00:00:03.000 My name is Charlie Kirk.
00:00:05.000 I run the largest pro-American student organization in the country fighting for the future of our republic.
00:00:11.000 My call is to fight evil and to proclaim truth.
00:00:14.000 If the most important thing for you is just feeling good, you're going to end up miserable.
00:00:19.000 But if the most important thing is doing good, you'll end up purposeful.
00:00:24.000 College is a scam, everybody.
00:00:26.000 You got to stop sending your kids to college.
00:00:27.000 You should get married as young as possible and have as many kids as possible.
00:00:31.000 Go start a Turning Point USA college chapter.
00:00:33.000 Go start a Turning Point USA High School chapter.
00:00:35.000 Go find out how your church can get involved.
00:00:37.000 Sign up and become an activist.
00:00:39.000 I gave my life to the Lord in fifth grade.
00:00:41.000 Most important decision I ever made in my life.
00:00:43.000 And I encourage you to do the same.
00:00:45.000 Here I am.
00:00:46.000 Lord Musemy.
00:00:48.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:49.000 Here we go.
00:00:56.000 The Charlie Kirk Show is proudly sponsored by Preserve Gold, the leading gold and silver experts and the only precious metals company I recommend to my family, friends, and viewers.
00:01:09.000 All right, welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:01:11.000 It is January 20th, 2026.
00:01:13.000 We're here in Phoenix, Arizona.
00:01:14.000 Have a jam-packed show for you today.
00:01:16.000 Lots going on to cover.
00:01:18.000 We got a bunch of people in Davos, lots of things talking about there.
00:01:23.000 Is there a new global world order in the making?
00:01:26.000 Canada, Macron in France, Ursula von der Leyen saying that there's a new financial system underway.
00:01:34.000 So we're monitoring that and we have to keep our eyes on that.
00:01:37.000 But more pressing on the home front is the topic of Virginia.
00:01:43.000 We started on this yesterday.
00:01:45.000 We did.
00:01:45.000 We mentioned because we were talking about sanctuary cities and Abigail Spanberger takes over in Virginia, immediately throws out all cooperation with ICE, which is going to put lives in danger.
00:01:56.000 It's going to mean a lot more of those traumatic raids they say are so evil because it's way easier to arrest child rapists, robbers, murderers, et cetera, if you're just able to pick them up at a jail.
00:02:11.000 But they're not going to do that.
00:02:13.000 But they also have a trifecta in Virginia.
00:02:16.000 So in addition to their Democrat governor, they have a Democrat state.
00:02:21.000 Do they have some legislature?
00:02:23.000 The House of Delegates.
00:02:25.000 Everyone has a customer.
00:02:26.000 Mind you, this is a state that Kamala Harris won by a mere six points.
00:02:31.000 Six points.
00:02:32.000 No, but listen, this is not California.
00:02:35.000 This is not even New York.
00:02:36.000 This is not...
00:02:37.000 This is six points.
00:02:39.000 So a relatively, I mean, Arizona was won by six points, basically, a little less than six points.
00:02:46.000 And Virginia, what's interesting about the Virginia experience right now is that they've been in power for a matter of days.
00:02:55.000 And one day, the litany of progressive causes, wish list items, in lockstep with zero pushback.
00:03:04.000 So they ran it.
00:03:04.000 They have advanced is truly stunning.
00:03:07.000 So it was pointed out, they ran in, if you look at October 2025, as election nears, Democrats campaign on high utility bills, energy plans.
00:03:16.000 So their campaign was electricity prices are too high.
00:03:20.000 Vote for Democrats.
00:03:21.000 We have a great track record on that, I guess was their claim.
00:03:24.000 But what they're now doing, they're in the legislature and they're introducing bills.
00:03:28.000 Not all of these will pass, but it's a very good insight into what their agenda is generally.
00:03:33.000 I don't think most of them are.
00:03:34.000 Some of that people have heard about already.
00:03:36.000 They want to change their house map to be 10 to 1.
00:03:40.000 We also have, let's see, we have a bill to reduce the punishments for robbery offenses and it will also reclassify some forms of robbery so they are no longer violent crimes, even if they use violent coercion on people.
00:03:55.000 So not a violent crime, which means much lower penalties.
00:03:58.000 They want to get rid of Virginia's Republican version of criminal justice where three violent crimes can get you life in prison.
00:04:08.000 We have a bill to ban the hand counting of ballots if they are machine readable.
00:04:14.000 Just specifically has to be machine counted.
00:04:16.000 We have a bill to put out home child-based health care grants.
00:04:22.000 Oh, I wonder where they got that idea.
00:04:24.000 There won't be any fraud in that at all.
00:04:27.000 Listen to this one.
00:04:27.000 Rest assured.
00:04:28.000 Democrats in Virginia have introduced a bill that discriminates against white men in government contracting.
00:04:34.000 For discretionary contracts under $100,000, white men are barred from even being considered unless there's literally no competition.
00:04:41.000 And even then, this bill allows agencies to award contracts to women or minority-owned firms that are 5% more expensive than a bid from a business owned by a white man.
00:04:51.000 Yeah, they set a statewide explicit quota goal of having 42% of contracts go to certified small swam businesses.
00:05:00.000 I think that is women and minority-owned businesses.
00:05:04.000 And they basically have the goal of getting up to 42%.
00:05:08.000 And so they have to increase the percent by 3% a year until they reach it.
00:05:13.000 And yeah, so the order is give out contracts to people based on the race, on the sex of the owner, even if they cost taxpayers more, even if it's less able to supply that.
00:05:25.000 We already know, we know from decades of experience how this works.
00:05:29.000 One of the most common ways people fill this is they just create a company and all it does is buy from a better, let's be frank, a better white male-owned company.
00:05:39.000 They jack up the price by the amount they're allowed to get away with and they just take that cut as their profits.
00:05:45.000 It's pure arbitrage.
00:05:46.000 Well, and I don't know if anybody else noticed this, but yesterday was MLK Day, and it was as if it was used as a giant excuse for libs just to say crazy things.
00:05:59.000 It was anti-white male.
00:06:02.000 It was anti-meritocracy.
00:06:04.000 It was pure fiction in many regards.
00:06:08.000 But it became like this rallying point.
00:06:10.000 I think they smell blood in the water, and there's a tendency to overreact to Trump-era politics, right?
00:06:16.000 We saw this with the border.
00:06:17.000 President Trump wanted to build the wall.
00:06:19.000 It was a big talking point.
00:06:21.000 It was a big controversy in Trump 1.0.
00:06:23.000 So what did Dems do as soon as Biden gets in power?
00:06:25.000 Completely opens the border, undoes everything that the President Trump administration had done in 45.
00:06:35.000 And then you get 10 to 15 million illegals flooding the border.
00:06:38.000 Yeah.
00:06:38.000 And you get this same pattern on repeat now in Virginia.
00:06:42.000 And it is a precursor of what will happen to the country if we lose power in the midterms, if we, God forbid, lose power in 2028.
00:06:48.000 It's a real pattern that has to be recognized, and we have to remind people of it over and over, which is there's much more of a gap between, I believe, what a Republican base might want and what a Republican majority will in practice do.
00:07:06.000 Frankly, a lot of our guys flake on stuff in an annoying way.
00:07:09.000 Of course, they do.
00:07:10.000 So you're not going to get the maximal conservative dream plan anytime Republicans get a trifecta in a state.
00:07:17.000 It just doesn't happen.
00:07:18.000 Whereas with Democrats, they very much have this set of, let's go get Abigail Spanberger.
00:07:24.000 And she, okay, she worked for the CIA.
00:07:26.000 We can't tell you what she did, but it was probably really boring.
00:07:28.000 And she looks nice and respectable.
00:07:31.000 And or not.
00:07:32.000 Minnesota, you'll run Tim Walz, who's just your social science teacher.
00:07:37.000 Hicklib.
00:07:37.000 Looking, yeah, hick lib white guy.
00:07:39.000 And but then what they are going to reliably pass at the state level is basically, I don't know, insane gay race Marxism or whatever that is.
00:07:49.000 They do confluence between beta males and Karens.
00:07:53.000 And they use the fronts of these soft, progressive white, you know, sort of presentable libs like Spamberger here.
00:08:03.000 And then they go full Marxism.
00:08:05.000 This is a tweet from Cernovich.
00:08:07.000 I thought it boiled it down really well, 277.
00:08:09.000 Democrats won Virginia and are going full Marxist.
00:08:11.000 Taxes at California levels, banning white men from government contracts, surveilling tech cameras to issue tickets, internet voting, gun bans.
00:08:19.000 There is no such thing as a moderate Democrat.
00:08:22.000 As an example, so Virginia had a Republican trifecta for a while.
00:08:27.000 They, after Dobbs, they did not pass a total abortion ban in the state of Virginia.
00:08:32.000 But what they did just the Virginia Senate is passing right now is they're voting to put out a constitutional amendment that would be abortion until birth as a constitutional right in Virginia.
00:08:44.000 They're going to go for the absolute maximalist position.
00:08:47.000 Exactly.
00:08:47.000 And they do it without flinching, without thinking.
00:08:50.000 They just go.
00:08:51.000 And all of this stuff was pre-planned.
00:08:53.000 It was pre-packaged.
00:08:55.000 It was the plan all along.
00:08:56.000 And to Blake's point earlier, what did they run on?
00:08:59.000 They ran on utility rates.
00:09:00.000 They ran on utility bills.
00:09:02.000 That's what they told the public.
00:09:04.000 And then they go in there and they go full Marxist.
00:09:07.000 That is the insidious, unyielding force that we are up against that we are fighting.
00:09:13.000 I didn't even know about this one.
00:09:15.000 Another Virginia Democrat introduced a bill.
00:09:17.000 It would make it a crime to approach within eight feet of a person who is within 40 feet of an abortion clinic.
00:09:26.000 Jeez.
00:09:28.000 Yeah, and by the way, yesterday I got all these texts from like some of my people that I wouldn't even call some of them friends, but they're libs going like, how is this a face act violation with Don Lamon going?
00:09:38.000 And yes, we call him Don Lamon.
00:09:40.000 It's Don Lemon.
00:09:40.000 I got a bunch of notes on that.
00:09:42.000 Don Lamon, it's just a fun way to make fun of it.
00:09:44.000 Clearly we're not watching Tucker Carlson in 2018.
00:09:46.000 Yeah, exactly.
00:09:47.000 But Don Lamon goes into, you know, a church.
00:09:51.000 He is an activist.
00:09:52.000 He kissed the organizer.
00:09:55.000 There's video footage of that.
00:09:56.000 And he said, thank you for your service.
00:09:57.000 He was not an independent journalist.
00:09:58.000 He was an activist.
00:09:59.000 And I get all these, oh, that wasn't a face act violation.
00:10:02.000 Well, the Virginia Democrats are about to, you know, criminalize going within eight feet of an activist fighting abortion.
00:10:02.000 Oh, yeah.
00:10:10.000 If you're stressed about getting out of debt, it's go time.
00:10:14.000 Seriously, this is one of those moments where timing actually matters.
00:10:18.000 Done with debt is one of the best I've seen at navigating debt relief.
00:10:21.000 2025 was a record year.
00:10:23.000 They enrolled over $102 million in debt for our listeners and others.
00:10:28.000 Here's why I'm telling you about this now, though.
00:10:30.000 According to the Federal Reserve's latest survey, many banks have tightened their standards.
00:10:35.000 Right now, maybe the best window to negotiate settlements before lenders tighten further.
00:10:40.000 Done with debt tracks credit card and loan company behavior.
00:10:43.000 This is what they know.
00:10:44.000 They're experienced at knowing who is negotiating and when and what it takes to get you the biggest reduction possible.
00:10:51.000 And whether you're carrying $10,000 or $500,000 in debt, this is probably the best chance you'll get all year.
00:10:58.000 Done with Debt are legendary negotiators when you go head-to-head with your credit card and loan companies.
00:11:03.000 They have one goal to drastically reduce or eliminate your debt altogether.
00:11:07.000 Most clients see more money in their pocket month one.
00:11:10.000 Do not wait for the lenders to tighten up their policies.
00:11:12.000 Here's what you need to do.
00:11:13.000 Schedule a free consultation.
00:11:15.000 There's no pressure and it only takes a few minutes.
00:11:17.000 Share who you owe and they'll tell you if this is the moment you could see a major reduction in your debt.
00:11:22.000 Imagine waking up without that weight on your shoulders and doing it without taking out another loan or filing for bankruptcy.
00:11:28.000 Done with debt helps you through the debt relief process so you keep more of your paycheck every month.
00:11:33.000 Go to donewithdebt.com right now.
00:11:35.000 That's donewithdebt.com.
00:11:40.000 So we're talking about the Virginia example and what it portends for the rest of the country, which is very worrisome because I do think that what we are facing as a country at the state level, federal level, is a reaction to the era of Trump.
00:11:58.000 And it will be vicious.
00:11:59.000 It will be fierce.
00:12:00.000 It will be unrelenting.
00:12:02.000 It will be cruel.
00:12:03.000 And it will be maximalist.
00:12:05.000 It will be maximally Marxist.
00:12:07.000 far left, everything in the kitchen sink that they have been dreaming about to dismantle the Western, I think, world order, but the American system of capitalism, of meritocracy, of excellence.
00:12:21.000 They want to put a final blow that will potentially make it so that we can never get back.
00:12:30.000 And we have to fight that.
00:12:32.000 On turning point action side, we announced just this morning that we are hiring ballot chasers in three battleground states that we are calling the red wall.
00:12:42.000 That is New Hampshire, that is Nevada and Arizona.
00:12:46.000 Hiring has started now.
00:12:48.000 We're going for the midterms and we're building up the red wall.
00:12:50.000 These are three states where conservatives outnumber Democrats.
00:12:54.000 Yes, there's a lot of independents.
00:12:56.000 You got to think about that.
00:12:57.000 These are three states that if you win, you don't even need the blue wall anymore.
00:13:01.000 You don't need Michigan, Pennsylvania.
00:13:02.000 You don't need Wisconsin.
00:13:04.000 That is the red wall.
00:13:05.000 That exactly.
00:13:06.000 There's the graphic.
00:13:07.000 So if you go to tpaction.com forward slash careers, if you want to help us save this republic from this unyielding, unrelenting force of radical progressivism, radical leftism, that's what you can do.
00:13:21.000 Go right now.
00:13:22.000 If you want to get in the field, get in the grassroots, do that right now.
00:13:25.000 tpaction.com forward slash careers.
00:13:28.000 And it just seems, I keep using this word, Blake, unrelenting.
00:13:33.000 It is, you know, I think there was this misconception that maybe DEI had been defeated, that we'd reached peak woke.
00:13:40.000 And that is concerned.
00:13:40.000 You still see a lot of that.
00:13:41.000 You see a lot of, frankly, there's a lot of triumphalism on the right.
00:13:47.000 They very quickly default to that after an election win.
00:13:50.000 And you are not, this is not a field battle.
00:13:54.000 You have not vanquished them.
00:13:56.000 Not at all.
00:13:57.000 And even if you do, they just come back.
00:13:59.000 And it's much more of a long grind.
00:14:02.000 It's like a zombie horde.
00:14:06.000 It's like lava flowing towards you or something.
00:14:08.000 Right.
00:14:09.000 It is a brain rot that tends and it infects the left in a very collectivist, hive-minded way in which they all act in lockstep.
00:14:18.000 And it's interesting because our side is we are a rowdy bunch.
00:14:21.000 We're independent thinkers.
00:14:22.000 That's very, very true.
00:14:24.000 But just yesterday, this is what's crazy.
00:14:26.000 You have A.G. Eric Holder accusing Trump administration of trying to resegregate America.
00:14:30.000 You had Jim Clyburn going on the view claiming Republicans are trying to bring back slavery.
00:14:35.000 You had Pam Greer says she had to close her eyes as a kid in Ohio to avoid seeing blacks hung in trees.
00:14:42.000 There's a lot of it, which is false.
00:14:43.000 But I think the absolute wildest thing was actually the clip from Michelle Obama.
00:14:49.000 Yes.
00:14:50.000 Very casually.
00:14:51.000 It comes out and says, I try to avoid buying products from people who are from the race that I don't like, which is white people.
00:14:59.000 Let's play 287.
00:15:01.000 If I hear of someone who's fashion that I like and I know that they're a person of color, I try to make it a point.
00:15:09.000 But the clothes have to be available.
00:15:11.000 You know, I think we can all do some work to think about that balance in our wardrobes.
00:15:17.000 You know, what does our closet look like and who's in it?
00:15:21.000 Who are we supporting in it?
00:15:24.000 Right.
00:15:24.000 You know, and I think if you have the money to buy Chanel, then you have the money to buy everybody.
00:15:30.000 Right.
00:15:31.000 And so let us be mindful, I think, would be my advice.
00:15:37.000 I'll confess I would have never known the race of any person.
00:15:42.000 Never even occurred to me.
00:15:42.000 Not even the clothing item I wear.
00:15:44.000 Not the least because I'm not sure I know the brand of any clothing item that I wear.
00:15:47.000 And by the way, that's a group of wealthy black women sitting around a table.
00:15:51.000 They're moaning about how racist America is when they are in, let's just be frank, the country that is the best for people of African descent anywhere in the world.
00:16:01.000 Correct.
00:16:02.000 Period.
00:16:03.000 Did you know that African-American test scores in America are higher than they are in Africa?
00:16:10.000 Oh, yeah.
00:16:10.000 And as low as they are.
00:16:12.000 There are other countries with a large amount, the Caribbean, Brazil, so on.
00:16:15.000 They are higher here than any other country.
00:16:18.000 And by the way, that's true for Hispanics.
00:16:20.000 Hispanic Americans have higher test scores than just about any other country in the world.
00:16:25.000 That's the same for Asian Americans, except for like Hong Kong, Hong Kong, I guess.
00:16:29.000 Hong Kong's a city.
00:16:30.000 Hong Kong's Hong Kong.
00:16:31.000 Yeah, it's sort of its own thing.
00:16:32.000 But I think there's like one standout.
00:16:35.000 We're a very talented country that gets a lot out of all the people who live here.
00:16:39.000 Yes.
00:16:40.000 And yet, yesterday became a rallying point for them to bemoan, criticize, and delegitimize America.
00:16:47.000 It's funny.
00:16:48.000 It's funny why that is.
00:16:49.000 Where do you think this hatred originates?
00:16:52.000 On a day where it's a holiday to celebrate a famous black American.
00:16:57.000 That America was so racist that it gave an entire day to a black American.
00:17:04.000 That is a day that has become a rallying point to bemoan America.
00:17:08.000 Make it make sense.
00:17:09.000 I just found it really offensive.
00:17:11.000 And then it didn't let them kind of bash America enough, so we had to create another holiday in June to try to out-compete the 4th of July.
00:17:17.000 Right.
00:17:18.000 So that's how ridiculous it's all become.
00:17:20.000 It's all become a parody of itself.
00:17:23.000 And I just have to play this Pam Greer clip really quick because it's so annoying to me.
00:17:26.000 269.
00:17:27.000 You face a lot of racism growing up in Columbus, Ohio.
00:17:32.000 How did that shape you?
00:17:36.000 Well, we would go from tree shade to shea to get back to the apartment.
00:17:42.000 My brother and I, my mom, with bags.
00:17:45.000 And my mom would go, don't look, don't look, don't look.
00:17:47.000 And she'd pull us away.
00:17:49.000 Wow.
00:17:50.000 Because there is someone hanging from a tree.
00:17:54.000 And they have a memorial for it now where you can see where people were and left.
00:18:02.000 And it triggers me today.
00:18:07.000 Pam Greer was born in 1949, and the last lynching that was ever recorded in Ohio was 1911.
00:18:14.000 But there really weren't that many lynchings.
00:18:16.000 I'm just going to be honest.
00:18:17.000 They're horrendous.
00:18:18.000 There were several thousand, but it's, you know, as we, oh, well, we'll have to get into that one with Nate Morris.
00:18:23.000 But the demand for hate in America vastly outstrips supply, and it has varied for decades.
00:18:28.000 It just goes unchallenged on the view.
00:18:32.000 Think about it.
00:18:33.000 Every single dollar you spend is either supporting your values or working against them.
00:18:38.000 In today's economy, where you spend your money, it really matters.
00:18:41.000 And that's how we take back our country.
00:18:44.000 Patriot Mobile is leading the way as America's only Christian conservative wireless provider.

00:19:47.000 That's patriotmobile.com slash Charlie or call 972 Patriot and make the switch today.
00:19:54.000 Another thing that Charlie loved was the state of Kentucky.
00:19:58.000 And one of his last endorsements was the great Nate Morris, who is fighting the McConnell machine, and he's doing a great job.
00:20:08.000 Big, huge, earth-shattering, send a shockwave through the political world this week.
00:20:15.000 Elon Musk has pledged $10 million to Nate Morris' campaign to reclaim a Senate seat for a staunch pro-America, America first candidate in that state.
00:20:29.000 And he's joining us now.
00:20:30.000 Nate Morris, welcome back to the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:20:33.000 Oh, it's great to be with you both.
00:20:34.000 Thank you for having me.
00:20:35.000 Yeah, well, it's interesting because, Nate, Charlie was really close with Elon and had a big belief in Elon.
00:20:42.000 Even when Elon and Trump had a falling out, he famously now called his shot when it happened.
00:20:47.000 He said, I predict Elon and President Trump are going to be having dinner by Christmas at the White House.
00:20:54.000 That came true.
00:20:55.000 And part of it happened at Charlie's Memorial, of course.
00:20:58.000 He was a big believer in Elon.
00:21:01.000 And now Elon has come to your side and is pledging $10 million of support for you.
00:21:08.000 And Charlie endorsed you.
00:21:09.000 So it's just kind of full circle moment for us here on the show to watch this happen.
00:21:13.000 Tell us what it means and how did this transpire?
00:21:17.000 Yeah, you know, Elon is the great visionary of our time.
00:21:21.000 I mean, we're going to be talking about Elon for hundreds of years, if not thousands of years, and what he's done for humanity.
00:21:27.000 And we had a terrific meeting.
00:21:29.000 I think he was very animated by the way that we've been contrasting against Mitch McConnell, his record.
00:21:35.000 And obviously, Elon appreciated my entrepreneurial and business background.
00:21:40.000 And I don't think he's a fan of career politicians.
00:21:43.000 And he knows that we've got to get change in Washington.
00:21:46.000 And we've got to get so tough, particularly on immigration.
00:21:49.000 And I think these were the things that...
00:21:52.000 Sorry to interrupt, Nate.
00:21:53.000 I just have a very, I'm very curious about this because one of my favorite parts of your platform is that you're calling for an immigration moratorium.
00:22:00.000 I think if we get 10, 15 guys in the Senate on our side and we maintain control, this is actually something that really could be done.
00:22:09.000 We just have to get this critical mass in.
00:22:11.000 And Blake and I have talked about it.
00:22:13.000 It's like the switch, the one switch that fixes so much that is ailing switch.
00:22:18.000 To fix that off the flood.
00:22:19.000 Yeah.
00:22:20.000 If we get this one issue right, you got to get voter ID, same-day voting, all that stuff's really important.
00:22:25.000 A lot of guys are working on the SAFE Act.
00:22:28.000 But I'm curious because Elon in the past, I remember this clip during the Biden flood of immigrants.
00:22:35.000 He went down to visit the border himself and he was appalled.
00:22:38.000 But he made this comment saying, like, well, I still want all this legal immigration.
00:22:42.000 I just want to cut off all this stuff.
00:22:43.000 This is crazy.
00:22:44.000 But you and I are more hardline than this.
00:22:47.000 And I'm curious how that conversation with Elon went.
00:22:49.000 You know, I think Elon, you know, he talked about Western civilization in our meeting, and I think that this is a fight for Western civilization.
00:22:57.000 And we have been ingesting people from the third world, people from all over the world that wish to do us harm.
00:23:04.000 And Andrew, you know, we can't bring in people that wish to do us harm and think that we're going to get a good result.
00:23:10.000 And we've, you know, look at this Somali situation.
00:23:13.000 I mean, what an absolute and utter disgrace.
00:23:16.000 And they have been ripping us off.
00:23:17.000 They've been taking advantage of America's compassionate system.
00:23:21.000 They come over here illegally.
00:23:23.000 They get on our rolls.
00:23:24.000 And Democrats love it because they know this is the only way that they're going to win elections is they've got to flood us with all this illegal population so they can change the composite of our country to go out and win elections.
00:23:35.000 And I think Elon gets that.
00:23:37.000 And I think our immigration moratorium, this has got to happen to save the country.
00:23:42.000 And that's why I've been so forceful.
00:23:44.000 And Andrew, you may remember a lot of people said, oh, this is an extreme position.
00:23:48.000 You know, this is a too hard right.
00:23:50.000 This is too far.
00:23:51.000 Let me tell you, this is a moderate position today.
00:23:54.000 This is an absolutely moderate position, given what's happened in our country, is that this should have been done a long time ago.
00:24:01.000 And just because we're America doesn't mean we have to let everybody in our country.
00:24:05.000 And it is a pleasure.
00:24:07.000 It is a privilege.
00:24:08.000 It is the absolute greatest honor in the world to be an American citizen.
00:24:12.000 And we can't give that out like Mardi Gras beats.
00:24:14.000 I mean, this has been crazy what we've done.
00:24:17.000 And all these Democrats and all these rhino Republicans who've allowed this nonsense to go on, they should be ashamed of themselves for letting our country get into the place that it's in today.
00:24:27.000 Yeah, I mean, I completely agree.
00:24:30.000 And Blake, I would love for you to expound on this, but there is something that happens to a people where you flood the country with foreigners and then it becomes an erasure of our own civilization, of our own culture, and you stop having kids.
00:24:47.000 Fertility rates drop.
00:24:48.000 The sense of ownership of the world.
00:24:49.000 We've become a defeated people.
00:24:51.000 And there are examples of that in history where it's just when a culture, it loses its vitality, it loses its sense of the future, and it just sort of falls apart.
00:25:00.000 It's because you don't look around and see that this is your culture anymore, that you control it, that you own it, that you have your own agency over the future of its direction, because you feel like a foreigner in your own home.
00:25:13.000 And there's something, I think, weird, and you've seen this in historical models as well, when you hit about 14, 15% foreign-born or immigrant of the total population.
00:25:25.000 You saw this in like the 1920s, early 20s, when they instituted massive immigration reforms then.
00:25:32.000 Something happens, you know, and I think people have to reclaim a sense of American identity, of American culture, and agency over the future of their country.
00:25:40.000 I think that's what's happening here.
00:25:41.000 And I think at a deeper level, MAGA is this sort of cry to regain and reconstitute an American identity that is like what we remember growing up, like what we had when we were kids.
00:25:53.000 And so I mean, I'm just, I'm thrilled that Elon got behind you in this way.
00:25:58.000 And I want you to reflect on kind of some of these stances that, you know, that you have, but what we're seeing in Minnesota as well, which I believe is an existential challenge to the Trump administration about the legitimacy of federal law.
00:26:12.000 Can you weigh in on what's happening in Minneapolis, Minnesota more broadly?
00:26:16.000 Yeah, and it's not surprising.
00:26:18.000 I mean, you have people like Tim Walz and that mayor, that fry guy.
00:26:23.000 I mean, you have those people in charge there.
00:26:25.000 I mean, what do you expect to get?
00:26:26.000 I mean, these people, they have just let these folks run roughshot over them in Minnesota, take advantage of them, get on the system, milk the system, commit all this fraud, and did nothing about it.
00:26:37.000 And the Democrats put this guy on their ticket.
00:26:38.000 I mean, can you believe that?
00:26:40.000 And they had to know this stuff was going on.
00:26:42.000 I mean, it's so blatantly obvious.
00:26:44.000 And Andrew, I think that when we get into the particulars of this, we're going to find all throughout the country that all these migrant populations that have come into places like California, Texas, Florida, you name it, even here in Kentucky, there's fraud underneath every bit of that.
00:27:01.000 And this has been a scam that Democrats and people have been running to not only flood our system with changing population, but also to get rich and to have these get-rich schemes.
00:27:13.000 I mean, gosh, I mean, look at this daycare system.
00:27:15.000 I mean, what an absolute and utter disgrace.
00:27:18.000 Millions of dollars to start a daycare when we got people in Kentucky that are trying to bust it, trying to make a living, trying to put food on the table and can't even buy groceries.
00:27:28.000 And we got Somalis up there getting rich off the daycare system.
00:27:31.000 I mean, what is wrong with this picture?
00:27:33.000 And this stuff's got to stop once and for all.
00:27:36.000 You know, I just talked to my buddy James Comer the other day, and he said, Nate, he said, we're going to haul him before oversight.
00:27:42.000 He said, and you're going to find this is going to be the greatest fraud in the history of America.
00:27:46.000 And I believe it.
00:27:47.000 And I'm so glad that President Trump is going to get tough and make sure all these people are held accountable.
00:27:53.000 Yeah, Nate, it really is.
00:27:55.000 It's just, I think the idiom that Charlie would use, it's like America is just treated like a giant pile of money to be looted.
00:28:04.000 Like, oh, like you busted into the treasury of Babylon and just grab your pile of gold before it's all gone.
00:28:11.000 And it's that we give all of that away.
00:28:13.000 We give away the wealth of our country and we give away our citizenship, the right to be here.
00:28:17.000 That's the entire idea with the moratorium.
00:28:19.000 It's that we treat American citizenship like it's worth nothing.
00:28:25.000 And if we really believe America is great, surely we should treat it like it is valuable.
00:28:29.000 Foreigners clearly recognize that it's valuable.
00:28:31.000 It's interesting because even at like Amfest, our big events, right?
00:28:34.000 I mean, we'd love to give those tickets away for free.
00:28:36.000 It's not about the money.
00:28:37.000 It isn't.
00:28:38.000 We want to create these rallying points.
00:28:39.000 What we found is if you don't charge anything, people take it for granted.
00:28:43.000 They don't show up.
00:28:44.000 They don't take it seriously.
00:28:45.000 You have to charge something.
00:28:46.000 And the same concept could be applied to citizenship.
00:28:50.000 When you make it so cheap and so easy and so flimsy, people degrade it.
00:28:55.000 They spit on it.
00:28:56.000 They desecrate it.
00:28:57.000 And we have to make it expensive again.
00:28:59.000 We have to make it precious again.
00:29:01.000 You know, there's not really a question in there, Nate, but I'd love for you to respond to that and tell us, give us a sense of where your race is at now.
00:29:08.000 What is changing?
00:29:09.000 Because you've been slowly building in the polls this whole time against a really formidable opponent.
00:29:15.000 It's not Mitch McConnell, but it's the machine that he's left that he's leaving in that state.
00:29:20.000 Yeah, and Andrew, I'll just first say everybody listening here, we all need to take a look at what's happened in Europe.
00:29:27.000 You know, if you want to get a preview for what the play that the Democrats are running, look what's happened to the United Kingdom.
00:29:33.000 I mean, my dear friend, Vice President JD Vance said that the UK will be the first nation that's Islamic with a nuclear weapon in the next decade.
00:29:42.000 Now, think about that.
00:29:43.000 Now, all this stuff that's happening over in Europe, this stuff is all coming here.
00:29:47.000 And this is the same playbook that was run over there so the Brits could lose their country.
00:29:53.000 It's coming here to the United States in a big way.
00:29:55.000 And that's why we've got to get so, so tough.
00:29:58.000 And it's shameful what's happened to Europe, but we cannot let that happen here in the United States.
00:30:02.000 You know, as far as this race goes, you know, I'm an outsider.
00:30:06.000 I'm a business guy.
00:30:07.000 I've never run for office before.
00:30:09.000 You know, I came in, I started out unknown to the voters of Kentucky because I've never been in politics.
00:30:15.000 My two opponents, they've made careers out of politics.
00:30:19.000 You know, somebody like Andy Barr has almost been in politics for two decades.
00:30:24.000 And we were up against the McConnell machine.
00:30:27.000 And they are doing everything that they can to make sure that McConnell's cronies, his lobbyists, his infrastructure, that they've got a horse to ride for another 40 years.
00:30:37.000 And this is what this race is all about.
00:30:39.000 And Charlie saw that.
00:30:41.000 He saw the infrastructure that we were going to be up against.
00:30:44.000 Well, and we know.
00:30:45.000 Yeah, we're watching closely, Nate, and we got your back 100%.
00:30:48.000 We'll have you on again soon.
00:30:49.000 We'll talk to you soon.
00:30:50.000 Thanks so much.
00:30:51.000 Great to be with you guys.
00:30:55.000 This is Lane Schoenberger, Chief Investment Officer and Founding Partner of YReFi.
00:30:59.000 It has been an honor and a privilege to partner with Turning Point and for Charlie to endorse us.
00:31:05.000 His endorsement means the world to us, and we look forward to continuing our partnership with Turning Point for years to come.
00:31:11.000 Now, here Charlie, in his own words, tell you about YReFi.
00:31:15.000 I'm going to tell you guys about YReFi.com.
00:31:16.000 That is why FY.com.
00:31:19.000 WhyReFi is incredible.
00:31:20.000 Private student loan debt in America totals about $300 billion.
00:31:23.000 WhyReFi is refinancing distress or defaulted private student loans?
00:31:27.000 You can finally take control of your student loan situation with a plan that works for your monthly budget.
00:31:31.000 Go to whyrefi.com.
00:31:33.000 That is whyrefi.com.
00:31:34.000 Do you have a co-borrower?
00:31:36.000 WhyReFi can get them released from the loan?
00:31:38.000 You can skip a payment up to 12 times without penalty.
00:31:40.000 It may not be available in all 50 states.
00:31:42.000 Go to yrefi.com.
00:31:44.000 That is why.com.
00:31:47.000 Let's face it, if you have distress or defaulted student loans, it can be overwhelming.
00:31:51.000 Because of private student loan debt, so many people feel stuck.
00:31:54.000 Go to yrefi.com.
00:31:55.000 That is why.com.
00:31:58.000 Private student loan debt relief, yrefi.com.
00:32:03.000 We're going to take our eyes and we're going to turn our attention to what's happening at Davos.
00:32:10.000 Now, there is a very, very interesting thing that we are watching happen, a phenomena.
00:32:17.000 And there's multiple pieces to this thread that you could pull, right?
00:32:21.000 And you will get to something that's happening.
00:32:24.000 So basically, you've got the Greenland contention that's happening.
00:32:29.000 Denmark's not happy with us.
00:32:31.000 NATO is, you know, some of our NATO partners are not happy with the pressure campaign that Trump is pushing to acquire Greenland.
00:32:40.000 So then all these Davos leaders go over there and they're kind of saying, hey, we love you, the United States, but what you're doing is wrong.
00:32:47.000 We made a deal.
00:32:49.000 You can't add new tariffs on top of a deal that was already made.
00:32:53.000 And then you've got guys like Macron who are messaging him behind the scenes and then it's not behind the scenes.
00:32:59.000 Well, but then he goes, he's wearing sunglasses for some reason.
00:33:02.000 I don't understand this, but let's play this clip.
00:33:04.000 It's a little hard to understand because of his accent, but we'll break it down on the other side, 290.
00:33:08.000 China is welcome, but what we need is more Chinese foreign diet investment in Europe in some key sectors to contribute to our growth, to transfer some technologies, and not just to export towards Europe some devices or produces or produce which sometimes don't have the same standards or are much more subsidized as the one being produced in Europe.
00:33:32.000 So you pair this with what's happening in Canada.
00:33:35.000 So you got Carney that basically goes, travels over to the CCP, they roll out the red carpet for him, Brave New Era, New World Order.
00:33:44.000 China is being welcomed in by the same actors that Trump is challenging.
00:33:50.000 So Trump is shaking up everything.
00:33:53.000 And now they're basically trying to fight back and say, well, we've had enough of the tariffs.
00:33:58.000 We've had enough of the bullying.
00:33:59.000 We've had enough of the Greenland stuff.
00:34:01.000 So you've got Carney welcoming the CCP.
00:34:04.000 Then you got French President Macron, and I'll translate.
00:34:07.000 He said, China is welcome.
00:34:09.000 And he's asking, instead of just exports that have different standards, lower standards, and are subsidized from China, we want you to invest in Europe.
00:34:20.000 That's a huge thing to invite foreign direct investment in Europe.
00:34:24.000 With the Greenland thing, an argument that's been made in support of it is basically saying Europe are they're vassals of the United States.
00:34:31.000 They're just clients of the United States.
00:34:34.000 And Europe is, they are actually quite aware that they've put themselves in a bad spot.
00:34:39.000 They've underinvested in their military for a long time.
00:34:41.000 They've messed up their own industry and manufacturing.
00:34:44.000 Germany, they've really screwed things up.
00:34:47.000 And they actually are kind of aware of this.
00:34:49.000 They were very aware of it during trade negotiations, and they kind of recognize they're in a weak position here.
00:34:55.000 But one thing that they can point out is they can say, okay, we are basically vassals of the United States, but we could, in fact, go be vassals of somebody else and use that as our way to come back.
00:35:07.000 And I think it is worth thinking about that, that in the end, we are stronger than Europe.
00:35:12.000 And Europe has been a free rider on this.
00:35:15.000 And our goal needs to be, I think, to, and this is mentioned in our own, in President Trump's national security strategy that came out a few months ago.
00:35:23.000 The goal needs to be that Europe has to take more responsibility for itself, that we want to recultivate Europe as a viable US, as more of an ally rather than just a freeloader.
00:35:36.000 And that's important for any number of reasons.
00:35:38.000 We talk about Islamization of the West so often on the show because it does matter.
00:35:43.000 It really does matter to all of us if Britain, the birthplace of all the liberties that we care about, the birthplace ultimately, the mother country of this one, if it becomes this Islamic dump.
00:35:57.000 And it matters the same way if France goes that way, if Germany goes that way, if Denmark goes that way.
00:36:02.000 And what we want is we want them to be robust.
00:36:06.000 We want them to have real militaries.
00:36:08.000 We want them to have to not be having replacement migration.
00:36:11.000 We want them to have real economies because we do ultimately, even if they're annoyingly liberal in a lot of ways, we'd prefer to work with them, I think, over China, like a completely alien culture, a completely alien mode of government, one that is far more hostile to human freedom, one that is far more hostile to religion and Christianity.
00:36:36.000 Hostile to America, listen to that.
00:36:37.000 Hostile to America.
00:36:38.000 And that has a lot of grievances with us.
00:36:41.000 And I just think we should be aware of that.
00:36:44.000 And we have to think about that with Canada as well.
00:36:47.000 Greenland really is important to our national security, but it's also important to our national security if Canada, I think the largest economy in the Americas after us, if they're suddenly just align with China because they decide they're just mad at us.
00:37:01.000 Yeah, so here's the question.
00:37:03.000 Is this saber-rattling?
00:37:05.000 Is this a warning?
00:37:07.000 Is this a warning shot?
00:37:08.000 Or do they really mean it?
00:37:10.000 And I think that the truth will only bear out in the coming years.
00:37:14.000 I mean, we're going to have to watch to see if Macron really does want Chinese investment.
00:37:19.000 You've got to believe that every single chip, every single product will become a tool of espionage in that country, a tool of control.
00:37:27.000 And you be careful what you wish for.
00:37:30.000 France, Canada, the UN, NATO.
00:37:35.000 These people, they are cruel masters.
00:37:38.000 China will be cruel masters, and they will extract their pound of flesh.
00:37:42.000 We have been allowing Europe to freeload off of us for decades and decades.
00:37:46.000 Basically, the post-World War II order is one giant story of Europe freeloading off of us.
00:37:52.000 But they've been useful allies at times as well.
00:37:54.000 They've also been complicit in a censorship industrial complex.
00:38:00.000 They've used NATO to try and squash populist uprisings across the Western world, which is not okay.
00:38:06.000 They've used, I think, they've lost sight of some of their original ideals, such as free speech, freedom of expression.
00:38:14.000 UK is ground zero for that.
00:38:17.000 There are real problems in the NATO alliance.
00:38:19.000 The question is, can you create something better?
00:38:22.000 I think we can.
00:38:22.000 I don't.
00:38:23.000 Well, can you reform it, or do you have to reconstitute it entirely?
00:38:28.000 But that's the thing.
00:38:28.000 I think one thing to worry about is America does have a lot of strengths that derive from how dominant we were for nearly a century at this point.
00:38:39.000 That after World War II, we created a financial system that centers around the United States.
00:38:44.000 We created a defense system that centers around the United States.
00:38:49.000 And we created a trade system that centered around the United States.
00:38:52.000 And I think if you were creating any of those things from scratch today, we would not be as powerful in that as we basically are by virtue of inertia.
00:39:02.000 So if you inspire the Europeans to, even if they're just throwing a temper tantrum, they throw a temper tantrum and they drift away from the dollar or they drift away from trade with the United States.
00:39:14.000 It will be harder to reconstitute that than it is to maintain it.
00:39:17.000 That's a classic conservative principle.
00:39:19.000 It's easier to maintain things than it is to build them.
00:39:23.000 Yeah, and you do have to look at the post-World War II order as a snapshot in time.
00:39:27.000 It was a confluence of so many different variables coming together.
00:39:32.000 America was largely industrialized, unscathed in many ways on the home front.
00:39:37.000 Europe had to rebuild.
00:39:38.000 We had a 10-year head start, maybe a 15-year head start on the rest of the world, and it entrenched us as the economic superpower.
00:39:46.000 And it would be harder to rebuild that now, to reconstitute it.
00:39:50.000 We will see what happens, and we will watch it closely.
