00:02:52.000 Warren Davidson.
00:02:53.000 Warren, welcome back to the program.
00:02:55.000 Yeah, definitely an honor to join you, Charlie.
00:02:57.000 Thank you.
00:02:57.000 So help me understand this, and I'm going to ask you a pointed question.
00:03:01.000 This is HR 6090 that you did not vote for.
00:03:04.000 Thank you for your vote.
00:03:05.000 Which, again, I don't like anti-Semitism.
00:03:08.000 You don't either.
00:03:08.000 It's repulsive.
00:03:09.000 It's evil.
00:03:10.000 It's awful.
00:03:10.000 This bill did something else.
00:03:11.000 How many of your colleagues actually read bills before they vote on them?
00:03:16.000 Well, if they don't, their staff, you know, everyone has a staff.
00:03:19.000 So I don't know what level of scrutiny that every member gave it, but I do know a lot of people had concerns about it more than voted no.
00:03:28.000 And these concerns were aired with Speaker Mike Johnson.
00:03:31.000 And, you know, I can't understand why this was allowed to bypass the committee process where it would have clearly been fixed and go straight to the floor for a vote.
00:03:42.000 Well, hold on.
00:03:43.000 I'm sorry.
00:03:43.000 That's really noteworthy.
00:03:44.000 I didn't even mention that in our entire first hour.
00:03:46.000 It bypassed the committee process.
00:03:49.000 So for people that are not in the weeds of DC wonkery, what does that mean and how unusual is that?
00:03:55.000 Well, unfortunately, it's not entirely unusual.
00:03:59.000 It happens from time to time.
00:04:01.000 But, you know, this is a bill that Mike Lawler had drafted.
00:04:04.000 He wanted people to pay attention to it.
00:04:06.000 But normally the way you do that is it gets referred to the committee of jurisdiction, in this case, judiciary.
00:04:11.000 They would make the law for something like this.
00:04:13.000 And then you have something known as a markup.
00:04:15.000 And the judiciary committee looks at the bill and members can vote yes or no on the bill or offer amendments in the committee.
00:04:24.000 And those are the people that have kind of expertise on judiciary subjects.
00:04:27.000 I'm a member of the Financial Services Committee and a member of the Foreign Affairs Committee.
00:04:32.000 But someone who's in the judiciary would get kind of the first look at a bill.
00:04:35.000 And this would have, you know, been fixed by any number of members of the Judiciary Committee if it had gone to markup in the committee.
00:04:42.000 And then it came to the floor and you're supposed to be able to amend bills there.
00:04:46.000 This would have essentially had to be an amendment, what's known as an amendment in the nature of the substitutes.
00:04:50.000 Like, yeah, the topic's fine, but you really need to go about this in a different way.
00:04:54.000 And, you know, for that reason, they didn't even allow amendments on it.
00:04:58.000 So to me, it was a straightforward no vote.
00:05:00.000 But, you know, because of the topic, a lot of people felt they needed to vote yes.
00:05:04.000 What do you mean because the topic, like the First Amendment doesn't matter because you're afraid of being called a bad name?
00:05:10.000 Well, that was that's how the 21 of us that voted no looked at it.
00:05:14.000 But, you know, a lot of people said, well, you know, that's anti-Semitism.
00:05:17.000 It's going to be a messaging bill.
00:05:18.000 The Senate's not going to take it up.
00:05:20.000 You're basically just saying I'm against anti-Semitism.
00:05:23.000 And I'm like, look, I'm for a government small enough to fit within the Constitution.
00:05:26.000 We can't get a government that fits back inside our Constitution if we keep passing unconstitutional bills.
00:05:33.000 So to me, you know, we had to take this no vote.
00:05:36.000 And yeah, of course I oppose anti-Semitism, but I also oppose violating the First Amendment.
00:05:42.000 Of course.
00:05:43.000 So, Congressman, thank you for your great vote and your moral clarity and courage on this.
00:05:48.000 And so I just want to take two things.
00:05:49.000 They say, well, it's a show vote.
00:05:51.000 Well, now I have word from the Senate they are going to take it up.
00:05:54.000 So just so we're clear.
00:05:56.000 So I was talking to people in the House this morning that I was really mad at and like, oh, well, I know it's a bad bill.
00:06:02.000 I, you know, had to vote for it.
00:06:03.000 Why?
00:06:04.000 I pressed them.
00:06:05.000 They have no good answer.
00:06:05.000 They say the Senate's not going to take it up.
00:06:07.000 I now have heard from two senators that Schumer is planning to take it up.
00:06:11.000 Why pass a bad vote?
00:06:13.000 Don't understand that.
00:06:14.000 So what is the urgency here, Congressman Davidson?
00:06:18.000 Why not go through the committee process?
00:06:20.000 Why did Mike Johnson have to accept?
00:06:23.000 And was it him?
00:06:24.000 Was it the speaker who made the decision on timeline, just so I'm clear on how this works?
00:06:28.000 Yeah, absolutely.
00:06:29.000 Nothing goes to the floor without the speaker signing off on it.
00:06:32.000 And look, this is just a flawed approach.
00:06:35.000 I mean, I don't know what kind of Jedi mind tricks.
00:06:38.000 Mike Johnson does not approve of Speaker Johnson as one of the best headlines.
00:06:43.000 He was in a different place before he became speaker, and now it's just unforced error after unforced error.
00:06:48.000 It's been painful.
00:06:50.000 So I want to just also ask this question.
00:06:54.000 What are your colleagues saying that support this as the rush?
00:06:58.000 I mean, the rapidity of this is remarkable.
00:07:03.000 Is there some sort of looming existential crisis that if we don't pass this bill, like, I don't know, we're going to have 10,000 illegal people coming across our border every single day?
00:07:11.000 I mean, what is the, this is remarkable.
00:07:15.000 I mean, we have the left destroying itself on cable television, and we decide to rush to the front of the line to basically defecate on the First Amendment.
00:07:25.000 Yeah, look, I didn't come up with the label, Republicans are the stupid party.
00:07:31.000 I did choose to be a Republican, but I don't think that we have to choose to keep living up to the label by doing stupid things.
00:07:40.000 And I think the logic was simply that it's political.
00:07:42.000 It's in the news right now.
00:07:44.000 This is something that will divide Democrats.
00:07:45.000 And you're like, well, it's going to divide Republicans too if we actually do what our party says we believe in and defend the Constitution.
00:07:52.000 And frankly, every member of Congress should have taken that vote.
00:07:55.000 I think some Democrats might have had that principled view as well.
00:07:59.000 Of course, you know, I wouldn't necessarily give credit to Ilon Omar for her vote that way, but because of her past statements.
00:08:07.000 But, you know, if you look at it, there was, frankly, pretty bipartisan opposition to this from people that clearly aren't anti-Semitic, but did have problems with the language.
00:08:18.000 Well, yeah, I mean, so just for example, I mean, I just want to make sure you can go back to your members here.
00:08:22.000 I'm guessing you're a Christian.
00:08:24.000 And so Mike Johnson calls himself a Christian.
00:08:27.000 And so it would make parts of the Bible illegal to read.
00:08:31.000 It would because you based the bill, it says that you cannot say that Jews killed Jesus, which there are at least five or six passages that say that explicitly.
00:08:39.000 So why are the Republicans so adamant on banning the Holy Bible?
00:08:44.000 Yeah, this is crazy.
00:08:45.000 And this is one of the problems.
00:08:46.000 They essentially outsource the definition.
00:08:48.000 They didn't even establish a definition.
00:08:50.000 They said, well, as referred to by the Holocaust Remembrance Alliance, International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance.
00:08:57.000 And so they essentially operate a website.
00:09:01.000 They can update the definition whenever they choose to.
00:09:04.000 But the current definition, and I checked it just before coming on your show, say that, you know, if you refer to Jews as having killed Jesus, somehow that's anti-Semitic.
00:09:14.000 I mean, I've met with some of the organizations and they say, if you're criticizing George Soros, it's anti-Semitic.
00:09:19.000 It's like, no, I'm not criticizing George Soros because he's a Jew.
00:09:22.000 I'm criticizing because he's a bad person doing evil things.
00:09:25.000 It has nothing to do with his ethnicity or his religion or anything else.
00:09:30.000 Though if he believed differently, hopefully he would behave differently.
00:09:35.000 And that's the disconnect for a lot of people who are Christians.
00:09:38.000 They say, how could a Christian person vote for this?
00:09:41.000 And I think a lot of people didn't really see this as they were going in to vote.
00:09:47.000 They've heard about it afterwards.
00:09:48.000 Wait, I got to cut you off.
00:09:50.000 Wait, they voted for something they didn't understand?
00:09:55.000 Look, I think that's the only way you could really explain it.
00:09:58.000 I don't know how they look at it differently.
00:10:00.000 You'd have to interview them.
00:10:02.000 I don't really want to speak for them.
00:10:03.000 But, you know, for me, it was one of those things.
00:10:05.000 Like, I don't like the idea that we would outsource the definition to anyone who would be subject to how would the U.S. law be subject to the whims of an organization?
00:10:16.000 Whatever you guys decide, we'll do it.
00:10:19.000 And then you go back to the whole premise of hate speech, which the concept violates the First Amendment in the first place.
00:10:25.000 And, you know, there are countries where it's illegal for Christians to share what the Bible actually says.
00:10:33.000 And, you know, essentially, it says God gets to pick the sins, not the people.
00:10:38.000 And they essentially want to say, well, the people have said these things are okay.
00:10:42.000 So you can't say that the Bible says these are sins.
00:10:45.000 Well, it clearly says that.
00:10:47.000 But in those countries, they don't have the full First Amendment, not just speech, not just the ability to have your religion, but to exercise it.
00:10:55.000 And so this really infringes in multiple ways the First Amendment in the United States.
00:11:01.000 At holocaustremembrance.com.
00:11:03.000 And I'm sure this organization does great work, but like, what if they update their website?
00:11:07.000 So basically, they outsource it where they say, hey, the definition will be on the website.
00:11:12.000 And that's now federal.
00:11:13.000 So I guess we make our federal law with like hyperlinking to somebody's website.
00:11:19.000 Is that how we do it now, Congressman Davidson?
00:11:22.000 Unfortunately, it's not sophisticated enough to even use the hyperlink, but the idea that you would refer to whatever IHRA says as the definition, no.
00:11:29.000 I mean, you should establish something in statute if you were going to do it, but even that shouldn't be done in the first place.
00:11:35.000 It says here at holocaustremembrance.com, holding Jews collectively responsible for the actions of the state of Israel, anti-Semitic, now illegal, thanks to Republicans.
00:11:45.000 Using symbols and images associated with classic anti-Semitism.
00:11:50.000 Example, claims of Jews killing Jesus to characterize Israel or Israelis.
00:11:57.000 I'll say, I don't think most Republicans even read the bills they vote for.
00:12:02.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.

00:12:48.000 I love Patriot Mobile.
00:12:50.000 Glenn is amazing.
00:12:51.000 I was just hanging out with him in Scottsdale.
00:12:53.000 Great guy, great American, really terrific what they're doing.
00:12:56.000 Patriotmobile.com/slash Charlie.
00:12:58.000 That is patriotmobile.com slash Charlie or call 972 Patriot, patriotmobile.com slash Charlie.
00:13:06.000 I want you to go off on censorship here.
00:13:08.000 You call this Orwellian, all of the big brother censorship tools.
00:13:12.000 The Republican Conference Congress has said we don't care about the First Amendment or the Fourth Amendment the last couple of weeks.
00:13:18.000 Talk about the censorship side.
00:13:20.000 Yeah, so I'm a new member of the weaponization committee, and they just published like an 800-page report explaining started with the Twitter files and Matt Taibbi, but now you've got clearly they were doing this with Facebook, with YouTube, with Amazon's bookstore, and they were getting books and things that were truthful and factually accurate taken down to reinforce the approved narrative.
00:13:45.000 In some cases, things that were actually false or misinformation.
00:13:49.000 So this was going on with the Biden administration.
00:13:52.000 And part of what the reaction to some of this has been is made even worse by the TikTok ban, as an example.
00:14:00.000 So they say that there was no coercion.
00:14:03.000 These guys were not coerced by the White House saying, hey, you need to take this down.
00:14:07.000 You're getting people killed.
00:14:09.000 Not coercive.
00:14:10.000 They were just super cooperative.
00:14:11.000 Well, the TikTok ban basically says, oh, if you didn't think there was coercion yet, we're going to be able to TikTok you.
00:14:17.000 We'll just deplap, wreck your whole cap, take out your whole ownership structure.
00:14:22.000 And the other expansion is the FISA expansion that came with Mike Turner's amendment to collect Wi-Fi hotspots.
00:14:29.000 So if you go to McDonald's and you're on the Wi-Fi, you must be a foreign agent, right?
00:14:34.000 I mean, this is crazy expansion of the surveillance state.
00:14:37.000 And if you put the Wi-Fi hotspot expansion, the FISA expansion, still no warrant to spy on American citizens, and you put it with the TikTok ban, this is effectively what was going to pass the Senate with Senator Mark Warner's Restrict Act.
00:14:53.000 So if you put the two side by side, you essentially give the executive branch all the power the Chinese Communist Party has over the internet.
00:15:01.000 And if they weren't coercive already back when they thought they were going to be able to get away with launching the Disinformation Governance Board, they essentially have the toolkit after these two bills have passed.
00:15:12.000 So let's kind of zero in on one of these here, the FISA bill.
00:15:17.000 Now reading the FISA law, we actually expanded the surveillance powers of the federal government.
00:15:24.000 FISA is actually stronger now thanks to Mike Johnson.
00:15:28.000 Do you have faith in Mike Johnson's speakership?
00:15:30.000 It's been really disappointing.
00:15:32.000 I mean, you know, he's a good man.
00:15:33.000 I really like him, consider him a friend.
00:15:36.000 But, you know, the analogy I use is pick football.
00:15:40.000 Your best buddy could be the starting quarterback, buddies, he's fumbling and getting delayed game penalties and throwing interceptions.
00:15:47.000 Hey, man, we can hang out after the game.
00:15:49.000 We'll put somebody else in because we're here to win.
00:15:51.000 Right now, we're not winning.
00:15:52.000 We're delivering the Democrats' agenda, and nothing punctuates that more than Hakeem Jeffries saying, Hey, we got your back over here.
00:16:00.000 Don't worry about it.
00:16:02.000 Keep doing what you're doing.
00:16:03.000 And why would they disrupt it?
00:16:05.000 It's delivering everything that they're asking for.
00:16:08.000 So, Congressman, the way forward, what message do you have to say to give our audience some hope?
00:16:14.000 Because this has been awfully heavy for a lot of our audience.
00:16:17.000 Seems as if Republicans don't care about privacy, don't care about speech, don't care about spending, don't care about border, but they certainly care about foreign countries.
00:16:24.000 What do we have to be hopeful for?
00:16:26.000 Here's the hope.
00:16:27.000 I mean, the majority of the party hasn't been behind any of these things.
00:16:30.000 Mike Johnson's put things on the floor and he's passing them with Democrat votes and a minority of Republicans.
00:16:35.000 The omnibus spending bills, majority of Republicans said, nope, not doing that.
00:16:40.000 FISA expansion, Republicans, you know, a lot of folks went along with that, but it was right around 50-50 on the get a warrant.
00:16:46.000 It was 212 to 212.
00:16:48.000 We had 126 Republicans say, no, you should have to get a warrant.
00:16:52.000 That's a majority of our party.
00:16:54.000 And, you know, some of these things out there, you know, don't throw everything out because you're mad at some people.
00:17:00.000 Just make sure you take note of how your member votes and help us get the right reinforcements here so we can save this country.
00:17:06.000 Congressman Davidson, thank you so much.
00:17:08.000 Great work as always.
00:17:10.000 Thank you.
00:17:11.000 You know, it's really funny.
00:17:11.000 We, every single congressman we have just says, so disappointed in Speaker Johnson.
00:17:15.000 So disappointed in Speaker Johnson.
00:17:17.000 And this latest bill, I mean, just add it to the list.
00:17:20.000 You know, it's really funny.
00:17:21.000 Some people say, Charlie, the bill doesn't say that you can't read the New Testament.
00:17:25.000 Then you read, send them the notes, and then they're like, oh, wait, I didn't see that because you guys don't read the bills.
00:17:32.000 Congressmen don't read the bills that they pass.
00:17:34.000 They vote for.
00:17:35.000 I hope you guys understand that.
00:17:36.000 The people that you send to D.C., a lot of them do not actually read the bills that they vote for.
00:17:43.000 That should be very chilling when you think about it.
00:17:48.000 James has one of the most powerful stories he's ever done.
00:17:53.000 This is exposing the CIA, exposing the Central Intelligence Agency.
00:17:58.000 He joins us now.
00:17:59.000 James, welcome to the program.
00:18:00.000 Congrats on this big story.
00:18:01.000 Hey, Charlie, how you doing?
00:18:03.000 Very good, James.
00:18:04.000 Tell us all about it.
00:18:05.000 You are taking on the CIA.
00:18:07.000 Yeah, yeah, this is a green badge contractor.
00:18:12.000 He works in cybersecurity for the China Mission Center.
00:18:15.000 And this is a remarkable video that we've heard reports from Michael Schellenberger and from others that reported that there was FISA spying on the Trump family and they withheld information.
00:18:26.000 But this guy says it in the most brazen and compelling way we've ever seen.
00:18:30.000 We've never seen video quite like this.
00:18:33.000 And after this video came out, the CIA, I spoke with their press secretary yesterday.
00:18:38.000 It appears as though he has been terminated as of yesterday.
00:18:41.000 And Trump also commenting on the video today.
00:18:45.000 So let's play some of the tape here.
00:18:47.000 And the tape is very powerful.
00:18:50.000 Let's start with Cut 107.
00:18:52.000 The name is Ahmad Anton Fasisi, a green badge guy, the CIA play cut 107.
00:19:01.000 I use cyber operations.
00:19:02.000 I've been doing it my long time.
00:19:04.000 So how long have you been working at the CIA?
00:19:06.000 Since 2008.
00:19:11.000 So it's hard to hear.
00:19:12.000 What is he saying there, James?
00:19:13.000 Introduce him to our audience.
00:19:15.000 He says he works at the CIA.
00:19:17.000 He worked at the NSA.
00:19:18.000 He worked at the National Security Institute.
00:19:22.000 Worked for Northrop Grumman.
00:19:24.000 So this guy has been at the CIA since 2008.
00:19:27.000 He flashes his badge, flashes his lanyard, just so that we have the credentials to know that he is who he says he is.
00:19:34.000 So let's play now Cut 108.
00:19:37.000 And I think this is the most important one.
00:19:39.000 He said they kept information from Trump on purpose, saying that they would give him an overview, but no details.
00:19:45.000 I hope you guys understand what this is.
00:19:47.000 108 is the heart of the matter.
00:19:48.000 This is a CIA contractor who's bragging that the Intel agency, when Trump was president, they did not brief him.
00:19:55.000 They did not give him all the information.
00:19:58.000 This is the real insurrection.
00:20:01.000 This is an administrative state taking over the federal apparatus of the government.
00:20:05.000 Play Cut 108.
00:20:07.000 We kept information from him.
00:20:09.000 We kept information from them.
00:20:11.000 From Trump?
00:20:12.000 Yes.
00:20:12.000 He's sending a video.
00:20:13.000 And there are certain people that give him a high level, but never do what you need.
00:20:20.000 You don't even know why.
00:20:21.000 This one leaked to his details.
00:20:23.000 So, James, I just want to make sure people understand.
00:20:26.000 This is a guy who's bragging about how the Central Intelligence Agency just kind of plays with the government.
00:20:33.000 Is that right?
00:20:34.000 Plays with the president.
00:20:36.000 Yeah, he says that the directors of the CIA, that's Mike Pompeo and Gina Haspel at the time, and also the executive staff, the people right underneath them, intentionally withheld information from Trump because they didn't trust Trump with that information.
00:20:49.000 In his words, they thought Trump would leak it.
00:20:51.000 The problem, Charlie, is that's illegal.
00:20:54.000 It's an obstruction of justice, felony, possible espionage.
00:20:59.000 You can't do that.
00:21:00.000 And this guy is so open about it.
00:21:02.000 And Charlie, the fact that the CIA actually got on the phone with me yesterday, this is their press secretary.
00:21:06.000 By the way, I didn't know the CIA had a press secretary, and I never thought they would talk to me.
00:21:11.000 It shows that they're kind of exposed here.
00:21:13.000 This guy has a position of access, been there a long time.
00:21:16.000 He's a program manager, which is not a low-level person.
00:21:20.000 And then he's a top-secret SCI clearance polygraph vetted and everything.
00:21:25.000 And he's saying all these things.
00:21:26.000 It's truly remarkable that he said it.
00:21:28.000 He says it so matter-of-factly.
00:21:29.000 He repeats himself.
00:21:30.000 We think it's very newsworthy, and it's one of the, I think it's the most compelling thing we've ever caught on tape.
00:21:37.000 Most emergencies come without warning.
00:21:39.000 And when the next one comes, you won't have a second to spare on packing and preparing.
00:21:43.000 You need to get ready now before an emergency strikes.
00:21:47.000 Your supplies should be within reach, ready to grab and to go at a moment's notice.
00:21:51.000 Secure those supplies at mypatriotsupply.com.
00:21:54.000 Start with a four-week emergency food kit from MyPatriot Supply, helping millions of American families prepare since 2008.
00:22:02.000 MyPatriot Supply are the experts in all things self-reliance.
00:22:06.000 Their four-week emergency food kit offers 2,000 calories every day, protected by heavy-duty four-layer packaging.
00:22:13.000 These kits last up to 25 years in storage.
00:22:16.000 These delicious foods are sealed inside rugged buckets with handles designed to grab in a hurry.
00:22:20.000 Go to mypatriotsupply.com and get as many food kits as your family needs for $50 off each.
00:22:27.000 They ship fast and free in unmarked boxes.
00:22:30.000 Say $50 per kit at mypatriotsupply.com.
00:22:33.000 That's mypatriotsupply.com.
00:22:38.000 So this one right here, and this is the press secretary for the CIA.
00:22:42.000 Hi, it was nice speaking with you.
00:22:43.000 As discussed, you may attribute the following on the record statement to the CIA spokesperson.
00:22:48.000 Quote, these claims about the CIA are absolutely false and ridiculous.
00:22:51.000 The CIA is a resolutely apolitical institution that provides intelligence support to policymakers, including the president of the United States, irrespective of who occupies the office.
00:23:00.000 We are a foreign intelligence-focused agency and do not monitor the former president.
00:23:04.000 The individual making these allegations, the former contractor, do not represent the CIA.
00:23:08.000 This is really, really powerful stuff, James.
00:23:10.000 They almost never, ever, ever say anything, James.
00:23:14.000 The CIA is they are the most silent organization in the government by far.
00:23:22.000 Yeah, I think that the fact that they talked to me on the phone and then issued a statement is very telling.
00:23:28.000 Usually we never get a reaction.
00:23:29.000 Certainly not to me.
00:23:30.000 They might give one to the New York Times or Associated Press.
00:23:33.000 But the fact that they gave a response to me, even before I put the video out, we got this response yesterday at 5 o'clock as I was putting the video out.
00:23:42.000 Charlie, I think that's really telling.
00:23:44.000 Obviously, there's a lot of great people that work there.
00:23:46.000 I've heard that 80% of people that work there are good, but there are some evil components.
00:23:51.000 There's always going to be fraud in an agency with cloaked in secrecy.
00:23:55.000 Withholding information might be something to do with every president.
00:23:58.000 But to hear that guy say that and to flash his badge, you're not even allowed to flash your badge like that.
00:24:05.000 And the fact that he had his badge as of last week, well, that means that he worked for the CIA as of just a few days ago.
00:24:12.000 So compelling stuff.
00:24:14.000 And I'm sure there's going to be a lot of sources coming forward after this to corroborate the initial reporting by Matt Taby and Michael Schellenberger.
00:24:20.000 And now we see it on video.
00:24:22.000 I'm sure there's more to come.
00:24:23.000 Let's play Cut 110.
00:24:26.000 They admit that they were surveilling Trump's ex-wife.
00:24:28.000 I hope you guys understand this, that the CIA is doing domestic spying, and the CIA says that no, they're not.
00:24:34.000 We need a church and pike committee to get these intel agencies to come to heal.
00:24:39.000 Play cut 110.
00:24:41.000 And we also have, I've quoted that monitor on it.
00:24:44.000 That's why.
00:24:45.000 So you guys had human sources.
00:24:48.000 How do you think we've got like wiretapping?
00:24:50.000 Is that what's cool?
00:24:52.000 So what's going on in this video, James?
00:24:54.000 So he says we steal information from human sources, and that's fine.
00:24:58.000 I mean, spies steal information from China and elsewhere.
00:25:00.000 He works.
00:25:01.000 This guy works in the China Mission Center.
00:25:03.000 It's called CMC.
00:25:04.000 There's Iran Mission Center.
00:25:06.000 There's all types of mission centers in the CIA.
00:25:08.000 But the fact that he says we steal information in the context of Trump's family, well, that's actually, the CIA is not supposed to spy on Americans.
00:25:17.000 And he also says, there's another part of the video.
00:25:18.000 He says, we listen to everything.
00:25:20.000 We're monitoring everything.
00:25:22.000 Again, that's illegal.
00:25:23.000 You can't do that.
00:25:24.000 And this also corroborates the reporting done by Michael Schellenberger about the FISA warrants against the Trump family.
00:25:31.000 So truly remarkable admissions there.
00:25:34.000 So this is really important because this is obviously ongoing.
00:25:39.000 You then sat down with Donald Trump and got his reaction to this bombshell.
00:25:42.000 Let's play Cut 105.
00:25:44.000 Mr. President, your reaction to this videotape of the CIA individual talking about how the CIA director has withheld information from you.
00:25:52.000 Well, it's shocking to see how stupid somebody can be.
00:25:55.000 If this guy's for real, you ought to get rid of him.
00:25:58.000 CIA, Central Intelligence Agency, this is not an intelligent guy to be openly talking to a woman that walks up and starts asking him questions and talking that way.
00:26:09.000 So he may be bragging or showing off to some young lady.
00:26:13.000 I have no idea the conditions under which he spoke, but I'd get rid of him real fast.
00:26:18.000 If he's for real, get rid of him.
00:26:21.000 You got a reaction from Trump from the CIA.
00:26:23.000 This is a major story, James.
00:26:26.000 Were you ever fearful of the retaliation from the intel agencies against you?
00:26:32.000 You know, a little bit.
00:26:34.000 I definitely, when I went to Langley, that's the CIA headquarters just Monday night.
00:26:38.000 The military police came out.
00:26:40.000 They had neck tattoos.
00:26:41.000 It's very rare you see military police with deck tattoos.
00:26:44.000 I think that I try to focus on the faith over the fear.
00:26:49.000 I know that's kind of corny, but the idea that I'm a journalist doing this.
00:26:53.000 I'm not an activist.
00:26:54.000 I'm not trying to achieve an agenda.
00:26:56.000 I'm just quoting him.
00:26:58.000 And I think the fact, Charlie, that we got the reaction that we did.
00:27:02.000 You saw President Trump there saying they got to get rid of him.
00:27:04.000 Well, it appears as though they have fired him.
00:27:07.000 Deloitte and CIA taken away that badge, that green badge, it's called, meaning that the CIA contracts out.
00:27:15.000 They have a green badge to swipe into Langley.
00:27:18.000 So a little bit, probably more than I ever have been.
00:27:23.000 But I also think that we're in a new era where citizen journalists can do this.
00:27:27.000 And hopefully more people come out, more people come forward to corroborate, again, Taibbi and Schellenberger's original report with anonymous sources, but now you can see it with your own eyes.
00:27:39.000 This is remarkable, James.
00:27:41.000 And you have more and more stories coming out.
00:27:44.000 And it seems as if you keep on outdoing yourself.
00:27:47.000 Please take some time talking about the O'Keeffe Media Group.
00:27:51.000 You've had a very eventful last year.
00:27:53.000 You've scaled up.
00:27:54.000 You've built this beautiful, amazing thing.
00:27:56.000 People need to support what you're doing.
00:27:58.000 Everybody, this is shots on target.
00:27:59.000 There's a lot of groups that talk.
00:28:00.000 James O'Keeffe is exposing the CIA.
00:28:03.000 James, how can people help you out?
00:28:05.000 Talk about the infrastructure you're building.
00:28:07.000 Well, I mean, I think that now we are the media, Charlie.
00:28:10.000 You know, it's like we got to get the mainstream media to report this stuff.
00:28:13.000 Everyone always says, well, the media is important.
00:28:14.000 Well, we are the media.
00:28:16.000 I mean, the fact that we're getting on the phone with the press secretary of this agency and they're giving us a statement and nobody in legacy media is uttering a word.
00:28:25.000 That should tell you something.
00:28:26.000 And I think the thing that tells you is that we have to do the job ourselves.
00:28:30.000 Now, as to O'Keefe Media Group, I don't have all these undercover people on payroll anymore.
00:28:35.000 I don't think that's the right way to go about it.
00:28:37.000 I think we have a lot of people that are doing it on their own.
00:28:40.000 We give a payment if you get the story.
00:28:42.000 That's kind of our model now is we have classes that teach you how to do it.
00:28:46.000 But we have people that contact us and we give them cameras and they go out and do it on their own.
00:28:51.000 And we're kind of doing that grassroots model.
00:28:54.000 OMG, everyone wants to help.
00:28:57.000 We have more sources than we've ever had before.
00:29:00.000 So it's growing.
00:29:01.000 It was a difficult year last year, the transition.
00:29:04.000 And obviously, Charlie, the attacks against me are just, I mean, Trump might be the number one target.
00:29:09.000 I know you're in the top 10.
00:29:10.000 I'm in the top 10.
00:29:12.000 No, you're in the top three.
00:29:14.000 You're in the top three.
00:29:15.000 You're doing great.
00:29:16.000 O'Keeffe Media Group.
00:29:17.000 The attacks are brutal.
00:29:18.000 I am a monthly supporter of O'Keeffe Media Group.
00:29:21.000 You guys should be too.
00:29:22.000 James, I know you're on the way to something.
00:29:24.000 Go expose the FBI next.
00:29:26.000 Thanks, James.
00:29:27.000 I'm working on it.
00:29:28.000 Thank you.
00:29:30.000 Last night, it's as if a switch got turned.
00:29:34.000 The regime was enjoying being the betting odd favorite to win the presidency.
00:29:42.000 I don't look at polls as much as I look at betting markets.
00:29:46.000 The online betting markets are actually far more predictive than the polling.
00:29:52.000 What are the betting markets?
00:29:53.000 You can do it if you want.
00:29:54.000 I don't necessarily recommend it.
00:29:55.000 It's a great way to lose money because everyone's guessing.
00:29:58.000 It's predictit.org.
00:30:00.000 And predictit.org had Joe Biden with a 55% chance of winning the presidency a week ago.
00:30:06.000 It is now down to 50%.
00:30:08.000 And in certain betting markets, Donald Trump has now taken the lead.
00:30:13.000 This is largely responsible.
00:30:14.000 This is largely because of all the different riots happening, these Jew-hating riots on campus.
00:30:21.000 Why Republicans would go past this grotesque monstrosity while these riots are occurring is beyond me.
00:30:28.000 Let's play Cut 113.
00:30:30.000 That they sometimes use the plywood as a shield and they put studded with nails.
00:30:35.000 Well, look at the handles here.
00:30:39.000 You use this as a shield.
00:30:41.000 You use this to keep the pepper spray off you, that kind of thing.
00:30:45.000 You can hear right now.
00:30:47.000 But nevertheless, these pallets, so you had the plywood, you had the pallet, and you had another piece of plywood.
00:30:52.000 That's how difficult it was to get through here.
00:30:55.000 That was just the barricades, I believe, at UCLA.
00:30:58.000 Now, understand this.
00:31:00.000 I believe that Joe Biden and the oligarchs of the Democrat Party flipped a switch, meaning that they started to call blue state governors.
00:31:09.000 They got on the phone with the governor of Oregon, Jay Inslee in Washington.
00:31:14.000 They got on the phone with Gavin Newsom.
00:31:15.000 They said, hey, work with local police to clean this thing up.
00:31:18.000 Clean this thing up.
00:31:19.000 This is a polling catastrophe for us.
00:31:22.000 And I want to just tell you one thing on this.
00:31:28.000 That these polling and predicting markets are far more fickle and fragile than ever before.
00:31:36.000 People are just guessing, which is exactly why we need to get into the weeds and do the difficult work.
00:31:44.000 We got to get in the streets.
00:31:45.000 We got to chase ballots.
00:31:46.000 We have to register voters.
00:31:48.000 Arizona is now enjoying a 236,000 voter Republican v. Democrat advantage here in the state of Arizona.
00:31:56.000 236,000.
00:31:58.000 It was 100,000 previously.
00:32:01.000 But we are going to need to chase ballots and praise God for Donald Trump because he is a one-man get-out-the-vote machine.
00:32:09.000 With a little bit of muscle, with a little bit of chasing ballots, we can win.
00:32:15.000 We can win.
00:32:16.000 But it's going to take the largest ever ballot chasing operation.
00:32:20.000 It's going to take voter integrity to secure our elections.
00:32:24.000 It's going to require every single person to vote, regardless of if you don't want to vote.
00:32:31.000 Every person watching this program, every person to lean in and get out the vote.
00:32:35.000 And we are going to be dedicating every ounce of energy and resources.
00:32:38.000 We really believe this is a civilizational defining election.
00:32:42.000 It's time to lean in, step up, do the gritty work, the hustle work.
00:32:46.000 That's exactly what we're doing at Turning Point Action, which is why you should download the Turning Point Action app and come visit us in Detroit, Michigan, coming up in June.
00:32:54.000 tpaction.com slash peoples.
00:32:56.000 That is tpaction.com/slash peoples.
00:32:59.000 Grab a clipboard, open up the application, get on your working boots, clipboard and tennis shoes type of work.
00:33:06.000 That is what is necessary.
00:33:07.000 We can win.
00:33:09.000 It is right there in the margins.
00:33:13.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
