00:01:39.000 Let's get into the most urgent news.
00:01:40.000 Right now, Carrie Lake and her legal team are in court.
00:01:45.000 A judge has allowed the Carrie Lake election challenges to proceed to court.
00:01:51.000 She put forward 10 election challenges.
00:01:54.000 Two of them have now been allowed to be heard in a trial format.
00:01:59.000 Now, this is a very quick trial.
00:02:02.000 This is a lot of information compressed in a short period of time.
00:02:07.000 Because of that, Kerry Lake's legal team decided not to call Katie Hobbs to the stand, which is an interesting legal strategy, but I suppose with the limited time they have, they just don't want someone to take the fifth the entire time.
00:02:20.000 Stephen Richer, the Maricopa County recorder, just testified and confirmed that chain of custody was broken.
00:02:27.000 He said all ballots that are delegated to a third party or a location are in defiance of Arizona election law.
00:02:36.000 Stephen Richer also said under oath that he did not involve himself, donate, or was engaged in the creation of a super PAC against Kerry Lake.
00:02:47.000 Let's try to get that information, by the way, to fact check Stephen Richard.
00:02:51.000 Did Stephen Richard just lie under oath?
00:02:53.000 Let's get that information.
00:02:54.000 He said that was absolutely false.
00:02:57.000 I remember reading news story after news story.
00:03:00.000 I saw the documents myself.
00:03:02.000 Now, Carrie Lake spoke at our Turning Point USA America Fest.
00:03:05.000 Her speech was brought to you by Turning Point Action.
00:03:09.000 Let's go to Cut 46.
00:03:12.000 Hey, guys, guess what?
00:03:13.000 Christmas came early yesterday.
00:03:16.000 We are going to trial.
00:03:18.000 This is so historic.
00:03:20.000 And you know what?
00:03:22.000 I couldn't have done it without you.
00:03:24.000 A little over a day ago, I stood here on this stage and I said, please pray, not just for me.
00:03:31.000 Pray for our attorneys.
00:03:32.000 Pray for our witnesses.
00:03:33.000 Pray for the judge.
00:03:34.000 My goodness.
00:03:36.000 And yesterday we got great news.
00:03:36.000 You did it.
00:03:38.000 We're taking these bastards to trial.
00:03:40.000 So getting a trial is a big deal.
00:03:42.000 Donald Trump, as many of you know, attempted several legal challenges during the 2020 election.
00:03:49.000 I'm sorry, after the 2020 election.
00:03:51.000 And in Arizona, none of them were allowed to proceed to trial.
00:03:56.000 Now, I'll be very honest.
00:03:57.000 Kerry Lake had a phenomenal lawsuit, has a phenomenal lawsuit.
00:04:01.000 I have it right here.
00:04:03.000 There are some very serious complaints in this lawsuit.
00:04:08.000 We could read it.
00:04:08.000 We could flip through it.
00:04:09.000 Not the best use of our time today.
00:04:11.000 But the strongest part of Kerry Lake's lawsuit, in my personal opinion, was not even allowed to proceed to trial, which was the signature verification.
00:04:23.000 The lack of integrity around signature verification is one of the great injustices unfolding in the era of mail-in balloting.
00:04:33.000 It's happening in Georgia.
00:04:35.000 It's happening in Pennsylvania.
00:04:36.000 It's happening in Arizona.
00:04:38.000 Signatures that are not remotely matching with that on file are being approved.
00:04:45.000 And so Kerry Lake puts forward 10 complaints.
00:04:49.000 Two of them are now being heard in trial.
00:04:52.000 The two that are being heard in trial are chain of custody, were the ballots administered and followed in a way that was respectable or respectful or following of Arizona state law.
00:05:08.000 And the second is the machines.
00:05:12.000 When I went to go vote in Scottsdale, Arizona, many of you heard me tell this story dozens of times.
00:05:17.000 When I went to go vote, the machines were out.
00:05:19.000 The poll workers, very sweet people, were confused and embarrassed about the fact that you could not go and use the machine to cast a ballot at the local polling place, at the local voting center.
00:05:32.000 Not allowed.
00:05:33.000 So you got to vote in a different way.
00:05:35.000 This happened all across the valley.
00:05:37.000 The question is, why did they pass the test the night before and they failed the test the day of?
00:05:42.000 What resulted was long lines, chaos, voter disenfranchisement.
00:05:47.000 We have real records of people that were not able to cast a ballot or vote because of what Bill Gates and Stephen Richard did in Maricopa County.
00:05:55.000 And now this is being heard in a trial format.
00:06:00.000 This is a significant step in the right direction.
00:06:04.000 This is significant progress.
00:06:05.000 Kerry Lake is further in the election integrity fight than Donald Trump's campaign was ever able to in the state of Arizona in 2020.
00:06:14.000 Now, I also want to manage your expectations.
00:06:17.000 I want to be very honest.
00:06:19.000 The likelihood that after this couple-day trial, that it's going to result in a new election or Katie Hobbs not becoming governor is low.
00:06:27.000 It is not impossible, but it is low.
00:06:31.000 We need your prayers.
00:06:32.000 We need any sort of help that you can provide, which is limited at this time because it's just in trial.
00:06:40.000 Basically, your prayer is the best thing that can happen, best thing you can do.
00:06:44.000 That a judge will act and will see that this was an illegally administered election, as now has been admitted in court.
00:06:50.000 They have admitted that the chain of custody that was broken with the ballots was against Arizona law.
00:06:56.000 It's against the law.
00:06:57.000 So when the government breaks the law, what is the remedy?
00:07:00.000 Now, look, both sides will appeal regardless of this decision.
00:07:04.000 This could go all the way up to a circuit court, potentially even to the U.S. Supreme Court.
00:07:12.000 Maricopa County, under oath, admits they do not count ballots at vote centers, which is required by state law.
00:07:19.000 Bill Gates is a criminal, not Bill Gates, the Microsoft Bill Gates, even though he's a criminal for different reasons.
00:07:27.000 No, Bill Gates from Maricopa County was the one that was bragging.
00:07:31.000 Remember on election day, he said, oh, everything is so hunky-dory, you know, and everything's going great.
00:07:36.000 By the way, you guys could put your stuff in box three and it will be counted at a vote center.
00:07:40.000 That is illegal.
00:07:42.000 So what is the remedy?
00:07:43.000 When state laws are there for a reason and they just break them, how do you go about fixing that?
00:07:52.000 So, regardless of who wins this two-day trial, there's going to be appeals and consecutive amounts of legal challenges.
00:08:01.000 But this is a big accomplishment by Carrie Lake to get this to trial.
00:08:11.000 Remember, the swear-in date is January 2nd.
00:08:14.000 So, this is all being rushed so that it's done by then, or a new election is administered.
00:08:20.000 That would be the right thing, but it is unlikely.
00:08:26.000 So, right now, Carrie Lake's trial continues, and we're keeping an eye on it.
00:08:29.000 We're going into great detail about what is being discussed.
00:08:32.000 And Stephen Richer, under oath, do we have that data on Stephen Richer's super PAC, as I asked?
00:08:39.000 Stephen Richer was involved in some sort of PAC, but he said under oath, I just heard it before the show started, that that's a complete and total lie, that Stephen Richer was not involved at all in any sort of super PAC whatsoever involved in trying to defeat Republicans.
00:08:55.000 Bill Gates, remember, said in a radio interview, he said the best way to save the Republican Party is humiliation at the ballot box.
00:09:05.000 These are the people that are administering your elections.
00:09:08.000 This lawsuit is a strong one, and now it is being heard in court.
00:09:12.000 Carrie Lake has her date in court.
00:09:16.000 What will come of this, we do not know, but she has already been able to go further in a very significant way than prior election lawsuits.
00:09:32.000 It is Christmas week.
00:09:34.000 I want to tell you guys about a way that you can help save a baby's life for just $28 this Christmas season.
00:09:42.000 It is true.
00:09:43.000 Pre-born is one of my favorite organizations.
00:09:45.000 That's why we're partnering with them this Christmas season on charliekirk.com.
00:09:49.000 There's a banner.
00:09:50.000 We know that pregnant girls and women who see their babies on ultrasound are far more likely to choose life.
00:09:57.000 Your gift today can save a baby's life.
00:09:59.000 Just $28 can give a mother who is abortion-minded the chance to see the truth of the baby that is growing inside her.
00:10:06.000 $140 can do this for five girls and women.
00:10:09.000 And a $15,000 gift will provide an ultrasound machine that will save lives for years to come.
00:10:16.000 You just go to charliekirk.com and click on the pre-born banner this Christmas season.
00:10:20.000 We are just days away from Christmas, one of the holiest days of the Christian calendar, one of my favorite days.
00:10:26.000 I love this week.
00:10:28.000 And usually this week's a very slow news week.
00:10:30.000 This is the exception.
00:10:31.000 We got Trump tax returns.
00:10:33.000 We got Omnibus.
00:10:34.000 We got Carrie Lake stuff.
00:10:36.000 It's really all over the place.
00:10:37.000 We just finished Amfest.
00:10:40.000 So in this chaotic time, make a commitment to save a baby's life.
00:10:44.000 If you are pro-life, then my opinion is that part of your giving budget should be directly to help save babies' lives.
00:10:55.000 That is charliekirk.com.
00:10:57.000 Click on the pre-born banner.
00:10:59.000 No better time to save a baby's life than right now.
00:11:01.000 Your gift is matched dollar for dollar, doubling your impact.
00:11:05.000 Erica and I are giving money to pre-born.
00:11:07.000 I think you guys should as well.
00:11:08.000 CharlieKirk.com, click on the pre-born banner.
00:11:11.000 We have to be pro-life in every possible way, not just argue for pro-life politics, but go to charliekirk.com and click on the pre-born banner.
00:11:20.000 Portions of this Charlie Kirk show are brought to you by Pre-Born.
00:11:24.000 Again, CharlieKirk.com.
00:11:26.000 Click on that banner.
00:11:26.000 Super simple.
00:11:27.000 Give back this Christmas season.
00:11:32.000 Remember this?
00:11:33.000 On election day, Bill Gates telling you everything is great.
00:11:36.000 Everything is wonderful.
00:11:37.000 Everything is fine.
00:11:38.000 Don't believe your lying eyes.
00:11:40.000 Play cut 48.
00:11:42.000 When do you anticipate the votes will be counted in total, those 400,000 plus votes?
00:11:48.000 Well, we will be going into next week.
00:11:51.000 There's some onesie twosies, again, pursuant to Arizona law.
00:11:55.000 But I think that we'll see the lion's share here wrap up by early next week.
00:12:01.000 And by the way, they said under oath, I don't recall ballots being rejected.
00:12:05.000 I saw ballots being rejected on Election Day.
00:12:09.000 You saw ballots being rejected on Election Day.
00:12:12.000 They are lying under oath.
00:12:14.000 Stephen Richer said he was not involved in a super PAC, even though American Greatness reported that most of the money raised by the PAC defending Arizona values, a group that believes that there is more to be gained by working across political and cultural lines, defending Arizona values, sent most of these donations to Concilium Consulting, as reported by the Arizona Mirror.
00:12:35.000 Quote, it's highly unusual for an election official such as Richer to, quote, get involved in elections the way he's planning to do and by spending in elections that his office will oversee.
00:12:45.000 Did Stephen Richard just lie under oath?
00:12:47.000 That's a felony.
00:12:49.000 Let's get the exact clip I'm asking.
00:12:50.000 I'm not accusing him.
00:12:51.000 I'm asking a question because he just said it was completely false that he started a super PAC that was against Kerry Lake.
00:12:58.000 I hope Stephen Richer has good lawyers.
00:13:01.000 Breaking right now, Maricopa County did not reconcile check-ins and ballots against voting-centered PBR chain of custody, resulting in a 17,900, I'm sorry, 17,491 gap in election day ballots.
00:13:15.000 Election certified in violation of audit requirements in election procedures manual.
00:13:21.000 Exactly what we have been saying on this show this entire time.
00:13:25.000 Maricopa, they broke the law.
00:13:27.000 They are a pack of criminals.
00:13:30.000 So what do you do with criminals?
00:13:32.000 Do you just say, oh, try again next time, pal?
00:13:35.000 You can make an argument that breaking the law in an election is a very high crime because it's a crime that impacts the trajectory of the entire state, of the entire community, of future laws, of measures, of decisions.
00:13:56.000 It is not the same as just jaywalking or not having your seat belt on.
00:14:02.000 Someone says, Charlie, is a revote not likely at all?
00:14:06.000 Then what remedy can be possible in your eyes?
00:14:08.000 If they're lying under oath, there's got to be a legitimate remedy.
00:14:11.000 The judge should be upset at this clown show.
00:14:13.000 Well, Matthew, thank you for your email.
00:14:15.000 Remember my words.
00:14:16.000 It is possible that there will be a remedy that will be moral and just, but it is unlikely.
00:14:26.000 Not trying to be cynical.
00:14:28.000 I'm not trying to get your hopes down.
00:14:31.000 I'm trying to be realistic about the current legal system in America, the media pressure, and all the other dynamics involved.
00:14:40.000 Carrie Lake's complaint is terrific.
00:14:43.000 Someone says, Charlie, how can this evidence be refuted by the judge?
00:14:47.000 I think a Navy SEAL lawyer wouldn't be considered low culture.
00:14:51.000 Well, we don't know.
00:14:52.000 I don't know how this judge is going to rule.
00:14:53.000 I don't want to speculate.
00:14:54.000 I pray he'll do it the right way.
00:14:56.000 I'm just trying to manage expectations because I do not like hopium, hope and opium mixed into one.
00:15:01.000 And then every time we get let down, I would love to be proven wrong, but even that I wouldn't be proven wrong because I'm still saying there's a chance.
00:15:09.000 There is a likelihood.
00:15:10.000 It is just a low likelihood.
00:15:12.000 Now, there's a chance the judge says, wow, all these things are terrible.
00:15:16.000 Okay, Stephen Richer and Bill Gates, you guys are censured and Katie Hobbs is governor.
00:15:20.000 There really is no roadmap.
00:15:22.000 There is no blueprint.
00:15:24.000 Someone says here, Charlie, they never get convicted or charged for lying under oath.
00:15:31.000 That's true.
00:15:32.000 That is correct.
00:15:34.000 Remember, Bill Gates said under oath, the only way is to humiliate Republicans at the ballot box.
00:15:41.000 This is the guy, I'm not sorry, I'm sorry, it's not under oath.
00:15:44.000 Bill Gates on radio saying that Republicans need to be humiliated to the ballot box.
00:15:51.000 Not under oath.
00:15:51.000 This is a radio interview.
00:15:53.000 This is the guy that was tasked with running our elections.
00:15:55.000 Play cut 49.
00:15:56.000 You said the other day, I think the way back, and I believe you're talking about your party, is by humiliation at the ballot box.
00:16:05.000 What do you mean by that?
00:16:07.000 Well, I fear, I fear that if we continue to nominate people who deny the truth, then what may have to happen is that we lose elections.
00:16:21.000 He's talking about Terry Lake.
00:16:23.000 That's the guy that is the referee.
00:16:25.000 He's the umpire of the game.
00:16:27.000 He's in charge of the rules.
00:16:30.000 Was Bill Gates aware that machines might fail on election day?
00:16:38.000 Rents are soaring at unprecedented highs.
00:16:41.000 If you're renting or have a friend or family member that is, now is a great time to make the move to homeownership.
00:16:47.000 Look, you got to own renting, that's great, reset stuff.
00:16:50.000 Andrew Del Rey and Todd of Akian at Sierra Pacific Mortgage have helped so many people make that leap from renting to owning with lots of programs that offer first-time buyers assistance with little to no down payment needed.
00:17:03.000 I encourage you right now to visit my buddies, their website.
00:17:06.000 They're great guys.
00:17:07.000 They're Christians.
00:17:07.000 They're conservatives.
00:17:08.000 They love the Lord.
00:17:09.000 AndrewNTodd.com right now.
00:17:11.000 The thing I love about these guys is it's not about the transaction.
00:17:14.000 They're helping you create a plan to help you reach your goals.
00:17:17.000 Give them a call or go to their website, andrewandTodd.com.
00:17:20.000 With today's still historically low interest rates, it's easier than you think to become a homeowner.
00:17:25.000 I've relied on them and producer Andrew has as well.
00:17:28.000 I highly recommend you take action now.
00:17:30.000 And if you knew someone paying rent, tell them about Andrew and Todd.
00:17:33.000 Go to andrewandtodd.com and tell them the Charlie Kirk show sent you.
00:17:40.000 Cut 50, please.
00:17:41.000 And we're very excited about how things are going today on Election Day.
00:17:45.000 We did want to come out and discuss one issue that's going on out there in about 20% of the vote centers.
00:17:52.000 Again, we have 223 vote centers across the county.
00:17:56.000 In about 20% of those, when people will go and they try and run the ballot through this tabulator, maybe one out of every five or so of those ballots, they're not going through.
00:18:08.000 Yeah, so why is it they weren't going through then, Mr. Bill Gates?
00:18:12.000 Is it because the settings on the machines were changed?
00:18:15.000 Why is it that they passed the test the night before?
00:18:19.000 And by the way, it wasn't 20%.
00:18:21.000 It's closer to 58 to 59%.
00:18:23.000 Let's pretend it was 50%.
00:18:25.000 It was at my voting center.
00:18:26.000 It was at Tyler Boyer's voting center.
00:18:28.000 It was at Austin Smith's voting center.
00:18:31.000 I could name Turning Point staff member after Charlie Kirk show staff member, where they saw one after the other, Issue, Stephen Richer is asked in court if he knew that the law required early ballots to be counted at the vote center, and he responded by saying they cannot be counted at the vote center.
00:18:53.000 Stephen Richer is admitting he broke the law.
00:18:56.000 Play Cut 51.
00:18:58.000 I'm not asking you to be a legal expert.
00:19:01.000 I'm asking, do you know, or do you have an understanding?
00:19:04.000 Do you have an understanding of whether the law requires that early ballots be counted at the vote center?
00:19:13.000 Early ballots actually cannot be counted at the vote center because they are governed still by early voting law, which is my domain, if you will.
00:19:25.000 And we have to do a whole bunch of things before we can properly tabulate the ballot that is inside that early ballot envelope.
00:19:34.000 And that includes scanning it in.
00:19:37.000 That includes imaging it.
00:19:39.000 That includes signature verifying it.
00:19:41.000 That includes sending it to a signature verification audit queue.
00:19:45.000 That includes sending it to a bipartisan ballot processing team.
00:19:49.000 We keep all tabs all through this process such that if somebody, for instance, puts two ballots in one envelope or if a ballot is damaged inside of an envelope, that will be marked by the bipartisan team.
00:20:02.000 And that's actually what I spend a lot of my time on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday in that big room doing.
00:20:08.000 Sounds sort of nervous, doesn't he?
00:20:10.000 Kerry Lake has just tweeted.
00:20:12.000 Scott Jarrett suggests that Maricopa County produces their own ballots in-house.
00:20:17.000 Cannot rule improper ballot definitions being an act of sabotage.
00:20:21.000 Maricopa County refuses to classify what occurred on Election Day as a disruption, claiming the widespread failure of printers did not affect voting trends at all.
00:20:31.000 By the way, we know this is a lie.
00:20:33.000 We have text messages from Stephen Richer that show this is a lie.
00:20:37.000 Stephen Richer texted Tyler Boyer, and he said he anticipated 400 to 450,000 people showing up and voting in person on Election Day.
00:20:46.000 That number was closer to 270,000.
00:20:49.000 We have those text messages to Stephen Richard.
00:20:50.000 Now they're not under oath, but you're lying.
00:20:55.000 That's not the truth.
00:20:56.000 You told Tyler Boyer that you were anticipating 350 to 450,000.
00:21:03.000 I saw the lines in Anthem.
00:21:05.000 By the way, do we have the lines of what happened in Anthem?
00:21:07.000 Three, four-hour waits in Anthem, two-hour waits in Sun City, one hour wait in Queen Creek.
00:21:12.000 That's not a disruption.
00:21:14.000 If this happened in black neighborhoods, they would call it a lot more than a disruption.
00:21:19.000 Play cut 52.
00:21:31.000 So you don't believe that what happened on November 8th was not a disruption in the election process.
00:21:40.000 I do not catch it.
00:21:42.000 Are you aware that Supervisor Gates came out on election day and said 20% of all vote centers were affected by these issues, the ballots being rejected by the tabulators?
00:21:56.000 And we didn't have ballots rejected by tabulators.
00:21:58.000 They were not being read and by tabulators.
00:22:00.000 But that's not a disruption when voters still have ballot options to participate in dropping in those ballots in our secure door number three.
00:22:09.000 This guy is named Scott Jarrett, and he says it's not a disruption.
00:22:14.000 Let me tell you why it is a disruption, Scott Jarrett, because people don't trust these machines and they shouldn't.
00:22:19.000 They want to see their vote counted right then and there.
00:22:22.000 So therefore, when their ballot will not be read by the machine, all of a sudden it creates lines.
00:22:28.000 Scott Jarrett is so arrogant, so smug.
00:22:32.000 Oh my goodness, I have other words for him.
00:22:35.000 He knows exactly what happened on that day.
00:22:38.000 Conservative Republicans were disenfranchised and he's thrilled.
00:22:43.000 That's, yeah, it's not a disruption when tens of thousands of people are unable to vote.
00:22:50.000 One testimony after the other.
00:22:51.000 Charlie, I voted on Election Day.
00:22:53.000 It took me two hours to end up voting.
00:22:55.000 I saw at least 500 people leave line in disgust.
00:23:00.000 500 people, but that's not a disruption.
00:23:02.000 Remember, based on modeling, they were overwhelmed by Election Day turnout and they probably did not have enough capacity.
00:23:09.000 You add disruptions, you're guaranteed to disenfranchise thousands, if not tens of thousands of voters.
00:23:16.000 And that's not a disruption.
00:23:18.000 Why are people so angry about this topic?
00:23:21.000 Why are people so fired up about what happened in Maricopa County?
00:23:24.000 It's not just that they did something wrong.
00:23:27.000 It is their unwillingness to acknowledge that anything went wrong.
00:23:31.000 Not even that they did anything wrong, that anything was wrong at all, that it's somehow acceptable and that it is normal to have three hour voting lines.
00:23:42.000 They will not own it.
00:23:43.000 In fact, it is so creepy and Orwellian.
00:23:49.000 So you walk into the room and you ask your kid, hey, and they have cookies all over their mouth, how many cookies did you eat?
00:23:57.000 And he turns up to you and he says, I didn't eat any cookies.
00:24:01.000 You did.
00:24:02.000 No, no, no, I could see the cookies on your mouth.
00:24:04.000 No, no, no.
00:24:05.000 You ate the cookies.
00:24:07.000 It's the exact opposite.
00:24:09.000 It's total and complete psychological projection.
00:24:12.000 They won't say, I'm sorry.
00:24:13.000 They won't take responsibility.
00:24:15.000 They won't own it because they know if they do, there is massive criminal liability for them.
00:24:20.000 And there should be.
00:24:22.000 What should the penalty be for disrupting an election?
00:24:25.000 What should the penalty be for not allowing people to vote in the matter of their choosing?
00:24:31.000 Someone says, Charlie, what do you feel the outcome will be with all of this?
00:24:34.000 Do you think the judge will see through them?
00:24:36.000 All right.
00:24:37.000 Let me just reiterate.
00:24:39.000 I pray that this gets resolved in a way that will administer a new election.
00:24:46.000 That is not impossible, but it is very unlikely.
00:24:52.000 What is likely, but what would be tragic, so what is likely is also what is tragic, would be the following.
00:25:02.000 The judge says, okay, you guys then follow some laws.
00:25:05.000 You're ordered to fix them next time.
00:25:08.000 Katie Hobbs is governor.
00:25:09.000 That is likely what will happen.
00:25:12.000 Judges are risk averse.
00:25:15.000 Now, hopefully these appeals will keep on going up and up and up and up.
00:25:20.000 And I pray for a miracle here.
00:25:23.000 I truly do.
00:25:25.000 Let's go to another piece of tape here.
00:25:28.000 Let's go to, we're still actually tabulating some of these.
00:25:33.000 Scott Jarrett was testifying that what happened was not disruption.
00:25:40.000 Bill Gates said 20% of all the vote centers had ballots not going through tabulators.
00:25:48.000 Bill Gates also said the only way that the Republican Party can get back to a place of normalcy in his mind is through humiliation at the ballot box.
00:26:00.000 You factor all these things together.
00:26:04.000 Keep my microphone on this.
00:26:05.000 This is, according to Scott Jarrett, there are no disruptions.
00:26:11.000 Let's play Cut 53.
00:26:13.000 I will continue to narrate over it.
00:26:15.000 This is the line in Anthem, Arizona.
00:26:18.000 That is in the northernmost part of Maricopa County.
00:26:21.000 Let's play Cut 53 and keep my mic on as I, this is it.
00:26:24.000 This is not a disruption.
00:26:25.000 Look at this.
00:26:26.000 Look at these lines.
00:26:27.000 How many of these people ended up going home?
00:26:30.000 According to sworn testimony, hundreds of these people ended up saying, you know what?
00:26:35.000 Forget it.
00:26:35.000 I'm going home.
00:26:36.000 Waste of time.
00:26:38.000 Lines and lines and lines and lines.
00:26:41.000 Why?
00:26:41.000 Because of Stephen Richer and Bill Gates and this guy, Scott Jarrett, who say this is not a disruption.
00:26:49.000 No, this is more than a disruption.
00:26:51.000 This is an unmitigated sabotage.
00:26:56.000 And what they are doing in court right now, lying under oath, misconstruing the truth, covering things up, is an attempt to try to get away with it and acknowledging and admitting they broke the law.
00:27:17.000 Someone says, Charlie, why don't you call the judges corrupt?
00:27:20.000 Well, we don't know how they're going to rule yet.
00:27:21.000 So I'm giving you a prediction of what is likely.
00:27:23.000 And once we see what happens, then I'll give you my opinions.
00:27:26.000 I'm not going to speculate in the future of what has happened because we don't know yet.
00:27:32.000 We don't know if that's going to happen and what is how things are going to result in, how that's going to result in, I should say.
00:27:40.000 Someone says, how can anyone in charge of Maricopa County not know the printer issue and paper size issue happened?
00:27:45.000 They just continue to be in the dark so they can do this over and over again.
00:27:47.000 No, they're lying.
00:27:48.000 They know what happened.
00:27:49.000 They are lying.
00:27:50.000 Now, will they be held accountable for lying under oath?
00:27:53.000 Also, extremely unlikely.
00:27:57.000 This person says, Charlie, can these lawyers be disparred for their part of the coup, similar to what Democrats do to our side?
00:28:03.000 They can be, but they probably won't be.
00:28:06.000 Update: Maricopa County has just said that they were unprepared for Election Day.
00:28:14.000 The question is: was the lack of preparation deliberate or intentional?
00:28:18.000 Now, we can go dig up our tweet, Ryan or Andrew, or Blake.
00:28:22.000 Can you go find my tweet that I sent out to Stephen Richer?
00:28:26.000 We said this and we were ignored and we were laughed at.
00:28:28.000 And Stephen Richer said that we were wrong.
00:28:36.000 And we tweeted out weeks ahead of time.
00:28:38.000 Are you guys ready for the volume of people that are going to show up on Election Day?
00:28:44.000 We don't know.
00:28:45.000 Who changed the machine tabulator settings?
00:28:48.000 Who changed the printer settings?
00:28:51.000 Why did they pass the test the night before and they started at 58% of locations fail on Election Day?
00:28:58.000 Why is it that Bill Gates said everything was just fine and he said, just go put it in box three, which is against the law?
00:29:07.000 Why is it?
00:29:08.000 Someone says, sorry, but Carrie Lake's attorney is lame.
00:29:11.000 We need a bulldog.
00:29:12.000 We get one opportunity.
00:29:14.000 And is this the best that can represent us?
00:29:15.000 Well, look, I'm going to defend them.
00:29:17.000 They did get this to trial.
00:29:19.000 So good for them.
00:29:19.000 We'll see what happens from there.
00:29:20.000 But getting it to trial is no small accomplishment.
00:29:24.000 It's a big deal to even be able to have a day in court.
00:29:27.000 Also, Abe Homeday's trial, I don't think is happening yet, but will be, was approved from they ignored or they did not acknowledge the attempts for dismissal.
00:29:38.000 And Abe Homeday is going to trial as well.
00:29:42.000 Abe Homeday, only 500 votes separates Abe Homeday from a Democrat attorney general.
00:29:51.000 So what consequences can there be?
00:29:54.000 Well, I could tell you what should happen, but what should happen, what will happen are typically two different things, especially in the country that we're living in.
00:30:04.000 I want to play another piece of tape here.
00:30:06.000 Very important.
00:30:07.000 And I think we played this earlier, but it's worth playing again.
00:30:13.000 I just can't believe this.
00:30:14.000 Scott Jarrett says what happened on election day was not a disruption.
00:30:20.000 Not only are they lying, they're calling you a liar.
00:30:25.000 Think about that.
00:30:26.000 That's worse than lying, isn't it?
00:30:27.000 What is worse than lying?
00:30:29.000 Calling you a liar.
00:30:31.000 Play cut 52.
00:30:32.000 Had legal and ballot options to still be able to participate within our voting locations.
00:30:39.000 So I don't agree.
00:30:40.000 What not catch this is a disruption.
00:30:42.000 So you don't believe that what happened on November 8th was not a disruption in the election process.
00:30:51.000 I do not catch it.
00:30:53.000 Are you aware that Supervisor Gates came out on election day and said 20% of all vote centers were affected by these issues, the ballots being rejected by the tabulates?
00:31:07.000 And we didn't have ballots rejected by tabulators that were not being read and by tabulators.
00:31:12.000 That's not a disruption when voters still have ballot options to participate in dropping in those ballots in our secure door number three.
00:31:21.000 It's not a disruption.
00:31:23.000 He's calling you a liar.
00:31:24.000 You didn't experience three-hour lines and anthem, you silly citizen.
00:31:29.000 Instead of saying, look, this is all 90% of the anger towards him could be ratcheted down if he said, look, man, election day was not ideal.
00:31:40.000 It just wasn't.
00:31:41.000 It wasn't how we want to do things around here.
00:31:44.000 We acknowledge it and we're embarrassed, but nothing bad happened.
00:31:48.000 Nothing evil happened.
00:31:49.000 If he said that, his sympathy ratings would go up.
00:31:52.000 Instead, there was no disruption.
00:31:53.000 Why was there disruption?
00:31:55.000 Everything was fine.
00:31:55.000 It was perfect.
00:31:56.000 They're calling you a liar.
00:32:00.000 Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
