00:01:42.000He is facing 17 years, nine charges, all breaking last night, Thursday night, 17 years in prison.
00:01:49.000Now he probably's not going to spend that much long in prison.
00:01:52.000There's a lot that could still happen, but I'm hearing from sources that our federal prosecutors, former federal prosecutors, had a call this morning.
00:02:02.000David Weiss, the much maligned Delaware, now he's a special counsel, U.S. attorney from Delaware, now special counsel assigned to this case, apparently is doing this right.
00:02:14.000I'm hearing that he is doing this the right way, vigorously pursuing these charges, which is, well, there's a lot of theories why that might be.
00:02:23.000But here is the basis of the indictment.
00:02:28.000The charges allege a four-year scheme where Hunter Biden failed to pay $1.4 million in taxes.
00:02:36.000Now, most people don't make anywhere near to $1.4 million in four years.
00:02:40.000Hunter Biden didn't pay that much in taxes in four years.
00:02:44.000But the real highlight of the charges is how it breaks down what Hunter did spend his money on.
00:02:50.000So can't be bothered to pay taxes, but he certainly could spend that money on some other things.
00:03:46.000Part of a total of $189,000 he spent on adult entertainment, adult entertainment.
00:03:54.000And that is not even including the $680,000 in payments he made to various women who were either prostitutes or mistresses.
00:04:06.000And by the way, the prostitutes and the mistresses brings up a whole other problem for Hunter.
00:04:12.000If he's procuring all of these mistresses and prostitutes, there are no charges for that in the indictment yet.
00:04:18.000But apparently they are looking into it.
00:04:20.000So he could be facing another round of charges just on this, because if you travel across state lines with prostitutes, not only is it illegal to procure prostitutes, but if you travel across state lines, that's a violation of the MAN Act.
00:04:33.000Now, I also want to put this out there.
00:04:37.000Again, we talked about how he didn't pay $1.4 million in taxes.
00:04:41.000Most people, and that's cross-border years, most people don't make $1.4 million in revenue in four years.
00:06:49.000It's just my reading of the document in the first page.
00:06:53.000I think the language is that they describe him as a lobbyist.
00:06:57.000Lobbyists have to register under what's called FARA, the Foreign Agents Registration Act, which is a government way of saying that if you're working Working on behalf of foreign interests, you have to tell the U.S. government.
00:07:10.000In this case, the indictment spends a lot of time talking about Hunter Biden's business deals with the Ukraine energy firm Burisma.
00:07:17.000It also talks about his work with a Chinese energy firm, CEFC, and it also talks about his work with Romania.
00:07:25.000And that to me seems to leave the door open to potential fear of violations.
00:07:30.000So, the fact that this indictment mentions the Foreign Agent Registration Act, or it mentions lobbying, and then it mentions where the money was coming from, namely Ukraine, China, Romania, and yet they haven't gotten there,
00:07:46.000seems to indicate that the door is open for future charges against Hunter for FARA violations, which then sort of opens up this big can of worms about how is Joe Biden connected to the illicit behavior, the legal behavior by Hunter Biden.
00:08:04.000Now, this is where everything is going.
00:08:06.000Now, we have the House that's launching an impeachment inquiry that we're told they have the votes for this.
00:08:10.000So, let's just preempt the left's argument, play 132.
00:08:14.000Republicans in the House want to make this about Joe Biden.
00:08:17.000So, my question legally to you is: is there anything in this filing, anything in these charges that show a connection between Hunter Biden and President Joe Biden?
00:09:58.000I mean, because there's so much there, but it's important to remember that we have a criminal cartel that operates much like a mob family would, where different people are getting takes in different ways.
00:10:32.000If there's no there, the first big one is: why did Joe Biden use a $1 billion loan guarantee U.S. taxpayer funded and backed as leverage to get the Ukrainian prosecutor Victor Shokin fired while investigating Burisma corruption?

00:10:56.000Directly investigating Burisma, which his son was on the board, getting paid $80,000, $83,000 a month.
00:11:03.000Why does burisma owner Zlochewski claim he sent $10 million in bribe money to the Bidens?
00:11:11.000Remember that's that 1023, that FBI informant form claiming that each of the Hunter and Joe both got $5 million.
00:11:20.000Why did the CCP-linked energy executive in that shakedown WhatsApp message send the money days after Hunter threatened him?
00:11:32.000Saying, I'm sitting next to my father and we will never forget.
00:11:36.000I will hold a grudge forever if you don't do what you said you were going to do.

00:12:32.000Why did Devin Archer, Hunter's longtime business associate, testify that he called then Vice President Joe Biden at least two dozen times to introduce him to foreign business partners and investors?
00:12:46.000Why does burisma owner Zolchevsky claim he has 17 recordings of Hunter and Joe Biden and a trove of corroborating text messages and emails documenting their influence peddling?
00:13:02.000Things are finally coming out against Hunter after years and years of deflections and cover-ups.
00:13:08.000Could it be that all of this is a sign, an ideologically motivated sign from actors within the DOJ or elsewhere that they are finally on board with replacing Joe Biden?

00:13:58.000If FARA is the next shoe to drop, if we see these foreign agent registration act charges brought against Hunter, which certainly seems to be indicated by the use of the word lobbying in this indictment, that will be the tell.

00:16:54.000You're saying David Weiss, Weiss, whatever his name is, he has essentially slow walked this on purpose to get past the stickiest part of potential charges, namely when Joe Biden was vice president.

00:17:14.000So I think that's interesting because the years are 2016 to 2019.
00:17:19.000So that Joe Biden is not directly tied to this.
00:17:21.000Joe Biden then pardons his son, bows out, makes way for Gavin Newsom.
00:17:26.000Is that essentially the theory that you're hearing floated?

00:17:52.000What they always fail to mention is David Weiss was hand-selected by both Democrat home state senators in Delaware.

00:22:48.000David Weiss covered for the Bidens for many years, let the statute of limitations expire on the more serious tax charges from when Joe Biden was the vice president.
00:23:00.000He tried to come up with this sweetheart deal with a backdoor pardon for Hunter Biden until Judge Nareka caught him on this and that he had it blew up the plea deal and now he's coming back with these charges.
00:23:13.000These charges are serious tax charges, but it's just related to Hunter Biden.

00:25:06.000In a later email, Hunter Biden reminds Alamani Magnani of the favors he's done for him.
