00:00:37.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.

00:00:39.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campuses.

00:00:41.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.

00:00:44.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.

00:00:48.000 I want to thank Charlie.

00:00:49.000 He's an incredible guy.

00:00:50.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.

00:00:57.000 Turning point USA. 0.65

00:00:58.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.

00:01:07.000 That's why we are here.

00:01:10.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.

00:01:19.000 With us now is one of my favorite guests, Mr. Kane, Citizen Kane from citizenfreepress.com.

00:01:27.000 I check out the stack at least 15, 20 times a day.

00:01:30.000 I could tell when Mr. Kane is taking a coffee break because I say, where's the stack?

00:01:34.000 Where's the stack?

00:01:35.000 Not to put more pressure on you, Mr. Kane.

00:01:37.000 Welcome back to the program.

00:01:38.000 The pressure never ends, brother.

00:01:40.000 Never ends.

00:01:40.000 The grind never ends.

00:01:42.000 So the audience, I wish, could kind of hear some of the conversations I've been having with Kane over the last couple of weeks.

00:01:48.000 What I love about Kane is that he is the best news aggregator in the business.

00:01:52.000 He's just, he's going to overtake Drudge by the election.

00:01:55.000 That's my prediction.

00:01:56.000 CitizenFreePress.com.

00:01:57.000 But he's constantly consuming news, thousands of articles a week, understanding trends and really mapping things out.

00:02:04.000 And, Kane, to your credit, a couple weeks ago, you know, we had a phone caller like, look, I think Trump's going to be seeing multiple criminal indictments simultaneously.

00:02:12.000 Kane, it looks like that is materializing.

00:02:14.000 How should we think about this?

00:02:17.000 Well, I thought of you last night.

00:02:18.000 Hannity had on Judge Janine.

00:02:22.000 And at some point, he interrupted her and he acted like it was a revelation to him.

00:02:27.000 He was like, you know what?

00:02:28.000 We're going to be looking at multiple criminals.

00:02:30.000 You know, President Trump is going to be looking at multiple criminal trials next year.

00:02:34.000 He went through Fulton County.

00:02:34.000 And he laid them out.

00:02:36.000 And I thought, well, he should have been watching Charlie's show because we've been discussing this.

00:02:41.000 You know, we want to be ahead of this.

00:02:42.000 We've been discussing it for, you know, for a month or longer.

00:02:47.000 Yeah, we've been gaming this out and it's starting to stack against Trump.

00:02:51.000 And so here's my first theory, Kane, is that I don't trust these Marxists at all.

00:02:57.000 I think Bragg was commissioned to move the Overton window because what was our talking point when Bragg did his indictment?

00:03:06.000 Unprecedented, never happened before.

00:03:09.000 They've crossed the Rubicon.

00:03:11.000 Now that's done.

00:03:12.000 Now all of a sudden, it's almost sets the foundation.

00:03:19.000 Now it's all precedented.

00:03:21.000 It's not as newsy, right?

00:03:24.000 And by the way, what paved the way for Bragg was the raid of Mar-a-Lago, right?

00:03:28.000 So these things almost were escalating.

00:03:31.000 I'm not saying that there's some sort of grand maestro planning all this.

00:03:34.000 I wouldn't be surprised if there is.

00:03:35.000 We have no evidence to support it.

00:03:37.000 But I do think that there was some sort of a wink and a nod and a signal to get Bragg to, no matter how silly it is, get him processed, get him in, so that all of a sudden the Overton window has moved where it's now acceptable to go after Trump.

00:03:54.000 Yeah, they groomed us, right?

00:03:57.000 The Mar-a-Lago raid was the first, um, was the first example.

00:04:02.000 Then Alvin Bragg gets us a little bit, gets the American public more prepared for the idea of this unprecedented banana republic action where you indict a former president on bogus charges.

00:04:15.000 So, yeah, you know, both of us have wondered if there's any communication going on.

00:04:20.000 Are they giving each other signals?

00:04:24.000 You and I talked about this on the phone like two weeks ago, remember?

00:04:26.000 That there has to be a wink and a nod network going on, right?

00:04:30.000 There has to be an ombudsman that's connecting the two camps.

00:04:33.000 Yeah, and they can, as you as you surmise, they can communicate to each other through the New York Times.

00:04:38.000 That's right.

00:04:39.000 That's my working theory: they actually communicate in the public channels so that there's no FOIA or there's no way that they could ever be discovered.

00:04:48.000 Yeah, and that, you know, that would behoove them to do that.

00:04:51.000 I remember, I think it was called Journalist.

00:04:53.000 It was maybe five, 10 years ago.

00:04:55.000 It was a Nate Silver thing where they discovered there was one of the early messenger services where hundreds of liberal journalists were all colluding essentially.

00:05:07.000 So now they know they have to be more careful and they do it secretly through stories.

00:05:13.000 But yeah, so getting into this, you and I have known this is coming.

00:05:16.000 Anyone who's been watching has known this is coming, right?

00:05:19.000 We just put two and two together once we and we've been trying to follow the timeline.

00:05:23.000 We, you know, we have the trial date now for Trump and Alvin Bragg and next year, March 24th, I think it begins.

00:05:32.000 And we know, you know, you and I have been talking about what's coming with Fannie Willis.

00:05:35.000 And since we last spoke, we've had, you know, details leak out that she's looking at a RICO charge. 0.81

00:05:42.000 Georgia has an interesting racketeering law.

00:05:46.000 And so we gamed that one correctly as well.

00:05:49.000 As we both, but it's not like we're Einstein's here.

00:05:51.000 All we did was read the liberal media.

00:05:53.000 We read the Atlanta Journal.

00:05:55.000 We saw what was coming.

00:05:57.000 So, you know, so no one should be angry and no one should be upset.

00:06:01.000 We just need to be prepared for this.

00:06:04.000 So, and so that's why I covered it so heavily yesterday and have been covering the, you know, the possibility or the potential of the Mark Meadows development.

00:06:15.000 All of this not to make Trump voters upset or depressed or anything.

00:06:20.000 It's to prepare them.

00:06:21.000 You know, the best way that we can counteract this is to know it's coming.

00:06:26.000 And I know you agree with that.

00:06:28.000 Well, look, if you take out the element of surprise and shock and awe, they lose power.

00:06:28.000 Oh, yeah.

00:06:35.000 They decrease in their capacity to be able to come after, not just come after us, but then to get us off our game.

00:06:43.000 And part of this is mass demoralization.

00:06:45.000 And so, Kane, I put this up last night and it's been going kind of viral.

00:06:49.000 Millions of people have seen it, but it's time for us to connect the dots.

00:06:52.000 And again, I'm not always saying that there's some sort of puppeteer or grand maestro or a conductor, as the World Economic Forum would say.

00:06:59.000 I wouldn't be surprised if there is, but sometimes you don't always need it because as long as they're all reading, this is important.

00:07:04.000 People say, oh, Charlie, is there a central conspiracy?

00:07:07.000 There could be, but also they all could just be reading the same stuff.

00:07:11.000 So therefore, they're all thinking the same way.

00:07:13.000 So they're all going to behave the same way, right?

00:07:15.000 If you just read the New York Times and you internalize the op-ed section, you know, on MSNBC's website, you're going to end up with the same sort of behaviors.

00:07:24.000 For example, this is not just about indicting Trump now.

00:07:27.000 There now is a precedent to use public-private power to take people off of broadcasting.

00:07:34.000 And so, Kane, let's just really take a moment here and realize how much has changed since January 1 of this year, where we knew we were going to be in for a wild year.

00:07:45.000 Tucker is now going to be benched till 2025 if Fox News gets their way, according to Axios.

00:07:51.000 Bannon is going to prison for four years.

00:07:53.000 Bongino is out at Fox.

00:07:56.000 James O'Keefe out and sued.

00:07:58.000 Kane, we're looking at more than just, hey, we're going to indict Trump and make him face criminal charges.

00:08:04.000 This is an all of the above media communication and political approach to stop our movement.

00:08:12.000 I don't think you can argue with that.

00:08:14.000 The evidence is too clear.

00:08:15.000 You know, Bongino went first, if my memory is.

00:08:20.000 Yeah, it was the Friday.

00:08:21.000 It was like the Thursday or Friday before, then boom.

00:08:24.000 So Bongino was out first.

00:08:24.000 Yeah.

00:08:27.000 And then you're right in quoting that Axios story.

00:08:30.000 You know, I put a second headline in on that one.

00:08:33.000 On the bottom of it, it talked about how Tucker has been told that Fox News wants to keep him off the air until 2025.

00:08:40.000 Obviously, that's a huge voice.

00:08:42.000 Last night, you know, his episode one was at 94 million views and counting as of about 8 o'clock last night.

00:08:48.000 I'm sure it's well over 100 million now.

00:08:50.000 They even, it was weird in the statement that Fox leaked to Axios, they talked about the length of it.

00:08:57.000 They mentioned that Tucker did an episode of longer than 10 minutes, somehow claiming that the length makes it violates the NDA.

00:09:10.000 I'll quickly throw in.

00:09:11.000 Hopefully I won't lose my point on this.

00:09:14.000 Someone in the open thread on CFP today said Tucker should just announce he's running for vice president.

00:09:20.000 And all of these episodes would then be would hopefully be protective political speech.

00:09:26.000 Obviously, people don't run for vice president.

00:09:28.000 I understand that.

00:09:28.000 But it would be, you know, it's sort of a weird aside.

00:09:30.000 But yeah, they seem to be coming after everyone, right?

00:09:33.000 I'm sure you're looking over your shoulder.

00:09:35.000 You mentioned it's not even on your shoulder.

00:09:37.000 It's, hey, where's the sword of Damocles and when is it dropping?

00:09:40.000 When you're expecting it, it's like, whatever, right?

00:09:42.000 And I mean, look, Marxists love lists and Turning Point's been on the list for a while.

00:09:46.000 And here we go, right?

00:09:48.000 Buckle up because, I mean, they've been saying it for quite some time.

00:09:51.000 They want to take this show off the air.

00:09:52.000 They want to put me in prison and they want to lock down Turning Point USA.

00:09:56.000 And boy, I'm not saying that there's any sort of conduct symmetry here.

00:10:02.000 You got to get that quote, Ryan, from the World Economic Forum.

00:10:04.000 Every orchestra needs a conductor.

00:10:06.000 When the World Economic Forum said that two years ago, it's just too perfect.

00:10:09.000 What I am saying, though, isn't it curious and interesting?

00:10:12.000 Mike Pence gets a DOJ memo.

00:10:14.000 We're not going after you.

00:10:16.000 Chris Christie announces, Bergham announces, and Pence announces all while DOJ is going after charges against Trump.

00:10:23.000 That's obviously just a coincidence.

00:10:25.000 No one is making all that happen.

00:10:27.000 And if you believe that, you're a conspiracy theorist.

00:10:29.000 But almost to further, let's just say, skyrocket the anger of our movement.

00:10:36.000 When we have to put up with people who call themselves Republicans talking like Chris Christie and Mike Pence, it's almost a too good to be true recipe.

00:10:47.000 Look, are you concerned about the American K-12 education system?

00:10:51.000 Are you worried about what your children and your grandchildren are learning or honestly not learning in school?

00:10:56.000 If you answer yes, my friends at Hillsdale College have a free resource for you.

00:11:00.000 Hillsdale College understands the importance of education to the future of our country.

00:11:03.000 They're now offering 10 free print copies of their recent issue of En Primus.

00:11:10.000 It's titled Education as a Battleground, written by Hillsdale College President Larry P. Arne.

00:11:15.000 The special issue provides a factual account of the issues in the ongoing battle over education, explaining why parents and teachers, not unelected bureaucrats or activists, should guide what our children are learning.

00:11:29.000 With Hillsdale College, you can make a difference in your community by distributing these copies of En Primus at your church, local business, or even in your doctor's office.

00:11:38.000 Do not miss this opportunity to arm yourself with the facts.

00:11:41.000 Claim your 10 free copies of Education as a Battleground by visiting charlie4hillsdale.com.

00:11:47.000 That's charlieforhillsdale.com.

00:11:50.000 I love Hillsdale College.

00:11:51.000 I'm an enthusiastic promoter of them.

00:11:53.000 So, check it out right now at charlie4hillsdale.com.

00:11:59.000 So, Kane, what is the chatter on Citizen Free Press about all these other people running for the presidency, Pence, Christie, et cetera?

00:12:05.000 What are you hearing?

00:12:06.000 Oh, they don't even pay attention to no one's taking it seriously.

00:12:11.000 Everyone's cynical.

00:12:12.000 You know my base.

00:12:13.000 You know my readership.

00:12:14.000 So, the first comments are like, well, someone wants to set up a pack and get it filled with 5 million or 10 million.

00:12:21.000 I mean, that's the thought process.

00:12:23.000 There's no reason for people like Pence to be running for Governor Christie to be announcing. 0.92

00:12:28.000 I'm sure you saw that sort of pathetic mini room haul that he had. 0.89

00:12:33.000 Like, and, you know, and the governor of North Dakota. 0.87

00:12:37.000 I'm sure these are all wonderful people, but they realize they have no chance.

00:12:42.000 And it's funny.

00:12:44.000 I really don't even, it's almost so worthless that it's not worth talking about.

00:12:48.000 So, I want to, I want to say something really quick about something you said in the previous segment.

00:12:53.000 So, you're talking about how they're coming after all of our leaders, right?

00:12:57.000 And not just Trump, but everyone in the orbit, everyone.

00:13:02.000 And so, you're going to have Tom Fitton on next.

00:13:04.000 And I'm sure you're going to be discussing with him how he's gone public in the last three or four days about his testimony before Jack Smith and the and his and his grand jury.

00:13:16.000 And it's some really interesting things that Tom Fenton has already made public, including how the DOJ prosecutor attempted to sort of bully him into not talking about the process.

00:13:30.000 So, so that's it, you know, Tom Fitton is another guy that they're trying to silence.

00:13:34.000 So, let's get to Bannon really quick because I know your audience loves Bannon and loves Warhammer.

00:13:40.000 So, I want people to know what this guy is going through.

00:13:42.000 So, everyone remembers that the congressional subpoena case that he ignored and was prosecuted for, even though dozens of other people have ignored congressional subpoenas through the years and nothing happened to them.

00:13:54.000 Bannon was prosecuted.

00:13:55.000 He was found guilty last fall, October.

00:13:58.000 It was a four-month sentence, but it was delayed pending appeal.

00:14:01.000 Well, Bannon's legal team made the appeal to the DC Circuit Court in early May, and DOJ officially responded last Friday, June 2nd, with their filing, denying, of course, everything that Bannon's team was saying.

00:14:17.000 And so, people need to understand that whenever the DC Circuit Court decides to rule, it could be tomorrow, it could be a week from tomorrow, but they'll be calling Bannon and his lawyers in.

00:14:28.000 And if they deny his appeal, Steve Bannon goes to jail immediately, right then.

00:14:34.000 I mean, his four months will begin.

00:14:37.000 So, they're going to have him.

00:14:39.000 I'm assuming he's not going to win that appeal.

00:14:41.000 So, they're going to have Bannon off the air from July through October of this year.

00:14:46.000 So, I'll throw it back to you.

00:14:47.000 And then he also next May has to face charge in the state of New York on another fraudulent, ridiculous thing that they're throwing at him.

00:14:54.000 And so, start to see the game that's being played.

00:14:57.000 And again, a lot of these Republicans, Kane, though, in leadership, they just think that we're still in this policy debate.

00:15:06.000 And I mean, you know, we look around on our show.

00:15:08.000 We're like, wow, Tucker's gone for now and Bannon's going to jail.

00:15:12.000 And they're like, okay, the forces are going in real time.

00:15:18.000 Let's just put it that way.

00:15:19.000 And there will be a resurgence.

00:15:21.000 Bannon's not going to be there forever.

00:15:22.000 And, you know, Tucker is going to ascend.

00:15:25.000 But, you know, we're not living under some delusional mystery.

00:15:28.000 This is Soviet-style stuff.

00:15:29.000 They will pick off an dissident, one after the other, after the other.

00:15:34.000 And Kane, they're obviously, I mean, you look at this war of attrition.

00:15:37.000 And then we got O'Keefe, Kane.

00:15:38.000 O'Keeffe now is being sued by the organization that he founded and he sacrificed for.

00:15:43.000 Yeah, that story is nuts in and of itself.

00:15:46.000 You know, no one, everyone takes James' side.

00:15:49.000 People need to understand: look, founders have egos.

00:15:52.000 Founders do things.

00:15:53.000 James may have not run that organization perfectly, but everyone looks at it as his organization.

00:16:00.000 He built that baby.

00:16:01.000 And yeah, you know, the lawsuit, I can't remember if it was last week or this week, but the idea that they're trying to, you know, I have no good things to say about Project Veritas and its board members, and it really, really just pisses me off, to be honest.

00:16:15.000 Yep.

00:16:16.000 And so you look at the, if you were to kind of put together an all-star team of, okay, obviously Trump's on the All-Star team, but the All-Star team would say, you need Bannon, you need Tucker, you need O'Keefe.

00:16:28.000 Man.

00:16:29.000 Yep.

00:16:30.000 All of a sudden, what does that show you?

00:16:32.000 You're living through Crossfire MA.

00:16:34.000 It shows you that the intel agencies are broadening the scope of who they consider to be a threat to their regime.

00:16:43.000 This is no longer just about, oh, you're a threat if you hold elected office.

00:16:48.000 That there is a concerted effort.

00:16:50.000 And based on public reporting, a company that counts our votes, Dominion, was the one that demanded Tucker Carlson be sidelined.

00:16:58.000 What a strange scenario.

00:17:00.000 You have a voting machine company that wants a cable news host to be muzzled through the 2024 election.

00:17:07.000 Kane, we're out of time.

00:17:08.000 Everybody check out citizenfreepress.com.

00:17:10.000 You are living through an unprecedented war of attrition.

00:17:13.000 It's called Crossfire MAGA.

00:17:14.000 Ken, thanks.

00:17:15.000 Kane, thank you so much.

00:17:19.000 People ask me all the time when I travel about Strong Cell.

00:17:21.000 Charlie, is Strong Cell legit?

00:17:23.000 Charlie, do you really believe in the anti-aging properties of NADH?

00:17:26.000 Well, it's not a matter of whether or not, if I believe it, it's the science.

00:18:22.000 Joining us now is Tom Fitton from Judicial Watch, an organization that you should absolutely support.

00:18:28.000 Tom Fitton testified in front of a grand jury.

00:18:31.000 This, the whole thing is so confusing to me.

00:18:33.000 Tom, welcome to the program.

00:18:34.000 We've known each other for quite some time.

00:18:36.000 Tom, I do not understand why you were, you know, basically told to testify in front of this grand jury.

00:18:44.000 What prompted this?

00:18:46.000 What do you have to possibly do with the Mar-a-Lago document case or January 6th?

00:18:50.000 I don't get it.

00:18:51.000 Well, I mean, Charlie, you've been around a long time.

00:18:54.000 What do you think prompted it?

00:18:56.000 Well, I think you're the most powerful nonprofit on the right that is challenging these cockroaches.

00:19:01.000 I'll use other words, but we're FCC regulated right now.

00:19:04.000 And I think that you're in the universe.

00:19:09.000 So they just want to try to loop you in, make you spend a bunch of money on lawyers and preps, distract and see if they could try to make you stumble.

00:19:16.000 That's my working theory.

00:19:18.000 That's right.

00:19:18.000 And we could put a legal reason on it, but I think you're exactly right.

00:19:22.000 And specifically, we have been highlighting the abuse of power by the Justice Department in targeting Trump on this records fakery that they made up and manufactured to justify a raid on his home and other abuses because we had been involved in a similar case where they took the Justice Department, the courts, and the archives took the exact opposite position to protect Bill Clinton.

00:19:49.000 And so, as soon as this happened, we said, oh, well, isn't this interesting?

00:19:53.000 They did a 180.

00:19:55.000 The prior legal position of the Justice Department has been that a president who has documents after he leaves the Oval Office can't be questioned about them.

00:20:04.000 They're presumptively personal, and no one can second-guess them.

00:20:08.000 And that was the position of the Justice Department in court, and that was the position of the court that had the most persuasive case on this.

00:20:14.000 A case, by the way, we lost.

00:20:15.000 So we were mighty sensitive about it.

00:20:19.000 And, of course, we sued the Justice Department, the FBI, the archives for records about their abuse of Trump.

00:20:25.000 And so in November, I get a knock at the door.

00:20:29.000 I had just gotten back from skin cancer surgery, literally just gotten back, like an hour or two before.

00:20:35.000 It's at night.

00:20:40.000 And guess what it was?

00:20:41.000 It was two FBI agents, two young FBI agents, serving me a subpoena, evidently on this Mar-a-Lago records fiasco.

00:20:50.000 But, you know, just before I went to the grand jury, ultimately, they said, oh, we want to talk to him for a few minutes on the election issues, the January 6th issue.

00:20:59.000 And it turned out that was the bulk of the questioning.

00:21:01.000 But in the end, Carly, it was a lot of noise signifying nothing.

00:21:06.000 They argued with me for four hours, harassed me with questions, tried to intimidate me, and I wasn't intimidated.

00:21:13.000 But it was an outrageous abuse of power and of the grand jury process to go after the number one critic of the Justice Department here, I say.

00:21:22.000 So this is what they do, right?

00:21:23.000 I mean, this is why Bannon's going to jail.

00:21:25.000 O'Keefe is currently out.

00:21:26.000 Tucker's being sidelined.

00:21:27.000 It's a massive muzzle operation.

00:21:28.000 Anybody that's effective right now is being scheduled for cancellation off the chessboard.

00:21:34.000 But Tom, were you allowed to have an attorney present during this?

00:21:37.000 You know, it was interesting.

00:21:38.000 So after the subpoena, you know, you have to go get a criminal attorney.

00:21:42.000 And, you know, after subpoenas issued, they talked to the Justice Department.

00:21:45.000 They were going to let me come in under a proffer, which is just going and meet informally with the attorneys.

00:21:50.000 I'm only a witness.

00:21:51.000 I'm not a subject or a target.

00:21:53.000 And they said, okay.

00:21:55.000 And we tried to get a time.

00:21:57.000 I was sick, as I told you.

00:22:00.000 And then all of a sudden, it turns out it was right in the middle of the whole Biden fiasco that was going on behind the scenes when he got where he got caught with documents.

00:22:08.000 Remember, they hid that from us at the time.

00:22:11.000 They said, oh, no, we're going to reassert a subpoena.

00:22:13.000 You have to show up at the grand jury, which means you're right.

00:22:16.000 I can't have my attorney with me at the grand jury.

00:22:20.000 They're in a room outside of it.

00:22:21.000 And if there's an issue, I can go and talk to them.

00:22:23.000 But it was me versus three prosecutors.

00:22:27.000 While you're in a grand jury, you're not allowed to have an attorney next to you.

00:22:30.000 Is that how is that remotely constitutional?

00:22:33.000 I've never heard of such a thing.

00:22:36.000 You know, it's a fair question.

00:22:38.000 It's just this the way it's done.

00:22:39.000 Is the attorney listening to the conversation or in the other room?

00:22:44.000 Or is the attorney totally disconnected from it?

00:22:47.000 I mean, I can say I want to go consult my attorney and they let me step out for a minute or two.

00:22:52.000 No, but this is important because, Tom, we know what this is all about.

00:22:56.000 We're not, you know, we're not trusting of these people.

00:23:00.000 They wanted to try to have you misremember one thing and then they indict you for lying to a grand jury.

00:23:06.000 Yeah, and you know, and you know that's the game.

00:23:11.000 We spent most of the time arguing about politics and First Amendment protected activity, about the Clinton Sock drawer case, the case I referenced earlier, about electors and Democrats, you know, and I told them, and this is quite specific, I told them, by the way, there was a plan by Democrats to engage in civil insurrection if Trump won the election.

00:23:34.000 And I was very much concerned about that and what the preparations were for that violence that we were signaling and planning.

00:23:41.000 Indeed, I read in the New York Times that John Podesta had wargamed a scenario where states would secede from the union, left-wing states would secede from the union unless they got the electoral college results they wanted.

00:23:56.000 And that's what I was concerned about.

00:23:58.000 And I was wondering why no one had been investigating that.

00:24:03.000 So, you know, that was evidence before the grand jury.

00:24:05.000 Maybe they'll follow up on it, Charlie.

00:24:08.000 Right.

00:24:08.000 But then all of a sudden, you come in under false pretenses and then January 6th gets thrown on you.

00:24:14.000 Is that correct?

00:24:16.000 Yeah, they only spent about an hour talking to me about this Mar-a-Lago fiasco and then three hours arguing with me about emails and tweets related to the election dispute.

00:24:29.000 You know, as I'm talking to them about it, I'm like, first of all, why am I being questioned about my tweets?

00:24:36.000 And other First Amendment protected activity.

00:24:40.000 It was just pure politics.

00:24:42.000 And I said it before, and I'll say it again.

00:24:45.000 It was like being on some sort of nightmarish MSNBC program.

00:24:51.000 And that's the approach the prosecutors took.

00:24:54.000 So they asked you what you had for lunch at the White House.

00:24:56.000 Is that reporting correct?

00:24:58.000 So, you know, I went in, you know, we had lunch with him once, and I told him something.

00:25:05.000 They wanted to know his reaction.

00:25:07.000 I'm like, I don't remember what his reaction was.

00:25:09.000 I mean, he's, you know, my view is unless you're a monkey climbing up and down the roll of the walls, no one's really going to remember much of a reaction to comments you make.

00:25:19.000 And then they said, well, you know, did you have lunch with him another time?

00:25:22.000 I said, well, I don't remember.

00:25:25.000 I said, no, I did because I remembered what we ate, right?

00:25:30.000 And oh, so you remember what you eat at lunch, but not how he reacted.

00:25:35.000 And I thought, you know, this is just so outrageous.

00:25:38.000 It's just so outrageous and so juvenile and petty, but also dangerous because they're, you know, suggesting you're, you know, having a false failure to remember in front of a grand jury, which would be a crime.

00:25:52.000 So that's the game they were playing with the head of the country's number one government watchdog organization.

00:25:58.000 It'd be like bringing in, to be clear, the head of the ACLU or the NAACP.

00:26:04.000 But this Justice Department doesn't give a rat's tail.

00:26:08.000 And we're now in the era of a regime, not an administration.

00:26:14.000 Tom, was this in Florida or D.C.?

00:26:17.000 It was up here in D.C.

00:26:19.000 But I'm told the grand jury.

00:26:20.000 Okay, so but the charges might be filed against Trump in Florida.

00:26:25.000 Is that true?

00:26:26.000 Yeah, that's, you know, that's what the reporting is.

00:26:31.000 You know, the problem that they have going back to the law, which I hope is supposed to apply, is that the analysis of the law prior to Trump had been that the president has deference as to how he handles records classified and presidential.

00:26:47.000 And if he takes them with him, they're presumptively his and personal.

00:26:53.000 So rather than try to deal with that, they're pretending, well, it's national defense information according to reports.

00:27:00.000 And maybe they can get around it that way by saying he doesn't have prerogatives that he has related to classified information.

00:27:07.000 And of course, that's just bunk, too, because all the records he had were initially covered by the Presidential Records Act.

00:27:13.000 And if he designates them as presidential or personal, and that designation doesn't have to be official, it can be informal in the sense he just takes them and uses them.

00:27:23.000 And in this case of the president, if he keeps them after he leaves office, they're presumptively personal.

00:27:29.000 That covers any record the government has given him in the White House, including national defense information.

00:27:35.000 And it's not a statutory issue.

00:27:37.000 It's a constitutional issue.

00:27:38.000 He's commander-in-chief.

00:27:39.000 He uses the records as he sees fit.

00:27:43.000 So, Tom, how do you think this is going to play out?

00:27:45.000 I mean, you tested it.

00:27:46.000 They're going to indict him.

00:27:47.000 Okay.

00:27:49.000 I think they're going to indict him.

00:27:50.000 I think they're going to indict him in Fulton County, too.

00:27:53.000 And the left is hoping one of the three stick and he's forced to campaign from jail.

00:27:58.000 I mean, this is a serious threat to our Republican form of government, Charles.

00:28:02.000 And our friends here in Washington, I don't need to tell you, are whistling past the graveyard.

00:28:06.000 Oh, yeah, whistling past the graveyard with this attack on our structure of government, our ability to govern ourselves, our right to select our own president and not have the offices of the Justice Department and the FBI be used by a political party to rig an election.

00:28:23.000 And most republics, not most, I'd say a fair amount of Republicans in D.C. are thrilled about this.

00:28:27.000 They're like, finally, we can get rid of this Trump guy. 0.97

00:28:30.000 Finally, this cancer. 0.77

00:28:32.000 Finally, right, Tom?

00:28:33.000 In D.C., they're like, finally, finally, finally.

00:28:36.000 That's how many of them feel about it.

00:28:38.000 Well, you see, some of his opponents in the campaign disturbingly are trying to justify this abuse of him.

00:28:44.000 And, you know, all those men know better and women.

00:28:49.000 And they should know if he isn't the nominee, they'll try to jail them too.

00:28:56.000 They think they're untouchable.

00:28:58.000 They think that they've made a deal with the Intel agencies.

00:29:00.000 And they might be right.

00:29:02.000 Some of them, the way they're...

00:29:03.000 No, that may be true.

00:29:04.000 They may have signed the deal with the devil too.

00:29:07.000 But, you know, it doesn't, you know, in the end, though, it's up to us.

00:29:10.000 And this isn't because I, you know, I, you know, Trump I like personally.

00:29:13.000 He's a friend, and I would dare say.

00:29:17.000 But it's not about his policies or whether he should be president or not.

00:29:22.000 It's about whether or not is he going to be protected under our law or are all the rules going to be thrown out?

00:29:29.000 And when you throw out all the rules because you hate Trump, it means the rules that govern us as a constitutional republic in terms of our structure of government.

00:29:37.000 It means our core civil rights, including our First Amendment right to challenge an election and our participate in our system without fear of punishment, being thrown in jail.

00:29:49.000 So all of those rules that are being abused against Trump, and I saw it firsthand, I'm a witness, I'm a victim.

00:29:56.000 You know, if they're not protecting Trump, you think the rest of us are going to be safe?

00:30:00.000 I can tell you firsthand, we're not.

00:30:03.000 They're coming after every single one of us, one by one.

00:30:07.000 Tom Fitton, thanks so much.

00:30:08.000 God bless you.

00:30:10.000 You're welcome.

00:30:10.000 Thank you, Charlie.

00:30:11.000 I appreciate it.

00:30:14.000 Okay, well, it's Pride Month, everybody.

00:30:16.000 How's it going for everyone out there?

00:30:19.000 You know, there's somebody that I spoke to recently, and he said, oh, you know, they're not going after your kids.

00:30:28.000 Stop being a right-wing conspiracy theorist.

00:30:31.000 Now, this tape that we're going to play, it's just so interesting how hyper-sensitive and aggressive they are to try to prevent us from airing this on our program. 0.71

00:30:44.000 This is the San Francisco gay men's choir.

00:30:47.000 If we were to post this video on social media, within seconds, not seconds, within minutes, there would be copyright violations.

00:30:54.000 Now, you could spread pedophilia on Instagram.

00:30:57.000 You could do all that stuff.

00:30:58.000 They don't really care.

00:30:59.000 But if you dare put this video on your social media, you literally get a strike.

00:31:03.000 We got a strike on our YouTube channel because we posted it for being a copyright violation.

00:31:09.000 Why?

00:31:10.000 Well, because this is the San Francisco gay men's choir who's saying, we will convert your children. 0.95

00:31:17.000 And multiple people in the video were sex offenders.

00:31:20.000 This video is from 2021, to be clear, but it's important just to remind you that you're in Pride Month, that the gay men's choir sings in harmony, literally, that they want to come after your children.

00:31:32.000 If you've not seen this video, you need to see it.

00:31:34.000 And boy, they're doing everything they can to try to prevent this video from being in the public domain.

00:31:40.000 Play cut 100.

00:31:42.000 We have a message for you.

00:31:45.000 You think we're sinful.

00:31:47.000 You fight against our rights.

00:31:49.000 You say we all lead lives you can't respect.

00:31:55.000 But you're just frightened.

00:31:58.000 You think that we'll corrupt your kids if our agenda goes unchecked.

00:32:05.000 Funny, just this once.

00:32:07.000 You're correct.

00:32:10.000 We'll convert your children. 0.98

00:32:14.000 Happens bit by bit, quietly and subtly.

00:32:18.000 And you will barely notice it.

00:32:21.000 We'll convert your children and make an ally of you. 0.98

00:32:29.000 That is 60 gay men singing in unison about how we will come and convert your children subtly and quietly. 0.93

00:32:36.000 Remember Chastin Buda Judge, who pledged to the gay flag? 0.82

00:32:41.000 Now, when he did this and we said, oh, wow, they're going to start pledging to the gay flag and saluting the gay flag. 0.88

00:32:45.000 We were called what?

00:32:46.000 Conspiracy theorists, alarmists.

00:32:48.000 Even some Christian and pastors said, Charlie, you're being unloving. 0.98

00:32:51.000 Who are we to say that you shouldn't salute the gay agenda? 0.97

00:32:56.000 Remember, Chastin Buddha Judge.

00:32:57.000 Now remember, what is introduced moves the Overton window?

00:33:00.000 Play cut 42.

00:33:04.000 All right.

00:33:04.000 I pledge my heart.

00:33:06.000 I pledge my heart.

00:33:07.000 To the rainbow.

00:33:08.000 To the rainbow.

00:33:10.000 The not so typical gay camp. 1.00

00:33:14.000 One camp.

00:33:15.000 Full of pride.

00:33:16.000 Full of pride.

00:33:17.000 Indivisible.

00:33:18.000 Indivisible.

00:33:19.000 With affirmation and equal rights for all.

00:33:22.000 With affirmation and equal rights for all.

00:33:24.000 Watch your heads. 0.99

00:33:29.000 So that is a children's gay camp that Pete Buddha Judge's sexual partner, Chastin Buddha Judge, is running and having children pledge to the gay flag. 0.97

00:33:42.000 Now we have a clip out of San Francisco, a state government where they are doing a ceremony where they're marching in and they're raising the flag.

00:33:51.000 What flag are they raising?

00:33:53.000 This is the police department, the sheriff's office, where they have the American flag and the gay flag both walking in. 0.83

00:34:00.000 Just keep my microphone active.

00:34:02.000 Play cut 101.

00:34:07.000 So there you have the American flag and the pride flag being treated with equal respect and being raised up.

00:34:14.000 Sheriff, police, and fire departments standing in honor and some even saluting the gay trans flag in San Francisco with piety, respect, reverence.

00:34:25.000 Ah, yes, you must put your hand over your heart, as you can see.

00:34:30.000 And that is San Francisco.

00:34:32.000 We were told it was all going to just, we're going to stop talking about it after Oberga fell.

00:34:36.000 Come on, let gay marriage just be the law of the land. 0.99

00:34:39.000 And by the way, their cultural conquest is not complete.

00:34:43.000 They will never stop.

00:34:45.000 This is just step one. 0.95

00:34:47.000 They're not going to be happy till the gay flag is above the American flag. 1.00

00:34:52.000 Happy Pride Month, everybody.

00:34:53.000 Hope it's going great for you.

00:34:57.000 Thanks so much for listening.
