00:01:30.000 This is going to be a huge weekend here.

00:01:32.000 If they are going to pull Joe Biden, it's going to come this weekend.

00:01:35.000 I think it is increasingly less likely, as we have been watching this develop all week.

00:01:39.000 But there are some breaking news developments right here, right now, that show that the internal Democrat Power brokers, they are not backing down.

00:01:51.000 Today I'm wearing my shirt that says, Find New Voters.

00:01:53.000 We are celebrating those of you in reading your emails and sending you signed books of the right-wing revolution.

00:01:58.000 For those of you that find new voters, this weekend we'll be traveling to Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

00:02:02.000 We're gonna be broadcasting all week live from Milwaukee, Wisconsin at the RNC Republican National Convention.

00:02:09.000 Looking forward to seeing a lot of you there.

00:02:11.000 Okay.

00:02:12.000 So, breaking news right now.

00:02:15.000 There are 18 Democrat elected officials who have called for Joe Biden to step down.

00:02:19.000 17 representatives and one senator.

00:02:21.000 And breaking, in the last couple of moments, major Democrat donors have told the largest pro-Biden super PAC that they have frozen $90 million in pledged donations.

00:02:31.000 According to the New York Times, quote, a coordinated Democrat rebellion will be underway in the next 48 hours and that rebellion will be televised.

00:02:42.000 This is a coordinated Democrat rebellion and it is well underway.

00:02:48.000 Now, let's take a step back here.

00:02:49.000 What happened yesterday?

00:02:50.000 Yesterday was Joe Biden's big boy press conference.

00:02:55.000 Now if we're looking at that press conference objectively, there were parts where Joe Biden seemed almost back to form where he was just somebody that was in a senior nursing facility.

00:03:06.000 We're grading on such a curve here that it's hard to look at these things objectively.

00:03:11.000 However, there were sound bites that reminded us that this man is not well.

00:03:16.000 That he should not be President of the United States.

00:03:18.000 That he should not be anywhere close to the nuclear football.

00:03:23.000 Imagine if you are trying to negotiate a major arms treaty.

00:03:28.000 Imagine if you're trying to negotiate the end of a war, which Joe Biden has started wars all across the world.

00:03:33.000 The Russian-Ukrainian War or the Israel-Gaza War.

00:03:37.000 Imagine you are trying to have a high-stakes negotiation and you're talking to Vladimir Putin or you're talking to Bibi Netanyahu and instead of saying, um, Prime Minister Abbas, let me tell you.

00:03:53.000 Oh, I'm sorry.

00:03:54.000 Who am I talking to? 0.95

00:03:56.000 The press conference was a sad, pathetic display of what the presidency has become. 0.93

00:04:01.000 Was it Joe Biden's worst moment? 0.96

00:04:03.000 However, there were a couple little moments where we said, oh boy, This is unacceptable.

00:04:03.000 No.

00:04:12.000 Play cut 121.

00:04:14.000 And now I want to hand it over to the President of Ukraine, who has as much courage as he has determination.

00:04:21.000 Ladies and gentlemen, President Putin.

00:04:24.000 Yeah, President Putin.

00:04:25.000 Meanwhile, Zelensky is standing right next to him.

00:04:27.000 Okay, so that's just like a one-off gaffe, you know, you're nitpicking.

00:04:31.000 Well then later in the press conference he was asked a question about Kamala Harris.

00:04:36.000 And little to all of our understanding, Donald Trump is currently the vice president of the

00:04:41.000 United States. Play cut 124. What concerns do you have about Vice President Harris's ability to

00:04:48.000 beat Donald Trump if she were at the top of the ticket? 0.97

00:04:52.000 Look, I wouldn't have picked Vice President Trump to be Vice President until I think she was not qualified to be President.

00:04:59.000 So let's start there.

00:05:01.000 Number one.

00:05:03.000 The fact is that the consideration is that I think I'm the most qualified person to run for president.

00:05:11.000 I beat him once.

00:05:13.000 And I will beat him again.

00:05:15.000 Look, everybody misspeaks.

00:05:16.000 I misspeak.

00:05:17.000 I talk for three hours, you know, a day.

00:05:19.000 So that's why the Putin one, okay, he kind of backtracked on it.

00:05:22.000 This one, he didn't even realize he said something wrong.

00:05:24.000 And this is a pattern. 0.67

00:05:26.000 This is a pattern of mental decline.

00:05:28.000 By the way, I passed my dementia test for the record.

00:05:31.000 I drew this beautiful cube, which looks like Joe Biden's brain, because it's like collapsing within itself, but it's still a cube.

00:05:37.000 Joe Biden can't pass a dementia test.

00:05:40.000 And this is a pattern that we've watched for years.

00:05:42.000 Now there is a Democrat coup that is going to accelerate the next 48 hours if they are going to be successful.

00:05:48.000 If they are going to take out the king.

00:05:51.000 If they are going to be able to replace this crime family from running the White House.

00:05:57.000 It's going to have to happen.

00:05:59.000 Imminently.

00:06:00.000 The clock is ticking.

00:06:02.000 We are about to find out how powerful Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama actually are.

00:06:08.000 Remember, next week is the RNC.

00:06:10.000 Next week the media turns all of their attention to Donald Trump and Donald Trump is a brilliant, brilliant, brilliant.

00:06:20.000 He hasn't announced his vice presidential selection yet and he probably won't do it till the convention.

00:06:26.000 If you want to run up against Joe Biden, which all public polling suggests, his approval rating, people think he's too old, he is a candidate that we believe is beatable, then the RNC will serve as a bailout for Joe Biden.

00:06:44.000 July 21st is the date.

00:06:48.000 Joe Biden believes, and his team is right, on July 21st, the DNC will be meeting early For a virtual roll call.

00:06:59.000 They will be meeting with a virtual roll call to officially make Joe Biden the nominee.

00:07:07.000 As soon as that happens, there are no more coups.

00:07:11.000 There are no more attempts to take him out.

00:07:14.000 The cake is baked.

00:07:14.000 It's over.

00:07:16.000 And so Joe Biden is trying to stretch out the clock.

00:07:18.000 Oh, big boy press conference.

00:07:19.000 We have NATO.

00:07:21.000 We have Lester Holt at the Civil Rights Museum.

00:07:26.000 You got the RNC convention.

00:07:28.000 Joe Biden is trying to run out the clock and smart Democrats are pressing panic.

00:07:36.000 Not to mention you have the Olympics coming up.

00:07:38.000 Now, if Joe Biden was really smart, he would go to the opening ceremonies at the Olympics.

00:07:42.000 And he might.

00:07:43.000 Mark my words, he might.

00:07:47.000 Joe Biden might just go to the Opening Ceremonies.

00:07:49.000 Oh sorry, I can't deal with this right now.

00:07:51.000 I'm trying to keep NATO together and I'm at the Opening Ceremonies in Paris and I'm a different time zone.

00:07:57.000 Just kind of keep punting it and keep punting it.

00:07:59.000 But the breaking news this morning, which is significant.

00:08:03.000 Is that major Democrat donors are freezing 90 million dollars in pledged donations.

00:08:10.000 90 million dollars in pledged donations.

00:08:14.000 Saying that they will not spend their pledged money if Joe Biden remains the nominee.

00:08:20.000 But based on what I saw at that press conference and what you saw, and based on all reporting, Joe Biden doesn't care.

00:08:28.000 And this is the fascinating window that we are all getting caught up to speed here.

00:08:33.000 And to be honest, I was not totally educated on this as much.

00:08:38.000 As I probably should have.

00:08:40.000 Is the bitterness and the resentment that Joe Biden still has towards Barack Obama and what he calls the elites of his party.

00:08:48.000 You think that once they install you as president, you let bygones be bygones.

00:08:53.000 Joe Biden believes that he's more talented than he has been given credit for.

00:08:57.000 That Joe Biden is better connected.

00:08:59.000 He's a better president than people realize.

00:09:02.000 And if you go backwards into polling back in 2020, Joe Biden was leading Donald Trump by nine points at this time in Pennsylvania.

00:09:12.000 By nine points.

00:09:13.000 Biden thinks that he succeeded where everyone else failed.

00:09:16.000 Obama and Hillary didn't beat Trump.

00:09:17.000 He did.

00:09:18.000 He was dismissed by everyone in 2020 and still got the nomination.

00:09:22.000 Everyone said the red wave would happen.

00:09:24.000 He said nope, no it didn't.

00:09:26.000 And so Joe Biden is digging in and saying, go ahead, I have the delegates.

00:09:31.000 You don't.

00:09:32.000 PlayCut 145, please.

00:09:33.000 Newt Gingrich on Fox News.

00:09:35.000 PlayCut 145.

00:09:37.000 If Biden doesn't want to leave, I don't see any mechanism to make him leave.

00:09:43.000 He got over 14 million votes.

00:09:47.000 Nobody else got any significant number.

00:09:50.000 All these people out there now.

00:09:51.000 So we're supposed to be told that 14 million Democrats around the country don't matter because the senator from Vermont would like Biden to step down.

00:10:01.000 Well, talk about not being part of democracy.

00:10:05.000 You know, the Democrats have spent three years talking about how much they love democracy, except when it's inconvenient.

00:10:12.000 I don't think that they're going to be successful.

00:10:15.000 I don't think this coup will ultimately be successful.

00:10:17.000 We'll see how powerful Obama and Pelosi actually are.

00:10:23.000 Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here.

00:10:24.000 I've had the honor and pleasure of partnering with Patriot Mobile, who has been a great supporter of this show.

00:10:28.000 They're the only cell phone service provider that is actually on the front lines defending our freedoms.

00:10:33.000 They're an example of putting the cause ahead of profits, and that's why I'm proud to partner with them.

00:10:37.000 Right now, Patriot Mobile wants to give you a brand new smartphone when you make the switch today.

00:10:41.000 Patriot Mobile is America's only Christian conservative wireless provider, and when I say only, trust me, they are the only one. 0.99

00:11:11.000 Call 972-PATRIOT.

00:11:12.000 That is 972-PATRIOT.

00:11:14.000 Go to patriotmobile.com slash charlie and join me and make the switch today.

00:11:17.000 That is patriotmobile.com slash charlie.

00:11:20.000 Patriotmobile.com slash charlie.

00:11:25.000 So I think Joe Biden stays.

00:11:27.000 Now again, this could be going back and forth and back and forth and back and forth.

00:11:32.000 But I think Joe Biden holds on.

00:11:35.000 And if Joe Biden holds on, then we must be prepared and ready for a one-two combo.

00:11:41.000 The media is going to forget all of their criticism and they're going to realign support behind Biden.

00:11:48.000 And then Joe Biden is likely going to shake up and change his campaign apparatus.

00:11:57.000 So let's first go to somebody that I've been watching for years.

00:12:00.000 He's easy to mock.

00:12:02.000 He's easy to make fun of.

00:12:04.000 Kind of sounds funny when he talks.

00:12:05.000 I've met him before.

00:12:06.000 He was okay.

00:12:07.000 He's fine.

00:12:08.000 I think he's wicked smart.

00:12:10.000 And he used to be center to center left.

00:12:13.000 In fact, he used to sub in for Rush Limbaugh.

00:12:18.000 Believe it or not.

00:12:19.000 I'm talking about, of course, Chris Matthews.

00:12:23.000 Chris Matthews is a contrarian and he rarely misses.

00:12:29.000 When Chris Matthews is on MSNBC, I drop whatever I'm doing and I'm going to listen very carefully.

00:12:33.000 Because he's not a woke-type Democrat.

00:12:35.000 He's very similar to James Carville.

00:12:37.000 When James Carville or Chris Matthews speaks out, I listen carefully.

00:12:41.000 Because they're not part of this whole race politics.

00:12:44.000 They're older.

00:12:45.000 They've seen a lot.

00:12:47.000 They were part of the whole kind of Clinton coalition.

00:12:50.000 They're not in the wing of the AOCs or the Rashida Tlaibs.

00:12:56.000 And Chris Matthews calls something on MSNBC that I think we need to listen to very carefully and closely.

00:13:02.000 First of all, Chris Matthews, I believe, accurately diagnoses Joe Biden is not going anywhere.

00:13:10.000 And secondly, Chris Matthews, with his nearly 40 to 50 years of experience in media, he sees this clearly.

00:13:17.000 And I happen to agree.

00:13:21.000 He's basically forecasting, look, the media is going to then now come together and say, okay, how can we save Joe Biden?

00:13:30.000 America loves a comeback story.

00:13:31.000 The comeback kid, we damaged him and now we are building him back up into a populist fighter against the elites.

00:13:40.000 Chris Matthews sees this, and he's the only one saying it on TV, and I'm here to warn you and caution you that the race might look like it is a huge delta. 0.75

00:13:49.000 That it's a huge, oh my goodness, we're gonna win.

00:13:51.000 No, this race is going to be much closer than people realize.

00:13:54.000 The data is suggesting that it's going to be closer than you realize.

00:13:57.000 And the media is, this is not going to last.

00:14:00.000 This honeymoon period of the Democrat and media shooting match, as soon as he is the nominee, and especially after they see the RNC convention, You're gonna see a whole different tone and tenor out of CNN, MSNBC, New York Times.

00:14:17.000 And do not underestimate the power of propaganda. 0.99

00:14:20.000 Now somebody emailed us, are people really that dumb? 0.97

00:14:24.000 85% of exit poll voters in 2020 in Georgia said that you should have to be forced to wear a mask outside. 0.99

00:14:32.000 Yes, people are that persuadable.

00:14:35.000 Yes, people are that malleable.

00:14:39.000 Do not underestimate the brute force of the propaganda networks.

00:14:46.000 When Chris Matthews talks, I listen.

00:14:48.000 Playcut 142.

00:14:50.000 He is absolutely right about the elite.

00:14:52.000 He puts up with it, with the elite.

00:14:54.000 But right now, he's got the poor people, he's got minorities, he's got Hispanics.

00:14:59.000 He's going to put out labor.

00:15:01.000 He's going to hold that base of the Democratic Party, which he will need in November.

00:15:05.000 And I'm telling you, people are going to end up rooting for him in October, because he won't have a comeback.

00:15:10.000 And in this elite-fashioned attack on him, I think Chris Matthews is on to something.

00:15:17.000 Right now, there's a lot of separation between Trump and Biden in polling.

00:15:19.000 However, there is an outlier poll this morning, a poll that shows Joe Biden up 2.

00:15:24.000 get people to turn for him in October. It's going to be stunning. He is not quitting.

00:15:24.000 It is still 2.

00:15:29.000 He is not built to quit. I think Chris Matthews is onto something. Right now,

00:15:34.000 there's a lot of separation between Trump and Biden in polling. However,

00:15:37.000 there is an outlier poll this morning, a poll that shows Joe Biden up to it is still too.

00:15:42.000 It's too close for comfort.

00:15:47.000 Joe Biden up to the latest poll today.

00:15:47.000 That's right there.

00:15:49.000 That does not surprise me at all.

00:15:51.000 Joe Biden is relentlessly pounding the airwaves with his advertising dollars.

00:15:57.000 Now, I might be stubborn and contrarian.

00:16:01.000 But I think Chris Matthews is on to something.

00:16:03.000 I think the media is going to salivate post-DNC with Joe Biden being the nominee about the comeback kid narrative and we better be prepared.

00:16:12.000 We better have our forces fortified and we have to take this opportunity to find new voters, to find new potential Trump supporters.

00:16:21.000 They are going to do the comeback narrative and it will be nauseating.

00:16:27.000 Be ready for it.

00:16:28.000 Don't be shocked and surprised if all of a sudden They show that Joe Biden tied, Joe Biden up.

00:16:34.000 It's coming.

00:16:35.000 Get ready.

00:16:36.000 Do the work.

00:16:36.000 Alright, Chris Matthews is telling you exactly what has happened because he's involved in the resurrection of Joe Biden.

00:16:42.000 And Joe Biden is not going anywhere.

00:16:44.000 And it is going to happen quickly.

00:16:46.000 Let me say this as clearly as I can.

00:16:48.000 This Democrat coup is likely to fail.

00:16:51.000 Because of the stubbornness and the strong-headedness of Joe Biden.

00:16:51.000 Why?

00:16:56.000 He's not going anywhere unless they literally take him out.

00:17:01.000 Unless he is no longer alive.

00:17:03.000 He will go in a wheelchair as a vegetable all the way to November. 0.96

00:17:09.000 He's not moving.

00:17:11.000 He thinks he's the best president ever.

00:17:13.000 He thinks that everyone has always looked down upon him.

00:17:16.000 Everyone has scorned him.

00:17:17.000 And that he believes that I can run a different type of campaign and we better watch out for that.

00:17:23.000 So, let me just reiterate.

00:17:26.000 The media will immediately pivot and they will shift from going against Joe Biden to then raising him up and saying Joe Biden was at his lowest moment after that debate and Joe Biden is looking stronger than ever and he has the momentum and they're gonna call it Joe-mentum.

00:17:44.000 They're gonna say that he's the comeback kid.

00:17:46.000 Mark my words.

00:17:48.000 And we better be ready for that and or we have to go right now for the political win.

00:17:55.000 And that's why the RNC, I think, is perfectly timed.

00:17:57.000 You know, some people I was debating with on text last night, they said, oh, I wish the RNC was another week.

00:18:01.000 I want to see more of this Democrat infighting.

00:18:03.000 So wait a second.

00:18:04.000 I said, there's a Marist poll that shows Joe Biden up too.

00:18:06.000 Yes, Trump is leading in the battleground states, but Joe Biden is within margin of error.

00:18:10.000 Why are you celebrating?

00:18:12.000 The amount of pride and cockiness, not by the Trump campaign.

00:18:15.000 The Trump campaign is being excellently run.

00:18:17.000 Susie, Chris Lasavita, James Blair, they are really disciplined people.

00:18:21.000 Some of these hang around consultant types.

00:18:23.000 Oh, Trump is going to win no matter what.

00:18:25.000 I said, what are you talking about?

00:18:26.000 I talked to a major donor the other day.

00:18:27.000 Oh, Charlie, I don't know if I want to give the ballot chasing.

00:18:29.000 Trump's got this in the bag.

00:18:31.000 What solar system are you living in where you think that Joe Biden is going to just be easy to beat?

00:18:39.000 Should it be easy to beat?

00:18:40.000 Yes.

00:18:41.000 He has a multi-billion dollar apparatus that can chase ballots, and they are going to try to resurrect Joe Biden, use the negative into a positive, and they're going to call him the comeback kid.

00:18:52.000 Let me read some of this.

00:18:54.000 While there is widespread consensus among media and Democrat elites, then even in the Trump campaign, that Biden is largely cooked mentally.

00:19:01.000 The data is actually more mixed.

00:19:03.000 The NPR Marist poll came out, their last one was June 18th, about a week before, showed that Biden and Trump were tied 49-49.

00:19:10.000 They did another poll and it shows Biden up two points on Trump.

00:19:14.000 Now again, that could be an outlier, but if it really was that moving after debate, it should be 10 points.

00:19:19.000 Nope.

00:19:21.000 An Ipsos poll released this week shows Trump and Biden tied in a two-way race.

00:19:26.000 Trump just up one in a multi-way race.

00:19:30.000 A morning consult poll from shortly after the debate had Trump up just up two points.

00:19:35.000 Now we've been talking about this a lot on our show.

00:19:37.000 What will the post-debate Biden look like?

00:19:40.000 What will their narrative be that they dream up?

00:19:42.000 How will they try to get the lead back over Trump and win re-election?

00:19:47.000 How are they going to build Joe Biden, the comeback kid?

00:19:50.000 And actually maybe the comeback coot might make more sense.

00:19:55.000 And we think we know the answer.

00:19:57.000 They're going to go all in, this is very important, on extreme populism.

00:20:03.000 They're going to make Joe Biden into a sort of left-wing Donald Trump.

00:20:07.000 You can already see this with Biden calling in to Mourning Joe.

00:20:11.000 He's trashing the elites in the donor class and in the press.

00:20:15.000 There's a lot of room for Biden to embrace a more radical populist platform.

00:20:20.000 He's already talking about imposing rent controls nationwide.

00:20:24.000 His administration has proposed an unprecedented tax on unrealized capital gains for the wealthy.

00:20:29.000 He's already campaigning on student loan forgiveness.

00:20:31.000 He could expand that promise and make even wilder pledges to override the Supreme Court.

00:20:37.000 It's basically Joe Biden as a bigger, more dangerous John Fetterman.

00:20:42.000 He can go on stage and say stuff like, I don't always talk good, but I fight good, and this could work.

00:20:50.000 Underestimate the Democrat machine at your own expense.

00:20:56.000 Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here.

00:20:58.000 Did you know that 80% of adults take supplements to feel our best, right?

00:21:02.000 Well, one thing your dog can't do without you is improve their diet or health to feel their best.

00:21:09.000 That is why I believe Rough Greens could dramatically help your best friend by adding what is missing to their diet like you do.

00:21:16.000 Rough Greens is helping thousands and thousands of dogs feel better and live longer, including my dog, Mr. Briggs, who loves it.

00:21:25.000 Naturopathic Dr. Dennis Black, who created Rough Greens, is also an Airborne Ranger and Green Beret.

00:21:30.000 An amazing background, he loves dogs and is on a mission to help as many as he can.

00:21:35.000 Dog food is dead and Rough Greens supplements your dog's food with existing vitamins and minerals.

00:21:41.000 Understand that Joe Biden is now saying, oh the elites are against me.

00:21:45.000 The elders of my party are against me.

00:21:47.000 you a free jumpstart trial bag to fetch your free jumpstart trial bag just cover shipping don't

00:21:52.000 change your dog's food just go to roughgreens.com slash kirk r u f f greens.com slash kirk

00:21:57.000 understand that joe biden is now saying oh the elites are against me the elders of my party are

00:22:05.000 against me now i want to play the entire chris matthews tape and this is important because we

00:22:09.000 only played a taste of it chris matthews first i think correctly diagnoses joe biden's psyche here

00:22:16.000 that Joe Biden is not going anywhere.

00:22:19.000 And if Joe Biden starts to run against his own party and the elites, the Democrat Party and against the media, does that make Joe Biden more likable?

00:22:28.000 So you have two insurgent candidates.

00:22:31.000 Will Joe Biden's loss in the debate And the catastrophic implosion turned Joe Biden into a knockoff version of Bernie Sanders?

00:22:42.000 Maybe.

00:22:43.000 Now, we have to acknowledge the obvious.

00:22:46.000 He's fighting against Father Time.

00:22:48.000 And Father Time is undefeated.

00:22:50.000 With one exception.

00:22:51.000 Jesus Christ.

00:22:52.000 Father Time is undefeated.

00:22:55.000 And so, the more Joe Biden tries to lean in for this populist, nationalist, Democrat Bernie Sanders nonsense, Can he even say those lines?

00:23:04.000 Can he look at the cameras and deliver the message?

00:23:09.000 Probably not.

00:23:11.000 But if Joe Biden frames it as, my own party hates me, but I'm there for you, that's what they're going to do.

00:23:17.000 And the media is going to slobber it because they hate Donald Trump that much.

00:23:20.000 I'm Scranton Joe, the man of the people.

00:23:22.000 Even the former president doesn't want me.

00:23:24.000 Nancy Pelosi doesn't want me. 1.00

00:23:26.000 But I'm fighting for you.

00:23:27.000 I'm telling you that is what is coming next.

00:23:29.000 They are going to throw this right into the strike zone.

00:23:32.000 And we better be prepared for it.

00:23:34.000 Well, because I've been around for 12 years.

00:23:34.000 How do I know this?

00:23:36.000 I see it very clearly.

00:23:37.000 Joe Biden is not going anywhere after yesterday.

00:23:41.000 I've seen enough.

00:23:42.000 I'm calling the shot.

00:23:43.000 That one New York Times reporter, to his great credit, said a week ago, said, Charlie, you know nothing about Joe Biden.

00:23:48.000 He is the most stubborn person.

00:23:48.000 I know him well.

00:23:50.000 He is not going anywhere.

00:23:52.000 Doesn't matter if they freeze $90 million or Arabella says we're done with a billion. 1.00

00:23:57.000 And that actually might force his hand to be even more dangerous politically, just so we are clear.

00:24:02.000 The less that Joe Biden has to pander to Democrat donors, he might actually end up being more dangerous.

00:24:07.000 However, our great advantage is he's not mentally capable of even operating for a couple hours a day.

00:24:15.000 So that's a good advantage for us.

00:24:18.000 But be careful celebrating super early because Joe Biden corporate is him being very careful, very scripted.

00:24:27.000 He could just end up signing executive orders.

00:24:29.000 I'm forgiving all student loans.

00:24:31.000 Screw the Supreme Court.

00:24:32.000 Amnesty for everybody.

00:24:34.000 Everybody can vote.

00:24:36.000 So, the more that we see that he is no longer connected to the Democrat donor class, in some ways, it might make us having two insurgent candidates on the ballot.

00:24:47.000 Which, interestingly, Might open us up to win back more baby boomer voters and suburban voters.

00:24:55.000 Here is Chris Matthews.

00:24:57.000 Again, the whole clip, he says it perfectly.

00:24:59.000 Who is Joe Biden going to listen to?

00:25:01.000 Jill Biden or George Clooney?

00:25:03.000 Perfectly said.

00:25:05.000 Beautifully put.

00:25:06.000 And then he goes deeper and deeper and deeper into this when he says, look, Joe Biden is going to run against the elites.

00:25:12.000 He's going to run against the people that the Americans hate.

00:25:15.000 And just so we are clear, prior to this debate, Joe Biden was doing $40 million fundraisers with Clooney and Katzenberg and all these celebrities.

00:25:24.000 They want nothing to do with him anymore!

00:25:26.000 And since Joe Biden loves power so much and he has no core beliefs, Joe Biden is now going to LARP live action role play as the actual populist insurgent.

00:25:36.000 I'm telling you and the media is going to love this!

00:25:41.000 Play cut $1.49 for the entire thing.

00:25:44.000 Thank you.

00:25:45.000 He is a politician who's been good at it.

00:25:47.000 He's been re-elected every time since then in Delaware with pretty healthy majorities.

00:25:53.000 In life, he lost his wife and he lost his daughter, and he found Jill.

00:25:57.000 Now, who's he going to listen to, Jill or George Clooney?

00:26:01.000 I'm telling you, it's personal.

00:26:03.000 He's had the elite, and it's so true about the elite.

00:26:07.000 He is absolutely right about the elite.

00:26:09.000 Look at President Obama.

00:26:10.000 He served for eight years loyally, and yet Obama backed Hillary Clinton.

00:26:15.000 For president and didn't back him.

00:26:18.000 I hear he never even invited him upstairs.

00:26:20.000 He had a good reason to be resentful, but he isn't.

00:26:24.000 He puts up with it with the elite.

00:26:25.000 But right now he's got the poor people.

00:26:28.000 He's got minorities.

00:26:29.000 He's got Hispanics. 0.87

00:26:30.000 He's going to put out the labor.

00:26:32.000 He's going to hold that base of the Democratic Party, which he will need in November.

00:26:36.000 And I'm telling you, people are going to end up rooting for him in October because he will have a comeback.

00:26:41.000 And in this elite-fashioned attack on him, they're gonna pay for it,

00:26:47.000 but in the end, they're gonna end up voting for him.

00:26:49.000 So I think Biden will be the little guy that will be the Democrat in this race, the true Democrat, 0.50

00:26:55.000 and he's gonna get people to turn for him in October.

00:26:57.000 It's gonna be stunning.

00:26:59.000 He is not quitting.

00:27:00.000 He has not built to quit.

00:27:02.000 They are broadcasting their next move, and we must cut it off at the pass.

00:27:06.000 What a great opportunity next week at the RNC to show him that he is a fake poser populist.

00:27:13.000 That he is owned by the oligarchy.

00:27:15.000 That he is an oligarch himself.

00:27:16.000 They are showing us this rare window and Joe Biden's gonna seize it.

00:27:20.000 Right now I guarantee you, the smart people in the Democrat Party that haven't completely written him off, they're saying you need to now go run a Bernie Sanders style campaign.

00:27:27.000 Because guess what?

00:27:29.000 You don't need the big donors because they don't want you.

00:27:32.000 You gotta go raise money from the grassroots.

00:27:34.000 Go sign a bunch of wacky stuff.

00:27:36.000 Say you're gonna pack the Supreme Court.

00:27:38.000 Say you're gonna ban fossil fuels.

00:27:41.000 Expand the Democrat base.

00:27:42.000 Go say you're gonna do universal reparations.

00:27:46.000 The most extreme stuff imaginable.

00:27:49.000 He's not leaving unless he dies.

00:27:51.000 That is what Chris Matthews just said, and he knows him much more intimately than Nancy Pelosi.

00:27:57.000 In fact, Biden hates Nancy Pelosi.

00:27:59.000 Biden hates Obama.

00:28:00.000 And if we think, oh, you know, people aren't going to buy this, people have short memories.

00:28:07.000 Are we talking about Donald Trump's convictions?

00:28:09.000 That was the biggest story.

00:28:10.000 That was a month ago.

00:28:12.000 A month ago.

00:28:13.000 We're not talking about that anymore.

00:28:16.000 Donald Trump was in a trial six weeks ago.

00:28:17.000 It seems like a distant memory.

00:28:19.000 That feels years ago.

00:28:20.000 People are able to refresh their operating system very quickly in the modern social media era, and the media will seize on it.

00:28:27.000 Post-RNC, going into the August convention, they're going to rebuild Joe Biden, say that, oh, he just had a cold, he was fine, don't believe your lion eyes, and this guy is now declaring war on the Democrat elite, he's declaring war on the Republican elite, because he is for the people.

00:28:41.000 That's their next move, because it's their only move.

00:28:44.000 And there will be a move against all those who called for Biden to step aside.

00:28:47.000 The movement will coalesce against them.

00:28:49.000 And Biden will make light of it, I guarantee you, because his speechwriters are pretty good at times.

00:28:53.000 He'll say, even my own party doesn't want me, but you guys don't like him anyway, because I'm for you.

00:28:58.000 Okay, I gotta just respond to this.

00:29:00.000 Somebody says, Charlie, what you're saying is a brilliant game plan for Joe.

00:29:03.000 I fear you're giving them their game plan.

00:29:05.000 No, they already have the game plan, okay?

00:29:06.000 They don't watch the Charlie Kirk Show for advice.

00:29:08.000 I'm telling you that we are prepared so that we can preempt it.

00:29:12.000 This is happening.

00:29:12.000 It's an inevitability.

00:29:13.000 Because I fight Democrats every single day.

00:29:13.000 Why?

00:29:16.000 I fight leftists and Marxists.

00:29:17.000 I go to college campuses.

00:29:19.000 I study this stuff for 16 hours a day and they are going to force this hand.

00:29:24.000 Now, the question is, can they do that against Father Time?

00:29:27.000 That is the open question.

00:29:29.000 I see the entire field here and I don't want us to all of a sudden be taken by surprise if by Labor Day this race has completely reset and it's neck and neck.

00:29:38.000 You see, Joe Biden was held captive by the donor class.

00:29:42.000 And that is why we shouldn't be too excited when the donor class doesn't want anything to do with Joe Biden.

00:29:50.000 Because the donor class is actually what makes Joe Biden so untenable and so unlikable for so many of these coalitions where Donald Trump is making inroads.

00:30:00.000 Donald Trump is the insurgent candidate.

00:30:02.000 Donald Trump is the candidate who's fighting the powerful.

00:30:06.000 Joe Biden is now saying, why can't I be that candidate as well?

00:30:10.000 And interestingly, you might see a little bit of a realignment back to how things used to be, where Donald Trump says, OK, Joe Biden, you want to go declare war on the donor class and call the media fake?

00:30:22.000 I kind of do that.

00:30:23.000 And Donald Trump might be able to sneak in and win back some of those suburban voters and be able to sneak in and win back some more of those voters that don't want an unhinged lunatic with dementia screaming into the sky, confusing President Putin, President Zelensky, and that Donald Trump is the vice president.

00:30:38.000 When Democrats run as fake populists, it can be difficult.

00:30:43.000 Look at Federman in Ohio.

00:30:45.000 Sherrod Brown in Ohio.

00:30:46.000 He's up against Bernie Moreno right now.

00:30:49.000 When Democrats run a fake populist campaign with lots of money, with Joe Biden still has a ton of money, and the backing of the media, that is a difficult Thing for us to navigate.

00:31:02.000 Thankfully, though, we have Donald Trump.

00:31:05.000 And Donald Trump has won over Bernie Sanders supporters.

00:31:07.000 And Joe Biden already has.

00:31:08.000 Here's the great news, though, is that even if he fakes as a populist and fakes as a Democrat man of the people, he has been an anti-American globalist president, a traitor to this country.

00:31:22.000 The border alone should end the Biden candidacy regardless of what Biden says.

00:31:27.000 Oh, I took executive action because there wasn't.

00:31:29.000 Nonsense!

00:31:31.000 You allowed 10 million foreigners into this country. 0.94

00:31:35.000 They're committing crimes. 1.00

00:31:36.000 They're raping our women. 1.00

00:31:37.000 They're murdering our girls. 1.00

00:31:39.000 Say their names, Joe Biden.

00:31:41.000 The sooner we play offense on this and not act as if this race is over, the amount of people that are already measuring the curtains in the Oval Office getting ready to move in is nauseating.

00:31:52.000 I got no time for you.

00:31:54.000 And I know some of you say, I got some of these people emailing us, oh, you know, it's going to be a landslide.

00:31:58.000 No, no, no.

00:31:59.000 Stop it.

00:32:00.000 If it is, it'll be thanks to the glory of God.

00:32:02.000 It should be a landslide, but we don't say that word.

00:32:06.000 We need to remind the country and educate the country before Biden does this pivot that Biden is no nationalist, he is no populist, he is a man of the oligarchy, posing and live action role-playing and he is doing a theater skit.

00:32:22.000 This is a theater skit because he wants to hold on to power more than anything else.

00:32:28.000 Joe Biden is not going to leave voluntarily.

00:32:30.000 It doesn't matter how many donors withhold money.

00:32:33.000 And Joe Biden is so stubborn, he is so strong-headed, he is so convinced that he's a great president, that the more donors and the more powerful people that go against him, he's going to try to use that to his advantage.

00:32:44.000 Get ready for that talking point to be expanded.

00:32:48.000 Get ready for that narrative to be isolated.

00:32:52.000 And not to mention all of the voter fraud operation that they have in all the key states.

00:32:58.000 They have it in Pennsylvania and Michigan and Wisconsin.

00:33:02.000 This race is far from over.

00:33:03.000 In fact, I believe this race is just beginning. 0.99

00:33:06.000 And we now have an opportunity to make Joe Biden permanently in the underdog position By burying him with the truth.

00:33:15.000 But only if you now know the next move of your enemy.

00:33:18.000 And the next move of the enemy is that he is going to pivot and say, everyone's against me.

00:33:23.000 All the powerful people, they don't like me.

00:33:27.000 And honestly, that is the tone of the country.

00:33:28.000 That's why Donald Trump is so popular.

00:33:30.000 That's why Donald Trump is ascendant. 0.98

00:33:34.000 And Joe Biden is going to lean into that in a fake, pathetic, synthetic, artificial way. 0.98

00:33:39.000 But we shouldn't be surprised by it. 0.81

00:33:41.000 And the best way to not be surprised is to preempt the move of the enemy.

00:33:45.000 Get ahead of it.

00:33:47.000 Condition the audience.

00:33:50.000 Get people operationally aware of what is going to happen.

00:33:54.000 And then find new voters, as my shirt says.

00:33:58.000 You go to a restaurant, you talk to somebody.

00:34:00.000 You get your wife registered, making sure she's voting for Trump. 0.59

00:34:02.000 Get your husband, vice versa. 0.99

00:34:04.000 Cousin.

00:34:04.000 Niece.

00:34:05.000 Nephew.
