00:01:38.000 I am getting text messages like wild right now.
00:01:42.000 People are just blowing me up.
00:01:43.000 Charlie, how can I help with Nebraska, this Nebraska thing?
00:01:46.000 I had no idea about this.
00:01:48.000 And honestly, if we don't get this fixed, we don't have the will to win.
00:01:52.000 Shame on us.
00:01:54.000 Red state, red governor.
00:01:56.000 Donald Trump's going to win it by 20 points.
00:01:59.000 Let's get it fixed.
00:02:00.000 Let's get it fixed.
00:02:03.000 The legislature's in session.
00:02:04.000 We have two weeks left.
00:02:05.000 There is no excuse.
00:02:06.000 The excuse I got from one person that's in the know is they say, oh, the governor's a little weak.
00:02:11.000 Okay.
00:02:12.000 That means we don't have the will to convince.
00:02:15.000 A little weak?
00:02:16.000 What does that mean?
00:02:17.000 A little weak.
00:02:18.000 Let's celebrate him being strong.
00:02:21.000 Let's turn him into a hero.
00:02:22.000 Email us your thoughts, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:02:25.000 We're going to go all in on this thing.
00:02:27.000 Because, you know, you get a little frustrated.
00:02:29.000 You get a little cabin fever.
00:02:31.000 You're in April.
00:02:32.000 You're tired of looking at these polls.
00:02:34.000 My goodness, and people say, can November get here already?
00:02:37.000 This is November being here, if you think about it.
00:02:40.000 This is November without November.
00:02:43.000 Because I can guarantee you an electoral vote.
00:02:45.000 I can guarantee you an electoral vote.
00:02:49.000 Forget all the polls and forget white Jesus or whatever MSNBC is talking about.
00:02:53.000 They want you distracted in all this when all of a sudden the Nebraska legislature is in play.
00:02:56.000 This is the most important thing happening in the country, in my opinion, and coming into November.
00:02:59.000 And shame on us.
00:03:00.000 Shame on us if we don't get this done.
00:03:03.000 If we don't get this done, our movement doesn't have the will to win.
00:03:08.000 Doesn't mean that we're going to lose, but shame on us.
00:03:10.000 Email us, freedom at charliekirk.com.
00:03:12.000 The bill is LB764 in Nebraska.
00:03:16.000 And the phone number, I think we tweeted out.
00:03:20.000 A lot of you are calling.
00:03:21.000 402-471-2244.
00:03:25.000 I'm sure that the governor's office is loving all the calls right now.
00:03:29.000 So keep it respectful and keep it up.
00:03:30.000 Rudy Giuliani joins us.
00:03:32.000 Rudy, thank you for taking the time.
00:03:33.000 Rudy, first, how is your ridiculous legal battle?
00:03:37.000 What you're going through is so cruel.
00:03:38.000 It's unusual.
00:03:39.000 It's unprecedented.
00:03:40.000 First, Rudy, how are you doing?
00:03:42.000 I'm doing okay.
00:03:43.000 We're fighting away.
00:03:44.000 We're making small gains.
00:03:46.000 You know, we're counting on our appeal.
00:03:48.000 We think we're going to have it particularly of the unjust judgment in front of what essentially was a J6 court.
00:03:55.000 She was the judge who lectured all the other judges that they weren't giving enough time to the people who committed trespass.
00:04:03.000 And I've never heard of a judge doing that before.
00:04:06.000 So it was, I can't even compare it to a trial to a show trial.
00:04:14.000 So it's silly to even argue over it.
00:04:17.000 I'm sure we're going to eventually get to an appellate court that throws it out.
00:04:22.000 The rest of the cases, I mean, the only other one of any significance is the one in Georgia that I'm involved in as a co-defendant with the president.
00:04:30.000 From the very beginning, it seemed to me he was being indicted for being the president and therefore complaining about an election where you could agree or disagree with him, but it sure as heck had an awful lot of factual irregularities, thousands.
00:04:46.000 And I was his lawyer who has to take those factual irregularities seriously.
00:04:52.000 I don't even have an option.
00:04:54.000 I have to see the facts in the light most favorable to him.
00:04:57.000 And then it turns out we're being prosecuted by criminals.
00:05:02.000 Fanny, among other things, admitted during her testimony that the money that she used, the cash that she used to reimburse a lover, she took from her campaign.
00:05:14.000 Nobody even bothers.
00:05:15.000 They just, it's like, hey, it's Atlanta.
00:05:18.000 We feel like that.
00:05:19.000 That's okay.
00:05:19.000 We're not going to pay attention to that.
00:05:22.000 It's amazing.
00:05:23.000 And then the judge gives them a choice as to which one to recuse themselves.
00:05:28.000 I've never heard of that.
00:05:29.000 I mean, they're both, of necessity, they both committed this act together.
00:05:35.000 They're both either guilty or not guilty.
00:05:38.000 You can't let them decide.
00:05:40.000 Gee, I'll recuse myself.
00:05:42.000 Not you, honey.
00:05:44.000 It's absurd.
00:05:45.000 You know all about big city machine politics.
00:05:48.000 And so you know how this all works, Rudy.
00:05:50.000 And so I just want to say we stand behind you.
00:05:54.000 It's so terrible what is happening to you.
00:05:56.000 And I hope that justice prevails.
00:06:00.000 And what you've done for this country, what you did for New York, and what they're trying to do for you in Georgia is reprehensible.
00:06:07.000 Yeah, you know, so the way I deal with it is I'm proud that I get a chance to stand up for other Americans.
00:06:15.000 You know, as President Trump says, they're not going after him.
00:06:19.000 They're going after me.
00:06:20.000 They're not going after me.
00:06:22.000 They're going after you.
00:06:23.000 And it isn't just me.
00:06:24.000 My goodness, I look at the J6 people.
00:06:26.000 They've suffered a lot more than I have.
00:06:28.000 Or I look at some of the other lawyers here who have been ruined, completely ruined, just for the mere fact of representing him.
00:06:35.000 And we have got to straighten this out.
00:06:38.000 And that's why when he talks about the election and he talks about the election being dishonest, I believe he has to do that because you can't brush it under the rug.
00:06:50.000 Otherwise, this will keep happening to us.
00:06:52.000 And this is our only chance electing him to straighten out our electoral system so it isn't like, you know, going the way of Venezuela.
00:07:03.000 So Rudy, I know that you had the opportunity to look at this terrible story of the NYTPD police officer that was slain.
00:07:12.000 Tell us about it.
00:07:14.000 It's an awful story, please.
00:07:16.000 Well, it's an awful story, Charlie, because it's embarrassing also, more than embarrassing.
00:07:20.000 It's heartbreaking because as the former mayor of New York and a lawyer in New York, that police officer would be alive if he worked or lived in about 35 other states, maybe more, maybe 40.
00:07:34.000 We actually are the only state that doesn't allow a judge to consider dangerousness as a factor on release.
00:07:41.000 So certainly had dangerousness been considered, this guy would have been in.
00:07:48.000 He was had 20, I'm sorry, yeah, 22 prior arrests, more than half of them felonies, violent felonies.
00:07:57.000 In fact, under laws that I had passed and that were existent during Bloomberg's time, he'd have been in jail as a career criminal.
00:08:04.000 You know, three strikes and you're out.
00:08:07.000 This guy struck out about four times.
00:08:10.000 So the thing that hurt me about this from the very beginning, when you saw this widow with a little baby, this did not have to happen.
00:08:21.000 And it wouldn't have happened if we weren't in a socialist progressive, I hate that word because there's nothing progressive at all about them.
00:08:31.000 If we weren't almost like a fascist state where we have laws that protect the criminal.
00:08:38.000 In fact, the guy primarily responsible for is a man no one knows.
00:08:42.000 Maybe they will now.
00:08:43.000 He's this speaker of the assembly, Carl Hasty.
00:08:46.000 He represents the Bronx, very powerful in New York.
00:08:50.000 He actually said that punishment doesn't deter crime, which of course is completely uncomfortable.
00:08:57.000 Because if this man were in jail, he couldn't commit the crime.
00:08:59.000 Where do they get these ideas from?
00:09:01.000 I mean, you were a mayor of a major city and crime went down dramatically.
00:09:04.000 I mean, this is the rule of pathological academics.
00:09:08.000 I mean, where do they come up with this stuff?
00:09:10.000 They keep repeating it.
00:09:12.000 I mean, he said it about three days ago.
00:09:14.000 And then you thought in light of all the bad publicity about it and people acting shocked.
00:09:18.000 And it's one of the reasons why the family excluded as many of the politicians as they could from the wake and the funeral.
00:09:29.000 He keeps repeating it.
00:09:31.000 And of course, I mean, the simple proposition is, had this man been put in jail, either on three strikes, you're out, or with a very high bail, the officer would be alive.
00:09:46.000 So that deters the crime.
00:09:48.000 So you can't argue with individual deterrence.
00:09:50.000 You put the criminal in jail.
00:09:51.000 He can't commit the crime.
00:09:53.000 But that is, I don't think they believe that.
00:09:57.000 That's sort of a rational, kind of a Marxist rationalization they come up with.
00:10:02.000 But the main thing is they favor the criminal over innocent people and are creating a society.
00:10:10.000 New York is a society that's dedicated to caring for, well, rationalists, first of all, illegal aliens.
00:10:17.000 That's our number one priority because we throw veterans out, we throw students out, we put decent neighborhoods in jeopardy.
00:10:27.000 And we fail to realize that whatever the arguments over the immigrants of 20 years ago that had their share of criminals and their share of good people, this one doesn't have too much of a share of good people because they're coming in under the auspices of the cartels.
00:10:44.000 That's right.
00:10:45.000 With a wide open border.
00:10:46.000 We don't know anything about them.
00:10:47.000 What is the website where people can help support your legal fights?
00:10:51.000 RudyGiulianiCS.com.
00:10:56.000 Remember as a kid, your parents and grandparents making you try all the vegetables on your plate or when they coaxed you to eat fruit instead of sweets?
00:11:02.000 That's because they knew what was good for you.
00:11:04.000 And it's truer today than ever before.
00:11:06.000 You need to eat your fruits and veggies.
00:11:08.000 There's no substitute for a healthy diet, but there is Balance of Nature.
00:11:12.000 Their products are gluten-free and non-GMO, and they contain no added sugars or synthetics.
00:11:17.000 If you're looking for something to make you feel better naturally, you should definitely try Balance of Nature today.
00:11:22.000 Eat your fruits and veggies every single day with Balance of Nature.
00:11:25.000 I started taking Balance of Nature the day I decided I was ready to feel better.
00:11:28.000 Are you ready to start?
00:11:30.000 Whether you order online or call them direct, you must use promo code Charlie to get the special offer of 35% off.
00:11:35.000 Call them at 800-2468-751.
00:11:38.000 That is 800-2468-751.
00:11:41.000 And use discount code Charlie or online at balanceofnature.com.
00:11:46.000 Use this sound code Charlie to get 35% off.
00:11:51.000 So, Rudy, I'm going to ask you a broad question here.
00:11:53.000 And you're a subject matter expert on this.
00:11:55.000 Two things I get asked about a lot on college campuses.
00:11:58.000 They say, Charlie, how would you lower crime?
00:12:01.000 And that's an easy question, but it's not because these kids live in these academic clouds.
00:12:06.000 Rudy, how did you lower crime, protect police officers, put criminals in jail while still protecting people's personal rights, their Fourth Amendment rights, their Fifth Amendment rights?
00:12:16.000 How did you do it, Mr. Mayor?
00:12:18.000 And what should the blueprint be for the rest of the country?
00:12:21.000 Well, I mean, it is a comprehensive approach, and you do have to have fairly broad support.
00:12:27.000 What I did was, first of all, I reorganized the police department with a program called the CompStat program, where we were extremely focused on crime statistics as a way of actually predicting where crime would take place and using that as our way of deciding on strategies, assignment of police.
00:12:47.000 Because up until then, it had all been political.
00:12:50.000 Whoever screamed the loudest got the most police, or whoever got you the most votes.
00:12:56.000 Second, I worked very hard to change the laws.
00:12:59.000 And even though I had a Democratic city council, I worked with them to get the laws changed.
00:13:07.000 I appointed the judges, and over a three-year period, I interviewed every single judge.
00:13:11.000 I appointed 100.
00:13:13.000 I made sure I appointed tough judges.
00:13:16.000 I wasn't embarrassed to ask, are you going to hold them on without bail?
00:13:20.000 You're going to put the public first.
00:13:24.000 Basically, that was really important to it because even if the laws don't let the person out, and even if the DAs, and we have some Soros DAs here who are an abomination, don't let them out.
00:13:36.000 We've got left-wing judges that are out of their minds.
00:13:39.000 I mean, they let people out, and you know, they're going to go commit a crime, you know, before they even return home.
00:13:47.000 You look at the two judges in the Trump cases, they're indicative of a really, really corrupt judiciary that we have in New York.
00:13:56.000 The merchant's daughter, any decent judge would have accused himself a long, long time ago if his daughter was engaged in profit-making of going after Trump and particularly even going after Trump in difficulties that he had in her father's case.
00:14:15.000 I mean, this is extraordinary.
00:14:18.000 And our bar association is complicit with them because they would never accept this if this were a conservative or a neutral situation.
00:14:27.000 The judge would be castigated for this, probably get thrown off the bench.
00:14:31.000 So, so, Rudy, I want to play this piece of tape here and have you react.
00:14:35.000 Let's play cut 41, please.
00:14:37.000 Dominique Rivera stood in front of all the elected officials present today pleading for change.
00:14:42.000 That change never came.
00:14:44.000 And now, my son will grow up without his father.
00:14:46.000 I will grow old without my husband.
00:14:48.000 And his parents have to say goodbye to their child.
00:14:52.000 How many more police officers and how many more families need to make the ultimate sacrifice before we start protecting them?
00:14:58.000 I don't wish this kind of pain on anyone.
00:15:01.000 Jonathan lived his life doing good for people, and it's now time for people to do good for all the officers he represents.
00:15:08.000 Mr. Mayor, your reaction.
00:15:10.000 It's really having gone through so many of those, Charlie.
00:15:13.000 You're still not immune to it.
00:15:14.000 And this one was particularly hurtful and painful.
00:15:21.000 And as what I said before, it didn't have to happen.
00:15:24.000 And you start coming.
00:15:26.000 I can't tell you how often I would talk to my prior police commissioners or my prior associates, and they would say, this is going to happen.
00:15:35.000 One of these guys is going to kill a cop.
00:15:37.000 I mean, the assaults on police officers under the Democrats have gone up like 60, 70%.
00:15:45.000 It was a ridiculous number.
00:15:47.000 They just beat up cops anytime they want.
00:15:50.000 The police officers are afraid to strike back because they'll get put in jail.
00:15:55.000 And as I said, in any other place, this man would have been in jail, except maybe California, New York.
00:16:04.000 And it is hard.
00:16:05.000 I mean, I am a Republican, and obviously people see me as partisan.
00:16:09.000 In some ways, I wish I could morph into some non-partisan oracle because it is democratic policies in the closing.
00:16:18.000 No, it is.
00:16:19.000 It's a tragedy.
00:16:20.000 It is.
00:16:21.000 It's not.
00:16:22.000 We're not perfect.
00:16:23.000 We do things wrong.
00:16:25.000 You're a perfect picture.
00:16:26.000 You're a perfect picture, Mr. Mayor.
00:16:27.000 We'll close with this, of the anarcho-tyranny, where the criminals run amok, but you go to jail.
00:16:33.000 They try to put you in jail.
00:16:34.000 And think about that.
00:16:36.000 They'll use the law.
00:16:38.000 They'll use the enforcement of the law against political dissidents like you, but hardened criminals, forget it.
00:16:44.000 Mr. Mayor, thank you so much.
00:16:45.000 Check out Rudy Giuliani's job.
00:16:48.000 You do an absolutely great job.
00:16:50.000 Thank you.
00:16:50.000 Julie, enormously proud to be associated with you.
00:16:54.000 Thank you.
00:16:55.000 Keep fighting.
00:16:55.000 You're going to win.
00:16:56.000 Thank you.
00:16:59.000 Okay, Kirk fans, I need you to stop and pay attention to this.
00:17:03.000 If you deal with exhaustion, brain fog, mood swings, or food cravings, if you're constantly getting sick or simply lack the zeal you used to have in life, then I have some news for you.
00:17:12.000 While back, I found a liquid supplement called Strong Cell, and it changed my health in a very profound way.
00:17:18.000 I take it every single day.
00:17:20.000 Look, I knew I had to partner with them.
00:17:22.000 I did the research.

00:18:54.000 Joining us now is Todd Bensman.
00:18:56.000 Todd, welcome back to the program.
00:18:58.000 Todd, I understand you're on the Mexico side of the border.
00:19:00.000 Is that right?
00:19:01.000 Please tell us about what's going on.
00:19:02.000 That's right.
00:19:03.000 I'm in Juarez, Mexico, across from El Paso.
00:19:07.000 I've been here for a few days doing some reporting.
00:19:11.000 I should have a piece out in the Daily Mail here in the next day or so if you want to get an idea of what I'm doing.
00:19:17.000 So tell us kind of, is the border invasion continuing?
00:19:22.000 What is the, how many people a day are coming into the country?
00:19:26.000 Oh, yeah.
00:19:26.000 Well, there's two faces to the border crisis all along the border, really emblematic here in Juarez, which is that there are the ones that you can see and videotape that are crossing and being, you know, they self-present and then they're quick released into the U.S.
00:19:46.000 But then there's another part where thousands and thousands are just being smuggled over by the cartel.
00:19:53.000 Those become runners and gotaways.
00:19:56.000 And that is, there is an epidemic of that happening right now with the runners and gotaways.
00:20:01.000 We have both right here in Juarez.
00:20:04.000 You can see them both.
00:20:06.000 But usually just the more visible one, you know, where you're seeing them rush in and overpower the Texas National Guard and state troopers.
00:20:16.000 But there's another part of this thing, too.
00:20:18.000 So the Biden administration right now is secretly flying people directly from Latin America to U.S. cities.
00:20:25.000 Tell us about this.
00:20:26.000 This is extraordinary.
00:20:27.000 That's right.
00:20:27.000 The Biden administration wanted to get to eliminate the bad political optics of mass numbers just turning themselves in and crossing the border illegally and then getting quick released on their personal recognizance into the country.
00:20:43.000 So they came up with these schemes to kind of pre-legalize the intending border crossers, give them these permits to walk in over the land bridges through the ports of entry and then into the country, or also less known, is to fly in from foreign airports directly into U.S. airports.
00:21:07.000 They're using an app online called CBP1 to schedule their appointments, their crossing appointments.
00:21:15.000 And the stories that I've been writing lately are kind of drilling down deeper into the flights program, which is very secretive and sort of obscure and hidden, and nobody really knows what's going on with that.
00:21:29.000 And the piece that I published yesterday was really pointing out that most of that traffic is landing in Florida, in Ron DeSantis' Florida, where Donald Trump lives, right in that whole area, southern Florida.
00:21:46.000 326,000 have been flown into Florida.
00:21:52.000 326,000 into Florida?
00:21:54.000 So is this in addition to the bum rushes on the border?
00:21:57.000 Yeah, yeah.
00:21:58.000 This is a whole other number.
00:22:00.000 You add these numbers to the bum rushes and the give-ups at the border and the runners and all that stuff at the border.
00:22:07.000 This is another, you know, 386,000 altogether.
00:22:12.000 Over what period of time?
00:22:14.000 One year.
00:22:16.000 About one year.
00:22:17.000 So does DeSantis know about this or are they just arriving at airports?
00:22:22.000 I mean, it's extraordinary to me.
00:22:24.000 Why can't a governor just refuse them?
00:22:27.000 Well, because it's a hidden program.
00:22:30.000 They are not.
00:22:31.000 The reason we know about this to the extent that we do is, you know, they did first publicly announce the program, but then everybody just turned away from it and blew it off.
00:22:41.000 We just wanted to know where the airports were that they were flying them into and the government refused to give it to us.
00:22:47.000 So we sued and we've got a FOIA lawsuit.
00:22:50.000 They still won't give us the airports, but we were able to figure out a way to point to which airports they were.
00:22:57.000 That's all laid out.
00:22:58.000 How I did that is laid out in the piece.
00:23:01.000 DeSantis undoubtedly did not know this is happening, or maybe somebody told him they thought it was happening.
00:23:08.000 They are not announcing how many are coming into under this parole program by air, foreign airport to U.S. airport.
00:23:18.000 And so he probably didn't know until yesterday that it was just that they're the majority.
00:23:25.000 I'll be honest, so that's 2,300 flights if you average 150 people per flight.
00:23:30.000 How do you not know that there's 2,300 flights coming into your state?
00:23:33.000 I mean, just from a logistical standpoint, how is this possible?
00:23:37.000 I mean, at some point, an air traffic controller or a baggage handler or a local sheriff is going to be like, yeah, this is kind of weird.
00:23:44.000 We're on our 900th flight.
00:23:46.000 I mean, I find this number.
00:23:48.000 Where did this number come from?
00:23:49.000 So the number comes from publicly available data that is on CBP's own website for Office of Field Operations, which are the blue uniform customs guys that you have to go through in an airport.
00:24:05.000 You have to be processed in from your foreign flight.
00:24:08.000 Well, you can look it up by Miami Field Office and you exclude everything else and you get the nationalities that are targeted.
00:24:17.000 And you can see it right there that in the Miami field office, which might be 15 different airports, we don't know which airports, but definitely Southern Florida and the Tampa Field Office of OFO also is showing a very significant bump.
00:24:32.000 So the entire state of Florida, all of the airports apparently are very busy with this and have been pretty much around the clock.
00:24:41.000 I have been hearing about this from different sources.
00:24:44.000 Oh my God, you know, you wouldn't believe what's happening in Florida, but I've not been able to get a handle on it.
00:24:50.000 I'm guessing that the governor knows about this or has kind of heard about it.
00:24:55.000 But, you know, nobody, the government, the federal government says we can't release the airports because we have created such a security vulnerability with this program that if we tell you the names of the airports that bad actors will then take advantage.
00:25:16.000 I mean, but why can't, I mean, couldn't Speaker Johnson just demand the airports, say like, yeah, okay, as part of our $1.2 trillion bill, we want to know what airports, I mean, that's just a very simple thing.
00:25:27.000 And let me understand.
00:25:28.000 So this, so these are people that are not crossing the border.
00:25:30.000 This is 350,000 people that get booked commercial flights.
00:25:34.000 So if the Biden Department of Homeland Security thinks that they're dealing with a potential border jumper, which is bad PR, they booked them flights on a mobile app called CBP1, and they're flown to multiple states.
00:25:46.000 Is it just Florida or how many people have been flown into the interior that we know of?
00:25:56.000 Right.
00:25:57.000 So what the government does tell us is 386,000 to date of four nationalities only.
00:26:06.000 Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans.
00:26:09.000 Now, there's some other ones in smaller numbers, five other nationalities in smaller numbers.
00:26:14.000 But we can tell from the Office of Field Operations data that they've flown quite a few into Greg Abbott's Texas, the Houston Field Office, probably 25,000 or so in the Houston Field Office.
00:26:31.000 New York State, 33,000, 35,000 into New York State.
00:26:37.000 Remember, the mayor of New York is blaming all of their immigrant influx on Greg Abbott's busing program.
00:26:46.000 So this should put the lie to that.
00:26:48.000 A lot of this has happened.
00:26:49.000 Now, one quick thing.
00:26:51.000 A lot of people think that the government is paying for these flights and are flying them in on charter flights.
00:26:58.000 That's not my understanding of how it works.
00:27:01.000 They authorize the travel.
00:27:03.000 It's a pre-authorization of travel for people that would have crossed the border illegally.
00:27:10.000 And then they're supposed to be responsible for their own flights, which is a pretty good deal, considering it's less than smuggling, right?
00:27:18.000 So that's how it works.
00:27:21.000 And then you were authorized to fly and you fly in.
00:27:23.000 The customs guys put you through some kind of, you know, a few minutes of pacing and they stamp your papers and you are free to go.
00:27:33.000 And that is what has been happening.
00:27:35.000 Now, most of those nationalities that I mentioned would have a good reason to fly into Florida because there are large expatriate communities of Haitians and Venezuelans.
00:27:48.000 So naturally, you know, you're going to want to reunite with family members and get work and all that sort of thing.
00:27:53.000 But they're also flying in pretty significant numbers into California, Chicago field office, also Boston, the places where you would kind of expect we just can't really narrow down yet, you know, very specific airports and cities.
00:28:16.000 We can just get to the regions at this point, but we're still working on it.
00:28:19.000 Trust me.
00:28:20.000 We got a lawsuit.
00:28:22.000 So, yeah, I just, it's remarkable to me.
00:28:25.000 So, then, how many?
00:28:26.000 So, we have like a million that are being flown into the interior, and then how many a day are coming across the border?
00:28:33.000 Yeah, right now, well, first of all, about the air flights, you know, that's probably amounts to, you know, close to 400,000 by now.
00:28:42.000 But there's another program where they escort them through the land ports, and there's 450,000 of them.
00:28:49.000 You have to put them all together.
00:28:51.000 It's closer to 800,000 in these two programs alone.
00:28:55.000 In addition to them, you have about 7,000 a day that are crossing illegally from places like here in Juarez, where I'm like hanging out with them all day long, interviewing them.
00:29:07.000 And they're like, oh, they're letting us in.
00:29:09.000 So, you know, why wouldn't we come?
00:29:11.000 Caravans are showing up and the rest, but there would be a lot more, except that the Biden administration has cut a deal with the Lopez Obrador government to kind of block them and deport them from the north back to the south for the political optics of it.
00:29:30.000 But still, 7,000 a day right now is just stratospheric.
00:29:34.000 It was ionospheric in November and December at $14,000 a day, $13,000, $12,000 a day, unbelievable.
00:29:43.000 Now back down into like a less media-interested.
00:29:47.000 It seems like the media goes away when it's somewhere under 10,000 a day.
00:29:52.000 And I think that was the point of that deal with the Mexicans.
00:29:55.000 60 Minutes, Oprador went on 60 Minutes just last week and just said, hey, we might not keep holding them back if you don't give us $20 billion.
00:30:05.000 And he just said that.
00:30:06.000 Yes, he said that out loud on 60.
00:30:09.000 Yeah, Joe Biden has said in many negotiations, he doesn't want to tell Mexico what to do because they might get offended.
00:30:14.000 They did something.
00:30:16.000 They did something.
00:30:17.000 They paid him or they will.

00:31:24.000 When they try to enter the United States, are they doing background testing, DNA testing?
00:31:29.000 What is the process to actually enter the United States?
00:31:32.000 Well, they'll run a database check to see if you have any criminal history inside the United States.
00:31:38.000 Of course, if you've never been in the United States, that's going to come up as a blank, but they'll check you in anyway based on that.
00:31:45.000 Also, you know, these Haitians and Venezuelans, Cubans, Nicaraguans, it's not like any of their governments are willing to do an intelligence share with us or a criminal history share.
00:31:57.000 I don't think Haiti even has a working computer right now.
00:32:01.000 So the idea, you know, we're sold on these programs, their parole programs, as though, you know, everybody's like thoroughly vetted and they've all gone through a background check.
00:32:11.000 But in my opinion, there is no background check at all on really any of them or very few of them.
00:32:18.000 And the ones coming in illegally, half of them show up without even any ID.
00:32:23.000 So I don't know how you're going to do background checks on them.
00:32:27.000 So the vetting system in the United States really isn't happening.
00:32:31.000 It's just kind of like fingers crossed, everybody.
00:32:34.000 Fingers crossed.
00:32:35.000 Hope it works out.
00:32:37.000 The Maorcas regime says they can't do anything unless Congress, quote unquote, starts fixing stuff.
00:32:45.000 What specifically has the Biden administration done from remain in Mexico to the repealing of the COVID-era measures that have accelerated this invasion?
00:33:00.000 The first thing they did right out of the gate is they tore gaping exemptions in the Title 42 pandemic pushback policy that Trump had in place.
00:33:12.000 Families with young children, pregnant women, and unaccompanied minors were suddenly exempt, which means that if you're one of those demographics and you showed up at the border, you were automatically guaranteed entry in a high percentage, in high percentage numbers.
00:33:29.000 That's what started it.
00:33:30.000 That was the very first thing they did.
00:33:33.000 And then the next thing they did was they began to eat away at Title 42 until it was gone completely.
00:33:40.000 So that now almost 85% plus, according to Maorcas himself, are checked into the country immediately upon arriving at the border and they're released on their own recognizance, which is a new kind of policy being used at this length to this extent, where you just self-report to an ICE office in the city of your choice.
00:34:08.000 That's how most of them are being released right now.
00:34:11.000 Quick releases.
00:34:12.000 That's why they keep coming.
00:34:14.000 If you spend $10,000 and you have that level of guarantee that you're going to get in and stay in, the whole world is coming.
00:34:23.000 And it is.
00:34:24.000 That's what's going on here.
00:34:26.000 The book is called Overrun, How Joe Biden Unleashed the Greatest Border Crisis in U.S. History.
00:34:31.000 Yesterday, we posted about how the president of Mexico basically said that the migrants are going to keep coming.
00:34:36.000 So Mexico wants this to happen unless they get cash.
00:34:39.000 Is that fair, Todd Benson?
00:34:40.000 So Mexico is facilitating an invasion of the United States of America.
00:34:45.000 Are we at war with Mexico?
00:34:46.000 I mean, for anybody who saw that interview and wants to interpret it in some other way other than an extortion threat, the interviewer for 60 minutes came back and said, that sounds like blackmail, what you're talking about.
00:35:01.000 And the president of Mexico said, I just speak my mind.
00:35:06.000 So it is an extortion threat.
00:35:08.000 There is no other way to interpret this.
00:35:12.000 The Biden administration did do one thing, which is that they cut some sort of a deal with them.
00:35:20.000 I don't know what it is, to have the Mexicans sort of shut down the flow.
00:35:27.000 And they have.
00:35:28.000 I mean, I was out here in Muarez all day yesterday, and I saw Mexican immigration chasing them down, running after them, gathering them up.
00:35:37.000 They're still kind of on it, not universally, but they're on it.
00:35:42.000 When the Mexican president says, let it flow, what he's saying is, I'm going to let off the brake pedal or put on the gas, whichever, until the money shows up.
00:35:53.000 And why is that important?
00:35:54.000 Why does he have the president over a barrel on that?
00:35:57.000 It's because the optics of this thing are so terrible that the and the polling is showing it's such a big deal for voters that this could be Donald Trump's way into office, this one issue.
00:36:13.000 And so Oberdor knows that knows this.
00:36:16.000 And so does the Biden campaign.
00:36:19.000 By the way, I don't think it's the Biden government running policy anymore.
00:36:22.000 I think it's the Biden campaign.
00:36:24.000 No, that's important.
00:36:25.000 That's a good point.
00:36:26.000 Todd, stay safe.
00:36:29.000 You're in a tough spot there.
00:36:30.000 Overrun by Todd Bensman.
00:36:32.000 God bless you, Todd.
