00:00:00.000 Hello, everybody.
00:00:02.000 I give him a hard time about John Durham and Sussman.
00:00:05.000 We talk about why does the FBI share offices with Perkins Cooey?
00:00:09.000 What?
00:00:10.000 And then we talk about how Joe Biden is willing to starve kids to destroy women's sports.
00:00:15.000 No exaggeration.

00:00:39.000 Buckle up everybody here.
00:00:40.000 We go.
00:00:41.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.
00:00:43.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.
00:00:45.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk.
00:00:48.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.

00:00:54.000 His spirit, his love of this country.
00:00:55.000 He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.
00:01:01.000 Turning point USA.
00:01:02.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:01:11.000 That's why we are here.
00:01:14.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com.
00:01:22.000 If you listened live a couple days ago on our radio program, I was pretty upset.
00:01:28.000 I was not having it.
00:01:31.000 We are focused on justice here on this program, amongst other things, truth, beauty, goodness.
00:01:37.000 But, you know, Aristotle said that justice can be messy, but it's necessary.
00:01:44.000 But if you have no justice, then all of a sudden you create a culture of cynicism.
00:01:48.000 And tyrants, they want to try to create an untouchable category where no matter what they do, they can't be held accountable.
00:01:58.000 So with us is somebody that I'm going to be given a hard time in a good way, but someone that I think is equally upset and someone I have a deep amount of respect for and admiration for, who I think should have been the prosecutor possibly in this case.
00:02:11.000 Kash Patel.
00:02:12.000 Cash, welcome back to the program.
00:02:17.000 So Cash, I got to be honest with you, man.
00:02:19.000 Sussman, we were pretty certain, you were pretty certain that he was going to be convicted by a jury of his peers.
00:02:26.000 And now it just seems like the entire operation has fallen apart.
00:02:29.000 I'm upset.
00:02:30.000 I'm angry.
00:02:31.000 I really don't know how to make sense of this.
00:02:33.000 What's your take?
00:02:35.000 Yeah, look, Charlie, we traded text right after the verdict.
00:02:37.000 And I told you, I think no one was more disappointed than me.
00:02:42.000 And I was kind of the last guy cheering for the chariots of justice that we currently have as a former federal prosecutor.
00:02:49.000 I thought when you put in front of adults, even in Washington, D.C., irrefutable evidence of a crime, that they would rise behind politics.
00:02:57.000 And I was sadly proven wrong, but more tragically, that if these are the adults that are leading our future generation, they've already educated their youth that politics comes before the law.
00:03:09.000 And that's what's going to make justice so much harder.
00:03:11.000 You know, I took the day off because, you know, we had an old adage in that government.
00:03:16.000 When you get ticked off, just walk away for 24 hours so you don't do anything stupid.
00:03:20.000 But we've got to regroup and start the fight again.
00:03:24.000 Yeah, so where does this stand?
00:03:25.000 Is Durham done?
00:03:26.000 I mean, he's got the Danchenko case.
00:03:28.000 There might be some other, is his credibility completely ruined?
00:03:30.000 I mean, I'm at a place where if you can't even get Michael Sussman, where you have in the text message the crime.
00:03:38.000 I mean, it's more than just having, you know, circumstantial evidence.
00:03:43.000 This is video equivalent of OJ leaving the scene of the crime, right?
00:03:47.000 It's, you have the whole thing.
00:03:50.000 And yet even that was not good enough.
00:03:52.000 What is going on here?
00:03:53.000 I mean, is this the deterioration of the rule of law as we know it?
00:03:56.000 I mean, am I overreacting?
00:03:58.000 I mean, is there now an untouchable class of ruling elites that could just do whatever they want?
00:04:03.000 I mean, they could do arson.
00:04:04.000 They won't go to jail for that.
00:04:05.000 And murder.
00:04:06.000 I don't even know if they get tried for that.
00:04:08.000 How am I supposed to make sense of this?
00:04:10.000 You know, that's the hard part.
00:04:11.000 Even I can't.
00:04:12.000 I don't think you're wrong on a lot of parts.
00:04:14.000 I think you're probably right.
00:04:14.000 And I think you're speaking for an American public that feels the exact same way.
00:04:19.000 They want accountability when the people charged to serve them and their interest under the law violate it.
00:04:26.000 They should be put in prison.
00:04:27.000 They should be convicted of these crimes.
00:04:29.000 It's just really hard to have that.
00:04:31.000 And plus, the mainstream media has, of course, come in over the top and said, you know, John Durham's credibility is shattered.
00:04:36.000 I disagree with that wholeheartedly.
00:04:39.000 As prosecutors, we lose cases.
00:04:40.000 You know, it happens.
00:04:42.000 But that doesn't ruin your career.
00:04:43.000 It doesn't ruin the cases you're bringing or the evidence that you've put out in public, like John Durham has, irrefutable evidence that now we know Hillary Clinton orchestrated this entire thing, but it was proven to the world.
00:04:54.000 Pieces of information like that are now out there for us to digest and put out.
00:04:59.000 And so make sure historians record it correctly.
00:05:01.000 But you have to have more convictions.
00:05:03.000 You just have to have more indictments.
00:05:04.000 That's the only way you get past this speed bump because if in six, eight months we look back and say John Durham went six and one, it's pretty good.
00:05:13.000 So who else then, I mean, is on the list?
00:05:15.000 And we've talked about this before.
00:05:16.000 I mean, I'm just, I feel a little demoralized.
00:05:19.000 Do you think Durham feels that way?
00:05:20.000 What's your reading on all of that?
00:05:23.000 Do you are the future cases going to be tried in Washington, D.C.?
00:05:26.000 Does it make a difference if it's Northern Virginia versus DC?
00:05:29.000 Walk us through that.
00:05:31.000 Sure.
00:05:31.000 Well, anywhere but D.C. is great for the reasons you and I all know.
00:05:34.000 You can't have three jurors on your jury pool that donated to Hillary, one to AOC, and then another juror's kid plays, you know, swim pool time with the defendant.
00:05:42.000 Northern Virginia is better.
00:05:44.000 It's substantially better.
00:05:45.000 It's not the greatest spot.
00:05:46.000 But I think John Durham knows that when you bring a conspiracy case like we are as prosecutors, you can land it anywhere the conspiracy occurred.
00:05:53.000 And he's already shown that the FBI agent who testified on the stand said he is currently being investigated for withholding information and lying during the Hillary Clinton investigation.
00:06:03.000 And you have others that he said Rodney Jaffe is a target of my criminal conspiracy investigation.
00:06:08.000 And so you don't say things like that as a prosecutor to muddy the waters, especially John Durham.
00:06:13.000 I don't even know what that guy's politics are.
00:06:15.000 And I've known that guy for a while.
00:06:17.000 Yeah, so but let me ask you this: how critical was the Sussman conviction to the rest of the conspiracy?
00:06:23.000 Because how can you prove a conspiracy if you can't even get the bag man indicted?
00:06:29.000 Look, it's an important stepping stone.
00:06:31.000 I think it was far more important for messaging, far more important for Americans who and the world who have not paid attention to Russia gate to allow the course correction that needed to occur.
00:06:41.000 Now, of course, credible media is reporting on both sides of it, but the problem going forward is, like you said, the headlines are: John Durham loses credibility.
00:06:49.000 John Durham, you know, is a terrible prosecutor.
00:06:51.000 I didn't hear the media saying that when he took down the rendition program at the CIA and prosecuted everybody who broke the law there.
00:06:57.000 You know, that's the guy that's in charge of these cases.
00:07:00.000 You're going to lose one.
00:07:02.000 And when it's this high profile and you take it into the heart of the lines, then it's a tough road to hope.
00:07:08.000 He's got to establish, re-establish some credibility.
00:07:10.000 And the only way you do that is by bringing more indictments.
00:07:13.000 Otherwise, yeah, he should just hang it along.
00:07:16.000 Winning, right?
00:07:17.000 Winning.
00:07:17.000 Winning, you know, like Trump says, he's got Danchenko.
00:07:22.000 Yeah, so Danchenko's winnable.
00:07:23.000 I mean, you would imagine.
00:07:25.000 So I suppose then the other question is: does this defeat for Durham, does that change potential plea deals?
00:07:32.000 Does this now empower potential people that are indicted that you could fight it to the bitter end?
00:07:37.000 You know, don't try to do a plea deal.
00:07:39.000 Does that change the calculation at all from Durham's perspective?
00:07:42.000 I mean, I'm just, I'm trying to find some sort of hope here, right?
00:07:45.000 But I also want to be realistic.
00:07:47.000 How much does that change the calculus?
00:07:49.000 I suppose emotion aside, of which is very difficult for me.
00:07:52.000 I try to be a very rational person, but when it comes to this particular issue, Russia Gate, I get hyper emotional because this pack of criminals have been so above the law for so long and they did such damage to our republic.
00:08:02.000 And they're so arrogant and they're so snobbish and they're so self-righteous and they are just so incredibly immoral and they just do it brazenly and openly.
00:08:10.000 But how bad actually is this if we're able to now start that we being justice seekers, okay, get win and a couple wins there, or just realistically, do you say, man, Charlie, this defeat is going to make it problematic and put it all in jeopardy.
00:08:26.000 Well, look, this defeat shows you how hard it is to bring a case in DC.
00:08:30.000 So hopefully John Durham uses the jurisdiction authorities we have as prosecutors to bring cases outside of DC for starters.
00:08:37.000 Because if a defendant is charged in DC, he's going to take this case and say, we can argue jury notification across the board and win because DC is never going to convict one of ours, one of ours being Clinton World, Clinton Crime Syndicate.
00:08:50.000 But I don't think it distracts from cases that are brought outside of DC because even the best defense attorney behind closed doors will tell you if the evidence is damning and the case is not before a DC jury, you know, you achieve a 98% conviction rate in federal criminal trials.
00:09:06.000 That's hard to beat.
00:09:08.000 Yeah, it's just, it's amazing how bad, how disconnected DC is from the rest of the country.
00:09:16.000 I have a technical question here.
00:09:17.000 We only have a minute and a half remaining cash.
00:09:19.000 Why didn't Durham object to the three Clinton donors and the AOC donor on the jury?
00:09:23.000 He did object to it.
00:09:24.000 The judge, of course, overruled him.
00:09:26.000 That's the problem.
00:09:27.000 You only get a certain number of strikes where you can just go before a jury and say, you've got like six strikes aside.
00:09:32.000 We call them peremptory strikes.
00:09:33.000 You could strike jurors for any reason, right?
00:09:35.000 He ran out of those strikes or for whatever reason chose not to do them, but he challenged the judge on it.
00:09:40.000 And the judge, who is, you know, married to Lisa Page's attorney, overruled it.
00:09:44.000 Now, the kicker, this judge should be held accountable.
00:09:47.000 You brought up the text message, right?
00:09:49.000 This judge precluded the jury from looking at Michael Sussman's text message.
00:09:53.000 He only allowed them to look at my transcript when Michael Sussman lied under oath from four years ago, but he would not let them use it.
00:09:59.000 Wait, hold on.
00:10:00.000 I didn't know that.
00:10:01.000 Why?
00:10:03.000 The judge's basis was the information came after the indictment, so he didn't want the jury to see it, which is completely bogus.
00:10:10.000 And people don't know that.
00:10:11.000 So they weren't able to see the complete cutting.
00:10:13.000 Okay, I get it now.
00:10:15.000 Okay, so now that we have video footage of somebody murdering somebody, but we happen to get it after they were originally arrested because of DNA evidence, we're not allowed to show it.
00:10:25.000 That is insane.
00:10:27.000 I didn't know that.
00:10:28.000 Okay, I have less faith now in our country.
00:10:30.000 Thank you for that.
00:10:33.000 You might be eating healthy, nutritious foods, but if you have any mild digestion issues, you could benefit from a high-quality enzyme.
00:10:42.000 I take digestive enzymes and you should too.
00:10:45.000 If you've never tried enzymes or even have tried to take one and they haven't worked, I want to give you this chance.
00:10:50.000 As you know, I'm a huge fan of the company Buy Optimizers.
00:10:54.000 They're a supplement company where the products actually work.
00:10:57.000 I love their products.
00:10:58.000 I asked them if we could organize a great deal for all my listeners and they over-delivered.
00:11:02.000 I'm blown away.
00:11:04.000 Right now, you can get a bottle of Mass Zymes for free.
00:11:08.000 All you need to do is pay a small shipping fee and there's no catch at all.
00:11:12.000 Look, there's no tricks, no forced continuity, and nothing to cancel.
00:11:16.000 They're so confident in their products, they offer a 365-day money-back guarantee.
00:11:21.000 So I'm positive you'll be satisfied with the results.
00:11:23.000 Mass Symes is a 17-enzyme full-spectrum formula, five different types of proteins plus it contains all the key enzymes needed for optimal digestion.
00:11:33.000 It contains astrazyme, which is a proprietary, all-natural plant-derived compound extracted from Panix Ginsing and astrogalis that boosts amino acid absorption by 30 to 60 percent.
00:11:45.000 Mass Symes ensures that all the protein you consume breaks down into absorbable amino acids.
00:11:51.000 So many people suffer from digestive issues because any protein your body doesn't break down creates digestive distress, gas bloating, and constipation.
00:12:00.000 Mass Symes ensures that all the protein you consume breaks down into absorbable amino acids.
00:12:05.000 So I strongly suggest you head on over to the site to grab your bottle right now before they either run out or take down this offer.
00:12:12.000 Go to masssymes.com/slash kirkfree.
00:12:16.000 That's M-A-S-S-Z-Y-M-E-S.com forward slash kirkfree, all one word.
00:12:21.000 You'll automatically get access to your unique coupon code to claim your free offer, limit one per household.
00:12:27.000 Offer is valid while supplies last.
00:12:29.000 You're going to love their products.
00:12:31.000 Go right now.
00:12:35.000 So, Cash, I mean, I'm just at a loss for words.
00:12:38.000 Can you build this out a little bit more?
00:12:39.000 You're trying to tell me that evidence that was not disclosed before the indictment was not allowed to be used.
00:12:47.000 I can't even begin to fathom this.
00:12:50.000 Yeah, look, it's up to the judge's discretion, but you can only surmise the reason he didn't allow it was because it made the client, the defendant, 100% guilty before the eyes of the jury.
00:13:01.000 But here's the other thing: this jury deliberated for less than 30 minutes, which means they ordered breakfast and issued a verdict.
00:13:08.000 So you could have shown them the video.
00:13:10.000 They were going to acquit this guy no matter what.
00:13:13.000 That's just unbelievable.
00:13:15.000 I mean, so is this normal, though?
00:13:16.000 In most casings, would they allow cases, would they not allow evidence that is then revealed post-indictment?
00:13:24.000 I mean, is this what's by what standard is this judge living off of?
00:13:29.000 Yeah, I mean, look, that's why the rules of evidence give judges a lot of discretion for evidence like this.
00:13:34.000 And usually it's going to come in, but for whatever reason, it didn't.
00:13:38.000 And this judge, I believe, you know, broke the rules of evidence, though he won't say that.
00:13:44.000 And I haven't seen it happen often, especially from a prosecutorial standpoint.
00:13:49.000 Evidence usually brought when I was a public defender that I wanted suppressed or withheld was always allowed to come in, but that's a different matter.
00:13:57.000 Yeah, I wonder why.
00:13:58.000 Yeah, okay.
00:13:59.000 So I want to ask you about this story.
00:14:01.000 I just can't believe this.
00:14:02.000 So Sussman's Democrat Party-aligned law firm, Perkins Cooey, is sharing a workspace with the FBI.
00:14:12.000 What is going on here?
00:14:14.000 Not only that, but look, as a guy who worked with the FBI, Intel community, high-level positions, I had every credential badge, you know, placard to get into secure spaces.
00:14:23.000 These things exist so that anyone can't just walk in there, especially partisan hacks.
00:14:28.000 It's reported that Michael Sussman had a badge to walk into FBI HQ whenever he wanted while he was an operative for the Clinton campaign.
00:14:37.000 And on top of that, as if that wasn't enough, they built vaults.
00:14:41.000 The FBI permitted the Clinton campaign to have secure space in FBI areas.
00:14:47.000 That cost millions of dollars, but let's put the money aside because this government doesn't care about cost.
00:14:52.000 They literally put Camp Clinton in FBI HQ.
00:14:56.000 I don't understand.
00:14:57.000 There's no logical reason for that.
00:14:58.000 None.
00:14:58.000 Zero.
00:15:00.000 Hold on.
00:15:00.000 Hold on.
00:15:01.000 Yeah.
00:15:02.000 Why are we just learning this now?
00:15:04.000 I'm with you.
00:15:05.000 I just learned it like last night.
00:15:06.000 And I'm like, wait, what?
00:15:07.000 Are we getting punked?
00:15:09.000 And then Gates and company on the Hill were sound enough to ask Christopher Wright why this guy had a badge and what kind of access they had.
00:15:16.000 And of course, Christopher Wray refused to answer any of these questions because he knows he can get away with it.
00:15:20.000 This is the same director that has allowed this FBI to be, you know, driven into the ground when it comes to credibility for reasons like this.
00:15:28.000 I mean, so this is unbelievable.
00:15:30.000 You're trying to tell me that campaign operatives are walking around with badges, be like, hey, I'm just going to stop by the fourth floor of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, kind of see how they're doing right now.
00:15:41.000 Are civilians allowed access into the J. Edgar Hoover building?
00:15:45.000 Not unless you go in with an entourage and a guest pass and a whole background check.
00:15:50.000 I mean, I had badges and they still wouldn't let me into the FBI building at times.
00:15:54.000 I'm serious.
00:15:55.000 They'd be like, wait a second, this is the wrong one.
00:15:58.000 And I'd rather have that happen and me not get in than this lunatic get in on behalf of a political campaign.
00:16:04.000 There needs to be an actual investigation on that.
00:16:06.000 That is, to me, as a prosecutor, it's beyond insane.
00:16:10.000 It's the thing that's incensed me most about this.
00:16:12.000 I mean, but it's also this kind of collusion and this that we've been warning about, right?
00:16:18.000 That there is this fusion between Washington, D.C., and all the government apparatus and then political parties is that there's almost no difference now between running a Democrat presidential campaign and running the FBI.
00:16:33.000 Yeah.
00:16:33.000 And look, Christopher Ray has been at the helm since James Comey got fired and he hasn't helped us move one foot of information out the door that would unearth these things because he should have given this to Congress and the American people a year ago, four years ago, when he knew it.
00:16:47.000 And, you know, we'll wait for his explanation if we ever get one, but I hope Matt Gates and Jim Jordan keep pounding because we need to figure this out.
00:16:55.000 What could the possible explanation for this be, though?
00:16:58.000 I mean, what could the excuse be that?
00:17:00.000 I don't know, we have a working partnership under privilege with Perkins Cooey, which is an incredibly corrupt law firm.
00:17:08.000 I mean, and this is, if you do not have trust in your government, good.
00:17:12.000 And you look at examples like this where the National Police Force, which is the Federal Bureau of Investigation, has shared working spaces with private civilian lawyers and law firms.
00:17:25.000 I mean, this is, it's so grotesque.
00:17:27.000 And they're like, oh, yeah, who wants a badge?
00:17:28.000 Like Michael Sussman?
00:17:29.000 Sure.
00:17:30.000 I mean, Cash, we got to move on to some other stuff really quick.
00:17:32.000 I just want to give you an opportunity to talk about Google and your children's book.
00:17:36.000 Talking about Russia Gate for children, making it fun sending it medieval times.
00:17:40.000 And basically, Google came in yesterday and said, your book's doing too well.
00:17:45.000 Literally, we are suspending all ad activity, not just for your book, but for the entire Brave Books community of children's book.
00:17:52.000 And then Amazon, if that were enough, said, you're getting too many positive reviews.
00:17:55.000 They literally sent us a message saying we're shutting down all the positive reviews.
00:17:59.000 So hopefully your audience can go out to the plotagainsteking.com and help us put this thing in schools everywhere.
00:18:04.000 We know it's the truth because Google and Amazon are shutting us down.
00:18:08.000 The plotagainstheking.com.
00:18:12.000 I'm looking at it right now.
00:18:13.000 You guys can check it out.
00:18:14.000 Theplotagainsteking.com by Kash Patel.
00:18:17.000 Cash, thank you for joining us.
00:18:18.000 We'll talk to you soon.
00:18:18.000 Thanks so much.
00:18:19.000 Thanks.
00:18:20.000 Have a great one.
00:18:23.000 Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here with the left in a total panic over Twitter and DHS essentially creating their own Ministry of Truth.
00:18:30.000 It is safe to say we're facing the biggest threat to the First Amendment in our lifetime.
00:18:33.000 That's why I'm proud to support Patriot Mobile, America's only Christian conservative cell phone provider.
00:18:38.000 They offer broad nationwide coverage.

00:19:02.000 Do it right now.
00:19:03.000 Go to patriotmobile.com slash Charlie or call 972 Patriot.

00:19:12.000 Patriotmobile.com slash Charlie or call 972 Patriot.
00:19:16.000 That's patriotmobile.com slash Charlie, patriotmobile.com slash Charlie or call 972 Patriot, patriotmobile.com slash Charlie.
00:19:27.000 Okay, there's several stories that I kind of want to bounce around and talk about here, but this one in particular is just unbelievable.
00:19:34.000 It's breaking.
00:19:36.000 So we know that the left resorts to force rather than persuasion or dialogue.
00:19:44.000 That the left, one of the chief characteristics of the left is that they are going to use power to make you to succumb to their will.
00:19:55.000 We talked about this at great length yesterday about the false promise of neoliberalism and kind of how this Pride Month, the prism of which Pride Month needs to be viewed from.
00:20:04.000 We talked about that.
00:20:05.000 It's actually that episode is doing very well on the Charlie Kirk Show podcast page.
00:20:09.000 I encourage you guys to check it out.
00:20:12.000 But as we kind of know that, there is still shocking and stunning stories where you just sit back, you say, wow, they really want you to succumb to their agenda.
00:20:23.000 So the Biden administration, breaking today, is now going to tie funding for school lunches to whether or not schools comply to radical transgender mandates.
00:20:36.000 The Joe Biden administration has moved forward with a new interpretation of Title IX and anti-discrimination laws that could potentially strip federal funding for school lunches from schools that do not let transgender kids use their preferred bathrooms or play on preferred sports teams.
00:20:54.000 The U.S. Department of Agriculture announced last month it will interpret federal anti-discrimination law to, quote, include discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity.
00:21:04.000 Its decision is based on an executive order Biden signed after assuming office in January of 2021, as well as the Supreme Court decision in Bostock versus Clayton County, which found Title VII protections against sex discrimination extend to discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity.
00:21:22.000 So basically, the Biden administration is willing to starve children to try to get schools to succumb to the transgender agenda.
00:21:30.000 They are willing to withhold funding for school lunches so that kids can eat at schools if they do not allow men to compete in female sports, allow men to go into female locker rooms.
00:21:43.000 No longer are they interested in trying to convince you that this is the right story.
00:21:49.000 No longer are they trying to convince the right way of going about things.
00:21:53.000 No longer are they trying to say, hey, we have a good idea.
00:21:55.000 Don't you think you should do this?
00:21:56.000 They are going to use full-throated force.
00:22:01.000 They want you to succumb to their radical sexualization of America agenda for five, six, and seven-year-olds.
00:22:08.000 And if you do not agree, they're willing to starve your kids to do it, literally.
00:22:13.000 They're going to say that schools no longer get funding for school lunches, of all things, that your children will not eat at school, potentially, if you do not allow chemical castration and these other things to happen at your schools.
00:22:29.000 For Republicans out there that still think we're living in the 1980s, I hope this is a wake-up call for you.
00:22:37.000 That the left means business.
00:22:40.000 They are no longer trying to put forward a good argument or debate or to have back and forth or dialogue.
00:22:46.000 All they know how to use is force.
00:22:50.000 And so for a school out there that might be reliant on federal funding, they are going to have no choice but to bend the knee.
00:22:57.000 Like, all right, fine, we'll allow female sports to be obliterated.
00:23:00.000 This is how much, by the way, Biden cares about this.
00:23:05.000 So Governor Christy Noam has come out and she has said the following: that the Biden administration will hold school lunch money hostage and vowed to take legal action.
00:23:13.000 You know what?
00:23:14.000 I love that, but who cares about legal action?
00:23:19.000 Just tell the federal government, like, all right, then you're not allowed in the state of South Dakota.
00:23:23.000 We're kicking you out.
00:23:24.000 We'll figure out how to fund our own school lunches.
00:23:27.000 I'm telling you, there is a collision point happening, and we go to the courts and weed all this while they just jam this stuff down our throat.
00:23:35.000 Is your governor, Governor Burnham, just going to be like, yeah, we're going to take legal action against this?
00:23:39.000 Why are you reliant on federal funding?
00:23:41.000 Do it yourself.
00:23:42.000 Become self-governed.
00:23:44.000 The more federal government money you take, you subsidize the transgender agenda in your state.
00:23:50.000 I'm telling you, there is a collision happening between the states and the federal government, and it's unfolding in front of our very eyes.
00:23:57.000 Spokesperson for Ron DeSantis said it is appalling that the Biden administration is threatening to withhold food from disadvantaged children in order to advance a deranged political agenda that Floridians have rejected.
00:24:08.000 Sadly, this would not be the first time Biden has pursued petty political scores, settling to the detriment of the Americas' well-being.
00:24:14.000 Joe Biden is willing to starve children to make sure that men can go in women's locker rooms.
00:24:20.000 That's the lengths they're willing to see things through.
00:24:23.000 So it's time for the states to push back.
00:24:25.000 Instead of pursuing legal action, what's the longer-term solution here?
00:24:30.000 Come up with a way to fund your own school lunches without the federal government.
00:24:34.000 Cut them off.
00:24:35.000 Whatever that number is, use local pantries, charities.
00:24:39.000 If you have to raise, if you have to raise revenues in other ways, hopefully not raise taxes, reallocate funding, figure it out.
00:24:47.000 Ron DeSantis, a spokesperson, says the federal government has no authority to follow through on these threats.
00:24:51.000 Well, they kind of do, actually.
00:24:53.000 Now, maybe a court might disagree.
00:24:55.000 It might be an overreach, but if you are taking money from the federal government, you have to take their agenda alongside of it.
00:25:00.000 Just ask any federal college or high school right now.
00:25:04.000 Federal colleges, almost every college except Hillsdale, receives federal money or federal subsidized student loans.
00:25:10.000 And they have to abide by Title IX and all these other nonsensical measures.
00:25:18.000 They are willing to force you to do this.
00:25:23.000 Meanwhile, in Illinois, Illinois ends its parental notification requirement for minors getting abortions.
00:25:29.000 J.B. Pritzker, who, if there was actually men that could become pregnant, you would might mistake J.B. Pritzker as being one of those people.
00:25:39.000 I couldn't help myself.
00:25:40.000 If you look at him, you say that took a lot of effort.
00:25:45.000 Born on third thought, he had a triple trust fund baby of the Hyatt Hotel Fortune.
00:25:49.000 The number one reason why Turning Point USA tries to never do an event at Hyatt is because of J.B. Pritzker.
00:25:54.000 He's a venomous character.
00:25:57.000 He's destroyed my home, and I'm not happy about it.
00:25:59.000 He amongst Mike Madigan and Lori Lightfoot and the clown car of Democrats that run Illinois.
00:26:05.000 So J.B. Pritzker is now saying that you no longer, if you're a minor, if you're 15, you can get an abortion without telling your parents.
00:26:16.000 In New York City, they're running ads right now empowering heroin users.
00:26:22.000 This is the ad that is being run.
00:26:24.000 Do not be ashamed you're using heroin.
00:26:26.000 Instead, be empowered that you are using safely.
00:26:29.000 Find out what fentanyl is and why is it dangerous and how to use the proper micro doses of heroin.
00:26:36.000 And finally, Biden puts men in women's prisons and Christians out of law enforcement, the federalist.com, happening very quietly.
00:26:44.000 Men are now infiltrating women's prisons.
00:26:49.000 As Americans are threatened by rising crime, the Biden administration is focused on putting men in women's prisons and pushing Christians and political dissenters from transgender ideology out of law enforcement.
00:26:59.000 This is by Nathaniel Blake.
00:27:00.000 President Biden has released his long-delayed executive order on law enforcement, and it does not include the bombshell proposal to put men and women in prisons that I reported on back in January.
00:27:09.000 Unfortunately, this is cut because, not because the Biden administration thought better of the idea, because it already rewrote the Bureau of Prisons manual to allow men in women's prisons.
00:27:19.000 You got to wonder, why are they so fixated on the transgender issue?
00:27:23.000 I have my theories.
00:27:26.000 I have my theories why they're so focused on it.
00:27:30.000 Why are they so focused on putting this into schools and pushing forward this kind of chemical castration agenda?
00:27:38.000 Cut 35, parents claim their child came to them out at them as trans at age two, and they now raise their young daughter as a boy.
00:27:46.000 You got to wonder how many parents are abusing their children by doing this.
00:27:50.000 It is child abuse, it's child abuse.
00:27:53.000 Play Cut 35.
00:27:54.000 On the 6th of March, we welcomed our beautiful twins into the world.
00:27:58.000 A boy called Arlo and a girl called Emerald.
00:28:01.000 The first one they said was, This is a girl.
00:28:03.000 I can't remember your face just like lighting up.
00:28:06.000 This is amazing.
00:28:07.000 And then the next one was on, this is a boy.
00:28:09.000 Jackpot, you know, one of each.
00:28:10.000 This is the perfect combination here.
00:28:14.000 Let's get that.
00:28:16.000 So now they're four years old and they identify as two boys.
00:28:21.000 The first time that I realized Stormy wanted to identify as male was about roughly two and a half.
00:28:30.000 But it's not really, he said, I want to be a boy.
00:28:34.000 He said, I am a boy.
00:28:36.000 And that is a difference.
00:28:39.000 It's just hard to listen to.
00:28:42.000 And it's now not just happening.
00:28:43.000 And this is, again, I encourage, I don't overly promote singular episodes that we did.
00:28:47.000 I just got a, I got a message from actually one of my friends here.
00:28:50.000 They said, your Pride Month podcast is rock solid.
00:28:52.000 Great work.
00:28:53.000 We put a lot of work into that.
00:28:54.000 We did that collaboratively, Connor, Andrew, and I.
00:28:57.000 And it really is kind of a broader picture of the philosophical decline and trajectory of neoliberalism.
00:29:03.000 And I understand some of our listeners, they have a gut instinct to want to say, oh, why does it matter if a person thinks they're a man or a woman?
00:29:11.000 None of it, actually, none of this is about that.
00:29:14.000 It never has been about that.
00:29:15.000 It's about force.
00:29:16.000 It's about using political power as a revenge tool to make people conform to your very, very particular fringe ideology.
00:29:26.000 If it was just about men who think they are women, why would Joe Biden have to put and hold hostage federal taxpayer money for school lunches?
00:29:38.000 If it was all just about identification, then it would be kind of that live and let live rule that we thought we lived under when in reality, it's live and let them rule.
00:29:50.000 And I don't think we should put up with that.
00:29:52.000 I think a lesson from this school lunch story, which by the way, is going to heat up.
00:29:56.000 This is going to be a big story.
00:29:57.000 And I think it's going to take Joe Biden by surprise.
00:29:59.000 I think Jean-Pierre, the not very smart person who is now the press secretary, I think she's going to get asked a question on this.
00:30:06.000 It's like, well, of course we're going to withhold school lunch money.
00:30:10.000 Of course we will.
00:30:11.000 I don't know if that, I don't, that dog is not going to hunt with swing voters.
00:30:16.000 I think I'm trying to, I'm going to be very honest.
00:30:19.000 I think this school lunch story is going to heat up in the coming days and weeks.
00:30:21.000 I do.

00:32:28.000 Don't quite understand this tape.
00:32:30.000 We're going to listen to it all for the first time together.
00:32:31.000 Jenner went on television and complimented Thomas.
00:32:36.000 And by the way, someone said I gendered Thomas yesterday.
00:32:39.000 We got like four or five emails said that you called Thomas a woman.
00:32:42.000 It's just not true.
00:32:43.000 I never said that.
00:32:44.000 So I don't know what people are talking about.
00:32:47.000 Jenner complimented Thomas on a very good response on critics accusing her of unfairness.
00:32:53.000 Play cut 30.
00:32:55.000 Well, honestly, I thought she did a very good job.
00:32:57.000 And this is not Leah Thomas's fault.
00:33:01.000 She played by the rules and did a good job and played by the rules.
00:33:05.000 Really, my concerns are with the NCAA.
00:33:10.000 Their rules have to be a lot more stringent.
00:33:15.000 I totally disagree.
00:33:17.000 It's all of their fault.
00:33:19.000 When you have an injustice that is done, it's not just the people that allow the injustice to occur.
00:33:24.000 That can be the emphasis of your focus.
00:33:27.000 But make no mistake, Thomas knows exactly what he's doing.
00:33:31.000 Knows exactly.
00:33:32.000 And that's right, I said he, for those of you keeping score at home, knows exactly what's going on.
00:33:38.000 Thomas is a narcissist.
00:33:40.000 Thomas is a cheat.
00:33:42.000 Thomas was not able to succeed against other men.
00:33:45.000 Thomas was a very average swimmer and then becomes the best at what Thomas does.
00:33:50.000 Imagine how sick of a person you must be.
00:33:53.000 So truly.
00:33:54.000 To be like, you know, I can't compete against men, but now I want to go dominate against women.
00:33:58.000 Just imagine that.
00:34:00.000 And we're like, oh, well, I don't blame that person.
00:34:02.000 You should blame that person.
00:34:04.000 Of course you should.
00:34:05.000 It's like saying, well, I don't blame the 18-year-old that wants to go play against nine-year-olds.
00:34:12.000 I totally disagree with Jenner on that.
00:34:14.000 Now, I agree when Jenner is attacking the NCAA, but all of a sudden kind of giving this kind of get out of jail free card.
00:34:20.000 Like, well, we don't want to attack the person who's actually compromising the rules themselves.
00:34:26.000 Like, no, both are to blame.
00:34:29.000 Thomas knows exactly what's going on.
00:34:31.000 I'll prove it to you.
00:34:32.000 If it wasn't about winning championships, if it wasn't about all that, why wouldn't Thomas continue to compete against other men?
00:34:40.000 If it was just about being happy and being gender identified, of which you can be a male swimmer and identify as whatever you want, why didn't Thomas continue to compete against men?
00:34:51.000 Oh, because Thomas didn't get attention when Thomas was competing against men.
00:34:56.000 Because Thomas was a really bad male swimmer, very average.
00:34:59.000 No, no, no, it's all about Thomas being the center of attention, the really low decibel voice, by the way.
00:35:06.000 And look, it's very important.
00:35:07.000 We're allowing a social contagion to take root.
00:35:10.000 Bill Maher, who is a liberal, by the way, is identifying this rather well.
00:35:15.000 Play cut 77.
00:35:17.000 We can't admit that in certain enclaves there is some level of trendiness to the idea of being anything other than straight, then this is not a serious science-based discussion.
00:35:27.000 It's a blow being struck in the culture wars using children as cannon fodder.
00:35:33.000 There is a trendiness that is alongside of it.
00:35:36.000 And I bet Bill Maher actually has deeper feelings than what he's articulating there.
00:35:42.000 I think Bill has to kind of walk a little bit of a tightrope right there.
00:35:47.000 Thomas was asked, Did you transition to win more medals?
00:35:52.000 And Thomas said no.
00:35:53.000 And if that's the case, the follow-up question is: well, why didn't you keep on competing against men?
00:35:59.000 You could have just said you were a woman.
00:36:00.000 No, no, no, because it was about that.
00:36:02.000 Play cut 25.
00:36:04.000 Transitioning to get an advantage is not something that ever factors into our decisions.
00:36:10.000 You didn't transition to win more medals.
00:36:13.000 No.
00:36:14.000 Again, transition is a term I can't stand.
00:36:18.000 You don't get to dictate your reality because you wish it to be so.
00:36:24.000 You don't get to wish different chromosomes on.
00:36:27.000 And it's a preference on the feeling and the emotion more than admitting that we must be tied to these pesky shackles of reality.
00:36:37.000 You know, this has mass civilizational implications.
00:36:40.000 And I understand that a lot of you listening and a lot of you kind of walking through this with me, you're scared and afraid to weigh in on it.
00:36:49.000 Play this out.
00:36:49.000 You think this is going to get better in the next five years?
00:36:52.000 Think female sports is going to continue to thrive?
00:36:54.000 Joe Biden is willing to starve children to destroy female sports.
00:36:58.000 That is the latest announcement.
00:36:59.000 Joe Biden is willing to withhold and hold hostage federal school lunch assistance money to try to get his way when it comes to this issue.
00:37:07.000 Boy, does the left is focused on this issue right now.
00:37:11.000 You have to wonder why.
00:37:12.000 I have my own theories.
00:37:14.000 I'm not going to go into that right now, actually.
00:37:16.000 I think part of it is what they're trying to do with robots and machines.
00:37:20.000 I've talked about that openly, transhumanism, but we'll have to dive into that at a different time.
00:37:27.000 Thank you so much for listening, everybody.
