00:01:58.000 One of the most important websites and apps on the planet is Rumble, R-U-M-B-L-E.com.
00:02:05.000 We partner with Rumble on a lot of different stuff.
00:02:07.000 Our Thought Crime Show, which is doing very, very well, it is the bastion for free speech to be able to counter YouTube and create a place for content.
00:02:16.000 We're streaming right now on Rumble.
00:02:18.000 In fact, let me see.
00:02:19.000 We have 7.6,000 people watching right now on Rumble, R-U-M-B-L-E.com and download the Rumble app.
00:02:28.000 Joining us now is the CEO of Rumble, Chris Pavloski.
00:02:31.000 Chris, good to see you.
00:02:33.000 So many stories to cover with you.
00:02:35.000 But first, tell us the backstory of how Rumble started.
00:02:37.000 Charlie, thanks for having me on.
00:02:40.000 So I've been in the space for over two decades, and it was around like 2010 that I started to see the incumbent platforms, YouTube in particular, they started to prioritize like big creators, corporations, brands, and they really started deprioritizing like the friends and family, aunts and uncles, basically the everyday person that uses the platform.
00:03:07.000 So by 2013, I jumped in and started Rumble.
00:03:11.000 And it was started on the premise of helping the small creators, treating them fairly equally like any other creator, regardless of size.
00:03:19.000 So we focused on the small creators to bring them the tools of distribution and monetization that they weren't getting on those incumbent platforms.
00:03:26.000 Fast forward to 2020, you know, the end of 2020.
00:03:31.000 I get a call from the ranking member of the U.S. House Intel Committee, Devin Nunes, Congressman Nunes.
00:03:40.000 And, you know, being Canadian, I thought I was going to be under some kind of investigation or something.
00:03:45.000 But he had a simple question and he asked, Chris, if I bring my podcast to Rumble and I search for my name, am I going to be, am I going to find it?
00:03:54.000 And I was like, yeah, for sure.
00:03:58.000 So he ends up bringing it on to Rumble because he said it was not happening on all the other platforms.
00:04:05.000 Call it censorship, call it shadow banning, call it whatever you want to call it.
00:04:08.000 People could not find an elected member of Congress's content on YouTube.
00:04:14.000 So he comes to Rumble and within two to three months, he has 200 to 300,000 subscribers on Rumble.
00:04:19.000 Whereas on YouTube, he only had about 10,000 after four years of promoting that in his district.
00:04:25.000 So from there, everything kind of took off.
00:04:29.000 Rumble became the bastion for freedom of expression over the last couple of years.
00:04:34.000 We're the company that didn't move the goalposts during COVID, didn't move the goalposts during the election season.
00:04:40.000 We stayed true to our policies and true to our beliefs and spirit of our policies over the last 10 years, last decade, and while all the other incumbent platforms decided to pick a side and move to a specific side and leaving Rumble all alone in the center.
00:04:58.000 So that's where we are now.
00:04:59.000 And that's what happened.
00:05:01.000 And some of the best names and faces stream live on Rumble daily.
00:05:01.000 Yeah.
00:05:05.000 We're honored to do it multiple times, sometimes multiple times a day.
00:05:09.000 Russell Brand right now has 20,000 people.
00:05:11.000 I'm just looking at it right now on rumble.com.
00:05:14.000 So one of the things that you guys have embraced, Chris, is defending yourself with lawfare and really playing offense.
00:05:22.000 Talk about your Google lawsuit.
00:05:23.000 You're heavily in discovery of this.
00:05:25.000 And then I want to get to the check my ads lawsuit.
00:05:28.000 So we, I think it was a couple days after January 6th, we launched the lawsuit in 2021, the 10th or 11th of January.
00:05:28.000 Yeah.
00:05:39.000 And that lawsuit against Google was for antitrust, preferencing in their search engine, preferencing on their Android apps.
00:05:49.000 And we felt that they were, you know, obviously being anti-competitive.
00:05:55.000 And we launched a lawsuit.
00:05:56.000 So Google tried to dismiss our lawsuit.
00:06:01.000 They made motions to dismiss back in last year.
00:06:04.000 And by the summer of last year, the judge, an Obama-appointed judge, denied all their motions to dismiss.
00:06:11.000 And now we're in full-fledged, we're in full-fledged discovery with Google.
00:06:16.000 I think it's one of the most important efforts on the front of antitrust that there is out there.
00:06:22.000 And we're the tip of the spear of that.
00:06:25.000 We are alleging that they're preferencing YouTube and their search and Android devices.
00:06:31.000 So this could be, depending on how things go, hopefully this makes them, you know, we can push back here and push hard and make the market more fair.
00:06:43.000 Talk about the kind of explosion of users you guys have seen.
00:06:47.000 And there has been a lot of different attacks at Rumble when you guys de-SPACT.
00:06:52.000 I mean, all sorts of different stuff that has been thrown at you.
00:06:55.000 And by the way, Chris, a day does not go by when I don't see another media trying to, news outlet trying to take out Rumble.
00:07:01.000 And, you know, Rumble grows stronger and stronger and stronger.
00:07:05.000 How many users are you guys at now?
00:07:07.000 And it's increasing month over month.
00:07:09.000 Yeah.
00:07:09.000 So we're a publicly traded company.
00:07:11.000 So all this data is publicly available to everyone.
00:07:14.000 Our tickers, R-U-M.
00:07:17.000 We reported in the last quarter 58 million monthly active users and 40 million in US and Canada.
00:07:24.000 That's not a small number by any means.
00:07:26.000 That's a very significant number in the United States.
00:07:30.000 In comparison, YouTube has roughly 200 million active users, give or take, in the United States.
00:07:37.000 So, you know, our number is pretty large in comparison.
00:07:41.000 It kind of gives you a perspective.
00:07:43.000 If you look at Twitter, last time Twitter reported, they reported roughly 68 million monthly active users in the United States.
00:07:50.000 They have much more globally, but it kind of puts in perspective the scale that We do have.
00:07:59.000 So, since then, though, we've been under like relentless attack since our growth in 2020 for obvious different reasons, platforming ideas and opinions that people don't like.
00:08:12.000 And it's been relentless.
00:08:16.000 We have the media organizations writing about us all the time in every negative way possible.
00:08:23.000 And recently, like just people are probably familiar with Media Matters and what they did to Elon, but the same playbook happens to Rumble, and it's been happening to Rumble by Media Matters for a very long time.
00:08:37.000 Like they wrote an article about us, pretty much they write an article every week, it seems, but there was one in particular earlier in the year where they took screenshots of Netflix being on videos that violated our policy.
00:08:52.000 But the key part of this is that that video, the majority of those videos that were in that article where they got the screenshot of Netflix being on there, they weren't watched by anybody in the week prior, meaning zero people saw that video and saw that ad on that video in the week prior.
00:09:10.000 It wasn't until the day that they wrote the story that they had an account that they logged in on and they refreshed multiple times to get that ad to appear that they were able to create the story and create the perception that, you know, Rumble has all this content that's bad and advertisers should be wary of it.
00:09:27.000 The truth is, that's not true at all.
00:09:30.000 You know, our most popular shows like yours are the ones that are on Rumble that are getting a ton of viewers, but they're not talking about that.
00:09:38.000 Chris, talk how Rumble has invested in its own infrastructure after January 6th, after we saw the targeted cancellation of Parler and others.
00:09:45.000 Rumble has made preemptive moves to prevent that.
00:09:49.000 Yeah, it's existential that we do.
00:09:52.000 After what happened with Parler, it was existential that we built our own infrastructure through bare metal in data centers across the United States.
00:10:01.000 We cannot rely on the incumbent platforms like Amazon, Google Cloud, or Microsoft.
00:10:08.000 We need to be reliant on our own infrastructure so no one can turn us off.
00:10:12.000 And that's what we did.
00:10:13.000 We built our own infrastructure.
00:10:15.000 We now launched the Rumble Cloud into beta.
00:10:17.000 So not only are we going to support just Rumble, we're looking to support all businesses that have the same values as us going forward in 2024.
00:10:26.000 The cloud is now in beta and we're already onboarding clients onto the cloud as we speak right now.
00:10:33.000 So this is a big effort for us.
00:10:35.000 And obviously, if this does well, this will help really push back against all the censorship that's happening out there.
00:10:43.000 For 10 years, Patriot Mobile has been America's only Christian conservative wireless provider.
00:10:48.000 And when I say only, trust me, they're the only one.
00:10:50.000 I think the world of Patriot Mobile, they are amazing people, Glenn and the whole team.
00:10:55.000 We have dinner frequently.
00:10:56.000 I've gotten to know them.
00:10:57.000 They're incredible.
00:10:59.000 And I'm so proud to partner with them.
00:11:00.000 They are donors to Turning Point USA.
00:11:02.000 They are the best.
00:11:03.000 You see, Patriot Mobile, they offer dependable nationwide coverage, giving you the ability to access all three major networks, which means you get the same coverage that you're accustomed to without funding the left.
00:11:13.000 So look, you got to make the switch today.
00:11:15.000 And when you do that, when you switch to Patriot Mobile, you send a clear, convincing, and resounding message that you support freedom of speech, religious liberty, the sanctity of life, Second Amendment, our military veterans, and first responder heroes.
00:11:28.000 Their 100% U.S.-based customer service team can make switching very easy.

00:11:43.000 Glenn and the team there will be more than happy to help you.
00:11:46.000 Just tell them Charlie Kirk sent you.
00:11:48.000 They are amazing, super great to work with, very generous supporters of Turning Point USA and Turning Point Action.
00:11:54.000 They are mission aligned.
00:11:55.000 Have your cell phone bill work for the country.
00:11:57.000 Make your cell phone bill work for America.
00:12:00.000 Join me and make the switch today.
00:12:03.000 That is patriotmobile.com slash Charlie.
00:12:06.000 Full endorsement, patriotmobile.com slash Charlie or call 972 Patriot.
00:12:13.000 Rumble is one of the most important things happening in this space.
00:12:16.000 Chris Pavlovsky continues to us.
00:12:18.000 Chris, I just want to encourage you and compliment you.
00:12:21.000 After January 6th, we saw our YouTube slammed.
00:12:24.000 No exaggeration, Chris.
00:12:26.000 Pre-January 6th, we were getting 130,000 concurrence at the top.
00:12:32.000 That's a lot.
00:12:32.000 That's one of the biggest streams on all of YouTube.
00:12:35.000 And then after January 6th, we'd be lucky to get 1,000 or 2,000.
00:12:38.000 Shadow banning.
00:12:39.000 Probably we're at war with YouTube right now over a separate issue.
00:12:42.000 It's unbelievable.
00:12:43.000 They're accusing us of hate speech and a strike.
00:12:46.000 It's just sick.
00:12:47.000 At Rumble, there's no such thing.
00:12:49.000 Rumble is a safe haven of speech, of dissident ideas.
00:12:52.000 Russell Brand is there.
00:12:54.000 Stephen Crowder is there and a growing roster of other people, Glenn Greenwald.
00:12:58.000 But there's this woman, Nandini, jamming.
00:13:01.000 Her full-time job is to destroy things.
00:13:04.000 Tell us about Check My Ads.
00:13:06.000 Yeah, so I didn't get, I didn't know who they were at first, but a couple of years ago, I started, they came up on my radar.
00:13:14.000 And what they were doing was they were, I guess one of them was behind the Sleeping Giants that kind of demonetized in a big way Breitbart.
00:13:25.000 So I wasn't really too familiar with them until more recently.
00:13:28.000 But in specific, what they did, which we're not going to tolerate as a company, is that they started to go out there and started to lie to the public.
00:13:38.000 They started to say that Rumble is dependent on Google Ads for our revenue.
00:13:44.000 And then we sent them out a correction to say, hey, that's not true.
00:13:49.000 We're public in our filing.
00:13:51.000 You can take a look at the SEC filing and pointed it out to them that we're not reliant on Google Ads.
00:13:58.000 But they continued to say it.
00:14:02.000 They went as far as saying again that we were 90% reliant on Google Ads.
00:14:09.000 And we just said, hey, we're not going to sit back and let people lie about us and defame us and hurt our business.
00:14:20.000 We're going to fight back and we're going to take it anymore.
00:14:25.000 So instead of being like on defense all the time, we decided to go on offense.
00:14:30.000 It's kind of been one of our strategies since day one with Google.
00:14:33.000 We went on offense with Google.
00:14:36.000 That's where we, I think the best defense is always offense.
00:14:39.000 And like Elon Musk just recently did by suing Media Matters, we recently sued Check My Ads.
00:14:47.000 And so this loss, what are you alleging in the lawsuit?
00:14:51.000 Torturous business interference or conspiracy?
00:14:56.000 What are you alleging?
00:14:57.000 Yeah, at this point, like, you know, that's probably a better conversation to have with our attorneys.
00:15:03.000 But generally speaking, they went out and said that we're reliant on Google Ads, which is completely not true.
00:15:13.000 In fact, in the filing, you'll notice that in a recent month, they represented less than 1% of our revenue.
00:15:22.000 So saying that we're largely monetized by Google or we're reliant on Google when they represented less than 1% is just a complete lie.
00:15:33.000 And we're suing them for that.
00:15:36.000 No, I love it, Chris.
00:15:37.000 And so just kind of repeat here as we close, Rumble is under attack from every direction, but some of the most important voices find a daily home at Rumble.
00:15:47.000 The app is great.
00:15:48.000 Everyone should download it, the Rumble app.
00:15:50.000 We also do our thought crime every Thursday night, which is really growing and we really love it.
00:15:55.000 But people must understand that the speech, the fight for speech in the West is in a very fragile spot and Rumble is shouldering a disproportionate burden.
00:16:04.000 Final thoughts, Chris.
00:16:06.000 No, that's exactly true.
00:16:08.000 We're the tip of the spear when it comes to freedom of expression.
00:16:11.000 We're the only company at scale that is telling governments to go pound sand when they come here to try to demonetize our creators.
00:16:18.000 We're not a Chinese company.
00:16:19.000 We're not a French company.
00:16:21.000 We're an American company and we're going to follow American law.
00:16:24.000 Recently, France came to us to try to demonetize, not demonetize, but remove creators from our platform.
00:16:31.000 And we decided, hey, we're going to just turn France off.
00:16:33.000 We're not going to be this global company that's going to listen to countries like China and France, for that matter.
00:16:41.000 And we're going to stand up for the values that we all believe in.
00:16:44.000 And we're not going to move the goalposts like these other platforms do.
00:16:48.000 We're going to finally have a platform that has the values, American values, and we're going to push for that.
00:16:53.000 Chris, I'm 100% behind you.
00:16:54.000 I've got to know you really well.
00:16:55.000 You're a believer in Western values.
00:16:57.000 It's not a political thing.
00:16:59.000 It's about free speech.
00:17:00.000 Let the best ideas win.
00:17:02.000 And we are cheering and we are pulling for Rumble.
00:17:04.000 A lot of people have tried to take Rumble out.
00:17:06.000 You and I both know what we're talking about in a lot of different ways, but it's stronger than ever.
00:17:10.000 The tech is getting better.
00:17:11.000 The voices are there.
00:17:12.000 You got Russell Brand, Glenn Greenwald.
00:17:15.000 We need a legit YouTube competitor.
00:17:17.000 And the growth curve of Rumble is better than even Facebook or Instagram.
00:17:22.000 And I'm just saying, the next 12 months, if I was a betting man, I think your users are going to go up going into an election year.
00:17:28.000 Just saying.
00:17:29.000 Chris, God bless you, man.
00:17:30.000 We're behind you.
00:17:30.000 Thanks so much.
00:17:31.000 Thank you, Charlie.

00:18:47.000 You're going to be with him.
00:18:48.000 We covered the story briefly.
00:18:49.000 Your reporting is largely to credit for the momentum behind a lot of this with Comer.
00:18:54.000 So great job.
00:18:56.000 I want to encourage you and compliment you on that.
00:18:58.000 But just start from, you know, not necessarily square one.
00:19:00.000 That would take five and a half hours of all the corruption.
00:19:02.000 But, you know, this is catch our audience up to speed because this has not received mainstream media coverage.
00:19:07.000 What did the last 24 hours show us with James Comer?
00:19:10.000 Well, once again, that Joe Biden lied his way into office.
00:19:13.000 Remember what he told us in 2019?
00:19:15.000 Looked in the camera, told everybody, you can vote for me because I had nothing to do with my son's business empire.
00:19:20.000 I never benefited from it.
00:19:21.000 I never met with his colleagues.
00:19:23.000 I never did anything to benefit my son.
00:19:25.000 It's all a conspiracy theory.
00:19:26.000 And now every one of those things he denied has come true.
00:19:30.000 This is the most recent one.
00:19:31.000 We now have a direct payment from a Hunter Biden account that got a bunch of China money.
00:19:36.000 A $5 million China loan comes through.
00:19:39.000 It goes into one account, goes into another account.
00:19:42.000 Eventually, Hunter Biden is paying his father back from that account, allegedly for a truck that he got that he couldn't afford.
00:19:49.000 So his father paid for a few months of the bill, and then Hunter Biden pays him back.
00:19:54.000 Now, what's very important about this is the way it's been cast by Team Biden in the last 24 hours since James Comer made these bank records available, direct payment, Hunter Biden to Joe Biden, is that they're saying, well, Hunter Biden had a personal truck.
00:20:07.000 He couldn't afford it.
00:20:08.000 Dad, like good dads do, they pay for it.
00:20:10.000 There's one problem with that current explanation, which is Hunter Biden did not pay his father.
00:20:16.000 from a personal account.
00:20:17.000 He paid him from a corporate account, OWASCO, which is the corporate account for Hunter Biden's law firm, which means there could be tax consequences to this money moving out of OWASCO for something that appears to be a personal truck.
00:20:30.000 So a lot of people are looking at that today as saying, hey, that could be some downstream liability for Joe Biden, a guy who's always talking about making rich people pay their fair share.
00:20:38.000 Does he have a tax problem now with his son?
00:20:40.000 We know his son already has tax problems.
00:20:42.000 That's why the feds have been looking at him for five years.
00:20:45.000 But I think that's the latest twist.
00:20:47.000 But at the highest level, this proves that Joe Biden looked into the camera, assured Americans people that he didn't get anything from his son's company.
00:20:54.000 It simply wasn't true.
00:20:55.000 And it would have been easy for him in 30 seconds to know what he was saying wasn't true.
00:20:59.000 He just simply didn't tell the American people the truth.
00:21:01.000 So what does this mean?
00:21:03.000 I mean, some people are suggesting the Department of Justice should actively investigate him.
00:21:08.000 Now with their going after Donald Trump and indicting him, that precedent is waived.
00:21:12.000 I know that he controls Merrick Garland.
00:21:14.000 But based on your reporting, if this was just subject A with this fact pattern, would this warrant a federal criminal investigation?
00:21:23.000 Most likely, because remember, we have an earlier circumstance where Joe Biden has money coming back from a family member and it comes out, it goes out one account and comes in a different one.
00:21:31.000 Again, could be money laundering, could be taxes.
00:21:34.000 We don't know until we get more detail.
00:21:35.000 But remember, when the same China money comes in, James Biden spends $40,000 paying Joe Biden back for an alleged loan in 2017.
00:21:44.000 But when Joe Biden gave the money to his brother, it went out of a legal account, a corporate legal account.
00:21:49.000 But then it comes back into Joe Biden's personal account.
00:21:52.000 A lot of the experts we've talked to say, hey, that's another potential tax issue.
00:21:56.000 So now you have two instances where Joe Biden looks like money's coming in and it implicates tax laws.
00:22:02.000 Now, we need more detail, but I do think it gives a lot of rise to if it was a normal citizen, would the IRS and the FBI looking at this?
00:22:09.000 Probably.
00:22:10.000 What it does do for House Republicans is it furthers their momentum towards getting an impeachment inquiry vote next week and then beginning to enforce subpoenas and make a decision in early next year whether they're going to bring articles of impeachment against the president.
00:22:24.000 And one of the things that I think I want to point one little thing that happened in the last 24 hours that may speak volumes.
00:22:29.000 It may be much bigger than the few words that were uttered.
00:22:32.000 John Cornine, long been against House Republicans in their impeachment effort, yesterday said, you know what?
00:22:38.000 I support this idea for having a formal House impeachment inquiry vote.
00:22:42.000 That's a big change from people who've been resistant to even looking or saying the words impeachment.
00:22:48.000 It probably tells you that the piling up of this evidence is beginning to show even reluctant senators, there is a very good case and that Joe Biden was engaged in some form of wrongdoing, including lying to the American people.
00:23:00.000 Yeah.
00:23:01.000 And so if this was all above board, why did Biden lie about it for so long?
00:23:05.000 Yeah.
00:23:06.000 Great question, right?
00:23:07.000 Because it wasn't above board.
00:23:08.000 Well, listen, it's because it wasn't above board.
00:23:11.000 It was influence peddling.
00:23:12.000 The family was selling the name to the highest bidder in foreign governments and foreign entities.
00:23:17.000 And those people would send money to Hunter Biden.
00:23:19.000 Hunter Biden would try to make it look like a loan instead of income so it didn't look like lobbying income.
00:23:25.000 And then he was divving it up to the family.
00:23:27.000 And Joe Biden, at least now we know, got some of the hops of the money.
00:23:30.000 Some of the money hops several times.
00:23:31.000 It ends up in his account, about $46,000 that we know of so far.
00:23:36.000 And there's a lot more bank records to go through.
00:23:38.000 But yeah, it was untoward and it would have been an influence peddling scandal at the time.
00:23:42.000 He was able to convince everybody my reporting in 19 when I first focused on this was a conspiracy theory, but all of our conspiracy theories have come true now.
00:23:51.000 And Joe Biden is the one facing some very serious questions as he heads into reelection.
00:23:56.000 So talk about the politics of impeachment.
00:24:00.000 What are you hearing from the speaker's office, the votes, and how you think this should proceed?
00:24:04.000 So keep in mind that this is not voting on a set of articles of impeachment.
00:24:08.000 It is simply voting to formalize the inquiry that Kevin McCarthy started informally last year.
00:24:14.000 Kevin McCarthy wasn't willing to have a vote on the floor to fully empower the impeachment inquiry.
00:24:19.000 He just said started.
00:24:21.000 And they did.
00:24:21.000 And James Comer, Jim Jordan, and Chairman Smith of Ways and Means have done a good job getting evidence out.
00:24:27.000 But if you got to go to court, which seems to be around the corner, because I don't think Hunter Biden showing up for his deposition on December 13th, I don't think Kevin Morris is going to be as forthcoming about the $5.3 million in loans he gave Hunter Biden.
00:24:40.000 They're going to have to go to court and enforce these subpoenas and ask a court to overrule a reluctant witness.
00:24:46.000 That often requires a vote of Congress to do that.
00:24:49.000 So Mike Johnson is getting his ducks in robe to give the House impeachment managers, the House impeachment investigators the best chance to prevail in the courts because everything we know right now is great, but we probably only know a third of the Biden family scandal.
00:25:04.000 There's so many things that people have been withholding and ropa-doping on.
00:25:08.000 Going to court could force out the next wave of information that could maybe ultimately create enough public support for impeachment articles.
00:25:15.000 So this step is formalizing what Kevin McCarthy did.
00:25:18.000 But in the court of law, it's going to increase the weight that congressional investigators will have when they try to go up against a Hunter Biden or Kevin Morris or some other reluctant witness who doesn't want to testify or give up all the information.
00:25:31.000 Yeah, it is.
00:25:32.000 So what do you think on timeline then?
00:25:35.000 If this all unfolds together, when do you think this could potentially result in an impeachment?
00:25:40.000 Well, I think the impeachment vote to approve the, formally approve the impeachment inquiry is going to be set for next week, according to Speaker Johnson.
00:25:48.000 I think the Hunter Biden, James Biden, Kevin Morris interviews have to occur or go to court.
00:25:55.000 I think you're looking at somewhere between January and March when Comer and Jordan will make a decision.
00:26:01.000 Speaker Johnson, we should proceed with articles of impeachment or we're going to keep investigating, but let the American people decide in the election.
00:26:08.000 Either way, the American people are going to know that Joe Biden lied to them, that he got into office in 2020 under the falsest of pretenses, that he did have an influence bundling operation in his family.
00:26:20.000 He was the beneficiary of it sometimes.
00:26:22.000 That is going to weigh heavily on the 2024 electorate, who's already unhappy with Joe Biden's economic and foreign policy decisions.
00:26:31.000 So either way, the American people are way smarter, way more informed, I should say, than they were in 2020 when they were told the Hunter Biden laptop is Russian disinformation and John Solomon's reporting is a conspiracy theory.
00:26:43.000 Those things have reversed.
00:26:45.000 Impeachment or no impeachment proceedings in the House, Americans have a lot more information to judge of Joe Biden's conduct, and they now know they were lied to, which often sometimes creates an angrier electorate.
00:26:56.000 I still think there's a strong possibility that they will get to impeachment articles, but I think a little bit more evidence needs to fall into place.
00:27:03.000 But the fact that a guy like Senator Cornine is now saying, you know, an impeachment inquiry seems okay with me.
00:27:08.000 I like that idea.
00:27:09.000 That's a big change for him.
00:27:10.000 It means that they're starting to change reluctant hearts and minds, which is an important process of impeachment.
00:27:15.000 You got to get the public behind you when you impeach a president.
00:27:18.000 Yeah, we're seeing now some other movements on Capitol Hill.
00:27:24.000 Do you think there's any impeachment to go after Mayorkas, which there was a previous attempt and it failed?
00:27:31.000 Do you think there's any kind of new momentum there?
00:27:35.000 There is.
00:27:36.000 If Marjorie Taylor Greene, who I just had on my podcast just a little bit ago, said, Listen, I have a deal with Chairman Green, the head of the House Homeland Security Committee, and Speaker Johnson.
00:27:45.000 They're going to allow a full impeachment inquiry to begin against my Orcus.
00:27:50.000 It'll come out of committee, then it will go to the floor.
00:27:52.000 She expects both of those to happen before Christmas.
00:27:55.000 So you could have two impeachment inquiries going on: one against a Homeland Security Secretary who has not enforced the law and allowed all this travesty of fentanyl and illegal aliens and the crisis in New York and the crisis in Texas to occur because he just isn't enforcing the law.
00:28:10.000 And then Joe Biden for an influence peddling scandal that may rival anything we've ever seen in political history in America.
00:28:17.000 I mean, the level of money and the level of audaciousness of how they shook foreign powers down is unlike anything I've seen in my time, even bigger than the Clinton White House Asia fundraising scandal of the 90s.
00:28:28.000 So those two things could start off the election season for Joe Biden.
00:28:32.000 I wouldn't want to be Joe Biden running for president with those two clouds hanging over your head.
00:28:36.000 John Solomon, just tell our audience, remind our audience about your show every evening.

00:29:53.000 It's a really troubling news story here.
00:29:55.000 Israel investigates possible trading knowledge ahead of October 7th Hamas attack.
00:30:02.000 Israeli authorities are investigating claims by U.S. researchers that some investors may have known in advance of a Hamas plan to attack Israel on October 7th and use that information to profit from Israeli securities.
00:30:16.000 Research from law professors Robert Jackson Jr., an NYU professor from NYU, and Joshua Mitts of Columbia University found significant short selling of shares leading up to the attacks, which triggered a war that is now two months old.
00:30:30.000 Quote, days before the attack, traders appeared to anticipate the events to come.
00:30:35.000 Suddenly and significantly, short selling spiked on October 2nd, based on data from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, FINRA.
00:30:44.000 And just before the attack, short selling of Israeli securities on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange increased dramatically, they wrote in their 66-page report.
00:30:54.000 Now, this is currently being investigated, and this is a pattern.
00:30:58.000 Right before 9-11, American stocks were shorted as well.
00:31:04.000 It seems as if this is a pattern that before there is a cataclysmic Pearl Harbor 9-11 style event, that some people look to make a buck on short-selling based on information that they receive.
00:31:18.000 Now, we don't know who did the short-selling.
00:31:22.000 It's probably Arab-connected, Iranian-connected, Hamas-connected-type traders, but we don't know.
00:31:31.000 This is on the Israeli Stock Exchange, and it's very strange, honestly.
00:31:35.000 One part of this, where they say they can't find out who did it.
00:31:38.000 Quote, short volume peaked on April 3rd at the similar levels to those observed on October 7th, and it was far higher by an order of magnitude anytime prior to April 3rd.
00:31:48.000 This is what they say here.
00:31:49.000 They say that it is shocking and breathtaking the amount of short selling and how perfectly timed it was.
00:31:56.000 The Tel Aviv Exchange is downplaying this, saying there's nothing unusual in the trading patterns, but external experts and professors say, no, this is not normal.
00:32:06.000 This is something we saw leading into 9-11 play cut 50.
00:32:09.000 Astonishing, no question, Peter.
00:32:11.000 What many Wall Street analysts believe is that the terrorists made bets that a number of stocks would see their prices fall.
00:32:18.000 They did so by buying what are called puts.
00:32:20.000 If you bet right, the rewards can be huge.
00:32:23.000 The risks are also huge, unless, of course, you know something bad is going to happen to the company you're betting against.
00:32:30.000 One example, United Airlines.
00:32:32.000 The Thursday before the attack, more than 2,000 contracts betting that the stock would go down were purchased.
00:32:39.000 90 times more in one day than in three weeks.
00:32:43.000 $180,000 turns into $2.4 million when that plane hits the World Trade Center.
00:32:48.000 Now, they're saying that there's no way that they can find out who did this.
00:32:52.000 Charles Whitehead, a professor at Cornell, said clearly there was something troubling some large investors.
00:32:57.000 Whitehead noted that there's a long history of sophisticated investors trading based on, quote, anticipated future catastrophic events, but I thought this was a surprise attack.
00:33:07.000 Well, on one side, it wasn't a surprise attack, obviously.
00:33:09.000 On the Hamas side, they had this completely planned.
00:33:13.000 But a question I have is that if the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange saw unusual activity, did they then flag it for the Israeli military?
00:33:22.000 We know that the Israeli military had the attack plan ahead of time, Jericho Wall.
00:33:26.000 We know that they did nothing the night before when they heard that there was looming activity on the border.
00:33:33.000 We know that it took 20 hours for the Israeli military, the IDF, to scramble to go help their fellow citizens.
00:33:39.000 We know, according to Yoram Hazoni, that there was not significant Air Force activity while this was occurring on Shabbat, the Yom Kippur War.
00:33:49.000 And now we know that there was an unusual amount of short-selling activity that was occurring, and we don't know who did it.
00:33:56.000 We may never find out who did it.
00:33:58.000 Usually algorithms pick up unusual trading patterns, a big spike.
00:34:02.000 Did the Israeli government also get whisper that there was unusual trading activity short in the Israeli stock market?
00:34:09.000 We may never know, but we will ask those questions.
00:34:14.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
