00:00:00.000 Hey, everybody.
00:00:00.000 The pressure is on us.
00:00:01.000 2016 Energy all over again.
00:00:04.000 Very important episode about the framing of the midterm elections and why the establishment actually wants Republicans to lose if they can't control them.

00:01:09.000 I love hearing from you.
00:01:10.000 Buckle up.
00:01:10.000 Here we go.
00:01:12.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:01:14.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campuses.
00:01:16.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:01:19.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:01:22.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:01:23.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:01:24.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.
00:01:31.000 Turning point USA.
00:01:33.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:42.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:45.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:53.000 I want to start with where we're at.
00:01:56.000 Kerry Lake has won the Arizona primary for governor.
00:01:59.000 MAGA candidates across the country are winning their primaries.
00:02:03.000 This Republican Party is a grassroots party, ready to fight, ready to govern, ready to improve people's lives, ready to put their citizens first.
00:02:11.000 But the pressure is now going to be on.
00:02:13.000 And as we warned early in the week, the midterm elections are all but a certain thing.
00:02:18.000 Democrats are adjusting.
00:02:19.000 Democrats are going to outspend us.
00:02:22.000 They control the media.
00:02:23.000 They control social media.
00:02:24.000 They control our election system.
00:02:27.000 And they are going to be willing to cut corners at every single turn to try to get their preferred candidates across the finish line.
00:02:34.000 The generic ballot is tightening.
00:02:38.000 The generic congressional vote, according to Ras Musen reports, Republicans only lead by three points.
00:02:44.000 Whereas a couple months ago, Republicans led by 15 points.
00:02:49.000 We're seeing one race in particular that we endorsed in Washington.
00:02:54.000 Joe Kent is only down by 1.8 points, with lots of ballots still to be counted.
00:03:01.000 Again, Kerry Lake, Blake Masters, all won in Arizona.
00:03:06.000 However, as we look towards the midterms, Republicans only have a 0.1 lead if you average all of the generic ballot polls, a 0.1 point lead, barely taking back the House of Representatives, barely.
00:03:19.000 And the U.S. Senate is a complete coin toss.
00:03:21.000 It shouldn't be that way with inflation, open borders, CRT, wokeism, anti-Americanism, war on American energy.
00:03:28.000 It should be a complete blowout.
00:03:30.000 Now, some of these polls might be suppression polls and misrepresentations.
00:03:33.000 You can usually add five or six to all these polls.
00:03:35.000 That's usually a good rule of thumb.
00:03:37.000 But make no mistake, Democrats, they know they're going to lose, but their strategy right now is a very smart one.
00:03:44.000 That's right.
00:03:44.000 I'm saying the Democrats are using a smart strategy.
00:03:46.000 They're basically saying we want to lose less.
00:03:48.000 They know that midterms can be very hard.
00:03:50.000 Joe Biden is deeply unpopular, and Republicans will be outspent at every corner.
00:03:56.000 Now, this shouldn't be close.
00:03:58.000 65 points.
00:03:59.000 By 65 points, people think that the country is in the wrong track.
00:04:03.000 Only 16 believe that we're on the right direction.
00:04:05.000 81% believe we're on the wrong track.
00:04:09.000 It is our race to lose.
00:04:13.000 Let me say that again.
00:04:14.000 It is our race to lose.
00:04:16.000 Now, before we go any further, I want to encourage you and I want to thank you.
00:04:21.000 After the nonsense and the shenanigans, the corner cutting and the mules in the 2020 election, you very easily could have given up and not voted.
00:04:34.000 But I think a lot of you showed up to vote in Arizona, in Missouri, in Michigan, and you said, look, I'm going to do voting.
00:04:42.000 I'm going to vote.
00:04:43.000 I'm a little skeptical whether or not this will count, but I'm going to do it anyway.
00:04:46.000 That is the right attitude.
00:04:49.000 And look what happened in Arizona.
00:04:52.000 Despite all of the delays, the MAGA candidates won.
00:04:58.000 There is not a good reason to give up just because there are major structural problems with our elections.
00:05:05.000 In fact, they would love to have you give up.
00:05:09.000 They would love to have you say, what's the point in voting?
00:05:11.000 You must overwhelm the system where it is not on the margins, but it is a massive, massive blowout.
00:05:19.000 So where we are right now is whether it be John Gibbs beating Peter Meyer in western Michigan, whether it be Liz Cheney on the verge of losing in Wyoming, the MAGA movement has taken over the Republican Party, and it's not just Trump.
00:05:33.000 It is a new philosophy, putting our citizens first, securing our border, being prudent in how we're approaching foreign policy.
00:05:41.000 Our children are off limits.
00:05:42.000 We play to win.
00:05:43.000 We advance.
00:05:44.000 We do not retreat.
00:05:45.000 We do not allow the media to set the terms of engagement.
00:05:48.000 This is what we call on this program the new right.
00:05:53.000 Candidates are embracing an attitude, an energy, an optimism, a vision that has been so sorely lacking.
00:06:00.000 But the empire is going to strike back.
00:06:03.000 They are not going to sit idly by and allow this to happen.
00:06:06.000 And no, I'm not talking about the Democrat Party.
00:06:09.000 The Republican establishment is so prideful.
00:06:12.000 They are so self-interested.
00:06:14.000 They would rather have grassroots conservatives lose in a blazing glory than to have a grassroots Republican in office.
00:06:24.000 And by the way, that does not work both ways.
00:06:27.000 It does not.
00:06:29.000 It does not work both ways.
00:06:32.000 Grassroots conservatives turn out in big numbers for establishment Republicans at times because they say it's better than not to have them in office.
00:06:46.000 Whereas the establishment Republicans, they will withhold their support largely if there's a candidate that what?
00:06:55.000 They cannot control.
00:06:59.000 So we put all of these different things together and we must realize the pressure is now on us.
00:07:08.000 The people are in the driver's seat.
00:07:10.000 We've done our work in the primaries.
00:07:14.000 We've done our work to select good candidates.
00:07:20.000 And the UNI party is now threatened.
00:07:24.000 The far left has taken over the Democrat Party.
00:07:26.000 Now the people have taken over the Republican Party.
00:07:30.000 This is not left versus right.
00:07:32.000 This is top versus down.
00:07:34.000 We must outvote all the shenanigans.
00:07:38.000 And the pressure is on us.
00:07:40.000 Despite us being outspent, we're going to have to outwork the competition every single day now to November.
00:07:47.000 And if some of you were skeptical with all of the results coming in in Arizona, but now you see the result, just trust me with this.
00:07:55.000 Every single one of these candidates can win.
00:07:58.000 Your artist is starting to see the chattering of some people in the center-right media.
00:08:02.000 MAGA candidates can't win.
00:08:03.000 That is nonsense.
00:08:04.000 How many times do we have to prove that thesis wrong?
00:08:10.000 If you have a charismatic, articulate, wise candidate that understands the issues, they will win if they stand on principle.
00:08:24.000 Myra Flores won in the Rio Grande Valley, being a strong border hawk conservative, not pandering to the middle, but instead holding the line.
00:08:38.000 MAGA candidates swept the entire state of Arizona.
00:08:42.000 MAGA candidates swept in Missouri, swept in Michigan.
00:08:46.000 The Republican Party, we've done our job.
00:08:48.000 So what does that mean now going into November?
00:08:53.000 We must acknowledge suppression polls, suppression polls.
00:08:55.000 We must acknowledge we're going to be outspent, and we have to get to work because this right here, this midterm election, can be one of the most consequential, not just for the country.
00:09:04.000 I'm so tired of people saying that.
00:09:05.000 Charlie, this is the most important election of my lifetime.
00:09:08.000 I think 2020 actually was.
00:09:09.000 I think this election is important in a different way.
00:09:12.000 It's important to begin the process of a long-term Republican Party takeover, top to bottom.
00:09:21.000 The establishment Republicans, do you know what success looks like for them right now?
00:09:26.000 They want the MAGA candidates to lose in November to say, I told you so.
00:09:32.000 You should have nominated people like Mitt Romney.
00:09:36.000 They would love nothing more than to see Blake Masters lose, JD Vance lose, Carrie Lake lose.
00:09:42.000 They would love that.
00:09:44.000 It will vindicate them.
00:09:45.000 They'll feel good about themselves.
00:09:47.000 And guess what?
00:09:48.000 They're going to do whatever it takes to help make that happen.
00:09:50.000 But now we need all hands on deck, everybody.
00:09:53.000 That means tuning into this program, tuning into War Room with Bannon.
00:09:56.000 That means knocking on doors, registering voters, giving the money that you can.
00:10:00.000 We cannot outsource our activism because guess what?
00:10:03.000 The traditional Republican establishment infrastructure is going to sit this one out.
00:10:08.000 In fact, they might actively help some of the Democrats.
00:10:12.000 They would prefer a Democrat that they can work with than a grassroots conservative candidate that actually might make meaningful change occur or happen.
00:10:24.000 Look, there are food shortages happening all across the world right now.
00:10:28.000 Are you prepared?

00:10:43.000 If not, you are not properly protecting your family.
00:10:46.000 I do.

00:10:58.000 Do you?
00:11:01.000 And you might say, oh, Charlie will never fall apart.
00:11:04.000 Right.
00:11:05.000 Well, I'll be fed.

00:11:39.000 You know how you're making a difference when you get emails like this.
00:11:42.000 If I ever see you in public, I will effing murder you.
00:11:44.000 That's an email we got at freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:11:47.000 Something tells me that person won't be arrested for that, but we'll see what the authorities do.
00:11:51.000 Fortunately, we get plenty of emails and death threats like that, but we're still streaming.
00:11:56.000 Have a nice day.
00:11:57.000 So look, yeah, exactly.
00:11:59.000 They can meet my dog.
00:12:01.000 Good luck.
00:12:03.000 Email us your thoughts, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:12:05.000 So look, there is this movement that is unfolding in front of us across the country in every single corner where the establishment is not going to be comfortable with what the America first MAGA candidates might do if they get elected.
00:12:25.000 So someone asked us, freedom at charliekirk.com, what should we do to make the difference, Charlie?
00:12:31.000 Here's one easy way.
00:12:34.000 List 10 people on a piece of paper that you know that you will be responsible for getting out to the polls.
00:12:43.000 10 people.
00:12:43.000 It has to be like a grocery list.
00:12:46.000 Jeff, Sue, Carlton, whatever, 10 people, and you follow up with it.
00:12:50.000 Now, if every single person in this audience did this, if every single person did the 10 people, and you owned it, by the way, it should really be 25 or 50, all of a sudden, you multiply your impact and physically check off the list when you confirm they vote.
00:13:05.000 Yeah, this takes work.
00:13:06.000 This takes accountability, but all of a sudden, it's not just you voting, but it's 10 people in your sphere of influence.
00:13:12.000 I do this every single election cycle.
00:13:14.000 I do it for at least 30 to 40 people that I know in the local area.
00:13:17.000 And I just text them.
00:13:18.000 I said, hey, did you vote?
00:13:20.000 Did you do this?
00:13:21.000 Who'd you vote for?
00:13:23.000 Who'd you vote for?
00:13:25.000 You know, it'll be worth it, by the way, when your candidate wins.
00:13:30.000 This is the type of bottom-up strategy that does not take money, but it takes muscle.
00:13:35.000 It takes energy.
00:13:37.000 It takes enthusiasm.
00:13:40.000 It takes grassrootsy commitment.
00:13:44.000 It takes grit.
00:13:46.000 So you just list 25, again, 10 is a good number.
00:13:48.000 And like, okay, Uncle Sue, cousin this.
00:13:51.000 And by the way, it helps if these are low-propensity voters, not people that you know vote all the time.
00:13:59.000 This is how Donald Trump won in 2016.
00:14:01.000 It was word of mouth.
00:14:02.000 It was viral.
00:14:03.000 This is why it shook the matrix to its core.
00:14:06.000 They did not know how to process it.
00:14:08.000 All of their polling, all of their cable television ads, all of their models showed that it wasn't possible.
00:14:16.000 But if grassroots people talk amongst themselves, then we can win.
00:14:21.000 Now, some of you say, Charlie, our elections are still fractured.
00:14:25.000 I will admit, we have not done enough to fix our elections.
00:14:28.000 But Arizona is proof that my thesis of overwhelming the system can get good people in.
00:14:38.000 That, yes, it's broken.
00:14:41.000 Yes, if it's close on the margins, then it will be an issue.
00:14:46.000 But if we overwhelm, they do not have the structural control to be able to invalidate this kind of a movement.
00:14:57.000 They just don't.
00:14:58.000 And so what Arizona should show you with Carrie Lake and with Blake Masters should be a shot in the arm, a dose of hope that even though our systems have not yet been properly fixed, where we want to make it impossible to cheat, but easy to vote, as Carrie Lake says, that there is still an amazing amount of hope if we get engaged and get involved.
00:15:25.000 And guess what?
00:15:26.000 I think some people, this is the cool thing, I think the models are wrong.
00:15:29.000 And again, none of the DC people will think this.
00:15:32.000 I think some people set out this primary out of election cynicism.
00:15:36.000 We talked to a lot of them.
00:15:37.000 They said, I'm not going to vote.
00:15:38.000 It's not worth it.
00:15:38.000 The system's broken.
00:15:41.000 I hope you guys see this and you guys say, you know what, November, I'm going to give it a shot.
00:15:44.000 I'm going to roll the dice.
00:15:46.000 It's going to take work.
00:15:47.000 It's going to take the listing of the people that you get out to vote.
00:15:51.000 I mean, I know people that have 700 contacts in their phone, and they just text them all on election day, a couple days before, like, hey, did you vote?
00:15:59.000 Did you vote?
00:16:00.000 You become your own GO TV operation.
00:16:04.000 Now, that's starting in October.
00:16:06.000 But what are we going to do till now?
00:16:09.000 We have to do everything we possibly can to help our grassroots preferred candidates understand the uniparty, registering new voters, becoming a precinct committee person, owning your precinct.
00:16:26.000 All of this stuff matters because the money will not be there.
00:16:31.000 We will be outspent on television.
00:16:33.000 You hear me?
00:16:34.000 They control the system.
00:16:36.000 They'll smear our candidates in the media and they're going to bombard us on social media.
00:16:40.000 For every $10 that they will spend on television, we will have $1.
00:16:45.000 But we have something they don't have.
00:16:47.000 You, the people.
00:16:49.000 So, right now, this is kind of our, wow, we have great candidates.
00:16:52.000 Phenomenal.
00:16:53.000 Praise God.
00:16:54.000 Let's put our working boots on.
00:16:56.000 We got 90 days.
00:17:00.000 Hey, everybody, this common sense is brought to you by the folks at secondvote.com, amazing people who are fighting back against woke corporations.
00:17:08.000 Subscribe now at secondvote.com, promo code Charlie.
00:17:11.000 Good afternoon.
00:17:12.000 I'm Rebecca Hatfield, president of Second Vote.
00:17:14.000 We've had uniquely American common sense since 1776, but now we're in the age of common nonsense.
00:17:21.000 Today's common nonsense comes from the left's radical agenda.
00:17:24.000 Inflation has reached a 40-year high, and we're headed into a recession.
00:17:29.000 If you have common sense, the causes are obvious: extreme environmental policies, massive government spending, and woke fund managers.
00:17:37.000 The left has spent years trying to kill domestic fuel production, and now energy prices are skyrocketing.
00:17:42.000 But instead of talking to American energy companies, Joe Biden is in Saudi Arabia begging Middle Eastern dictators to increase supply.
00:17:51.000 When the far left and woke corporations push extremist environmental policies, they have serious consequences.
00:17:58.000 According to research from the Heritage Foundation, American families have lost $6,800 per year due to inflation, and we'll all feel that.
00:18:07.000 When government gets bigger, our paycheck gets smaller.
00:18:11.000 And inflation is the inevitable result of massive government spending.
00:18:15.000 But inflation doesn't just affect the dollars you spend, it also affects the dollars you invest by destroying the purchasing power of your dollar.
00:18:22.000 The Wall Street Journal recently exposed how so-called ESG funds cost between five and 15 times as much as other funds, but perform worse.

00:19:01.000 This person emailed us.
00:19:02.000 I love it.
00:19:03.000 Charlie, if I saw you in public, dot, dot, dot, I would ask for a selfie and shake your hand.
00:19:09.000 You got to love it.
00:19:10.000 Freedom at charlieclerk.com.
00:19:11.000 By the way, if you're not getting death threats, you're not making a difference.
00:19:14.000 These people are all cowards.
00:19:18.000 All right, so I want to get into this a little bit deeper.
00:19:22.000 So MAGA energy is ascendant because it's focused on voters and focused on the people.
00:19:29.000 It's in the weeds of the grassroots of politics, which is going to require an all-hands-on-deck type strategy.
00:19:37.000 And one of the states that this is going to be decided in of who really runs the Republican Party is the beautiful, the wonderful, the majestic state of Wyoming.
00:19:50.000 I love Wyoming.
00:19:51.000 It's such a great place.
00:19:53.000 Now, in the state of Wyoming, there is a primary coming up.
00:19:57.000 I believe it's next week, if I'm not mistaken.
00:20:00.000 Wyoming primary is coming up, I think, August 16th.
00:20:04.000 Yep, I'm right.
00:20:04.000 Tuesday, August 16th.
00:20:06.000 So a week from Tuesday is what it looks like, will be the Republican primary in Wyoming.
00:20:13.000 Liz Cheney is the Congresswoman in Wyoming.
00:20:18.000 I know it's hard to remember whether or not she represents Virginia or represents Wyoming because she lives in Northern Virginia so much.
00:20:25.000 And it's going to be a referendum on who really runs the Republican Party.
00:20:28.000 All polls, all enthusiasm, all grassroots interactions point towards a defeat of Liz Cheney in Wyoming.
00:20:34.000 And the Cheney family is part of that Republican establishment that has controlled the Republican Party for decades.
00:20:42.000 There's a couple families that have controlled the Republican Party: the Rockefellers, the Romneys.
00:20:48.000 Yep, Willard Romney's father, George Romney, was the governor of Michigan.
00:20:54.000 The McCain's, the Bushes.
00:20:58.000 They've controlled the Republican Party for quite some time.
00:21:01.000 Now, what's so interesting about Dick Cheney is that prior to Donald Trump, Dick Cheney was the most hated person on the American right of the last 30 years.
00:21:15.000 If you think they hate Donald Trump, yeah, they probably hate him more now, but it was close.
00:21:21.000 If you go back to 2003, 4, 5, and 6, the venom towards Dick Cheney.
00:21:27.000 He's running the government.
00:21:29.000 He's sneaky.
00:21:30.000 I mean, it was merciless.
00:21:32.000 In fact, just watch the movie Vice.
00:21:35.000 Now, that was all before the regime media realized that Dick Cheney and the Cheney family represents the Uniparty and that we actually like Dick Cheney because of how much we hate Donald Trump.
00:21:49.000 So this primary is unfolding in the state of Wyoming.
00:21:54.000 And it will be a question whether or not the grassroots show up and whether or not Liz Cheney gets displaced.
00:22:02.000 Now, we saw this last week.
00:22:04.000 John Gibbs beat Peter Meyer in western Michigan.
00:22:07.000 We've seen almost every single impeachment voter either resign or be defeated in a primary.
00:22:14.000 Wyoming is a very conservative state.
00:22:18.000 And now Dick Cheney, former Vice President of the United States and former congressman from the state of Wyoming, has released a new advertisement in support of Liz Cheney.
00:22:29.000 We are talking about how the Republican establishment would rather have Democrats that they can work with or control than Republicans that might actually govern in the benefit of their citizens.
00:22:40.000 This is an extraordinary political advertisement, unlike anything I've seen in recent memory.
00:22:47.000 In this advertisement, Dick Cheney, in support of his daughter, Liz Cheney, says that Donald Trump, in the 246-year history of America, is the greatest threat to our republic.
00:23:05.000 Greater than those that argued for the Confederacy, greater than the articulate yet sinister defender of slavery, John C. Calhoun, greater than Timothy McVeigh, greater than the Unabomber.
00:23:24.000 Dick Cheney argues the greatest threat to our Republic, and he doesn't even qualify it domestically or internationally.
00:23:30.000 He just says the greatest threat is Donald Trump.
00:23:35.000 Now, that should send a chill down your spine because what he's really saying is this is a declaration of war.
00:23:42.000 This is how you talk about Saddam Hussein.
00:23:44.000 In fact, we have a piece of tape to show the parallels of how he talked about Saddam and how he talks about Donald Trump.
00:23:51.000 What Dick Cheney is saying here, I want you to listen very carefully, is he's saying that we basically should be willing to use all the instruments of government power to displace Donald Trump and his followers from participating in the civic process.
00:24:07.000 But then there is a not-so-veiled threat at the end of it.
00:24:13.000 I want you to listen carefully to this Dick Cheney ad, and it makes you wonder: does Dick Cheney know something privately that we should also know about maybe some looming action coming against Donald Trump this fall?
00:24:26.000 This is an advertisement being run in the state of Wyoming trying to prop up the floundering congressional campaign of Liz Cheney, Play Cut 60.
00:24:35.000 In our nation's 246-year history, there has never been an individual who is a greater threat to our republic than Donald Trump.
00:24:43.000 He tried to steal the last election using lies and violence to keep himself in power after the voters had rejected him.
00:24:50.000 He is a coward.
00:24:52.000 A real man wouldn't lie to his supporters.
00:24:54.000 He lost his election and he lost big.
00:24:56.000 I know it, he knows it, and deep down, I think most Republicans know it.
00:25:01.000 Lynn and I are so proud of Liz for standing up for the truth, doing what's right, honoring her oath to the Constitution, when so many in our party are too scared to do so.
00:25:13.000 Liz is fearless.
00:25:14.000 She never backs down from the fight.
00:25:17.000 There is nothing more important she will ever do than lead the effort to make sure Donald Trump is never again near the Oval Office.
00:25:25.000 And she will succeed.
00:25:27.000 I am Dick Cheney.
00:25:28.000 I proudly voted for my daughter.
00:25:30.000 I hope you will too.
00:25:31.000 I'm Liz Cheney, and I approve this message.
00:25:34.000 Did you hear that?
00:25:37.000 It is her job to make sure Donald Trump will not run again, and I believe she will succeed.
00:25:43.000 The only way they could get Donald Trump not to run again is successfully impeach him and remove him from office afterwards.
00:25:49.000 Not going to happen.
00:25:52.000 Or he's a felon.
00:25:54.000 Is Dick Cheney showing his cards that the January 6th Committee, in conjunction with the Department of Justice, plans to indict and convict Donald Trump before the 2024 election?
00:26:03.000 Is that what he was saying there?
00:26:06.000 Now, I promise you, Dick Cheney is not Emperor Palpatine from Star Wars.
00:26:10.000 I promise you.
00:26:12.000 I promise you, they're totally different.
00:26:13.000 They talk differently.
00:26:15.000 You be the judge.
00:26:16.000 Play cut 61.
00:26:18.000 Yes.
00:26:19.000 I assure you, we are quite safe from your friends here.
00:26:26.000 Your overconfidence is your weakness.
00:26:29.000 Your faith in your friends is yours.
00:26:34.000 It is pointless to resist, my son.
00:26:42.000 Everything that has transpired has done so according to my desire.
00:26:47.000 Your friends are there on the century moon.
00:26:51.000 I'm walking you through a trap.
00:26:53.000 Believe it or not, that scene of Star Wars is identical to what we're living through right now.
00:26:57.000 Darth Vader says, it is pointless to resist, my son.
00:27:00.000 Basically saying resistance is futile, which is a line actually from Star Trek with the Borg.
00:27:07.000 Then Palpatine says, your friends are going into a trap, very similar to Dick Cheney's advertisement saying that Donald Trump will not be able to run again.
00:27:19.000 And my daughter will be successful in doing so.
00:27:22.000 Remember this piece from The Atlantic?
00:27:26.000 Remembering why Americans loathe Dick Cheney.
00:27:29.000 An entire piece talking about why Americans hate Dick Cheney.
00:27:33.000 Talks about the war in Iraq, talks about torture, illegally spying on innocent Americans.
00:27:38.000 Halliburton talks about Ahmad Kalabi, talks about how he was instrumental in detailing innocence for years on end.
00:27:46.000 You see, the left hated Dick Cheney, loathed him, made him the recipient of their jokes and their late-night comedy until someone who is an even greater threat to their power came along.
00:28:00.000 You see, they hated Dick Cheney because he was in charge and they weren't, but they didn't hate Dick Cheney on ideological reasons.
00:28:07.000 Dick Cheney was an overseer of a neoliberal, neoconservative, rule with an iron fist agenda of invade the world and invite the world.
00:28:16.000 Dick Cheney was a proud advocate of corporate handouts and cronyism.
00:28:24.000 Donald Trump challenged all of that.
00:28:28.000 It's going to be MAGA versus the machine, MAGA versus money, the people versus power.
00:28:34.000 That advertisement of Dick Cheney, I think, embodies that better than ever before.
00:28:40.000 And I find it hilarious.
00:28:42.000 Dick Cheney is the one that says Donald Trump is the greatest threat to our republic, even though Donald Trump was the only president in our lifetime recently not to start a new war.
00:28:52.000 Probably be why Dick Cheney hates him so much.
00:28:56.000 Invading sovereign countries just kind of runs in the blood in the Cheney bloodline.
00:29:01.000 Now, you heard how Dick Cheney in that clip talked about Donald Trump.
00:29:06.000 It reminds me of how Dick Cheney talked about Saddam Hussein.
00:29:10.000 By the way, there's a debate going on, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:29:13.000 Is it Saddam Hussein or Saddam?
00:29:15.000 I say Saddam, and if those of you get the joke, you get it.
00:29:19.000 In the movie W with Josh Brolin, they use Saddam the entire time because W. Bush used to do it.
00:29:25.000 I just use Saddam because it gets your attention.
00:29:26.000 I think it's hilarious.
00:29:27.000 Saddam, Saddam, who cares?
00:29:29.000 He's dead.
00:29:30.000 Never should have invaded the country.
00:29:32.000 Big mistake.
00:29:32.000 One of the worst wars in American history.
00:29:35.000 Listen to how Dick Cheney talked about Saddam or Saddam.
00:29:41.000 And then remember how we talked about Trump?
00:29:43.000 What am I getting at here?
00:29:45.000 They believe Donald Trump is literally the moral equivalent of a foreign terrorist.
00:29:53.000 PlayCut 62.
00:29:55.000 Simply stated, there is no doubt that Saddam Hussein now has weapons of mass destruction.
00:30:03.000 There is no doubt that he is amassing them to use them against our friends, against our allies, and against us.
00:30:11.000 And there is no doubt that his aggressive regional ambitions will lead him into future confrontations with his neighbors.
00:30:20.000 Confrontations that will involve both the weapons that he has today and the ones he will continue to develop with his oil wealth.
00:30:29.000 He lied then.
00:30:31.000 Why would he be telling the truth now?
00:30:34.000 It's MAGA versus the machine and all of the industries, power that is threatened.
00:30:43.000 They're all consolidating right now because they're very worried that the people are now finally going to be in charge of the Republican Party, that you have a voice for the first time in a long time.
00:30:54.000 And guess what?
00:30:55.000 It's not just happening in one state.
00:30:57.000 It's happening all across the country, and they can't figure out how to control it.
00:31:02.000 And do you know what the lesson actually is?
00:31:06.000 You can't.
00:31:08.000 That's what makes it so special.
00:31:10.000 You can't control the people.
00:31:12.000 They control you.
00:31:13.000 In this email here, Charlie read that Senator Tim Scott of South Carolina is backing Lisa Murkowski for reelection.
00:31:20.000 This makes your point of MAGA versus the Republican machine.
00:31:23.000 Yes, you are going to see this in every corner.
00:31:26.000 You are going to see grassroots candidates that have the support of the people, but not the money, start to get support of the Republican establishment where it matters most.
00:31:37.000 And one of the issues that I know a lot of you share, the one issues I have that I know a lot of you share with me, is that the Republican Party needs to not just win elections, but govern.
00:31:52.000 I believe firmly one of the reasons why the generic congressional ballot is tightening is because of unfettered money being spent in Ukraine, wide open borders, gun control, and the Republican Party not doing what is necessary to actually represent their voters.
00:32:14.000 So, for example, in Cut 56, CNN had Republican County Board.
00:32:19.000 He's a Republican, right, Bill Gates?
00:32:20.000 I believe so.
00:32:21.000 Republican Maricopa County Board of Supervisor Bill Gates, not to be confused with the potential depopulation advocate Bill Gates, former from Microsoft, same name, different guy, on last night, warning that the future of democracy is at stake.
00:32:35.000 Play Cut 56.
00:32:37.000 Well, there's a lot at stake, and I would say it's the future of the Arizona Republican Party, if not the future of this democracy here in the state of Arizona.
00:32:47.000 Look, I talked to the lawyer who headed up the election day operations for Arizona Republican Party yesterday.
00:32:53.000 He said we had a great election.
00:32:55.000 It ran very smoothly.
00:32:57.000 And yet, Kerry Lake is saying that there was fraud, that they outvoted the fraud.
00:33:01.000 So they're lying about this.
00:33:03.000 They have a narrative that they're trying to push, and it is very dangerous.
00:33:07.000 Yeah, why is it dangerous, Bill Gates?
00:33:09.000 Why don't you come on my program anytime and explain to me why it takes days for Arizona to get their results?
00:33:14.000 I want to answer this question.
00:33:16.000 Does the probability for malfeasance and error and cheating go up or down the longer it takes to count ballots?
00:33:23.000 Of course it goes up.
00:33:25.000 The more time that ballots sit idly by, the more mistakes could be potentially made.
00:33:29.000 Now, you might think it's the opposite.
00:33:30.000 Well, Charlie, they're taking their time.
00:33:31.000 They want to be precise.
00:33:32.000 No, it's the opposite.
00:33:34.000 For bad actors, they're able to do things that are in the shadows that would otherwise be deceitful and unethical.
00:33:41.000 And by the way, Bill Gates says that after Pinal County literally ran out of ballots and the head of the Pinal County elections had to resign because Republican voters would be turned away.
00:33:51.000 How dare he say a thing like that?
00:33:53.000 By the way, Stephen Richer and Bill Gates are welcome to my program anytime where they can try to explain to me the data and the evidence, irrefutable data and evidence found in the movie 2000 Mules, showed that there was a ballot trafficking, ballot harvesting operation that happened in Maricopa County in 2020, and they are welcome to come to my program anytime and tell me what's the investigation they've done into that.
00:34:13.000 Is cell phone ping technology verifiable?
00:34:18.000 Why do they use it to arrest January 6th defendants, but we can't use it to actually find mules in Arizona?
00:34:24.000 Why is it that at a basic anecdotal survey of people in a room, when you ask, hey, did you get a ballot you didn't request, nearly half the hands go up?
00:34:35.000 What are the signature verification threats, signature verification thresholds in Arizona?
00:34:40.000 Why does it take multiple days to try to get ballots from one place to the other?
00:34:42.000 Why did you destroy precinct voting, Bill Gates, and you go to these vote processing centers?
00:34:47.000 You see, they don't want to answer those questions.
00:34:49.000 Instead, Bill Gates and Stephen Richard, who call themselves Republicans, say the future of democracy is at stake.
00:34:55.000 Yeah, guess what?
00:34:56.000 People don't trust you anymore.
00:34:57.000 And instead of actually looking internally and looking in the mirror, maybe they don't trust us because we're a group of buffoons and we're not doing our job.
00:35:05.000 And every other state in the country can get their results the night of, and it takes multiple days.
00:35:09.000 By the way, all the ballots still haven't been counted.
00:35:11.000 Let's be very clear.
00:35:12.000 They still have not all been counted.
00:35:15.000 It's a three-ring circus around here.
00:35:18.000 And yet they go on CNN and say that we're a threat to democracy.
00:35:22.000 Actually, you are because you have more time to go on cable television to go make Maricopa look more like Moscow while ballots are flying all over the place and people have their trust eroded.
00:35:33.000 You see, you know what leaders do when followers start to not have trust?
00:35:38.000 You look them in the eye, you tell the truth, and you build up their trust with facts, information, clarity, and transparency, not condemnation and insults.
00:35:50.000 What real leaders do when they have nothing to hide, they would invite the opposition in and show them exactly what's going on.
00:35:56.000 In fact, it's the opposite that's happening.
00:35:58.000 It's finger-pointing.
00:35:59.000 It's the typical establishment Republican way of treating the grassroots.
00:36:05.000 It's MAGA versus the machine, everybody.
00:36:07.000 MAGA versus money.
00:36:08.000 This midterm election can either be a shot in the arm to make MAGA the permanent driver's seat of the Republican Party.
00:36:18.000 But if we lose, if we lose and we do not show up, we don't do our work, the establishment will actually be stronger because of that.
00:36:28.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
00:36:29.000 Email me your thoughts as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:36:32.000 Thanks so much.
