00:01:30.000 What is in the ninth circle of hell, according to Dante?
00:01:35.000 Those of you that are not familiar, have not read your divine comedy recently.
00:01:39.000 The divine comedy is an extended poem that talks about the levels, the orders of hell, purgatory, and heaven.
00:01:48.000 It is one of the most instrumental, one of the most beautiful pieces of literature ever in the Western canon.
00:01:54.000 Dante gives you a tour of human vices.
00:01:58.000 Now, it's a difficult read because it's written in a poem and it's translated into English, so it doesn't fit as perfectly.
00:02:05.000 Dante spent so much time working on the syllable combination to actually make it mathematically consistent with the broader themes he was talking about.
00:02:14.000 But he orders, in his opinion, what would be the worst thing somebody can do and their correlated punishments.
00:02:22.000 So lust, sloth, gluttony, violence.
00:02:26.000 But at the lowest level of hell, right outside of where Satan himself resides, are the people that committed treachery and betrayal.
00:02:39.000 The ninth circle of hell, according to Dante, is filled with people who betrayed those closest to them.
00:02:50.000 So, for example, in the first round of this circle of hell is for traitors to one's family.
00:02:57.000 It is named after Cain from the Bible, who, of course, murdered his brother Abel.
00:03:02.000 The second part of this circle is for those who betrayed their country.
00:03:09.000 And the third part is for hosts who betrayed their guests.
00:03:14.000 The final level, which was the absolute deepest level of hell in Dante's description, is for those who betray their masters, lords, and benefactors.
00:03:24.000 At the very bottom is Satan, who, of course, betrayed God, devouring the body of three separate traitors, three mouths, Brutus, Cassius, and Judas Iscariot.
00:03:39.000 Of course, Brutus and Cassius, the two leading assassins of Julius Caesar.
00:03:44.000 Now, why this buildup?
00:03:45.000 What does Dante's divine comedy have to do with what we're living through right now?
00:03:51.000 We are living through a regime that was made possible, that was put into place thanks to the behavior, the actions, the planning of people that betrayed their nation and betrayed their oath to the U.S. Constitution.
00:04:05.000 On Friday, we learned, thanks to Elon Musk's courage via the new drop of Twitter files, thanks to Matt Taibbi's reporting, that Twitter had regularly scheduled meetings with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Department of National Intelligence.
00:04:29.000 In fact, these meetings were done so regularly, they were done so frequently, that they had them built into the calendar apparatus under fake and disguised and camouflaged names on Twitter's calendar scheduling, let's just say, procedures.
00:04:48.000 Yoel Roth was the main driver of this.
00:04:52.000 Yoel Roth is someone that you're going to hear more and more about.
00:04:58.000 You see, Yoel Roth was meeting with the FBI so regularly that he would brag to his colleagues at Twitter in almost joking fashion, saying, Yeah, I'm definitely not meeting with the FBI right now about Donald Trump.
00:05:13.000 In fact, in one exchange, Yoel Roth was saying to his colleagues, this is what's so amazing.
00:05:18.000 He said, he says to his friends, hey there, I have to miss the FBI and DHS meetings today.
00:05:25.000 I want you to just pause about this.
00:05:26.000 This is Twitter's own internal Slack channels.
00:05:29.000 This is Yoel Roth saying, hey, I got to meet our regularly scheduled meeting with the FBI.
00:05:36.000 Think about that.
00:05:37.000 If it was a once-in-a-blue moon thing, it'd be, hey, I have to miss the important meeting.
00:05:42.000 No, meetings, plural, it happens regularly.
00:05:46.000 They got to know each other.
00:05:47.000 The FBI and Twitter developed familiarity with one another.
00:05:51.000 He says, can you give me a readout if there's anything interesting that comes up?
00:05:56.000 And his colleague, Patrick Conlon, said, sure thing, I hope everything's okay.
00:06:01.000 You see, Yoel Roth would, in his internal Slack channels, we know this thanks to Elon Musk dumping all this information, would be saying that specific tweets and pieces of information that the FBI did not like would be flagged by the Bureau, flagged by DHS, and then Twitter would censor them, said differently.
00:06:25.000 The FBI was engaged in an unconstitutional and probably illegal, deliberate campaign to censor the speech of Americans via proxy.
00:06:36.000 Taibbi reveals that while flagging these tweets for review, Twitter would then look at them and in some cases just suppress or censor them.
00:06:46.000 Quote, from the files, we just got a report from the FBI concerning two tweets.
00:06:53.000 The first related to shredding of mail and ballots.
00:06:55.000 This has been proven to be false.
00:06:56.000 Do you have a moment to be ready for this one?
00:06:58.000 The second tweet then is about an elected Indiana Republican who claimed, quote, between 2 to 25% of ballots by mail are being rejected for errors.
00:07:07.000 So the FBI was flagging statements by elected Republican officials to be meddled with, suppressed, or perhaps even deleted by Twitter.
00:07:15.000 The FBI does not have the right to do this, so they had to go to their partners led by Yoel Roth.
00:07:25.000 After January 6th, Twitter built an even closer relationship with all of these government agencies.
00:07:30.000 This is the fourth branch of government we've been worrying about.
00:07:32.000 Unchecked, unelected, FBI, DHS, DNI.
00:07:36.000 These agencies of government were not acting independently.
00:07:41.000 They were outsourcing their censorship because the FBI is not legally allowed to do it on their own.
00:07:47.000 So they did it via proxy.
00:07:49.000 And by the way, this is the textbook definition of fascism.
00:07:54.000 Government working with private business to suppress your freedoms, your liberties, your civil rights.
00:08:01.000 One of Roth's colleagues joked about meeting titles, saying, Oh, yeah, sure, they're very boring business meetings.
00:08:07.000 This is definitely not about Trump.
00:08:09.000 And Roth said, Yeah, pretty much.
00:08:11.000 I'm definitely not meeting with the FBI in all quotes, all caps.
00:08:14.000 I swear.
00:08:16.000 So, why do we categorize this as treason, as betrayal?
00:08:22.000 Well, it's rather self-evident.
00:08:24.000 In 2020, the FBI head, Christopher Wray, DHS Secretary Chad Wolf, and acting DNI chair John Ratcliffe were all Trump appointees.
00:08:35.000 Now, John Ratcliffe is a friend of this program.
00:08:38.000 He went on Maria Barta Romo and denies this.
00:08:42.000 Chad Wolf was acting of DHS, so maybe they didn't know what was going on in their own department.
00:08:48.000 But this was Trump's own government, Trump's own administrative state, that was acting exactly as Brutus and Cassius were acting with Julius Caesar thousands of years ago, acting to undermine, usurp, and remove a president that they did not like, that they were swore in allegiance to the Constitution to faithfully and dutifully execute the laws of the land.
00:09:18.000 And what did they do with that?
00:09:19.000 They stabbed Trump and the United States Constitution in the back.
00:09:23.000 The worst thing that you could do, according to Dante's own analysis of the depth, the betrayal of human behavior.
00:09:34.000 We are now living under a regime, the Biden regime, that we said for a long time was implemented and not elected, but now we have continued glaring evidence that our national conversation, our public discourse, did not fall apart on its own.
00:09:51.000 No, our national discourse, our ability to have a digital public square was torpedoed by people that committed constitutional treason via our government and Twitter, and we're bragging about it.
00:10:08.000 What if I told you you could save a baby's life for just $28?
00:10:12.000 Well, it's true.
00:10:13.000 Pre-born is a ministry doing just that with the help of people just like you by offering free ultrasound sessions to pregnant women and girls who might otherwise choose to end their pregnancies.
00:10:23.000 We know that pregnant girls and women who can see their babies on ultrasound are far more likely to choose life.
00:10:29.000 Your gift today can save babies' lives.
00:10:30.000 Just $28 can give a money who is abortion-minded the chance to see the truth of the baby that is growing inside her.
00:10:37.000 $140 can do this for five girls and women.
00:10:41.000 And a $15,000 gift will provide an ultrasound machine that will save lives for years to come.

00:11:43.000 So check it out right now at charliekirk.com.
00:11:47.000 That's charliekirk.com.
00:11:49.000 Your gift of $140 provides a free ultrasound session for five young women in unplanned pregnancies.
00:11:56.000 80% of these women will choose life when they see the ultrasound image of their babies.
00:12:02.000 Give it the gift of life this Christmas season.
00:12:04.000 CharlieKirk.com and click on the banner.
00:12:09.000 So the main censor, the person who was one of the architects of this betrayal, similar to that of Brutus and Cassius, is Yoel Roth or Yoel Roth.
00:12:24.000 Yoel Roth was one of the most powerful people on the planet.
00:12:31.000 Someone described that he was actually the de facto CEO of Twitter for some time.
00:12:38.000 His official title was head of Twitter's Trust and Safety.
00:12:44.000 But in effect, he was Twitter's chief censor.
00:12:46.000 He was in charge of saying that this would be allowed to stay on Twitter and this would not.
00:12:52.000 Elon Musk has described him as saying he was the de facto CEO of the company before he purchased it and took over.
00:13:04.000 He was one of the most powerful people in the world.
00:13:07.000 He could and did deplatform the leader of the free world.
00:13:11.000 He was the liaison that met with the FBI and DHS.
00:13:14.000 So let's take a step back here.
00:13:16.000 If he was de facto CEO of Twitter, if he was dealing personally with the top-level sensitive information, therefore, the meetings that Yoel Roth had with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, with the Department of Homeland Security, were not inconsequential, little meaningless meetings.
00:13:36.000 These were high-stakes, civilizational defining meetings.
00:13:41.000 These were planning sessions for political collusion.
00:13:48.000 So over the last couple weeks, a lot has come out about Roth.
00:13:52.000 For one, people have found his PhD dissertation and his other academic writing.
00:13:57.000 So Yoel Roth is a gay man.
00:14:00.000 That's not relevant if we're just talking about what he did and why he did it.
00:14:07.000 Not relevant.
00:14:08.000 His personal sexuality does not apply to this.
00:14:10.000 However, it does apply to this because now that I am attacking Yoel Roth and other people are, they say, you can't attack him because he's a member of some victim group immediately trying to play the gay card.
00:14:21.000 So in that sense, I guess it does become increasingly relevant.
00:14:25.000 He talked a lot about how his dream job was to write chef-themed porn.
00:14:30.000 I don't even know what that is.
00:14:32.000 He says that his new office features an appropriate amount of gay porn.
00:14:35.000 He has a pornographic calendar.
00:14:38.000 Okay, way too much information, kind of weird and creepy.
00:14:40.000 This is Yoel Roth talking about Trump's tweets being labeled as misinformation.
00:14:40.000 He talks about it.
00:14:47.000 Play cut six.
00:14:49.000 But what are you worried about these Twitter files?
00:14:52.000 It's terrifying.
00:14:53.000 All of a sudden, we apply a misinformation label to Donald Trump's account, and I'm on the cover of the New York Post.
00:14:59.000 And that is a deeply terrifying experience.
00:15:02.000 And I say this from a position of unquestioned privilege as a cis white male.
00:15:08.000 Like the internet is much scarier and much worse for lots of other people who aren't me, but it was pretty scary for a long time.
00:15:16.000 Yeah, and we have you to thank for it, for making it safer, immediately playing the victim.
00:15:21.000 It's just so scary that everyone's coming after me.
00:15:24.000 Yeah, maybe you shouldn't have betrayed your country, Yoel Roth, for your own degenerate purposes.
00:15:30.000 He proposed co-founding a blog called Hackers and Porn.
00:15:34.000 He said, needless to say, I'd be writing for the porn side.
00:15:38.000 He also once shared an article from Salon asking whether it might be appropriate for high school students to have relationships with their teachers.
00:15:45.000 Yoel Roth also celebrated how Grinder users use emojis and code language to get around the app's ban on explicit sexual language.
00:15:54.000 But then a few years later, as Twitter's chief censor, he deliberately twisted the rules to enable more censorship of conservatives.
00:16:02.000 In his PhD dissertation, which has now been deleted by University of Pennsylvania, Roth speculated on whether the app Grinder should be modified so that underage users can join, partly on the grounds that it would improve safety since underage people are already lying to get on.
00:16:19.000 In a 300-page dissertation, Roth says that he was a daily user of Grinder and other hookup apps.
00:16:26.000 So here's what it is: Yoel Roth was a, and actually is, a degenerate boy king, someone with way too much power that no one elected.
00:16:36.000 They just stumbled into this role with the ability to police, censor, and manipulate news stories at any time.
00:16:45.000 It reminds of the archetype of Joffrey Lannister, of the boy king that just has all this power and no one can possibly question him.
00:16:55.000 And you play the victim when anyone dares question your reign of terror.
00:17:02.000 And then Yoel Roth comes out and he says, well, it's just so scary.
00:17:06.000 You're a traitor to America, Yoel Roth.
00:17:10.000 And we're just beginning talking about you.
00:17:15.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
00:17:17.000 Our friends at Hillsdale College wish you and yours a happy and blessed Christmas and healthy and prosperous new year.
00:17:24.000 Since Hillsdale's founding in 1844, it has taught its students by precept and example the teachings and practices of the Christian faith.
00:17:32.000 College continues this mission in its classroom and nationwide through its educational outreach efforts by ensuring both Christian and conservative values remain at the core of Hillsdale College.
00:17:44.000 So this Christmas season, my friends at Hillsdale want to thank you for your kindness towards the college.
00:17:49.000 They have prepared a special video featuring their sacred music choir singing O Little Town of Bethlehem in their beautiful Christ Chapel at the heart of campus.
00:17:58.000 When you visit hillsdale.edus/slash Christmas, you can see and hear the choir and view many other free resources to help you celebrate the season.
00:18:06.000 Please take a moment right now to go to hillsdale.edu/slash Christmas and hear the Hillsdale College Choir.
00:18:12.000 That's hillsdale.edu/slash Christmas.
00:18:17.000 Carrie Lake joins us right now, and she just dropped the lawsuit like she dropped an album on Friday evening.
00:18:24.000 Carrie, welcome back to the program.
00:18:26.000 Nice to see you, Charlie.
00:18:28.000 I guess the correct term is we filed a lawsuit.
00:18:32.000 But yeah, I did say we dropped it, and then someone said, you dropped it.
00:18:34.000 I go, no, no, no, we filed it.
00:18:36.000 We filed it.
00:18:37.000 And it's a doozy.
00:18:38.000 I mean, it really exposes the dark underbelly of rigged elections.
00:18:44.000 And I hate to use terms like that, but that is what we have.
00:18:47.000 And when we didn't deal with what happened in 2020 and deal with it honestly, because people were being censored, they were afraid to speak out on it.
00:18:54.000 This is what you get.
00:18:55.000 Another election.
00:18:57.000 The people are losing faith in our elections and the system of our elections.
00:19:01.000 And we're going to have a situation where nobody feels like their vote counts because right now it doesn't.
00:19:07.000 It's being mixed in with a whole bunch of bogus ballots to the tune of hundreds of thousands here in Arizona.
00:19:14.000 So that's a serious accusation.
00:19:16.000 Walk us through the evidence.
00:19:17.000 Walk us through the lawsuit.
00:19:18.000 It's 70 pages.
00:19:19.000 It's very powerful.
00:19:21.000 So take as much time as you want, Carrie.
00:19:21.000 That's right.
00:19:23.000 Walk us through it.
00:19:24.000 Here it is.
00:19:24.000 Okay.
00:19:25.000 It was filed Friday, and it's 278 pages of exhibits that are not included in this.
00:19:30.000 It's a 70-page lawsuit, but we dropped off all of our exhibits with signed declarations under penalty of perjury.
00:19:39.000 We have whistleblowers from Runbeck, which is the company that prints out the ballots for Maricopa County and really many other places around the country.
00:19:49.000 And we also have whistleblowers, three of them who work for the county in the voter signature verification portion of the work being done with the mail-in ballots.
00:19:59.000 As you know, most of our ballots come in mail and ballot here in Arizona.
00:20:03.000 And the only security feature, truly, are two things.
00:20:07.000 One, signature verification, incredibly important.
00:20:10.000 That's where you sign the back of the envelope swearing that you are the one who filled it out and mailed it in.
00:20:15.000 And then we have chain of custody.
00:20:17.000 That's where we keep a very close tracking of each and every ballot so that fake ballots can't be slipped in or legal ballots can't be pulled out.
00:20:28.000 In both of those areas, there were complete abject failures.
00:20:31.000 And we have evidence showing that in testimony that people have given us and signed declarations.
00:20:38.000 We also have an expert in when it comes to certification of the equipment who says that this ability for all of these machines to go out kind of in unison on Election Day could not have been done absent of intentional misconduct.
00:20:54.000 I wanted to read the quote, could not have occurred absent of intentional misconduct.
00:20:59.000 So he's basically saying without intentional misconduct, that epic meltdown on election day that disenfranchised so many Republican voters wouldn't have happened.
00:21:10.000 This lawsuit is just ripe with all kinds of errors, all kinds of election laws that were broken or ignored.
00:21:19.000 And if we don't follow election laws, we won't have a country much longer.
00:21:23.000 And that's why I'm filing this because I want to restore our faith in our elections and make sure that the rules and laws are being followed so that we know on election night who won and we can live with the results.
00:21:35.000 So the 300,000 mail-in ballots that had no chain of custody, is that statewide or is that just Maricopa County?
00:21:43.000 And how did you guys come to that figure?
00:21:46.000 That was through a Runbeck employee who is a whistleblower and said that the ballots that were coming in and they did the math on it, I think it was 200, I'll tell you, 298,900 had no chain of custody.
00:22:03.000 When they were coming in, they weren't following all of the regulated and mandated requirements when it comes to whenever you open up a bin, opening it up, signing it, counting how many are in there, replacing it.
00:22:15.000 It was haphazardly done and they came up with that figure.
00:22:19.000 And we have all of the declarations from that whistleblower, which were included in our filing on Friday.
00:22:25.000 And those are 300,000 roughly, a little bit shy of that.
00:22:29.000 When you don't have a chain of custody, how do we know if those were legal ballots?
00:22:34.000 How do we know if they were ballots that were slipped in illegally?
00:22:39.000 That same whistleblower said that Runbeck allowed for family members and employees to drop off their ballots at Runbeck with no observers watching, with no chain of custody.
00:22:52.000 How do we know if you dropped off five family members' ballots or maybe you slipped in 50,000?
00:22:58.000 There's no chain of custody on that.
00:23:00.000 And that is not a legal place to drop off ballots.
00:23:03.000 Yet they did it anyway, according to this whistleblower.
00:23:08.000 So the signature matching has been a complete joke.
00:23:11.000 According to your website, a 2020 review of 230,339 envelopes, 18,022 were egregious mismatches, more than enough of the Trump margin of 10,047.
00:23:25.000 19,631 failed standards.
00:23:27.000 But in 2020, 4,308 same names of the egregious mismatches voted again.
00:23:34.000 5,289 same names of bad standards voted again.
00:23:38.000 So what you're alleging is that it's not just one topic here, right?
00:23:41.000 It's the machine issues.
00:23:43.000 It's the lines.
00:23:44.000 It's the disenfranchising, but it's also the chain of custody issues.
00:23:48.000 It's also the signature verification, relaxing standards.
00:23:51.000 This was an across the board sabotage is what the argument you're making.
00:23:55.000 It is a sabotage of the election.
00:23:57.000 Absolutely.
00:23:58.000 The only way to stop our movement is to sabotage Election Day.
00:24:03.000 You know, one of the other issues was the commingling of ballots.
00:24:06.000 Remember, people were showing up.
00:24:07.000 They were voting and they were being told when they got to the line to put their printed out ballot into the tabulator and it wasn't going in.
00:24:15.000 They were told, well, why don't you just put it in drawer three?
00:24:18.000 We'll take it down to the county and we'll count it for you there.
00:24:21.000 Well, we're finding out that the Board of Supervisors report is inaccurate.
00:24:25.000 They said just a couple of locations where they mixed up those ballots, the uncounted ballots with the counted ballots.
00:24:32.000 Our reports show at least 16 locations had the uncounted votes mixed in with the counted votes.
00:24:40.000 This Board of Supervisors report is trying to diminish and downplay the level of ineptitude and malfeasance on Election Day.
00:24:48.000 We have observers, we have workers who are working the polls who have testified to what they saw, what they saw, what they witnessed, what they did on Election Day.
00:25:00.000 And it goes against what the Board of Supervisors is saying.
00:25:03.000 Doesn't surprise me.
00:25:04.000 Same Board of Supervisors who lied under oath when Andy Biggs was questioning them about the 2020 election and the deletion of several election-related files and they lied under oath.
00:25:15.000 And they're now trying to diminish what happened on Election Day and act like it wasn't that bad when in fact it was much worse than they said it was.
00:25:23.000 And we have the documentation proving it.
00:25:26.000 You are alleging 59, it's a fact, 59% of Maricopa County's voting center, 223 voting centers had printer or tabulator failures.
00:25:35.000 Yep, at least 59%.
00:25:38.000 And so that was causing people to show up and they got there and they couldn't print the ballot or the ballot printed wrong and it wouldn't be fit into the tabulator system.
00:25:46.000 We know of two locations where all of the equipment at some portion of the day was not working.
00:25:53.000 So not just one or two tabulators or one or two printers.
00:25:56.000 At the Cave Creek Town Hall during portions of Election Day, all of the equipment wasn't working.
00:26:01.000 This is according to our lawsuit and according to the documentation that we have.
00:26:06.000 Now, keep in mind, the people voting on Election Day were three to one voting for me over Hobbes.
00:26:11.000 And so when you take that, those huge numbers, 75% of the people voting on Election Day were voting for me, and then you basically shut down or make it impossible to vote or very difficult to vote at roughly 60% of the locations to vote, you're going to cut into our lead.
00:26:29.000 This is the disenfranchisement of voters in Arizona.
00:26:33.000 And when you do this in Maricopa County, Charlie, where more than 60% of our population lives, you're disenfranchising the folks who live in the other counties in Arizona.
00:26:42.000 This lawsuit is full of serious, serious judgment problems on the fact or on the part of our election officials, who I believe had a major conflict of interest.
00:26:54.000 Stephen Richer, Bill Gates, who run Maricopa County elections, both had a singular mission when it came to politics this go-around to defeat me.
00:27:07.000 This is a very, we have the lawsuit right here.
00:27:09.000 This is a serious lawsuit.
00:27:12.000 And the evidence here is remarkable.
00:27:14.000 I mean, you just go to one part of the lawsuit here.
00:27:16.000 You have here in a certain precinct, LDS Church, Southern, 120-minute wait, 275 people in line.
00:27:24.000 Desert Hill Community Church, 120-minute wait.
00:27:27.000 Goes one after the other here.
00:27:28.000 It's incredible, Carrie.
00:27:29.000 You're talking about line after line after line.
00:27:33.000 You guys estimate, I think your estimates are low, conservatively between 15 to 30,000 Republican voters that were disenfranchised on Election Day.
00:27:42.000 I think those, and you guys do say conservatively in your lawsuit.
00:27:45.000 Yeah, we have to fight this right now because if we don't stand up and demand honest elections, we're not going to have a future.
00:27:53.000 Our sacred vote cannot continue to be trampled on.
00:27:56.000 And we can't sit and accept this kind of elections run by people who either don't know what they're doing or committing malpractice of their duties.
00:28:04.000 Well, I also want to talk about remedies.
00:28:05.000 I want to talk about what is the order you're asking for because based on all this, we need a new election, period.
00:28:11.000 But whether or not a judge has the courage to do that, I am, let's just say, neutral.
00:28:16.000 I pray that a judge has courage.
00:28:18.000 So, Carrie, what is the remedy that you are asking for in this lawsuit?
00:28:24.000 Well, there's a couple of things.
00:28:25.000 We want to inspect the Maricopa County ballots from the election, including the signature envelopes and corresponding signatures on file.
00:28:34.000 We believe as we extrapolated the data we have and the experts that looked at this, that when we look at signatures, that 100 up to 130,000 ballots will turn out to be fake mail-in ballots.
00:28:50.000 They don't have a real voter behind them because the signature verification is not there.
00:28:55.000 Now, if you are for mail-in ballots, and I know there's a segment of the population that are for that, they like the convenience of it, they travel, they don't like to go to the polling places, then you have to admit that the only way to keep them safe is through a valid signature that can be cross-checked, correct?
00:29:12.000 They're not doing that right now.
00:29:14.000 And we can't have a system where we have the majority mail-in ballots, and that just becomes something they ignore or don't do.
00:29:21.000 Carrie, tell us about your three whistleblowers.
00:29:23.000 We had more than three.
00:29:24.000 We had four whistleblowers, but three of them worked for Maricopa County, and they were doing the signature verification process.
00:29:30.000 And they were shocked at how many of the mail-in ballots were coming in with bad signatures.
00:29:35.000 There's three levels that you go through to approve a signature, and they were failing to the tune of tens of thousands a day.
00:29:43.000 And they would reach out to their colleagues on the other side.
00:29:46.000 Once a signature fails, it goes over to be cured.
00:29:50.000 That means somebody in a different department looks at the signature, and then they contact the voter attached to that signature and say, hey, did you send this in?
00:29:59.000 Because we can't read the signature.
00:30:01.000 So tens of thousands of them were being denied anywhere between 20 and 45 percent of all of the mail-in ballots they were looking at.
00:30:10.000 The signatures were not matching.
00:30:12.000 And they would go to send them over to curing, but the people in curing weren't getting that many.
00:30:16.000 They were getting just a tiny fraction.
00:30:19.000 The people said that about 90% of the signatures that were they deemed were bad were never making it over to the curing department.
00:30:28.000 Somebody and the whistleblowers was pushing them through without having them cured.
00:30:35.000 And so this is why we want a judge to give us access to those.
00:30:39.000 We want a judge to give and how, you know, if we do have situation where votes are being, phony votes are being put in with no people attached to them, it makes sense that they would want to do that, right?
00:30:50.000 Because when you call the cure, you're going to find out there's no human being on the other end of that ballot.
00:30:55.000 And so we want to look at all.
00:30:57.000 We want a judge to give us access to look at all of those signatures and compare them.
00:31:01.000 And we're happy to do the work because this is our only security feature to mail-in ballots.
00:31:07.000 And if we blow that off, then we don't, then we have, we truly don't have secure elections.
00:31:12.000 It was the run back whistleblower who talked about the 300,000 ballots that were had no chain of custody.
00:31:19.000 We don't know where they came from.
00:31:20.000 And when you don't have a chain of custody, that means bad ballots, fake vote, fake ballots can get brought in or legal ballots can get pulled out.
00:31:30.000 We need to have a better handle of our elections.
00:31:33.000 We also discovered that 25,000 additional ballots were brought into the system after Election Day.
00:31:40.000 In the days after the Election Day, all of a sudden, the number of ballots that they were counting and adding to the system increased by 25,000 ballots with no chain of custody.
00:31:50.000 And we want to find out where did those 25,000 ballots come from?
00:31:55.000 It's very curious.
00:31:56.000 Yeah, curious is one word for it.
00:31:58.000 So the remedy is asking for a new election.
00:32:00.000 Walk us through this then, Carrie, because people have been fighting the election integrity thing for a while.
00:32:06.000 In 2020, people were saying, you know, making huge proclamations.
00:32:10.000 What do you think is the path forward here?
00:32:13.000 It's in front of a judge.
00:32:15.000 The election was certified, but now this is the election challenge and contention.
00:32:19.000 Where are we at?
00:32:21.000 Well, there's a bunch of different things we're asking for.
00:32:24.000 One of them is we're asking to be able to take a look at those envelopes and the corresponding signatures in the database that would match so we can go ahead and figure out what these matches are.
00:32:35.000 We believe there may be upwards of 130,000 bad ballots because of signature verification problems that were mismatched.
00:32:42.000 Some of that curing was done at an off-site contract or third-party contractor with no observers watching that curing process.
00:32:51.000 That was what another whistleblower told us about.
00:32:54.000 So we want to look at those.
00:32:55.000 We're asking a judge to let us see that.
00:32:57.000 And then we're also asking a judge to either set aside Maricopa County or redo Maricopa County.
00:33:03.000 And we believe that's a reasonable ask considering all that we've uncovered here.
00:33:08.000 And again, we have 278 pages of exhibits and sworn signed declarations at the penalty of perjury attesting to all that went wrong in our election.
00:33:20.000 We want to make sure if that election is redone, that people like Katie Hobbs and Stephen Richer and Bill Gates and the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors have nothing to do with it.
00:33:29.000 They've proven that there is a conflict of interest.
00:33:32.000 They've proven their ineptitude already.
00:33:34.000 And we need an independent outside source running our election that we can trust.
00:33:40.000 You have a 70-page lawsuit with 250 pages of exhibits.
00:33:45.000 It's an amazing thing.
00:33:46.000 We have it right here.
00:33:47.000 We've been reading through it, and it's full of data, whistleblowers, new information that previously was not made public.
00:33:55.000 A new election, minimum, very minimum, a new election.
00:33:59.000 And you just look at the signature verification issue itself.
00:34:03.000 I really pray that there's going to be a courageous judge out there, whatever judge is in front of.
00:34:07.000 We have a judge who was assigned to it, Peter Thompson, and we're really looking forward and hoping that he has an open heart and an open mind and will adhere to the Constitution.
00:34:16.000 And we trust that he will.
00:34:17.000 And I have faith.
00:34:19.000 There's a lot of cases coming down on this right now.
00:34:21.000 We've got one coming down today in Mojave County.
00:34:23.000 Harris County, Texas is fighting the election there, asking for a redo.
00:34:27.000 Kerry Lake, thank you so much.
00:34:29.000 And we'll see you at AmericaFest.
00:34:30.000 Thanks, Charlie.
00:34:31.000 Terrific lawsuit.
00:34:32.000 Thank you, Carrie.
