00:01:28.000 Remember Fannie Willis?
00:01:29.000 She was supposed to be the hero who would save our democracy.
00:01:32.000 New York Times puffed piece after New York Times puff piece.
00:01:35.000 I remember reading the New York Times and there was this big picture of Fannie Willis and said, meet Fannie Willis.
00:01:41.000 And we had Citizen Kane from Citizen Free Press on the show at the time.
00:01:44.000 And as soon as we saw the story, we said, oh, they're going to indict Trump in Fulton County.
00:01:48.000 It is coming.
00:01:48.000 They're going to indict Trump in Fulton County.
00:01:51.000 And they wanted to use, in fact, they bragged about this in piece after piece after piece.
00:01:56.000 They said, strong black woman is going to take down Donald Trump.
00:02:00.000 In fact, there was a story where they said, quote, the wonderful karma of black women saving American democracy.
00:02:07.000 They had a picture of Stacey Abrams, Letitia James, Fanny Willis bragging about how black women will get their revenge against the evil white man of Donald Trump.
00:02:18.000 But not so fast, my friends.
00:02:20.000 In October, the headline, again, was the wonderful karma of black women saving democracy.
00:02:25.000 And it was Fanny Willis at the front.
00:02:27.000 Well, things aren't going exactly according to plan.
00:02:30.000 They trusted one of the big anti-Trump criminal cases to Fulton County DA Fannie Willis, and it's all crumbling right before their eyes on live TV in this hearing.
00:02:40.000 Because Fannie Willis, who was told that she had to save our democracy, instead seized a chance to enrich herself and her secret boyfriend.
00:02:47.000 She hired her boyfriend as a special counsel despite no relevant experience or qualifications.
00:02:52.000 She funneled him hundreds of thousands of dollars.
00:02:55.000 They took lavish trips together, and apparently they thought they would never be caught.
00:02:59.000 So, this right now, what is going on in Fulton County, is a pretrial motion, a motion to basically dismiss the prosecution, and the judge is hearing it.
00:03:08.000 And it is delicious.
00:03:11.000 Turns out, when you pick your heroes based on race and sex, you don't get the best people.
00:03:16.000 Turns out when the national microscope comes on Fulton County, there's a lot of criminal behavior.
00:03:24.000 Fanny Willis and Nathan Wade, oh, they are trying to justify their behavior.
00:03:29.000 This is a longer clip, but this is Nathan Wade, who remember, he was earning all this money of taxpayer funding.
00:03:36.000 And we cannot forget Nathan Wade also said that he was meeting with the Biden White House Counsel's Office.
00:03:42.000 Very, very important element to this story.
00:03:44.000 Let's start with this one.
00:03:46.000 Nathan Wade in court asked if he reimbursed for his travel.
00:03:49.000 This is obviously a lie.
00:03:51.000 Nathan Wade is obviously lying.
00:03:53.000 We're supposed to believe that big Fannie Willis came with wheelbarrows of cash to pay back all the vacations that they paid for.
00:04:04.000 Play cut 100.
00:04:06.000 You said in the affidavit that you roughly shared travel, though, correct?
00:04:10.000 Yes, ma'am.
00:04:10.000 Okay.
00:04:11.000 So this roughly sharing travel, you're saying she reimbursed you.
00:04:14.000 She did.
00:04:15.000 And where did you deposit the money she reimbursed you?
00:04:18.000 Oh, it was cash.
00:04:19.000 She didn't give me any checks.
00:04:21.000 So she paid you cash for her share of all these vacations.
00:04:23.000 Mr. Schaefer, you'll step out if you do that again.
00:04:25.000 Yes, ma'am.
00:04:26.000 Okay.
00:04:26.000 And so all of the vacations that she took, she paid you cash for.
00:04:31.000 Yes, ma'am.
00:04:32.000 And you purchased all of these vacations on your business credit card, correct?
00:04:36.000 Yes, ma'am.
00:04:38.000 So according to Nathan Wade, he put it on his business credit card and she paid her back in cash.
00:04:43.000 Now, why would he say that?
00:04:45.000 Because there's no bank records to show.
00:04:47.000 And the only possible excuse he could give to CYA to cover his tail is to say that she paid cash, which, by the way, also triggers an IRS problem, but I don't exactly think the IRS is going to be looking into this anytime soon.
00:05:01.000 Nathan Wade playing games about how he got paid $300,000.
00:05:08.000 By the way, does anyone use that much cash anymore?
00:05:11.000 Only Nathan Wade, apparently.
00:05:14.000 Hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash.
00:05:16.000 Play cut 101.
00:05:18.000 In 2022, isn't it true you were paid over $300,000?
00:05:22.000 No, ma'am, that is not true.
00:05:24.000 Fulton County wrote a check to my firm.
00:05:30.000 Okay.
00:05:31.000 What happens at that point is the checks are then deposited as you have the bank statements.
00:05:38.000 You see that.
00:05:39.000 And then they are dispersed between the three of us.
00:05:43.000 So when you ask me if I was paid $300,000, the answer is no.
00:05:49.000 I got a third of that that went to my personal firm.
00:05:53.000 Now, once the money was distributed to my personal firm, obviously the expenses come out of that.
00:06:00.000 And I get, at the end of the day, whatever the profit is.
00:06:04.000 So I did not get $300,000.
00:06:06.000 No, ma'am.
00:06:07.000 You following that?
00:06:08.000 So he didn't get $300,000, but his firm got paid $300,000.
00:06:12.000 And there were all these expenses associated, but he ended up getting $100,000.
00:06:16.000 Yeah, that's not the way the world works, Nathan.
00:06:19.000 You still got paid $300,000 to your firm.
00:06:23.000 It doesn't matter if you have expenses associated.
00:06:25.000 And by the way, are some of these expenses vacations and trips, like buying flights to vacation destinations?
00:06:32.000 This guy is screaming for an IRS audit, by the way.
00:06:35.000 Just red, if you're an IRS, which again, it's not going to happen.
00:06:38.000 The IRS probably won't go after him.
00:06:40.000 Just scream and fire for an IRS audit.
00:06:42.000 I just can't wait to see if one day Nathan Wade was audited and they look at his deductions and he says $780 marketing expenses.
00:06:56.000 You look at the receipt, you say, oh, it was a tattoo in Belize.
00:07:01.000 Yeah, it's for marketing.
00:07:03.000 Marketing expense.
00:07:05.000 Play cut 104.
00:07:07.000 And she paid you cash for both of your portions or just hers?
00:07:12.000 Both.
00:07:12.000 Okay, so that trip, Belize, just Belize, she paid you for everything on Belize.
00:07:16.000 The entire trip.
00:07:18.000 So the food, tattoo parlor, all that stuff, she paid for it.
00:07:22.000 There was no tattoo parlor in Belize.
00:07:24.000 The charges, there's a tattoo parlor on the charges.
00:07:28.000 I'm not getting into what it was for.
00:07:29.000 There was a tattoo parlor on the charges.
00:07:33.000 Where did you get the tattoo, Nathan Wade?
00:07:35.000 Where did Fannie Willis get the tattoo?
00:07:37.000 Not anywhere we can see.
00:07:39.000 Nathan Wade continues to try to justify this.
00:07:42.000 It just gets better and better.
00:07:45.000 They went to Belize.
00:07:48.000 For those of you that don't know your Central American geography, Belize is not exactly easy to get to.
00:07:55.000 And he justifies, says, Look, you have to understand, it's not easy to travel with Miss Fanny.
00:08:01.000 Miss Fanny is, it's a task.
00:08:03.000 Oh, really?
00:08:04.000 It's a task.
00:08:05.000 It's like, oh, yeah, you can't imagine.
00:08:06.000 You know, people notice her everywhere.
00:08:08.000 Yeah, you know, when I think of traveling with Fanny, I think of like traveling with Oprah.
00:08:13.000 You know, everyone in Belize wants to get selfies and pictures.
00:08:16.000 She's so well known in Belize that you can't possibly put transactions on the credit card.
00:08:22.000 This is the defense of Nathan Wade.
00:08:24.000 Play Cut 103.
00:08:26.000 Traveling with her is a task.
00:08:31.000 You can probably imagine the attention that happens.
00:08:35.000 So for safety reasons, she would limit her transactions.
00:08:45.000 I mean, imagine trying to walk through an airport or sit at a restaurant or do anything.
00:08:51.000 I mean, yeah, could you imagine trying to go to a restaurant with Fannie Willis?
00:08:57.000 You might as well just go to a restaurant with Taylor Swift.
00:08:59.000 I mean, you have paparazzi everywhere.
00:09:01.000 They're taking pictures.
00:09:03.000 You can't even go out in public.
00:09:05.000 Obviously, we had to travel incognito because Fannie Willis is so well known and so recognizable.
00:09:12.000 Here's a serious question for Nathan Wade: Where didn't you travel with Fannie Willis?
00:09:17.000 You went to Napa Valley, you went to Belize, you went to some Caribbean cruises.
00:09:22.000 Can we just start with where you didn't go?
00:09:23.000 Play Cut 105.
00:09:25.000 Recently retired, and I decided to take my mother on a cruise.
00:09:30.000 Okay.
00:09:32.000 And the second leg, after the cruise concluded, D.A. Willis and I went to Aruba.
00:09:41.000 So that was all one trip, if you will.
00:09:46.000 Okay.
00:09:48.000 By the way, the woman who's doing the cross-examination, you got to stop doing the okay thing.
00:09:54.000 It would be so much more powerful to say, oh, Aruba, Jamaica.
00:09:59.000 Ooh, you got to take it to Bermuda, Bahama.
00:10:04.000 You get the reference?
00:10:05.000 You just got to have a little fun with it.
00:10:07.000 It's just a little too eager.
00:10:09.000 Oh, Aruba.
00:10:11.000 You're doing the you're going all over the place here.
00:10:15.000 He's giving Amber Heard a run for her money.
00:10:19.000 Hey, everyone, Charlie Kirk here.

00:11:23.000 This is one of my favorite clips in the history of the species.
00:11:28.000 It's a pause so long.
00:11:31.000 I don't, the real question, can you hold your breath this long?
00:11:35.000 Don't try.
00:11:36.000 Don't try.
00:11:38.000 Cut 106, Nathan Wade, thinking very contemplatively, very seriously.
00:11:46.000 Have you ever gone to a cabin with Miss Fanny?
00:11:48.000 Play Cut 106.
00:11:50.000 You remember booking a cabin?
00:11:52.000 I booked lots of cabins.
00:11:58.000 Did you go to a cabin with Miss Willis ever?
00:12:03.000 Ever?
00:12:04.000 Ever.
00:12:12.000 No.
00:12:20.000 Here's what he's thinking.
00:12:21.000 Which woman was that with?
00:12:23.000 Which woman was that with?
00:12:26.000 Was that Fanny?
00:12:28.000 Looked like Fanny.
00:12:30.000 It was big woman.
00:12:32.000 I don't think it was Fanny.
00:12:34.000 I don't think so.
00:12:36.000 Was it Fanny?
00:12:37.000 No.
00:12:38.000 To just kind of get the subtitles of what he's thinking.
00:12:41.000 It gets better, everybody.
00:12:43.000 It gets better.
00:12:44.000 You have now we have Belize.
00:12:48.000 We have Aruba.
00:12:50.000 We have the Nathan Wade Fannie Willis tour around the world.
00:12:56.000 See, that's to see the woman cross-examining.
00:12:58.000 She had a little bit of humor.
00:13:00.000 She would say, okay, so you've gone to Aruba.
00:13:02.000 You've gone to Belize.
00:13:04.000 Have you gone to Kokomo?
00:13:06.000 And he'd say, I don't know.
00:13:10.000 This is important, everybody.
00:13:11.000 And by the way, we should have some fun with this.
00:13:13.000 But it's deathly serious.
00:13:15.000 Nathan Wade is the mercenary and is the paid lieutenant of the lawfare campaign against Donald Trump.
00:13:24.000 Don't feel sorry for these people.
00:13:26.000 These people were coordinating with the Biden White House.
00:13:29.000 These people were very well paid.
00:13:32.000 These people were trying to take down the entire system of elections as we know it.
00:13:40.000 They were trying to go put Rudy Giuliani in prison, put Mark Meadows in prison, put all these co-defendants that have had to empty their life savings.
00:13:48.000 These are bad people.
00:13:50.000 These are not ethical people that just happen to get caught up.
00:13:53.000 By the way, this is common practice in urban politics.
00:13:57.000 We see this quite often.
00:13:59.000 It just so happens they got caught because the pressure of the world is upon them.
00:14:04.000 You would think this is how arrogant they are.
00:14:07.000 You think if you're Fannie Willis and you're about to indict for the first time in the history of the country a former president, you would probably have some self-awareness.
00:14:16.000 Huh?
00:14:17.000 They might find out about our sugar mama trips to Aruba.
00:14:21.000 Belize, they're so prideful.
00:14:24.000 They get so high on their own supply.
00:14:28.000 Play cut 109, please.
00:14:30.000 Hateville area with Miss Willis.
00:14:32.000 Wait, that's different.
00:14:33.000 I have gone to a condo in Haightville.
00:14:36.000 Okay.
00:14:37.000 So Haitville.
00:14:38.000 Yes, ma'am.
00:14:39.000 So you have gone to a condo with Miss Willis in Hateville.
00:14:42.000 I have.
00:14:43.000 Have you spent the night there?
00:14:44.000 Never.
00:14:45.000 Never spent the night there.
00:14:46.000 Never.
00:14:48.000 And other members of the DA staff were there as well, correct?
00:14:51.000 Sometimes.
00:14:54.000 I've never been around other members of the DA staff at a condo in Hateville.
00:15:03.000 There's never been any security for Miss Willis?
00:15:06.000 Not around me.
00:15:07.000 I thought it was a real task traveling with Miss Willis.
00:15:11.000 Not around me.
00:15:12.000 These people should be disbarred.
00:15:14.000 They should be criminally investigated.
00:15:16.000 And this case needs to be dropped immediately.
00:15:20.000 It's not looking good for the lovers of Fanny Willis and Nathan Wade.
00:15:30.000 Hey there, have you taken a good look at the banks lately?
00:15:32.000 On the surface, everything seems fine, but there's a whole lot more going on underneath.
00:15:35.000 It's like looking under the hood of a car and finding a mess of broken wires and parts.
00:15:39.000 The parts are loans for homes, cars, and those credit cards that we all use.
00:15:43.000 And they're hitting record highs.
00:15:44.000 It's kind of scary when you think about it.
00:15:46.000 Why risk your money for a tiny 5% return when things are so shaky?

00:16:31.000 Now, I want to just build this out a little bit more.
00:16:33.000 Then we're going to go to New York.
00:16:34.000 The Georgia case is the most serious of all the cases because it was the most imminent.
00:16:39.000 They were getting guilty pleas.
00:16:42.000 They were building up.
00:16:43.000 It was in a battleground state.
00:16:46.000 They were obviously going to try to force this ahead of the election.
00:16:50.000 This is one that even if Trump won, he wouldn't be able to pardon himself.
00:16:55.000 It'd be very difficult for him to navigate.
00:16:57.000 So, this is the one that always concerned me the most.
00:17:00.000 Now, the Department of Justice ones concern me, but they could be pardoned either in future dates by a future president or Donald Trump if he were to win.
00:17:10.000 That one doesn't bother me as much.
00:17:11.000 And federal court is very slow.
00:17:13.000 There's a robust appeal process.
00:17:16.000 You can go up to the Supreme Court.
00:17:17.000 There's a lot of different elements and dimensions to the federal process.
00:17:22.000 Trump has never been convicted of insurrection, but Fulton County was always this problem.
00:17:29.000 We talked about it from the beginning.
00:17:30.000 It was the only one of the indictments last year that were obviously coordinated, where Donald Trump received a mugshot.
00:17:37.000 It was the only one that involved all these different quote-unquote co-conspirators, where they went to these poor people that did nothing wrong and they tried to ruin them financially to get them to plead guilty, to use them as witnesses in the eventual trial against Donald Trump.
00:17:55.000 So, Georgia has always been the most serious and it received the most fanfare.
00:18:00.000 However, from the beginning, we said on this program, they're not sending their best to Fulton County.
00:18:07.000 Remember the early indictment with typos that was sent out?
00:18:11.000 Fanny Willis never really seemed to be ready for prime time.
00:18:16.000 And the Democrats, Rachel Maddow, especially, and Chris Hayes on MSNBC, they were fawning over Fanny.
00:18:24.000 And she is the one.
00:18:26.000 She's the chosen one.
00:18:27.000 Jack Smith will slow things down, but the federal process is complicated.
00:18:31.000 Alvin Bragg pierced the veil and crossed the Rubicon.
00:18:35.000 But Georgia, Georgia, baby, is where we put the orange man behind bars.
00:18:43.000 And we can go back in the archives.
00:18:45.000 I don't know when I said it, but we did say this.
00:18:48.000 I remember it very clearly.
00:18:51.000 I said the Kyle Rittenhouse trial was an amazing Lesson.
00:18:57.000 Jack Pesobic deserves great credit.
00:18:59.000 He was really the leader.
00:19:00.000 He was so obsessed with it and he did such a great job.
00:19:03.000 The Kyle Rittenhouse trial, and we said this about six or seven months ago, and our prediction is proving to be true, is the Kyle Rittenhouse trial showed us what happens when local prosecution gets national attention and gets under the scrutiny of the social media influencer network that we have developed across the board,
00:19:31.000 of Benny Johnson, of Jack Pesobic, of Steve Bannon, of Sean Davis, of Molly Hemingway, of this incredible network, this decentralized communication machine.
00:19:44.000 Remember with Kyle Rittenhouse, looked like Kyle Rittenhouse is going to have to go to jail.
00:19:50.000 Not the only reason, but one of the reasons why the prosecution just collapsed is all of a sudden there was a daily cross-examination happening on social media.
00:20:00.000 We made them famous.
00:20:01.000 We made Lunchbox famous.
00:20:03.000 All of a sudden, these guys that thought that they could hide and put Kyle Rittenhouse in jail, they were household names.
00:20:12.000 And we predicted on this program six months ago that Nathan Wade and Fannie Willis, they're not going to be ready for that scrutiny.
00:20:21.000 They're not going to be ready for that pressure.
00:20:23.000 Now, on the federal level, they are ready for that pressure.
00:20:25.000 Jack Smith has been through that.
00:20:27.000 He's not a very good prosecutor.
00:20:29.000 But the trials are not televised.
00:20:31.000 They're in much different type of jury configuration.
00:20:34.000 But on the local level, all of a sudden, these are people that are used to dealing with gun charges and misdemeanors and at the worst, you know, murder charges, which are complex cases, but they don't feel the weight of the world descend.
00:20:51.000 Very few people are cut out for that, especially these criminals of Nathan Wade and Fannie Willis.
00:20:59.000 Here's just another good one.
00:21:01.000 Just enjoy Nathan Wade.
00:21:02.000 By the way, Nathan Wade has never been part of a DA office.
00:21:05.000 This is amateur hour.
00:21:06.000 Hey, Democrats, it's the best you have.
00:21:09.000 You guys went all in on this.
00:21:11.000 This is going to explode in your face.
00:21:13.000 It is exploding in your face.
00:21:14.000 You guys spend all this time saying Donald Trump is a criminal.
00:21:17.000 It turns out the people that are investing Donald Trump are the criminals.
00:21:21.000 Play cut 110.
00:21:23.000 Because she was very emphatic and adamant about this independent, strong woman thing.
00:21:32.000 So she demanded that she pay her own way.
00:21:35.000 But she's the district attorney of Fulton County, and she has to file financial disclosures, disclosing any gifts with anybody that she does business with in Fulton County, correct?
00:21:44.000 I don't know.
00:21:46.000 I don't know.
00:21:47.000 He's supposedly a lawyer, earning a lot of money.
00:21:51.000 Fannie Willis broke protocol.
00:21:53.000 She very well might have broke the law.
00:21:55.000 Nathan Wade alongside of it.
00:21:58.000 These people should be criminally investigated and this entire case needs to be punted immediately.
00:22:04.000 And by the way, shame on the Georgia Senate Republicans that were not leading on this.
00:22:12.000 They kind of said, oh, you know, Fannie Willis can do what she wants.
00:22:15.000 We don't want to be called racist.
00:22:16.000 That's basically how George, that's how a lot of Southern Republicans operate.
00:22:19.000 Not all of them, but a lot of them.
00:22:20.000 We don't want to be called a racist, so we're just going to kind of let it be.
00:22:23.000 Thank goodness one of the co-defendants discovered this.
00:22:27.000 This was done in a pre-trial motion, and it has completely obliterated what has been the lynchpin of the lawfare campaign.
00:22:37.000 So on the lawfare docket, because the lawfare primary is right now the most consequential and the most serious, you have Nathan Wade, big Fannie Willis, and the Georgia cases.
00:22:49.000 You have the federal stuff in two different areas in Florida with documents and DC with January 6th.
00:22:57.000 And breaking today, there is a court date set.
00:23:02.000 There's a court date set for the Alvin Bragg case.
00:23:07.000 Now, let's go through the details here.
00:23:11.000 Of all the charges, this is the least serious.
00:23:14.000 This is one that even a Democrat Supreme Court might appeal and say this should be a misdemeanor.
00:23:21.000 On March 25th, Donald Trump will be in trial.
00:23:24.000 I just want to make sure that we all understand it is almost a certainty that a New York jury will convict Donald Trump.
00:23:30.000 He did nothing wrong, but we have zip code justice in this country.
00:23:35.000 Zip code justice is that you get a completely different result based on who is in your jury pool.
00:23:42.000 Very genuinely, this is the most messed up case of them all.
00:23:46.000 The Georgia one is screwy.
00:23:48.000 The New York one is beyond.
00:23:51.000 Alvin Bragg is charging Trump with a felony falsification of business records.
00:23:57.000 In New York, that's only a felony if it's done to cover up another felony crime.
00:24:01.000 But Trump has not been charged with another felony.
00:24:04.000 They're accusing him of violating federal election law by paying Stormy Daniels on the grounds that any payment that protects Trump's reputation is, quote, an election expense that should be reported.
00:24:13.000 But if that was a crime, the feds are supposed to charge him and they've chosen not to.
00:24:18.000 Now, timeout, this is connected.
00:24:21.000 You have illegals that are beating up police officers in the streets of New York that are released the next day and given middle fingers to the cameras.
00:24:31.000 And Alvin Bragg's priority is that Donald Trump didn't fill out paperwork correctly, and therefore he needs to be a convicted felon.
00:24:41.000 The trial date is set for March 25th.
00:24:44.000 This is the weakest of all the cases, but we want to make sure that you brace for impact.
00:24:50.000 This is nothing more than an adjective narrative campaign.
00:24:57.000 This is nothing more than giving NBC, ABC, the Associated Press, New York Times, another adjective.
00:25:08.000 They want to be able to say, convicted felon Donald Trump, convicted felon Donald Trump, convicted felon Donald Trump.
00:25:18.000 That's what this whole New York thing is about.
00:25:20.000 This one will not slow him down.
00:25:22.000 This one will likely not result in prison time.
00:25:25.000 This one is such a joke.
00:25:27.000 This is nothing more than how can we change the sound bites around Donald Trump.
00:25:33.000 And I guarantee you, there is a binder full of polling somewhere that demonstrates and shows that adding those two words in front of Donald Trump's name will bring down his polling popularity, his appeal, and his general election chances four to five points or 10 points.
00:25:54.000 Who knows?
00:25:55.000 Now, whether that's true or not doesn't mean anything, but they're pushing this forward because somewhere somebody has run the polling and they believe that being able to say, instead of saying former President Trump, they want to say convicted felon Donald Trump.
00:26:08.000 And watch how quickly that sets in.
00:26:10.000 That's what this is all about.
00:26:12.000 They want to be able to say during the Republican National Convention, they want to be able to say during the entire summer, well, convicted felon Donald Trump, convicted felon Donald Trump, convicted felon Donald Trump.
00:26:23.000 That is the ballgame.
00:26:25.000 Georgia is different.
00:26:27.000 New York is about a messaging play.
00:26:29.000 That's it.
00:26:30.000 New York is about also doing another thing, setting the precedent for other juries to feel as if they're not breaking history.
00:26:40.000 Alvin Bragg was the first out of the gate.
00:26:43.000 Alvin Bragg was the one that crossed the Rubicon and was the first one to indict a former president in the history of this republic.
00:26:50.000 And Alvin Bragg will be the first one to probably convict him.
00:26:54.000 Not because Donald Trump did anything wrong, but because we have zip code justice.
00:26:57.000 We're in an information war, and they want to add two dirty words in front of Donald Trump.
00:27:03.000 That's what this is all about.
00:27:06.000 The world is in flames, and biotinomics is a complete and total disaster, but it can't and won't ruin my day.
00:27:13.000 Why?
00:27:13.000 Because I start my day with a hot America first cup of blackout coffee.
00:27:18.000 It's 100% America and 0% Grift.
00:27:22.000 Blackout Coffee is 100% committed to conservative values, from sourcing the beans to the roasting process, customer support, and shipping.

00:27:42.000 That's blackoutcoffee.com/slash Charlie.
00:27:45.000 Check it out, promo code Charlie.
00:27:49.000 ESPN is something else.
00:27:51.000 I'm not going to spend a lot of time on this because there are other news.
00:27:54.000 Police say mass shooting at Chiefs Parade appears to have stemmed from dispute among several people.
00:28:00.000 Why don't you just say that it was gang violence?
00:28:02.000 Why is that so hard for you to say ESPN?
00:28:06.000 How many times do they have to work this through at their political correct committee?
00:28:10.000 Police say mass shooting at Chiefs Parade appears to have stemmed from dispute among several people.
00:28:19.000 Oh, really?
00:28:20.000 I thought it would be a dispute amongst something else.
00:28:23.000 I mean, what kind of stupid thing is that?
00:28:25.000 Anyway, you know what's really going on there.
00:28:26.000 It's ridiculous.
00:28:29.000 I don't want to spend too much time on that, but this has all the hallmarks of gang violence.
00:28:35.000 They still haven't pressed any charges.
00:28:37.000 They're about to, I think.
00:28:38.000 They haven't even showed a picture of the people who did this.
00:28:41.000 And half the victims are kids.
00:28:43.000 Of course, it's gang-related.
00:28:45.000 They don't want to say that because they don't want to be racially insensitive.
00:28:48.000 ESPN doesn't.
00:28:49.000 All right.
00:28:49.000 I don't want to spend too much time on that.
00:28:51.000 And by the way, some great civilians stepped up, some great patriots.
00:28:54.000 It gives me faith in the country.
00:28:55.000 It really does.
00:28:57.000 That there are people that will step up and put their life on the line.
00:29:00.000 And by the way, these people that go open fire, gang violence at a Chiefs celebration and kids get hospitalized?
00:29:10.000 Yeah.
00:29:12.000 I hope the furthest extent of, was this on the Missouri side?
00:29:16.000 It probably was.
00:29:17.000 Imagine how.
00:29:18.000 And by the way, these people's pictures should be all over television, but it's not.
00:29:24.000 It's not.
00:29:26.000 ESPN had this whole thing yesterday.
00:29:29.000 I went to a restaurant yesterday and with the family and they had the whole thing.
00:29:32.000 And all of a sudden, they stopped the coverage.
00:29:35.000 They said, well, we have suspects arrested and we'll be back.
00:29:38.000 Okay, let's continue on the lawfare primary.
00:29:41.000 That story really fires me up.
00:29:43.000 The Fulton County case, the Jack Smith case.
00:29:48.000 Of course, we have the Eugene Carroll thing, which is just so unbelievable.
00:29:51.000 This precedent that I could just take your money.
00:29:53.000 Don't forget, we also have the New York civil case on top of this.
00:29:57.000 The New York civil case on top of this is we're just going to take Trump's stuff.
00:30:02.000 We're just going to take his entire business empire.
00:30:04.000 We're going to take Donald Trump's entire business empire from him.
00:30:08.000 We're going to try to make him a convicted felon.
00:30:11.000 And then the Jack Smith stuff seems to really be slowing down to a halt.
00:30:14.000 Not to mention we have this 14th Amendment with the Supreme Court.
00:30:18.000 Supreme Court of the United States is considering the 14th Amendment side.
00:30:21.000 You really have to take pause.
00:30:24.000 Even if you hate Donald Trump and you see how many legal challenges that he's facing, if you hate Donald Trump to your core, are you thrilled with this?
00:30:36.000 If you're thrilled with this, you're a very dark person.
00:30:39.000 You just are.
00:30:40.000 If you're really that happy with having to use the Fulton County Department of Justice, the civil courts, the New York Attorney General, Manhattan DA to try to stop a former president from participating in election all under the name of democracy, you have a very, very sinister and demented vision for the country, not even a vision.
00:31:04.000 And it goes to show how much hatred and venom for Donald Trump there actually is.
00:31:11.000 And this is morally despicable, what is happening.
00:31:14.000 I hope we can recover and heal from this.
00:31:17.000 And by the way, this is what I laugh when people get so angry.
00:31:20.000 Oh, Donald Trump wants retribution.
00:31:23.000 Okay, I mean, he's being targeted by every government agency ever.
00:31:28.000 Oh, you know, I'm just going to kind of cheerio.
00:31:32.000 And even with this, he is overcoming the lawfare.
00:31:37.000 While Nikki Haley is claiming Trump is wasting our resources, truth be told, he's helping to fight a system that has turned against us.
00:31:45.000 And it's a sad reality.
00:31:46.000 It is a very heavy reality, which is our government is not there to protect us.
00:31:56.000 Our government is there to target us.
00:31:59.000 If you are a center-right, religious, God-fearing, liberty-loving person, your government has contempt for you.
00:32:09.000 And that is a very hard reality for some people to believe, because you want to believe that our government has our best interests at heart and our government wants what's best for us.
00:32:19.000 That has not been the case for quite some time.
00:32:22.000 But now the government is the enemy of the American people.
00:32:25.000 And that is a very difficult truth to swallow, especially hard for those of you that grew up in a decent country.
00:32:33.000 But it is the truth.
