00:01:14.000 Yesterday, a story was going viral of a young man by the name of Jaden in Colorado, Vanguard School District, who wanted to wear a symbol from the American Revolution known as the Gasden flag.

00:01:27.000 In an encounter that was filmed and went viral, the school district said, You're not allowed to wear the Gasden flag in our school district.

00:01:35.000 Now, the school district has now since corrected Core, saying, Actually, just kidding, you are allowed to have the Don't Tread on Me symbol.

00:01:43.000 But the young man with courage who is willing to stand up for our country's symbols and our history joins us now.

00:01:51.000 Jaden, first of all, welcome to the program.

00:01:54.000 You are 12 years old fighting for freedom.

00:01:56.000 Tell us about yourselves and think about yourself, and thank you for taking the time.

00:02:00.000 Well, this whole problem started because the teacher complained about my patches that they were racist and had slave origins.

00:02:15.000 So I had to miss out on a lot of class during that silly reason.

00:02:20.000 Thankfully, due to my story going viral, and the memes helped too.

00:02:27.000 They now said, Yeah, wear your pads.

00:02:30.000 Completely fine.

00:02:32.000 So they definitely directed their work.

00:02:36.000 So, so, Jaden, walk us through this.

00:02:38.000 You obviously have a love of American history.

00:02:40.000 Love the hat, by the way.

00:02:41.000 You're 12 years old.

00:02:42.000 You're a national phenomenon.

00:02:44.000 And you are, you know, now fighting against unjust school board policies.

00:02:51.000 And what I loved is in the video where you were sitting down, you didn't waver an inch.

00:02:57.000 Tell us about your love of the country and why you felt it was important to stand for the Gasden flag.

00:03:02.000 I mean, it's a patriotic symbol that's depicted as some sort of wave or hate that.

00:03:11.000 No, it was made in the Revolutionary War to warn the British, do not tread on our rights, which is hilarious because they tried to spread on my rights, but that didn't work out for them.

00:03:23.000 So this has gone, you know, in every kind of reach of the internet.

00:03:28.000 You're 12 years old.

00:03:28.000 Most 12-year-olds aren't really focused on, I don't know, fighting unjust rules and tyranny.

00:03:35.000 So kind of what has the reaction from your classmates been?

00:03:39.000 And then also, are you now pleased that the school district has said you are allowed to display the flag?

00:03:46.000 Well, I was at one of my friends' house last night and he's like, Jaden, are you famous?

00:03:53.000 And I'm like, boy, I did go viral.

00:03:55.000 He's like, yeah, my whole Snapchat, all my friends are saying, yo, look at this kid.

00:04:01.000 He's famous.

00:04:02.000 That's crazy.

00:04:03.000 Or something like that.

00:04:04.000 They don't have formal language in Technique, of course.

00:04:08.000 But yeah, I've gotten a good feedback.

00:04:11.000 Kids are saying they're going to put Gadsden flag on their walker.

00:04:16.000 And yes, I am very happy that I can wear my so-called racist hat in school.

00:04:23.000 Yeah, so the school district was saying that the don't tread on me flag, they were saying, you know, was quote unquote racist.

00:04:34.000 You did not give an inch.

00:04:37.000 And the school district then backed off once it became kind of a national story.

00:04:46.000 Are there other symbols that weren't as controversial in your school that might be more on the left that would have been deemed acceptable where you didn't have to go through this kind of hysteria?

00:04:56.000 And more importantly, have you received an apology from either your teachers or the school board members that originally made you go through this?

00:05:04.000 Well, when I walk in the hallways, I kind of feel sad because there's kids that can wear pride pins on their like shirt, their backpack, whatever.

00:05:16.000 And like the school doesn't say a word.

00:05:18.000 I mean, I'm sure if they wear even a communist Soviet Union patch, they wouldn't say anything.

00:05:24.000 But the don't, a Gadson flag with a so-called don't tread on me patch says the vice principal is so-called a hate symbol.

00:05:38.000 I mean, yes, you have the freedom of speech and the First Amendment.

00:05:43.000 I mean, you can wear what you want, even if I don't agree with it, still have the right to wear what you want, but whatever the patch you want.

00:05:53.000 The thing is, like, I don't have the First Amendment.

00:05:57.000 They don't give me it, but they give the rest of the school it.

00:06:01.000 That's what kind of upset.

00:06:03.000 I'm upset over that.

00:06:04.000 That's something that angers me.

00:06:07.000 So, so, Jayden, you mentioned something that some of your classmates can freely wear pride pins and all sorts of other symbols.

00:06:16.000 And so, who in particular found your symbol objectionable? 0.63

00:06:23.000 That you're not allowed to wear a don't tread on me thing, but your classmates can wear pride insignia.

00:06:30.000 Well, I would like to know the identity of the teacher who said it was racist and terrible, but they kept it anonymous.

00:06:38.000 So, I don't know.

00:06:40.000 Yeah, it's crazy that, crazy, that they can wear what they want.

00:06:44.000 I can wear it.

00:06:45.000 If anything, I wouldn't be surprised if they took away my St. Michael patches that it showed a sword, which is a weapon.

00:06:55.000 So, yeah, I actually saw that as the images went viral, that you have Archangel St. Michael, may he pray for us in battle, who is mentioned repeatedly in the scriptures.

00:07:07.000 So, the school board then corrected course, Jaden.

00:07:11.000 Do you think they corrected course because they actually believe it or because of all the pressure that they were receiving from the internet and from decent people who found this to be objectionable?

00:07:24.000 Yeah, they turned off comments for their Facebook page, everything.

00:07:29.000 My video going viral definitely had an impact on case we're having right now.

00:07:35.000 But yeah, I doubt they would change for the good of their hearts.

00:07:40.000 They only changed because if they didn't, probably their email would blow up. 0.95

00:08:50.000 When I was walking back to my mom's, I passed this car that had like don't mess with trans kids, the little sexist thing, and like make America green again, all this stuff.

00:10:27.000 I mean, yeah, we definitely gave her a history lesson.

00:10:32.000 She also had to ask for my Jayden Rodriguez for vice president of student council.

00:10:43.000 Here, you see, there's the base little outline over here, and then it's the scepter tyrannic.

00:10:52.000 And said, What did that mean?

00:10:55.000 Is it discontained violence?

00:10:58.000 And I'm like, Well, it says it being just always the tyrant, and their time is up.

00:11:05.000 Like, we're gonna revolt against their unjust laws.

00:11:10.000 You know, how we revolted against the British from 1776.

00:11:17.000 So, so now that we're this has gone viral, Jayden, and the school district has backed off, and just how has this changed you, if at all, in the fight for liberty, in the fight for freedom?

00:11:32.000 Well, if it didn't go viral, I'd probably get they'd probably suspend me because I didn't listen to them.

00:11:39.000 And if anything, yeah, I mean, They'd probably suspend me as well as others.

00:11:50.000 But due to it, it going viral.

00:11:53.000 If it hadn't gone viral, then I guess I'd be expelled.

00:12:00.000 Homeschooling is not bad.

00:12:05.000 But I was just trying to stand up for all the kids there that are just scroll ballers. 1.00

00:12:43.000 What is your advice to the other teenagers or soon-to-be teenagers that believe in these values but are afraid to speak up?

00:12:52.000 I tell them to ponder this question.

00:12:54.000 Would you rather have friends but live under a tyrannical system or stand up for yourself and your rights but maybe lose a few friends?

00:13:09.000 I mean, I was just, I sat at lunch alone today, which is weird.

00:13:14.000 Like my friends didn't like me.

00:13:16.000 Sure word got out that way.

00:13:18.000 Ooh, Jaden's in the front office.

00:13:20.000 He's missing out on school after gossip and probably painted a bad picture due to I was going against school policy.

00:13:30.000 So yeah, you will lose friends, maybe.

00:13:35.000 That is a big, a good possibility.

00:13:39.000 But however, you're standing up for your rights and vouching for them.

00:13:43.000 Because if no one stands up for your God-given rights, then they just fade away.

00:15:33.000 Your thoughts on this Gasden flag story, because it kind of ties into what we're going to talk about today.

00:15:37.000 Listen, first of all, love the kid.

00:15:39.000 We need 10,000 kids just like this guy.

00:15:45.000 The woke world has completely flipped history intentionally on its head.

00:15:51.000 They can't cope with truth.

00:15:53.000 And the truth is this, that Gadsden flag, if anybody has ever taken the time to study the history behind that flag, and also, Charlie, the appeal to heaven flag, that flag stands for the exact opposite of what this kid was attacked for.

00:16:08.000 That flag stood for and stands for the mission and the commissioning of this nation to break free from the tyranny of King George III that would ultimately lead to the liberation of the slaves and for this to be a free nation.

00:16:27.000 The Gadsden flag announces freedom is coming for all.

00:16:32.000 And for them to say what they've said shows you either A, their profound ignorance of American history or they're very malevolent and they know the history of America, but they're trying to flip it on its head.

00:16:57.000 And what was striking about the conversation, Jack, is that he said that his classmates have pride pins, gay pride stuff, trans pride.

00:17:09.000 And yet at a classical school, he has a don't tread on me patch, and it becomes this entire thing.

00:17:14.000 He said, communist pins, perfectly fine.

00:17:18.000 What is it about the truth?

00:17:19.000 What is it about any sort of element that of things that challenge tyranny that make these bad guys so worried?

00:17:27.000 It terrifies them because any position of freedom or anything that reminds them of the fight for freedom causes them to go into some sort of a fit because it's the loss of control.

00:17:39.000 If somebody wears an American flag, they're uncomfortable because they've got to think about history.

00:17:44.000 They don't want to do that.

00:17:45.000 When they see the Gadsden flag, then they've got to either figure out what it means.

00:17:49.000 And when they do find out, it sends them into a cardiac arrest because it's all about freedom.

00:17:54.000 They don't want freedom, Charlie.

00:17:56.000 Our nation is under attack.

00:17:58.000 I would say that this is an asymmetrical war.

00:18:01.000 It's unconventional.

00:18:02.000 And they can't defeat us with bombs and guns.

00:18:05.000 So they're defeating us in the area of argumentation.

00:18:08.000 So that means, and I thank God for your program and for you, Charlie, educating people on how, even as Christians, to stand up and fight.

00:18:18.000 Being polite is not a virtue.

00:18:20.000 We need to remember that.

00:18:22.000 We need to exercise the fruit of the spirit and get in the fight to defend kids just like Jaden and any other generation that's coming after us.

00:18:32.000 But look, it falls upon us to stand like never before.

00:18:35.000 And I'm just calling upon every pastor and every Christian to stop playing it easy and get in the fight. 0.57

00:19:07.000 They are involved in their community.

00:19:09.000 And so, Jack, I did not even need to do research.

00:19:11.000 As soon as somebody sent me something that said Chino Valley School Board fights for parents' rights, I said, I know Jack Hibbs is involved.

00:19:19.000 I know that somebody from his church, and lo and behold, my gut instinct, Jack, because I've visited your church so much and I've got to know your flock.

00:19:27.000 I have now learned that my suspicion was correct.

00:19:30.000 All of the Chino Valley USD school board members who's voted for parental disclosure go to your church.

00:19:37.000 So, Jack, take as much time as you need, bill out the story, because now the California Attorney General is suing the school board for saying that parents have a right to know if their 14-year-old is transitioning their gender.

00:19:50.000 Yeah, exactly right, Charlie.

00:19:51.000 In fact, the president of the school board, Sonia Shaw, she is from our church.

00:19:56.000 You're exactly right.

00:19:56.000 Four to one victory on what?

00:19:59.000 They voted four to one, Charlie.

00:20:01.000 This is quite technical.

00:20:02.000 So follow me through on this.

00:20:04.000 One of the young men that we had elected to the state assembly, Bill Acelli, he immediately crafted once he was elected to Sacramento, he immediately crafted Assembly Bill 1314.

00:20:17.000 And that was simply this, a proactive bill that would require that the school district inform or the school where a child is attending informs the mother or the father that their child is in any way, shape, or form transitioning or has expressed desire to be in the state of transitioning.

00:20:43.000 In other words, please tell the parents.

00:20:45.000 That's what we're asking for.

00:20:47.000 So the California state legislature read his bill and refused to let it go to the floor, Charlie.

00:20:54.000 They banned it from the floor.

00:20:56.000 They stonewalled it. 0.98

00:20:57.000 They didn't let it get to the floor.

00:20:59.000 He came back thinking he was defeated.

00:21:02.000 What we did is that we read his bill and we took the verbiage from that bill and then introduced it to our unified school district school board and they voted and adopted the verbiage.

00:21:14.000 So what was supposed to go state law turned out to be defeated there at the state, not even heard, but that's okay.

00:21:23.000 Guess what happened?

00:21:24.000 We found out something, Charlie, that the most powerful politics is local.

00:21:29.000 And so what happened is the school board voted to adopt his verbiage.

00:21:33.000 And since that time, Charlie, we're looking at Murieta School District.

00:21:38.000 We're looking at Orange School District, Temecula School District.

00:21:43.000 Four school districts have adopted the verbiage and they are standing strong.

00:21:48.000 We've got five others in the state of California coming online to do the same.

00:21:52.000 Charlie, this is a groundswell of involvement.

00:21:55.000 But here's what happened.

00:21:56.000 At our school board, Gavin Newsom secretly, covertly, sent down Tony Thurman.

00:22:02.000 That is his head of public education for California.

00:22:08.000 He came down to beat us up.

00:22:10.000 What happened was during the school board meeting, the parents and the school board ejected him after his one minute of conversation.

00:22:18.000 You're allowed one minute.

00:22:20.000 And he defended Gavin Newsom's stand that the parents do not have the right to know.

00:22:26.000 He was booed, he was shut down, and he was removed from the meeting.

00:22:31.000 And that caused Newsom to be so upset that Bonta is his name, Bonta, Attorney General, just filed a lawsuit against Sonia Shaw and the Chino Unified School District Board to sue them because they do not believe it's the parents' rights to know what the child decides.

00:22:51.000 And so we're going to take that on.

00:22:53.000 We're going to make sure that this goes to the U.S. Supreme Court.

00:22:57.000 But he has weaponized Newsom and Bonta.

00:23:00.000 They have weaponized Charlie, the California state judicial system to seek to shut down every school board in California that rises up against them.

00:23:10.000 Here's the good news.

00:23:11.000 They don't have a leg to stand on.

00:23:12.000 We have talked to every decent legal mind and group to conclude they don't have a leg to stand on.

00:23:21.000 Let's fight.

00:23:22.000 We're going to take it to the top.

00:23:23.000 I love it.

00:23:24.000 And to the Supreme Court if necessary.

00:23:26.000 And then real quick, Charlie, we commissioned a Rasmussen poll regarding parental rights.

00:23:33.000 Do you believe that your child, whatever they are involved in, should be that should be notified to the parents?

00:23:41.000 That Rasmussen poll came back, Charlie.

00:23:43.000 82% of parents said that they want to be notified about what their kids are being taught or introduced to in the public school system.

00:23:52.000 82%.

00:23:53.000 Again, that's a bona fide qualified Rasmussen poll.

00:23:58.000 So, Charlie, they're losing.

00:24:01.000 They're losing in the ballot box.

00:24:02.000 They're losing in the classroom.

00:24:04.000 They're losing in the school boards here in California.

00:24:07.000 I'm going to tell you, Charlie, I know you're in Arizona, but I wouldn't leave California for anything.

00:24:12.000 The fight is raging here and we are winning where we need to win.

00:24:17.000 It's awesome.

00:24:18.000 Jack, I have so much admiration for you.

00:24:21.000 You gave a sermon recently where you said, why are we leaving?

00:24:23.000 We are in the heart of the fight.

00:24:24.000 And we're going to abandon the largest state in the country.

00:24:27.000 And it's very easy to flee and to leave.

00:24:29.000 You're doing the opposite.

00:24:30.000 So, Jack, I just want to drill in on the specifics here.

00:24:32.000 This radical fringe crazy idea that is being pushed forward by the Chino Valley School District is that if your 13-year-old wants to medically mutilate themselves, the parent is just notified.

00:24:43.000 Notified.

00:24:44.000 Is this the radical crazy fringe idea that the Attorney General of California is suing over, Jack?

00:24:51.000 Oh, yeah, that's exactly it.

00:24:52.000 No, mom and dad.

00:24:54.000 No way.

00:24:54.000 Now, you feed your kid and you pay for their insurance and you do whatever.

00:24:59.000 But when it comes to your kid getting the idea, which Charlie, you know this better than I do, which the idea was popped in their head in the public classroom that the kid now has been groomed to start thinking this way.

00:25:13.000 Oh, mom and dad, you're the last people on earth that need to know about this.

00:25:18.000 And so you just stay out of it. 1.00

00:29:54.000 Because if we do not defend our own flesh and blood, then we are no different than those that are turning a blind eye or participating in the worship of Moloch or Remphan or Baal or these other ancient gods that have seemed to return in our school system and in the public square.
