00:00:03.000 My name is Charlie Kirk.
00:00:05.000 I run the largest pro American student organization in the country fighting for the future of our republic.
00:00:11.000 My call is to fight evil and to proclaim truth.
00:00:14.000 If the most important thing for you is just feeling good, you're going to end up miserable.
00:00:19.000 But if the most important thing is doing good, you will end up purposeful.
00:00:24.000 College is a scam, everybody.
00:00:26.000 You've got to stop sending your kids to college.
00:00:27.000 You should get married as young as possible and have as many kids as possible.
00:00:31.000 Go start a Turning Point USA college chapter.
00:00:33.000 Go start a Turning Point USA High School chapter.
00:00:35.000 Go find out how your church can get involved.
00:00:37.000 Sign up and become an activist.
00:00:39.000 I gave my life to the Lord in fifth grade.
00:00:41.000 Most important decision I ever made in my life.
00:00:43.000 And I encourage you to do the same.
00:00:45.000 Here I am.
00:00:46.000 Lord, use me.
00:00:48.000 Buckle up, everybody.
00:00:49.000 Here we go.

00:01:17.000 All right, everybody.
00:01:18.000 Welcome, welcome.
00:01:20.000 September 25th, 2026.
00:01:22.000 We're here in Phoenix, Arizona, live at the YRefi Studios.
00:01:26.000 Blake has his own mic flag.
00:01:28.000 Yes.
00:01:29.000 And a mic flag with a bigger YRefi logo on it.
00:01:32.000 It's true.
00:01:33.000 Lots to get to today.
00:01:35.000 Obviously, everybody's talking about G and Trump.
00:01:39.000 But we got an election in 39 days.
00:01:41.000 I think we have a graphic right there.
00:01:43.000 And that's what we have our sights on here 39 days until the midterms.
00:01:48.000 And I just want to say vote, fight, win.
00:01:53.000 Don't trust the polls.
00:01:54.000 When have you ever seen a poll that oversampled Republicans?
00:01:58.000 You've never seen one because it doesn't happen.
00:02:00.000 They're trying to convince me Tal Rico's up five in Texas.
00:02:03.000 I don't believe it.
00:02:05.000 His internal polls have him slightly ahead, but it is a dogfight.
00:02:08.000 It is a dogfight.
00:02:09.000 We're going to take the basis temperature right now.
00:02:11.000 Vibe check with the vase.
00:02:13.000 With the base, with none other than Kane from Citizen Free Press, who joins us now.
00:02:17.000 Kane, my friend, it's been too long.
00:02:19.000 How are you doing?
00:02:21.000 Everything is good here in Bloomington.
00:02:27.000 Bloomington is kind of hopping.
00:02:28.000 There's a Friday night football game.
00:02:30.000 We have Northwestern.
00:02:32.000 Yeah, Northwestern, who's fresh off whooping Deion Sanders in Colorado.
00:02:38.000 What was that, 41 7 last week?
00:02:40.000 Brutal.
00:02:41.000 Just brutal.
00:02:41.000 Yeah, a little side note.
00:02:43.000 Can you imagine being a Colorado Buffaloes fan?
00:02:46.000 You get all that hype two, three years ago, four years ago when Deion comes to town.
00:02:50.000 They paid him that massive contract.
00:02:52.000 He was like, I'm going to recruit the best players.
00:02:54.000 Everybody's going to come one.
00:02:56.000 And even when he had his son, when he had Hunter, that amazing wide receiver, deep like they felt like they were a six and five team that could barely beat Colorado State.
00:03:07.000 Yeah.
00:03:08.000 But Indiana's doing good.
00:03:11.000 Indiana's doing well.
00:03:12.000 Yes.
00:03:13.000 Yeah.
00:03:14.000 So, anyway, so that's a nice Friday night game.
00:03:17.000 You know, Northwestern, they got a bunch of billionaires from that business school.
00:03:21.000 They're like the Amos, they're like the Tuck School at Dartmouth.
00:03:25.000 They got a bunch of billionaires, and so they can buy a team now.
00:03:30.000 Like, their quarterback is the Michigan State quarterback from the last few years, who's immensely talented.
00:03:36.000 They're sort of like the new Vanderbilt.
00:03:38.000 Well, it's interesting.
00:03:39.000 Yeah, NIL has totally opened up football.
00:03:41.000 I mean, it's the worst thing ever.
00:03:43.000 The playoff and the NIL, it's like nothing makes sense anymore.
00:03:46.000 You got, Then you got Indiana who's winning national championships.
00:03:50.000 I don't know what that's about.
00:03:51.000 I don't know how you guys pulled that off.
00:03:52.000 19 straight, brother.
00:03:54.000 19 straight victories.
00:03:55.000 That was one of the most miraculous stories in college football history the fact that Indiana won last year.
00:04:02.000 Absolutely shouldn't have happened, but it happened.
00:04:05.000 Totally.
00:04:06.000 Kane, you run Citizen Free Press.
00:04:09.000 You are always on top of the news.
00:04:12.000 CitizenFreePress.com.
00:04:13.000 You got to check it out.
00:04:14.000 He's updating the stack all the time.
00:04:17.000 Right now, at the top of the stack is the fact that you're coming on with us.
00:04:20.000 So that's excellent.
00:04:21.000 So click on that link.
00:04:24.000 Let's brass tacks it.
00:04:26.000 There is a lot of negativity out there, right?
00:04:30.000 You've got Mark Halpern going viral.
00:04:31.000 I don't know if you saw it.
00:04:32.000 Mark, who always comes on the show.
00:04:33.000 Well, he said out loud what he said on the show.
00:04:36.000 Which was that if you're in a Trump plus 15 district, you got to pull.
00:04:41.000 Run a poll because you might be in trouble.
00:04:43.000 I mean, that's kind of where he's saying.
00:04:45.000 Now, it looks like some of this is hitting red states more than it's hitting blue states, right?
00:04:50.000 So we might have like a weird map where we win, you know, we win Minnesota, we win Maine, and we lose Kansas and Nebraska.
00:04:58.000 You never know what could happen here.
00:05:00.000 But tell us, give us a vibe check on the base right now.
00:05:04.000 Well, first, let me say I'm with you from your cold open.
00:05:08.000 The VEC has to win Ohio.
00:05:10.000 I cannot stand Amy Acton's voice. 0.99
00:05:13.000 If I have to listen to her for the next four years, I'll lose my freaking mind. 0.96
00:05:17.000 Yeah, seriously. 0.92
00:05:18.000 We will not be bought, Ohio.
00:05:21.000 Yeah, it was awful.
00:05:22.000 I'd never even seen that clip before.
00:05:24.000 The team dug up.
00:05:25.000 Yeah, it is awful.
00:05:26.000 So, yeah, you said it right.
00:05:28.000 39 days, vote early.
00:05:29.000 You know, Charlie was on this, and it really helped in 2024.
00:05:33.000 Get out and vote early.
00:05:34.000 Get it out of the way.
00:05:35.000 Get your friends.
00:05:36.000 If you have early voting in your state, get out and do it.
00:05:40.000 I think your statement right before you tossed it to me the first time, you know, on Tallarico and the polling.
00:05:46.000 Look, this is, you've seen my headlines in the stack.
00:05:49.000 This is a pure turnout election.
00:05:52.000 Whichever side can boost their turnout by 20% is going to win in terms of best case scenario versus worst case.
00:05:59.000 I still believe that Abbott and Tallarico, excuse me, Abbott and Paxton are going to win in Texas.
00:06:06.000 But that, you know, that's a weirdly close race.
00:06:09.000 You were correct.
00:06:10.000 Before you mentioned Minnesota, I was going to bring up Michelle Tafoya. 1.00
00:06:14.000 There was a poll, you know, Peggy Flanagan is a historically bad candidate. 1.00
00:06:18.000 Yep. 0.99
00:06:19.000 And I honestly believe that Michelle Tafoya is going to pull independence and win there.
00:06:23.000 And I think that Sununu is going to beat Chris Pappas.
00:06:28.000 And I'm a Greek guy, half Greek, but Pappas is, guys with the last name of Pappas rarely win political elections.
00:06:36.000 So he's not going to take that.
00:06:38.000 And that's what's so interesting about this.
00:06:40.000 You know, Blake and I, before the show, were talking about basically there's been a mass demoralization campaign that's going on.
00:06:46.000 You've got.
00:06:47.000 Formerly conservative pundits basically endorsing against, you know, Republicans.
00:06:53.000 You've got everybody saying how, you know, Trump has betrayed the base and all this.
00:06:58.000 I mean, listen, it makes no sense in the world that if you are upset about Iran, which, fine, I'm upset about Iran, you're free to be upset about Iran.
00:07:08.000 That is your American right.
00:07:10.000 But to then stay out of the election, stay at home, or to hand power over to the people that want you dead, that mock Charlie's death, that want to. 0.77
00:07:19.000 Take wealth from white people to give it to non white people? 0.75
00:07:23.000 It's like they have, and they probably do, they entirely have amnesia for the reality they lived in five years ago. 0.97
00:07:28.000 Totally.
00:07:29.000 That you had to be worried a mob would show up and burn your downtown down, loot businesses, and politicians would say the rioters were right.
00:07:36.000 That they were going to let in millions of people a year, wave them in with no process at all.
00:07:42.000 Any criminal, any gang member, anyone got to come in.
00:07:45.000 No one's getting deported.
00:07:47.000 They'll bring that day one if they have the ability to.
00:07:50.000 That they'll. 0.95
00:07:51.000 If you're a young college guy feeling demoralized, guys, they hate young white men. 0.61
00:07:56.000 They openly say it all the time.
00:07:59.000 They still are saying it all of the time.
00:08:01.000 If you go read that article about that we were talking about on Thought Crime last night about the weird lesbian bar in Massachusetts.
00:08:08.000 Oh, last night. 0.86
00:08:09.000 There are millions of people who it's still 2020 for them and they dream about it being 2020 again as soon as possible.
00:08:16.000 Yeah.
00:08:16.000 So, vibe check, Kane, everything that we just talked about, the demoralization campaign.
00:08:21.000 Yeah.
00:08:22.000 Are you seeing it?
00:08:23.000 Are you seeing it on your site or is it.
00:08:26.000 No, no, no.
00:08:27.000 Good.
00:08:28.000 I'm not.
00:08:29.000 I'm not.
00:08:29.000 I think people know that these polls are a game.
00:08:33.000 They're rigged.
00:08:34.000 Like you said, when was the last time they oversampled Republicans?
00:08:37.000 Never.
00:08:39.000 Our side doesn't even pick up the phone, doesn't like to, you know, and it's become a point of pride even on our side to like screw with the polls, with all of the polling so much by just not being involved.
00:08:50.000 I think everybody understands look, if people are reading sites like Citizen Free Press and watching your show, these are the part of the 10% that are politically.
00:08:58.000 Involved.
00:08:59.000 You know what I mean?
00:09:00.000 Like, I'm always trying to sort of determine what percent is paying attention and what.
00:09:04.000 And I really feel like it's only about 10% on our side and maybe 10% on the rest on their side.
00:09:09.000 And then the other 80% kind of go with the flow.
00:09:12.000 So, no, people know that they understand that midterm elections generally are low turnout.
00:09:18.000 So they know that good numbers can deliver, you know, the, the, we could shock the world essentially, what Ali said.
00:09:26.000 And I totally agree.
00:09:28.000 Yeah.
00:09:28.000 And I think people are excited to do that.
00:09:30.000 Like, They know I've tried to put the polls up and I try to remind people that none of these polls matter, especially in a low turnout election.
00:09:38.000 And I think people are excited to sort of shock, you know, kind of shock the mainstream media.
00:09:44.000 And let's not forget how bad the polling has been starting in 2016.
00:09:49.000 Like they've missed the whole, they've been five points off on the whole Trump.
00:09:53.000 So no, yeah, quick reminder.
00:09:57.000 I mean, a quick wrap up would be, no, I say people are excited to get out there and vote.
00:10:03.000 And, you know, I feel okay.
00:10:06.000 Yeah, I've been messaging with David Marcus, who's a Fox News contributor.
00:10:11.000 And, you know, he's been on the ground in Minnesota.
00:10:14.000 And he's like, listen, I'm not seeing any of this.
00:10:17.000 I'm actually, he thinks that we have a great shot in Minnesota.
00:10:21.000 He says economic anxiety is being exaggerated.
00:10:23.000 He said polls have skewed blue for four consecutive cycles.
00:10:27.000 And the craziness on the left is emerging.
00:10:30.000 I certainly hope that that is the truth.
00:10:33.000 Kane, we're talking about this mass.
00:10:36.000 Demoralization campaign.
00:10:37.000 I mean, it's so real.
00:10:39.000 Where do you think this is coming from?
00:10:41.000 Do you think it's legitimate or do you think it's AstroTurfed?
00:10:46.000 You mean, I certainly don't think the sentiment is as negative.
00:10:51.000 If you mean that part, legitimate or AstroTurfed, it's AstroTurfed.
00:10:55.000 I mean, look, first off, we all know this, right?
00:10:57.000 Twitter and X, this is a world unto itself.
00:11:01.000 So you can never, even politically, take comments.
00:11:04.000 For example, like the whole Charlie Kirk, Candace Owens, Tyler Robinson thing.
00:11:09.000 You have to understand the, the. 1.00
00:11:11.000 You know that's this really small sliver of of idiots. 0.99
00:11:15.000 Uh, on x and and the rest of Republicans sort of don't feel that way and I feel I think it's the same when it comes to Trump and Republicans. 0.99
00:11:24.000 Here you have all of this sort of Iran negativity on on x.
00:11:29.000 Um, I don't really feel like that.
00:11:31.000 That has seeped into the conscience of of sort of typical Republicans, people like my mom who don't pay attention to the news.
00:11:39.000 But you know Jen, you know, And so I think we can sort of, when you're in the weeds every day, you can sort of think that things are too monumental.
00:11:48.000 I, you know, so what's the big thing we're all seeing, right?
00:11:51.000 There was that poll last week that showed that Trump, not, it was Harry Enton.
00:11:55.000 I put it in the stack.
00:11:56.000 It was Harry Enton talking about how Trump has the exact same numbers with whites without a college degree as he had in 2024, meaning he had no loss.
00:12:05.000 So, where have they been saying we're losing the numbers?
00:12:07.000 They claim it's with independence and with Hispanic independence specifically.
00:12:12.000 But then I saw another poll, I haven't actually, I'm going to post it today, that showed that with like Harry Enton and CNN are saying that we're down 41 points or Trump has lost 41 points.
00:12:25.000 with hispanics uh since 2024 but i saw another poll that showed him dead that currently they're dead even on him 50 50.
00:12:35.000 so i honestly i believe that it's a mass psyop i think they do this every time and even more so with trump i feel like it's this mass polling psyop and and they use it to try to you know and and look last thing before i throw it back i'm not saying we're going to win the house the house is going to be tough we there's no doubt but i'm confident on the senate I'm a little bit worried about Kansas because Marshall,
00:13:01.000 you know, he had that stuff come out about his doctor billing and how he was going after people.
00:13:07.000 And then in Alaska, you know, Mary Peltola, she's a weird sort of tough candidate to beat. 0.73
00:13:14.000 She was able to beat Sarah Palin to become Congresswoman, and now she's pulling ahead.
00:13:19.000 But I feel like, as I said before, those are countered by we're going to, Sununu's going to win in New Hampshire, and Tofoya is going to win in Minnesota.
00:13:29.000 So I feel like we're going to hold the Senate and lose the House.
00:13:33.000 Yeah, there's a lot of people that are still kind of on that train.
00:13:35.000 I mean, listen, if we win Maine and Texas and we either pick off Minnesota or New Hampshire, I mean, game over.
00:13:47.000 We've got the Senate, right?
00:13:48.000 I mean, you never know what's going to happen with Fetterman.
00:13:50.000 But the point is, I can't stress this enough.
00:13:54.000 Base turnout elections, which is what midterms are, are all about getting to the polls, getting people out.
00:13:59.000 That's why we've invested so heavily in Arizona, Nevada, and New Hampshire.
00:14:04.000 That's why we're going all in on those states.
00:14:06.000 And we're also trying to build a red wall for 2028.
00:14:08.000 But this is a base turnout election.
00:14:10.000 So if you are our opponents, our political opponents, I'm going to not say enemy just for today.
00:14:18.000 What would you do?
00:14:19.000 You would try and demoralize the base to tell us there's no hope, that it's so far gone, don't even show up.
00:14:25.000 And I'm not going to play that game.
00:14:27.000 You don't fight because you know you're going to win.
00:14:28.000 You fight because it's the right thing to do.
00:14:30.000 So if you are listening in the sound of my voice, you need to get out and make a plan.
00:14:35.000 Go volunteer, chase some ballots.
00:14:37.000 I'm telling you.
00:14:39.000 This is still an open ballgame.
00:14:42.000 This is still an open question.
00:14:43.000 What's going to happen in this midterms?
00:14:45.000 And it's all going to depend on whether or not we have the presence of mind to still sacrifice and give something for this country, or are we just going to let the people that hate us, that mock Charlie's death, that want abortion on demand, open borders, DEI, everything despise America.
00:15:01.000 It is obvious in everything they do, everything they say.
00:15:05.000 They are people who have deep, deep ill will.
00:15:09.000 For this country and its people.
00:15:11.000 And you can be frustrated.
00:15:12.000 You can say it's not 100% of what you wanted.
00:15:16.000 It wasn't 100% of what you wanted in the first term for Trump either.
00:15:19.000 And what did you get when a bunch of people sat at home and we ended up getting President Biden in 2020?
00:15:23.000 Or when a bunch of ballots made their way to the House.
00:15:26.000 Whatever you want to say.
00:15:27.000 But the point is, easily could have been overcome.
00:15:29.000 Yeah.
00:15:29.000 I mean, listen, that is what we're up against.
00:15:31.000 The Democrats really have become an existential threat to America as we know it.
00:15:36.000 So there is one firewall to freedom still.
00:15:38.000 There's one firewall of common sense, of sanity.
00:15:42.000 And that.
00:15:42.000 Unfortunately, at times, it is the Republican Party.
00:15:45.000 But we're going to make it better.
00:15:47.000 That's the point.
00:15:47.000 You reform it from within.
00:15:49.000 You make it better election by election by election, incrementally.
00:15:52.000 You don't burn it down.
00:15:54.000 And I know that that's a lot of the sentiment that we see from young people.
00:15:58.000 Trust me, we talk to our turning point kids all the time, and there is a nihilism, not necessarily with our kids, but the kids that they know on campus, the kids they're going to school with.
00:16:05.000 There is nihilism, cynicism.
00:16:07.000 And they seem to be willing to just give it to the next guy just as a point of frustration.
00:16:13.000 But we got to stay focused, guys.
00:16:14.000 Go ahead, Ken.
00:16:15.000 Yeah, and it's so dangerous.
00:16:17.000 What you're pointing out is so dangerous for people to have that attitude.
00:16:20.000 I can see how it happens on young people who aren't necessarily politically active and maybe aren't really digging deep with headlines every day if they're seeing stuff on Apple News.
00:16:29.000 Everything's been being painted to make Republicans in the Trump administration look horrible.
00:16:33.000 I mean, that's the game.
00:16:34.000 It's from the moment Trump won in 2024, the media knows their job and that they immediately sort of turn on the switch where, all right, time to completely destroy this party so independents no longer vote for him.
00:16:47.000 And look, you know, there's all kinds of things that we can say to try to get people out.
00:16:52.000 I shouldn't have really said, you know, that I thought we would lose the House.
00:16:55.000 Because you know what?
00:16:56.000 That was just sort of me making a prediction.
00:16:58.000 I'm into this whole underdog thing.
00:17:00.000 Like, I think being the underdog drives turnout as long as the base is not demoralized.
00:17:05.000 And again, I'm seeing no signs of it.
00:17:08.000 You say from your personal experience, you guys aren't seeing, you know.
00:17:11.000 So I feel like we can shock the world.
00:17:14.000 We can hold the Senate and maybe we can win and squeak by in the House by two or three seats.
00:17:20.000 I mean, we did get the, with all of the redistricting, we did get like a plus five.
00:17:25.000 There.
00:17:26.000 So it's not out of the question at all.
00:17:28.000 If, you know, if one extra person or hell, heck, if it's two extra people out of 10, we definitely win the House and Senate.
00:17:38.000 If we can get one extra person that doesn't vote in normal midterms, we can turn this into a positive, you know, November for us.
00:17:45.000 I love that, Kane.
00:17:46.000 Let's embrace the underdog status here.
00:17:50.000 Let's defy the odds.
00:17:51.000 Let's shock the world.
00:17:53.000 Everybody's got to show up.
00:17:54.000 You've got to do your part.

00:18:08.000 All right, go Hoosiers.
00:18:09.000 Good to be with you guys.
00:18:11.000 One of these days, I'm getting to Arizona.
00:18:12.000 I swear.
00:18:13.000 I love it.
00:18:14.000 Come chase some ballots with us, Kane.
00:18:15.000 That would be epic.
00:18:18.000 Before he ever stepped onto a debate stage or behind a microphone, Charlie understood something really important that if you want to lead, you first have to learn.
00:18:28.000 Charlie believed that ideas shape character.
00:18:30.000 Conviction and courage.
00:18:31.000 That's why he spent years studying the classics, the American founding, and the Bible through Hillsdale College's free online courses.
00:18:37.000 He would rave about these courses all the time.
00:18:40.000 These free online courses are taught by Hillsdale College professors and draw from the same great books and enduring ideas studied on Hillsdale's campus.
00:18:48.000 Hillsdale's newest free online course is the Iliad, where Professor Stephen Smith guides students through Homer's great epic of honor, courage, friendship, leadership, and the pursuit of true greatness.
00:18:59.000 For nearly 3,000 years, the Iliad has shaped the Western imagination.
00:19:03.000 It tells the story of Achilles as he confronts injustice, rage, grief, responsibility, and the terrible costs of war.
00:19:10.000 But Homer's epic is more than a story of ancient battles.
00:19:13.000 It raises enduring questions about courage, duty, leadership, sacrifice, and self command.
00:19:18.000 Achilles is the greatest warrior among the Greeks, but Homer asks whether strength alone is enough to make a man truly great.
00:19:25.000 In this new free online course, you'll follow Achilles through the defining trials of his life and discover why one of the greatest works of Western literature still speaks to the permanent questions of human life.
00:19:35.000 Charlie understood that learning isn't just about Gaining knowledge.
00:19:39.000 It's about forming the mind and character needed to face the challenges of life with wisdom and courage.
00:19:44.000 You can enroll today completely free and take this class or their 40 plus other free online courses.

00:20:03.000 All right.
00:20:04.000 Without further ado, we have Vivek Ramaswamy, candidate for governor of the great state of Ohio.
00:20:10.000 Good to see you, my friend.
00:20:11.000 It's been too long.
00:20:13.000 You and I. Good to see you.
00:20:15.000 It's been a minute.
00:20:15.000 Yeah.
00:20:16.000 Good to talk to you, my man.
00:20:17.000 Well, you have been busy.
00:20:18.000 Very busy.
00:20:19.000 You have been up to something.
00:20:21.000 Why don't we just start big picture?
00:20:22.000 What's it like running for governor?
00:20:24.000 Like, how's that been?
00:20:25.000 Yeah, it's good.
00:20:26.000 I mean, look, it's been a whirlwind of a couple of years.
00:20:28.000 We also have our third kid.
00:20:30.000 We have our first daughter.
00:20:31.000 She's seven months.
00:20:32.000 And, you know, my other kids are six and four.
00:20:34.000 So, in one sense, it's kind of cool to be in my home state.
00:20:38.000 I live in Columbus, it's in the middle of the state.
00:20:39.000 I'll radiate out to a different part of rural Ohio or a different part.
00:20:43.000 I'm going to the OU game in Athens tomorrow.
00:20:45.000 There you go.
00:20:46.000 So, we'll do that and then we'll come back and still put the kids to bed.
00:20:49.000 So, I think it's in some ways more grounded, just in a family sense than a presidential campaign or something national.
00:20:56.000 I will say that on the political side, it is far more localized to how you're going to improve people's lives, period.
00:21:03.000 Okay, crime reduction in the big cities.
00:21:06.000 Ohio's got a lot of cities.
00:21:07.000 People forget that.
00:21:08.000 Urban crime, big deal.
00:21:10.000 Affordability, how you're going to put more money into people's pockets.
00:21:13.000 As a business guy, I'm passionate about bringing economic growth and just basic affordability and property tax reductions, those kinds of issues.
00:21:21.000 And then education is something that is very different because the federal government can't do much by way of helping education.
00:21:27.000 That is exclusively in the domain of states.
00:21:29.000 And I think that that's what separates it from some of my initial experiences in politics, or even before I entered politics, looking at federal issues, looking at macro issues.
00:21:38.000 Here it's very much micro what's on the ground, what's going to improve people's lives.
00:21:43.000 And the fact that you can actually do it, and that's what I've been convinced of in the last year and a half, is that a governor can actually make a difference in those areas where actions will speak louder than words.
00:21:54.000 That's what gets me pretty excited to start the job.
00:21:57.000 Well, I love that because there is no more.
00:22:00.000 Local policy.
00:22:01.000 I mean, maybe a mayor, but when you're governor, you are so close to your people.
00:22:05.000 I mean, it's, this is, you know, table issues, right?
00:22:09.000 You know, putting money in people's pockets.
00:22:11.000 So let's talk about this because you came up with a big new plan, big new announcement.
00:22:17.000 I've seen it everywhere on social media about you're going to be reducing taxes, specifically when it comes to energy, gas, diesel, things like this.
00:22:25.000 Tell us about this new plan you just rolled out.
00:22:27.000 Yeah, sure.
00:22:28.000 So it's kind of a big deal, particularly in Ohio, but other states can do this too.
00:22:32.000 And then there's a federal component, which I'll come to at the end.
00:22:34.000 So it's the gas tax.
00:22:36.000 Okay, it's an invisible tax that people pay at the pump.
00:22:38.000 It's a certain amount of cents.
00:22:39.000 In Ohio, it's 38.5 cents per gallon.
00:22:42.000 But for diesel, this is a big deal, as well as 47 cents a gallon.
00:22:46.000 Diesel, as you probably well know, is at an all time high, record high, never been higher in Ohio.
00:22:51.000 And that is not the fault of Ohioans.
00:22:54.000 Okay, so I'm running very much on an Ohioans first platform.
00:22:58.000 So the question is whatever's happening globally, that's not the fault of Ohioans here in our state.
00:23:03.000 The 12 million people in our state need relief.
00:23:05.000 What can we do?
00:23:06.000 And the traditional MO is that you wait till you're elected, you have a campaign promise, you say, I'm going to do something then.
00:23:12.000 I looked at the situation and said, you know what?
00:23:14.000 We've got the legislature.
00:23:16.000 We've got both branches.
00:23:16.000 Republicans are in control.
00:23:18.000 It's a Republican governor.
00:23:19.000 There's a chance to make a difference now.
00:23:21.000 Someone just needs to really, in some sense, light the catalyst, okay?
00:23:26.000 So that's what I did.
00:23:27.000 I got both chambers of the legislature together.
00:23:29.000 I brought leaders together.
00:23:30.000 I'm not elected yet, but I know all these guys.
00:23:32.000 We brought them together and said, let's get the gas tax suspension passed.
00:23:36.000 It's not rocket science because there's one state.
00:23:39.000 That actually does have an active gas tax suspension today.
00:23:42.000 It's our neighboring state of Indiana.
00:23:44.000 And if you drive across the border between Ohio and Indiana, last year gas prices were lower in Ohio, but after Indiana adopted this last year, or in April of this year, I should say, it's now 47 cents a gallon lower in Indiana.
00:23:56.000 That's a big deal.
00:23:58.000 So my view is Ohio should at least be the second state that has one intact right now.
00:24:02.000 And I got the legislators together, and what do you know, next week, it looks like next week, they're going to pass that into law even before I'm governor.
00:24:10.000 And so for me, that's just a style of leadership point is actions speak louder than words.
00:24:16.000 I think a lot of times Republicans will get elected on proclamations.
00:24:19.000 I believe in actually getting the thing done, and this was a good example of that.
00:24:25.000 And after we announced this, another positive came on Bernie Moreno, my friend and senator from Ohio, said that he has a bill in the Senate, in the U.S. Senate, to say that any state that adopts a gas tax suspension, like Indiana or like Ohio after next week, hopefully we pass this year, he would actually have a bill to suspend the federal gas tax.
00:24:44.000 So that's an extra double whammy of savings on top.
00:24:48.000 And this is a big deal, right?
00:24:49.000 When gas prices spike, there's two wars abroad, there's all kinds of other shortages and factors affecting it.
00:24:54.000 But our job here in Ohio isn't to proclaim to solve the world's problems, it's to solve problems in Ohio for Ohioans.
00:25:01.000 And that's the way I want to lead the state.
00:25:03.000 Well, how much would that actually result in savings for families?
00:25:06.000 And the diesel thing cannot be overstated.
00:25:08.000 We had a rancher call in from, I think he was from Oregon, and he was basically saying diesel, because it's so expensive, is putting him in a position where he was going out of business, but it was really pressing him.
00:25:20.000 And I can imagine in a state like Ohio with all that rural and agricultural land that farmers are really feeling it.
00:25:26.000 Farmers, truckers, it's a big deal.
00:25:29.000 So, in some sense, the gas prices have been higher.
00:25:31.000 They haven't been this high since 2022, but still, it did reach this height under Biden under 22.
00:25:36.000 The diesel price spike, I think, is a double whammy on top of it.
00:25:40.000 And so, you asked how much are they going to save?
00:25:41.000 There's both the direct savings, but then there's also a lot of indirect savings that are arguably even a bigger deal.
00:25:48.000 So, on gas, look, we said a 90 day suspension.
00:25:50.000 That's a couple hundred bucks, a few hundred bucks in families' pockets.
00:25:54.000 On average, for a family, let's just say it's a standard ordinary family with two drivers in the house, you know, to take that as the standard case.
00:26:00.000 You're talking about a few hundred bucks.
00:26:02.000 And that is maybe the difference between comfortably buying Christmas presents for your family over Christmas or having to think twice about it.
00:26:09.000 And to me, that's a big deal ahead of the holiday season, just for ordinary families.
00:26:13.000 Then you look at farmers, this is ahead of harvest season.
00:26:15.000 It's a big deal for farmers.
00:26:17.000 That's a big deal for the ag community in particular.
00:26:20.000 And then on diesel, let's talk about, let's just say, the standard trucker, okay, independent trucker.
00:26:25.000 This would be close to $2,000 in savings just over the next 90 days.
00:26:30.000 And again, ahead of the holidays, they have their own families too.
00:26:32.000 That's a big, big deal.
00:26:35.000 And those are just the direct savings.
00:26:37.000 Well, people don't know a lot about Andrew.
00:26:39.000 And it's not people's job to know this.
00:26:40.000 It's the job of leaders of a state to know this.
00:26:42.000 Ordinary citizens can't be expected to be paying attention to this stuff.
00:26:45.000 They've got jobs of their own.
00:26:47.000 But here's a fact that you're probably not aware of is that when you look at grocery prices or prices at the shelf, everyone sees those have gone up.
00:26:54.000 The traditional wisdom in both parties is there isn't much a state can do about that.
00:26:58.000 other than boneheaded stuff like Mamdani saying you're going to have state run grocery stores. 1.00
00:27:02.000 That's idiotic. 1.00
00:27:03.000 It's socialist solutions that aren't going to help anybody. 1.00
00:27:06.000 But the traditional wisdom is outside of those zany socialist solutions, there's nothing that a state leader could do.
00:27:11.000 That's actually not right.
00:27:12.000 So you look at this diesel gas tax, these diesel gas tax suspension on the diesel side, it's about 1%.
00:27:19.000 This is a conservative estimate.
00:27:21.000 1% of the total cost of everything you buy off the shelf, including a grocery, is actually attributable to the diesel that was burned to get it there.
00:27:30.000 So, then you're talking about an extra couple hundred dollars or at least an extra margin above and beyond the direct savings ahead of the holidays, ahead of Christmas, ahead of buying gifts for your family, ahead of Thanksgiving, having families over for Americans across this great state.
00:27:45.000 That's a big deal.
00:27:46.000 And the fact that we're able to do that even before we're elected is to say that, okay, we can't solve all the problems at once.
00:27:53.000 That's not an excuse for stopping short of solving any of them, right?
00:27:57.000 And I do think that it's a culture I want to see in the Republican Party let our actions speak louder.
00:28:02.000 I think that's great.
00:28:04.000 By the way, I'm telling you, midterms are base turnout elections, right?
00:28:09.000 And your most adamant supporters, your most passionate supporters, this is direct relief to the farmers, to the ranchers, to, you know, so up and down.
00:28:17.000 And by the way, $300 for gas, that's going to feed a family, maybe for a week, two weeks, you know?
00:28:23.000 It's a big difference.
00:28:24.000 Might be the difference between, you know, going on vacation over Thanksgiving, over the holidays, and maybe the difference between getting your Christmas gifts for your kids, your nieces, your nephews.
00:28:32.000 That's a big, big difference this time of year.
00:28:34.000 Harvest season for farmers coming up.
00:28:36.000 Huge relief.
00:28:37.000 And the other thing I would say, you mentioned sort of the base turnout pieces.
00:28:40.000 I mean, there's the core economic issues.
00:28:42.000 There's also something really important in Ohio this cycle that nobody's even paying attention to, Andrew, which we don't even talk about enough.
00:28:50.000 So, Ohio has a constitutional amendment on the ballot this November.
00:28:56.000 President Trump actually pushed for it.
00:28:58.000 I wrote a piece, again, calling on our legislature at the start of the summer.
00:29:02.000 I said, guys, let's get this on the ballot.
00:29:05.000 And then, thanks, credit to them, they listened, they got it on the ballot.
00:29:08.000 President Trump pushed them to do the same.
00:29:10.000 They got on the ballot issue three, okay, which is effectively a constitutional amendment that would say you have to have photo ID to vote in Ohio elections, putting it in the state constitution.
00:29:24.000 So that makes it reversal proof.
00:29:26.000 And in a year where we couldn't get the Save Act through in Washington, D.C., it's just a perfect contrast and example of what you can do at the state level, whether it's economics, gas tax, and the federal government can follow, or whether it's actually putting it in a state constitution where maybe they pass the Save Act in the future.
00:29:43.000 But a state can lead the way and let the federal government piggyback rather than the other way around.
00:29:48.000 And I know a lot of folks, independents, even conservatives, are often frustrated with what's happening in Washington, D.C.
00:29:55.000 I say, let's fix it at the state level.
00:29:57.000 And the way I'm trying to lead, even before I'm elected in Ohio, working with the legislature to get issue three on the ballot, working with our legislature to get this gas tax suspension passed next week, is to lead through action in ways that sort of shows leaders in Washington, D.C. that this can be done.
00:30:13.000 If a state like Ohio does it, then hopefully other states and even the federal government. Can really follow suit rather than usually get stuck in the mire of doing nothing.
00:30:23.000 Yeah.
00:30:24.000 No, well said.
00:30:25.000 Vivek Ramaswamy is a dear friend of Charlie's, and Charlie really believed in your political talents, Vivek.
00:30:32.000 So honored to have you here.
00:30:34.000 I'm going to, Vivek, I got to play some clips.
00:30:37.000 I have not listened to Amy Acton's actual voice very much.
00:30:43.000 And I'm not asking you to chime in here.
00:30:45.000 Okay.
00:30:46.000 But I'm just saying.
00:30:48.000 Guys, Ohio, don't do this to yourself.
00:30:51.000 Don't do this for four years.
00:30:53.000 You can't, nobody for four years, play sub five.
00:30:56.000 This is a movement of everyday people who are going to tell Mr. Ramaswamy, in no uncertain terms, we are telling this once and for all.
00:31:08.000 You cannot buy this state.
00:31:10.000 You cannot buy Ohio.
00:31:14.000 You can't buy us.
00:31:17.000 You can't buy us.
00:31:19.000 You can't buy us.
00:31:22.000 You can't buy us in Ohio.
00:31:25.000 That is the end of this.
00:31:27.000 That was so ghastly.
00:31:29.000 That sound was so grating, so screechy that it caused a Vic's computer to crash.
00:31:33.000 Yes.
00:31:33.000 Which I don't blame him.
00:31:35.000 He might have thought, I need to get out of here.
00:31:37.000 No, I don't think it was that simple.
00:31:38.000 I think he literally left it out.
00:31:40.000 Eject.
00:31:40.000 Yeah.
00:31:41.000 Eject.
00:31:41.000 To paraphrase George Orwell, if you want a vision of the future, the nightmare future, imagine that voice screeching at you forever or at least the next eight years in Ohio.
00:31:52.000 Ohio, Buckeyes, do not do this to yourself.
00:31:55.000 Oh, man.
00:31:56.000 And that was the most perfect timing right before.
00:32:01.000 Right before her voice starts screeching across the airwaves, boom, he hit the eject button.
00:32:07.000 See, I don't even think that was a technical glitch.
00:32:11.000 I think that just happened because Vivek's been exposed to this.
00:32:14.000 And while we wait for him to get back, it really does feel we're getting this ominous type of left winger.
00:32:20.000 And they kind of want to export this model to state after state. 0.95
00:32:23.000 We, of course, have our own governor in Arizona, Ms. Hobbs.
00:32:27.000 We have Mickey Sherrill off in New Jersey.
00:32:31.000 We have the governor of Virginia, Shellenberg.
00:32:34.000 Yeah, Spamberger.
00:32:35.000 Yeah, Spamberger.
00:32:35.000 Like, just very, you know, shrill, very nice.
00:32:41.000 Mix of like HR lady and Dolores Umbridge.
00:32:44.000 Yeah, let's, I mean, this just, this is, it just keeps going. 0.54
00:32:49.000 Here, she's doing her best Kamala Harris impression. 0.61
00:32:52.000 Oh, no. 0.99
00:32:52.000 Sot 7. 0.99
00:32:53.000 I've said over and over to you that every one of us matters and every day matters, but today is the day that matters.
00:33:04.000 Today is the day.
00:33:07.000 That we have to batten down those hatches.
00:33:11.000 You weren't kidding.
00:33:12.000 That really was a combo.
00:33:13.000 No, that's the word salad.
00:33:14.000 He would sound a little bit closer to combo.
00:33:17.000 Okay, we have Vivek.
00:33:18.000 Vivek, we know what you did there.
00:33:20.000 We're on to you.
00:33:21.000 You failed to avoid that clip.
00:33:23.000 Here's where.
00:33:25.000 I got to protect my sanity, gentlemen.
00:33:27.000 You know, you got to do what you have to do to protect your sanity.
00:33:31.000 You got to do what you got to do.
00:33:32.000 I got to do what I have to do to protect Ohio, man.
00:33:34.000 No, listen.
00:33:36.000 Listen, did you hear the last clip?
00:33:39.000 Or did you not?
00:33:40.000 Unfortunately, I did.
00:33:41.000 I need you to.
00:33:42.000 You've been exposed to more Amy Acton clips than I have.
00:33:46.000 I was hoping you could translate what that.
00:33:49.000 You know, I'm not fluent in that language, but I do know where that language leads Ohio is it leads Ohio down the tubes, and that's not where we're going to go.
00:33:56.000 Well, I wish you would debate you.
00:33:59.000 I wish you would debate you.
00:34:01.000 Here's a fun clip for you.
00:34:02.000 Not for my sake, but for the sake of the voters, I wish so.
00:34:04.000 I know.
00:34:06.000 You've got to take one for the team there.
00:34:07.000 It's a huge sacrifice.
00:34:09.000 Sot 6.
00:34:09.000 Dr. Amy Acton, why have you refused to debate your opponent for that girl?
00:34:13.000 No pictures and no interviews.
00:34:15.000 Why have you refused to debate your opponent for that girl?
00:34:18.000 No interviews.
00:34:21.000 No pictures, no interviews.
00:34:23.000 I said no pictures, no interviews.
00:34:30.000 No pictures, no interviews.
00:34:32.000 No pictures, no interviews.
00:34:34.000 What's that for?
00:34:36.000 You done?
00:34:36.000 Yeah, I'm good.
00:34:38.000 Wow.
00:34:39.000 Is that how your security acts when people try to ask you questions?
00:34:42.000 Oh my gosh.
00:34:44.000 If that were a Republican candidate, this would be a media firestorm.
00:34:48.000 I mean, you look at that.
00:34:49.000 Look at that video.
00:34:50.000 Just judge for yourself.
00:34:51.000 It doesn't require further commentary.
00:34:52.000 If that were a Republican, this would be probably a national scandal.
00:34:55.000 Okay.
00:34:55.000 She'd be, I mean, there's so much in this campaign.
00:34:58.000 She'd be, you know, the next version of a caricature. 0.94
00:35:03.000 And yet, you know, the media is doing everything they can to protect a candidate who's not equipped to do this job.
00:35:07.000 And the way I look at it is, you know, we're going to disagree on policy issues, Republicans and Democrats.
00:35:11.000 We should have vigorous debate, but you should at least defend your positions before the people.
00:35:17.000 If you don't have the capacity to do that, and this is a woman who, you know, has always proclaimed the fact that she's a doctor, she quit before she saw patients.
00:35:26.000 Then she claimed to be the health director during COVID, locked down the economy, quit when it came time to work with Republicans to at least work on reopening it.
00:35:33.000 Now, as a candidate, she quits on the debates.
00:35:36.000 This is somebody she just does not have what it takes to be even any executive position, let alone the governor of the seventh largest state, both by population and economy.
00:35:46.000 It's worse than Biden.
00:35:47.000 Even he showed up to debate, although, you know, maybe that didn't go so well for him.
00:35:51.000 Maybe that's what they're afraid of in this situation.
00:35:54.000 Well, this is crazy.
00:35:55.000 If you can't debate, you can't lead the state.
00:35:56.000 It's nuts.
00:35:57.000 No, it's by the way, this is my feeling on this is first of all, the way that her security guard interacted with a guy just trying to ask a question, simple question.
00:36:07.000 Yeah, that's suspect to me, okay?
00:36:09.000 Because then she had this other interaction where they were trying to claim that he tried some guy tried to assassinate her, and then the local prosecutor was like, We looked at the footage, it there's nothing to charge this guy with at all.
00:36:20.000 So that there's now it's now it's a trend, Vivek.
00:36:24.000 And if you have your people that are closest to you behaving like that, that comes straight from the top.
00:36:30.000 That's a leadership issue right there.
00:36:32.000 But you mentioned COVID.
00:36:33.000 Amy Acton cried on the job, once found curled up on the floor before COVID meeting during tenure as Ohio health officials.
00:36:41.000 That's according to staffers, okay?
00:36:44.000 That's from the Washington Examiner right there. 0.65
00:36:46.000 So there's like all kinds of stuff going on with this gal.
00:36:50.000 And then when you try and call it out, this is what happens.
00:36:52.000 Sot 8.
00:36:53.000 I have received 60 million in attack ads against me since March, not on the ideas of the day.
00:37:01.000 But on lies and hate and chaos and vitriol, I am asking for my opponent to stop this fringe group of people and the ads that have been shown and fact checked after fact checked to be wrong.
00:37:19.000 This is what incites this.
00:37:21.000 And it's very, very important that leaders understand that their words matter.
00:37:27.000 Oh my gosh.
00:37:28.000 Vivek, final minute to you.
00:37:30.000 You know what's hilarious about this, Andrew? 1.00
00:37:32.000 So she complains about dark money. 1.00
00:37:33.000 She's got a bunch of Democrat dark money propping her up. 1.00
00:37:36.000 She does. 1.00
00:37:36.000 Running attack ads on me that are totally slanderous, totally made up, and even have been, you know, talk about fact checked. 1.00
00:37:42.000 Even, I mean, some of these were so bad, even some of these liberal outlets had to at least call that out to preserve an iota of credibility.
00:37:47.000 They even said that's false. 0.93
00:37:48.000 But her strategy is to complain about dark money while using it, complain about false attack ads while actually being the one who's lying on air. 0.99
00:37:54.000 The only person in this campaign to do it is her. 0.97
00:37:56.000 And yet, refuses to show up on a debate stage, which I think should tell the whole story, is they want to hide.
00:38:02.000 In my view, is, I mean, look, there's nobody.
00:38:05.000 There's fewer people than you and me, Andrew, who care about our friend Charlie Kirk.
00:38:09.000 We lost Charlie.
00:38:10.000 Our country lost Charlie.
00:38:11.000 What did we want?
00:38:12.000 What did he want?
00:38:13.000 Open political dialogue through peace, right?
00:38:16.000 Peaceful, open debate.
00:38:18.000 Vigorous, but open nonetheless.
00:38:20.000 And now these people who will preach about democracy are unwilling to actually practice what they preach.
00:38:26.000 Of course.
00:38:26.000 At minimum, Amy Acton should show up, and if not, she needs to leave the stage, and we need to do this right.
00:38:31.000 I totally agree.
00:38:32.000 Everybody, get behind Vivek.
00:38:34.000 We need him as governor.
00:38:36.000 Support this man.
00:38:37.000 Vivek, thanks for taking the time.
00:38:41.000 Any question you have, whatever it might be, we are here to take your questions.

00:39:10.000 We really appreciate you guys.
00:39:13.000 And by the way, I'm still laughing about it.
00:39:15.000 The team was laughing about how Vivek's camera went out right when we played this game.
00:39:19.000 It was so perfectly timed.
00:39:20.000 Truly perfectly timed.
00:39:21.000 I almost made him listen to that.
00:39:23.000 Ohio will not be bought.
00:39:26.000 I'm sure he's heard it.
00:39:27.000 All right.
00:39:28.000 So we've got your questions.
00:39:30.000 Let's get into it.
00:39:31.000 Jean Claude, welcome to the show.
00:39:33.000 Please unmute yourself.
00:39:35.000 Welcome to the show.
00:39:37.000 Hi, can you guys hear me?
00:39:38.000 Yeah, there you go.
00:39:39.000 Hey, welcome.
00:39:40.000 Hi, this is a question I always wanted to ask Charlie.
00:39:43.000 I've got a friend who is a huge fan of Nick Fuentes, and lately he's been slamming Charlie because he was free speech, quote unquote, but he wouldn't interact with Fuentes or his supporters.
00:39:56.000 Obviously, I disagree with Fuentes.
00:39:58.000 Uh, for all the Jew hate stuff, but I just want a good response to give him.
00:40:02.000 I've never exactly known what to say.
00:40:05.000 So, your friend has been slamming Charlie for not debating him.
00:40:09.000 Is that what you mean?
00:40:11.000 Yeah, and he's like, because he said he was free speech, but he wouldn't debate him or he wouldn't interact with any of his supporters.
00:40:18.000 Free speech is one of the most often misunderstood things.
00:40:21.000 People mess that up.
00:40:22.000 I can speak to this.
00:40:23.000 In fact, one of the things I talked with Charlie a lot about was he would get asked about this and he was sometimes unsure how I should answer this because he knew it was something where.
00:40:31.000 You wanted to be precise.
00:40:32.000 And I think it's, first of all, on the free speech question, what you can push back there on is freedom of speech is about whether the government can censor you or ban you from speaking.
00:40:43.000 And I will note, Charlie never called for Nick Fuentes to be banned from Rumble, as far as I know.
00:40:50.000 No, he never called for him to be banned from X or anything like that.
00:40:53.000 He 100% believed in his right to say whatever he wants.
00:40:57.000 When you're demanding a debate with Charlie, you're demanding to share a platform with Charlie.
00:41:02.000 And that's obviously not everyone in the world has the right to do that.
00:41:06.000 Amfest is a big platform.
00:41:07.000 We're not going to have a radical transgenderism advocate come out.
00:41:11.000 We're not going to have an advocate for communism come out unless some special situation would justify it. 0.56
00:41:17.000 And it's Charlie's right to say I'm also not going to have Nick Fuentes do that.
00:41:22.000 Now, why would he reach that decision?
00:41:24.000 I think an important thing to note is Charlie was perfectly willing to engage with people who had views different from his own, views that he considered even too far to the right of his own.
00:41:35.000 I think what made Charlie specifically.
00:41:39.000 Not like Nick, is that Nick showed a lot of evidence of being a bad faith actor or a very unstable actor.
00:41:47.000 That Nick would oscillate to saying, We actually all need to elect Democrats now, to you know, MAGA's 100% dead, and then swings back to the right.
00:41:57.000 It was very performative what he would do.
00:41:59.000 And he also, he's very much an ankle biter on Charlie, that he saw Charlie as a famous person that he could harass and bother, that he could show up to our events and make trouble, have his supporters show up to our events and make trouble.
00:42:12.000 Notably, there was the Groyper War where these people would show up at QA events and they would just read off the same question over and over again that Charlie had answered many times before just to mess up the event.
00:42:25.000 And when you have someone do that, when they're basically being a troll, when they're not showing, oh, I want to debate issues with you, I just want to mess up your events, I think Charlie said, this is not someone who's engaging with us in good faith. 0.72
00:42:39.000 Yeah, I agree with a lot of that.
00:42:41.000 I would say as well, you know, Charlie saw himself as a coalition builder, so he was.
00:42:45.000 Deeply, deeply concerned with the health of the coalition and making sure that the right ideas were taking root and the right ideas were being allowed to flourish, basically, and making sure the bad ideas were not taking root.
00:42:59.000 And when you choose to debate somebody, there is a part when you're a coalition builder.
00:43:05.000 I think debating Fuentes is just fine for some people, but for Charlie, I think it was the appropriate choice because you're essentially trying to make sure that you're not legitimizing certain perspectives that.
00:43:16.000 Charlie felt were beyond the pale or outside of what should be considered mainstream conservative thought.
00:43:23.000 What's interesting, I will say, as an aside, and it is one of the more surprising developments.
00:43:30.000 It's a great irony.
00:43:31.000 Yeah, it's a great irony of the time since 910 is that, you know, Fuentes, I'll give him his due.
00:43:39.000 He's actually made some, I think, right calls when it comes to Candace and the conspiracies.
00:43:45.000 He's been on point on a lot of this stuff.
00:43:47.000 And so I just want to, you know, say at least that. 0.95
00:43:49.000 He's actually sort of become, I think, disenchanted with some of the low IQ Jew hate slop. 0.96
00:43:56.000 I don't know. 0.53
00:43:57.000 Where he's going or what his trajectory ultimately will be.
00:44:00.000 But I want to make sure that when people start making sense and when they start speaking reasonably, that we say so.
00:44:08.000 And we're not afraid to say so.
00:44:09.000 I'm not afraid to say so.
00:44:11.000 But I think before Charlie was killed, to Blake's point, there was a lot of trolling, a lot of bad faith engagement.
00:44:19.000 And again, you're thinking about the health of a coalition.
00:44:23.000 That was Charlie.
00:44:24.000 Charlie was a statesman, Charlie was a coalition builder.
00:44:27.000 And that is a different hat you wear.
00:44:29.000 Than just a content creator or just an entertainer.
00:44:33.000 And so it comes with different obligations.
00:44:35.000 And Charlie was always looking to the higher calling, looking to what his greatest use and purpose was.
00:44:41.000 And so I don't think that's at all has anything to do with free speech.
00:44:44.000 Again, to Blake's point, to underscore, underline, put in all bold, all caps.
00:44:49.000 Free speech is about can the government criminalize your speech?
00:44:51.000 Can they silence you?
00:44:53.000 Charlie never wavered on that.
00:44:54.000 We will never waver on that.
00:44:56.000 We are free speech absolutists when it comes to that.
00:45:00.000 Somebody gets kicked out of our events, we would get accused of being anti free speech and all this stuff.
00:45:04.000 Well, listen, it's our event, our house.
00:45:06.000 We get to determine who's allowed in and who's not. 0.97
00:45:08.000 If you're causing problems, listen, we take crap from both sides.
00:45:12.000 A lot of people say we let too many people in at our events, for example. 0.96
00:45:16.000 Can't believe you let so and so in.
00:45:17.000 I can't believe you let that.
00:45:18.000 And then I can't believe you kick so and so out.
00:45:20.000 So you get it from both sides, but it's fundamentally a misunderstanding of what free speech is.
00:45:25.000 Because again, nobody's asking to criminalize free speech.
00:45:27.000 Nobody's asking to de platform people.
00:45:29.000 Nobody's asking for any of that.
00:45:30.000 But when it comes to your event, your house, you get to say who you let in.
00:45:35.000 Yeah, you get to let.
00:45:36.000 And again, it's that he repeatedly had evidence of him being a hostile actor, a person who's just self aggrandizing in a PR sort of way.
00:45:47.000 And I think that really bothered Charlie a lot.
00:45:50.000 On top of the fact that he's doing it with issues where Charlie thought he went way too far, that Nick Fuentes is a guy who in his streams has repeatedly said this or that. 0.90
00:46:01.000 A mistake to focus on that problem because you're not focusing on the big problem, which is the Jews. 0.83
00:46:05.000 Yeah.
00:46:06.000 And anytime someone was going to say, the problem is the Jews in that sort of way, Charlie just, he lost his mind at it.
00:46:12.000 Well, and I would say, last thing I'll say, and we got to take a break here.
00:46:16.000 You know, in general, we just disagree and we reject accelerationism.
00:46:21.000 And that is a movement that I think Blake mentioned it earlier, where you say, I'm so disenchanted with Republicans and the GOP and all the stuff that I'm going to vote Democrat.
00:46:31.000 We're going to show them, we're going to prove to them.
00:46:34.000 Teach them a lesson they won't forget, and they're going to reform.
00:46:38.000 I just don't think that's a realistic political strategy.
00:46:40.000 I don't think it's ever been proven true.
00:46:42.000 I think you're handing the keys of the car over to a bunch of people that want to drive it off a cliff.
00:46:46.000 I want nothing to do with that movement.
00:46:48.000 I consider those people to be my political opponents.
00:46:51.000 They are on a different political project than we are.
00:46:54.000 And frankly, we don't have any time for it, and it's a distraction, and that's where we're at.
00:46:58.000 Hopefully, that was a good answer for you.
00:47:01.000 Yeah.
00:47:01.000 Thank you, Sean.
00:47:01.000 You did everything you needed.
00:47:03.000 Yep.
00:47:04.000 Thank you.
00:47:04.000 Awesome.
00:47:04.000 All right.
00:47:05.000 God bless you, man.
00:47:06.000 Do we want to play this clip that no one wants to play?
00:47:07.000 Yeah, we should.
00:47:08.000 Okay, so we were just asked.
00:47:09.000 Okay, go ahead, bud.
00:47:10.000 Yeah, so we were asked how we felt about the Nick Fuentes question, what our previous questioner should tell his friend who says he is attacking Charlie over free speech.
00:47:20.000 Turns out, about a year ago, Charlie was asked by a Groyper directly why he wouldn't debate him, and he gave a pretty good answer.
00:47:26.000 So let's play it. 0.73
00:47:28.000 Clip 14.
00:47:29.000 Hi, Charlie.
00:47:30.000 As a TPUSA chapter founder and president, I've seen firsthand how the tide is turning among young conservatives.
00:47:38.000 I say, if you truly believe in open debate in the marketplace of ideas, will you ever be willing to debate Nick Fuentes, or will you wait until his movement forces you to adopt his talking points, as we've seen already?
00:47:48.000 You know, it's funny.
00:47:49.000 I personally do not give a platform to bad faith actors.
00:47:54.000 And I had a whole open about this.
00:47:58.000 And by the way, a really important thing is not to lie and to not bear false testimony.
00:48:03.000 It's fine, I'll answer your question.
00:48:05.000 You know, you said, oh, you know, I want to have a question about turning point events.
00:48:09.000 And you obviously lied about your question.
00:48:10.000 Doesn't surprise me because you have deceit.
00:48:14.000 But you know what?
00:48:14.000 Honestly, I'm asked that question all the time.
00:48:16.000 I don't platform trolls.
00:48:18.000 And I don't platform and I don't discuss people or I don't debate with people that.
00:48:24.000 Are not good faith actors, and um, you debate now is that people can champion, they can keep on yelling at how successful we are in our big events and well over a thousand employees, but a lot of jealousy out there.
00:48:41.000 We build, they complain, we succeed, we win, they blame the Jews.
00:48:46.000 Thank you.
00:48:47.000 Next question.
00:48:48.000 So, I think that that gets at a lot of what we were talking about.
00:48:51.000 I'm glad that we said that off just going off memory, and it was very, it was very good.
00:48:56.000 I will say, I just want to give credit.
00:48:59.000 That, you know, listen, they were enemies in life.
00:49:04.000 There's no doubt about that.
00:49:05.000 But Fuentes has actually been very respectful on some level to Charlie after death.
00:49:11.000 And, you know, I hope he continues on that path.
00:49:14.000 And I have no idea where he's going, but I just want to be very clear that I appreciate people that are.
00:49:18.000 He's been better in the past year than he was before.
00:49:20.000 Yeah, let's be honest.
00:49:21.000 I will say that.
00:49:22.000 All right.
00:49:22.000 Our next question, Abby, unmute yourself and what's your question?
00:49:26.000 Good Friday morning.
00:49:27.000 Congratulations to Blake for his mic flag finally.
00:49:31.000 Yes.
00:49:31.000 Yes.
00:49:32.000 I wanted to give first a shout out to your studio team.
00:49:35.000 Whoever picks the songs when you return from your break, you guys are awesome.
00:49:39.000 Yeah, Caboose.
00:49:40.000 Caboose is the man.
00:49:42.000 Yes, I know they had a nickname.
00:49:44.000 And then I wanted to thank Andrew and Blake, you two, for the insight you gave me last week and for getting Byron on the show Monday.
00:49:51.000 It was really helpful to me.
00:49:52.000 Wait, were you the one that asked the question about Florida?
00:49:56.000 Yes, that was me.
00:49:57.000 Oh, yeah.
00:49:57.000 So you inspired that, by the way.
00:50:00.000 You have yourself to thank for us getting Byron on the show because I was like, oh, yeah, I was like, hold on.
00:50:06.000 Let's look at Florida.
00:50:07.000 Let's look deeper.
00:50:08.000 Because, you know, we're in Arizona.
00:50:10.000 We're Arizona, Nevada, New Hampshire.
00:50:11.000 So we spent a lot of time focusing on those states and looking into the polling, looking to get out the vote and, you know, how everything's developing.
00:50:20.000 And obviously, we're aware of the other states, but I really, candidly, I wasn't thinking that hard about Florida.
00:50:25.000 Look into it.
00:50:25.000 It's a dogfight.
00:50:27.000 I mean, you know what's crazy, too, is he's actually, Byron's doing not as well in the panhandle as he should.
00:50:33.000 And I think that's a complete disgrace.
00:50:35.000 We've got to fix that.
00:50:36.000 And I don't know if it's. 1.00
00:50:37.000 Because he's black. 1.00
00:50:38.000 I genuinely don't know what's going on.
00:50:40.000 But Matt Gaetz won his district, which was Florida, 74 points.
00:50:47.000 He got 74% of the vote.
00:50:49.000 And so I believe that the panhandle is going to come through.
00:50:52.000 Maybe we got to do some messaging.
00:50:53.000 Maybe we got to get them out there campaigning together or something.
00:50:56.000 But like, you know, so I'm bullish on Byron.
00:51:00.000 So, anyways, please, I cut you off.
00:51:02.000 I had a question about the freedom ticket.
00:51:05.000 So I heard Tyler say that shows people who need to, like, what you need to vote for.
00:51:11.000 The candidates, but I was wondering does it show why?
00:51:14.000 Does it have any sources for the candidates explaining the morals, their views, reasons you should vote for him or them?
00:51:20.000 Because I'm making my own voter guide and I found it challenging to gather information on certain candidates.
00:51:25.000 So I was curious on how TP Action made theirs.
00:51:29.000 Yeah.
00:51:30.000 So I would say that they, listen, we just launched this thing and it was so popular that it darn near crashed the site.
00:51:38.000 That's an actual true story.
00:51:40.000 So I think the answer is hopefully eventually, right?
00:51:45.000 So we want to, We have big plans for these freedom tickets to roll them out all across the country.
00:51:50.000 Obviously, we're starting in our three key states Nevada, Arizona, New Hampshire, and then we're going to roll it out to the swing states.
00:51:57.000 Hopefully, we'll get it even beyond there.
00:51:59.000 But I sent your note already just now to the Turning Point Action team and said, you know, this is a good point.
00:52:06.000 We need to sort of back up why we believe in these things and explain it to people that maybe have legitimate questions.
00:52:13.000 I can tell you that the first step is just getting it out there.
00:52:16.000 And saying out loud, hey, these people align with our values.
00:52:20.000 So if you like what we do, you're probably going to like what they do.
00:52:23.000 And again, our mission in every race up and down the ballot is to endorse, get behind, support the most conservative, electable representative in that district, in that state for that race.
00:52:36.000 So we're always looking, hey, who can actually win?
00:52:39.000 Who has the resources?
00:52:40.000 Who has the good ideas?
00:52:44.000 And who's the most conservative that we can get across the finish line?
00:52:46.000 So that's how we look at it.
00:52:48.000 And we interview all these people.
00:52:49.000 There's a whole process to get an endorsement.
00:52:52.000 So you can rest assured that there's been a lot of due diligence, but I agree it would be helpful if we had some supporting documentation for that.
00:52:59.000 I see.
00:52:59.000 Thank you very much.
00:53:00.000 Yeah.
00:53:01.000 It does.
00:53:02.000 All righty.
00:53:02.000 I think we can get our next one in.
00:53:04.000 Don, unmute yourself and what's your question?
00:53:07.000 Hi, guys.
00:53:08.000 I also want to congratulate Blake on finally getting that flag.
00:53:14.000 It's real nice on there.
00:53:17.000 YRefi is getting some free plugs here.
00:53:19.000 I love it.
00:53:20.000 Yeah, it's getting a free plug.
00:53:21.000 And for the visually impaired, it's more visible.
00:53:24.000 Yes, it is. 0.65
00:53:25.000 It's bigger.
00:53:27.000 Bigger logo.
00:53:28.000 We had to get a new contractor for it, a new vendor.
00:53:32.000 Yeah.
00:53:32.000 That's how much we care about promoting our.
00:53:35.000 Why refire the best?
00:53:36.000 Those guys are awesome.
00:53:37.000 So, yeah, what's your question?
00:53:39.000 One minute left.
00:53:40.000 Okay.
00:53:42.000 The local news has said there's a new game out that people, for people to drive, The wrong way on the highway, and they're calling it lunatic.
00:53:57.000 Want to know if you'd heard of it and if you knew whether it was.
00:54:00.000 I did hear about this.
00:54:01.000 Someone got arrested for this in Arizona yesterday.
00:54:04.000 Apparently, this guy got pulled over, literally was driving the wrong way down Interstate 40, and he told the police, Yeah, I'm playing lunatic.
00:54:13.000 You drive the wrong way down the highway for kicks and giggles. 0.93
00:54:19.000 I'm a bit of a lunatic and authoritarian about this sort of thing. 0.94
00:54:23.000 That.
00:54:23.000 If you're going to recklessly endanger people's lives on that level, like, okay, that's a fun game.
00:54:28.000 10 years in prison, play again.
00:54:29.000 No, no, no, no.
00:54:30.000 I would say maybe a lot.
00:54:31.000 50 years in prison.
00:54:32.000 50, yeah.
00:54:32.000 Okay.
00:54:33.000 If you're that dumb and that reckless that you think that's fun. 1.00
00:54:37.000 You can't let someone plead this to a misdemeanor. 1.00
00:54:39.000 No, exactly.
00:54:42.000 I had the honor of a lifetime to call Charlie a friend.
00:54:47.000 And what I remember most wasn't just what people saw on stage, it was what was behind the scenes.
00:54:53.000 That was an unwavering commitment to his faith.
00:54:56.000 His love for his family, and his genuine desire to encourage others to live with courage and conviction.
00:55:02.000 Charlie believed that following Christ wasn't something you compartmentalize.
00:55:06.000 He didn't put it in a box, he lived it out loud.
00:55:09.000 It shaped how he lived, how he served, how he treated people every single day.
00:55:13.000 Charlie Kirk, American Martyr, captures that heart.
00:55:16.000 This documentary isn't just simply about remembering Charlie.
00:55:19.000 It's an invitation for each of us to ask what kind of legacy we're building and whether we're willing to stand firm in our own faith when it's tested.
00:55:28.000 I hope that you'll watch it with your family and have those conversations together.
00:55:32.000 Go to angel.comslash Kirk.
00:55:35.000 That's angel.comslash Kirk.
00:55:37.000 Become an Angel Guild member.
00:55:38.000 Watch Charlie Kirk, American Martyr.
00:55:41.000 And help bring more stories of faith, courage, and conviction to audiences around the world.
00:55:48.000 I thought we were going to have all of these like President G questions and CCP and AI.
00:55:54.000 No, no.
00:55:55.000 Instead, it's apparently maniacs drive down the highway.
00:55:57.000 This is exactly, by the way, if you're a maniac driving down the highway playing a game, it's not a game.
00:56:03.000 That's a crime, and you need to go away to prison for a very long time.
00:56:06.000 And you know why?
00:56:07.000 We need to send a message to all the other Looney Tunes out there that might do the same that if you do this, we're serious, we mean business, you're going away.
00:56:15.000 And you're going to go away for a long time.
00:56:16.000 I'm like a totalitarian on driving under the influence, for example.
00:56:20.000 I know a lot of people who, like, they get mad and this is punished too bad.
00:56:23.000 No, I'm like, you were caught driving drunk.
00:56:25.000 Like, you are never driving a car again.
00:56:27.000 Thanks.
00:56:28.000 Yeah.
00:56:28.000 Well, what about if they had full self driving mode with Tesla?
00:56:32.000 Doesn't matter.
00:56:33.000 Like, what?
00:56:33.000 You can deactivate that stuff.
00:56:34.000 No, no, these people.
00:56:36.000 Bad decisions should have consequences.
00:56:37.000 I totally agree.
00:56:38.000 Our next guy is Bob.
00:56:40.000 Unmute yourself and what is thine question?
00:56:43.000 Yeah.
00:56:43.000 Hey, guys.
00:56:44.000 Howdy.
00:56:45.000 I'm wondering what is being done to ensure that the voting machines themselves would be tallying votes honestly and accurately this election.
00:56:52.000 Seems like after the last two elections, only after the last two elections do we have accounts of how the machines themselves or the software from the companies who make the voting machines, like Dominion Voting, they changed the actual votes for Trump to be called for votes for his opponent.
00:57:08.000 Can you please address whatever you know about this?
00:57:11.000 Well, an interesting thing actually is did you know Dominion Voting doesn't exist anymore?
00:57:15.000 Didn't they get bought by a conservative?
00:57:16.000 They got bought by, yeah, a former Republican.
00:57:19.000 He was the director of election.
00:57:20.000 In, I think, St. Louis.
00:57:23.000 Let me see it here.
00:57:24.000 Yeah.
00:57:25.000 Yes.
00:57:26.000 Scott Lyendecker, he purchased Dominion and renamed it Liberty Vote.
00:57:31.000 So it's actually, if you go to the Wikipedia page for Dominion, it is a was.
00:57:36.000 Besides just changing ownership, one thing people flag is that Dominion was actually headquartered in Canada.
00:57:42.000 That felt strange to people that we'd have this big voting machine company that's not American.
00:57:47.000 It is now an American owned and headquartered fully company.
00:57:51.000 So to the extent those machines are still used, it is now.
00:57:54.000 An American company owned by a former Republican official.
00:57:58.000 That doesn't guarantee everything is good, of course, but I think it raises fewer red flags to people as a result.
00:58:05.000 Yeah, well, and I mean, we don't talk about it a ton, but I mean, you will remember Smartmatic does have sort of Venezuelan origins.
00:58:16.000 And I'll just say, okay, I'm going to, you know, I don't need to go into great detail here, but we did just, you know, arrest Maduro, and we are now.
00:58:25.000 More in cooperation with Venezuela than ever before.
00:58:28.000 So I can't say that there has been some court order, that there's been some case, but to Blake's point, Dominion is now controlled by different people.
00:58:37.000 And Smartmatic, to the extent that there might be anything there, I'm just saying that's one piece of news that may be working in our favor.
00:58:47.000 Here's what else I'll say if you are concerned about the way that these voting systems are working, and by the way, just to be very, very clear, if I was king of the world for a day, I would have same day voting.
00:59:00.000 All paper ballots, voter ID, signature verification, all the things.
00:59:04.000 Okay.
00:59:05.000 Unfortunately, since 2000, we went in this whole other direction where we decided, hey, let's do voting month.
00:59:11.000 And some places have voting six weeks, and there's electronic balloting and all this stuff.
00:59:17.000 I hate all of it.
00:59:18.000 Okay.
00:59:18.000 And I am very uncomfortable with trusting some of these processes, you know, because even with the Democrats, this was interesting.
00:59:26.000 During the Democrat primaries, remember, I think it was Michigan, could have been Wisconsin.
00:59:30.000 This just happened where there was like a thumb drive that, you know, didn't get the actual votes on it, it was a tally thumb drive.
00:59:37.000 And so it delayed the final count in one of these counties.
00:59:41.000 I mean, so here's the thing I think that there are shenanigans in our election.
00:59:47.000 Every single thing we can do to get rid of a loophole where they can exploit and game, we need to get rid of it 100%.
00:59:55.000 So I will, you know, that's kind of where I'm at.
00:59:57.000 And if you want to be a part of that, you should sign up to be an observer, a poll watcher, right?
01:00:03.000 So you're appointed by a county chair in Arizona, for example.
01:00:06.000 You have to be a registered voter.
01:00:09.000 You, Any registered voter of that county can do it.
01:00:11.000 Up to three people representing a nonpartisan candidate or a ballot measure committee.
01:00:16.000 So these are important roles.
01:00:19.000 Precinct committee is a really important role.
01:00:21.000 And then being a poll watcher is a really important role. 0.61
01:00:23.000 So if you're worried about this stuff, please take action and do something about it on your local level.
01:00:28.000 We need as many of those people as we can.
01:00:31.000 Yeah, I guess what I would always say, because I know this comes up a lot, keep in mind the best policing we have on voting machines is.
01:00:40.000 Both parties are allowed to audit these machines.
01:00:42.000 There are other third party audits of these machines.
01:00:45.000 I know a lot of people fixate on them.
01:00:47.000 Every election, there's a story where this precinct or this county originally gets their vote inverted.
01:00:54.000 There is that thumb drive stuff.
01:00:55.000 There's stuff out there.
01:00:56.000 What I will say is, to the extent suspicious stuff goes on in our elections, I don't think it's primarily coming through messed up voting machines.
01:01:04.000 And an easy way to see that is just I don't think you see a dramatic pattern or rupture between places that use machines and places that are.
01:01:12.000 Places that use different brands.
01:01:13.000 Maybe I'm too trusting.
01:01:14.000 But the place that you get dubious stuff is, for example, California's level of ballot harvesting, where any person can go to your door, help you fill out your ballot, and then they can turn it in on your behalf.
01:01:25.000 And there's basically no cap to how many people can do it.
01:01:28.000 That's inducing a ton of friction.
01:01:30.000 That's where you get, oh, 50 homeless voters are all registered to one Starbucks.
01:01:35.000 They're remarkably good at voting.
01:01:36.000 Is that really a credible vote from a person who knows what they're doing?
01:01:41.000 We all roll our eyes at it.
01:01:42.000 We know there's a ton of bogus stuff that goes on.
01:01:45.000 Or there's been incredibly shady stuff where everyone's casting a ballot in a senior care home where they have, a lot of them have Alzheimer's.
01:01:53.000 Yeah, where the bad behavior like that, that is where the left looks for their opportunity to get stuff done.
01:01:58.000 Yeah, but I hate that this is even a thing.
01:02:00.000 For example, this was, so I'm getting the story details.
01:02:03.000 So it was August 11th.
01:02:04.000 It was the Wisconsin election where this happened.
01:02:08.000 The city of Milwaukee Election Commission staff downloaded data from high speed tabulators at central count onto nine USB flash drives to take the absentee results.
01:02:18.000 To the county courthouse.
01:02:19.000 Five of the nine drives received an audit log instead of actual vote tallies because the wrong button was pressed.
01:02:25.000 That's what we're told.
01:02:27.000 So this delayed the official count.
01:02:29.000 David Crowley and Francesca Hong. 1.00
01:02:31.000 Remember, Francesca Hong was like a crazy lunatic DSA candidate. 0.89
01:02:35.000 She lost, but David Crowley's no better, candidly.
01:02:39.000 So, anyways, Crowley ultimately won the state by 0.5%, about 3,200 votes.
01:02:45.000 The race was called around 2 30 a.m. on Wednesday night.
01:02:48.000 That's nuts.
01:02:50.000 That should not be happening.
01:02:52.000 And I remember making a couple of observations during those primaries being like, listen, the establishment is coming back to get their revenge here.
01:03:05.000 The establishment is striking back.
01:03:07.000 I mean, I don't trust these people as far as I can throw them.
01:03:10.000 We shouldn't be having any systems that could have any internet connection.
01:03:13.000 We shouldn't be having digital anything.
01:03:14.000 It should be paper ballots, et cetera, et cetera.
01:03:17.000 Now, to Blake's point, they can only cheat so much, they can only shenanigans so much.
01:03:21.000 So you got to be watching them like a hawk. 0.60
01:03:24.000 Poll watchers are super important.
01:03:26.000 All right, next question.
01:03:27.000 All right, we have David.
01:03:29.000 Unmute yourself.
01:03:30.000 David.
01:03:31.000 Howdy.
01:03:32.000 Hey.
01:03:33.000 Good job as usual.
01:03:34.000 Thank you, sir.
01:03:36.000 There are a lot of low-potency voters out there, and there's not enough people paying attention to people that are or politicians trying to remove our rights.
01:03:52.000 What's your advice to talk to these people?
01:03:54.000 I mean, listen, you got to be loud.
01:03:57.000 It depends what your sphere of influence is, right?
01:03:59.000 I mean, if your sphere of influence is your local county GOP or whatever, you need to be getting out there, messaging, knocking on doors, canvassing, recruiting volunteers, being as loud as you can.
01:04:09.000 That way, if your platform is a show like ours, that's all we talk about we're trying to get the cynics and the nihilists off the couch and shake them and say, You are giving power to baby killers, open borders people, the DEI wokesters, the people that want to burn down this country, as Blake aptly said earlier, that hate this country.
01:04:31.000 You do not have to be 100% satisfied with the GOP to understand that they are the last thing standing between us and the abyss.
01:04:38.000 And so I think the craziness from the left is one of the best motivators this midterm season.
01:04:43.000 Well, since you mentioned people specifically removing our rights, if you don't have a big platform, you may be surprised the number of people you know in your own life who are low propensity voters.
01:04:54.000 So, for example, if you have a bunch of buddies, I just had the thought, who like shooting, like guns, a lot of those people are very engaged.
01:05:01.000 Some of them are disengaged, or they'll say, I'm I'm super libertarian.
01:05:04.000 All the parties are bogus.
01:05:05.000 They're all the Epstein class or whatever. 0.62
01:05:07.000 Well, if you like guns, here's the raw truth there is a party that is pro gun rights and there is a party that is radically anti gun rights and wants to confiscate that stuff. 0.88
01:05:17.000 And you can vote based on that and say, you can point out, we have constitutional carry in Arizona and two dozen other states because we've had election wins.
01:05:26.000 And you can protect that or get rid of it.
01:05:28.000 And we're going to see states.
01:05:30.000 We have seen states like Virginia rolling back gun rights.
01:05:32.000 We see countries like Canada.
01:05:34.000 Canada used to have gun rights pretty comparable to ours.
01:05:37.000 Now, Model after model banned forcible confiscation.
01:05:40.000 Two of the groups that are most likely to be sitting out this election small L libertarians.
01:05:45.000 They're all very upset that Thomas Massey lost his primary.
01:05:48.000 Okay.
01:05:50.000 And then hunters and kind of the outdoorsmen and the shooters, like what Blake's talking about.
01:05:54.000 A lot of them don't vote.
01:05:55.000 Do you know there's a feature on Turning Point Actions where you can upload your contacts to the platform and it will tell you who the low propensity voters of your contact lists are?
01:06:06.000 Anybody can do this.
01:06:08.000 So, use that feature, TP Action, download the app.
01:06:11.000 You can put your own contacts into the app and then find out who your friends that you maybe didn't know need to get out to vote.
01:06:20.000 This is a crazy stat.
01:06:22.000 This is a crazy stat.
01:06:23.000 So, about 15 to 16 million paid hunting license holders in the country.
01:06:30.000 And look at this.
01:06:33.000 According to Vote for America and similar groups, put the number of hunters plus gun owners of voting age who are not even registered at about 10%.
01:06:42.000 10 million.
01:06:43.000 10 million.
01:06:44.000 All those guys should be voting right.
01:06:46.000 Yes.
01:06:46.000 All of them.
01:06:47.000 10 million people.
01:06:47.000 Yeah, you had something about this, Russ.
01:06:48.000 Yeah, you had something about this, Russ.
01:06:50.000 If we had all those guys on board, yeah.
01:06:52.000 Growing up, my dad has been in the hunting and gun industry my entire life, and it's been really interesting to kind of watch, especially with 2020 and then as you know, the last couple of elections, they are very single issue.
01:07:09.000 It's funny because, at least from what I've noticed, yes, obviously 2A is a big thing, but it is they're Especially in this coming midterms, they're really pulling back because they're like, Oh, it's just the Epstein class, it's just the Epstein class.
01:07:27.000 Oh, I'm not gonna vote. 0.52
01:07:29.000 And so then they go, Doomer, they go, Black Pill, and it's it's crazy.
01:07:33.000 So, and Blake even brought this up the people closest to you are probably the ones who are not voting in the midterm.
01:07:43.000 That you need your if you're, for example, if you're evangelical in one of those big churches, you may be surprised the number of people who think politics is just it's a thing that doesn't interest them.
01:07:54.000 It's too worldly or whatever.
01:07:55.000 And they might be great on pro life stuff, anti LGBT stuff, but they're not voting the way that you'd expect. 0.50
01:08:02.000 They're just not engaged with it. 0.52
01:08:04.000 Or they might even vote the opposite way sometimes, especially when you have maybe older voters.
01:08:09.000 I remember my grandmother was this lifelong Democrat because she thought FDR kept her from starving in the Depression.
01:08:15.000 And my dad would lose his mind because he would be saying, Have you seen what this party votes for now? 0.78
01:08:20.000 That they have abortion on demand, they have gay marriage.
01:08:23.000 And she started to finally get it late in life, but he was frustrated for. 0.82
01:08:26.000 Decades over that.
01:08:28.000 I've seen some of these stats before, but I hadn't thought about them for a while.
01:08:31.000 But this is crazy.
01:08:32.000 This is again swing state examples of voter registration for hunters.
01:08:37.000 Wisconsin, 665,000 license holders.
01:08:41.000 Vote for America listed 339,000 unregistered hunter gun owners.
01:08:46.000 Unregistered hunter gun owner.
01:08:48.000 Guys, the left hates your way of life.
01:08:50.000 Pennsylvania, 515,000 unregistered.
01:08:55.000 Michigan and North Carolina each have 370,000 unregistered.
01:09:00.000 It's just wild.
01:09:01.000 Hunters could save the country if you would.
01:09:04.000 But you know what it is?
01:09:05.000 It's like 500,000 in Pennsylvania.
01:09:07.000 That's enough that you swing the result in 2012, for example, where we lose Pennsylvania by 5%.
01:09:14.000 That number of votes swings every election in Pennsylvania.
01:09:18.000 And it's kind of a.
01:09:19.000 It makes sense to me on one level because I've known these people my whole life.
01:09:23.000 And it's sort of like, eh, it's all corrupt anyways.
01:09:26.000 And just stay off my lawn.
01:09:27.000 No.
01:09:28.000 Yes.
01:09:29.000 It's the stay off my lawn mentality where it's like, hey, I'm going to lose.
01:09:31.000 Government out of my business.
01:09:33.000 I have my chunk of land.
01:09:35.000 I have my domain.
01:09:36.000 Just leave me alone.
01:09:37.000 My family and I are going to be fine.
01:09:39.000 You just do whatever you want to do.
01:09:42.000 And it's very short sighted.
01:09:46.000 It's very short sighted.
01:09:47.000 It's the wrong take.
01:09:48.000 You have to care about the future of your country.
01:09:50.000 And if you're sitting it out, rest assured the evildoers are not sitting it out.
01:09:55.000 They're not.
01:09:55.000 This is their church.
01:09:56.000 This is their one reason for being.
01:10:01.000 Conservatives to this same worldview want to build their business.
01:10:05.000 They want to build their home, build their family, build their church.
01:10:08.000 They want to protect their land.
01:10:10.000 These people will spend 20% of their time loading their own ammo.
01:10:14.000 Yep. 0.98
01:10:15.000 But they won't get off the couch to go vote to make sure they have the right to do that in the future.
01:10:19.000 It makes zero rational sense, by the way.
01:10:21.000 Let's just be very clear.
01:10:23.000 This is the least productive worldview that you could possibly have if those are your values. 0.90
01:10:29.000 But I'm telling you, there's a lot of the small L libertarians that are just sitting it out.
01:10:33.000 Yep.
01:10:34.000 And a lot of these hunters are kind of like that.
01:10:36.000 And pushing for other people to sit it out.
01:10:40.000 Yeah, well, exactly.
01:10:41.000 And that's what we're talking about.
01:10:43.000 Today's whole theme really is about do not be demoralized.
01:10:47.000 Do not believe the polls.
01:10:48.000 The polls are there to keep you at home.
01:10:52.000 I don't know how to say it any clearer.
01:10:54.000 They don't want you to vote.
01:10:55.000 They don't want you to believe that you can make a difference.
01:10:58.000 They don't want you to believe that you have any agency to change the future direction of this country.
01:11:02.000 That is a lie.
01:11:03.000 If you want to take one lesson from Charlie Kirk's life, it's that one person can change the world.
01:11:08.000 One person who says, Yes, here I am, Lord, send me, can change everything.
01:11:13.000 And by the way, I just want to reiterate use the app.
01:11:15.000 You can upload your contacts into it and see who is a low propensity voter in your friend group.
01:11:20.000 People that you know.
01:11:22.000 Maybe you haven't talked to them for a while.
01:11:23.000 This would be a great time to start up a conversation.
01:11:25.000 It's something anybody there at home can do.
01:11:28.000 So, especially if you're in those swing states, get that app, download it, put your contacts in there.
01:11:34.000 Everything's protected, everything's private, but it will give you an opportunity to reach out to them.
01:11:39.000 And what it does is it crosses your data up with our voter files so we can give you that information.
01:11:45.000 Any further thoughts on this, Blake?
01:11:47.000 No, but we have a writing question that I thought I wanted to answer, and it was from Jeffrey.
01:11:53.000 He says, What if Turning Point Action or another conservative pack produced Charlie Kirk AI ads for the midterms, similar to the Spencer Pratt ads in California?
01:12:03.000 The ads could be real Charlie clips.
01:12:05.000 I would like that.
01:12:06.000 Real Charlie clips.
01:12:07.000 But he also said, We want to make sure Charlie's voice is never silenced.
01:12:10.000 What do you think?
01:12:11.000 We've been asked this a few times.
01:12:12.000 It came up a lot after the events a year ago.
01:12:16.000 I am adamantly against any AI generation using Charlie's an imitation of his voice.
01:12:23.000 I can't stand. 0.93
01:12:23.000 There's a whole thing, especially with the kids, the kirkification memes. 0.93
01:12:28.000 Everything gets kirkified.
01:12:30.000 I find it really disgusting and hard to see when I get a meme sent to me.
01:12:35.000 And that's adjacent to what is being asked.
01:12:37.000 This is asked in good faith.
01:12:39.000 I want to say I understand you're asking in good faith and your motives are pure.
01:12:43.000 No problem there.
01:12:44.000 But just any time you sort of like open Pandora's box and you start allowing.
01:12:49.000 Charlie to be manipulated, his image, his likeness to be manipulated in a fake way, that something that didn't really happen, that bothers me.
01:12:55.000 Now, actual clips and soundbites.
01:12:58.000 Actual clips, 100%.
01:12:59.000 Charlie, the point is, Charlie was a real person.
01:13:02.000 And he is a real person who is no longer with us.
01:13:05.000 We believe he is with his savior.
01:13:08.000 And we're not going to blur that line where we create a replica of this person, where we say, here's what Charlie would be saying right now with this robot voice.
01:13:19.000 No.
01:13:20.000 And some people have suggested, oh, could you create an imitation Charlie who would.
01:13:23.000 Answer questions.
01:13:24.000 I'm just, I'm very against it.
01:13:27.000 We have to account for the person we really had, not create this false idol, for lack of a better term.
01:13:33.000 No, I agree.
01:13:34.000 I agree.
01:13:35.000 Well, that was fun.
01:13:37.000 Thanks, Russ, for joining.
01:13:38.000 Of course.
01:13:38.000 Russ is the man.
01:13:40.000 He's one of our producers.
01:13:41.000 You can catch him on Thought Crime.
01:13:42.000 We had a great Thought Crime, and Russ started it.
01:13:44.000 Yes.
01:13:44.000 It was a great Thought Crime.
01:13:45.000 Yeah.
01:13:45.000 And if you want to catch Thought Crime, by the way, it's every Thursday evening at 6 p.m. Eastern.
01:13:50.000 And then it's like, annoyingly, even when Charlie was with us, the most downloaded podcast of the week.
01:13:57.000 Always like 20 25%.
01:13:58.000 And if you tune in live, you can, we engage with the chat and such.
01:14:02.000 So it's a great way to get direct interaction.
01:14:05.000 Have a great weekend, everybody.
01:14:06.000 You have one to do download the TP Action app, upload your contacts, and start nicely, politely harassing your friends that are low propensity conservatives.
01:14:15.000 Do it.
01:14:15.000 Do it today.
01:14:16.000 It's a great way to get off the couch and help save this country.
01:14:19.000 No doom and gloom, no black pilling.
