Hunter Biden was spending gobs of money on a lot of illicit things that we don t recommend for our family, or our children, to be spending money on such things. And yet he decided to do it, and not even pay the government his taxes. We break it all down, and we invite Mike Davis, who has been floated as a possible AG or even acting AG choice for Trump in 2020, to join us to talk about why he s skeptical anything will come from this because of one man, David Weiss.

00:00:00.000 Hey everybody, welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:00:01.000 Andrew Colvett, producer Andrew, filling in for Charlie, who's away on assignment.
00:00:07.000 We talk about the Hunter Biden indictment.
00:00:10.000 Absolute bombshell dropped on Thursday night.
00:00:14.000 And let's just put it this way.
00:00:16.000 Hunter Biden was spending gobs of money on a lot of illicit things that we don't recommend.
00:00:23.000 We don't recommend for our family members to be or your children to be spending money on such things.
00:00:28.000 And yet he decided to do it and not even pay the government his taxes.
00:00:33.000 We break it all down and we invite Mike Davis, who's been floated as a possible AG or even acting AG choice for Trump 2025.
00:00:40.000 He dives into why he's skeptical anything's actually going to come from this because of one man, David Weiss, who's behind it.
00:00:48.000 That and so much more.
00:00:50.000 You're not going to want to miss this.
00:00:51.000 Buckle up.
00:00:52.000 Here we go.
00:00:53.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:55.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:00:57.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:01:00.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:01:03.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:01:04.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:01:06.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.
00:01:13.000 Turning point USA.
00:01:14.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:23.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:26.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:35.000 All right, so the big news, of course, is that Hunter Biden has been indicted in the state of California.
00:01:42.000 He is facing 17 years, nine charges, all breaking last night, Thursday night, 17 years in prison.
00:01:49.000 Now he probably's not going to spend that much long in prison.
00:01:52.000 There's a lot that could still happen, but I'm hearing from sources that our federal prosecutors, former federal prosecutors, had a call this morning.
00:02:02.000 David Weiss, the much maligned Delaware, now he's a special counsel, U.S. attorney from Delaware, now special counsel assigned to this case, apparently is doing this right.
00:02:14.000 I'm hearing that he is doing this the right way, vigorously pursuing these charges, which is, well, there's a lot of theories why that might be.
00:02:23.000 But here is the basis of the indictment.
00:02:28.000 The charges allege a four-year scheme where Hunter Biden failed to pay $1.4 million in taxes.
00:02:36.000 Now, most people don't make anywhere near to $1.4 million in four years.
00:02:40.000 Hunter Biden didn't pay that much in taxes in four years.
00:02:44.000 But the real highlight of the charges is how it breaks down what Hunter did spend his money on.
00:02:50.000 So can't be bothered to pay taxes, but he certainly could spend that money on some other things.
00:02:56.000 So let's break it down.
00:02:58.000 So Hunter spent his money on drugs, escorts, girlfriends, luxury hotels.
00:03:04.000 I'm quoting directly from the indictment here, and rental properties, exotic cars, clothing, and other items of a personal nature.
00:03:11.000 In short, everything but his taxes.
00:03:14.000 That's again, according to the indictment.
00:03:17.000 Hunter used a business credit card to spend $27,000 on porn.
00:03:22.000 I don't, I don't, on one website, by the way, $27,000 on one porn website.
00:03:28.000 I don't even know how you do that across multiple porn websites.
00:03:32.000 And yet Hunter spent $27,000 on one porn site.
00:03:36.000 A power user, apparently.
00:03:38.000 And I don't, again, I don't mean to make light out of a totally degenerate behavior, but I'm not going to lie, I'm just impressed.
00:03:44.000 $27,000.
00:03:46.000 Part of a total of $189,000 he spent on adult entertainment, adult entertainment.
00:03:54.000 And that is not even including the $680,000 in payments he made to various women who were either prostitutes or mistresses.
00:04:06.000 And by the way, the prostitutes and the mistresses brings up a whole other problem for Hunter.
00:04:12.000 If he's procuring all of these mistresses and prostitutes, there are no charges for that in the indictment yet.
00:04:18.000 But apparently they are looking into it.
00:04:20.000 So he could be facing another round of charges just on this, because if you travel across state lines with prostitutes, not only is it illegal to procure prostitutes, but if you travel across state lines, that's a violation of the MAN Act.
00:04:33.000 Now, I also want to put this out there.
00:04:37.000 Again, we talked about how he didn't pay $1.4 million in taxes.
00:04:41.000 Most people, and that's cross-border years, most people don't make $1.4 million in revenue in four years.
00:04:48.000 But check this out.
00:04:49.000 Hunter Biden took out $1.6 million in ATM and cash withdrawals.
00:04:56.000 $1.6 million in ATM and cash withdrawals.
00:05:02.000 That is so obviously an attempt to obscure the reasons that you're, what you're spending it on.
00:05:09.000 You're trying to hide it from the government.
00:05:11.000 You're trying to do various and sundry illicit behaviors with that $1.6 million.
00:05:17.000 Think about this.
00:05:18.000 How much money have you taken out of an ATM in the last four years?
00:05:23.000 Considering all the money that Hunter has been spending on drugs and prostitutes, I think we can surmise where a lot of that money went.
00:05:31.000 Now, just to keep things clear, these are separate charges from the gun charges, the false statement while buying a gun.
00:05:41.000 He still faces up to 25 years on those charges, though if convicted, obviously he's probably not going to do 25 years.
00:05:49.000 But this is all building up to the big E on the I chart, the missing piece.
00:05:57.000 So this indictment is damning in so many ways, but there is a missing piece that's actually somewhat more important.
00:06:05.000 All of this is missing FARA.
00:06:09.000 That's the Foreign Agent Registration Act.
00:06:09.000 Okay.
00:06:13.000 So he's taking all of this money from Chinese oligarchs.
00:06:17.000 He's taking all this money from Ukraine.
00:06:20.000 But, you know, cocaine and hookers is not a FARA violation.
00:06:26.000 So that is where we're going to get into it.
00:06:28.000 And I want to play a clip here from CBS, which examines why this is left out.
00:06:35.000 But it also acknowledges that lobbying is mentioned in the indictment.
00:06:40.000 So let's go to 126, play 126.
00:06:44.000 Now, you mentioned there could be more charges.
00:06:46.000 What makes you think that?
00:06:49.000 It's just my reading of the document in the first page.
00:06:53.000 I think the language is that they describe him as a lobbyist.
00:06:57.000 Lobbyists have to register under what's called FARA, the Foreign Agents Registration Act, which is a government way of saying that if you're working Working on behalf of foreign interests, you have to tell the U.S. government.
00:07:10.000 In this case, the indictment spends a lot of time talking about Hunter Biden's business deals with the Ukraine energy firm Burisma.
00:07:17.000 It also talks about his work with a Chinese energy firm, CEFC, and it also talks about his work with Romania.
00:07:25.000 And that to me seems to leave the door open to potential fear of violations.
00:07:29.000 Leaving the door open.
00:07:30.000 So, the fact that this indictment mentions the Foreign Agent Registration Act, or it mentions lobbying, and then it mentions where the money was coming from, namely Ukraine, China, Romania, and yet they haven't gotten there,
00:07:46.000 seems to indicate that the door is open for future charges against Hunter for FARA violations, which then sort of opens up this big can of worms about how is Joe Biden connected to the illicit behavior, the legal behavior by Hunter Biden.
00:08:04.000 Now, this is where everything is going.
00:08:06.000 Now, we have the House that's launching an impeachment inquiry that we're told they have the votes for this.
00:08:10.000 So, let's just preempt the left's argument, play 132.
00:08:14.000 Republicans in the House want to make this about Joe Biden.
00:08:17.000 So, my question legally to you is: is there anything in this filing, anything in these charges that show a connection between Hunter Biden and President Joe Biden?
00:08:26.000 As far as I understand it, no.
00:08:28.000 And, John, there'll be a conflation here by Republicans.
00:08:31.000 Hunter Biden committed crimes, Joe Biden, the Biden crime family, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.
00:08:35.000 But again, there has not been, that link has not been drawn yet.
00:08:39.000 No, it hasn't.
00:08:39.000 There's yet to be any evidence that President Biden had anything to do with the criminal charges his son now faces.
00:08:45.000 So that's their line.
00:08:45.000 All right.
00:08:46.000 There's no link between Joe and Hunter.
00:08:51.000 Good Ranchers is an amazing company.
00:08:53.000 What do green eggs and your Christmas dinner have in common?

00:09:50.000 Good Ranchers, American Meat Delivered.
00:09:54.000 So I just want to think through this.
00:09:58.000 I mean, because there's so much there, but it's important to remember that we have a criminal cartel that operates much like a mob family would, where different people are getting takes in different ways.
00:10:10.000 Remember, there's 20 shell companies.
00:10:12.000 At least nine Biden family members are on the take.
00:10:16.000 We have tracked certain money that has gone directly to Joe Biden.
00:10:20.000 Now they're calling it loan paybacks, but there's no loan documents.
00:10:27.000 There's no paper record.
00:10:29.000 So let's just play this out.
00:10:32.000 Okay.
00:10:32.000 If there's no there, the first big one is: why did Joe Biden use a $1 billion loan guarantee U.S. taxpayer funded and backed as leverage to get the Ukrainian prosecutor Victor Shokin fired while investigating Burisma corruption?
00:10:52.000 So why was Joe Biden so motivated to get this guy out?
00:10:56.000 Directly investigating Burisma, which his son was on the board, getting paid $80,000, $83,000 a month.
00:11:03.000 Why does burisma owner Zlochewski claim he sent $10 million in bribe money to the Bidens?
00:11:11.000 Remember that's that 1023, that FBI informant form claiming that each of the Hunter and Joe both got $5 million.
00:11:20.000 Why did the CCP-linked energy executive in that shakedown WhatsApp message send the money days after Hunter threatened him?
00:11:32.000 Saying, I'm sitting next to my father and we will never forget.
00:11:36.000 I will hold a grudge forever if you don't do what you said you were going to do.
00:11:40.000 And I'm sitting next to my father.
00:11:42.000 Why did the mayor of Moscow's wife, Elena Batarina, send Hunter $3.5 million shortly after meeting with Joe and Hunter in 2014?
00:11:53.000 Why did she avoid sweeping Russian sanctions after the invasion of Crimea in 2014?
00:11:58.000 How did she just magically avoid it?
00:12:01.000 Remember, Obama and Joe Biden in 2014 said we are going to issue the most massive sweeping sanctions on Russia and Russia's oligarchs that you've ever seen.
00:12:10.000 Somehow the mayor of Moscow's wife avoided that after paying $3.5 million to the Bidens.
00:12:16.000 Very basic here, though.
00:12:18.000 Why do we have multiple sources saying 10% for the big guy?
00:12:22.000 And, you know, that's been found in an email.
00:12:28.000 Hunter said he had to pay his father half his wages.
00:12:32.000 Why did Devin Archer, Hunter's longtime business associate, testify that he called then Vice President Joe Biden at least two dozen times to introduce him to foreign business partners and investors?
00:12:46.000 Why does burisma owner Zolchevsky claim he has 17 recordings of Hunter and Joe Biden and a trove of corroborating text messages and emails documenting their influence peddling?
00:13:00.000 It's worth asking.
00:13:02.000 Things are finally coming out against Hunter after years and years of deflections and cover-ups.
00:13:08.000 Could it be that all of this is a sign, an ideologically motivated sign from actors within the DOJ or elsewhere that they are finally on board with replacing Joe Biden?
00:13:23.000 So the regime media comes out and they say there's no there there.
00:13:26.000 There's no connection there.
00:13:27.000 Well, there's tons of connections.
00:13:30.000 Beyond a shadow of a doubt.
00:13:31.000 It's extremely obvious, as a matter of fact.
00:13:35.000 So maybe the next shoe to drop is that there is finally a concerted effort to now direct and tie the two together.
00:13:47.000 This might be the get out, bow out, or else signal from the DOJ.
00:13:56.000 And here's the tell.
00:13:58.000 If FARA is the next shoe to drop, if we see these foreign agent registration act charges brought against Hunter, which certainly seems to be indicated by the use of the word lobbying in this indictment, that will be the tell.
00:14:14.000 So we'll see what happens.
00:14:18.000 Christmas is here, everybody.
00:14:19.000 And that means that you might have to be moving boxes or just, it's tough, a lot of stress.
00:14:23.000 And that means inflammation increases.
00:14:25.000 And that means pain also might increase alongside of it.

00:15:24.000 Go to relieffactor.com.
00:15:28.000 Without further ado, Mike Davis, I've been chomping at the bit to talk to you about this Hunter story and the Axio story.
00:15:34.000 I have two things I need to get to with you.
00:15:37.000 Breaking news last night, Hunter Biden is a degenerate liar, tax-evading criminal.
00:15:43.000 He's not charged yet, or he's not convicted yet, so we'll give him a little bit of benefit of the doubt.
00:15:47.000 But I think we all know where this is going.
00:15:49.000 Mike Davis, your immediate reaction.
00:15:51.000 Well, I would ask David Weiss, what took so long?
00:15:54.000 And why did you let the statute of limitations expire on tax years from when Joe Biden was the vice president of the United States?
00:16:02.000 Why are you not naming Joe Biden in this criminal indictment, even as an unindicted co-conspirator?
00:16:11.000 It seems like these tax charges, they're serious tax charges, but it seems a little bit late on these.
00:16:19.000 And notice how the indictment doesn't mention anything about being an unregistered foreign agent.
00:16:26.000 It doesn't mention anything about charges related to foreign bribery and corruption.
00:16:33.000 And so you have to wonder if David Weiss is trying to focus on Hunter Biden and protect Joe Biden, like David Weiss has been doing all along, protecting Joe Biden, and then Joe Biden's going to pardon his son before he leaves office.
00:16:48.000 All right.
00:16:48.000 So I have heard that theory floated.
00:16:51.000 So essentially, so this is your theory.
00:16:54.000 You're saying David Weiss, Weiss, whatever his name is, he has essentially slow walked this on purpose to get past the stickiest part of potential charges, namely when Joe Biden was vice president.
00:17:07.000 So then they bring these charges starting conveniently in 2016, right?
00:17:14.000 So I think that's interesting because the years are 2016 to 2019.
00:17:19.000 So that Joe Biden is not directly tied to this.
00:17:21.000 Joe Biden then pardons his son, bows out, makes way for Gavin Newsom.
00:17:26.000 Is that essentially the theory that you're hearing floated?
00:17:31.000 I'm here.
00:17:32.000 I think he's going to pardon his son.
00:17:33.000 I don't know if he's going to bow out.
00:17:36.000 I think he's going to run for president, and I don't think he's going to care.
00:17:39.000 I think he's going to play this up like it's a partisan hit on his family.
00:17:44.000 They're going to say David Weiss was a Trump U.S. attorney, and these are trumped up charges, pun intendants.
00:17:52.000 What they always fail to mention is David Weiss was hand-selected by both Democrat home state senators in Delaware.
00:18:00.000 I was the chief counsel for nominations at that time, and I remember his nomination going through, and I remember the glowing letters of recommendations from both home state senators, and he's really delivered for the Bidens.
00:18:13.000 He protected Joe Biden.
00:18:15.000 He's protected Joe Biden for many years.
00:18:17.000 He tried to protect Hunter.
00:18:18.000 He got caught.
00:18:19.000 Now he's going back and charging just Hunter and protecting Joe Biden.
00:18:24.000 So I will say that I've heard somewhat differently.
00:18:28.000 Now, I think the timing angle is really fascinating, right?
00:18:32.000 So you skip Joe Biden as vice president.
00:18:34.000 You go straight to the Trump years and those tax problems.
00:18:40.000 And we know, by the way, the corruption, the Biden crime family stuff goes well back.
00:18:44.000 I mean, it started in some ways in earnest in like 2013, 2014.
00:18:49.000 It really seemed to pick up steam then.
00:18:51.000 So I think that's an interesting piece.
00:18:53.000 I have heard from others, however, that they're looking at this indictment and it looks vigorous.
00:18:58.000 It looks thorough.
00:19:00.000 A lot of people are saying this is being done the right way.
00:19:02.000 You're very skeptical.
00:19:04.000 And you've always been a Weiss skeptic, and I appreciate that perspective.
00:19:10.000 It certainly seemed like he is their patsy.
00:19:13.000 They're putting him in place of the special counsel, specifically because they know he's a loyalist.
00:19:18.000 He's part of the Delaware group that goes back with Joe Biden many, many years.
00:19:23.000 Is there any indication here?
00:19:25.000 You even said these are serious charges.
00:19:28.000 They did mention lobbying and they did mention where the money came from, namely Romania, Russia, Romania, Ukraine, and China in this indictment.
00:19:38.000 Do you expect that that will be the next shoe to drop?
00:19:42.000 Because it does seem like they've left the door open, at least to bringing further charges against Hunter Biden.
00:19:48.000 Or do you think this is where it stops?
00:19:49.000 Is that how you're reading this?
00:19:51.000 Well, my question would be: if you have the evidence now of foreign corruption, if you have the evidence now that he was an unregistered foreign agent, why aren't you charging it now, right?
00:20:00.000 Why are you going to play a weaker hand now?
00:20:03.000 You can always do a superseding indictment, but you have to ask who are these business associates.
00:20:07.000 I saw business associate one, business associate two, business associate three.
00:20:12.000 Was President Biden business associate three?
00:20:15.000 Who are these people?
00:20:16.000 And are we protecting Joe Biden?
00:20:18.000 I think these are very serious tax charges against Hunter Biden, but there's a lot more to the Biden crime family than tax charges against Hunter Biden.
00:20:26.000 The bigger issue is that the president of the United States is compromised by tens of millions of dollars and foreign bribes and other corruption.
00:20:35.000 It seems to every family member, every Biden family member, except for the six-year-old granddaughter who they finally acknowledged under political pressure.
00:20:43.000 And we now have evidence that China sent money to one of Hunter's LLCs and then at least three payments from that Chinese money went to Joe Biden.
00:20:54.000 Yeah, it's all loan repayment, right?
00:20:56.000 So, okay, so we're getting to the crux of the issue here.
00:20:59.000 Now, the argument on the left, now, some people look at the left as a monolith.
00:21:04.000 I don't look at it that way.
00:21:05.000 I look at there's different factions.
00:21:07.000 You've got factions that want Joe Biden to run again.
00:21:09.000 They want to support him, keep him strong enough to beat Trump, essentially.
00:21:14.000 And then you have other factions that probably want him to bow out, right?
00:21:17.000 I don't think there's consensus on this issue at all on the left.
00:21:21.000 I think there's tons of opinions.
00:21:23.000 However, one of the key things that we're already seeing is that they're saying there is no tie.
00:21:28.000 Now, they've been saying this for a while, but again, they're repeating it on Morning Joe.
00:21:32.000 So I'm going to play this clip for you.
00:21:33.000 I want you to listen to this argument, Mike Davis, Article 3 Project doing great work.
00:21:38.000 I want you to listen to this clip, and then I want you to play prosecutor and tell them why this is crazy.
00:21:44.000 Play cut 132.
00:21:46.000 Republicans in the House want to make this about Joe Biden.
00:21:49.000 So my question legally to you is, is there anything in this filing, anything in these charges that show a connection between Hunter Biden and President Joe Biden?
00:21:57.000 As far as I understand it, no.
00:22:00.000 And John, there'll be a conflation here by Republicans.
00:22:02.000 See, Hunter Biden committed crimes, Joe Biden, the Biden crime family, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.
00:22:07.000 But again, that link has not been drawn yet.
00:22:10.000 No, it hasn't.
00:22:11.000 There's yet to be any evidence that President Biden had anything to do with the criminal charges his son now faces.
00:22:16.000 Your response, Mike.
00:22:18.000 I would say that's another Biden lie.
00:22:20.000 He said he didn't know anything about his son Hunter's business dealings.
00:22:24.000 He lied.
00:22:25.000 He said he didn't meet with Hunter's business partners.
00:22:28.000 He lied.
00:22:29.000 He said he didn't get any money from Hunter's business dealings.
00:22:34.000 He lied.
00:22:34.000 It's just constant lies.
00:22:36.000 And how do they know that Joe Biden is not one of those business associates, as we said?
00:22:41.000 It seems like Joe Biden could be business associate number three, for example.
00:22:45.000 And I think this is going to be a big test for David Weiss.
00:22:48.000 David Weiss covered for the Bidens for many years, let the statute of limitations expire on the more serious tax charges from when Joe Biden was the vice president.
00:23:00.000 He tried to come up with this sweetheart deal with a backdoor pardon for Hunter Biden until Judge Nareka caught him on this and that he had it blew up the plea deal and now he's coming back with these charges.
00:23:13.000 These charges are serious tax charges, but it's just related to Hunter Biden.
00:23:19.000 Let's see what David Weiss can do here.
00:23:21.000 Let's see if he comes back and actually does a more full investigation.
00:23:25.000 Let's see if he supersedes this indictment and names Joe Biden even as an unindicted co-conspirator.
00:23:32.000 It is very obvious to anyone that China and Russia and Ukraine and Kazakhstan and Romania and all these other hellholes around the world are not giving a crackhead tens of millions of dollars because they think he's brilliant.
00:23:45.000 They're obviously buying influence with Joe Biden.
00:23:48.000 Yeah, I mean, it's so obvious.
00:23:51.000 And by the way, there was another story that broke.
00:23:53.000 I want to make sure I highlight it.
00:23:54.000 Senator Ron Johnson's been doing incredible work in this investigation.
00:23:59.000 There are six suspicious activity reports now directly linked to Joe Biden's Delaware residence.
00:24:06.000 So now he's going to say, oh, I had no idea, but Hunter was living in the garage or whatever.
00:24:10.000 And I mean, this is beyond comprehension.
00:24:14.000 It's so obvious that there is.
00:24:16.000 Now, I will say, so Mike, we're going to have you back on if there is a superseding indictment.
00:24:21.000 And you're going, if it hits the FARA thing, I think that's going to be the tell that this is actually serious because then it would sort of link Joe Biden directly.
00:24:31.000 What influence are you peddling?
00:24:32.000 What influence are you lobbying if it's not the Biden brand, which business associates have already said that was the product, the Biden brand?
00:24:39.000 Now, this is what's interesting.
00:24:40.000 CNN has fact-checked the Biden's 118, PlayCut 118.
00:24:45.000 Despite his denials, a CNN review of the laptop data, as well as other public material, shows that Joe Biden did interact with some of his son's associates while serving as vice president, though it's unclear exactly what was discussed.
00:24:59.000 In 2014, Alaman Magnani and his dad were photographed at the White House with then Vice President Biden.
00:25:06.000 In a later email, Hunter Biden reminds Alamani Magnani of the favors he's done for him.
00:25:11.000 We have been talking about business deals and partnerships for seven years.
00:25:16.000 I have brought every single person you have ever asked me to bring to the effing White House and the vice president's house and the inauguration.
00:25:24.000 So the links are there if people want to actually see them, if they want to have eyes and see them.
00:25:32.000 Now, there was a big story here.
00:25:34.000 Axios comes out behind the curtain, exclusive how Trump would build his loyalty first cabinet.
00:25:43.000 All right, so this is a big scoop yesterday from Axios.
00:25:47.000 So I want you to look at this potential cabinet that they are floating.
00:25:52.000 Image 136.
00:25:54.000 We got Stephen Miller, JD Vance, Bannon, of course, Kash Patel.
00:25:59.000 Tucker Carlson floated as VP.
00:26:01.000 Apparently, Melania, that's Melania's pick.
00:26:03.000 And then there's Mike Davis looking very sour in the corner there.
00:26:07.000 Mike, they love you.
00:26:09.000 This storyline will just not quit.
00:26:12.000 Mike Davis, do you want to be Attorney General of the United States or even acting Attorney General?
00:26:18.000 Because there is this question of whether or not any of these people could get confirmed as like cabinet picks.
00:26:24.000 So you might have to sort of stome away in the National Security Advisory Council or whatever.
00:26:29.000 Mike Davis, do you want to be in the cabinet in 2025 if Trump wins?
00:26:33.000 I do not.
00:26:34.000 And I can't be in the cabinet because I can't get confirmed.
00:26:37.000 I am just such a loving person and such a warm figure that the Senate just wouldn't be able to confirm me to Attorney General.
00:26:46.000 No, I say that I'm going to be the acting attorney general to troll the left, and it's to make a point with my hyperbole that this law fair that the Democrats are running against Trump, Trump's top aides, Trump supporters on January 6th, Christians praying outside of abortion clinics, parents outraged by gender chaos, and the resulting rapes in high school bathrooms while the Biden Justice Department ignores the Bidens, his family,
00:27:15.000 the BLM, Hamas, Antifa.
00:27:19.000 I mean, our Justice Department has been so politicized and weaponized, and this is how you destroy a country.
00:27:26.000 This is how you end a republic.
00:27:28.000 And so when I get out there and say I'm going to be Trump's acting attorney general and during my three-week reign of terror before I leave with my Trump pardon and I'm going to do all this stuff for Trump, it's obviously trolling is to make a point that this is very bad for our country and you don't want Trump to do what they're doing to him.
00:27:46.000 And so this needs to end.
00:27:48.000 You might need a pardon after three weeks, Mike Davis.
00:27:52.000 I can guarantee you'll attract the law fare of the left.
00:27:56.000 That is very much certain.
00:27:57.000 So, I mean, what we see, though, from this, and I think there are some points to glean, even listen, I don't think Axios gets this all right.
00:28:03.000 I mean, you and I both hear all the insiders speak.
00:28:06.000 We talk to people.
00:28:07.000 We know what kind of the chatter is.
00:28:09.000 But one thing that's very clear from this, Blake and I have a kind of ongoing debate.
00:28:14.000 Will Trump 2.0 really be different than Trump 1.0?
00:28:18.000 My belief is 100% yes.
00:28:21.000 Because if you look at these names, and I've heard some of these similar names floated around, this is MAGA.
00:28:27.000 This is Take No Prisoners.
00:28:29.000 This is America First People.
00:28:31.000 It shows that Trump is viewing a possible second term in such a different light.
00:28:37.000 And my point is this.
00:28:38.000 How do you go through facing 700 years in federal prison and that not fundamentally change you?
00:28:44.000 How do you get persecuted by Fannie Willis and this trumped-up RICO nonsense?
00:28:51.000 How do you get persecuted by New York State?
00:28:53.000 They're trying to strip his assets in that state where there's no, it's a victimless crime.
00:28:58.000 Is that what you're hearing, Mike Davis?
00:29:00.000 Is that what you're hearing that Trump 2.0 would be totally different than 1.0?
00:29:05.000 I mean, what I would expect out of any second term of a president is you learn your lessons from the first term and you figure out what you did right and what you did wrong and you correct that for the second time.
00:29:16.000 And I think that when President Trump won the first time, he was new to Washington.
00:29:21.000 He was new to politics.
00:29:23.000 He was a novice and went into office and did an amazing job in his first term and brought peace and prosperity.
00:29:31.000 But he made some bad personnel decisions.
00:29:33.000 And I think in his second term, you're going to see much better personnel decisions, people who actually understand what is at stake for our country, that we're losing our country to the left, where the Marxist left has taken over just about every institution in America, including the military, and they're subversive and they're destroying our country from within.
00:29:55.000 They've politicized and weaponized our justice system.
00:29:57.000 Our intel agencies, Obama started that, and Biden has put that on steroids, and that must be fixed.
00:30:04.000 This is how the Roman Republic fell.
00:30:06.000 The lawfare from the Senate insiders against Caesar caused him to cross the Rubicon from Gaul into Rome, and that led to the fall of the United States.
00:30:14.000 That's a great point.
00:30:15.000 That's what's going to happen if we don't end this lawfare.
00:30:19.000 I totally agree with you.
00:30:20.000 I think he's learned his lesson.
00:30:22.000 There's been a ton of outside energy as well going into personnel selections going into 2025.
00:30:28.000 Mike Davis, Article 3 Project.
00:30:30.000 Always great to have you, Mike.

00:30:32.000 Take care.
