00:01:56.000 You are an attorney and you are fighting against this kind of transification of the country. 1.00

00:02:02.000 You also co-lead our duty and you're doing your best to get this ballot initiative up and going in California.

00:02:10.000 We have to start tackling the blue states.

00:02:13.000 I agree.

00:02:14.000 So tell us your story.

00:02:15.000 How did you get into this?

00:02:17.000 Well, my daughter came out as a transgender boy when she was just about to start ninth grade.

00:02:24.000 This was over COVID.

00:02:26.000 And that was an eye-opening experience to me because quite frankly, I was a good little liberal and just read the New York Times and NPR.

00:02:35.000 And I didn't even know that this transgender movement was underfoot.

00:02:40.000 You know, I didn't see it at our schools except for my daughter's comprehensive sex ed course.

00:02:48.000 And that was in seventh grade.

00:02:50.000 And that was the first kind of opening as to what is being taught to our kids at our schools.

00:02:56.000 And I volunteered at the school.

00:02:57.000 I mean, I like lived at the school.

00:02:59.000 So I was just oblivious.

00:03:02.000 So without getting too deep into the details, you learned of this how through the school or did she come to you and say, hey, I'm a boy now.

00:03:14.000 Well, she did come to me and say, I'm a boy.

00:03:16.000 And I kind of brushed it off. 0.95

00:03:18.000 I said, that's silly.

00:03:19.000 Like not thinking much of this.

00:03:19.000 Okay.

00:03:21.000 I'm like, you're not a boy.

00:03:24.000 And so then from there, then it got serious because I heard through her iPad, her public school was calling her a male name and using male pronouns.

00:03:34.000 And that was all on her assignments.

00:03:36.000 And the interesting thing is that my daughter had never stepped foot into that school.

00:03:41.000 She was starting as a freshman.

00:03:43.000 And so they went ahead and changed her name pronouns, didn't so much as call me.

00:03:46.000 They never notified you.

00:03:48.000 Oh, no.

00:03:49.000 And when I called them and read them the Riot Act, they told me that they needed to be the safe space for my child.

00:03:58.000 And I, of course, asked them what safe meant.

00:04:02.000 And they couldn't define it.

00:04:04.000 But obviously I was unsafe because I had CPS and the police at my door a few days later.

00:04:10.000 So the school called the Child Protective Services.

00:04:13.000 That's correct.

00:04:15.000 Because you were upset at the school that they didn't call you that your daughter is using different names.

00:04:23.000 Correct.

00:04:24.000 Obviously, I was committing some kind of child abuse on my child by not accepting that she is now a boy and using a male name.

00:04:32.000 Now, they did it under the guise of my daughter was looking up how many monster drinks it takes to kill, you know, a 110-pound girl or person.

00:04:43.000 And so that was their, you know, way to weave in.

00:04:46.000 But I know it's because, you know, I really laid into them when they said that they were going to continue to call my daughter a male name and male pronouns.

00:04:57.000 And they knew nothing of my child.

00:04:59.000 They had never seen her.

00:05:01.000 They couldn't answer one question when I asked them how tall she is. 0.99

00:05:06.000 Is she fat, skinny? 1.00

00:05:07.000 What color hair does she have? 1.00

00:05:09.000 But they changed her name.

00:05:11.000 And did they view it like you as the parent or just there?

00:05:15.000 Whose child is it?

00:05:16.000 I guess is the question.

00:05:18.000 Obviously, it's their child.

00:05:20.000 That's how they looked at it is that I'm the ogre, I'm the bigot.

00:05:23.000 And that was, you know, eye-opening to me.

00:05:26.000 And I immediately pulled her from that public school.

00:05:29.000 Yes.

00:05:30.000 And, you know, the interesting thing is they never called to check in on my child to see how she's doing.

00:05:36.000 They didn't care.

00:05:38.000 That's such an important point.

00:05:40.000 So they take full privilege over the child, yet no responsibility once the kid leaves.

00:05:46.000 It's not a problem anymore.

00:05:47.000 But I thought it was your child.

00:05:49.000 Yeah.

00:05:50.000 I mean, it's so life-saving, right?

00:05:52.000 To affirm a child and then they just dropped her.

00:05:56.000 I mean, this is the interesting thing.

00:05:58.000 The schools are trying to stand in the shoes of parents, yet they're not there when the child is sick.

00:06:03.000 They're not there on weekends, vacations.

00:06:06.000 Or answering the tough questions.

00:06:09.000 So then how did that prompt you into this whole transgender craz? 1.00

00:06:15.000 Well, it was a long process because it took about a year and a half to get my daughter back to being comfortable in her female body.

00:06:22.000 And it was a grueling year and a half.

00:06:24.000 I mean, extremely painful.

00:06:26.000 And I never wanted another parent to go through what we went through.

00:06:30.000 And so once you got through that process, you're now, you're an attorney.

00:06:34.000 You're now trying to fight the entire trans machine. 1.00

00:06:38.000 That's right.

00:06:39.000 And nobody was really doing it in California.

00:06:41.000 And so I jumped in and I wrote a bunch of bills.

00:06:46.000 I really didn't know what I was doing.

00:06:47.000 And that's a good thing because no one could tell me I couldn't do what I was doing.

00:06:53.000 And so then we moved forward with some bills and we couldn't even get a hearing for a parent notification bill, a hearing.

00:07:02.000 We couldn't get a hearing just to involve parents when a child is gender questioning.

00:07:06.000 So we went bigger.

00:07:08.000 So Erin, you got into this fight because so you got your daughter to a place where she was no longer questioning her identity.

00:07:17.000 And I bet during that process, you learned all that you could about this.

00:07:21.000 Absolutely.

00:07:21.000 Because you seem to be a reader and a researcher.

00:07:24.000 I quit my law job and all I did was read.

00:07:27.000 Wow.

00:07:28.000 Tell us about that.

00:07:29.000 What did you read?

00:07:30.000 Because this must have been just completely foreign and alien to you.

00:07:36.000 Well, I started with Abigail Schreier's book, Irreversible Damage, which luckily came out right when my daughter expressed her.

00:07:42.000 It's an excellent book.

00:07:43.000 Yeah, it's great.

00:07:44.000 And then I joined every group.

00:07:46.000 I went actually from the feminist groups.

00:07:48.000 I joined Republican groups.

00:07:50.000 I know, I went everywhere because I wanted to know like who is fighting this because no one was fighting it really in California.

00:07:58.000 We were alone.

00:07:59.000 The parents are terribly alone on this because we're looked at as bigots and hateful.

00:08:05.000 The doctors are against us.

00:08:06.000 The teachers are against us.

00:08:08.000 The government is against us.

00:08:09.000 And nobody was doing anything.

00:08:11.000 And I'm waiting for the Calvary to come in.

00:08:13.000 And that's us, the parents.

00:08:15.000 We are the Calvary.

00:08:16.000 Yes.

00:08:18.000 And that's the role that I decided I had to take as much as I don't like this position and I don't want to be doing this.

00:08:25.000 This is what we have to do.

00:08:26.000 So you went on a researching spree and you were just a stranger to this.

00:08:32.000 What did you start to learn that all of a sudden just was shocking, eye-opening?

00:08:37.000 Because you saw it in the micro with your daughter and then you were researching the macro.

00:08:42.000 Connect those dots for us.

00:08:43.000 Yeah.

00:08:44.000 So I came out of the gate with not my kid.

00:08:47.000 That was the initial, maybe somebody else's child, but not my kid.

00:08:51.000 And then all I did was look at a graph that shows the 5,000% uptick of adolescents saying that they're trans.

00:09:00.000 Nothing.

00:09:01.000 In the last five years or something, right?

00:09:03.000 Nothing grows organically like that.

00:09:05.000 I mean, it was just an automatic bells going off.

00:09:07.000 And then I started to read the research of the younger children.

00:09:10.000 So Ken Zucker, who's a Canadian sexologist, and none of this was making sense.

00:09:17.000 There are no such thing as trans people. 0.99

00:09:20.000 That's correct.

00:09:22.000 Yes.

00:09:23.000 Tell me what you mean by that.

00:09:24.000 Well, no one is born in the wrong body.

00:09:26.000 That's right.

00:09:26.000 It's not possible.

00:09:27.000 You cannot change sex. 1.00

00:09:29.000 These are people who have excruciating pain.

00:09:31.000 And I have empathy.

00:09:33.000 Even for the adults who attack us, I have empathy for them because they look in the mirror and they hate what they see.

00:09:40.000 They don't accept their natural bodies.

00:09:42.000 And that is sad.

00:09:44.000 But it's a fixable mental condition, though.

00:09:46.000 It absolutely is.

00:09:48.000 The number of...

00:09:49.000 Treatable, I should say.

00:09:50.000 That's a better word.

00:09:51.000 Treatable.

00:09:52.000 And the number of kids that desist, that means they come back to being comfortable in their natural bodies.

00:09:59.000 No one ever talks about them, but there's thousands.

00:10:01.000 Of course there are because they grow up and they learn to accept themselves and love themselves in their natural state.

00:10:08.000 Well, your daughter is an example of that, I would imagine.

00:10:11.000 And again, I don't want to make it too personal, but your daughter was able to overcome whatever social contagion that she was caught up in.

00:10:19.000 Absolutely.

00:10:20.000 And that alone is a piece of evidence.

00:10:24.000 Absent you being the awesome mom you were.

00:10:28.000 Let's just, your daughter very well might have been put into the trans assembly line. 1.00

00:10:34.000 Oh, they tried to put her in the assembly line as much as they could.

00:10:37.000 What is the assembly line? 1.00

00:10:39.000 So the assembly line is puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, cutting off then healthy body parts. 0.86

00:10:48.000 And they try their darndest.

00:10:49.000 I mean, they teach these kids to run away from their loving parents.

00:10:54.000 They teach them to emancipate.

00:10:56.000 Who is they?

00:10:57.000 Oh, well, you've got your school teacher, your school counselors who tell the kids how to run away.

00:11:03.000 We have now a law in California that allows a 12-year-old and older to leave their family home with no claim of abuse or self-harm.

00:11:13.000 Yep, it's called Assembly Bill 665.

00:11:16.000 Our dear friend Scott Weiner, Senator Scott Weiner, was one of the authors on that.

00:11:20.000 He's a real dark person. 0.77

00:11:22.000 He's just absolute evil. 0.96

00:11:26.000 And we have that bill.

00:11:28.000 And so these kids at the age of 12 can leave their family's home, no claim of abuse, and go into a residential facility.

00:11:38.000 They're called unicorn homes.

00:11:40.000 We're building places for these.

00:11:42.000 It's state-sanctioned kidnapping.

00:11:44.000 That's where we are.

00:11:46.000 So, why would anyone raise kids in California at this point?

00:11:50.000 That's a really good question.

00:11:53.000 I mean, you can't do it in Washington State, Minnesota, New York.

00:11:58.000 Everything that we do in California gets passed on to the rest of the nation.

00:12:02.000 And that's why the ballot initiative, it's not just a California ballot initiative.

00:12:07.000 It's a nationwide ballot initiative.

00:14:51.000 And yes, our legislature and our lawmakers are, but the average citizen is against all of this.

00:14:58.000 We have polling that shows that 75% of Californians, regardless of whether they're Republicans, Independents, or Democrats, will vote to stop gender interventions on kids.

00:15:10.000 The other polling shows 68 and 64% for the other attributes of the ballot.

00:15:16.000 So the hardest part is to get it on the ballot, but once it's on there, it has a life of its own.

00:15:21.000 That's correct.

00:15:21.000 So let's dive, continue into there.

00:15:24.000 And everybody, Studio, could we put it on the bottom?

00:15:26.000 Because we have a lot of viewers too on live streaming California.

00:15:29.000 We have to get a grassroots movement here.

00:15:31.000 We got to get this on the ballot.

00:15:32.000 One of the most important things in the country.

00:15:34.000 This happens in red states too, and red municipalities and in red school districts.

00:15:40.000 So let's zero in on the assembly line.

00:15:43.000 Parents think that they're in touch with their kids, and they are a lot of times, but sometimes they'll get caught up on TikTok or they'll get some sort of a social phenomenon based on all of your involvement, all of your activism.

00:15:55.000 Walk us through kind of the typical story that you are here or that you encounter.

00:16:01.000 So, the typical story differs by sex because that's right.

00:16:06.000 It does.

00:16:06.000 Yeah, the young boys tend to be almost always either autistic or have some sort of thing.

00:16:11.000 Young ladies, a lot of it's puberty anxiety, but most of the minor transitions, quote unquote, which you can't transition, is female.

00:16:18.000 Is that correct? 0.90

00:16:19.000 It's about 75% female. 1.00

00:16:22.000 Why is that? 1.00

00:16:23.000 Because girls take on the social contagion. 1.00

00:16:26.000 We know this with cutting, with anorexia, with bulimia. 0.99

00:16:30.000 All of the large social contagions always started with girls and then it migrates over to boys. 0.53

00:16:37.000 And so that's where we are now, where it's starting to migrate over to boys.

00:16:41.000 And girls are doing this for very particular reasons.

00:16:49.000 And these girls are feeling shameful for being quote unquote the oppressor. 0.99

00:16:55.000 And so they want to jump into a marginalized community or they want to be the oppressed.

00:17:01.000 And so they will take on an LGBTQ identity so that they don't feel guilty.

00:17:07.000 So there's that aspect of it.

00:17:09.000 There's also a lot of these girls are exposed to really horrible pornography because, you know, porn is in their pocket and it's available everywhere. 0.72

00:17:19.000 And these girls are watching these images and they don't want to be that woman in that video. 0.84

00:17:25.000 They want to hop out and not be that person. 0.84

00:17:30.000 So there's that aspect of it.

00:17:31.000 And then the other girls that it goes after are the quirky, artsy, you know, not the most popular girls in class.

00:17:40.000 And it, you know, really. 0.55

00:17:41.000 They're sometimes on the spectrum.

00:17:44.000 There is a real, according to Dr. Miriam Grossman, there's a correlation.

00:17:48.000 There absolutely is.

00:17:49.000 There is no child who takes on a transgender identity that doesn't have another comorbid mental health issue. 1.00

00:17:56.000 Can you repeat that?

00:17:57.000 I've never heard anyone say that.

00:17:59.000 There is not one child who takes on a transgender identity that does not have an underlying mental health issue. 1.00

00:18:08.000 They have OCD, autism, you know, anxiety.

00:18:13.000 Anxiety, anxiety, bipolar schizophrenia.

00:18:16.000 Exactly.

00:18:16.000 They all have something.

00:18:18.000 And when they go into that doctor's office and they say that they're trans, the doctors then ignore all those other mental health issues.

00:18:25.000 And we know this because we talk to the detransitioners and they all have a myriad of mental health issues. 1.00

00:18:33.000 Chloe Cole is a perfect example of that.

00:18:35.000 She said, I was on the spectrum and I was taken advantage of.

00:18:37.000 I don't know if you spent time with Chloe Cole.

00:18:40.000 And she's an outspoken D-transitioner. 1.00

00:18:42.000 So they walk into.

00:18:43.000 So I want to, we will play that tape of Chloe Cole, but I want to really zero in on this because this is, by the way, the audience is just going crazy.

00:18:49.000 They're loving this.

00:18:51.000 Which is, so you say the doctors are against us.

00:18:55.000 Can you explain?

00:18:57.000 Oh, absolutely.

00:18:58.000 Every doctor told me to transition my child.

00:19:01.000 Every doctor?

00:19:02.000 Everyone.

00:19:03.000 How many?

00:19:03.000 Three, four, five?

00:19:04.000 I think I talked to around six.

00:19:07.000 That's extraordinary.

00:19:09.000 Yes.

00:19:09.000 And these are pediatric doctors or some were therapists, some were psychiatrists.

00:19:16.000 Our pediatrician who knew my daughter since she was two years old just changed her name in the records.

00:19:24.000 And I just learned like a few weeks ago that she put a diagnosis of gender dysphoria in my daughter's chart.

00:19:33.000 She never diagnosed my daughter.

00:19:34.000 She spent 15 minutes with her because I'll tell you one thing, parents, do not take your kids to a pediatrician or you stay in that room the entire time and don't fill out any of those questionnaires where they ask.

00:19:47.000 What will the pediatrician do? 0.94

00:19:48.000 The pediatrician will plant the seed in these children's head that you can change sex and that you could be a different gender. 0.63

00:19:55.000 There are sheets now where they fill it out.

00:19:57.000 What is your sexual orientation?

00:19:59.000 What is your gender identity?

00:20:00.000 Do not answer any of those questions.

00:20:03.000 That is none of their business.

00:20:04.000 But parents think pediatricians are there for their kids' health and wellness.

00:20:09.000 Sorry, I'm going to dish on them.

00:20:11.000 Oh, no, you're in the right place.

00:20:13.000 I mean, look, there are pediatricians out there who know what they're doing is wrong and they're staying silent and they are complicit and they are cowards. 0.97

00:20:24.000 And then there are pediatricians who just look at you, they change the name of your child and say, go to the gender clinic.

00:20:30.000 They have no idea that once you take your child to the gender clinic, they are on the conveyor belt.

00:20:37.000 And it is game.

00:20:39.000 So let me ask you, Erin, the pediatrician who knew your daughter since she was two, she spent 15 minutes with her on this topic.

00:20:46.000 And there was a diagnosis administered in 15 minutes?

00:20:51.000 And I didn't even know about it because I'm not giving her chart because she was 13 at the time.

00:20:57.000 I don't have that a California thing or a national thing.

00:21:00.000 It's in many, many states.

00:21:01.000 That parents don't get kids' charts when they're 13?

00:21:04.000 It starts at 12.

00:21:06.000 I know you're a new father.

00:21:07.000 Beware of this.

00:21:09.000 Yeah, you don't have to.

00:21:10.000 That's a state-by-state law?

00:21:12.000 Correct.

00:21:13.000 You can't get access to it or your child has to give you permission.

00:21:17.000 Who came up with that insane idea?

00:21:20.000 Our legislators. 0.95

00:21:22.000 Because remember, parents are terrible.

00:21:25.000 I mean, the way our country is moving is that once a child is 12, parents lose all rights for their kids.

00:21:32.000 That's where we're moving.

00:21:34.000 So six doctors said your precious daughter should just go mutilate herself. 0.99

00:21:43.000 And one oversimplified.

00:21:45.000 Yeah, no, you're right.

00:21:47.000 And one actually told me when I went through my daughter's history because my daughter was extremely girly.

00:21:53.000 Like, yes, which does not make her necessarily predisposed for this.

00:21:58.000 No, it doesn't at all.

00:22:00.000 But I asked her, I said, well, what about her past?

00:22:03.000 Oh, she was just waiting to come out.

00:22:06.000 I mean, the absurdity of that.

00:22:08.000 Wait.

00:22:09.000 So she was girly like up until the age 12 so that she could come out later as trans.

00:22:14.000 I mean, it's the nonsensical.

00:22:16.000 Well, so Erin, you're a lawyer in all this, and you'll appreciate my line of questioning.

00:22:22.000 You're saying that the entire medical industry is captured not for the well-being of children, but for a non-scientific, non-data-based ideology.
