00:03:54.000And then you can pass that wealth on to the next generation, pass it on to your children.
00:04:07.000But then, when you see these policies that come out, like Barack Obama and this policy of DACA, which we are going to get into today on this show, because there's been a massive ruling on this at the Appeals Court, Federal Appeals Court, that DACA is and always was illegal.
00:04:25.000Because the Predator United States cannot wave his hand with his magic wand and say, Abracadabra, and transform people into legal residents of the United States.
00:04:54.000We understand what we're dealing with, and they understand what they're dealing with.

00:05:04.000My original thesis, which is this: it's not that nobody Fs with Joe Biden.
00:05:09.000Everybody, look, and I could say this as a guy out of the Philly area, and I just spent some time up in the Philly area last weekend out there on the stump with Senator Mastriano, fighting back against the insane policies of A.G. Shapiro and this lumbering Frankenstein's reject experiment named John Fetterman, who's trying to become United States senator, who's clearly unfit to serve.

00:05:37.000But currently, the people effing with Joe Biden are called OPEC, OPEC plus.

00:07:39.000If you take what's happening in Western Pennsylvania, the fracking that's going on out there, and then you look at Philadelphia, where we had the ConocoPhillips oil refinery that's been shut down, but all the infrastructure is there.
00:07:53.000You could take that and turn it into a new refinery for LNG, set up an LNG terminal, then build a pipeline from Pittsburgh to Philadelphia, right across I-76.
00:08:08.000You would have the ability for Pennsylvania LNG, number one, to be sold across the entire state of Pennsylvania.
00:08:17.000Look, when you pull into a Wawa, a Rudders, a Sheets, or a Turkey Hill, I'm getting them all in.
00:08:23.000You could be actually filling your car up with Pennsylvania gas.
00:08:27.000And then that Pennsylvania gas could be sold on the world market.
00:08:31.000Then you don't have to worry about the Nord streams.
00:10:13.000You set up a situation where you gave away all your own leverage and then you went to begging hat in hand and said, please, Saudis, please, Venezuelans.
00:10:23.000And they go into Venezuela again and said, please, please sell us some oil.
00:10:35.000We're going to do whatever we want to you, whatever we want.

00:12:27.000But here's the breaking that we just got in.
00:12:30.000A Swedish security service has announced the preliminary results of the Nord Stream investigation.

00:13:57.000But of course, when it comes to oil now and LNG and being able to fuel our country, because the gas prices are already going back up, by the way, and it's amazing because at the White House, they were saying, Oh, we're, you know, we're not to blame for the gas prices going back up.
00:14:10.000I say, well, you took credit for gas prices going back down, but we're not to blame for them going up.
00:14:14.000You are the ones who emptied out our strategic oil reserve.
00:14:26.000There's confusion about what the White House will do since we were told 180 million barrels already ordered out of the Strategic Petroleum Reserve or SPR would be it.
00:14:38.000We're not considering new releases, releases from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve beyond the 180 million.
00:14:45.000Today, in a reversal, the White House says the president will continue to direct SPR releases as appropriate to protect American consumers and promote energy security.
00:15:14.000You cut off American production and then you turned around.
00:15:17.000Then you turned around and you went to them and you said, hat in hand.
00:15:22.000They're going to the Venezuelans again.
00:15:23.000By the way, they're going on to the Venezuelans there.
00:15:26.000The United States, and everybody's reporting this now, that the White House is preparing to drop all sanctions on Venezuela and they're going to allow Chevron to start pumping again.
00:16:42.000We could have the six-figure jobs in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania if we just choose the right orders and leaders over us.

00:19:33.000Yeah, so we had a very similar case like this years ago called DAPA, which related to the parents, not the children.
00:19:39.000We took that all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court years ago and we won.
00:19:42.000And our argument was this is exactly the same thing that Obama did with the parents, he did with the children, which is he created an exception for citizenship in the executive office.
00:19:53.000And the reality is the way it's supposed to work under constitutional government is Congress is supposed to set the parameters for who can come in here, come to the country legally and what that process is.
00:20:02.000The president can't just make that up.
00:20:11.000And fortunately, you know, it took a long time, but we did win the case.
00:20:15.000Now, the fact that it took a decade to get this overturned, how many more recipients, if you had lost this case, how many more recipients would there have been?
00:20:38.000It went from, you know, the numbers tripled, quadrupled.
00:20:42.000The same thing would happen with DACA and DAPA had we lost.
00:20:45.000Then there would be this massive loophole through immigration laws that Congress did not pass, just like they didn't pass an open border that the president would be exploiting, which is what he does.
00:20:55.000He tries to create his own rules and his own laws, and then he exploits those to the detriment of the American people.
00:21:01.000And no serious country would treat their border this way.
00:21:03.000And certainly no serious country would treat their own sovereignty this way.
00:21:09.000And we're hearing reports that 5 million illegals, 5 million have crossed just in the first two years of the Biden administration.
00:21:17.000And what you're saying now, this is an endless path to legal residence here in the United States for millions of people.
00:21:27.000There would have been had you not been triumphant there in Texas.
00:21:32.000They would have used this as now settled law.
00:21:35.000They can just buy, they can make up their own immigration procedures for these people.
00:21:42.000And once they did that, there would be, you're right, the numbers would be just unstoppable.
00:21:47.000They just, everybody would apply and get it.
00:21:50.000The situation that we have here is that for a long time, it feels like the right or conservatives or normals, as I've been saying for a while now, are just laying back and letting it happen.
00:22:01.000We don't have many activist AGs out there that are actually doing the work of taking these cases to court because we know that these things that these administrations, even the previous administration in this case, two previous administrations ago, were unconstitutional.
00:22:15.000But if you don't fight them, if you just say, oh, I just want to be left alone, well, guess what?
00:22:20.000The people that want to fundamentally change the country will win.
00:22:24.000No, there's no doubt this is the strategy.
00:22:26.000They just, they bring out, you know, hundreds of these things and then hope no one will oppose them.
00:22:32.000And they just start changing the way our government works.
00:22:35.000And they start making this more of an oligarchy or more of a dictatorship than a republic.
00:22:41.000And that's not the way this country was set up.
00:22:44.000It's supposed to be governed by the people.
00:22:45.000So yeah, they're just hoping we won't fight them and they can just do what they want.
00:23:20.000It is true if you believe the Constitution is an extreme agenda, because that's what we're pushing, the Constitution, that there are roles for the president, and those roles do not include making up new law.
00:23:30.000So yes, he believes the Constitution is extreme.
00:24:00.000And if he wants to call it extreme, he can, but the reality is what he's doing is wrong and it's unconstitutional.
00:24:07.000And if we let him do it or we let any president do it or we let Congress do things they're not supposed to do, we don't have a representative government.
00:24:16.000Well, no, I think that's exactly right because you have a situation here that keep in mind, and for everybody out there, this was illegal from the day that Barack Obama wrote this memo.
00:24:27.000This is not how our government is supposed to work.
00:24:31.000This is not how the founding fathers set up the three branches of our government, based on the way, by the way, taking a little bit of a cue from the prophet Isaiah, right?
00:24:40.000Only God can be the judge, the king, and the lawmaker.
00:24:44.000But the judge, the king, and the lawmaker are split between the three branches.
00:24:49.000We have to go so far back because we're that distantly removed.
00:24:54.000They've twisted and perverted our system of government to the point now where we have presidential orders that affect our own immigration into our country that aren't even passed by laws.
00:25:08.000Now, A.G. Paxton, tell us what's the legal side of this, if you can get into that a little bit.
00:25:13.000Does this mean DACA is over or does the fight continue?
00:25:16.000Yeah, so let me comment on what you just said.
00:25:18.000It was President Obama before he put this into place that said, because he was being pressured to do it, the DAPA and DACA, that he didn't have the authority to do it, that it was up to Congress, and he was not a king or an emperor.
00:25:38.000So this is now Joe Biden doing the same thing.
00:25:41.000As far as where we are at legally, so we had, there's another, after we had our oral argument on the 2012 memo, the Department of Homeland Security came back and changed the memo and issued new memo.
00:25:54.000So now we're being remanded back for that part.
00:25:56.000So right now, they're enjoined from taking any new applications.
00:26:00.000The people that are already have permits, whatever you want to call them, are we're okay.
00:26:47.000It was unconstitutional from the moment that Barack Obama is penned.
00:26:51.000And he even admitted, essentially, that he wasn't supposed to be doing this, but it's taken 10 years.
00:26:56.000And how sad is it that it's taken 10 years and AG Paxton to come all this way for someone to step up?
00:27:02.000And this is why AG races across the country, whether you're in Arizona, whether you're in Pennsylvania, wherever, they're so important, Missouri, because it's the AGs that file these cases.
00:27:12.000Are there other AGs that you're seeing that are coming in that are filing amicus briefs?
00:27:16.000Are other people coming that are rallying to this?
00:27:18.000Because, of course, this affects all 50 states.
00:27:21.000So not so much on this, but there are other AGs that are fighting other issues.
00:27:24.000And of course, I always think we should team up, not necessarily falling at the same time, but filing in different courts to keep the Biden administration occupied in different courts, because that's certainly what the Democrats do.
00:27:34.000But we have other great attorney generals.
00:27:35.000We have Eric Schmidt, who's running for U.S. Senate in Missouri, who's done a great job.
00:27:38.000We have Jeff Landry in Louisiana, who's got some of his own great losses.
00:27:48.000So we have several AGs who are filing really great cases.
00:27:51.000Not so many are filing on immigration other than Eric Schmidt.
00:27:55.000I think that's largely because we're a state that feels the first impressions of people crossing the border.
