00:01:06.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:10.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:18.000 It is Friday, December 1st.
00:01:20.000 It is Get to Work Month at Turning Point USA and Turning Point Action.
00:01:24.000 The hardest working organizations in the country were getting to work.
00:01:28.000 We're doing real stuff.
00:01:30.000 It's exciting.
00:01:33.000 And your Republicans are finally back to work.
00:01:38.000 Republicans, they have finally awoken from their Thanksgiving coma.
00:01:49.000 They got no work done over Thanksgiving.
00:01:51.000 Speaker Johnson, who's been an unbelievable disappointment, gave Chuck Schumer exactly what he wanted.
00:01:57.000 Yes, sir, Chuck Schumer.
00:01:59.000 Absolutely, Chuck Schumer.
00:02:00.000 What else would you like, Chuck Schumer?
00:02:02.000 Mr. Biden, what else would you like?
00:02:03.000 Would you like a clean CR to January?
00:02:07.000 Absolutely.
00:02:08.000 Thank you so much.
00:02:09.000 That's Speaker Johnson.
00:02:11.000 Just giving them everything they wanted.
00:02:12.000 Here you go.
00:02:12.000 No cuts, nothing.
00:02:14.000 But they're finally back, everybody.
00:02:16.000 They are back.
00:02:18.000 And what is their top priority?
00:02:22.000 What?
00:02:23.000 What do House Republicans run to go get done?
00:02:27.000 House Republicans come in after getting nothing done for the entire year.
00:02:31.000 The border is wide open.
00:02:32.000 There are no spending cuts.
00:02:34.000 The FBI is getting a brand new building to spy on us.
00:02:38.000 What do they decide to spend their time on?
00:02:44.000 The Speaker of the House, Speaker Johnson, and House Republicans decide to side with Democrats to remove George Santos from the U.S. House of Representatives.
00:03:00.000 Now, look, it's no mystery.
00:03:03.000 George Santos is not someone that I would defend.
00:03:06.000 The guy's a clown, okay?
00:03:08.000 He's a walking caricature of himself.
00:03:11.000 The more we learn, the more you just say, wow, that is impressive.
00:03:16.000 How you continue to raise the ante of how humiliating it is, of just how silly his behavior is, how criminal at times it seems his behavior is.
00:03:28.000 But what are we doing here exactly?
00:03:30.000 If the threshold for expulsion from Congress is criminal activity, I got a long list, everybody, and you should listen carefully.
00:03:40.000 We're less than a year out from the election.
00:03:42.000 Wouldn't it make sense for voters to decide whether or not George Santos should still be a member of the United States House of Representatives?
00:03:53.000 Here's George Santos on Fox and Friends.
00:03:57.000 Now, if I could give some advice to Santos, he's no longer a member of Congress.
00:04:00.000 They voted to expel him.
00:04:01.000 Thanks to Republicans.
00:04:05.000 This is a silly response to Brian Killmead, but his whole career has been awfully silly.
00:04:11.000 Play Cut 126.
00:04:13.000 All of the work I've done in this body has been above board.
00:04:16.000 Nobody can actually question my ethics and my conduct in Congress.
00:04:20.000 Unlike some of my colleagues who are on drunken tirades going after their former staff, but I'm the one being pinned for all of this nonsense.
00:04:29.000 All right, okay.
00:04:30.000 I mean, I will question your ethics, Santos, but that's not the point, okay?
00:04:34.000 Republicans are hell-bent on satisfying Democrats.
00:04:41.000 So let's see how are they treating Mr. Menendez, who, by the way, is indicted on actual crimes against the country.
00:04:50.000 Borderline treason.
00:04:52.000 George Santos, what is he indicted on?
00:04:54.000 Misappropriating campaign funds for liquor, booze, Botox, OnlyFans, grinder accounts.
00:05:02.000 I can't keep track of it.
00:05:05.000 It's very strange.
00:05:10.000 Is it civilizational ending?
00:05:12.000 No.
00:05:13.000 Is it defensible?
00:05:15.000 I'm not going to defend George Santos.
00:05:18.000 But I will ask the very simple question.
00:05:20.000 Why are Republicans, while we're borrowing $2 trillion a year, our border is open, we're on the risk of multiple regional, soon-to-be world wars, China's on the march, all this, their top priority is to pander to the Democrats to shrink our majority.
00:05:39.000 In the history of the U.S. Congress, 21 members have been expelled, 15 from the Senate and six from the House of Representatives.
00:05:46.000 17 of the 21 were expelled for supporting the Confederate states between 1861 and 1862.
00:05:52.000 So Republicans who have done nothing, no spending cuts, giving the FBI what they want, they are excited, they're Republicans, because they feel good about doing this.
00:06:07.000 The Washington Post and the New York Times is demanding it, so why not go and give them what they want?
00:06:14.000 Speaker Johnson, who has been worthless as a speaker, he can't even get Republicans together to say, guys, let's not vote to shrink our own majority.
00:06:26.000 So you might say, well, then how should we handle it?
00:06:28.000 It's very simple.
00:06:29.000 You put Santos into exile.
00:06:31.000 Mr. Santos, go deal with the ethics committee.
00:06:34.000 Good luck with reelection.
00:06:35.000 Next story.
00:06:36.000 That's how Pelosi handles Elon Omar.
00:06:40.000 While we're on the topic of suspicious behavior by members of Congress, how about looking into Elon Omar and her brother?
00:06:49.000 I'll just leave that there.
00:06:52.000 While we're on the topic of suspicious behavior, how about Maxine Waters and her entire family on payroll with her campaign?
00:07:02.000 While we're on the topic of suspicious behavior, Nancy Pelosi, who just happens to be the greatest stock picker in the history of stock pickers, or remember Senator Richard Burr from North Carolina, who magically decided to go sell stocks after getting briefings that COVID was tearing through the Western world and lockdowns might be looming.
00:07:26.000 And again, I will repeat, Mr. Menendez, but the Democrats, they play a different game than we play.
00:07:31.000 We are weak.
00:07:33.000 Republicans in D.C. are worthless.
00:07:36.000 They are spineless.
00:07:37.000 They are cowards.
00:07:39.000 It's not a, you should laugh when somebody says, if CNN would come up and say about George Santos and say, next question, we put him in timeout.
00:07:47.000 Let the voters decide.
00:07:48.000 We're not going to limit our already limited power.
00:07:51.000 Very simple.
00:07:52.000 That's the answer.
00:07:53.000 Why would we go out of our way and decide to shrink our majority?
00:08:00.000 What good does that accomplish?
00:08:02.000 Does that get us closer to saving the country?
00:08:04.000 No, it makes you feel good.
00:08:06.000 And this morning, House Republicans, not all, but enough, got all excited because they could feel good after doing nothing.
00:08:18.000 They're not holding Joe Biden accountable.
00:08:20.000 They're not none of that stuff.
00:08:22.000 But they, after a Thanksgiving coma and getting drunk with all the lobbyists and spending your money on the fat old salary they get of taxpayer funded, they feel good.
00:08:32.000 They say, yeah, today we did some good.
00:08:35.000 Today we made ourselves less powerful.
00:08:39.000 What a joke House Republicans have become.
00:08:44.000 Democrats would never do this.
00:08:46.000 And some people say, well, that's what makes us better than Democrats.
00:08:50.000 We are in a war.
00:08:52.000 We are in the midst of a war for the country.
00:08:55.000 We had an amazing conversation with Tom Klingenstein yesterday.
00:08:58.000 When you're in the midst of a war and you have some goofball, but you need him as a soldier, do you kick him out of the military?
00:09:06.000 Or do you say, all right, goofball, you're still part of the military.
00:09:10.000 You're still part of what we're doing.
00:09:12.000 No, Republicans, they don't want to win.
00:09:16.000 They want to be controlled opposition.
00:09:20.000 Play cut 120.
00:09:22.000 On this vote, the yays are 311, the nays are 114.
00:09:27.000 Two-thirds voting in the affirmative.
00:09:29.000 The resolution is adopted.
00:09:31.000 The clerk will notify the governor of the state of New York of the action of the House.
00:09:36.000 Under clause 5D of Rule 20, the chair announces to the House that in light of the expulsion of the gentleman from New York, Mr. Santos, the whole number of the House is now 434.
00:09:47.000 Now, I'm not a parliamentarian expert, but couldn't Speaker Johnson have refused to bring this to the floor?
00:09:54.000 Doesn't the Speaker have final say on bringing anything to the floor?
00:09:57.000 Again, I don't know all the parliamentary details of the House.
00:10:00.000 Maybe it comes from a committee or something.
00:10:01.000 We should look it up.
00:10:02.000 Couldn't Speaker Johnson have said, nope.
00:10:05.000 Sorry.
00:10:06.000 Couldn't he have done that?
00:10:08.000 Shouldn't he have done that?
00:10:09.000 This is multiple attempts.
00:10:10.000 Meanwhile, Elon Omar, by the way, fire alarm freak Bowman, gold bar trader Menendez, serial liar Adam Schiff, magic stock picker Nancy Pelosi, genocide lover Talib, all are still members of Congress.
00:10:24.000 But Republicans, they want to be able to go to Democrats and say, do you love me now?
00:10:30.000 Do you love me?
00:10:32.000 Please, pathetic.
00:10:34.000 That's what I think of with Houth Republicans.
00:10:36.000 You are pathetic.
00:10:39.000 Strong cell is amazing.
00:10:41.000 I got to tell you, the combination of NADH, CoQ10, and collagen is really something.
00:10:47.000 You know, people ask me, they say, Charlie, how do you keep your energy up?
00:10:50.000 How do you just keep on pushing?
00:10:51.000 Look, part of it is diet nutrition, but I'll be honest, I take supplements really seriously.
00:10:57.000 Fact check me on this.
00:10:58.000 You can say, oh, Trump, I'm going to fact-check you.
00:11:00.000 Type this into your search engine.
00:11:02.000 NADH.
00:11:04.000 Just type it in.
00:11:05.000 What does it tell you?
00:11:07.000 It might tell you that it is the secret to living long, anti-aging properties, more energy.
00:11:12.000 Well, all of that is being proven in more and more clinical trials.
00:11:14.000 NADH is a precursor so that your mitochondria can remain healthy and vibrant.
00:11:21.000 The elites, a lot of billionaires, people, a lot of money, they spend a ton of money on NAD.
00:11:24.000 It's a fact.
00:11:25.000 NAD just might be your secret weapon for more energy.
00:11:28.000 I take NAD every single day.
00:11:31.000 I could tell you that NADH, compared with CoQ10, the trials show very, very good things.
00:11:37.000 Don't take my word for it.
00:11:38.000 I mean, honestly, my word should be good for something.
00:11:40.000 But fact-check me.
00:11:41.000 Look at it.
00:11:42.000 And if you do it over 30 days, you'll see an increase in energy.
00:11:45.000 I wake up better than ever before.
00:11:47.000 NAD can help you potentially, again, fact check me on this with depression, anxiety, other issues that you might be dealing with.
00:11:54.000 It is nature's gift to you so that you might have extra energy and mental clarity.
00:11:59.000 You guys can use promo code Charlie for 20% off.
00:12:01.000 It's strongsell.com/slash Charlie.
00:12:04.000 NAD might be nature's secret weapon for you.
00:12:09.000 I love it.
00:12:10.000 I take it every single day.
00:12:12.000 Try to try it for at least 30 days to see the maximum benefit.
00:12:15.000 And let me know.
00:12:16.000 Has NAD helped your life?
00:12:17.000 Strongsell.com/slash Charlie.
00:12:19.000 Check it out.
00:12:20.000 Strongsell.com/slash Charlie.
00:12:24.000 The answer is simple.
00:12:25.000 Why do Democrats not kick out their own?
00:12:28.000 They don't kick out Elon Omar, Rashida Talib, because they love power more than we do.
00:12:34.000 I'm not saying we should love power, but they know that power is necessary for them to be able to accomplish their goals.
00:12:41.000 We have no interest in winning.
00:12:44.000 What is the mission statement of the Republican Party?
00:12:46.000 What is the mission statement of Ronna McRomney?
00:12:48.000 What is the mission statement of Speaker Johnson?
00:12:52.000 To lose and not be called bad names.
00:12:55.000 That's the current mission statement.
00:12:57.000 As long as we are not called bad names and we lose success.
00:13:06.000 We need wartime Republicans.
00:13:10.000 That beautiful quote from the Godfather.
00:13:14.000 Either you're in charge as a wartime mindset or a peacetime.
00:13:19.000 I'm going to name every Republican that voted for this.
00:13:22.000 They go out of their way and they feel so good.
00:13:25.000 They get in their little suit and tie, narcissists, almost all of them.
00:13:28.000 They could never get an honest job, most of these people, anywhere else.
00:13:32.000 They feel so nice and good.
00:13:33.000 They don't cut spending.
00:13:34.000 They give the FBI more money, more money to Ukraine, more money to Zelensky, $2 trillion deficits.
00:13:40.000 The border remains wide open.
00:13:41.000 They're transing our kids.
00:13:43.000 But hey, you guys shrunk the majority because the Democrats demanded it.
00:13:49.000 By the way, just on its surface, think about this.
00:13:52.000 Who's demanding this?
00:13:53.000 This was a media op.
00:13:55.000 This was an establishment op.
00:13:57.000 Just on the surface, anything they want, we should not take the premise.
00:14:02.000 That alone.
00:14:04.000 And they, they didn't just fall for it.
00:14:06.000 They're gleeful.
00:14:07.000 By the way, they're done for all votes for the day.
00:14:10.000 The House is done voting.
00:14:11.000 They did their job, everybody.
00:14:13.000 They made themselves less powerful.
00:14:16.000 Ryan Zinke from Montana, Rudy Yakim from Indiana, Steve Womack from Arkansas, Brandon Williams from New York, Bruce Westerman from Arkansas, Brad Wenstrup from Ohio, Daniel Webster from Florida, Ann Wagner from Missouri, Jeff Van Druv from New Jersey, David Velato from Valedado, from California, Glenn Thompson from Pennsylvania, Brian Stell from Wisconsin, Michelle Steele from California, Pete Stauber from Minnesota, Lloyd Schmucker from Pennsylvania, Christopher Smith from New Jersey,

00:14:50.000 That's my congressman.
00:14:52.000 You made a mistake, Mr. Schweikert.
00:14:54.000 Hope you're not primaried.
00:14:55.000 John Rutherford from Florida's 5th.
00:14:58.000 David Rauser from North Carolina.
00:15:00.000 By the way, the Schweikert one really upsets me.
00:15:02.000 You want to talk about someone that could have been expelled at some point?
00:15:06.000 Be careful.
00:15:08.000 The grassroots are going to be very angry over that, Mr. Schweikert.
00:15:11.000 Good luck.
00:15:11.000 Don't call me for help.
00:15:13.000 John Rose from Tennessee.
00:15:15.000 Hal Rogers from Kentucky.
00:15:16.000 August Pfluger.
00:15:17.000 No him.
00:15:18.000 Waste of time.
00:15:19.000 Texas 11th.
00:15:20.000 Greg Pence from Indiana.
00:15:23.000 Burgess Owens from Utah.

00:15:34.000 Look how good of a person I am.
00:15:36.000 I hope you like me, Washington Post.
00:15:37.000 I feel good about myself.

00:17:51.000 The list keeps going.
00:17:52.000 We are going to name every name of these gutless wonders that call themselves Republicans.
00:17:59.000 Are you tired of progressive companies and exhausted trying to keep up with all the virtue signaling when you're simply just trying to buy products?
00:18:07.000 Progressive Corporate America continues to push messaging that further alienates conservative Americans, all while eroding the future of the American dream.
00:18:17.000 It's prominent all over the country.

00:19:25.000 I think Santos is a clown who did things he shouldn't have done, not defending them in the slightest, in the least.
00:19:31.000 But he should not have been expelled from Congress.
00:19:34.000 And by the way, before anyone gets on their lecturing train, Republicans, why have you not impeached the traitor Joe Biden, the traitor, Alejandro Mayorkas?
00:19:45.000 Can we get the vote?
00:19:46.000 Your priority is your colleague, George Santos, because he uses campaign funds for personal use?
00:19:53.000 Yawn.
00:19:54.000 I'll be honest.
00:19:56.000 Not defensible?
00:19:57.000 Is that civilizational altering stuff?
00:20:00.000 No.
00:20:01.000 I look at what Pelosi and Biden and all these other people have done.
00:20:06.000 And yes, Santos is innocent until proven guilty.
00:20:08.000 But look, it's a fact.
00:20:09.000 He's a clown, okay?
00:20:10.000 Santos is a clown.
00:20:11.000 I'm not, that's not a hill worth dying on, okay?
00:20:14.000 But that's not the point.
00:20:15.000 The point is, you say, Santos, shut up, go defend yourself, go into exile, you're in a timeout.
00:20:20.000 We're not going to expel you for no other reason than we're not going to give the Democrats the win.
00:20:25.000 For no other reason, we should not give these.
00:20:32.000 I was going to say something.
00:20:34.000 Bad people a win.
00:20:38.000 But you know who did?
00:20:40.000 Let's continue.
00:20:41.000 Where's my list?
00:20:43.000 Robert Alderhalt, Adderholt from Alabama wants to lose.
00:20:48.000 Rick Allen from Georgia wants to lose.
00:20:50.000 Mark Amadel from Nevada.
00:20:52.000 Kelly Armstrong from North Dakota.
00:20:53.000 Hear that on the flag radio network?
00:20:55.000 Kelly Armstrong feels good about his vote.
00:20:57.000 Wants him gone.
00:20:59.000 Unbelievable.
00:21:00.000 Don Bacon, Nebraska.
00:21:03.000 Troy Balderson from Ohio.
00:21:05.000 Andy Barr from Kentucky.
00:21:06.000 Cliff Bence from Oregon.
00:21:08.000 Jack Bergman from Michigan.
00:21:10.000 Stephanie Beiss from Oklahoma.
00:21:12.000 Ken Buck.
00:21:12.000 Oh, Ken Buck.
00:21:14.000 I'll tell you.
00:21:15.000 You want to talk about blackmail?
00:21:17.000 That guy's being blackmailed.
00:21:20.000 Larry Bushcon from Indiana.
00:21:22.000 Michael Burgess from Texas.
00:21:24.000 Ken Calvert from California.
00:21:25.000 Mike Carey from Ohio.
00:21:27.000 Earl Buddy Carter from Georgia.
00:21:29.000 Laurie Chavez Deremer from Oregon.
00:21:32.000 Juan Sascamani from Arizona.
00:21:34.000 Tom Cole from Oklahoma.
00:21:36.000 And of course, Mr. Comer, as I've mentioned before.
00:21:40.000 You know that there were eight Republicans that sided together to not impeach Mayorkas.
00:21:47.000 Patrick McHenry from North Carolina.
00:21:50.000 Tom McClintock from California.
00:21:51.000 John Duarte from California.
00:21:53.000 Virginia Fox from North Carolina.
00:21:55.000 Daryl Issa from California.
00:21:57.000 Cliff Benz from Oregon.
00:21:58.000 Ken Buck and Mike Turner.
00:22:00.000 So no impeachment of Mayorkas.
00:22:03.000 No impeachment of Merrick Garland.
00:22:05.000 No impeachment of Joe Biden, but an expulsion of one of your own Republican colleagues.
00:22:12.000 No impeachment of Christopher Wray.
00:22:14.000 By the way, we couldn't even get Marjorie Taylor Green's provision to censure Rashida Talib.
00:22:22.000 And yet Republicans are so excited to go after George Santos.
00:22:27.000 Again, George Santos, he's a clown.
00:22:30.000 I just want to make sure everyone is clear about that, okay?
00:22:34.000 But we're in the midst of a bitter struggle for our Republic, and our margin is this big.
00:22:39.000 And this is what they spend their priorities on?
00:22:42.000 Yes.
00:22:43.000 So let me tell you a funny story.
00:22:44.000 So we do this at Turning Point Action where we prepare, we do a scorecard.
00:22:48.000 If you guys don't know, you guys can see all of your members of Congress, how they have voted.
00:22:52.000 I think we have the best scorecard out there.
00:22:53.000 We should talk about it more often.
00:22:55.000 We should get Tyler on the show next week.
00:22:56.000 It's tpaction.com.
00:22:58.000 You can look at our scorecard, tpaction.com slash scorecard.
00:23:02.000 So we are going through, because you have to have a certain vote total, because we tally all your votes, to even be considered for an endorsement from Turning Point Action, which I believe is a very important endorsement, right?
00:23:12.000 Tons of grassroots activists, a lot of muscle, hardest working people in the movement.
00:23:16.000 You guys know the power of Turning Point.
00:23:18.000 Glory be to God of how much he has blessed us.
00:23:21.000 And so we are sitting in our room just looking at the data, right?
00:23:25.000 All personal bias aside, because we don't want any personal bias to come into our endorsements.
00:23:28.000 And we have a whole committee and we have to do votes and very, very procedural, right?
00:23:32.000 But even to make the vote, to be able to be endorsed, you have to have a certain threshold, okay?
00:23:39.000 And so we're going through it, and I was like, this can't be right.
00:23:43.000 And we have a picture of it.
00:23:45.000 I said, who got a 96 lifetime score?
00:23:49.000 And again, it's just the numbers.
00:23:52.000 It doesn't deal with any convictions or any of that stuff, or convictions or indictments.
00:23:56.000 George Santos is one of the best records of voting in the last 12 months of any member of Congress.
00:24:07.000 They're probably not telling you that on your conservative media.
00:24:10.000 George Santos, according to the Turning Point Action, again, this is no bias, okay?
00:24:13.000 It's just numbers.
00:24:15.000 It's just data.
00:24:16.000 Again, a clown can obviously get a 96.27 score.
00:24:22.000 Gets a 98% vote on American culture votes.
00:24:26.000 And we cited all 100% on border security, 100% on medical freedom, 100% on Second Amendment.
00:24:32.000 And so, again, Santos, all this stuff, shouldn't this have been a primary data point before Republicans vote to expel him?
00:24:42.000 Before they say, let's get rid of him, should they say, is he voting correctly?
00:24:45.000 There he is right there.
00:24:46.000 So let me ask you this question.
00:24:47.000 You want a free society for your kids and grandkids.
00:24:50.000 Yes?
00:24:50.000 You want an American.
00:24:51.000 Yes?
00:24:52.000 So wouldn't you prefer to have clown man Santos doing all sorts of stuff in Congress, still being a clown, but voting correctly?
00:25:03.000 Now, it would be one thing if his voting score was 40 or 50%.
00:25:06.000 My argument would be far weaker.
00:25:08.000 He's got a 96.27% according to tpaction.com.
00:25:12.000 So clown man has a MAGA voting record.
00:25:16.000 What the heck are we doing?
00:25:18.000 So now let's go look at this.
00:25:20.000 So Clown Man wants the border secure.
00:25:24.000 Clown Man voted to impeach Majorkis.
00:25:28.000 But then you look at some of these other people.
00:25:30.000 Do they have a good score?
00:25:31.000 Are they representing their voters well?
00:25:36.000 Well, you would be shocked that the very same people that want to kick them out, like Ken Buck, has an 88.3% score.
00:25:44.000 And his score is actually going down because we have a live, by the way, we have a whole team that does this at Turning Point Action.
00:25:48.000 We got to brag on this more.
00:25:49.000 It's unbelievable the team they do this.
00:25:51.000 And anyway, so we're sitting around the table thinking about, you know, who do we want to endorse the data first, and then we vote on it.
00:25:56.000 It's this whole thing.
00:25:57.000 And this was before the expulsion.
00:25:59.000 We said, do we endorse Santos?
00:26:01.000 I was like, I don't know about that.
00:26:04.000 And Tyler said, look, I mean, he's a clown, but he's voting really well.
00:26:11.000 And by the way, so let's put this up.
00:26:13.000 At turning point action, again, we rank every single vote for grassroots, again, not Chamber of Commerce stuff, like actual stuff.
00:26:19.000 And he voted correctly.
00:26:20.000 He voted correctly on cutting spending.
00:26:23.000 He voted correctly on defunding the FBI.
00:26:26.000 Look at that.
00:26:26.000 That is the turning point action scorecard is the hardest scorecard to get a good grade on on any scorecard out there because we don't just do taxes and all that.
00:26:33.000 We do culture.
00:26:34.000 We do the real stuff, right?
00:26:36.000 So he's voting correctly.
00:26:37.000 So now all you Republicans out there that voted for this, do you feel better?
00:26:43.000 Do you feel better about yourself?
00:26:45.000 You just expelled someone who actually has a pretty good voting record.
00:26:49.000 And instead of, you could have said, it's so simple.
00:26:51.000 Let the voters decide.
00:26:52.000 Let's let the voters decide.
00:26:53.000 Let the great people in New York decide whether or not to keep Santos in or not.
00:27:02.000 I would rather have a MAGA clown under indictment than a uniparty backstabber.
00:27:10.000 And by the way, the turning point scorecard is very, very harsh.
00:27:14.000 By the way, Santos has already announced he's not running for reelection.
00:27:16.000 So what exactly is this all about?
00:27:18.000 I'll tell you what it's about.
00:27:19.000 They want to reduce the margins that we don't impeach Joe Biden.
00:27:23.000 They know that Santos would have been a vote for the impeachment of Biden.
00:27:26.000 That's what they know.
00:27:29.000 They don't want Garland, Majorkis.
00:27:32.000 We lose one right there.
00:27:35.000 And so you just look at the data, you say, wow, good job, Republicans.
00:27:39.000 You kick out one of your own.
00:27:41.000 Matt Gates has some thoughts on this.
00:27:44.000 I'm going to play that play cut 125.
00:27:46.000 Mr. Speaker, whatever Mr. Santos did with Botox or OnlyFans is far less concerning to me than the indictment against Senator Menendez, who's holding gold bars inscribed with Arabic on them from Egypt while he is still getting classified briefings today.
00:28:08.000 But he's not getting thrown out of the Senate.
00:28:10.000 He's getting classified briefings under indictment for bribery.
00:28:14.000 Menendez is still a senator.
00:28:18.000 Still a senator.
00:28:20.000 Rashida Talib, still a senator.
00:28:22.000 I'm still a congressman.
00:28:23.000 Elon Omar, still a congressman.
00:28:26.000 All still getting classified briefings and all that.
00:28:31.000 They could have put it up for a vote, and every Republican could have said no.
00:28:34.000 No.
00:28:36.000 Just for no other reason than the New York Times and the Washington Post, we're not going to give you the win.
00:28:39.000 We're not going to give you the power over us.
00:28:42.000 I get asked all the time, Charlie, how do we fight back against the media?
00:28:45.000 How do we win?
00:28:46.000 One of the ways you win is you reject the premise and the bullying from the left.
00:28:55.000 They pushed for this.
00:28:56.000 They wanted this.
00:28:59.000 You have to listen to our episode yesterday with Tom Klingenstein.
00:29:02.000 It's unbelievable.
00:29:03.000 And I know this might sound really radical and for some, very profound, but hear me out.
00:29:12.000 You keep your power and you don't willingly reduce your majority.
00:29:17.000 I know that's tough stuff.
00:29:19.000 I know that's really tough for a bunch of spineless, feckless, lazy people that call themselves Republicans that took Thanksgiving off and they come in with their suits and their first order of business is let's make ourselves less powerful.
00:29:34.000 I want your thoughts, everybody.
00:29:35.000 Email me freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:29:37.000 I'm reading all of your emails in front of me.
00:29:39.000 Did they make the right move to expel Santos?
00:29:42.000 Are you in agreement with the argument that we have laid out here, freedom at charliekirk.com?
00:29:48.000 And again, I know I'm tough on him, but I hold Christians to a higher standard, the highest standard.
00:29:54.000 Mike Johnson, where's your leadership here, man?
00:29:57.000 Where is it?
00:29:59.000 Lead, follow, or get out of the way.
00:30:05.000 The holidays and big family feasts are upon us.
00:30:08.000 But in D.C., it seems as if there's no bigger turkey than Senate Bill 1339.
00:30:14.000 S1339 is Bernie's latest attempt to sneak in a backdoor takeover of more of our health care.
00:30:21.000 He falsely claims it will lower prescription drug prices.
00:30:25.000 But S1339 will actually do just the opposite.
00:30:30.000 It'll handcuff pharmacy benefit managers who are currently saving millions of Americans an average of $1,040 a year.
00:30:38.000 Bernie, the trickster, the Marxist, is hoping that thousands of your fellow Americans are already going to lowermydrugprices.com to stand up against S1339.
00:30:50.000 That you'll be too busy making holiday plans or getting ready for a year-end vacation to stop him from a power grab on your health care.
00:30:56.000 Don't let this happen.
00:30:57.000 I'm urging you to keep up the pressure against the passage of S1339 by going to lowermydrugprices.com.
00:31:05.000 The Council for Citizens and Government Waste says if you don't want a socialized system that takes away your personal health care choices, increases costs, and makes you wait longer to see the doctor that is chosen by the government, go today right now to lowermydrugprices.com.
00:31:21.000 That is lowermydrugprices.com.
00:31:23.000 Remember, we've got the momentum, but we need your help today.
00:31:27.000 This is a political ad paid for the Council for Citizens Against Government Waste.
00:31:32.000 Go to lowermydrugprices.com.
00:31:36.000 About six days after the deadliest attack on Jews since the Holocaust, I went on the great Patrick Bett David's podcast.
00:31:44.000 I encourage you to check him out at amfest.com.
00:31:47.000 Patrick Bett David is one of my favorite people in the country.
00:31:54.000 He's an amazing member of the media and really smart.
00:31:59.000 Patrick Bett David runs Value Attainment.
00:32:02.000 So we had this conversation and I asked a series of questions.
00:32:04.000 And on my birthday, and this happens to be the first game of Oregon v. Washington, I had this all planned.
00:32:13.000 And Andrew is a big Washington fan.
00:32:15.000 And we'll see who ends up winning tonight.
00:32:16.000 It's this whole thing.
00:32:17.000 The whole week is centered around it.
00:32:18.000 It's really high stakes.
00:32:20.000 And so I had, you know, I was like, okay, it's my birthday.
00:32:22.000 I've been traveling like crazy.
00:32:23.000 I wanted to watch the Ducks v. Huskies, the whole thing.
00:32:25.000 And next thing you know, Andrew's calling me on Shabbat.
00:32:28.000 I said, what on earth is going on?
00:32:28.000 I thought he was calling the, wish me a happy birthday.
00:32:31.000 And he says, Charlie, you're going viral.
00:32:32.000 Everyone says you're a Holocaust denier and all this.
00:32:34.000 It's terrible.
00:32:35.000 I said, what are you talking about?
00:32:37.000 I said, I'm the most pro-Israel guy out there.
00:32:39.000 And they said, well, no, you're not allowed to even, again, let me re-emphasize, calling me on Shabbat, okay?
00:32:46.000 You're not allowed to, apparently, with the new rules of this sick world we live in, you're not allowed to even ask, was there an intel failure leading into the October 7th massacre?
00:32:55.000 Not allowed to do that.
00:32:56.000 So what are the cut?
00:32:57.000 What's the cut again here?
00:32:59.000 Oh, yeah, on PBD.
00:33:00.000 So this is what I said.
00:33:03.000 Let's play cut 131.
00:33:05.000 And the world lost its mind.
00:33:06.000 I was attacked from every direction, like you could imagine.
00:33:08.000 Institutional, there was a series of op-eds, articles, all trying to cancel me.
00:33:12.000 Huh?
00:33:12.000 They failed.
00:33:14.000 And again, calling me an anti-Semite, all this sort of stuff.
00:33:17.000 Again, it's so, it drove, it really bothered me.
00:33:21.000 And it turns out what I was saying was, because I double and tripled down, and people said, don't do it.
00:33:26.000 It's too controversial.
00:33:26.000 I said, no, no, no.
00:33:27.000 My gut tells me that the Israeli intelligence likely knew about this attack plan ahead of time.
00:33:33.000 They said, Charlie, how dare you say that?
00:33:34.000 That's anti-Semitic.
00:33:37.000 New York Times.
00:33:38.000 Israel knew Hamas's plan more than a year ago.
00:33:41.000 Play cut 131.
00:33:44.000 How did these guys not know this was taking place?
00:33:47.000 So I've been to Israel many times.
00:33:48.000 The whole country's a fortress.
00:33:49.000 When I first heard this story, I still have the same gut instinct that I did initially.
00:33:55.000 I find this very hard to believe.
00:33:57.000 I've been to that Gaza border.
00:33:59.000 You cannot go 10 feet without running into a 19-year-old with an AR-15 or an automatic machine gun that is an IDF soldier, right?
00:34:07.000 The whole country is surveilled.
00:34:09.000 Netanyahu now has an emergency government and a mandate to lead.
00:34:13.000 I'm not willing to say, to go so far that saying that Netanyahu knew or there was intelligence here, but I think some questions need to be asked.
00:34:20.000 Was there a stand-down order?
00:34:23.000 Was there a stand-down order?
00:34:25.000 Six hours?
00:34:26.000 I don't believe it.
00:34:29.000 I'm not even going to get into the stand-down order thing, okay?
00:34:32.000 There's no insinuation in this article that says that.
00:34:34.000 So I'm going to put that aside.
00:34:35.000 Morning Joe actually goes there, interestingly enough.
00:34:38.000 But I double and tripled down.
00:34:39.000 I said, I find it very hard to believe that the Israeli government didn't know this was going to happen.
00:34:44.000 This is bombshell stuff, everybody.
00:34:45.000 And it's very personal for me because I had Jewish friends that I had known for 10 years call me a Holocaust denier.
00:34:53.000 I have the text messages right here.
00:34:55.000 Charlie, you are no better than a Holocaust denier for saying this.
00:35:00.000 Israeli officials obtained Hamas's battle plan more than a year before it happened.
00:35:06.000 Documents, emails, interviews show.
00:35:07.000 But Israeli military and intelligence officials dismissed the plan as aspirational, considering it too difficult for Hamas to carry out.
00:35:16.000 The approximately 40-page document, which the Israeli authorities codenamed Jericho Wall, outlined point by point exactly the kind of devastating invasion that led to the deaths of about 1,200 people.
00:35:30.000 The translated document, which was reviewed by the New York Times, did not set a date, but it described the methodical assault, the overwhelmed fortifications.
00:35:38.000 Listen to this quote from the New York Times.
00:35:40.000 Hamas followed the blueprint with shocking precision.
00:35:45.000 The Israeli government knew.
00:35:48.000 They had the whole battle plan.
00:35:50.000 Details?
00:35:52.000 This is the New York Times.
00:35:53.000 Hamas followed the blueprint with shocking precision.
00:35:58.000 They knew points of entry, the methodology.
00:36:02.000 They knew it all.
00:36:03.000 The Israeli government had the whole ballgame ahead of them.
00:36:07.000 The document was circulated widely among Israeli military and intel leaders, but experts determined that an attack of that scale and ambition was beyond Hamas's capabilities.
00:36:19.000 Before America sends another dime to Israel, there better be mass resignations, firings, terminations, and answers.
00:36:30.000 Israel knew Hamas's attack plan more than a year ago.
00:36:36.000 We were right.
00:36:38.000 And we were attacked viciously.
00:36:40.000 Maybe that's why we were attacked viciously.
00:36:42.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
