00:02:18.000 Remember, Barack Obama cast a vision of a post-racial America.

00:02:24.000 And I just didn't live through the era.

00:02:46.000 In fact, it seemed as if there almost might be something to this.
00:02:49.000 It was a magical, utopian vision that we can move past what divides us.
00:02:57.000 That really was one of the main motivating factors behind Obama's campaign.
00:03:02.000 Many people voted for Obama because he promised an era of not just racial reconciliation, but a post-racial America.

00:03:13.000 It was madness.
00:03:15.000 I remember I was a freshman in high school when all this was happening.

00:03:19.000 Barack Obama at Millennium Park.
00:03:22.000 Of course, some of you know Millennium Park.
00:03:24.000 They have the Bean.
00:03:25.000 They have the beautiful outdoor concert venue.
00:03:28.000 It's right near the Art Institute of Chicago.
00:03:30.000 It was once the most beautiful, one of the most beautiful places in the entire country, if not in Chicago, obviously.
00:03:36.000 Remember this vision that Obama cast 15 years ago?
00:03:40.000 15 years ago, Obama talked about what we could achieve, what we could do if we worked together.
00:03:48.000 Barack Obama used the public support that was given to him.
00:03:51.000 And where are we 15 years later?

00:03:55.000 But I will always be honest with you about the challenges we face.
00:03:59.000 What began 21 months ago in the depths of winter cannot end on this autumn night.
00:04:06.000 This victory alone is not the change we seek.

00:04:17.000 It can't happen without you, without a new spirit of service, a new spirit of sacrifice.
00:04:24.000 That was roughly hundreds of thousands of people that came from all over the Chicagoland area to Millennium Park on election night, where Barack Obama was announced the president of the United States.
00:04:35.000 It was an overwhelming, it had a religious revival component.
00:04:39.000 You almost felt like this was political Billy Graham.
00:04:42.000 You couldn't contain it.
00:04:44.000 It was a frenzy.
00:04:44.000 It was madness.
00:04:45.000 It had a life of its own.
00:04:47.000 And again, Obama was so clear about hope and change and how we're going to make America a better place that we are going to have progress.
00:04:55.000 We're going to move forward.
00:04:56.000 But Obama actually had a different agenda all along and he hoodwinked the good people of Chicago and Illinois.
00:05:03.000 People were quasi-messianic about Barack Obama, but I want to tie all this together because we've lived through the Obama era.
00:05:09.000 And I don't have to convince you who Obama is, how Obama is a bitter Marxist who doesn't love America and he surrounded himself with people that feel the same way.
00:05:16.000 Remember, Obama's vice president is now the president. 0.80
00:05:20.000 And so in a direct line of leadership, the person now running the country comes straight from that same cabal of criminals.
00:05:29.000 But just feet away, because I ran the address.

00:05:36.000 When he cast that vision, the same place, the same neighborhood where 15 years ago Obama promised a post-racial reconciliation, a post-racial America, promised racial reconciliation.

00:05:48.000 Well, in the streets of Chicago, it's never been more dangerous, more depressing.
00:05:53.000 It's never been more out of control.
00:05:56.000 It's called a teen takeover of these young black teens, many of whom were just entering the world when Obama gave that speech.

00:06:06.000 Many of these black teens were six months old, eight months old, a year old, when Obama made that speech 15 years ago.
00:06:18.000 And now here they are, 16, 17, 18, in a country that widespread supports looting and violence.
00:06:26.000 The vision that Obama cast is far from one that has made America one of living in harmony.

00:06:47.000 And now the new mayor of Chicago, Brandon Johnson, says, look, all the targeting white people, the looting, the crime, the burning, not the burning of cars, but the destruction of cars.

00:07:00.000 New mayor of Chicago, Brandon Johnson, justifies this.

00:11:47.000 Hunter Biden has been under investigation by the federal government, multiple federal agencies since 2018, but no charges have been filed, and the investigation also hasn't been closed.
00:11:57.000 In other words, this investigation has been going on for longer than the United States was involved in World War II.
00:12:02.000 We have Hunter's entire laptop exposing his personal life, and there's a lot there.
00:12:07.000 Let me tell you what.
00:12:08.000 It's filled with obvious, shady, and potential criminal behavior, but somehow we don't have anything conclusive on him, which is just nonsense.
00:12:15.000 What it really is, is that the investigation on Hunter Biden keeps on getting interfered with.
00:12:20.000 I want to talk about obstruction of justice.
00:12:22.000 It's always been obvious what's happening.
00:12:25.000 Someone inside the Internal Revenue Service is holding up a serious investigation into Hunter Biden.
00:12:31.000 Well, now we know a special IRS agent is seeking whistleblower protection to disclose alleged mishandling of the investigation into Hunter Biden.
00:12:41.000 Now, the whistleblower, the letter, it's very, very vague.
00:12:45.000 It doesn't say that Hunter Biden is the high-profile person whose investigation is being sabotaged.
00:12:50.000 However, according to the Wall Street Journal, it's been made clear to lawmakers that this is the person who's being protected.
00:12:55.000 A letter to the lawmakers from the agent's attorney, Mark Little, says the IRS has failed to address clear conflicts of interest in the investigation into Hunter Biden and his potential crimes related to taxes and an illegal gun purchase.
00:13:07.000 The agent has already shared the information internally with the IRS and the Justice Department watchdog.
00:13:12.000 Yeah, that's a good way to make sure nothing happens.
00:13:15.000 Where's Congress? 1.00
00:13:16.000 We need the House to move on this immediately.
00:13:19.000 According to the Wall Street Journal, this whistleblower's claim contradicts sworn testimony as an unnamed senior political appointee.
00:13:27.000 Presumably, the unnamed senior appointee is Attorney General Merrick Garland.
00:13:34.000 So, what we have now is an IRS whistleblower coming out and saying that the investigation into Hunter Biden is being interfered with.
00:13:43.000 We've known this the entire time.
00:13:44.000 This is nothing new.
00:13:46.000 Because if you take down Hunter Biden, in the process of that investigation, you're going to find the big man.
00:13:51.000 You're going to find not just taxes not being paid.
00:13:54.000 You're going to find the big guy, Joe Biden.
00:13:58.000 Remember Tony Bobulinsky, who came out with the smoking gun of smoking guns, and people just kind of shrugged their shoulders and they didn't care.
00:14:05.000 Tony Bobulinsky, who said on the record repeatedly and was willing to testify, was willing to work with federal investigators, willing to work with the DOJ to say that Joe Biden and Hunter Biden were breaking international customs and also domestic law, selling out our country to the Chinese Communist Party.

00:14:22.000 I'm of the belief that these people are largely untouchable.

00:16:35.000 We've got 350,000 children who have been smuggled across the border, thousands of whom are now in slave labor conditions in the shadows in this country.

00:16:50.000 So, Senator, you're going to have to help me because I get asked this question all the time.

00:16:57.000 Oh, I think because a couple of things.
00:16:59.000 They want to bring in more voters.
00:17:00.000 I think they clearly think that illegal immigrants come into the country eventually will get citizenship status or heck, be able to vote in some states as illegals and that this will help them over time.
00:17:10.000 I think a lot of it's political, but I think a lot of it is also it's cultural and ideological.
00:17:14.000 Listen, if you have illegal immigrants who come into this country and drive down wages, it means you don't have to pay American workers or legal immigrants the wages they deserve. 1.00

00:17:25.000 The Democrats talk about supporting workers.
00:17:27.000 They're not for American workers. 1.00
00:17:28.000 So they're happy to have these people come over, take American jobs, drive down American wage. 0.91
00:17:33.000 Well, and what you've just articulated, and I totally agree, is a couple different entities then that benefit from open borders, megacorporations, agricultural industry, and then the American Democrat Party, by their own admission, they believe they're going to win politically from this.

00:17:50.000 Three to 5,000 people a day?
00:17:52.000 Is that about where we're at right now?
00:17:54.000 Yeah, it's going to get much worse because Title 42 expires here.

00:17:59.000 The Biden administration is removing it in just a few weeks.
00:18:02.000 And Charlie, there is going to be an enormous explosion.
00:18:04.000 If you want to get a sense of what it's like, what it's going to be, look at what happened a couple of years ago when they removed children from Title 42.
00:18:12.000 They did that back in January of 2021.
00:18:14.000 And in one month, there was a 342% increase in the number of kids, 342% increase.
00:18:24.000 That's about the scale we're going to see here in about two, three weeks.
00:18:28.000 You're one of the few senators, I think, doing an effective job to hold this fourth branch of government accountable.
00:18:34.000 The concern I have and our audience has is the general attitude that I am receiving from Mayorkis is he doesn't really care as if there is, yeah, okay, he'll receive the scolding.
00:18:47.000 He'll receive the online and viral, you know, condemnation, but it's as if he has a higher purpose ideological agenda.
00:18:56.000 A great example of this is Cut 75, where you do a phenomenal job cross-examining him, and it's effective.
00:19:02.000 It helps us in the narrative war, but I don't think Mayorkis is moved by this.
00:19:06.000 It's as if he has a duty to something beyond Congress.
00:19:10.000 He thinks he's better than you, Senator.

00:19:14.000 Why have you permitted 345,000 children to come into this country unaccompanied?
00:19:19.000 Why have you permitted thousands of them to be abused and exploited?

00:19:28.000 You're not going to take any responsibility for the indentured servitude and exploitation of children that is happening on your watch.

00:19:42.000 I, for one, am sick and tired of it.
00:19:43.000 And thousands of children are in physical danger, danger, because of what you are doing.

00:19:52.000 And if you cannot change course, you should be removed from office.
00:19:55.000 Senator, that's a very effective line of questioning, but does it move him?
00:19:59.000 He's just kind of like a Pete Buttigieg automaton for open borders.

00:20:04.000 Oh, it doesn't move him at all.
00:20:06.000 No, I mean, he is unfortunately irredeemable in this sense.

00:20:10.000 But what will make a difference is, is that if he's not going to do his job and he's just going to flout the law, which is what he is doing, if he's going to lie to Congress, then the House should impeach him.

00:20:20.000 And the House has the power to do that.
00:20:22.000 And Charlie, there is value in saying that, no, we're not going to allow you just to flout the law.
00:20:28.000 No, we're not going to allow you to lie about Border Patrol.
00:20:31.000 And no, we're not going to allow you to bring thousands of kids into this country and have them be turned over to be slaves. 0.64
00:20:36.000 Like we're going to draw the line somewhere and we're going to say this is the example.
00:20:41.000 So I urge the House to do it.

00:20:44.000 They can gather evidence as part of that proceeding about what's really going on at DHS.

00:20:54.000 They ought to be into every file figuring out what this guy has done.
