00:03:57.000 And so all over cable news, and now the president of the United States, Joe Biden, is saying the Republican Party is all in on the great replacement theory.

00:04:11.000 If you talk to a normal, everyday conservative media figure, no one's heard of this.

00:04:17.000 In fact, in the most private moments of conservative intellectual circles, you'll find something.

00:23:41.000 In fact, Patrice Cullers, the criminal that runs BLM, she actually came out and she said that the reason that Black Lives Matter got so much money is that it was, quote, white guilt money. 0.62

00:23:59.000 They look at this as a political opportunity.

00:24:10.000 They think they have this awesome opportunity for them to try to reverse the trend of inflation and gas prices and the fact that 75 to 80% of Americans now think America is actually heading in the wrong direction.
00:24:28.000 And I know a lot of you are looking at this and you say, wait a second, why does our media come into such harmony and unison to try to smear the other half of the country for something that's not just true, but it's the opposite of what is true.
00:24:47.000 And again, I just want to reinforce this.
00:24:49.000 The fastest growing group of Republicans in America are Hispanics, the very same people that the left told us they were counting on that was going to turn Texas into a blue state.
00:25:02.000 It's conceivable Texas gets more conservative in the coming years.

00:25:07.000 It's conceivable that the left who pushed this entire quote-unquote theory for years, they're the ones that pushed it.

00:25:17.000 It's because this was all engineered and masterminded by a minority of a minority of the population of white upper middle class liberals that live in their own echo chamber.

00:28:35.000 Well, I got to say that JD's victory is my favorite primary victory so far, Charlie.

00:28:43.000 And I just think JD is going to be tremendous.

00:28:46.000 He's got to win in November.
00:28:47.000 But he is going to win in November, and he's going to be a great senator.
00:28:50.000 And I think that his victory in that primary is really emblematic of what's happening all over the country, which is that voters are saying loud and clear that they don't want the old Republican Party.

00:29:05.000 Namely, they want people who pay attention to them.
00:29:07.000 They want people who want to make America strong, who want to bring back jobs to this country, who care about working people and working families, who want to protect our culture and make it strong and keep our neighborhoods safe.
00:29:18.000 I mean, I really think it's about national strength and about the values and the culture of working people in this country.
00:29:26.000 And I think you see that reflected in JD.
00:29:28.000 So I know that Joe Biden now has taken to saying that this isn't your father's Republican Party.

00:29:34.000 And that's a good thing.

00:29:36.000 So Senator, I want to ask you about something that you've made some news with the last couple of days, which is you're going after Mickey Mouse and Disney.
00:29:43.000 You and I chatted about this briefly on the trail.
00:29:46.000 And it looks like you're now saying that, look, if Disney is not going to, let's say, be in alignment with just traditional and normal American values, should they lose their special carve-out copyright status?
00:29:59.000 Tell us your thoughts on this.
00:30:01.000 Well, I got to think that we should start, Charlie, by asking the question, why is any mega corporation, particularly one that's behaved like Disney has, but why are any of these people getting these kind of special handouts from government?
00:30:11.000 And we've seen this with the tech companies, by the way, for years, for years.
00:30:15.000 They have profited off this sweetheart deal with government that is worth billions of dollars to them.
00:30:21.000 And they've gotten to be huge monopoly platforms.
00:30:23.000 And now they try to crush free speech.
00:30:25.000 And we're seeing something similar with Disney.
00:30:26.000 They've gotten all these handouts from the federal government, not just state governments, the federal government, special copyright protections that is worth buku dollars to them.
00:30:34.000 And what are they doing with it?
00:30:35.000 They're saying they're against parental rights.
00:30:37.000 They're trying to punish states that adopt legislation that they don't like that protects parental rights and that protects children.
00:30:44.000 So my view is this.
00:30:45.000 If Disney's going to go woke and they want to be a political corporation, I mean, it's America.
00:30:49.000 They're welcome to do that.
00:30:50.000 But why should They get the benefit of taxpayer dollars.
00:30:53.000 And that's really what their special protections amount to.
00:30:56.000 They amount to taxpayer funding.
00:30:58.000 Why should they get that at any level of government, but especially from the federal government?
00:31:02.000 So, my bill, my legislation, would get rid of it.
00:31:04.000 It would get rid of their special protections.
00:31:06.000 It would go back to an even playing field.
00:31:09.000 And it would say that Disney doesn't get to be treated differently than anybody else.
00:31:12.000 And they certainly don't get to be rewarded for the kind of advocacy and political activism that they're engaged in.
00:31:20.000 It is a federal government loophole copyright gift to Disney that happened multiple decades ago, where they basically get in perpetuity protection of old movies like Cinderella and Snow White, so that other creators are not able then to even get close to the narrative of the story or be able to use the copy there.
00:31:40.000 And so, why should we use the power of the federal government to protect any sort of incumbent corporation?
00:31:45.000 This is stuff that Republicans should really be able to agree on very simply and plainly.
00:31:49.000 Senator, in closing here, just kind of what are you seeing as far as our chances to take the Senate back in November?
00:31:54.000 What are the other races you're looking at?
00:31:55.000 I know you made an endorsement in Arizona.
00:31:58.000 What are some of the other races where you see some really exciting young new candidates that will be able to be allies of yours in this upcoming session?
00:32:05.000 I've always got to start with my home state of Missouri because we do have a Senate race there, Charlie, and it's a Republican seat, but we've got to hold it.
00:32:10.000 I mean, there's no math that allows us to take back the Senate if we don't hold Missouri.
00:32:15.000 And I've endorsed a great candidate there, Vicki Hartzler, who I think is going to be a strong America first candidate.
00:32:20.000 And I think she's going to win.
00:32:21.000 We need her to win.
00:32:22.000 Beyond that, in Arizona, I think that is a critical race.
00:32:25.000 You've got Blake Masters out there.
00:32:26.000 I think that Blake is another guy who is much like JD.
00:32:30.000 I think that this is a guy who understands the moment we're in, who understands what it means to make America strong, what it means to protect our culture.
00:32:39.000 I think Blake will win that primary.
00:32:41.000 It's not till August, so he's got a way to go.
00:32:43.000 But I would keep my eye on Blake Masters out in Arizona.
00:32:47.000 And then, in terms of pickup opportunities, I think we've got a great chance to win in Arizona, to win in Georgia, to win in Nevada, to win in New Hampshire.
00:32:54.000 I mean, Charlie, we could pick up three, four seats in the United States Senate, and we should.
00:33:00.000 But here's the thing: it's not enough just to elect Republicans.
00:33:04.000 We've got to elect Republicans who know what time it is, who know what the score is, and who know what we need to do to protect this country, make it strong, and are willing to stand up to do it.
00:33:15.000 And I'm trying to do all I can to help those kinds of folks get elected.
00:33:19.000 Well, you've done a great job.
