00:00:00.000 Hey everybody, welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:00:02.000 This is Andrew Colvett filling in for the one and only Charlie Kirk.
00:00:05.000 Honored to be doing so.
00:00:07.000 Hour one, is Biden really gonna run?
00:00:11.000 Or are the signals coming through that he is in fact on the way out and that he is going to pass the torch to Gavin Newsom, Pete Buttigieg, Kamala Harris?
00:00:22.000 Who could be waiting in the wings?
00:00:24.000 What is really happening?
00:00:25.000 We also talk about Michigan and a fascinating new poll that sheds light on the third-party existential threat facing the Democrat Party.
00:00:34.000 And then we bring in Julie Kelly for a discussion about J6, the newest indictment against Trump, where it all came from, where it's going, and how it all might be part of a larger scheme.
00:00:44.000 We dive into it and we don't hold anything back.
00:00:46.000 I'll tell you that.
00:00:48.000 Without further ado, buckle up.
00:00:49.000 Here we go.
00:00:50.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:52.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:00:54.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:58.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:01:01.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:01:02.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:01:03.000 His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.
00:01:10.000 Turning point USA.
00:01:11.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:20.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:23.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:33.000 So, but I want to get started here with this central question that really does animate so much.
00:01:40.000 It's all behind the scenes.
00:01:41.000 We know it's happening, but the Dems and especially Joe Biden and his team, his cadre, are going to be mum on it.
00:01:49.000 What is that?
00:01:51.000 Well, a new report from Free Beacon.
00:01:53.000 Top Dems prepare replacement for Biden.
00:01:59.000 This is from the Free Beacon.
00:02:00.000 Top Dems prepare replacement for Biden.
00:02:02.000 Donors and officials privately say the president won't actually be running for reelection, CNN reports.
00:02:10.000 So this is a whisper campaign.
00:02:13.000 They said in whispers and furtive phone calls, top Democrat donors and officials are saying that President Joe Biden won't actually be running for reelection.
00:02:22.000 This is very interesting because up until now, his public sentiments have all been around the fact that, yes, indeed, he is going to run.
00:02:30.000 This is as sure as death and taxes.
00:02:33.000 No pun intended for an octogenarian.
00:02:36.000 He is going to run.
00:02:37.000 He's running for reelection.
00:02:38.000 He's the only guy, just like in 2020, this happy Uncle Joe that can run against Trump and beat him.
00:02:46.000 Well, those Democrats are talking to possible replacement presidential candidates, according to the report, and urging them to get ready.
00:02:54.000 They say that the time is already running out for Biden, who has officially announced his candidacy, but hasn't named a campaign finance director, hired any on-the-ground staff in competitive states, or even opened a campaign headquarters.
00:03:06.000 All very, very interesting notes to take.
00:03:10.000 He has, again, let's repeat.
00:03:12.000 No on-the-ground staff, no campaign finance director, no competitive state, swing state, ground game.
00:03:20.000 And he has even opened a campaign headquarters.
00:03:24.000 So this is a persistent sense, according to the report, that Biden is running.
00:03:30.000 But, however, there is this threat that we talked about yesterday that Charlie outlined in brilliant detail.
00:03:39.000 They got the no labels party.
00:03:41.000 You got RFK Jr., who's polling at like 20% in approval ratings.
00:03:45.000 Now, some of that support is certainly coming from conservatives.
00:03:49.000 You've got Cornell West, Dr. Cornell West waiting in the wings.
00:03:55.000 Now, we reported yesterday that the Biden camp is feverishly working to deal with this third-party threat.
00:04:03.000 They see it as existential.
00:04:05.000 And lo and behold, we have this new poll out of Michigan.
00:04:10.000 So this is from Emerson College.
00:04:12.000 Take a look at that.
00:04:13.000 Now, it says they're dead tied.
00:04:16.000 It's a dead heat.
00:04:17.000 44-44 in Michigan.
00:04:21.000 Now, of all the swing states, Michigan was probably the least competitive for Trump in 2020.
00:04:27.000 Gretchen Whitmer has essentially squashed conservative power in that state, the witch from the north.
00:04:35.000 Now, but here's the interesting part.
00:04:37.000 If you look at that second group of numbers, Trump gets 43% and Biden 41%, and Dr. Cornell West gets 4%.
00:04:49.000 So what you see here is one of the first examples of why the left is so terrified of these third-party candidates.
00:04:57.000 This is a repeat of 2016, where a Green Party candidate, Jill Stein, ran and actually got more support than Trump's margin of victory in states like Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania.
00:05:13.000 This is the first sign of an existential threat to the Democrat Party.
00:05:18.000 Trump wins Michigan if Cornell West runs.
00:05:24.000 Now, like clockwork, like clockwork, Charlie predicted all of this.
00:05:30.000 The trolls at the Daily Beast came out with a hit piece against Cornell West yesterday that says he has not paid $500,000 in taxes.
00:05:41.000 That's right.
00:05:42.000 We get the report from Politico.
00:05:43.000 Lay out the timeline for you.
00:05:44.000 Report from Politico comes out, says the Biden campaign is feverishly working to snuff out third-party competitors.
00:05:53.000 Next, Dr. Cornell West hasn't paid $500,000 in taxes.
00:05:58.000 Now, there is no irony in this report that they were just about, the regime media was just about to cheer on Hunter Biden's sweetheart plea deal with the Department of Justice, where he had not paid over $2 million in taxes.
00:06:15.000 And they were about to cheer that on as justice served before a very prudent judge snuffed it out.
00:06:23.000 Now, here's the deal: they can't necessarily deal with all of the threats that are facing Joe Biden right now.
00:06:34.000 And meanwhile, we get reports that Gavin Newsom is doing all the things you would do as someone waiting in the wings.
00:06:42.000 He set up a pack, just like you normally would.
00:06:47.000 There's on top of that, by the way, not just, I'll get back to the Gavin Newsom piece.
00:06:54.000 The no labels party is Manchin has not ruled out a third-party run.
00:06:59.000 Gavin Newsom gearing up, RFK Jr., Dr. Cornell West, all of these threats hurt the Democrat Party.
00:07:07.000 So when we're all saying that we've got no ground game, the RNC is incompetent.
00:07:13.000 All of these things are true.
00:07:14.000 We need a Hail Mary.
00:07:16.000 Yes, Trump can be competitive.
00:07:18.000 Absolutely.
00:07:19.000 He won in 2016.
00:07:20.000 He can do it again.
00:07:21.000 He essentially lost 2020.
00:07:23.000 I mean, lost.
00:07:24.000 I know our audience.
00:07:26.000 He lost on paper by about 42,000 votes in three states.
00:07:32.000 But this poll in Michigan is the canary in the coal mine.
00:07:36.000 And now, Gavin Newsom, back to the Gavin Newsom thing.
00:07:40.000 You won't say he's running, but now we see that he's debating Ron DeSantis.
00:07:47.000 Why would you do all these things?
00:07:48.000 The super PAC, the ground game.
00:07:50.000 He's hired consultants.
00:07:51.000 He's hired ad buyers.
00:07:52.000 He's hired all the things, all the things that you do.
00:07:55.000 Why would he be doing that if not waiting in the wings for Joe Biden to quietly surprise everybody?
00:08:02.000 There you go, Washington Free Beacon.
00:08:04.000 PACK spending shows how Gavin Newsom is positioning himself for a presidential bid.
00:08:08.000 California Governor Gavin Newsom in March launched a PAC to take on red state authoritarian leaders and created a constitutional gun control amendment.
00:08:16.000 Newsom said in the organization's launch video that he was going to these states led by these strong men like Ron DeSantis and investing in people and organizations where they're fighting back.
00:08:27.000 All of this is a ploy.
00:08:29.000 There has never been in the modern times, maybe besides Obama, but not even a politician so slick and slippery as in serpentine as Gavin Newsom.
00:08:44.000 So what can we conclude?
00:08:47.000 We're hearing that Joe Biden really might not be running.
00:08:50.000 He's got all these headwinds with third-party candidates, Devin Archer testifying.
00:08:56.000 He's got his son a perpetual liability and Gavin Newsom waiting in the wings.
00:09:04.000 Will he run?
00:09:06.000 That's the question.
00:09:07.000 Now, I don't know what Charlie would say on this, but my prediction is that even Joe Biden doesn't know if he's going to run.
00:09:16.000 I think that eventually the heat will ratchet up to an extreme degree.
00:09:22.000 Biden is going to bow out.
00:09:25.000 Unceremonious.
00:09:29.000 Do you know that the average American spends about 20 years in retirement?
00:09:32.000 That's a long time to live without a steady income.
00:09:35.000 And we want to make sure you enjoy every moment of it and don't outlive your money.
00:09:39.000 Retirement is about more than just investments.
00:09:41.000 It's about living your best life.
00:09:43.000 Let's not retire.
00:09:44.000 Let's pivot.
00:09:45.000 My friends at PAX Financial, who I use for my wealth management future, develop a course for the sole purpose of helping you pivot.

00:10:09.000 Is Biden really gonna run?
00:10:11.000 Now, look, let's look back.
00:10:12.000 Go to 157 here.
00:10:14.000 Let's show that poll again.
00:10:16.000 4% in Michigan are willing to vote for West over Biden in a three-way race.
00:10:24.000 What does that tell you?
00:10:25.000 Now, we like to talk about the Democrats as this sort of hive-mind organism that just thinks one way and they are constantly on the same page.
00:10:34.000 They're in lockstep, iron fist, while Republicans, you know, we're so independently minded.
00:10:39.000 We're just all over the place.
00:10:42.000 Make no mistake, folks.
00:10:44.000 The Democrat coalition is a ragtab group of far-left communists, a few moderates, and then essentially establishment, you know, hacks that just want to keep the money flowing.
00:10:58.000 Okay.
00:10:58.000 What this poll shows you is that 4% are complete ideologues in Michigan.
00:11:04.000 Different states is going to have different numbers.
00:11:06.000 But what I can tell you is that this tells you that the coalition that has been pieced together through duct tape and bubblegum in the Democrat Party is fragile.
00:11:17.000 4% going for West, an unviable candidate.
00:11:20.000 That means there's 4% of Democrat voters that are so ticked off at the fact that the Democrats haven't completely destroyed the economy and the capitalist system, that they haven't completely burned it down to the ground, that they're ready to get behind a guy like Cornell West, who, I mean, mind you, I have a lot of respect for Cornell West.
00:11:39.000 I think he's a fascinating figure.
00:11:41.000 I disagree with him entirely on just about everything, but I think he's an interesting person.
00:11:47.000 I think it's fascinating that 4% are willing to basically throw their votes away on a third-party candidate rather than vote for Joe Biden.
00:11:55.000 Now, let's go back to this piece.
00:11:58.000 Top Dems prepare for Biden replacement.
00:12:01.000 All right, let's look at this.
00:12:03.000 Okay, so you've got, let's just game it out.
00:12:07.000 Now, who are they going to actually run if he bows out, if Biden bows out?
00:12:15.000 Now, we've got Kamala Harris, but even in this article, it says Kamala Harris can't win a general election, one Capitol Hill Democrat told New York Magazine last year.
00:12:25.000 Obviously, we've talked about Gavin Newsome.
00:12:27.000 Now, I think Gavin Newsom is going to present a formidable challenge, but you've also got Gretchen Whitmer, the witch of the North in Michigan, no less.
00:12:40.000 Now, she's a very formidable fundraiser, I've been told.
00:12:43.000 She's also apparently a formidable just organizer.
00:12:50.000 She understands the levers of power.
00:12:52.000 She's, like I said, snuffed out essentially the conservative party, the Republican Party in Michigan.
00:12:59.000 It's been hard to watch in that state because there's a lot of patriots out there that are getting completely steamrolled by her.
00:13:07.000 Now, interestingly enough, Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg has relaunched a super PAC.
00:13:16.000 And actually, Gretchen Whitmer has relaunched her super PAC as well.
00:13:20.000 So between these two, I mean, it's actually pretty sad how shallow the Democrat bench is.
00:13:25.000 I mean, who are you going to run?
00:13:26.000 Like Swalwell, Schiff?
00:13:29.000 None of these people are viable.
00:13:30.000 They're hated.
00:13:31.000 AOC, completely hated.
00:13:34.000 And then the guys that are actually sort of moderates, Manchin, is considering a third party.
00:13:39.000 So you got Gavin Newsom sticks out like a sore thumb.
00:13:43.000 But let's go back to the way he's spending his money.
00:13:45.000 This is what I think is really interesting.
00:13:48.000 So it says Newsom's national fundraising and spending numbers come as Biden's approval rating hits an all-time low of 35%.
00:13:56.000 That's according to Pew.
00:13:58.000 Some have him at 42%, some have him at 35%.
00:14:01.000 He's bad.
00:14:02.000 Now, actually, we would have said that Biden was the weakest incumbent candidate in a generation, or perhaps ever, but he's not.
00:14:11.000 Jimmy Carter was lower, 29% approval rating, and that was before Iran-Contra.
00:14:16.000 So, but he's essentially the second weakest incumbent candidate that we'd ever seen.
00:14:22.000 So, 75% of Democrats don't want Joe Biden to run again.
00:14:27.000 He's underwater on ethics in the White House.
00:14:30.000 We just learned that.
00:14:32.000 But check this out.
00:14:32.000 So, Gavin Newsom has funneled $11.6 million from his gubernatorial campaign to the campaign for democracy, his PAC.
00:14:42.000 So, he's spending on social media, big ad spends.
00:14:47.000 Where is he doing it?
00:14:48.000 In red states, in red states.
00:14:50.000 He's also sent $10,000 to Arkansas Democrats and the Democrat challenger to Ted Cruz in Texas.
00:14:59.000 He's essentially flushing money down the drain.
00:15:03.000 He's not trying to help Democrats.
00:15:05.000 He is not trying to help Democrats.
00:15:07.000 He's trying to increase his name ID.
00:15:10.000 He's trying to present himself as a reasonable Democrat that gets things done and knows how to go toe-to-toe with the evil Republicans, the strong.
00:15:22.000 Every indication is that he is setting himself up to run.
00:15:27.000 And Biden is going to bow out.
00:15:32.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:15:33.000 The U.S. dollar has lost 85% of its value since the 1970s when the dollar decoupled from gold.
00:15:38.000 And the U.S. government seems bent on continuing the tradition.
00:15:41.000 From now until the next election, the government can print as much money as they want.
00:15:46.000 The last time they did it, inflation went up 9%.
00:15:49.000 This means one thing.
00:15:50.000 The security of your future and your family's future is all in your hands.
00:15:54.000 Make sure you freeze the value of your wealth that you are holding.

00:16:35.000 Let's bring on the wonderful Julie Kelly.
00:16:38.000 Julie, welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show.
00:16:40.000 How are you?
00:16:41.000 How are you, Andrew?
00:16:41.000 Good.
00:16:42.000 Thanks for having me on.
00:16:44.000 I'm doing great.
00:16:44.000 Thank you, Julie.
00:16:45.000 I was texting you yesterday, and I just want to, we've got a lot to cover in our short time together, but I just, I got to start with this guy because I saw you tweeting about him and then Charlie tweeted about him.
00:16:57.000 I cannot stand him.
00:16:59.000 Okay.
00:17:00.000 This is the Capitol Police sheet.
00:17:02.000 Like, what's his name?
00:17:04.000 It's Michael Fanone or is it Fanoni?
00:17:06.000 How do we pronounce it, Julie?
00:17:08.000 How about Fafoni?
00:17:10.000 Fafoni.
00:17:11.000 Fafoni.
00:17:12.000 I love it.
00:17:12.000 I love it.
00:17:14.000 Okay.
00:17:14.000 So this guy, he, so he apparently gives this guy, Ryan J., what is it?
00:17:19.000 Ryan J. Riley, the permission to post this picture of him flipping off the camera saying he's not going to be able to make Trump's arraignment, but he sends his regards.
00:17:31.000 Julie, I have speculation about this guy because I Googled him right after I saw this image.
00:17:36.000 It is the most scrubbed Google search I've ever been on.
00:17:40.000 There is literally page after page after page of just the most sob stories because what happened to him on January 6th.
00:17:49.000 And the guy's just a dirtbag.
00:17:50.000 What do you know about this phony Fanoni guy?
00:17:55.000 So Michael Fafoni, we'll call him, was a DC Metro police officer.
00:18:01.000 There's four, I call them January 6th celebrity cops because they were instantly profiled in the media, made all kinds of claims about their injuries, made all kinds of claims about what happened inside the building.
00:18:14.000 And Michael Fanon was one of them.
00:18:17.000 So he claimed that he almost died that day and he was tased, allegedly tased by someone who's now been convicted of that, that he suffered a heart attack and a concussion, severe brain injuries, et cetera, et cetera.
00:18:32.000 But so what I posted today is his, so when he first took the public scene, he oddly had this southern accent, even though he's a rich kid from Washington, D.C., who went to Georgetown PrEP before he got kicked out.
00:18:49.000 And his father is a big-time attorney with a law firm connected to the Democratic Party.
00:18:54.000 So no one could really figure out where this Southern accent came from.
00:18:59.000 But he would give interviews and he gave testimony for the January 6th Select Committee, and you could hear this heavy draw.
00:19:06.000 Well, now all of a sudden, he's a CNN contributor, by the way.
00:19:09.000 He left the police force.
00:19:10.000 He's a CNN contributor.
00:19:12.000 He wrote a book.
00:19:13.000 Now, all of a sudden, his accent is gone.
00:19:17.000 So I have that up on my Twitter page today if anyone wants to check it out.
00:19:22.000 But he is a phony.
00:19:24.000 So are the other officers.
00:19:26.000 So three out of four of these celebrity cops, I call them, showed up at the courthouse yesterday, I guess, in solidarity against Donald Trump.
00:19:34.000 Another officer, and I posted this a few weeks ago, Equilina Gunnell, who is a Capitol police officer, also claimed he almost died that day and sustained severe injuries at the hands of Trump supporters.
00:19:49.000 But we just caught him on surveillance video for seven minutes after the alleged attack on him, walking around fine, moving around, no shoulder injury.
00:19:58.000 Like he said, he has no foot injury that was smashed, he said, by a speaker, no head injuries, face, anything, totally not even any indication of any pain.
00:20:11.000 So these are what I called crisis actors to make it look like Trump supporters tried to kill police officers on January 6th.
00:20:20.000 And Michael Smithfoni is probably the worst out of all of them.
00:20:25.000 He's disgusting, Julie.
00:20:26.000 And the reason I have such a, yeah, the reason I have such a bone to pick with these guys is because, you know, Charlie said it on his Twitter, and I thought it was well stated.
00:20:36.000 You know the moral quality of your opponent, or in this case, the Democrats, by the heroes that they lift up.
00:20:45.000 And they are presenting this tattooed, like gross, fake accent, rich daddy, lawyer, Democrat insider who went to Georgetown PREP as this like working man who you know survived the mob, and and it's they.
00:21:01.000 They parade these people out there like they're somehow you know a saint and they're they've got the most sympathetic.
00:21:10.000 I'm telling you, there is something so astroturf about this guy that my spidey senses are going crazy and I find him just disgusting on his face and to see that that he now is a CNN analyst.
00:21:22.000 He's getting paid for and you know, I don't want to speculate whether or not he had a heart attack, but it all feels very convenient Julie, and I don't want to put you on the hot seat or whatever, but I mean this, all this whole thing feels so convenient and I've, like I said, I've never ever, seen a Google page so pristine.
00:21:40.000 I mean I couldn't find a negative article about this guy, even though I know that they've been written by folks like you and others that have covered the J6 uh hearings, the J6 committee and all of the aftermath.
00:21:51.000 They're out there.
00:21:51.000 You can't find them now.
00:21:52.000 I know Google suppresses everything that's conservative.
00:21:55.000 I get it.
00:21:56.000 It's worse than that.
00:21:57.000 There is somebody with a lot of means and a lot of resources scrubbing this guy's account and then here he is, like flipping off the camera like some schmo.
00:22:05.000 I just find it disgusting.
00:22:06.000 But it listen, it's.
00:22:08.000 It is connected to what.
00:22:10.000 The larger topic that I wanted to discuss with you Julie, is that we are hearing in general, and that's why I wanted to bring you on that this newest indictment brought by Jack Smith Trump was arraigned yesterday, is a copy paste from the J6 committee.
00:22:29.000 Can you shed some light on that?
00:22:31.000 Is this really just?
00:22:32.000 Is Jack Smith lifting this directly from the committee hearings?
00:22:36.000 I mean, that's what it looks like.
00:22:38.000 I mean, I posted a few passages comparing the indictment to passages in the January 6th select committee and they're And they're almost identical.
00:22:47.000 Now, we know the DOJ and then Jack Smith has undertaken this January 6th investigation.
00:22:53.000 They have a grand jury.
00:22:54.000 They called everyone in front of this grand jury from Mike Pence down to campaign officials.
00:23:01.000 So they obviously have testimony, but a lot of the quotes that are in there are also in the January 6th Select Committee.
00:23:10.000 Their final report that was issued in December.
00:23:14.000 So it's going to be interesting how he, what discovery they provide to, meaning evidence to back up their claims.
00:23:22.000 Why don't they just hand him the January 6th Select Committee report?
00:23:25.000 Outside of some notes that were taken from Mike Pence, there really isn't a lot of new information in there.
00:23:32.000 So, but look, as I've said too, this is not going to be the only indictment against Donald Trump for January 6th.
00:23:39.000 I'm expecting at least a few superseding indictments.
00:23:43.000 Right, okay.
00:23:44.000 Yes, that was literally my next question because a lot has been made, Julie, about the fact that there was not seditious conspiracy in this indictment.
00:23:54.000 Now, we saw maybe this is a precursor of things to come.
00:23:59.000 We saw with the Miami portion of this, the documents portion, that there was a superseding indictment.
00:24:06.000 Is that your prediction that seditious conspiracy is the next shoe to drop from Jack Smith, but it will be in the DC venue?
00:24:15.000 Yes, I'm not sure that that will be the next indictment.
00:24:18.000 My guess is the next superseding indictment will add maybe a few more conspiracy charges and add co-defendants, more importantly.
00:24:26.000 So the superseding indictment generally adds co-defendants, adds charges.
00:24:31.000 And I believe that they will probably bundle in a few of the co-conspirators.
00:24:36.000 There were six of them unnamed in the indictment, but there were six.
00:24:40.000 So I'm anticipating at least a few they'll tag into this indictment.
00:24:45.000 But the seditious conspiracy superseding indictment could come months from now.
00:24:50.000 But we see how Jack Smith is wielding his power to help protect the Bidens and protect Democrats.
00:24:57.000 Every time there's a major bombshell out of Congress about Joe Biden's years of lies about his relationship with Hunter Biden and his overseas business partners, Jack Smith swoops in with an indictment, a superseding indictment, a target letter, another indictment.
00:25:17.000 So I think this is the hammer, how he's going to use this as a political hammer to cover up emerging evidence of the Biden family crime racket and keep the focus and the heat on what's happening in these two cases with Donald Trump.
00:25:32.000 Yeah, and Julie, we have this graphic, if the team can pull it up.
00:25:35.000 To your point, I mean, we saw June 7th, FBI releases documents to Congress alleging the Bidens took $10 million bribe, right?
00:25:43.000 Then we have June 8th, Jack Smith indicts Trump in Mar-a-Lago Doc's case.
00:25:48.000 July 26th, July 27th, July 31st, August 1st, this pattern repeats itself.
00:25:55.000 July 26th, Hunter Biden goes to court and rejects Sweetheart plea deal.
00:25:58.000 July 27th, Jack Smith adds on more charges to Trump.
00:26:01.000 That was the superseding indictment.
00:26:03.000 July 31st, Hunter Biden's former business partner, Devin Archer, drops the bombshell that Biden was on over 20 calls.
00:26:11.000 And then on August 1st, Jack Smith indicts Trump again.
00:26:13.000 And I think Alina Haba had a great moment.
00:26:15.000 She was trending everywhere on it.
00:26:19.000 People ask me all the time when I travel about Strong Cell.
00:26:22.000 Charlie, is Strong Cell legit?
00:26:23.000 Charlie, do you really believe in the anti-aging properties of NADH?

00:27:24.000 I want to hit this guy one more time because I just, I absolutely detest the man, Michael Phoney.
00:27:30.000 Now, this is a bit of a provocative question, all right?
00:27:34.000 Do you think these people now, I understand we're verging into conspiracy theory territory, but do you think that there's any possibility that these was planned out?
00:27:46.000 Or do you think they're just like attention whores, these celebrity police officers?
00:27:50.000 I mean, were they, do you think they were given an assignment?
00:27:52.000 I mean, we know that Trump authorized 10,000 National Guard.
00:27:55.000 It was denied.
00:27:57.000 We know that there were federal agents in the crowd that day.
00:28:02.000 How far out there in this realm of speculation are you willing to go?
00:28:08.000 Well, look, the Michael Fanon case is very odd to me and always has been.
00:28:14.000 He was a vice officer, a tactical officer.
00:28:18.000 He's on the streets, you know, sort of undercover and picking up, you know, drug dealers.
00:28:23.000 Then all of a sudden, on January 6th, he claims was the first time he had put on a uniform, I think, in 15 plus years.
00:28:31.000 They're just so happy.
00:28:32.000 Wait, wait, wait, hold on.
00:28:33.000 Wait.
00:28:34.000 Wait, hold on.
00:28:35.000 So he had been undercover at the Capitol previously, and then all of a sudden on January 6th, he puts on a uniform.
00:28:44.000 Not at the Capitol.
00:28:45.000 He's a D.C. Metro police officer.
00:28:47.000 So he's on their tax unit.
00:28:48.000 He's not a Capitol police officer.
00:28:50.000 He's DC Metro.
00:28:51.000 And you see him all padded up.
00:28:53.000 I mean, the guy's disgusting.
00:28:55.000 But he has said that that was the first time he had put on a police uniform.
00:28:59.000 I think he said in his entire career.
00:29:03.000 So they just happen to have a uniform waiting for Michael Fanon with the body cam camera on it, which, by the way, we haven't seen all the body cam.
00:29:12.000 We see some of it.
00:29:13.000 And then, of course, we see some of it afterwards, which he claimed he suffered all these injuries and he's joking around with his colleagues about how he might get suspended again.
00:29:24.000 Now, Julie, we were just diving into the fact that Michael Phoney Bologna here, Fanon, said it was the first time that he put on a police uniform, potentially in his whole career.
00:29:37.000 Is that what you're saying?
00:29:38.000 On January 6th, 2021?
00:29:41.000 Yes, I believe that that's, I know that that's true.
00:29:44.000 I don't know if it was in his entire career or it had been years since he wore any kind of uniform.
00:29:51.000 But he claimed he heard on the radio that there were officers in distress.
00:29:55.000 So he went back to the police station.
00:29:57.000 Somehow, there's a uniform waiting for him.
00:30:00.000 Of course, we saw him in his January in the January 6th Select Committee testimony.
00:30:05.000 He had his uniform on with all kinds of little badges.
00:30:08.000 Like he's this decorated police officer.
00:30:12.000 And so that's just another oddity about the Michael Fanon.
00:30:17.000 Aside from the fact his father is this well-connected lawyer in Washington, D.C., tied to the Democratic Party, you see Nancy Pelosi constantly hugging him and kissing him.
00:30:26.000 He shows up at some event with Hunter Biden.
00:30:29.000 Like, this is not normal.
00:30:31.000 If you're a police officer, a legitimate police officer who is involved in, you know, a protest, if you want to call it a riot, whatever, they don't go around giving interviews like this and hobnobbing, you know, with the president's son and hugging and having Nancy Pelosi just claw all over you.
00:30:50.000 Like, that's not normal.
00:30:52.000 And not only is his behavior not normal, neither is the behavior of the other three officers who have been pulled out as these celebrity cops with book deals and they're constantly on social media and they're constantly on CNN and MSNBC.
00:31:06.000 Not normal.
00:31:08.000 So this is all part of creating the phony narrative about January 6th.
00:31:13.000 Yeah, he feels like an asset.
00:31:14.000 He feels like a polished turd that has been parroted around and paraded around MSM, you know, regime media to sort of do this.
00:31:25.000 I mean, he has been made for such a time as this is what it feels like in a very negative way.
00:31:30.000 Now, Julie, I want to just quickly transition here because a lot of, I'm going to, let's put up Trump's recent true social 160.
00:31:38.000 It says, every one of these fake charges filed against me by the corrupt Biden DOJ could have been filed two and a half years ago, but they waited and waited until I became dominant in the polls and then they filed them all, including local, including locals, right in the middle of the campaign.
00:31:55.000 They want anybody but Trump, not fair and perhaps not legal, election interference.
00:32:00.000 Now, Julie, the larger question is this, and Trump's really getting at this.
00:32:03.000 There's a lot of speculation about this trial timeline.
00:32:07.000 You know, how much potential is there for Trump to basically dictate when the trial happens, either by rushing the trial date forward.
00:32:14.000 In this case, even Jonathan Turley was saying, hey, give Jack Smith what he wants, a fair speedy trial here on this DC one that he just dropped because SCOTUS is going to overturn it.
00:32:25.000 And that might be a poll boost for Trump, perhaps.
00:32:29.000 You know, what do you think is the best strategy given these competing indictments in different venues?
00:32:35.000 Well, I think the neither, I don't think either case goes to trial before the election.
00:32:40.000 I don't care what Jack Smith says.
00:32:41.000 They don't want it to go to trial because for a couple of reasons, especially in the January 6th case.
00:32:46.000 Number one, there's a very slim chance that there could be an acquittal on any of those charges.
00:32:51.000 That would be humiliation for Jack Smith.
00:32:54.000 Number two, the obstruction of an official proceeding felony is headed towards the Supreme Court.
00:32:59.000 It had a weird appellate ruling, and you have two defense attorneys who have already filed cert at the Supreme Court seeking to have this 1512 C2 post-Enron law, never been used this way before, having a hearing on the validity of using that against political protesters.
00:33:18.000 So at the same time, even if he got a conviction, the Supreme Court could overturn the use of that obstruction felony, and that would go away for Trump too.
00:33:27.000 So there's a lot of legal and political danger for Jack Smith if he really puts either one of these on trial before the election.
00:33:35.000 I don't think that he wants to.
00:33:36.000 I think the classified documents case is actually far weaker than the January 6th, because, of course, that's also going to go to a D.C. jury, not a southern Florida.
00:33:44.000 Wait, no, no.
00:33:45.000 Let me just repeat what you just said.
00:33:47.000 You said the exact opposite of what everybody on the talking head media is saying, that you think the documents case is weaker than the one that Jack Smith just dropped.
00:33:56.000 Absolutely.
00:33:58.000 Absolutely weaker.
00:33:59.000 This is why they want to keep all of it under protective or strict protective orders.
00:34:03.000 They want to even keep the documents away from Donald Trump himself because this is a made-up case that they can't prove.
00:34:11.000 And I think it's far weaker than this January 6th case.
00:34:15.000 Wow.
00:34:15.000 That's Julie.
00:34:16.000 You've been right about just about everything on this stuff.
