00:01:12.000 Joining us now is Michael Seifert from Public Square.
00:01:14.000 Everyone, download the Public Square app.
00:01:17.000 Yesterday, Elon Musk had quite a conversation, Michael, with the New York Times.
00:01:23.000 I want to play a piece of tape here and get your reaction.
00:01:27.000 Things are changing.
00:01:29.000 Some for the better, some for the worse, but this is definitely for the better.
00:01:32.000 Play cut 119.
00:01:34.000 And what I see all over the place is people who care about looking good while doing evil.
00:01:40.000 them.
00:01:42.000 That is one quote of many, including what he told the advertisers.
00:01:46.000 He was on one yesterday.
00:01:48.000 Let's play cut 106, actually.
00:01:49.000 That's the main clip.
00:01:50.000 Then, Michael, I want your reaction.
00:01:52.000 There was all of the criticism.
00:01:53.000 There were advertisers leaving.
00:01:55.000 We talked to Bob Iger.
00:01:56.000 I hope they stop.
00:01:57.000 You hope.
00:01:58.000 Don't advertise.
00:02:00.000 You don't want them to advertise?
00:02:01.000 No.
00:02:02.000 What do you mean?
00:02:05.000 If somebody's going to try to blackmail me with advertising, blackmail me with money?
00:02:09.000 Go f yourself.
00:02:14.000 But go yourself.
00:02:18.000 Is that clear?
00:02:20.000 I hope it is.
00:02:22.000 That's way too much alpha energy for the wine moms and the metrosexual men in the New York Times audience.
00:02:27.000 Ha ha.
00:02:29.000 Michael Siefert, your reaction.
00:02:32.000 Well, there's one more interesting piece of that clip right after it cut there, which is where Elon actually signals to Bob Iger, who is in the audience, because Bob Iger also spoke at this deal book summit with the New York Times.
00:02:44.000 So after he had just said that very explicit statement to these advertisers, which was a strong and powerful statement to essentially draw a line in the concrete and say, I'm not being blackmailed here, which is exactly what a person in his position should do.
00:03:00.000 He then took it a step farther to actually signal exactly who he was talking about.
00:03:03.000 He said, hi, Bob.
00:03:04.000 And I thought that it was a wonderful display of the type of resilience that we need in this moment.
00:03:10.000 I actually reflect back, Charlie, on different quotes of significance throughout history.
00:03:14.000 I think about Patrick Henry and give me liberty or give me death.
00:03:18.000 And I think that Elon's first statement you played of there are far too many folks in society today that are concerned with the appearance of doing good while they're actually doing evil.
00:03:29.000 That's one of those quotes that I think will be talked about for generations to come because it perfectly summarizes exactly what we're witnessing here.
00:03:35.000 Disney Corporation is concerned with lecturing you about the perception of doing good, while in reality, they're more concerned with indoctrinating you and your kids, distorting your family values, and creating perversion out of what was once a good thing.
00:03:53.000 And you see that out of Apple.
00:03:54.000 You see that out of IBM.
00:03:55.000 You see that out of Disney.
00:03:57.000 And so I'm proud of Elon.
00:03:59.000 I'm proud to be a strong supporter of the X platform.
00:04:02.000 That's the type of rhetoric we need now more than ever.
00:04:05.000 It is a total change of energy.
00:04:08.000 And I want to now play CUT 118 about the advertising boycott, PlayCut 118.
00:04:14.000 Actually, what this advertising boycott is going to do, it's going to kill a company.
00:04:23.000 And do you think that the whole world will know that those advertisers killed the company?
00:04:29.000 And we will document it in great detail.
00:04:31.000 But they're going to say, Elon, that you killed the company because you said these things and that they were inappropriate things and that they didn't feel comfortable on the platform, right?
00:04:41.000 That's what they're going to say.
00:04:42.000 And let's see how Earth responds to that.
00:04:46.000 He's very big on Earth versus other planets.
00:04:48.000 And yet these other companies, they are fine advertising on meta, where Instagram Reel videos show salacious content to the Wall Street Journal test accounts set to follow young gymnasts and other teenagers, including risky footage of children overtly sexual adult videos.
00:05:08.000 But IBM, Apple, State Farm, Comcast, Home Depot, Disney, Paramount Pictures, McDonald's, they're cool with children being sexualized.
00:05:19.000 Well, and Charlie, Elon called them out on that.
00:05:21.000 Just a few days ago, Elon actually tweeted and basically said, hey, meta advertisers, either on Facebook or on Instagram, what say you now?
00:05:29.000 Where are you?
00:05:30.000 Why aren't you canceling them?
00:05:31.000 Because as a reminder, the advertisers that boycotted X, many of the companies you just mentioned, did so because they believed that Elon posted an anti-Semitic tweet.
00:05:42.000 There was an account that tweeted a very simple statement.
00:05:45.000 Essentially said that the Jewish community has been voting for their own demise.
00:05:49.000 By the way, since 1968, 71% of the Jewish community has voted Democrat in all of these elections.
00:05:56.000 So that tweet wasn't inherently wrong.
00:05:58.000 Democrats are for open borders.
00:06:00.000 Therefore, the mass immigration without assimilation into a common culture.
00:06:05.000 And this guy was right to call it out.
00:06:07.000 And Elon simply responded, this is the actual truth.
00:06:11.000 That one simple tweet caused this revolt.
00:06:14.000 Here's what's interesting, Charlie.
00:06:15.000 Not only do those advertisers that you mentioned turn a blind eye to the disgusting perverted actions happening on these other platforms like Meta, like Instagram, but they also have partnered with anti-Semitic organizations that are actually anti-Semitic.
00:06:32.000 For example, Apple and Amazon, big proponents of the BLM movement.
00:06:37.000 And we just learned a few weeks ago that multiple BLM chapters around this country have revealed their anti-Semitic nature and have said very openly that they're pro-Hamas.
00:06:46.000 So the doublespeak, the talking out of both sides of the mouth is really dangerous.
00:06:50.000 And Charlie, there was a day when journalists would call this out.
00:06:53.000 Journalists used to, in a proper country, cheer on Elon's comments.
00:06:58.000 They'd say that's the exact type of speaking truth to power that we need because these institutions are corrupt.
00:07:04.000 But instead, journalism now has been co-opted by the very corporate entities, heavily subsidized by the government, by the way, that they used to be responsible for calling out.
00:07:14.000 So when Amazon owns the Washington Post and when Time magazine is owned by Mark Benioff, who owns Salesforce, you have this shift of the corporatization of journalism that is incredibly detrimental because people like Elon should be speaking way more often and way more open.
00:07:30.000 Andrew Ross Sorkin with the New York Times, who said to Elon in the clip you just described, well, Elon, isn't that bad for business?
00:07:37.000 I actually think history is going to say that you killed the company.
00:07:40.000 It's like journalists today are living in a different world.
00:07:43.000 The average person sees what Elon's doing and is saying, finally, somebody's speaking for us.
00:07:48.000 But journalists live in their own bubble.
00:07:51.000 It shows the departure of our two worlds.
00:07:53.000 And ultimately, at the end of the day, I agree with Elon.
00:07:56.000 History will look favorably upon his statements.
00:07:58.000 Yeah, and it's, I mean, praise God for what Elon is doing here.
00:08:02.000 It's remarkable from the purchasing of X, not caring about all the chatter.
00:08:06.000 And the users of X are increasing, actually.
00:08:09.000 We're seeing the amount of people that are using it is really incredible.
00:08:13.000 And we need to support X now more than ever before.
00:08:16.000 And I've said it once, and I'll say it again.
00:08:18.000 The 2024 election will be fairer because of the liberated Twitter.
00:08:25.000 I'm telling you, it is going to be a different election.
00:08:28.000 Whether or not we'll win, we'll see.
00:08:30.000 But people's eyes are open.
00:08:32.000 I get stopped by people all the time on the street.
00:08:34.000 Charlie, I've become more conservative.
00:08:36.000 I follow you on Twitter.
00:08:37.000 I never used to see your stuff.
00:08:38.000 And now I see the content.
00:08:39.000 I see the trend stuff.
00:08:40.000 I see all of it.
00:08:42.000 But talk more about the Bob Iger wrinkle.
00:08:44.000 That's interesting to me, Michael.
00:08:46.000 Well, Bob, you know, has basically admitted in recent documentation that Disney has actually lost market share as a result of their prioritization of woke politics.
00:08:56.000 So Disney's turned into an activist organization, which is why it's no surprise that they pulled their ads from the X platform.
00:09:06.000 But I hope that Americans will wake up and realize that Disney has become an activist organization because the risk that we run is that the most dominant house of children's educational content.
00:09:18.000 And I say educational because so many young lives are actually shaped and formed by the content they're seeing out of Disney.
00:09:27.000 So it is educational in nature, but it's a matter of what are they teaching.
00:09:31.000 If they've become a weaponized organization against the classical traditional American family values that have built a functioning society, that's a very detrimental position to be in.
00:09:40.000 And so out of all the companies that Elon could have called out, I'm really glad they called out Disney.
00:09:45.000 I'm glad Elon said directly to Bob, hi, Bob.
00:09:48.000 I'm talking to you here because him more than anybody needed to hear this.
00:09:53.000 There's also rumors, Charlie, that Bob will probably resign in the next year or two as a result of his poor management at the CEO level of guiding Disney in this woke direction because they've taken a total hit.
00:10:04.000 Look at the movies this summer when Sound of Freedom is beating Indiana Jones with less than a tenth of the budget.
00:10:10.000 What's the lesson there?
00:10:11.000 Well, the lesson is the American people are no longer buying what Disney and similar corporations are selling.
00:10:17.000 The last thing I'll mention is that in response to Disney's corrupted actions and them pulling their ads out of X, we've seen a revolt against Disney Plus.
00:10:26.000 Today on Twitter on X, you're seeing trending stories of consumers that were once subscribers to Disney Plus pulling their subscriptions, and I'm here for it.
00:10:35.000 Yeah, all things Disney must be boycotted.
00:10:37.000 The hardest Disney boycott for me is ESPN, I'll admit.
00:10:43.000 Are you prepared for the unthinkable ahead?
00:10:45.000 Charlie Kirk here.
00:10:46.000 We all need to pray for the best, but prepare for the worst.

00:11:44.000 Public Square is ascendant this Christmas season.
00:11:47.000 Michael, I want to give you an opportunity to talk about how things are going.
00:11:50.000 Great volume of traffic.
00:11:52.000 I mean, I lose track.
00:11:54.000 You got Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Giving Tuesday.
00:11:56.000 I can't keep track.
00:11:57.000 Is it what is this day?
00:11:58.000 A week after?
00:12:00.000 Michael, tell us about how things are going to Public Square.
00:12:00.000 I don't know.
00:12:02.000 Well, Charlie, all the dates you just mentioned were fantastic for us, but the best one actually was Small Business Saturday, which happened kind of packaged within Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
00:12:12.000 Small Business Saturday for us was a great opportunity to showcase the American-owned and operated businesses that make our country so special.
00:12:20.000 Today, you are witnessing the corporate entities of our country that are in bed with a bureaucratic regime gobble up so many small enterprises that make our country and communities special.
00:12:33.000 And then you look at companies like Blackstone, which is large-scale private equity that's literally built to do that exact same thing.
00:12:39.000 Public Square is an antidote to that sort of society.
00:12:43.000 I do not want to live in a country where every single company or every product that we buy from is owned by the same five entities that all have heavy lobbying power with the government and are essentially in bed with the regime.
00:12:54.000 Instead, I want a decentralized network of economic heroes in our local communities that make our country strong.
00:13:02.000 Public Square is over 99% made up of small businesses.
00:13:05.000 So when you look at our over 70,000 vendors that are offering millions of products, you know with blessed assurance that you're supporting the small business economy at publicsquare.com.
00:13:14.000 So we're starting our 12 days of Christmas next week.
00:13:16.000 We've got lots of exciting deals for consumers that make this parallel economy accessible and affordable, especially in trying economic times.
00:13:24.000 And we're ending 2023 really strong, Charlie.
00:13:28.000 You said something on Bannon's show that was really powerful, that small businesses no cost for them to be on the site.
00:13:34.000 They get extra business from that.
00:13:35.000 Just kind of repeat that, please.
00:13:37.000 Well, that's exactly right.
00:13:38.000 If you're a small business owner, there's nowhere better to be than publicsquare.com because it's free to join.
00:13:44.000 You sign up, try it out, and you'll notice that there's a wave of traffic that's present from this parallel economy consumer base that you're not finding in other places.
00:13:53.000 You have small businesses that come to us often and they share the same story, which is that they've been trying and trying with advertiser dollars spent at Meta and Google and Facebook, but it's just not working.
00:14:04.000 Those dollars do not provide any sort of truly significant or differentiated impact over competitors.
00:14:11.000 But Public Square is different.
00:14:13.000 It's a whole nother thing when you're able to actually target communities that trust you.
00:14:17.000 And when you're able to base your transactions on a shared trust and values alignment, when consumers are knowing that they're able to put some purpose behind their purchase and support the types of communities and businesses that make our country strong, that's not only a liberating thing, Charlie, that's very lucrative.
00:14:32.000 There's economic firepower in this consumer base.
00:14:34.000 There's a data point I like to share often.
00:14:36.000 If you just look at Trump voters from 2020 election, that makes up $7 trillion of GDP.
00:14:43.000 7 trillion of GDP is represented by Trump voters in 2020.
00:14:47.000 That's the third largest economy in the world by GDP.
00:14:51.000 And yet no major corporate entities in our country are even trying to talk to that cohort.
00:14:55.000 So if you're a small business, you can join Public Square, align your values with our consumers, and then consumers and all their economic firepower will know that this is a differentiated business that I should feel proud to support.
00:15:07.000 Yeah, if you go to publicsquare.com, you look at all the different Christmas gifts you guys might want to get from ammunition to leather goods to also, you know, luggage.
00:15:19.000 It's the place to go through, download the app, super easy.
00:15:22.000 Also, I think we're going to have your wife on to talk about Every Life.
00:15:25.000 Give us an update on that, Michael.
00:15:26.000 Well, Every Life had its record day.
00:15:28.000 It's second highest day besides the launch day on Monday.
00:15:31.000 It was an incredible day of traffic to our baby brand.
00:15:35.000 And that day was accomplished with no marketing.
00:15:37.000 It was a Cyber Monday sale, and we couldn't wait to tell our community about it.
00:15:41.000 And the America's only Pro-Life Pro Family baby brand is growing at a record pace.
00:15:47.000 We've been incredibly impressed to witness the movement as well that's grown along with this brand.
00:15:52.000 While other diaper companies are supporting abortion practices and are literally funding abortion in many cases, Every Life stands apart.
00:16:01.000 It has a simple message.
00:16:03.000 Every life is a miracle and is worth protecting.
00:16:05.000 So if you go to everylife.com, you'll see the nation's only pro-life, pro-family baby care brand selling premium diapers and wipes.
00:16:12.000 And it's taking off.
00:16:14.000 It's a great opportunity for parents to put their values where their purchases are and support the family unit with the purchase of goods that they need on a day-to-day basis.
00:16:22.000 So it's never been a better time in the baby care industry.
00:16:25.000 Never in a million years, Charlie, did I think we would be starting a diaper brand or that I would talk about diapers as much as I do today, but the country needed it.
00:16:32.000 And so we wanted to create it.
00:16:34.000 Go to publicsquare.com to do all your Christmas shopping.
00:16:36.000 It's an easy thing.
00:16:37.000 Maybe you guys have a Christmas budget of $100, $200, whatever it is.
00:16:42.000 Spend it on public square for your Christmas gifts this Christmas season.
00:16:45.000 Michael, great job.
00:16:46.000 See you soon.
00:16:46.000 Thank you.
00:16:47.000 Thank you, Charlie.
00:16:51.000 America's colleges and universities today are less concerned with critical thinking than with indoctrination.
00:16:56.000 It is no wonder why so many young Americans embrace cancel culture, deny free speech to conservatives, and even celebrate terrorism.
00:17:03.000 But I'm happy to report there is one college where students debate ideas openly and honestly, where they pursue truth together with their professors, and where America's great heritage of liberty is studied and revered.
00:17:13.000 My favorite college, Hillsdale College.
00:17:15.000 As stated in Hillsdale's founding document in 1844, Hillsdale's original mission was to offer the kind of serious liberal arts education needed to preserve the blessings of civil and religious liberty across the land.
00:17:26.000 And this mission continues to guide Hillsdale College today.
00:17:29.000 You can learn more at my favorite college's website, charlieforhillsdale.com.
00:17:33.000 There you will find a short video that's just over a minute long showing how Hillsdale's work, not only on its Michigan campus, not only in Washington, D.C. campus, but across the nation is effective in defending American liberty.
00:17:46.000 Take some time to watch today at charlieforhillsdale.com.
00:17:49.000 That is charlieforhillsdale.com.
00:17:54.000 Joining us now is Vivek Ramaswamy, who's on a campaign bus in the great state of Iowa.
00:18:00.000 First, Vivek, tell us how things are going on the ground in Iowa.
00:18:03.000 Give us an update.
00:18:04.000 Yeah, look, man, I think people are very activated.
00:18:07.000 I think we're seeing a lot of independents and people who are Republicans but haven't shown up at a caucus.
00:18:12.000 Those are most of the people coming to my events.
00:18:14.000 And so a lot of them don't show up in the polls, which if they come out, and they tell me they are, I think it's going to be a major surprise that we deliver here.
00:18:22.000 And I feel pretty good about it.
00:18:24.000 There's one issue, Charlie, that's on everybody's minds here, especially in the northern and western parts of the state that literally nobody else is talking about, including in the national media, including even the Republican Party, because the Republican Party is responsible for it, is they're building this carbon capture pipeline that they're using eminent domain to seize the land of innocent farmers.
00:18:46.000 Actually, it was an event just earlier today in rural Iowa, where I am now.
00:18:50.000 And it's amazing how we're literally allowing the seizure of land of farmers using eminent domain to build a pipeline to send carbon dioxide in the name of the climate change agenda.
00:19:04.000 That's what's happening right here.
00:19:06.000 And I think that there are some deep implications of that.
00:19:08.000 But one of the reasons I like being on the ground is we pick up issues like that that nobody else is talking about.
00:19:13.000 And I think I'm the only candidate in this race speaking to some of those issues.
00:19:16.000 And I think we're going to do really well here.
00:19:18.000 So let me understand.
00:19:19.000 They're building carbon capture pipelines.
00:19:22.000 Why?
00:19:23.000 Because they're so worried about climate change and they're taking people's land away with eminent domain to do it.
00:19:29.000 This is news to me.
00:19:30.000 It's nuts, actually, Charlie.
00:19:32.000 I mean, you can't make this stuff up.
00:19:34.000 So you got the globalist climate religion.
00:19:36.000 The U.S. government under Republican and Democrat administrations alike has bent the knee to say they're going to shower taxpayer money onto people who capture carbon dioxide out of various manufacturers like ethanol producers.
00:19:49.000 So now what these people are doing is they're building this pipeline that runs across Iowa and then South Dakota to bury it in the ground in North Dakota.
00:19:58.000 It makes no sense.
00:19:58.000 It's a pointless exercise, but the federal government and our taxpayer money is paying for it.
00:20:02.000 Now, a lot of these farmers say, I don't want that pipeline running through my land.
00:20:07.000 These are sensible people.
00:20:08.000 Why?
00:20:08.000 Because there have been explosions of these pipelines in Mississippi and elsewhere, sending people to the hospital.
00:20:14.000 It affects their productivity to have it under their pipeline under their land.
00:20:17.000 So they say they don't want it.
00:20:18.000 So the Republicans, Democrats and Republicans both, but Republicans in Iowa say, no, that's okay.
00:20:24.000 We support eminent domain to build that pipeline across your land anyway.
00:20:30.000 And so that's kind of an illegal use of your property rights.
00:20:34.000 And so if they're going to use eminent domain, that can only be used for an emergency.
00:20:38.000 So if they're saying removing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere is an emergency, well, next they'll use eminent domain to take your gas stove, put $50 check in your mailbox and call it a day.
00:20:49.000 And so anyway, these are issues, Charlie, that I think we need to do better as a Republican party to pay attention to because everybody in the Republican establishment is actually voting for these subsidies.
00:20:59.000 A lot of the Republican establishment in Iowa is standing up against it.
00:21:03.000 Every state force and, you know, I think one of the people I'd give credit to is likes of Steve King or others who have been pushing this issue.
00:21:10.000 I'm the only presidential candidate talking about it, but in any case, I'm seeing a lot of grassroots energy when I'm talking about the kinds of issues that no other Republican I asked the crowds here is, why am I the only candidate who's able to oppose the climate change agenda?
00:21:27.000 It all comes from a faulty premise.
00:21:30.000 If you believe that climate change is an existential threat to humanity, of course, then you'll be able to use private property confiscation tactics.
00:21:37.000 It's a crisis.
00:21:39.000 It's an emergency.
00:21:41.000 Vivek, you made national headlines at the debate calling for Rana's resignation.
00:21:46.000 You have a website that is trying to gather momentum.
00:21:50.000 Talk about the response you've received from the grassroots, but also ruling class Republicans since you've done this.
00:21:56.000 Well, I think Ronna McDaniel has been an utter failure.
00:21:58.000 Just look at the track record: 2018, 2020, 2022, 2023, all disasters.
00:22:04.000 So I launched firerana.com just for people not to get donations or anything else.
00:22:09.000 Just to put your name down there, firerana.com, and actually send a signal to the Republican establishment.
00:22:15.000 It's now clear to me that this would be a landslide in voting against Rana if this were up to the actual Republican primary voters.
00:22:22.000 But the Republican establishment does not approve of my message.
00:22:26.000 In fact, Rona McDaniel has said, including after the last debate, that I won't get another cent of funding from the RNC because I called out her failures and her hypocrisies.
00:22:37.000 And so that's wrong either way.
00:22:39.000 It almost proves my point about corruption.
00:22:41.000 But the point is, the Republican establishment, thankfully, doesn't get to decide who actually leads this country.
00:22:46.000 That belongs to the voters.
00:22:48.000 Now, I think it should belong to the voters to decide who actually leads the RNC as well.
00:22:52.000 But in the meantime, there's a meeting at the end of January in the beginning of February of the Republican National Committee.
00:22:58.000 I think Rana needs to step down before then.
00:23:01.000 We need a new head that can be elected with a clean slate at that meeting.
00:23:05.000 I think the current co-chair is actually not bad.
00:23:08.000 Drew McKissick, he only joined in that role in the middle of this year.
00:23:12.000 He could take that on an interim basis.
00:23:14.000 But either way, we got to have change in our party.
00:23:17.000 We've become lazy.
00:23:18.000 We can't preach about accountability in Washington, D.C. if we're not practicing what we preach in our own party.
00:23:24.000 And again, Charlie, I come back to this.
00:23:26.000 There is a reason why I'm the only candidate about the climate change agenda being a hoax to firing Rana to a bunch of other topics.
00:23:34.000 There's a reason why I'm the only other candidate who's able to speak about this on the debate stage.
00:23:38.000 Everybody else is a puppet for the puppet masters in the establishment.
00:23:41.000 And I think it's going to take somebody coming from the outside to actually speak some hard truths to our own party.
00:23:46.000 And that's what I'm doing.
00:23:48.000 And we appreciate that.
00:23:49.000 And the grassroots is calling for Rana to go immediately.
00:23:54.000 And the cabal of the RNC is protecting her without any form of accountability, despite the repeated losing and losing and losing and losing.
00:24:05.000 So, Vivek, I want to ask you, there's several issues happening in DC right now, including this FISA Section 702 renewal.
00:24:14.000 FISA has been abused to spy on Tucker Carlson, to spy on Donald Trump, to spy on school board members, to spy on all sorts of different people.
00:24:22.000 What is your stance as president?
00:24:24.000 How would you handle the renewal of Section 702?
00:24:28.000 Also, it's a 12-year renewal.
00:24:30.000 The intel agencies are about to get a reauthorization.
00:24:34.000 Your thoughts, Vivek?
00:24:35.000 I'm against 702.
00:24:36.000 I mean, this is, and I'll remind the left, Charlie, this has been used to spy on people on the left as well in the aftermath of 9-11 for people who were political dissenters against the Iraq war or otherwise.
00:24:46.000 And so I'm against its renewal.
00:24:48.000 I think we have to stand for the Constitution and any unconstitutional provisions or that have been applied unconstitutionally.
00:24:54.000 We need to move forward to a future where individual liberty is respected.
00:24:59.000 That has to, you know, this has to end.
00:25:00.000 And I think it's an easy thing we can do.
00:25:01.000 It's an easy win we could score.
00:25:03.000 Why do you think that Mike Johnson and Republicans are so eager to give a 12-year renewal on 702?
00:25:10.000 You know, I think that much of Congress is actually captured by the deep state.
00:25:14.000 I don't mean to be conspiratorial on this.
00:25:16.000 This is, we don't call it the deep state, call it the three-letter agencies, the administrative state, the shadow government.
00:25:21.000 The fact is, the people who we elect to run the government, they are not the ones who actually run the government a very long time.
00:25:29.000 It's the people in the administrative state that are calling the shots from our budget all the way to especially issues relating to national security.
00:25:36.000 And so I think that they have a lot of leverage.
00:25:38.000 And I'll just leave it at that over the people who are actually in Congress.
00:25:42.000 And I think that that's something that turns people who we elect into puppets.
00:25:48.000 The real, everybody talks about in Congress.
00:25:50.000 I'm in what we need are term limits in the federal bureaucracy limits for anybody who's in the federal bureaucracy.
00:25:58.000 That's what we actually need.
00:25:59.000 And that's how you actually drain the swamp.
00:26:01.000 Yeah, I mean, so let's connect two things together.
00:26:03.000 I'm not saying they're necessarily connected, but let's emphasize this.
00:26:08.000 The Department of Justice announced in early November that there was a high-end brothel network used outside of Washington, D.C., and they've intentionally not released the names of the people that got the services, just the people operating the high-end brothel network.
00:26:24.000 But they said it was politicians, members of Congress, generals, defense contractors.
00:26:31.000 Is it possible, Vivek Ramaswamy, that the legacy of J. Edgar Hoover continues, that there's some quiet blackmail of Congress going on to make sure that the fourth branch of government has unlimited authority to spy on American citizens?
00:26:44.000 I think that there are, I mean, there's clear leverage.
00:26:46.000 I mean, I'm not going to surmise what exact leverage is with that story, whether it's another one like it.
00:26:51.000 But Charlie, I'll remind you, it is still literally, you asked about, does the legacy of J. Edgar Hoover survive?
00:26:56.000 Of course it does.
00:26:57.000 It's literally the J. Edgar Hoover building of the FBI, by the way, that they have leverage over for favor of a new headquarters that the FBI doesn't need.
00:27:08.000 It's literally the J. Edgar Hoover building.
00:27:10.000 So it's not a secret that that legacy survives.
00:27:12.000 Of course it does.
00:27:13.000 Everybody should read this book, Charlie.
00:27:16.000 I don't have anything to do with the book, but it's called G-Man.
00:27:18.000 Stands for Government Man.
00:27:20.000 It's a book about the history of the FBI.
00:27:22.000 My wife's actually the one who was reading it first.
00:27:24.000 I've now taken an interest in it.
00:27:26.000 And anybody who reads that book, left or right, I think will then better understand why I believe we need to shut the FBI down.
00:27:33.000 It's a detailed history of J. Edgar Hoover's legacy at the FBI.
00:27:36.000 And the thing about that book is it's not just about the history of the FBI.
00:27:40.000 Once you leave that about the last several decades, you actually realize that that's not a story about the past.
00:27:45.000 It's as much a story about the present.
00:27:47.000 But the people who we elect to run the government, they're not the ones who run the government.
00:27:52.000 And if you're too busy arguing about Republicans versus Democrats in Congress, you are missing the point about the real issue in Washington, D.C.
00:28:00.000 It's the unelectable and many unelected and in many cases, nonpartisan bureaucracy that's actually pulling the strip.
00:28:06.000 That's a real plot.
00:28:07.000 Vivek, keep campaigning.
00:28:09.000 We'll see you at Amfest.
00:28:10.000 God bless you, man.
00:28:10.000 Thank you.
00:28:11.000 See you.
00:28:11.000 Thanks.
00:28:14.000 For years, we've been talking about how our nation's public schools have been captured by progressive ideologues.
00:28:20.000 They teach things that directly contradict the values of millions of Americans.

00:29:36.000 Okay, we're receiving a lot of emails about this outbreak, or is it an outbreak, from China called white lung syndrome?
00:29:46.000 Now, the media is playing this up.
00:29:47.000 Do we have something to worry about?
00:29:50.000 Ohio County records 142 child cases of white lung syndrome, which it says meets the definition of an outbreak as China and Europe grapples with crises.
00:30:03.000 And so I read this, and I'll be honest, I'm a little skeptical to play into these media narratives.
00:30:10.000 Is this really worthy of the outrage?
00:30:14.000 And an ongoing investigation is underway in Ohio of what is triggering the wave of illness.
00:30:19.000 Officials do not think it is a new respiratory disease.
00:30:25.000 Instead, blame a mixture of several common infections hitting all at once.
00:30:30.000 Now, patients so far have been tested for mycoplasma pneumonia, a bacterial lung infection for which some antibiotics are useless, strep, and aninovirus, a normally benign respiratory infection.
00:30:44.000 Is this legitimately another COVID?
00:30:49.000 Or is it more bluster to try to justify lockdowns and potentially mail in ballots?
00:30:58.000 Well, Dr. Malone and Dr. Paul Alexander say that this is normal season illness, that post-COVID, people have heightened awareness about pandemics and about viruses.
00:31:13.000 Kids have been absent, resulting in diagnosing being pneumonia.
00:31:18.000 We do know that a lot of people have been vaccinated.
00:31:21.000 And according to Dr. Robert Malone, that could jeopardize your overall immune system.
00:31:26.000 But I think we must be very careful before we play into these media narratives.
00:31:32.000 Could it be another virus from China?
00:31:38.000 Potentially.
00:31:40.000 We see here from the Daily Mail, children are being hospitalized in Ohio.
00:31:46.000 Is that our pediatric hospitalization is up?
00:31:48.000 What is the cause of it?
00:31:49.000 We don't know.
00:31:50.000 Daily Mail, WHO demands fresh data from China amid the outbreak of white lung syndrome, as Chinese are told to wear masks and socially distance again in a chilling echo of COVID.
00:32:03.000 Now, I will say just anecdotally, I've seen more people get sick in the last week with this sort of symptoms.
00:32:11.000 I mean, I got sick in mid-October for like four or five days, and it was fine, you know, cough.
00:32:19.000 Daughter got sick, wasn't anything crazy.
00:32:22.000 Is that this?
00:32:23.000 Maybe.
00:32:24.000 Seeing an increase in respiratory infections around the world.
00:32:27.000 So you have a choice.
00:32:30.000 Are we going to lock down in fear and mask, or are you going to do the things that you know will be helpful?
00:32:36.000 Get your vitamin D levels up, stay active, get ample sleep, build up your immune system, eat well, limit your intake of alcohol, which does impact the immune system.
00:32:47.000 Lose weight if you're overweight.
00:32:49.000 Go to myphdweightloss.com, one of our favorite partners.
00:32:52.000 I don't trust the government, and I certainly don't trust the government when they're trying to increase the level of fear.
00:32:59.000 Do things that can empower you, that can make you anti-fragile to whatever the regime might throw at you.
00:33:09.000 And remember, an election year is coming up, and fear is a weapon used by tyrants to keep you obedient.
00:33:18.000 Is it another COVID?
00:33:21.000 I don't know.
00:33:24.000 But what is the white lung syndrome?
00:33:26.000 It very well might just be flu, RSV, cold, pneumonia repackaged just in time for 2024.
00:33:38.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
