00:01:28.000 Go to noblegoldinvestments.com.
00:01:32.000 First of all, I just want to say I have a lot of respect for you, but obviously we just disagree on a few things.
00:01:37.000 The main thing that I just want to talk about is the issue of immigration.
00:01:41.000 And personally, I don't think it's a bad thing for America.
00:01:44.000 In fact, I do think that it's an amazing thing for America.
00:01:47.000 But mostly the thing that I'm trying to hit on is how many immigrants are being persecuted right now, including Kilmar Obrego Garcia.
00:02:01.000 Before you respond, or before I even say anything, I just want to acknowledge the fact that we are right now on stolen land, and that we are on indigenous land, and that we are on original Mexican land right now.
00:02:15.000 And for a lot of you guys that are Latinos for Trump...
00:02:23.000 Woo!
00:02:37.000 Okay, now I get in.
00:02:39.000 Wait, so I just want to make sure.
00:02:41.000 I love this stolen land argument.
00:02:43.000 Okay.
00:02:43.000 If we stole the land and you're mad about it...
00:02:47.000 Well, I'm not saying that...
00:02:50.000 I'm just saying that right now, especially the things that we're taught in school, in public education, we're taught about the Alamo and how it was this amazingly patriotic act, though it was literally stealing a base from the Mexicans in their own land.
00:03:05.000 I think that that's kind of the wrong angle to be looking at things, and that's why I really make it a point to notice that I'm on stolen land at all times, especially when we think about things like Manifest Destiny.
00:03:15.000 Who did the Mexicans steal the land from?
00:03:17.000 Actually, the Mexicans were there originally in Texas.
00:03:23.000 No, not correct.
00:03:26.000 They stole it from lots of Indian tribes.
00:03:28.000 That's not correct.
00:03:29.000 Thousands of years before, they were Indian tribes.
00:03:31.000 The Mexicans actually stole the land.
00:03:33.000 Originally, Mexicans were Aztecs and Mayans.
00:03:36.000 Hold on.
00:03:37.000 Texas was not indigenously Mexican, though.
00:03:40.000 There was the Cherokee.
00:03:41.000 There were many different Native American tribes there.
00:03:43.000 So Mexico was participating in Manifest Destiny at the behest of the Spanish crown.
00:03:47.000 Yes, at the behest of the Spanish crown.
00:03:49.000 So at some point, you have to believe in self-determination.
00:03:52.000 If you can win the land, it's yours.
00:03:54.000 That is what built the West.
00:03:56.000 And so instead of saying land acknowledgement, we're on stolen rent, you know what you should have?
00:03:56.000 I can agree with you on that.
00:04:00.000 You should have a gratitude acknowledgement.
00:04:02.000 Praise God I live in America.
00:04:03.000 I'm glad.
00:04:05.000 A gratitude acknowledgement would be nice.
00:04:07.000 But what is your question?
00:04:08.000 So my question is, how can we protect American-born Mexican people?
00:04:08.000 Okay.
00:04:15.000 Hold on.
00:04:16.000 First off, time out.
00:04:16.000 You said Kilmar Garcia.
00:04:18.000 He's not American-born.
00:04:20.000 I'm sorry, but this is going to connect to it.
00:04:22.000 It's going to connect to it.
00:04:23.000 I promise you.
00:04:23.000 Okay.
00:04:24.000 So, now that the body cam footage has been released and everything.
00:04:29.000 One, they were purely basing the idea that he was part of MS-13 on the idea that they had that he was...
00:04:39.000 So they're purely basing that on the fact that he had tattoos and the fact that he had eight men in his car that were going to a construction site.
00:04:49.000 Do you think personally that toothbrushes and toothpaste is purely the only thing that we can go on to gratify the idea that somebody is a human trafficker?
00:05:02.000 Hold on a second.
00:05:03.000 I got a lot of questions here.
00:05:04.000 So let me just say as a side note.
00:05:07.000 The left's fixation on a wife-beating, child-abusing MS-13 foreigner as if that's the big fight that they want to have is so morally disgusting with so much suffering having.
00:05:18.000 But no, that's number one.
00:05:20.000 That's a side note.
00:05:20.000 But I want you to explain this to me.
00:05:22.000 What are these tattoos exactly?
00:05:24.000 Uh-huh.
00:05:25.000 Is that not an MS-13 gang tattoo?
00:05:27.000 I've never seen anybody affiliated with MS-13, but I think that it could be a multitude of things.
00:05:32.000 So what is that?
00:05:33.000 That's marijuana M, smiley face S, cross one, skull three.
00:05:37.000 Okay.
00:05:37.000 That's MS-13.
00:05:38.000 Number two, what was Kilmar Garcia?
00:05:40.000 Let's go to the facts because you brought up the facts.
00:05:43.000 Number two, what jersey did Kilmar Garcia wear on a routine basis and what was the significance of it in the Maryland jurisdiction of gang territory?
00:05:51.000 He wore a Michael Jordan Bulls jersey.
00:05:52.000 What gang wears Michael Jordan Chicago Bulls jerseys in the Maryland proper area?
00:05:58.000 Okay, now to flip that on to you.
00:05:59.000 MS-13, got it.
00:06:01.000 So in the charging document, the fact that I'm wearing a jersey.
00:06:03.000 You talk uninterrupted.
00:06:05.000 Time out.
00:06:05.000 No, no.
00:06:06.000 Time out.
00:06:06.000 Yes, you happen to live in L.A. living in Dodgers.
00:06:08.000 Time out.
00:06:09.000 Time out.
00:06:10.000 White fence and the Crips of this area wear Dodgers jerseys.
00:06:15.000 So do you think that I would be affiliated with white fence in L.A. coming here?
00:06:19.000 No, no, no, you can't.
00:06:20.000 It's accumulation of facts.
00:06:22.000 Let me finish.
00:06:22.000 You can't bring that up.
00:06:23.000 I absolutely can.
00:06:25.000 jerseys and multiple hats.
00:06:26.000 Allow me to finish.
00:06:27.000 Look at these people.
00:06:28.000 Allow me to finish.
00:06:29.000 That are wearing MAGA hats right now.
00:06:30.000 Allow me to finish.
00:06:31.000 Could I say that they're part of a big game?
00:06:33.000 Can I finish?
00:06:37.000 You have the hand tattoos.
00:06:39.000 You have the fact that he told the judge in 2019, I'm afraid to go back to El Salvador because another gang will come after me.
00:06:44.000 Allow me to finish without interrupting.
00:06:49.000 Allow me to finish without interrupting.
00:06:51.000 Number three, he wore the Chicago Bulls, which is a gang affiliation, in the Maryland area.
00:06:56.000 Now, if you're in L.A. wearing a Dodgers jersey, that's one piece of evidence.
00:06:59.000 If you're wearing Bulls gear day after day in the Maryland area, and you have MS-13 affiliated things, and you're telling a judge that you're part of a gang, and your wife has filed declaratory distress relief because you're a wife beater, and then finally the fact he's not an American, he broke into this country, and he does not afford the same rights that Americans are.
00:07:16.000 I'm sorry, I'm sorry, but to sort of put that on you, right?
00:07:20.000 He had a green card.
00:07:21.000 No, he did not.
00:07:22.000 That is not correct.
00:07:23.000 Wrong.
00:07:23.000 Wrong.
00:07:24.000 That's not true.
00:07:24.000 Was he married?
00:07:25.000 Was he married to an American citizen?
00:07:26.000 That does not matter.
00:07:27.000 Time out.
00:07:28.000 You got your facts so wrong.
00:07:30.000 The judge said, Sir, Mr. Garcia, you will be deported at any time for any reason back to any country.
00:07:35.000 The only country I'm not allowing you to go be deported to was El Salvador.
00:07:38.000 And why was he deported to El Salvador?
00:07:39.000 That's the only mistake.
00:07:40.000 Why was he deported to El Salvador?
00:07:41.000 Because he was caught up.
00:07:42.000 Time out.
00:07:43.000 It's not that he was deported that it was wrong.
00:07:44.000 It's not that he wasn't part of MS-13.
00:07:46.000 Well, the fact that he was deported was wrong because he didn't have any due process, actually.
00:07:49.000 The most due process of any illegal in the history of the country.
00:07:53.000 That's actually incorrect.
00:07:53.000 He's going through it right now while he's in El Salvador.
00:07:56.000 He's going through it right now while he's in El Salvador.
00:07:58.000 In 2019, in 2020, he had due process.
00:08:00.000 The judge literally signed an order saying, at any time ICE can come and get you, this is your final warning, Mr. Garcia.
00:08:05.000 They might come and scoop you up.
00:08:07.000 By the way, I just find it so interesting.
00:08:10.000 You do know the fact he beat his wife, right?
00:08:12.000 Okay, you do know the fact that Donald Trump has raped multiple women and his wife.
00:08:16.000 Okay, yeah.
00:08:18.000 He's a rapist.
00:08:19.000 He raped his wife and multiple women.
00:08:21.000 Oh, he raped his wife, really.
00:08:22.000 And he's on record.
00:08:24.000 Which wife did he rape, exactly?
00:08:26.000 Ivana.
00:08:27.000 Oh, he raped Ivana.
00:08:27.000 I do believe so, yes.
00:08:29.000 Oh, and what's your evidence for such a claim?
00:08:30.000 Because I have evidence of court documents that Kilmar Garcia beat his wife.
00:08:34.000 Want me to read it?
00:08:34.000 In 2021, Abrego Garcia's wife, Jennifer Vasquez-Zura, filed a protective order against him, alleging instances of physical abuse, including being punched repeatedly and scratched.
00:08:45.000 She then filed a second order trying to protect the children from him abusing them on a nearly weekly basis.
00:08:52.000 In 2019, Abrego Garcia was arrested in Maryland alongside of individuals.
00:08:56.000 Authorities claimed repeatedly that were experts saying that the traits of his behavior, his iconography, and his tattoos were MS-13, such as specific clothing and tattoos, citing information from a confidential informant alleging from his gang membership.
00:09:10.000 The judge agreed and signed his deportation order.
00:09:13.000 What is the issue here exactly?
00:09:15.000 Has he specifically stated that his tattoos were an affiliation of MS-13, or is that a narrative being controlled by the Trump administration?
00:09:30.000 Well, let me bring this up.
00:09:32.000 Trump did believe that he physically had MS-13 in the interview that he literally just aired a few days ago, where he said that he didn't believe that it was photoshopped MS-13.
00:09:42.000 Because weed, smiley face, and how are the skull and crossbones and the cross going to be thought of as 1-3?
00:09:50.000 Well, that's an interesting question.
00:09:51.000 If it wasn't MS-13.
00:09:52.000 Stay high, smile till I die.
00:09:54.000 say hi, smile till I die.
00:09:55.000 If it wasn't MS-13...
00:10:02.000 If there's nothing to hide, why wouldn't she show it for the world?
00:10:05.000 I mean, yeah, you're actually, that was a good point.
00:10:09.000 Now, let me just bring that up into like a, let me, I want to.
00:10:09.000 Thank you.
00:10:13.000 There's nothing to hide.
00:10:14.000 She'd say, hey, here's the tattoos that she's blurring them out in all the images.
00:10:17.000 That's kind of weird, isn't it?
00:10:18.000 Nothing to hide, let it ride.
00:10:20.000 Yeah, yeah.
00:10:23.000 Private student loan debt.
00:10:24.000 So many Americans feel stuck and helpless.
00:10:26.000 They are the sponsor of our campus tour.
00:10:28.000 They are great people.
00:10:29.000 You can finally take control of your student loan situation at YReFi.com.
00:10:34.000 That is Y-R-E-F-Y.com.

00:11:00.000 That is Y-R-E-F-Y.com.
00:11:02.000 So take a look at it right now at YReFi.com.
00:11:05.000 YReFi refinances distress and defaulted private student loans, which are different from federal loans.
00:11:10.000 They offer a three-minute rate check.
00:11:12.000 So I want you to think right now.
00:11:13.000 Maybe you have private student loan debt.
00:11:15.000 Maybe your friend does.
00:11:16.000 Maybe your neighbor.
00:11:17.000 Got to check it out.
00:11:18.000 YREFI.com.
00:11:19.000 Y-R-E-F-Y.com.
00:11:20.000 Can you imagine being debt-free and not burdened anymore?
00:11:23.000 Go to YREFI.com.
00:11:25.000 May not be available in all 50 states.
00:11:26.000 YREFI.com.
00:11:29.000 Now, I kind of want to just transition then to the entirety of immigration.
00:11:34.000 Last point, then we've got to get to more work.
00:11:36.000 Yeah, yeah, yeah.
00:11:36.000 Okay.
00:11:36.000 So, obviously, Trump has floated around the idea of, quote-unquote, deporting homegrowns for, you know, the, quote, most horrible and violent offenders or whatever.
00:11:49.000 So, how can we, as Americans, stop Americans from being persecuted by those, especially ones that aren't of white color?
00:11:58.000 especially ones that are not of white color, because ICE has repeatedly, repeatedly been on...
00:12:05.000 Like ICE has repeatedly persecuted Mexican-Americans and or just Latino-Americans for having tattoos and dark skin.
00:12:14.000 How can we prevent people from being...
00:12:20.000 What is your evidence for this?
00:12:22.000 Multiple articles and multiple news broadcasts that have let us know that ICE is racially profiling people.
00:12:33.000 My father is obviously not white-skinned and has multiple tattoos.
00:12:38.000 How can I make sure that he is not taken...
00:12:42.000 Is he a legal citizen?
00:12:47.000 Yeah, I mean, yeah, of course.
00:12:49.000 Okay, then he's got nothing to worry about.
00:12:50.000 But I just brought up the fact of the idealization of homegrown.
00:12:53.000 He's got nothing to worry about then.
00:12:55.000 This is all targeted at illegals that have broken into our country.
00:12:58.000 These are people that have broke into the United States of America.
00:13:01.000 And what makes them inherently bad?
00:13:02.000 Because there's multiple people that overstays their visas.
00:13:06.000 Because they've cut in line.
00:13:07.000 So you wait in line this entire time to ask a question, nice and patiently.
00:13:11.000 Is it right for someone just to cut in line after you've waited?
00:13:13.000 Other legal immigrants that have waited to come into the United States.
00:13:17.000 That doesn't really work because we were moved in a specific order.
00:13:20.000 The same thing happens here, where we're moved into a specific order.
00:13:24.000 Other people are prioritized.
00:13:26.000 Are you allowed to cut in line to come into a country?
00:13:40.000 I will admit that.
00:13:41.000 They came in illegally, but my family did the right process.
00:13:45.000 they overstayed their visa, they came on a trip but they did the right process why is it that we are simply only persecuting those that are coming in illegally and want to just live a normal Everybody's bringing up murderers, everybody's bringing up rapists.
00:14:01.000 There's a lot wrong here.
00:14:02.000 But what's wrong with that is when rape is committed by men, 51% of all rape is committed by white men.
00:14:10.000 White men.
00:14:11.000 Okay, yes.
00:14:11.000 And guess what?
00:14:12.000 So why are we pinpointing a Mexican from the crowd and saying, oh, he's a rapist?
00:14:18.000 Again, what should the penalty be if someone breaks into America?
00:14:21.000 I'm sorry?
00:14:21.000 What should the penalty be when someone breaks into the United States of America?
00:14:28.000 Personally, I think we should help them get processed into the country.
00:14:31.000 Help them home.
00:14:33.000 That's the only thing.
00:14:34.000 We should send them back to Nicaragua, Guatemala, Mexico.
00:14:37.000 The country should become home.
00:14:38.000 Oh, so hold on.
00:14:40.000 I want to understand.
00:14:41.000 Do you invite random people into your home and be like, hey, you could just squat on my floor and eat my food?
00:14:46.000 Hey guys, so that's how you make friends, actually.
00:14:48.000 So when you go to a random person and say, hey, come over to my house, what happens?
00:14:56.000 So you will just go to a random homeless guy shooting up under a bridge and be like, you're allowed into my home.
00:15:01.000 You're my friend, Jerry.
00:15:02.000 Why are we comparing a homeless man to somebody in need of life?
00:15:13.000 And I think it is ironic of you to bring up especially Guatemala right now with the thing that just happened in Tucson, Arizona.
00:15:19.000 A Guatemalan woman was detained after giving birth.
00:15:23.000 That child is now an American citizen.
00:15:25.000 Why should the mother be sent back and not...
00:15:32.000 Yes, they could both be sent back to Guatemala together.
00:15:34.000 That's not true because the child was born here.
00:15:37.000 under well i don't know if it is a little bit of a model and under under That's highly debated.
00:15:46.000 I'm not going to get into that.
00:15:46.000 But anyway.
00:15:47.000 Why not?
00:15:48.000 Why not?
00:15:49.000 Because we've already been going for quite a while.
00:15:52.000 It is now an American citizen.
00:15:52.000 It is now an American citizen and should be a product.
00:15:54.000 Birthright citizenship, I believe, is not constitutional, and I hope that they'll overturn it.
00:15:57.000 Birthright citizenship is not constitutional.
00:15:59.000 I believe it's not.
00:16:00.000 Again, going back to what we originally spoke about, the people that came over here were then given birthright citizenship, so that means that everybody here should not have birthright citizenship.
00:16:09.000 It just does not make sense.
00:16:11.000 In your opinion, the way that you just stated, that just doesn't make sense.
00:16:15.000 That just does not make sense.
00:16:16.000 Again, you're talking very fast and not making a lot of sense, so let's try to slow it down, okay?
00:16:20.000 The final moral question.
00:16:22.000 Okay.
00:16:23.000 If I went into Mexico without proper documents or invitation, what happens to me?
00:16:29.000 People do it all the time.
00:16:30.000 What happens to me?
00:16:31.000 People do it all the time.
00:16:32.000 What happens to me?
00:16:33.000 Are you saying if you get caught, are you saying...
00:16:37.000 I guess deport you.
00:16:38.000 We should do the same.
00:16:39.000 Thank you so much.
00:16:40.000 They do the same because Mexicans do it.
00:16:42.000 Thank you.
00:16:43.000 They do the same because Americans do it.
00:16:47.000 Hi, Mr. Kirk.
00:16:48.000 I'm a student here, and I really appreciate you being here today to speak with us.
00:16:52.000 I care a lot about protecting children and know that you value life as well.
00:16:57.000 I understand that mental health and drug issues are a big part of the violence that we see every day in America.
00:17:02.000 And I know that there's no black and white solution, but...
00:17:18.000 Sure, fine.
00:17:19.000 So first of all, it is very difficult to purchase an AK-47.
00:17:22.000 You're probably talking about an AR-15.
00:17:24.000 That's probably what you're talking about, which is not an AK-47.
00:17:27.000 We do have those background checks in a lot of states.
00:17:29.000 I do have to ask, do you feel safe in California?
00:17:35.000 Walking the streets at night in Los Angeles as a woman?
00:17:38.000 It depends which area.
00:17:42.000 How about right near the downtown convention center?
00:17:46.000 Not necessarily, no.
00:17:48.000 So, remember, our goal is a safe society, so just stricter gun laws does not always equal a safer society.
00:17:55.000 That's just number one.
00:17:57.000 Yeah, that's what I said.
00:17:58.000 That's why I said that.
00:17:59.000 I know that mental health is a big issue.
00:18:01.000 But I just, for instance, me, I have a 10-year-old little sister.
00:18:04.000 And every day, me and my parents stress about sending her to school for what could happen to her.
00:18:09.000 That's a real question.
00:18:11.000 Let me ask you.
00:18:12.000 Does that school have an armed guard?
00:18:15.000 I'm not entirely sure.
00:18:16.000 That's why you're stressing.
00:18:18.000 That's a fair point.
00:18:19.000 Why do we protect our banks, our airports, and our sports stadiums with people with guns but not our schools?
00:18:26.000 I think that that's a fair point.
00:18:28.000 And I'm not discounting the background check thing, but it's incredible moral perversion.
00:18:33.000 You can't get into Dodger Stadium without seeing 50 cop cars and people with guns everywhere.
00:18:38.000 You can't go to LAX without going through basically a demilitarized zone.
00:18:41.000 But you could go into a local Long Beach elementary school and we decide to not protect our kids.
00:18:47.000 So we protect our airplanes and our sports teams, but we don't protect our own children.
00:18:52.000 And so you care about protecting children.
00:18:54.000 I think that we should basically lock down these schools.
00:18:57.000 People say, oh, I don't want our schools to be militarized.
00:18:59.000 Well, then you don't want to protect our kids.
00:19:01.000 You want your money to be protected at your bank.
00:19:04.000 You want the payday lender to be protected.
00:19:06.000 But you don't want your own children to be protected.
00:19:08.000 So that's my number one solution to all that.
00:19:11.000 And then I would end on to it.
00:19:12.000 Listen, a lot of mental health problems.
00:19:14.000 I have a different view.
00:19:16.000 I think gun ownership is a right, not a privilege.
00:19:18.000 And I don't think the government should get in the way of our right to be able to own firearms.
00:19:21.000 So what do you think that the government should get involved in adding armed guards to schools?
00:19:27.000 Or why isn't this more talked about?
00:19:29.000 In other states it is.
00:19:31.000 Gavin Newsom would refuse to do this, of course.
00:19:33.000 But in other states, after big school shootings, they have police officers parked outside.
00:19:38.000 And in fact, school resource officers with guns have shown to prevent school shootings, limit school shootings, or even intervene before the school shooting happens.
00:19:46.000 And it's going to show that these awful tragedies go from maybe one or two students dying, which is horrific, which it could have been 30 or 40 students dying.
00:19:54.000 Right.
00:19:54.000 And so, again, at the fundamental core of it, which is your.
00:19:59.000 Almost every single case of these school shootings, there are some exceptions.
00:20:02.000 They get the guns from their parents because they didn't lock them up properly, and I think they should be criminally charged.
00:20:08.000 If your guns are used by somebody else, that is, you are the custodian of that firearm, and you should have to have, especially if a minor gets it.
00:20:15.000 And then number two, it's also these kids that are in a very, very dark and troubled place.
00:20:20.000 And almost always, there's warning.
00:20:24.000 There's troubling signs.
00:20:25.000 There are issues ahead of time that are ignored.
00:20:29.000 Thank you so much.
00:20:30.000 God bless you.
00:20:30.000 Thank you.
00:20:31.000 The world is waking up to the power of gold.
00:20:36.000 National banks are scrambling to secure it.
00:20:38.000 According to the World Gold Council, central banks added 1,000 tons of gold in 2024, the third straight year of net gold buying.
00:20:47.000 They understand what many investors don't.
00:20:50.000 Gold is real money.
00:20:51.000 Unlike paper currency, gold's value doesn't disappear with inflation, reckless government spending, or market crashes.

00:21:27.000 The world is turning to gold.
00:21:29.000 Shouldn't you be looking into doing that too?
00:21:31.000 Thank you.
00:21:34.000 I'm a student here.
00:21:36.000 My question to you is, why are you so Hypocritical in the way that you look at Trump and Biden.
00:21:44.000 As far as the economy goes, every time he announces a tariff, economy tanks.
00:21:50.000 We saw that twice in March, and then in the most recent one, where he announced the largest or the most...
00:21:58.000 Do you mean the stock market or the economy?
00:22:00.000 everything in general Yeah, but that's because he took away the tariffs.
00:22:06.000 He took it away because all of his billionaire buddies, more or less...
00:22:14.000 Elon Musk isn't really on TV anymore because he's lost trillions in Tesla.
00:22:19.000 He was just in the cabinet meeting last week wearing multiple hats.
00:22:23.000 Did you see that?
00:22:24.000 He said, I wear many hats.
00:22:25.000 No, I don't watch the.
00:22:28.000 You know what he's on TV.
00:22:29.000 You said he's not on TV anymore.
00:22:31.000 You say you don't watch TV.
00:22:32.000 Well, I don't.
00:22:33.000 I just see him everywhere.
00:22:34.000 I used to see him everywhere.
00:22:35.000 And then as soon as the tariffs went into effect, he lost trillions in Tesla stock.
00:22:40.000 He stopped showing up.
00:22:41.000 Who is it?
00:22:43.000 Pete Hegseth is a moron.
00:22:45.000 Hold on.
00:22:46.000 Let's pause with that.
00:22:47.000 Is military recruitment up?
00:22:49.000 Not sure.
00:22:50.000 Yes, it is.
00:22:50.000 Is military morale up?
00:22:52.000 Not sure.
00:22:53.000 Are military war games up?
00:22:54.000 Not sure.
00:22:55.000 Yes.
00:22:56.000 Is military procurement going in the right direction?
00:22:58.000 Wait, so hold on a second.
00:22:59.000 You call Pete Hegseth a moron, yet more people want to join our military and they're happier fighting in our military with Pete Hegseth as head of Secretary of Defense.
00:23:08.000 So that's really weird.
00:23:09.000 Why is he a moron exactly?
00:23:10.000 You know he served in the U.S. military alongside?
00:23:13.000 And I appreciate his service.
00:23:16.000 Is that how you talk to veterans?
00:23:17.000 You call them morons?
00:23:18.000 No, I don't.
00:23:19.000 And don't say that I do.
00:23:20.000 Why is he a moron exactly?
00:23:22.000 Well, because of the two signal challenges.
00:23:26.000 to there.
00:23:26.000 It doesn't matter.
00:23:27.000 Why is he having a Done by the Biden administration, actually.
00:23:32.000 Do you use Signal?
00:23:33.000 Do you use WhatsApp?
00:23:33.000 Do you use Telegram?
00:23:34.000 No, I don't.
00:23:35.000 Oh, you don't, really?
00:23:35.000 You don't use any messaging apps?
00:23:37.000 I just use iMessage.
00:23:38.000 Okay, that's a messaging app.
00:23:39.000 Oh, okay.
00:23:40.000 Yeah.
00:23:40.000 It's also a secure one as well.
00:23:42.000 But what is the contention here?
00:23:44.000 You said the hypocrisy.
00:23:45.000 So let me now try to get your...
00:23:52.000 Neither.
00:23:55.000 Joe Biden, that's my biggest gripe.
00:23:57.000 Did you have full faith in Joe Biden's ability to complete sentences?
00:24:01.000 To a certain extent, I did.
00:24:04.000 And then I didn't.
00:24:06.000 After I realized maybe he is too old to be in office, just like Donald Trump, which he will be the oldest president in office.
00:24:12.000 Age has nothing to do with it.
00:24:13.000 brain acuity.
00:24:14.000 Now it doesn't.
00:24:15.000 It doesn't now, but when We criticized his lack of knowing where he is.
00:24:22.000 And his dementia.
00:24:24.000 Then that's my point.
00:24:26.000 You talk about Biden when he was dementiated, like you said.
00:24:32.000 Yes, and okay.
00:24:38.000 Joe Biden wouldn't talk to the press for weeks on end.
00:24:41.000 But you say the hypocrisy.
00:24:44.000 I'm very interested.
00:24:44.000 What do you mean by that?
00:24:45.000 Because actually, Joe Biden told us the southern border was an impossible problem to solve.
00:24:50.000 He needed Congress to solve.
00:24:51.000 The southern border is so secure right now.
00:24:54.000 We have a 99.99% reduction in all border crossings.
00:25:00.000 That's just a fear factor.
00:25:01.000 It's a fact, actually.
00:25:03.000 Well, because when Trump is saying that he's going to deport every single immigrant, it makes immigrants not want to come in.
00:25:09.000 Good for Trump!
00:25:12.000 And by the way, don't call them immigrants.
00:25:15.000 They're line cutters and border jumpers.
00:25:17.000 Immigrants are people that wait in line and fill out the forms and come here correctly.
00:25:21.000 Don't conflate the two.
00:25:24.000 Don't conflate the two.
00:25:25.000 When you border jump, you're not an immigrant.
00:25:27.000 You're something completely different.
00:25:28.000 A criminal?
00:25:29.000 Is that what you're gonna say?
00:25:29.000 You're not an equivalent.
00:25:31.000 An equivalent of what?
00:25:32.000 A human?
00:25:33.000 One is a criminal.
00:25:34.000 One is a rule follower.
00:25:36.000 One is a lawbreaker.
00:25:37.000 One is someone who waits in line.
00:25:38.000 So should they not have due process?
00:25:40.000 Well, it depends.
00:25:40.000 You know that there's three ways that people don't have due process in this country?
00:25:43.000 How?
00:25:44.000 Because actually, according to the Supreme Court in 2019, if you come across the southern border within 14 days or 100 miles to the southern border, you can be deported immediately without due process because you're not an American citizen.
00:25:52.000 The Supreme Court ruled that.
00:25:53.000 According to the Alien Enemies Act, which President Trump invoked with Kilmar Garcia, there's no due process that is necessary.
00:25:58.000 So, as I have said, you do not need due process for that if you are an illegal alien invader in the interior of this country under those circumstances.
00:26:05.000 Let me take it back real quick.
00:26:06.000 Let me take it back.
00:26:07.000 You say that Biden had an atrocious economy.
00:26:12.000 Correct.
00:26:12.000 Trump's been president for like 104 days.
00:26:15.000 Yeah.
00:26:15.000 And with the tariffs, it's...
00:26:18.000 Eggs are down.
00:26:19.000 Actually, let me look at this.
00:26:21.000 Can you look at this chart for me?
00:26:22.000 You see inflation drops to 2.4% in March, lower than expected.
00:26:25.000 Thank you, President Trump.
00:26:27.000 You see what's going up right here?
00:26:28.000 This was Joe Biden.
00:26:30.000 You see that?
00:26:31.000 Joe Biden.
00:26:32.000 Trump.
00:26:33.000 Joe Biden.
00:26:33.000 Do you see him at the bottom?
00:26:35.000 Joe Biden.
00:26:36.000 Trump.
00:26:36.000 Do you see that?
00:26:37.000 Joe Biden.
00:26:38.000 Trump.
00:26:38.000 And Trump is all the way on the way down.
00:26:40.000 Joe Biden.
00:26:40.000 Trump.
00:26:42.000 Can you do it with me?
00:26:43.000 Joe Biden, Trump.
00:26:46.000 Joe Biden, Trump.
00:26:50.000 I'll sign this for you.
00:26:51.000 Do you want it?
00:26:52.000 Actually, yeah.
00:26:53.000 Can you?
00:26:54.000 My buddy, he also doesn't have a brain.
00:27:00.000 Doesn't have a brain?
00:27:00.000 Okay.
00:27:02.000 It's okay.
00:27:02.000 He's still my friend, though.
00:27:04.000 So I just want you...
00:27:10.000 There you go.
00:27:11.000 Inflation is down, everybody.
00:27:15.000 Alright.
00:27:16.000 I just want you, if at the end of Trump's presidency and he overall it's a failure, will you admit that it was a failure?
00:27:27.000 The tariffs are a failure.
00:27:29.000 You can admit that.
00:27:29.000 Hold on a second.
00:27:30.000 First of all, what you consider to be a failure, I consider roaring success.
00:27:33.000 I think border secure is very good.
00:27:35.000 I'm not talking about border.
00:27:36.000 I'm talking about tariffs.
00:27:37.000 I think manufacturing jobs coming up is very good.
00:27:39.000 Like, yes, if some things don't go well, I will be honest about it.
00:27:41.000 But even right now, we're not agreeing on success or failure.
00:27:44.000 You're saying Trump is failing, and yet inflation is going down.
00:27:47.000 We're bringing jobs back to the country.
00:27:48.000 We had a better jobs report than anybody expected last week.
00:27:52.000 The stock market has fully recovered.
00:27:53.000 We're about to get no tax on tips, no tax on overtime, no tax on Social Security.
00:27:59.000 So all of those things will work, and you're going to see.
00:28:02.000 The opening of the American economy, unlike anything ever before, I believe we'll see the end of the Russian-Ukrainian war.
00:28:07.000 I believe we're finally going to see no men in female sports, no chemical castration of kids, and he's already delivered on all those promises.
00:28:16.000 Well, I just hope, I hope.
00:28:18.000 So let me ask you, you were a big Biden supporter, right?
00:28:21.000 Not really.
00:28:21.000 I mean, he was just the, well, actually, when Kamala was on the ticket, I'd rather vote for her than Trump, so I voted for her.
00:28:29.000 Fine, fine, hold on.
00:28:31.000 But, I mean, you're bashing on Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump.
00:28:33.000 What was Joe Biden and Kamala Harris' biggest accomplishment?
00:28:36.000 What was the one that really got you excited?
00:28:38.000 The Chips and Science Act.
00:28:39.000 Oh, the Chips and Science Act.
00:28:41.000 Okay.
00:28:42.000 Anything else?
00:28:42.000 And nobody even knows what the Chips and Science Act is.
00:28:44.000 No, I know what it is.
00:28:45.000 I know, but I'm not talking about them.
00:28:47.000 Obviously, you know this is your job.
00:28:49.000 But all I'm saying is when Biden left office, the inflation rate was at 2.3%, 2.4%, right?
00:29:00.000 Yeah, 2.4%, as you showed me, at the very end of his presidency.
00:29:05.000 And when Trump announced his tariffs, both times it rose inflation to a staggering rate.
00:29:11.000 Eventually, on the last round of tariffs, before the most recent one, when he...
00:29:24.000 We've got to get to the next question.
00:29:25.000 Final thing is this.
00:29:26.000 Are you cheering for Trump's success?
00:29:28.000 I'm cheering for America's success and I'm not seeing it.
00:29:31.000 Good.
00:29:32.000 We can agree on that.
00:29:33.000 We both want to see America succeed.
00:29:34.000 Thank you, men.
00:29:35.000 God bless you.
00:29:37.000 Charlie Kirk here.
00:29:38.000 Crime is skyrocketing.
00:29:39.000 You may already own a firearm, but before you face the financial and emotional weight of pulling the trigger, consider Berna.

00:30:36.000 How are we doing, Charlie?
00:30:43.000 Welcome to Long Beach.
00:30:44.000 First thing I want to say.
00:30:46.000 So, my disagreement here would be the defunding of Harvard.
00:30:50.000 I want to know your legal justification for defunding Harvard.
00:30:55.000 First of all, is that a Harris Walls hat?
00:30:56.000 It is, it is, yes.
00:30:58.000 How about this?
00:30:59.000 If you beat me, I'll change it.
00:31:00.000 No, it's fine.
00:31:01.000 No, it's funny.
00:31:02.000 It's kind of like seeing all the losers of the Super Bowl hats that get sent to those African villages.
00:31:08.000 I know, yeah, no, it is.
00:31:10.000 It's like all those Buffalo Bills Super Bowl champion hats that just disappear.
00:31:17.000 Why is any college entitled to federal money?
00:31:20.000 Okay, so that's a good question.
00:31:21.000 So first of all, The majority of the money that goes to Harvard is medical research.
00:31:27.000 And so they are a huge portion of research, Harvard especially.
00:31:32.000 But then first, I want to get into the legal justification of it.
00:31:35.000 So I think it's dumb, but I want to more focus on the legal justification of it.
00:31:39.000 Well, no college has to get money from the government.
00:31:43.000 No, 100%.
00:31:43.000 Of course.
00:31:44.000 But you have a reasoning for defunding Harvard.
00:31:46.000 Several.
00:31:47.000 Correct.
00:31:48.000 Yes, correct.
00:31:48.000 But let's first get our facts right.
00:31:49.000 What is the endowment of Harvard?
00:31:51.000 Okay, so the endowment, you want to clarify that?
00:31:53.000 What are you talking about here?
00:31:55.000 Do you know what an endowment is?
00:31:56.000 I don't know what an endowment is.
00:31:58.000 What is the endowment of Harvard?
00:31:59.000 Yeah.
00:32:00.000 Okay, so an endowment is like a, think of it as a savings account.
00:32:04.000 Got it, yep.
00:32:05.000 So Harvard has the largest savings account of any college.
00:32:08.000 Of course, yes.
00:32:09.000 How much money do you think that is in their savings account?
00:32:11.000 A substantial number.
00:32:12.000 What do you, guess?
00:32:14.000 A couple trillion dollars.
00:32:15.000 It's not that big, but it's $55.000.
00:32:18.000 They're not a country, but it's 55 billion dollars.
00:32:21.000 100%, yeah.
00:32:22.000 Okay, so therefore, if a college has $55 billion, why do they need more money from taxpayers?
00:32:29.000 I think they need more money from taxpayers because they are making several improvements, especially in the medical field, and they are...
00:32:39.000 Well, why can't they use their $55 billion in the bank account that they refuse to touch?
00:32:43.000 Okay, so how about this?
00:32:43.000 Then why do they have to give their information?
00:32:46.000 So let's talk about their research and their data.
00:32:49.000 I think the first thing that we should agree is that there is no bad data.
00:32:53.000 Every data that we have is an increase in knowledge, and we can't have bad data.
00:32:56.000 So it would seriously hurt the government if they give all of their data and all of their information to the public prior, especially on research and cancer and all this kind of stuff.
00:33:07.000 Do you agree that the government wants, and this is what happens right now, they want to receive that data before the rest of the public?
00:33:13.000 It is super important that the government receives that data prior to the public.
00:33:17.000 Not necessarily.
00:33:18.000 I think actually open source data is a great way to go.
00:33:20.000 I mean, if we're financing it, why shouldn't the whole world know about it?
00:33:23.000 Well, the whole world does know about it, but the government needs to know about it first because that's a very crucial thing.
00:33:29.000 But again, I want to stick to the point here.
00:33:31.000 So your big reason...
00:33:36.000 They're sitting on a $55 billion cash pile.
00:33:39.000 They are, correct, correct.
00:33:39.000 And they get $2 billion a year.
00:33:42.000 Maybe they should just tap some of the $55 billion they have to fund all of their programs.
00:33:47.000 And they do.
00:33:47.000 They don't completely use federal funding.
00:33:49.000 They don't only use federal funding.
00:33:51.000 They actually have not dipped into their endowment.
00:33:52.000 It actually grows every single year.
00:33:54.000 But anyway, back to the legal justification.
00:33:56.000 Harvard is in blatant violation of federal law.
00:33:58.000 Okay, but federal law.
00:33:59.000 So I'm assuming you're referring to the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
00:34:02.000 Well, yeah, because it's the student for fair admissions Supreme Court case, which I'm sure you're following.
00:34:06.000 They are in direct violation of accommodating black and Hispanic students at the expense of white and Asian students, and they continue to push forward affirmative action, acceptance, and hiring practices, which is in defiance of the Supreme Court, breaking federal law.
00:34:20.000 And when you break federal law, you should not get federal money.
00:34:22.000 Pretty simple.
00:34:23.000 Okay, but the Trump administration has said that the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and anti-Semitic practices have been the reason for the defunding of Harvard.
00:34:32.000 So that's a thing.
00:34:33.000 They're in violation.
00:34:36.000 Amongst many things, the strongest of all of the president's claims is the violation of the 14th Amendment and the Supreme Court decision a couple years ago, the students for fair admissions.
00:34:45.000 Harvard is in violation of that.
00:34:46.000 They've acknowledged they're in violation of it.
00:34:48.000 They brag about it.
00:34:49.000 So when you're in violation of the Supreme Court, your federal money will be not sent to you anymore.
00:34:54.000 Let me ask you this.
00:34:55.000 The Trump administration, in 2019, they passed the executive decision to add religion.
00:35:07.000 It has nothing to do with – we're talking past each other, right?
00:35:29.000 No, it absolutely does.
00:35:30.000 The core complaint is the violation of the – Yes, the DEI as an admission.
00:35:35.000 So you asked, what is the legal justification?
00:35:37.000 Very simple.
00:35:38.000 When you defy the Supreme Court, you no longer get money.
00:35:41.000 But at the same time, the Trump administration, by passing this executive order to count religion into the Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, that is going against the Constitution.
00:35:53.000 The first thing I want to get to is can you agree that in 1964 they purposely, they intentionally did not include religion into Title VI, which is education.
00:36:05.000 That's education as a whole, into the Civil Rights Act.
00:36:08.000 Yes, correct.
00:36:08.000 Yes, okay, so perfect.
00:36:10.000 So then how is, how are, why, why do you think that we are currently interpreting the addition?
00:36:19.000 Probably the White House's weakest claim.
00:36:21.000 They made about 10 claims against Harvard.
00:36:23.000 The strongest claim, of which I will continue to rest on, is they're violating federal law.
00:36:27.000 They're violating the Supreme Court.
00:36:29.000 The shakiest of all their complaints is the one when it comes to anti-Semitism.
00:36:32.000 By the way, they have a lot of anti-Semitism, but unfortunately in this country you're allowed to be a bigot and an anti-Semitism.
00:36:37.000 Yeah, no, agreed.
00:36:37.000 But the most, the crispest...
00:36:48.000 Okay, yes, but we're talking about the pro-Palestinian protest.
00:36:51.000 No, no, I got it, but you're talking about a 10-part charging document.
00:36:54.000 Again, I think the audience agrees.
00:36:57.000 You're not really listening to what I'm saying, right?
00:36:58.000 Okay, no, but I get it, but that's different.
00:37:00.000 That's not why they're defunding Harvard.
00:37:01.000 That's not why they're defunding Harvard.
00:37:02.000 No, it is.
00:37:03.000 Again, they put forward 10 complaints.
00:37:04.000 I'm going after the top one.
00:37:06.000 All right.
00:37:06.000 Thank you for your time.
00:37:08.000 I appreciate you.
00:37:08.000 All right.
00:37:09.000 Enjoy President Harris.
00:37:10.000 Oh, wait.
00:37:12.000 Thank you.
00:37:13.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
