The Charlie Kirk Show - Everybody *Screws* With Biden with Jack Posobiec and Ken Paxton

00:00:00.000 Jack Pesobic, guesting for Charlie Kirk here while he's on assignment in Wisconsin.

00:00:04.000 Biden says that nobody's this is a family-friendly show.

00:00:08.000 We're going to have a little more class on our president.

00:00:10.000 We'll say he says that no one screws with a Biden.

00:00:13.000 Well, actually, it's the opposite.

00:00:14.000 Everyone screws with the Bidens.

00:00:17.000 And we're going to break down what OPEC, the Russians, the Ukrainians, and the CCP with their One Belt, One Road initiative, are doing with Biden.

00:00:25.000 Also, we bring on A.G. Paxton a massive victory for states' rights and American sovereignty in getting DACA declared unconstitutional and illegal.

00:00:35.000 We also have a huge announcement with our partners over at Salem Now.

00:00:39.000 If you go to Salem now, starting tomorrow, you will be able to watch the explosive new documentary, Border Battle, that's been put out by Turning Point USA.

00:00:48.000 It's only available at Salem now.

00:00:50.000 This documentary, Border Battle, you sit down with Border Patrol agents, even ones who are currently serving law enforcement, special forces.

00:01:00.000 And this thing, I got to tell you, it's gory, it's graphic.

00:01:04.000 And we tell you the truth about the cartel wars that have been spilling over across the southern border.

00:01:09.000 Border Battle, Salem Now.

00:01:10.000 Go watch it immediately tomorrow.

00:01:12.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.

00:01:14.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.

00:01:16.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.

00:01:19.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.

00:01:23.000 I want to thank Charlie.

00:01:24.000 He's an incredible guy.

00:01:25.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.

00:01:32.000 Turning point USA. 0.65

00:01:33.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.

00:01:42.000 That's why we are here.

00:01:45.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.

00:01:54.000 Okay, Jack Pasobic sitting in for the great Charlie Kirk, freedom at CharlieKirk.com.

00:01:59.000 That is still the email address.

00:02:01.000 Charlie's on assignment in Wisconsin, fighting to take back our country.

00:02:06.000 And if while we're fighting to take back our country, we need to focus.

00:02:10.000 Of course, it's all 50 states.

00:02:11.000 We have to focus on the southern states, but we also have to focus on that rust belt.

00:02:16.000 Remember that beautiful rust belt that swung in 2016, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania.

00:02:23.000 These are the states.

00:02:24.000 My own home state of Pennsylvania.

00:02:26.000 Now, Charlie's from Illinois.

00:02:27.000 I wish we could get Illinois in there, but he does understand the Midwest.

00:02:31.000 He certainly understands the Midwest.

00:02:33.000 And that's why every time we can get Charlie back up there, it's so important that we understand there's a difference up there because they understand that all of this comes down to two issues: two key issues that swung the entire, entire election in 2016.

00:02:52.000 Senator Ron Johnson up there, he understands this.

00:02:55.000 Tudor Dixon understands this in Michigan.

00:03:00.000 Senator Mastriano understands this in Pennsylvania.

00:03:05.000 Trade and immigration, trade and immigration, trade and immigration.

00:03:10.000 Republicans are winning when it comes to crime. 0.90

00:03:12.000 Republicans are winning when it comes to the economy.

00:03:15.000 They're winning on so many issues that we're focusing on.

00:03:18.000 But what is it that flips those voters from the blue column to the red column?

00:03:24.000 And what did it in 2016?

00:03:26.000 It was trade and immigration.

00:03:27.000 Because if you bring back manufacturing in this country, if you can put a lid on the mass immigration that's going on across our southern border, then you have a fighting chance. 0.99

00:03:38.000 And the working class people of this country then have a fighting chance to actually see their wages rise, maintain family formation, increase family formation, increase wealth generation, and get to the point where they have home ownership.

00:03:54.000 And then you can pass that wealth on to the next generation, pass it on to your children.

00:03:59.000 That's how it works.

00:04:00.000 That's how you go from working class to middle class, etc.

00:04:03.000 We know this.

00:04:04.000 We know this formula.

00:04:04.000 We've been using it since the 1950s.

00:04:07.000 But then, when you see these policies that come out, like Barack Obama and this policy of DACA, which we are going to get into today on this show, because there's been a massive ruling on this at the Appeals Court, Federal Appeals Court, that DACA is and always was illegal.

00:04:25.000 Because the Predator United States cannot wave his hand with his magic wand and say, Abracadabra, and transform people into legal residents of the United States. 0.51

00:04:35.000 It's not how it works.

00:04:37.000 Absolutely not how it works.

00:04:38.000 No serious country on the face of the planet would treat illegal immigrants this way, but we do. 1.00

00:04:44.000 But we do.

00:04:46.000 And spare me your talking points about, oh, these are kids, they're so young.

00:04:50.000 No, no.

00:04:51.000 The average age is in their 30s.

00:04:53.000 Okay.

00:04:54.000 We understand what we're dealing with, and they understand what they're dealing with.

00:04:58.000 And so we're going to have a huge discussion about that today later in the show.

00:05:02.000 But I want to go back to my original thesis.

00:05:04.000 My original thesis, which is this: it's not that nobody Fs with Joe Biden.

00:05:09.000 Everybody, look, and I could say this as a guy out of the Philly area, and I just spent some time up in the Philly area last weekend out there on the stump with Senator Mastriano, fighting back against the insane policies of A.G. Shapiro and this lumbering Frankenstein's reject experiment named John Fetterman, who's trying to become United States senator, who's clearly unfit to serve.

00:05:32.000 If you want to talk about people who F with Joe Biden, I don't even know how long that list would be.

00:05:37.000 But currently, the people effing with Joe Biden are called OPEC, OPEC plus.

00:05:42.000 Here's what Biden did.

00:05:44.000 And I still can't fathom how the White House thought this would be a good idea.

00:05:49.000 They get into office.

00:05:50.000 What's the very first thing they do?

00:05:52.000 They shut down drilling offshore.

00:05:55.000 They shut down federal permits.

00:05:56.000 They shut down drilling in Alaska.

00:05:58.000 They do everything they can to stifle fracking in places like, oh, by the way, Pennsylvania.

00:06:04.000 This is exactly what I'm talking about.

00:06:06.000 You can turn the Rust Belt into the fracking belt because of the Marcellus Shale find.

00:06:13.000 The Marcellus Shale find, which God bestowed to the people of Pennsylvania, the people of Ohio, and yes, the people of New York State, even though the governor's in New York, will never, ever, Kathy Hochul and before her Cuomo, they're never going to let anyone tap into that energy resource that was bequeathed by God to the people of those states.

00:06:33.000 Senator Mastriano had a point about this.

00:06:36.000 Nobody's covered it.

00:06:37.000 I've read all the hit pieces.

00:06:39.000 Every single one of the inquirer is going after me.

00:06:41.000 Why would Senator Mastriano bring a MA guy like Jack Pesovic to Southeast Pennsylvania?

00:06:45.000 Well, maybe it's because I'm literally from Southeast Pennsylvania. 1.00

00:06:48.000 Idiots, dipsticks. 1.00

00:06:50.000 But what did Mastriano actually say? 1.00

00:06:53.000 I'm going to tie this all together because it ties into OPEC.

00:06:55.000 It ties into who Fs with Joe Biden and it ties into Tony Bobolinski a little bit too, and I'll explain how.

00:07:01.000 Because remember, the deal that Bobolinski was working on, you got to connect the dots.

00:07:05.000 It was an energy deal.

00:07:06.000 It was a Chinese energy firm.

00:07:09.000 This is One Belt, One Road.

00:07:12.000 China wants to build the infrastructure.

00:07:14.000 They don't want the Americans to build it. 0.90

00:07:16.000 They don't want the Russians to build it. 0.99

00:07:17.000 They want China to control all the energy and financial infrastructure worldwide.

00:07:22.000 That's One Belt, One Road.

00:07:24.000 That's what they were paying off Biden to do.

00:07:26.000 Biden sold us out.

00:07:27.000 It's as simple as that.

00:07:28.000 They sold us out.

00:07:29.000 So connect the dots that Tony Bobolinski is laying out when it comes to Chinese energy firms and then tie that back to Philadelphia.

00:07:35.000 What did Senator Mastriano say when we were there in Bucks County?

00:07:38.000 I'll tell you what he said.

00:07:39.000 If you take what's happening in Western Pennsylvania, the fracking that's going on out there, and then you look at Philadelphia, where we had the ConocoPhillips oil refinery that's been shut down, but all the infrastructure is there.

00:07:53.000 You could take that and turn it into a new refinery for LNG, set up an LNG terminal, then build a pipeline from Pittsburgh to Philadelphia, right across I-76.

00:08:08.000 You would have the ability for Pennsylvania LNG, number one, to be sold across the entire state of Pennsylvania.

00:08:17.000 Look, when you pull into a Wawa, a Rudders, a Sheets, or a Turkey Hill, I'm getting them all in.

00:08:23.000 You could be actually filling your car up with Pennsylvania gas.

00:08:27.000 And then that Pennsylvania gas could be sold on the world market.

00:08:31.000 Then you don't have to worry about the Nord streams.

00:08:33.000 Then we don't have to go to war.

00:08:34.000 We don't have to worry about OPEC.

00:08:36.000 But here's what Biden did.

00:08:37.000 So that's what Mastriano says that he wants to do, which actually does have worldwide geopolitical implications.

00:08:45.000 Stop Putin in his tracks.

00:08:46.000 He dropped the price of oil.

00:08:47.000 What's OPEC doing?

00:08:49.000 Well, Biden tried to make a secret deal.

00:08:51.000 Michael Schellenberger has this up on his sub stack.

00:08:54.000 He tried to make a secret deal with OPEC.

00:08:56.000 Didn't tell us.

00:08:57.000 He said, we're going to empty strategic oil reserve.

00:09:01.000 And then we're going to make a deal with you so that you don't drive the price up.

00:09:05.000 We're going to promise that we're going to buy it to replenish 200 million barrels at $80 a barrel.

00:09:11.000 What did the Saudis do?

00:09:12.000 The Saudis turned to the Russians and they said, well, guess what?

00:09:16.000 We can cut production all the way because you don't have any leverage, Joe.

00:09:22.000 You have no idea how any of this works.

00:09:24.000 And the people surrounding you from BlackRock and Blackstone and God knows where else, they have no clue how this works.

00:09:28.000 In fact, they want the price of oil to be $200 a barrel.

00:09:31.000 So everybody has to switch over to EVs and solar panels and wind turbines that kill our bald eagles.

00:09:36.000 They turned around and said, you cut your production.

00:09:39.000 You have no leverage over us.

00:09:40.000 We're going to cut our production too.

00:09:42.000 Now, instead of you, you're going to promise to buy it at $80 a barrel.

00:09:46.000 We're going to force you to buy it at $100 a barrel, $120, $150, maybe even as much as $200. 1.00

00:09:51.000 You idiot, you absolute morons and scumbags that are running our White House. 1.00

00:09:59.000 They actually thought they had a good deal. 1.00

00:10:01.000 They said, we're the customer and we've got all this air. 0.99

00:10:04.000 You buffoons. 1.00

00:10:06.000 You bamboozled yourselves. 1.00

00:10:08.000 I love that word.

00:10:08.000 You bamboozled yourselves.

00:10:10.000 Self-bamboozlers.

00:10:13.000 You set up a situation where you gave away all your own leverage and then you went to begging hat in hand and said, please, Saudis, please, Venezuelans.

00:10:23.000 And they go into Venezuela again and said, please, please sell us some oil.

00:10:26.000 Don't jack up the price.

00:10:27.000 Don't cut your production.

00:10:28.000 And they said, well, you're forced to do this because you've got to keep it on.

00:10:31.000 And by the way, you're into October of an election year.

00:10:34.000 So guess what?

00:10:35.000 We're going to do whatever we want to you, whatever we want.

00:10:43.000 Right now, Bank of America has just lowered its 2022 forecast for the S ⁇ P 500 by a whopping 900 points to 3,600.

00:10:53.000 Saying we're headed for a recession this year, it said the new year target is the lowest on the street.

00:10:58.000 This is not good news for those of you stuck in equities or anything tied to stock markets.

00:11:37.000 That is noblegoldinvestments.com.

00:11:41.000 What Biden's doing is playing into the hands of One Belt One Road.

00:11:47.000 It's playing into the hands of OPEC Plus.

00:11:49.000 And we do have breaking news.

00:11:51.000 Okay, so I was just talking about how Senator Doug Mastriano proposed build an LNG pipeline.

00:11:57.000 And there are proposed pipelines out there across the state of Pennsylvania along I-76 from Pittsburgh to Philadelphia, reconfigure the old ConocoPhillips oil refinery, make it an LNG refinery.

00:12:08.000 Imagine those six-figure jobs that could be had in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania if you simply tapped into the resources that God provided for us lying directly beneath our feet in the rich soil of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

00:12:23.000 Six-figure jobs, and then the secondary and tertiary jobs that come off of that.

00:12:27.000 But here's the breaking that we just got in.

00:12:30.000 A Swedish security service has announced the preliminary results of the Nord Stream investigation.

00:12:38.000 And I know this is going to be shocking.

00:12:39.000 Producer Andrew, I want to make sure you're sitting down.

00:12:42.000 I want to make sure you're not drinking because Sweden just announced that the Nord Stream leaks were actually caused by detonations in a sign of sabotage.

00:12:51.000 I know, I know this is shocking.

00:12:54.000 I know this is going to be terrifying to a lot of people, but it turns out it actually does turn out that it was sabotaged.

00:13:02.000 Now, of course, they don't know who did it.

00:13:04.000 You know, they're not going to find a little, they said, oh, we found a KGB badge down here.

00:13:09.000 Of course, the passports.

00:13:11.000 Yes.

00:13:12.000 Oh, no, wait.

00:13:12.000 Look at this one.

00:13:13.000 It says 007 from MI6.

00:13:16.000 Aha, the British. 0.87

00:13:18.000 But then, wait, the divers swim over to the next spot of the Baltic.

00:13:22.000 Aha, CIA.

00:13:23.000 I knew it all along.

00:13:25.000 Jack Ryan was here, right?

00:13:27.000 I mean, it's going to be one of those things where it comes down to it that it's going to be very hard to determine who did that.

00:13:33.000 Of course, you have to say, I've always said when I came on here with Charlie early on in Nord Stream, and not to really get the point, but I said, I asked two questions: quibono, qui malo, who benefits and who suffers.

00:13:46.000 Quibono, quimalo.

00:13:49.000 Who benefits, who suffers.

00:13:51.000 It's a little Latin for you this morning.

00:13:52.000 I know.

00:13:52.000 As Steve Bannon likes to say, we go medieval around here, and we posos like to go medieval.

00:13:57.000 But of course, when it comes to oil now and LNG and being able to fuel our country, because the gas prices are already going back up, by the way, and it's amazing because at the White House, they were saying, Oh, we're, you know, we're not to blame for the gas prices going back up.

00:14:10.000 I say, well, you took credit for gas prices going back down, but we're not to blame for them going up.

00:14:14.000 You are the ones who emptied out our strategic oil reserve.

00:14:18.000 Let's play.

00:14:19.000 Okay, let's play, whereas a clip 111.

00:14:22.000 Guys, let's play clip 111 because I promised receipts.

00:14:25.000 Let's play the receipts.

00:14:26.000 There's confusion about what the White House will do since we were told 180 million barrels already ordered out of the Strategic Petroleum Reserve or SPR would be it.

00:14:37.000 Just yesterday.

00:14:38.000 We're not considering new releases, releases from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve beyond the 180 million.

00:14:45.000 Today, in a reversal, the White House says the president will continue to direct SPR releases as appropriate to protect American consumers and promote energy security.

00:14:55.000 So you look at this.

00:14:56.000 You say, oh, we're going to direct this to protect.

00:14:58.000 That's not what the Strategic Oil Reserve is for.

00:15:01.000 It's not.

00:15:03.000 The Strategic Oil Reserve is there in case OPEC does what exactly they're doing now. 1.00

00:15:10.000 You fools. 1.00

00:15:11.000 We're such fools. 1.00

00:15:13.000 We're absolute fools. 1.00

00:15:14.000 You cut off American production and then you turned around. 1.00

00:15:17.000 Then you turned around and you went to them and you said, hat in hand.

00:15:22.000 They're going to the Venezuelans again. 0.99

00:15:23.000 By the way, they're going on to the Venezuelans there. 0.99

00:15:26.000 The United States, and everybody's reporting this now, that the White House is preparing to drop all sanctions on Venezuela and they're going to allow Chevron to start pumping again.

00:15:37.000 That's what they're going to do.

00:15:38.000 They're going to relax these sanctions.

00:15:40.000 They're going to drop these things down.

00:15:42.000 We're not sure exactly how that's going to shake out.

00:15:44.000 But here's what I thought.

00:15:46.000 I thought if we had American security, that meant that we would fill our strategic oil reserve.

00:15:52.000 By the way, they're kept.

00:15:53.000 I don't know if you know this, very interesting.

00:15:54.000 They're kept in these massive caverns down in Louisiana where our strategic oil reserve is actually kept.

00:16:00.000 And so I'm going to be speaking at the University of Louisiana pretty soon here.

00:16:03.000 We're doing a joint event, University of Louisiana Lafayette and LSU.

00:16:07.000 We're going to join in for a TPUSA event coming up later this month.

00:16:11.000 I want to see, could I go visit?

00:16:14.000 Can we tell if the caverns are a little bit lower?

00:16:18.000 Is everybody just going in there?

00:16:19.000 Because apparently the Chinese are getting sold to oil on the back end.

00:16:22.000 I'm sure Tony Bobolinski could talk about that a little bit.

00:16:25.000 What's actually going on?

00:16:26.000 Producer Andrew says we should do some man on the street down there.

00:16:29.000 You have to send Benny Johnson for that.

00:16:30.000 Send Benny Johnson, do some Benny on the block.

00:16:33.000 We love Benny.

00:16:34.000 We love him very much.

00:16:35.000 But ladies and gentlemen, we could have energy security.

00:16:39.000 We could have all of this.

00:16:40.000 We could have energy dominance.

00:16:42.000 We could have the six-figure jobs in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania if we just choose the right orders and leaders over us.

00:16:52.000 If you want to know what the left's real plan is for your kids, just look at how they react to the wonderful company of Patriot Mobile.

00:17:00.000 I use Patriot Mobile and you should too.

00:17:02.000 Patriot Mobile is America's only Christian conservative cell phone provider.

00:17:06.000 This is because they take a portion of your bill and fund conservative causes and candidates who believe in sanctity of life, freedom of speech, the Second Amendment, and they're winning.

00:17:53.000 We got some good news.

00:17:54.000 You know, I'm constantly asked by people.

00:17:56.000 They say, Poso, I need some good news.

00:17:58.000 It feels that they're experimenting on children.

00:18:01.000 They're doing penile inversions in children's hospitals, neo-vaginas on 11-year-olds, 13-year-olds, whatever it is. 0.60

00:18:10.000 What can we do?

00:18:12.000 Can we get some good news anywhere, any front?

00:18:15.000 I said, Yes, we can, because just yesterday, a massive, massive victory.

00:18:20.000 And by the way, if that's shocking to you, if that's horrifying to you, it should be.

00:18:26.000 It should be.

00:18:27.000 Because if you are a normal person who believes in truth, as Charlie says, there is only one north.

00:18:36.000 There's not your subjective version of what is north.

00:18:40.000 North is north, period.

00:18:41.000 If these things are shocking to you, they should be because it's the experimentation on children.

00:18:46.000 But speaking of quote-unquote children, we do have a massive victory down out of the great state of Texas because a federal appeals court in the Southern District of Texas has just ruled that Barack Obama's 2012 DACA memo was unlawful.

00:19:07.000 We always knew this.

00:19:07.000 We always knew it was unconstitutional, the DACA program.

00:19:10.000 But it was the state of Texas and the great AG, Ken Paxton, that fought this tooth and nail.

00:19:17.000 And here we are a decade later.

00:19:18.000 We are getting this overturned.

00:19:20.000 And we are very excited to bring the Attorney General on here.

00:19:23.000 Jerome Paxton, thank you so much for joining us here on the Charlie Kirk Show.

00:19:26.000 Oh, hey, thanks for having me on.

00:19:27.000 I really appreciate it.

00:19:29.000 Tell me about this case.

00:19:30.000 How was it put together and how were you able to get it across the finish line?

00:19:33.000 Yeah, so we had a very similar case like this years ago called DAPA, which related to the parents, not the children.

00:19:39.000 We took that all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court years ago and we won.

00:19:42.000 And our argument was this is exactly the same thing that Obama did with the parents, he did with the children, which is he created an exception for citizenship in the executive office.

00:19:53.000 And the reality is the way it's supposed to work under constitutional government is Congress is supposed to set the parameters for who can come in here, come to the country legally and what that process is.

00:20:02.000 The president can't just make that up.

00:20:04.000 Well, he made it up with the parents.

00:20:06.000 Then he also made it up with kids.

00:20:08.000 We won with the parents.

00:20:09.000 We should win with the children.

00:20:11.000 And fortunately, you know, it took a long time, but we did win the case.

00:20:15.000 Now, the fact that it took a decade to get this overturned, how many more recipients, if you had lost this case, how many more recipients would there have been?

00:20:25.000 It would be endless.

00:20:27.000 And you'd have more people applying because it's just like the border.

00:20:30.000 You've got a president who openly invited everybody on day one to come and told the cartels, bring as many people as you can.

00:20:37.000 And you can see what happened.

00:20:38.000 It went from, you know, the numbers tripled, quadrupled.

00:20:42.000 The same thing would happen with DACA and DAPA had we lost.

00:20:45.000 Then there would be this massive loophole through immigration laws that Congress did not pass, just like they didn't pass an open border that the president would be exploiting, which is what he does.

00:20:55.000 He tries to create his own rules and his own laws, and then he exploits those to the detriment of the American people.

00:21:01.000 And no serious country would treat their border this way.

00:21:03.000 And certainly no serious country would treat their own sovereignty this way.

00:21:09.000 And we're hearing reports that 5 million illegals, 5 million have crossed just in the first two years of the Biden administration.

00:21:17.000 And what you're saying now, this is an endless path to legal residence here in the United States for millions of people.

00:21:27.000 There would have been had you not been triumphant there in Texas.

00:21:31.000 Yeah, there's no doubt about it.

00:21:32.000 They would have used this as now settled law.

00:21:35.000 They can just buy, they can make up their own immigration procedures for these people. 0.82

00:21:42.000 And once they did that, there would be, you're right, the numbers would be just unstoppable.

00:21:47.000 They just, everybody would apply and get it.

00:21:50.000 The situation that we have here is that for a long time, it feels like the right or conservatives or normals, as I've been saying for a while now, are just laying back and letting it happen.

00:22:01.000 We don't have many activist AGs out there that are actually doing the work of taking these cases to court because we know that these things that these administrations, even the previous administration in this case, two previous administrations ago, were unconstitutional.

00:22:15.000 But if you don't fight them, if you just say, oh, I just want to be left alone, well, guess what?

00:22:20.000 The people that want to fundamentally change the country will win.

00:22:24.000 No, there's no doubt this is the strategy.

00:22:26.000 They just, they bring out, you know, hundreds of these things and then hope no one will oppose them.

00:22:32.000 And they just start changing the way our government works.

00:22:35.000 And they start making this more of an oligarchy or more of a dictatorship than a republic.

00:22:41.000 And that's not the way this country was set up.

00:22:44.000 It's supposed to be governed by the people.

00:22:45.000 So yeah, they're just hoping we won't fight them and they can just do what they want.

00:22:49.000 We cannot overstate how big this is.

00:22:51.000 Freedom at CharlieKirk.com, get us your messages in.

00:22:55.000 Send your messages in for Attorney General Paxton because he's going to come under fire.

00:22:59.000 Why?

00:22:59.000 Because he's fighting for you.

00:23:01.000 Attorney General Paxton, maybe I'd love if I could actually get you to respond to the president now because he says this is the extreme.

00:23:08.000 I'm going to read it.

00:23:09.000 This challenge to DACA is just another example of the extreme agenda being pushed by MAGA Republican officials.

00:23:17.000 Is that true, A.G. Paxton?

00:23:20.000 It is true if you believe the Constitution is an extreme agenda, because that's what we're pushing, the Constitution, that there are roles for the president, and those roles do not include making up new law.

00:23:30.000 So yes, he believes the Constitution is extreme.

00:23:33.000 Then yes, we are extreme.

00:23:35.000 I don't believe the Constitution is extreme.

00:23:37.000 I think it protects us from our government.

00:23:39.000 He doesn't believe in that.

00:23:40.000 And that's what he's pushing.

00:23:42.000 He's pushing the extreme agenda of I can do what I want.

00:23:46.000 I don't have to follow what Congress put in place.

00:23:48.000 If I don't like their rules, I call you extreme and I do what I want.

00:23:53.000 I've seen this in other countries.

00:23:54.000 This happened in Nazi Germany.

00:23:55.000 This is happening.

00:23:56.000 This happens in China.

00:23:57.000 This happens in Russia.

00:23:58.000 It's not supposed to happen here.

00:23:59.000 That's the difference.

00:24:00.000 And if he wants to call it extreme, he can, but the reality is what he's doing is wrong and it's unconstitutional.

00:24:07.000 And if we let him do it or we let any president do it or we let Congress do things they're not supposed to do, we don't have a representative government.

00:24:14.000 We're controlled by a few people.

00:24:16.000 Well, no, I think that's exactly right because you have a situation here that keep in mind, and for everybody out there, this was illegal from the day that Barack Obama wrote this memo.

00:24:27.000 This is not how our government is supposed to work.

00:24:31.000 This is not how the founding fathers set up the three branches of our government, based on the way, by the way, taking a little bit of a cue from the prophet Isaiah, right?

00:24:40.000 Only God can be the judge, the king, and the lawmaker.

00:24:44.000 But the judge, the king, and the lawmaker are split between the three branches.

00:24:49.000 We have to go so far back because we're that distantly removed.

00:24:54.000 They've twisted and perverted our system of government to the point now where we have presidential orders that affect our own immigration into our country that aren't even passed by laws.

00:25:05.000 It's not even an executive order.

00:25:06.000 It's a memo.

00:25:07.000 This thing is a memo.

00:25:08.000 Now, A.G. Paxton, tell us what's the legal side of this, if you can get into that a little bit.

00:25:13.000 Does this mean DACA is over or does the fight continue?

00:25:16.000 Yeah, so let me comment on what you just said.

00:25:18.000 It was President Obama before he put this into place that said, because he was being pressured to do it, the DAPA and DACA, that he didn't have the authority to do it, that it was up to Congress, and he was not a king or an emperor.

00:25:32.000 He's the one that said it.

00:25:33.000 And then, of course, he implemented it anyway, knowing exactly, it's on record.

00:25:37.000 He's on record as saying it.

00:25:38.000 So this is now Joe Biden doing the same thing.

00:25:41.000 As far as where we are at legally, so we had, there's another, after we had our oral argument on the 2012 memo, the Department of Homeland Security came back and changed the memo and issued new memo.

00:25:54.000 So now we're being remanded back for that part.

00:25:56.000 So right now, they're enjoined from taking any new applications.

00:26:00.000 The people that are already have permits, whatever you want to call them, are we're okay.

00:26:06.000 There's a stay for now on them.

00:26:08.000 So there's limbo on the current DACA, but they're putting a stay, basically a block on anyone else entering into this program.

00:26:16.000 And yes, until we get...

00:26:18.000 Yes, until we get resolution of the new memo that they drafted after our oral arguments.

00:26:24.000 I guess they realized their arguments didn't make sense.

00:26:27.000 And so they just rewrote it, hoping that we'd have to start over.

00:26:29.000 And the reality is we do kind of start over a little bit because we have to go back to district court to get a ruling.

00:26:34.000 So they're desperate.

00:26:35.000 They're gumming up the works.

00:26:36.000 They're pulling out all the stops they can because you caught them.

00:26:39.000 You caught them at their own game and the jig is up.

00:26:43.000 The jig is up because this was never a law.

00:26:45.000 This was always passed incorrectly.

00:26:47.000 It was unconstitutional from the moment that Barack Obama is penned.

00:26:51.000 And he even admitted, essentially, that he wasn't supposed to be doing this, but it's taken 10 years.

00:26:56.000 And how sad is it that it's taken 10 years and AG Paxton to come all this way for someone to step up?

00:27:02.000 And this is why AG races across the country, whether you're in Arizona, whether you're in Pennsylvania, wherever, they're so important, Missouri, because it's the AGs that file these cases.

00:27:12.000 Are there other AGs that you're seeing that are coming in that are filing amicus briefs?

00:27:16.000 Are other people coming that are rallying to this?

00:27:18.000 Because, of course, this affects all 50 states.

00:27:21.000 So not so much on this, but there are other AGs that are fighting other issues.

00:27:24.000 And of course, I always think we should team up, not necessarily falling at the same time, but filing in different courts to keep the Biden administration occupied in different courts, because that's certainly what the Democrats do.

00:27:34.000 But we have other great attorney generals.

00:27:35.000 We have Eric Schmidt, who's running for U.S. Senate in Missouri, who's done a great job.

00:27:38.000 We have Jeff Landry in Louisiana, who's got some of his own great losses.

00:27:43.000 We've got Sean Reyes in Utah.

00:27:45.000 We've got Austin Knutson in Montana.

00:27:48.000 So we have several AGs who are filing really great cases.

00:27:51.000 Not so many are filing on immigration other than Eric Schmidt.

00:27:55.000 I think that's largely because we're a state that feels the first impressions of people crossing the border.

00:28:01.000 All right, now, AG, I know that you've got a hard out today.

00:28:04.000 So let everyone know your coordinates, where can they go to follow you, find more information about this lawsuit and this fight to protect American sovereignty.

00:28:14.000 On my website, kenpaxton.com, and then Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram at KenPaxtonTX.

00:28:19.000 And of course, you can always go on our website, look up the Texas AG office, and there's more information about this.

00:28:27.000 This is state's rights, but it's also our sovereignty.

00:28:30.000 Congratulations, AG Paxton, because you delivered a powerful, massive blow against Biden's imperial presidency.

00:28:38.000 Thank you for joining us today.
