 Dr. Rand Paul continued in cut 43 by saying the Wuhan research shows it as high risk.
00:25:27.000 And Rand Paul cross-examining Fauci in this way is sending a shock to the entire system of the administrative state.
00:25:40.000 What agency should we do next?
00:25:41.000 Well, I got a nice list of them.
00:25:44.000 So when you see the behavioral pattern of Dr. Fauci, or just Fauci as we call him this hour, I want you to think about this.
00:25:51.000 Someone like Fauci is looking through your tax returns.
00:25:54.000 Someone like Fauci is listening to your phone calls.
00:25:58.000 Someone like Fauci is behind every single one of the federal agencies.
00:26:03.000 And the only provision we have to hold them accountable is courageous senators in those short moments in those hearings.
00:26:10.000 Cut 43, please.
00:26:12.000 Dr. Richard E. Bright, a molecular biologist from Rutgers, described this research in Wuhan as: the Wuhan lab used NIH funding to construct novel, chimeric SARS-related coronaviruses able to infect human cells and laboratory animals.
00:26:29.000 This is high-risk research that creates new potential pandemic pathogens, potential pandemic pathogens that exist only in the lab, not in nature.
00:26:42.000 Now, in the short moments that these senators have to cross-examine, to oversee, you are able to see the constitutional framework at work.
00:27:04.000 But it shouldn't stop here.
00:27:06.000 Now, elections do have consequences, and I am getting, I'm fired up because of the outright nonsense that we had to put up with the Georgia special election and David Perdue.
00:27:18.000 That if Republicans controlled Congress right now, we would have these hearings every day.
00:27:25.000 We would be demanding it.
00:27:26.000 The grassroots would be calling on it, and quite honestly, I think Senator McConnell would listen.
00:27:30.000 This is a winning political issue.
00:27:33.000 And Senate Republicans are obviously conflicted with a lot of different special interests.
00:27:38.000 I don't really think they're that conflicted with the Fauci types.
00:27:41.000 Maybe I'm wrong.
00:27:43.000 And it seems as if most Republican senators have an axe to grind with the deep state health officials in the administrative state.
00:27:53.000 So as these two doctors collide for different visions for America, what is the vision that Fauci has?
00:28:01.000 Run out the clock.
00:28:03.000 Lie when necessary.
00:28:05.000 Find a scapegoat.
00:28:07.000 Use the media as your cover fire and escape prosecution.
00:28:14.000 You see, Fauci in some ways is a survivalist.
00:28:19.000 Fauci knows how to survive public pressure when things go wrong because Fauci has only ever been involved in things that go wrong.
00:28:29.000 Pandemic preparedness?
00:28:30.000 Who do you think's job that was?
00:28:32.000 How about the guy that's been there for 40 years?
00:28:35.000 Gain of function research?
00:28:38.000 He's the one that designed that entire system.
00:28:42.000 And then he lied about it in front of Congress.
00:28:44.000 And if we still have a semblance of a justice system, it's time to indict Anthony Fauci.
00:28:53.000 As you know, my friend Mike Lindell has a passion to help everyone get the best sleep of your life.
00:28:58.000 He didn't stop by simply creating the best pillow.
00:29:00.000 Mike created the new Giza Dream bedsheets.
00:29:02.000 They look and feel great, which means an even better night's sleep for me, which is what's crucial for my busy schedule.
00:29:08.000 Mike found the world's best cotton called Giza.

00:29:50.000 Go to mypillow.com and make sure you use the promo code KIRK.
00:29:56.000 A lot of people are emailing us, freedom at CharlieKirk.com.
00:29:59.000 Charlie, do you believe that Fauci will go to prison?
00:30:02.000 Likely no.
00:30:03.000 Should he?
00:30:04.000 Of course.
00:30:05.000 But the real question is, are we making the bad guys nervous?
00:30:11.000 Do you notice they're always in a state of perpetual paranoia?
00:30:15.000 What is done in darkness will be brought to light.
00:30:20.000 The incredible damage that Fauci has done to our country, the power that he has, is unprecedented when you think about it.
00:30:30.000 And it's uniquely unconstitutional.
00:30:34.000 Now, if you want to get hyper-technical, obviously the NIH and all these health departments were given this power by Congress.
00:30:41.000 But never before in American history has so many of our freedoms and liberties that were given to us naturally by our Creator taken away from us by people we did not elect.
00:30:56.000 Instead, it was people that are in the shadows, who names and faces you did not know.
00:31:02.000 So, allow me to contribute some other questions for Fauci.
00:31:05.000 And Senate Republicans, I met with a couple senators recently, and I walked them through all this.
00:31:10.000 And I think they're really missing one of the main points of Fauci, and that is in the Fauci emails.
00:31:16.000 We covered the Fauci emails at great length here on this program.
00:31:20.000 We read almost all of them here on the Charlie Kirk show.
00:31:23.000 We have an amazing team, at least all the pertinent ones.
00:31:26.000 There were somewhere Fauci was just like, thanks, like, whatever.
00:31:29.000 That's not a huge deal.
00:31:31.000 But the ones that matter the most, and when you talk about cover-ups, cover-ups usually focus on certain periods of time.
00:31:40.000 So, where was the pivot point for Fauci?
00:31:44.000 Where was the pivot point for the public health lockdown schemers?
00:31:50.000 It happened on Friday evening, on January 31st, 2020, when Fauci was confronted by his own team.
00:31:58.000 And I'm paraphrasing here for all the fact-checkers that this was likely artificially made.
00:32:04.000 And you can just imagine Fauci got a feeling of a pit in his stomach at that moment because Fauci realized that this might expose the entire campaign that he designed.
00:32:20.000 Soon after that, Fauci did not respond to his own scientists' emails on the Friday evening of January 31st.
00:32:28.000 And as we have said on this program before, the only reason government bureaucrats work well into the evening on a Friday evening over the weekend is to cover something up.
00:32:38.000 The only reason that government bureaucrats will burn the midnight oil is if they are trying to make sure you don't find out about a IRS targeting scandal or an NSA spying scandal.
00:32:52.000 They have documents to disappear.
00:32:54.000 They have people to put in a certain box.
00:32:59.000 They have certain things they have to make sure do not come to light.
00:33:04.000 And then Fauci emailed Hugh Achenkloss.
00:33:08.000 I might have his name a little bit wrong, but his Mr. Wolf equivalent at NIH with subject line important.
00:33:15.000 And this was done around midnight before January 31st, February 1st, 2020.
00:33:21.000 And he says, I have a call with Azar in the morning.
00:33:23.000 You're going to have some important tasks to do.
00:33:26.000 Hugh Ochenkloss responded and he said, I'm sure you've seen the email and the data.
00:33:31.000 What happened on that moment was when the scheme and the plan was implemented and it was derived, you could say.
00:33:44.000 That period of time is when the Deep State Department of Public Health decided to go all in on suppressing this idea that it came from a laboratory, which it obviously did.
00:33:54.000 Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said that on our podcast.
00:33:57.000 They went all in on this idea that our government had nothing to do with the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
00:34:03.000 And instead, their eyes got wide and they started dreaming for very bad reason.
00:34:08.000 They said, what if?
00:34:09.000 What if this pandemic can give us importance, power, and a mass inoculation strategy?
00:34:16.000 What if this can give us the pharmaceutical companies that we have always tried to pander to bigger profits and more power?
00:34:24.000 Now, the only problem is this: their treacherous deeds are now being brought to light.
00:34:29.000 And that is where you get involved.
00:34:32.000 We cannot lose sight of what these people did to our country.
00:34:38.000 Look, we all complain about the woke industrial complex.
00:34:42.000 The woke Marxists that are running our schools, that are running media, and yes, also running our banks.
00:34:51.000 You see, look, the real estate market, it's red hot.
00:34:54.000 Tyler, he just sold his home and he said, Charlie, I've never seen the market so unbelievable.
00:34:59.000 So maybe you want to go buy a home.
00:35:01.000 Maybe they're taking advantage of low interest rates.
00:35:03.000 With all the economic uncertainty underway, people need to invest in real stuff.
00:35:08.000 So here's a rule of thumb.
00:35:10.000 We here are a solution-based show.
00:35:13.000 So if you don't like the woke nonsense, stop using the woke banks.
00:35:19.000 It's that simple.
00:35:20.000 No more Wells Fargo.
00:35:21.000 No more JP Morgan.
00:35:22.000 No more Goldman Sachs.
00:35:24.000 No more big bank culture.
00:35:27.000 Instead, I have these two great friends, and they do a great job.
00:35:30.000 It's Andrew and Todd, Andrew Del Rey and Todd Avakian.
00:35:34.000 They love the Lord.
00:35:35.000 They are Christians.
00:35:36.000 They are honest.
00:35:37.000 They are straight shooters.
00:35:38.000 And they are on a mission to make sure that you guys can refinance, but be told the truth.
00:35:43.000 Look, when I took out mortgages for the properties that I have, it was one of the worst experiences I've ever been through.
00:35:49.000 Yeah, some of the people were very nice, but I could tell you the bank itself was just so bureaucratic and hard to work with.
00:35:56.000 My producer, Andrew, is working right now with Andrew and Todd to fight against the woke banking culture.
00:36:02.000 And he tells me that they're part counselors, part financial counselors, planners, and they're really helping him.
00:36:07.000 So here's the thing: Andrew and Todd are mortgage bankers.
00:36:10.000 They're not brokers.
00:36:11.000 That means Andrew and Todd and their team can take care of your loan personally from start to finish.
00:36:16.000 You'll likely actually talk to Andrew and Todd yourself.
00:36:20.000 So right now, maybe you're walking or you're like, I want to refinance the home, or maybe I'm under the process.
00:36:24.000 Stop it.
00:36:24.000 No more Wells Fargo.
00:36:25.000 They're funding a billion dollars to BLM Incorporated.
00:36:28.000 It drives me nuts.
00:36:29.000 Bank of America shut off a U.S. Senate candidate running who's running in Senate and Delaware to shut off their bank account.
00:36:34.000 Instead, let's support the good guys.
00:36:36.000 I know a lot of you right now say, Charlie, I want to support the good guys.
00:36:39.000 Let's do it together.
00:36:40.000 Okay.
00:36:40.000 So here's how you do it.
00:36:41.000 Go to AndrewandTodd.com.
00:36:43.000 That's pretty easy to remember, right?
00:36:44.000 Andrew, Todd, AndrewandTodd.com or call AAA 888 1172.
00:36:49.000 That's 888 888 1172 and say, hey, I want to talk to Andrew and Todd.
00:36:52.000 Charlie Kirk told me to call.
00:36:54.000 In fact, I just had this unbelievable meeting with them.
00:36:56.000 We talk theology.
00:36:57.000 We talk the church.
00:36:59.000 They're conservative.
00:37:00.000 They're unbelievable.
00:37:01.000 And all you have to do is call them up.
00:37:03.000 Just go to andrewandodd.com, call 888, 888, 1172.
00:37:07.000 That's 888, 888, 1172, and say, Andrew or Todd, I would like to speak to you.
00:37:11.000 Charlie Kirk sent me.
00:37:12.000 And I'm telling you, you'll probably get them on the phone unless they're traveling or handling some crisis.
00:37:16.000 They take a lot of the phone calls themselves.
00:37:17.000 Great people.
00:37:18.000 AndrewandTodd.com.
00:37:20.000 No more woke banks.
00:37:21.000 Let's work together to crush the back of woke Wall Street and support the good guys.
00:37:25.000 AndrewandTodd.com.
00:37:30.000 For years, I went to events and people would come up to me and they'd all be wearing similar t-shirts and have huge briefing books around the issue of vaccines.
00:37:44.000 And I never really paid much attention to it, to be perfectly honest.
00:37:48.000 You know, after the 30 or 40th mom that came up to me and said, Charlie, you have to pay attention to this because my kid was perfectly normal, then got vaccinated, and then I believe he got autism from it.
00:38:01.000 I started to pay a little bit more attention to it.
00:38:03.000 Now, I'm not getting into the autism vaccine thing.
00:38:06.000 I am not.
00:38:07.000 I'm not qualified for that discussion.
00:38:10.000 I find it interesting.
00:38:11.000 We had Robert Kennedy Jr. on our podcast, so maybe that interests you.
00:38:15.000 You could check it out.
00:38:16.000 But I also, as someone who's in the communication business, where we talk literally for hours a day, I'm fascinated by things you are not allowed to talk about.
00:38:27.000 And I'm very fascinated in things you're not allowed to talk about when you are forced to get something and then you can't ask questions about it.
00:38:36.000 You must get the vaccine and you can't ask us questions about it.
00:38:39.000 And if you dare say something negative, we're going to destroy your life.
00:38:42.000 So that just by default really bothers me.
00:38:47.000 I don't put up with that.
00:38:49.000 Nor does Tucker Carlson.
00:38:51.000 Nor does Candace Owens.
00:38:52.000 Now, some people in conservative media are perfectly fine shilling for the vaccine.
00:38:57.000 We are not that show.
00:38:59.000 Now, for some people that are over the age of 70, they've talked very favorably about the vaccine.
00:39:05.000 They feel at ease.
00:39:07.000 They feel like they can travel again.
00:39:10.000 They know the downsides.
00:39:12.000 They've read the VARES data.
00:39:14.000 And they're really worried about getting the Chinese coronavirus.
00:39:18.000 And for them, they believe the vaccine was the best decision for them.
00:39:23.000 That is the beauty of choice.
00:39:26.000 Yesterday, we had Olivia Sandor, who is getting forced to get the vaccine against her will against the medical instructions that she was given because she had a very severe adverse event and was paralyzed for a month, and getting another vaccine could kill her.
00:39:44.000 BYU Hawaii went even further than the Hawaii law, which does not mandate vaccines, even further than the University of Hawaii saying we're going to mandate the vaccines and basically say, hey, you could come to our university.
00:39:58.000 If you get the vaccine, we know you could die.
00:40:01.000 We're not really interested in that.
00:40:03.000 Or you can go somewhere else.
00:40:06.000 We have not seen any development of that story since.
00:40:10.000 And so as we have, as a show, just become more curious about this story, I have realized how dysfunctional this entire topic has become in American discourse.
00:40:27.000 People get overly defensive about it, astonishingly emotional.
00:40:35.000 And I really don't have that strong opinions either way.
00:40:38.000 I definitely have a strong opinion about my own decision when it comes to this, where I've said publicly, I am not getting vaccinated.
00:40:44.000 My wife is not getting vaccinated.
00:40:45.000 We said that early.
00:40:48.000 We're not going to get forced to get vaccinated.
00:40:50.000 We're not going to put up with that.
00:40:53.000 And we've had subject matter experts on this show, some people that are saying the vaccine is a massive accomplishment of science, that this particular vaccine, considering how fast it came to market and the science that's involved in it, is a modern marvel.
00:41:16.000 And there are other people that are obviously think the exact opposite.
00:41:20.000 But just in the last 24 to 48 hours, we have now seen new data from VARES, the vaccine adverse event reporting system.
00:41:33.000 So I didn't know any of this up until recently because, again, at Turning Point USA and here on the Charlie Kirk show, we're battling codecare race theory.
00:41:41.000 We were battling school board stuff.
00:41:44.000 Before all this, we were battling overreach of government, the impeachment of Donald Trump.
00:41:49.000 It was not a priority issue for us by any means.
00:41:52.000 And I'm not diminishing or trying to say that if it is a priority issue, you're any less worthy of that opinion.
00:42:00.000 So for those of you who don't know what VARES is, recently become aware of this in the last couple months.
00:42:05.000 VARES is a website that's been established by the federal government called the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System.
00:42:12.000 It is a portal for doctors and healthcare officials to be able to put adverse events that happen around the vaccine into this database.
00:42:23.000 And I started to visit this.
00:42:25.000 And just first of all, just so you know, vaccine companies are immune to lawsuits.
00:42:31.000 So imagine if you had an amusement park that was immune to lawsuits.
00:42:39.000 Would you go on their roller coasters?
00:42:42.000 Would you go on roller coasters where the owners can't be sued if all of a sudden it falls apart?
00:42:49.000 You go up on that huge roller coaster at six flags that goes up 200 feet and it drops you.
00:42:57.000 Like, oh, you all dropped to your death.
00:42:58.000 Would you do that if you couldn't sue?
00:43:01.000 Would that bother you?
00:43:04.000 Would you eat at restaurants if they are immune to lawsuits of serving food that was poorly managed?
00:43:13.000 If you found out that certain industries were immune to a check and balance in the courts, wouldn't that raise a red flag for you in order to push mass inoculation, which very well might have been a good thing or could have been a bad thing?
00:43:26.000 Not for me to say either way, it's just a fact.
00:43:31.000 The Congress of the United States decided to protect the vaccination industry from any sort of lawsuit.
00:43:40.000 So you go to cdc.gov, and this is as of today.
00:43:46.000 All of a sudden, the numbers in the VARES database has skyrocketed by over 6,000 overnight.
00:43:55.000 Now, we don't know if these are backlogged adverse event reporting.
00:43:58.000 We don't know if this happened last week.
00:44:00.000 We don't know.
00:44:01.000 But I'm going to read from our own government's website, cdc.gov.
00:44:05.000 Reports of death after the COVID vaccine are rare.
00:44:10.000 Now, let me stop there.
00:44:11.000 Is rare a scientific term?
00:44:14.000 No, rare is a, by definition, subjective term.
00:44:18.000 Rare is, it can mean anything for anyone.
00:44:21.000 1% could be rare.
00:44:23.000 Half of 1% could be rare.
00:44:26.000 Continues by saying, during this time, VARES, the vaccine adverse event reporting system, has received 12,313 reports of death among people who received the vaccine.
00:44:44.000 So let me get this straight.
00:44:45.000 12,313 deaths after getting the vaccine.
00:44:52.000 Now, they say that the reports of adverse events do not necessarily mean that the vaccine caused a health problem.
00:44:57.000 So that's up for you to decide the causation and correlation.
00:45:00.000 For example, who are we to say that Simone, the 19-year-old black girl going to Northwestern, perfectly healthy, she gets the second dose of Moderna shot.
00:45:09.000 She dies of a heart complication six weeks later.
00:45:11.000 Is that normal?
00:45:12.000 It's up for you to decide.
00:45:14.000 Is it normal that the Johnson Johnson vaccine now has new guidance in the federal government that it could result in a rare nerve disease?
00:45:21.000 That's up for you to decide.
00:45:23.000 Now, we're just simply asking questions here, but when you dare ask questions against a massive kind of interinstitutional strategy, you come under unprecedented backlash.
00:45:36.000 And so here's a question I'm going to reiterate: why all of a sudden this late night sneaky data dump of another 6,000 deaths into the vaccine adverse event reporting system?
00:45:46.000 Where did that come from?
00:45:49.000 And 1988 is when the vaccine companies received liability protection.
00:45:53.000 Thank you.
00:45:56.000 I'm going to ask this question again.
00:45:59.000 Did 6,000 people report a death after the vaccine in the past week alone?
00:46:03.000 Or is this a data dump that they were hiding and that they're now trying to cover up?
00:46:07.000 So if the vaccine adverse event reporting system shows that there have been 12,000 deaths after getting the vaccine, the question is, what percentage of adverse events are actually reported to VARES?
00:46:19.000 Is it high?
00:46:21.000 For example, are people seeing things that aren't true when it comes to those adverse events?
00:46:26.000 Is it perfect?
00:46:28.000 Or is it potentially low?
00:46:30.000 For example, is the number that's been published by the government actually not the whole story?
00:46:36.000 Are there more people that have had adverse events to vaccines that are actually reporting them?
00:46:43.000 Now, according to a report, a grant final report, grant ID, R18HS017045, Electronic Support for Public Health Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System from 2007 to 2010, well before this got politicized, the principal investigator, Dr. Lazarus Ross, MB, MBBS, MBH, MMED, I'm just going through all this credentials.
00:47:07.000 Other team member Michael Klompis, Harvard Pilgrim, and Steve Bernstein submitted a report to the Agency for Healthcare Research for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
00:47:17.000 So they sent in a report that said they believe, I want to make sure I get this right, that fewer than 1% of vaccine adverse events report of adverse events are reported.
00:47:33.000 Lower reporting rates preclude or slow the identification of problem drugs and vaccines that endanger public health.
00:47:40.000 This is according to their report.
00:47:43.000 Now, I was pushing my team during the break because I said, look, I personally believe that VARS is underreporting.
00:47:53.000 But what proof do I have of that?
00:47:55.000 Who said that?
00:47:55.000 It's not enough that I believe that.
00:47:57.000 We're not CNN.
00:47:58.000 We're not just spouting out random theories here.
00:48:01.000 Who said that and where is it verified?
00:48:03.000 Well, this report right here that was done about 13 years ago just kind of measured how many adverse events are actually reported.
00:48:14.000 And their own report done by Dr. Lazarus Ross said that less than 1% of vaccine adverse event report events are reported, which makes me trust this even more because this was well before the Chinese coronavirus.
00:48:30.000 This is literally when I was in seventh grade this event, this report came out.
00:48:34.000 And this was done over three years.
00:48:37.000 So I suppose the question is that if 1% is correct, let's pretend that it's 10%.
00:48:48.000 Let's be generous.
00:48:49.000 Let's say that people are more in a position to report than even when it was back in 2007, 2010.
00:48:56.000 Let's say that the heightened awareness of the vaccine and some of the facts around it have made people more compelled to report.
00:49:04.000 Let's say 10%.
00:49:07.000 That would mean 120,000 people died after getting the vaccine, according to this.
00:49:13.000 Now, that's just extrapolation.
00:49:15.000 That is just speculation for all the hall monitors right now on social media that want to take down our fee.
00:49:22.000 I'm being generous.
00:49:25.000 And if you think about it, I mean, I know plenty of people that have had adverse events with the vaccine, people that were bedwritten, people that have lost their taste and their smell, people that have had their menstrual cycles completely messed up, behavioral changes, paralyzed from the waist down.
00:49:40.000 We have thousands of emails around that.
00:49:42.000 And I asked, have you reported it?
00:49:44.000 Almost none of them have.
00:49:45.000 So I could just tell you anecdotally and personally, but we want to be precise here on this program.
00:49:51.000 So according to this government document, it shows that 1% of adverse event reports actually end up into the VARES database.
00:50:02.000 1%.
00:50:04.000 But the FDA from the same report, not specifically for VARES, by the way, that just adverse events from drugs and vaccines are common.
00:50:13.000 This is from the same report, but underreported.
00:50:17.000 Although 25% of ambulatory patients experience an adverse drug event, less than 0.3% of all drug events and 1 to 113% of serious events are reported to the Food and Drug Administration.
00:50:30.000 So, what this independent study that was done by Dr. Lazarus Ross submitted to HHS with team members of Dr. Mike Klompis from the Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare Organization, Project Officer Steve Bernstein, grant ID R18HS017045.
00:50:48.000 You could check all our data here.
00:50:50.000 So I'm just doing that so you guys can.
00:50:51.000 Dr. Ross Lazarus is there's an underreporting problem in our government.
00:50:59.000 So if that is true, then what's the real number?
00:51:03.000 How many people are experiencing adverse health events right now because the vaccine?
00:51:12.000 Charlie Kirk here, and I've warned you about home title theft, where cyber thieves remove you from your home's title and you become the owner.
00:51:19.000 I said you better get home title lock because it's coming.
00:51:22.000 Well, if you're on Facebook, that big breach is here.
00:51:24.000 Facebook had 500 million accounts exposed to cyber thieves.
00:51:27.000 And according to a retired FBI cybercrime expert, everything thieves need to take over as the new owner of your home was leaked.
00:51:33.000 Name, address, personal information, it's out there.
00:51:35.000 The thief forges your signature on a quit claim deed stating you sold your home to him.
00:51:39.000 He'll leave you in debt or he'll even have you evicted.
00:51:42.000 Do what I did and protect your home's title with Home Title Lock.
00:51:45.000 Go to hometitaloc.com and register your address to see if you're already a victim.
00:51:49.000 Then sign up for 30 free days of protection during this high-risk breach.
00:51:53.000 Then sign up for 30 free days of protection.
00:51:55.000 Again, hometitalock.com, promo code radio.
00:51:58.000 That's home titlelock.com, promo code radio.
00:52:03.000 This is an important topic.
00:52:06.000 We're all living in Jeremy Bentham's world.
00:52:08.000 Jeremy Bentham was kind of the father of utilitarianism.
00:52:15.000 And he developed something that we have heard time and time again, but this is what is justifying the mass inoculation strategy.
00:52:23.000 And quite honestly, is what justifying the suppression and the censorship and the clamping down of the questions that we are asking on this show.
00:52:30.000 Jeremy Bentham was the father or the founder of modern utilitarianism.
00:52:37.000 Now, not everything about this school of thought is necessarily wrong.
00:52:43.000 You could almost point to every philosopher of every time being right about something.
00:52:47.000 But the general theme of utilitarianism is, I quote, it is the greatest happiness for the greatest number of people that is the measure of right and wrong.
00:53:00.000 That sounds non-controversial, obviously.
00:53:03.000 But under that view, having 70% of America happy and 30% miserable is a success.
00:53:16.000 You see, Bentham disagreed with what John Locke would write.
00:53:20.000 Actually, John Locke was a predecessor of Jeremy Bentham, which is that instead of trying to centrally manage and plan human happiness and outcomes, we should protect natural rights and natural law and allow people to pursue it as they see fit.
00:53:40.000 Jeremy Bentham thought that natural law and natural rights being divine or God-given was, quote, nonsense upon stilts.
00:53:55.000 Jeremy Bentham and his tradition was continued by Jon Stuart Mill and many others.
00:54:03.000 Now, this is not necessarily wrong when we're talking about family formation or reducing crime.
00:54:11.000 I think there's definitely some positives to this line of thinking of trying to have desired, objectively good outcomes for people.
00:54:22.000 But the justification for the mass inoculation strategy is kind of an indifference and kind of a casting aside of any form of rights when it comes to something as personal, as intrusive, and as invasive as a vaccine.
00:54:41.000 So, as we've been talking about throughout this entire hour, the new VARS data, according to the CDC website, VARES, is a public portal that you can plug into.
00:54:52.000 The Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System shows that there is as many as 12,313 deaths after getting the vaccine.
00:55:07.000 We've also gone into detail about how the VARES and the FDA, according to this study of the Electronic Support for Public Health Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System, shows that it really might only reflect 1%.
00:55:23.000 So, if VARES is off by 99%, that would mean 1.2 million people died after getting the vaccine.
00:55:33.000 If VARES is off by 90%, that means that.
00:55:40.000 So, where are our elected leaders looking into this?
00:55:43.000 Why are our leaders all of a sudden peddling the vaccine?
00:55:47.000 What's behind this?
00:55:48.000 For example, in CUT 28, why is Senator Mitch McConnell using his political power to go push forward the vaccine when all of a sudden we're seeing late-night data dumps around the VARES, people getting paralyzed?
00:56:01.000 Let me just read more of the VARES data.
00:56:03.000 This is just that we know of, which could just be 1%.
00:56:06.000 By the way, this could be 50%.
00:56:07.000 It could be 70%.
00:56:09.000 We don't know.
00:56:10.000 But we do know, according to independent studies, there is a pattern of underreporting.
00:56:15.000 4,745 people had a swelling face.
00:56:18.000 4,640 people had muscle spasms.
00:56:20.000 This is from the government website.
00:56:22.000 4,637 had vertigo.
00:56:25.000 4,313 had blood pressure increased.
00:56:28.000 3,961 with hypertension.
00:56:31.000 3,000 people with a seizure.
00:56:33.000 2,626 people with the loss of personal independence and daily activities.
00:56:38.000 2,585 people with hypotension.
00:56:41.000 2,377 people with Bell's palsy.
00:56:43.000 2,353 people with visual impairment.
00:56:46.000 1,874 people with heavy menstrual bleeding.
00:56:50.000 1,777 people with facial paralysis.
00:56:53.000 1,512 people with inflammation.
00:56:56.000 1,487 people with anaphylactic reaction.
00:57:00.000 1,747 people with deep vein thrombosis.
00:57:05.000 1,431 people with menstrual irregular behavior.
00:57:10.000 1,168 people with myocarditis.
00:57:13.000 1,160 people with menstrual disorder.
00:57:16.000 1,072 people with a white blood cell count increase with 1,765 people with intensive care.
00:57:23.000 This is all off the CDC website, by the way.
00:57:25.000 No speculation, no extrapolation.
00:57:28.000 We've already gone into how this might be underreported, or it could be that our government has become so efficient and so precise, and they've become experts at reporting.
00:57:38.000 That is possible too.
00:57:40.000 It could be that the government is perfect.
00:57:42.000 It's a possibility.
00:57:44.000 947 people with deafness, 942 people developed a speech disorder, 868 people with a heart rate irregularity, 812 people with oral herpes, 807 people with myocarditis interaction, 704 people, and excuse the vivid imagery here, with vaginal hemorrhaging, 697 people with a heart rate decreasing,
00:58:12.000 653 people with oxygen saturation, 651 people with acute kidney injury, 644 people went blind, 631 people with hallucination, 513 people with depression.
00:58:32.000 So, why are our leaders, like in Cut 28, Senator McConnell, saying, get vaccinated?
00:58:37.000 Why is that?
00:58:38.000 Play Cut 28.
00:58:40.000 It never occurred to me after three highly effective vaccines were developed in under a year that we'd have difficulty getting Americans to take the shots.
00:58:55.000 These shots need to get in everybody's arm as rapidly as possible, or we're going to be back in a situation in the fall that we don't yearn for that we went through last year.
00:59:10.000 So, just so you know, again, I praise Senator McConnell when he's right, and I'm just perplexed when he's wrong.
00:59:15.000 Does he know all this data that I just listed?
00:59:18.000 Which, by the way, could be 1%, or it could be perfect.
00:59:23.000 It might be the government has just hit it perfectly, or maybe the government's lying about us, but the government doesn't lie very often, right?
00:59:33.000 So, maybe we're just, you know, our government's the most ethical thing that's ever been created ever, obviously.
00:59:38.000 They never lie about surveillance or audits or targeting people.
00:59:46.000 Cut 30, Mayor Bill de Blasio announced that New York City health workers are now required to show proof of vaccination or take a weekly COVID test.
00:59:55.000 We have 22 million healthcare workers in the United States, and by the information we have, only about 50% are vaccinated.
01:00:03.000 This is unacceptable, but enough is enough.
01:00:06.000 We need our healthcare workers to be vaccinated, and it's getting dangerous with the Delta variant.
01:00:12.000 We need to get people vaccinated.
01:00:15.000 But now it's getting to the point where they want to make your life uncomfortable if you're not vaccinated.
01:00:21.000 So, why is that so many vaccinated people are now getting the virus?
01:00:25.000 Pelosi's aide was vaccinated.
01:00:27.000 She got the virus.
01:00:28.000 The Texas Democrats that left with Miller-Light and they came back with Corona.
01:00:32.000 I want you to imagine if Republicans fled a statehouse to not do their constitutionally obligated duties, chartered a private jet, did so without wearing masks, with alcohol alongside of them, went to Washington, D.C., held an event with Mike Pence and Donald Trump, turned out to be a super spreader.
01:00:55.000 How do you think the media would react to that?
01:00:59.000 Why is it the Republican Party so afraid to ask for the truth here?
01:01:03.000 We might be sitting on a major scandal here.
01:01:05.000 I'm not sure it is.
01:01:07.000 All I know is that we've had to be lectured about Russia collusion, Ukrainian interference.
01:01:14.000 We were lectured about Donald Trump putting children in cages, Trump gassing protesters.
01:01:22.000 Isn't it interesting that we are suspecting that our government is under-repaired what happens when there's mass inoculation?
01:01:34.000 Why is it that in Israel, so many people that are vaccinated are getting sick?
01:01:41.000 In the United Kingdom, a new UK study shows that 47% of all new COVID cases are people that were vaccinated.
01:01:49.000 According to Jerusalem Post, more than 1,000 Israelis, almost all of whom were vaccinated, test positive for COVID.
01:01:57.000 Why are they reinstituting a mask mandate in Los Angeles if the vaccine worked so well?
01:02:06.000 Navtali Bennett says that the vaccine might not be effective.
01:02:11.000 So why are we mandating that, implementing it?
01:02:14.000 And then why are Republicans not trying to hold massive tribunals and oversight committees asking, hey, is VARES accurate, Dr. Fauci?
01:02:24.000 We should be dragging every single public health official on payroll of the federal government, asking them and having a whole time out before we push this vaccine on our children.
01:02:36.000 Why is it that 11,713 people had chest pain, according to VARES?
01:02:41.000 How about 8,943 people with tremors?
01:02:44.000 8,190 people with heart palpitations, 7,434 people with a loss of consciousness, 4,745 people with a swelled face.
01:02:58.000 If the Republican Party will not defend their voters, the Republic will end.
01:03:05.000 We might be sitting on a massive medical scandal here.
01:03:09.000 And the people that you elect to protect you don't seem very interested in it.
01:03:15.000 With the ever-increasing numbers of makes and models like a Fiat or a Kia, Pacifica or X-T5, it's now impossible to stock all the parts you need in a traditional chain storefront.
01:03:25.000 Why endure often pointless or seemingly intimidating questioning and wait while the counterman orders all of the parts on his computer, choosing only the brand his warehouse happens to carry?
01:03:35.000 You have computers with access to rockauto.com right in your pocket.
01:03:41.000 One reason to repair and maintain your cars is to save money that you can then use for other important things like mortgages or food.
01:03:49.000 Why would you choose to spend 30%, 50%, or 100% more on the exact same auto parts as a chain store or the new car dealership?
01:03:58.000 Chain stores have different price tiers for professional mechanics and do-it-yourselfers.
01:04:03.000 Rockauto.com prices are the same for everybody, and they are reliably low.
01:04:07.000 Rockauto.com offers the lowest prices possible rather than changing prices based on what the market will be like, like what airlines do.
01:04:15.000 Rockauto.com is for everybody and does not require membership or account login.
01:04:20.000 Rockauto.com is a family business and serving auto part customers for over 20 years.
01:04:25.000 Go to rockauto.com and shop auto body part customers from hundreds of manufacturers.
01:04:31.000 Best of all, prices at rockauto.com are always reliably low and the same for professionals as it is for do-it-yourselfers.
01:04:37.000 Why spend up to twice as much on the same auto parts?
01:04:40.000 Go to rockauto.com and see all the parts available for your car or truck.
01:04:44.000 Write Charlie Kirk in the How Did You Hear About Us.
01:04:47.000 That's rockauto.com.
01:04:48.000 Amazing selection, reliably low prices.
01:04:51.000 All the parts your car will ever need, rockauto.com.
01:04:57.000 Our team has done a phenomenal job.
01:04:59.000 It is so hard to find the vaccine data.
01:05:03.000 It's under lock and key.
01:05:05.000 You can't find it just through Google or through Yahoo or through Bing.
01:05:09.000 You have to know where to look and you have to navigate.
01:05:11.000 Our team has done such a great job of it.
01:05:14.000 If you were just to type in this stuff to Google, you'll come up totally short.
01:05:18.000 It's almost as if they're not wanting you to find out what's happening.
01:05:23.000 Now, according to thehill.com, which is a mainstream, some would say a center-left publication, quote, top health experts say vaccinated people are spreading Delta variant.
01:05:36.000 According to theHill.com, Christopher Murray said that vaccinated individuals may be contributing to the spread of COVID-19.
01:05:43.000 As the Delta variant becomes the most dominant strain, Murray points to that not testing vaccinated individuals may overlook possible transmission points.
01:05:51.000 They might try to lock down the country again.
01:05:56.000 Speaking to insider Christopher Murray, the director of the Institute for Health Metrics and Evaluation, said that testing vaccinated people may be overlooking some transmission.
01:06:06.000 We actually have states where hospitalizations are going up more than cases.
01:06:11.000 We're probably missing a bunch of transmission in vaccinated individuals.
01:06:16.000 Is the vaccine creating a pattern of shedding where more people are transmitting the virus than not?
01:06:24.000 Is the vaccine contributing to the spread or is it preventing the spread?
01:06:28.000 We don't know.
01:06:29.000 We're told that it's obviously stopping the spread.
01:06:33.000 We're told that the vaccine is the solution.
01:06:35.000 It could be.
01:06:37.000 Or what if it isn't?
01:06:39.000 These are questions that our leaders need to be asking, not repeating this phrase: you must get vaccinated at all costs.
01:06:53.000 You must get the jab.
01:06:54.000 Get it in you.
01:06:57.000 You see, we have leaders that try to protect us against the overreach.
01:07:02.000 That's not why we have Democrat leaders.
01:07:04.000 You elect Democrats to overreach.
01:07:08.000 You have Republicans.
01:07:10.000 I mean, again, Republicans are mainly useless when you elect them.
01:07:16.000 It's true.
01:07:17.000 I mean, it's just, we talk about this quite often.
01:07:19.000 The one thing they're usually good for, though, is saying no and stopping bad stuff from happening.
01:07:26.000 And that's a perfectly good reason for your existence, by the way.
01:07:33.000 Very moral thing to do to stop bad things from happening.
01:07:37.000 So, where are the Republicans that are just saying, time out?
01:07:41.000 We might be sitting on something that we are not prepared for.
01:07:44.000 We might be experiencing massive and significant long-term health effects, especially as we vaccinate children.
01:07:53.000 That if these VARES data is 10% or even half off, you could be looking at multiples of these numbers that I went through.
01:08:07.000 And yet, they want to make life more difficult because you might have questions.
01:08:12.000 They say, You're an anti-vaxxer.
01:08:16.000 Some sort of like QAnon smear.
01:08:18.000 It's their new racist, right?
01:08:19.000 It's the new term they use.
01:08:21.000 They have a whole portfolio of accusations they use.
01:08:24.000 You're a bigot.
01:08:25.000 You hate trans people.
