00:01:05.000We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:02:02.000This is a lot of information compressed in a short period of time.
00:02:07.000Because of that, Kerry Lake's legal team decided not to call Katie Hobbs to the stand, which is an interesting legal strategy, but I suppose with the limited time they have, they just don't want someone to take the fifth the entire time.
00:02:20.000Stephen Richer, the Maricopa County recorder, just testified and confirmed that chain of custody was broken.
00:02:27.000He said all ballots that are delegated to a third party or a location are in defiance of Arizona election law.
00:02:36.000Stephen Richer also said under oath that he did not involve himself, donate, or was engaged in the creation of a super PAC against Kerry Lake.
00:02:47.000Let's try to get that information, by the way, to fact check Stephen Richard.
00:02:51.000Did Stephen Richard just lie under oath?
00:04:11.000But the strongest part of Kerry Lake's lawsuit, in my personal opinion, was not even allowed to proceed to trial, which was the signature verification.
00:04:23.000The lack of integrity around signature verification is one of the great injustices unfolding in the era of mail-in balloting.
00:04:38.000Signatures that are not remotely matching with that on file are being approved.
00:04:45.000And so Kerry Lake puts forward 10 complaints.
00:04:49.000Two of them are now being heard in trial.
00:04:52.000The two that are being heard in trial are chain of custody, were the ballots administered and followed in a way that was respectable or respectful or following of Arizona state law.
00:05:12.000When I went to go vote in Scottsdale, Arizona, many of you heard me tell this story dozens of times.
00:05:17.000When I went to go vote, the machines were out.
00:05:19.000The poll workers, very sweet people, were confused and embarrassed about the fact that you could not go and use the machine to cast a ballot at the local polling place, at the local voting center.
00:05:37.000The question is, why did they pass the test the night before and they failed the test the day of?
00:05:42.000What resulted was long lines, chaos, voter disenfranchisement.
00:05:47.000We have real records of people that were not able to cast a ballot or vote because of what Bill Gates and Stephen Richard did in Maricopa County.
00:05:55.000And now this is being heard in a trial format.
00:06:00.000This is a significant step in the right direction.
00:07:43.000When state laws are there for a reason and they just break them, how do you go about fixing that?
00:07:52.000So, regardless of who wins this two-day trial, there's going to be appeals and consecutive amounts of legal challenges.
00:08:01.000But this is a big accomplishment by Carrie Lake to get this to trial.
00:08:11.000Remember, the swear-in date is January 2nd.
00:08:14.000So, this is all being rushed so that it's done by then, or a new election is administered.
00:08:20.000That would be the right thing, but it is unlikely.
00:08:26.000So, right now, Carrie Lake's trial continues, and we're keeping an eye on it.
00:08:29.000We're going into great detail about what is being discussed.
00:08:32.000And Stephen Richer, under oath, do we have that data on Stephen Richer's super PAC, as I asked?
00:08:39.000Stephen Richer was involved in some sort of PAC, but he said under oath, I just heard it before the show started, that that's a complete and total lie, that Stephen Richer was not involved at all in any sort of super PAC whatsoever involved in trying to defeat Republicans.
00:08:55.000Bill Gates, remember, said in a radio interview, he said the best way to save the Republican Party is humiliation at the ballot box.
00:09:05.000These are the people that are administering your elections.
00:09:08.000This lawsuit is a strong one, and now it is being heard in court.
00:09:16.000What will come of this, we do not know, but she has already been able to go further in a very significant way than prior election lawsuits.
00:11:08.000CharlieKirk.com, click on the pre-born banner.
00:11:11.000We have to be pro-life in every possible way, not just argue for pro-life politics, but go to charliekirk.com and click on the pre-born banner.
00:11:20.000Portions of this Charlie Kirk show are brought to you by Pre-Born.
00:12:14.000Stephen Richer said he was not involved in a super PAC, even though American Greatness reported that most of the money raised by the PAC defending Arizona values, a group that believes that there is more to be gained by working across political and cultural lines, defending Arizona values, sent most of these donations to Concilium Consulting, as reported by the Arizona Mirror.
00:12:35.000Quote, it's highly unusual for an election official such as Richer to, quote, get involved in elections the way he's planning to do and by spending in elections that his office will oversee.
00:12:45.000Did Stephen Richard just lie under oath?
00:12:51.000I'm asking a question because he just said it was completely false that he started a super PAC that was against Kerry Lake.
00:12:58.000I hope Stephen Richer has good lawyers.
00:13:01.000Breaking right now, Maricopa County did not reconcile check-ins and ballots against voting-centered PBR chain of custody, resulting in a 17,900, I'm sorry, 17,491 gap in election day ballots.
00:13:15.000Election certified in violation of audit requirements in election procedures manual.
00:13:21.000Exactly what we have been saying on this show this entire time.
00:13:32.000Do you just say, oh, try again next time, pal?
00:13:35.000You can make an argument that breaking the law in an election is a very high crime because it's a crime that impacts the trajectory of the entire state, of the entire community, of future laws, of measures, of decisions.
00:13:56.000It is not the same as just jaywalking or not having your seat belt on.
00:14:02.000Someone says, Charlie, is a revote not likely at all?
00:14:06.000Then what remedy can be possible in your eyes?
00:14:08.000If they're lying under oath, there's got to be a legitimate remedy.
00:14:11.000The judge should be upset at this clown show.
00:14:13.000Well, Matthew, thank you for your email.
00:14:56.000I'm just trying to manage expectations because I do not like hopium, hope and opium mixed into one.
00:15:01.000And then every time we get let down, I would love to be proven wrong, but even that I wouldn't be proven wrong because I'm still saying there's a chance.
00:16:30.000Was Bill Gates aware that machines might fail on election day?
00:16:38.000Rents are soaring at unprecedented highs.
00:16:41.000If you're renting or have a friend or family member that is, now is a great time to make the move to homeownership.
00:16:47.000Look, you got to own renting, that's great, reset stuff.
00:16:50.000Andrew Del Rey and Todd of Akian at Sierra Pacific Mortgage have helped so many people make that leap from renting to owning with lots of programs that offer first-time buyers assistance with little to no down payment needed.
00:17:03.000I encourage you right now to visit my buddies, their website.
00:17:41.000And we're very excited about how things are going today on Election Day.
00:17:45.000We did want to come out and discuss one issue that's going on out there in about 20% of the vote centers.
00:17:52.000Again, we have 223 vote centers across the county.
00:17:56.000In about 20% of those, when people will go and they try and run the ballot through this tabulator, maybe one out of every five or so of those ballots, they're not going through.
00:18:08.000Yeah, so why is it they weren't going through then, Mr. Bill Gates?
00:18:12.000Is it because the settings on the machines were changed?
00:18:15.000Why is it that they passed the test the night before?
00:18:26.000It was at Tyler Boyer's voting center.
00:18:28.000It was at Austin Smith's voting center.
00:18:31.000I could name Turning Point staff member after Charlie Kirk show staff member, where they saw one after the other, Issue, Stephen Richer is asked in court if he knew that the law required early ballots to be counted at the vote center, and he responded by saying they cannot be counted at the vote center.
00:18:53.000Stephen Richer is admitting he broke the law.
00:18:58.000I'm not asking you to be a legal expert.
00:19:01.000I'm asking, do you know, or do you have an understanding?
00:19:04.000Do you have an understanding of whether the law requires that early ballots be counted at the vote center?
00:19:13.000Early ballots actually cannot be counted at the vote center because they are governed still by early voting law, which is my domain, if you will.
00:19:25.000And we have to do a whole bunch of things before we can properly tabulate the ballot that is inside that early ballot envelope.
00:19:41.000That includes sending it to a signature verification audit queue.
00:19:45.000That includes sending it to a bipartisan ballot processing team.
00:19:49.000We keep all tabs all through this process such that if somebody, for instance, puts two ballots in one envelope or if a ballot is damaged inside of an envelope, that will be marked by the bipartisan team.
00:20:02.000And that's actually what I spend a lot of my time on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday in that big room doing.
00:20:12.000Scott Jarrett suggests that Maricopa County produces their own ballots in-house.
00:20:17.000Cannot rule improper ballot definitions being an act of sabotage.
00:20:21.000Maricopa County refuses to classify what occurred on Election Day as a disruption, claiming the widespread failure of printers did not affect voting trends at all.
00:21:42.000Are you aware that Supervisor Gates came out on election day and said 20% of all vote centers were affected by these issues, the ballots being rejected by the tabulators?
00:21:56.000And we didn't have ballots rejected by tabulators.
00:21:58.000They were not being read and by tabulators.
00:22:00.000But that's not a disruption when voters still have ballot options to participate in dropping in those ballots in our secure door number three.
00:22:09.000This guy is named Scott Jarrett, and he says it's not a disruption.
00:22:14.000Let me tell you why it is a disruption, Scott Jarrett, because people don't trust these machines and they shouldn't.
00:22:19.000They want to see their vote counted right then and there.
00:22:22.000So therefore, when their ballot will not be read by the machine, all of a sudden it creates lines.
00:22:28.000Scott Jarrett is so arrogant, so smug.
00:22:32.000Oh my goodness, I have other words for him.
00:22:35.000He knows exactly what happened on that day.
00:22:38.000Conservative Republicans were disenfranchised and he's thrilled.
00:22:43.000That's, yeah, it's not a disruption when tens of thousands of people are unable to vote.
00:23:18.000Why are people so angry about this topic?
00:23:21.000Why are people so fired up about what happened in Maricopa County?
00:23:24.000It's not just that they did something wrong.
00:23:27.000It is their unwillingness to acknowledge that anything went wrong.
00:23:31.000Not even that they did anything wrong, that anything was wrong at all, that it's somehow acceptable and that it is normal to have three hour voting lines.
00:25:25.000Let's go to another piece of tape here.
00:25:28.000Let's go to, we're still actually tabulating some of these.
00:25:33.000Scott Jarrett was testifying that what happened was not disruption.
00:25:40.000Bill Gates said 20% of all the vote centers had ballots not going through tabulators.
00:25:48.000Bill Gates also said the only way that the Republican Party can get back to a place of normalcy in his mind is through humiliation at the ballot box.
00:26:56.000And what they are doing in court right now, lying under oath, misconstruing the truth, covering things up, is an attempt to try to get away with it and acknowledging and admitting they broke the law.
00:27:17.000Someone says, Charlie, why don't you call the judges corrupt?
00:27:20.000Well, we don't know how they're going to rule yet.
00:27:21.000So I'm giving you a prediction of what is likely.
00:27:23.000And once we see what happens, then I'll give you my opinions.
00:27:26.000I'm not going to speculate in the future of what has happened because we don't know yet.
00:27:32.000We don't know if that's going to happen and what is how things are going to result in, how that's going to result in, I should say.
00:27:40.000Someone says, how can anyone in charge of Maricopa County not know the printer issue and paper size issue happened?
00:27:45.000They just continue to be in the dark so they can do this over and over again.
00:29:20.000But getting it to trial is no small accomplishment.
00:29:24.000It's a big deal to even be able to have a day in court.
00:29:27.000Also, Abe Homeday's trial, I don't think is happening yet, but will be, was approved from they ignored or they did not acknowledge the attempts for dismissal.
00:29:38.000And Abe Homeday is going to trial as well.
00:29:42.000Abe Homeday, only 500 votes separates Abe Homeday from a Democrat attorney general.
00:29:54.000Well, I could tell you what should happen, but what should happen, what will happen are typically two different things, especially in the country that we're living in.
00:30:04.000I want to play another piece of tape here.
00:30:53.000Are you aware that Supervisor Gates came out on election day and said 20% of all vote centers were affected by these issues, the ballots being rejected by the tabulates?
00:31:07.000And we didn't have ballots rejected by tabulators that were not being read and by tabulators.
00:31:12.000That's not a disruption when voters still have ballot options to participate in dropping in those ballots in our secure door number three.
00:31:24.000You didn't experience three-hour lines and anthem, you silly citizen.
00:31:29.000Instead of saying, look, this is all 90% of the anger towards him could be ratcheted down if he said, look, man, election day was not ideal.
