00:00:00.000 Hey everybody, the IRS is now making house calls.
00:00:02.000 Matt Taibbi is targeted.
00:00:03.000 What is the fourth branch of government and the administrative state?
00:00:06.000 We will talk about that and so much more.

00:00:28.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks.
00:00:32.000 I want to thank Charlie.
00:00:33.000 He's an incredible guy.
00:00:34.000 His spirit, his love of this country.
00:00:36.000 He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created.

00:00:42.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.
00:00:51.000 That's why we are here.
00:00:54.000 Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at AndrewandTodd.com.
00:01:03.000 There is a buffet line of tyranny happening in America right now.
00:01:07.000 Unfortunately, there's so much tyranny we don't even know where to focus on.
00:01:12.000 But we're going to start with a very important story.
00:01:14.000 We touched on this briefly yesterday, which is Matt Taibbi, who is a citizen journalist, more than a citizen journalist.
00:01:21.000 He's an award-winning journalist who exposed the Twitter files, testified in front of Congress, talked about how Twitter has been working with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, exposing how Twitter has been an arm of the intelligence agencies, was cross-examined by Democrats when he was testifying in front of the Weaponization of Government Committee.
00:01:42.000 He is a liberal, by the way.
00:01:44.000 And as we see, his testimony was powerful.
00:01:50.000 It was dramatic.
00:01:51.000 He's a liberal.
00:01:53.000 We have to keep reminding people of that.
00:01:56.000 And interestingly enough, a couple days ago, Matt Taibbi gets a knock on the door, a house visit from the Internal Revenue Service.
00:02:07.000 That's a journalist who's getting a shakedown.
00:02:11.000 The same day he was testifying in front of Congress.
00:02:15.000 He gets a visit from the IRS.
00:02:16.000 Is that just a coincidence?
00:02:18.000 Look, the IRS, an IRS agent, paid Taibbi an in-person house call to tell him they needed to talk to him about his taxes going back as far as 2018.
00:02:29.000 Now, if you know anything about the IRS, it's extraordinarily rare to get a house visit from the IRS.
00:02:37.000 Maybe if you're actively laundering money or involved in international drug trades, but typically they send letters and it takes months to respond.
00:02:46.000 And these are usually done as civil investigative demands.
00:02:50.000 And you have a chance to respond with a lawyer and there's a whole process that goes through.
00:02:55.000 But the IRS doing a house call?
00:02:57.000 Who approved this?
00:02:59.000 Who's behind this?
00:03:01.000 Now, it would be suspicious enough if you got a letter in the mail from the IRS that week asking questions, but a house visit by the IRS?
00:03:11.000 Now, some of the detractors say, oh, come on, Charlie, the IRS, not a big deal.
00:03:15.000 No, the IRS is one of the most dangerous, one of the most, let's just say, powerful government agencies that is able to ruin your life, that is able to disrupt, disrupt your quality of life, if they so choose.
00:03:32.000 Powerful and very unchecked, as is most of the fourth branch of government.
00:03:38.000 Taibbi says that he's never really had any tax problems before this.
00:03:44.000 And how many of you have ever had the IRS show up at your house in person unannounced?
00:03:49.000 Now, it is true the IRS will sometimes do audit visits, but they have to find a date and time, an agreeable location.
00:03:59.000 They don't just show up unannounced and start talking about taxes.
00:04:03.000 Now, if this was just some one-off or some sort of accident or some sort of fluke, we could dismiss it.
00:04:11.000 But I think we're all smarter than that, aren't we?
00:04:14.000 And by the way, this is a liberal citizen journalist, award-winning journalist, who dares speak out about how the federal government is involved with censoring dissident voices.
00:04:26.000 And what do they do?
00:04:27.000 They go send a shock trooper from the IRS to go try and chill speech.
00:04:34.000 This is what happened.
00:04:35.000 This was the Internal Revenue Service showing up at the door of Matt Taibbi to intimidate him.
00:04:43.000 It's that simple.
00:04:44.000 Intimidation is their mission statement.
00:04:48.000 It is mission critical.
00:04:49.000 It is imperative.
00:04:52.000 They must be able to target their political enemies.
00:04:55.000 Lois Lerner did this with the IRS and Tea Party groups.
00:04:59.000 You see this with Department of Justice targeting moms and dads at school board meetings.
00:05:04.000 The regime will not allow dissidents to speak freely.
00:05:08.000 They must use political force and try and crush you.
00:05:13.000 And the IRS typically works too slow.
00:05:15.000 So they thought that they could probably intimidate Taibbi, bother him, get in his head if they could do a house call, an unprecedented house call.
00:05:25.000 Let's go to Cut 55.
00:05:27.000 Fox News reports IRS shows up at Taibbi's home.
00:05:30.000 Play Cut 55.
00:05:32.000 A journalist behind the Twitter file says the IRS paid an unannounced visit to his home.
00:05:38.000 Listen to this.
00:05:38.000 Matt Taibbi claims he was testifying in front of the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government when the IRS made an unexpected visit.
00:05:48.000 So?
00:05:49.000 Was he targeted?
00:05:50.000 Yeah, and they're going to come to your house next.
00:05:52.000 There's now 87,000 new IRS agents as part of the Inflation Reduction Act.
00:05:58.000 And we tried to warn about this, and the media mocked us, and Mark Kelly voted for it, and Raphael Warnock voted for it.
00:06:05.000 And a lot of normie Republicans voted for Democrats in the midterms.
00:06:09.000 And they're going to get house visits.
00:06:10.000 But the people they're going to visit first are, of course, Real America voice listeners and viewers, grassroots conservatives.
00:06:17.000 They need to be able to use unchecked political power to intimidate you.
00:06:23.000 This is not some sort of fluke or an accident.
00:06:25.000 This is not some sort of coincidence.
00:06:27.000 This is a targeted campaign to chill speech.
00:06:32.000 The IRS is not there to deliver a pizza.
00:06:35.000 They're there delivering fear to political enemies.
00:06:38.000 And I just want to reinforce this.
00:06:40.000 The IRS doing house calls is extraordinarily rare.
00:06:45.000 I did not even know they're allowed to do it.
00:06:48.000 But to do it the same day that Taibbi is testifying, who approved this?
00:06:53.000 What manager of the IRS?
00:06:55.000 And guess what?
00:06:55.000 These people are never held accountable.
00:06:57.000 Lois Lerner, who weaponized the entire Internal Revenue Service against Tea Party groups 10 years ago, is still getting her full pension a day.
00:07:06.000 She never went to jail.
00:07:07.000 She was never held accountable.
00:07:09.000 And there is a pattern here.
00:07:11.000 Obama was the first one to use the IRS to deploy the shock troops against political enemies.
00:07:17.000 They denied tax exempt status for years, slowed down the Tea Party movement because they were opposing Obamacare.
00:07:24.000 Now, this was a big scandal, but Paul Ryan and many of the Rhino Republicans failed to investigate the IRS scandal 10 years ago, and they really were never held accountable.
00:07:34.000 Now, the IRS has more funding, more shock troops, more bureaucrats, more people to do the work of outright chilling intimidation than ever before.
00:07:48.000 So why wouldn't Biden do this?
00:07:50.000 It's not as if anyone gets held accountable.
00:07:52.000 This is the Stalinization of America.
00:07:56.000 It is full outright Gestapo behavior.
00:07:59.000 And here's Matt Taibbi, a liberal.
00:08:02.000 And that is really kind of why they're doing it, because they consider him to be a traitor to the party.
00:08:08.000 They hate Charlie Kirk.
00:08:10.000 They hate Steve Bannon.
00:08:11.000 They hate Tucker Carlson.
00:08:13.000 But there's a threshold of revenge that these people reach when one of their own defect.
00:08:22.000 When one of their own, who used to kind of wear the jersey of the American left, decide to speak out against the party, that's what they really want to put on a show trial because they're afraid of mass defections from the American left.
00:08:37.000 They have to try to shut up Matt Taibbi, former Rolling Stone journalist.
00:08:42.000 This is why they're going after Elon Musk.
00:08:44.000 You're not allowed to defect from the party.
00:08:48.000 And it fits into this phallics, by the way, of intimidation.
00:08:51.000 The IRS investigations, then you have the prosecution of Douglas Mackey for making a meme, the endless ways to try to charge Trump and indict him and intimidate him, going after moms and dads, indicting Steve Bannon, raiding James O'Keefe's home, raiding Rudy Giuliani's home, targeting pro-life protesters.
00:09:09.000 Meanwhile, we have new news where the Department of Justice was under direct orders to not arrest the illegal activity outside of Supreme Court homes, despite the fact that a Supreme Court justice was almost murdered by that type of activity.
00:09:23.000 There's a lot here.
00:09:24.000 We're going to play some of this tape, but this is not a popular thing for people to hear, and you're not going to like it.
00:09:32.000 But under this current regime, we are living in an enemy-occupied country.
00:09:42.000 They have taken over the government, and we have to think as dissidents.
00:09:46.000 That's not a comfortable thing.
00:09:47.000 I don't find joy in saying that.
00:09:49.000 This is not a free society where a journalist gets a house call from the tax collecting authority with criminal arrest power the day he's going to testify bombshell information against the regime.
00:10:01.000 That is not a country that is a free society.
00:10:04.000 Do we have elements of a free society?
00:10:06.000 Of course, we still do.
00:10:09.000 It seems like it's hard to trust anything anymore.
00:10:12.000 Our most important institutions are being destroyed piece by piece.
00:10:16.000 Are you prepared for the worst?
00:10:17.000 True freedom comes from self-reliance, and that means having a good supply of emergency food.

00:11:04.000 Mypatriotsupply.com.
00:11:08.000 Charlie, I worked for the IRS for over 15 years in several different areas.
00:11:14.000 Over 90% of the contact with a taxpayer is done by mail and phone calls.
00:11:20.000 If you do meet in person, it has to be done by appointment.
00:11:25.000 This is scary beyond belief from a former employee of the IRS.
00:11:33.000 So why is it that this happened?
00:11:35.000 This was obviously coordinated.
00:11:37.000 The fourth branch of government has never been held accountable by the Republican Party.
00:11:42.000 They're finally starting to get into the action here.
00:11:45.000 And look, I'm going to be speaking to a bunch of members of Congress next week and their staff.
00:11:50.000 I'm going to really challenge them that this Leviathan, this fourth branch of government, this needs to be crushed.
00:11:59.000 This right here stands against all the promise of liberty.
00:12:03.000 It is like a street gang.
00:12:05.000 If you want out, they beat you up.
00:12:08.000 They kill you.
00:12:09.000 That is how it is with Matt Taibbi.
00:12:11.000 He was part of the liberal quote-unquote street gang, and you say, hey, I'm done.
00:12:16.000 They're going to beat you up and throw you in an alley while he's about to testify in front of the select subcommittee on weaponization.
00:12:25.000 Listen to how the Democrats treated him.
00:12:28.000 So Matt Taibbi gets a house call from the IRS and then he gets treated like this from the party.
00:12:34.000 And by the way, I use the term the party intentionally because that phrase is all throughout social needs and literature, Orwell literature.
00:12:42.000 We could talk more about that throughout the week and on our AMA Friday.
00:12:47.000 But if you understand the philosophical and religious components of the worship of the state, the term the party or the regime carries a lot more weight, especially if you've done a fair amount of reading of Soviet literature.
00:13:03.000 Play cut 67.
00:13:04.000 The FTC has extraordinarily serious concerns about Twitter's handling of consumers' data and that there's something going on between congressional Republicans and Elon Musk.
00:13:19.000 Mr. Chairman, Americans can see through this.
00:13:22.000 Musk is helping you out politically and you're going out of your way to promote and protect him and to praise him for his work.
00:13:29.000 This isn't just a matter of what data was given to these so-called journalists before us now.
00:13:34.000 There are many legitimate questions about where Musk got the financing to buy Twitter.
00:13:40.000 So-called journalists.
00:13:41.000 And so all throughout the hearing, they were pressing Matt Taibbi to reveal his sources.
00:13:47.000 You have to wonder, we'll play cut 66 in just a moment.
00:13:53.000 You have to wonder that did somebody plan the IRS visit so that Taibbi would just reveal his sources?
00:14:01.000 Did they do the house call to his front door the day he was going to testify for the purpose that he would break?
00:14:11.000 Was it the equivalent of waking up with a horse's head in your bed?
00:14:15.000 How the mob used to operate?
00:14:18.000 Beautifully demonstrated in the fabulous movie Godfather.
00:14:22.000 Kind of get the message.
00:14:24.000 Dead horse head, kind of back off, don't mess around.
00:14:27.000 Play cut 66.
00:14:29.000 Well, conclusion is that he is, in fact, your source.
00:14:32.000 Well, you're free to conclude that.
00:14:33.000 Well, sir, I just don't understand.
00:14:35.000 You can't have it both ways, but let's move on because no, he can.
00:14:38.000 He's a journalist.
00:14:39.000 No, he can't because either Musk is the source and he can't talk about it, or Musk is not the source.
00:14:44.000 And if Musk is not the source, then he can discuss.
00:14:47.000 No one has yielded.
00:14:47.000 The gentlelady's out of order.
00:14:48.000 You don't get to recognize it.
00:14:49.000 She's out of order.
00:14:50.000 The gentlelady has not recognized it.
00:14:52.000 You're not recognizing Matt Taibbi.
00:14:54.000 He has not said that.
00:14:55.000 I don't think that's a good idea.
00:14:55.000 What he has said is he's not going to reveal his source.
00:14:58.000 And the fact that Democrats are pressuring him to do so is such a matter of time.
00:15:01.000 We're asking him about his conversations with Musk.
00:15:03.000 The gentlelady has not yielded you time.
00:15:05.000 So they were trying to set the preconditions with threats.
00:15:09.000 In the back of Matt Taibbi's head, that whole testimony, he was thinking, boy, they're going to try to crush me financially.
00:15:16.000 They might try to put me in prison.
00:15:18.000 That's exactly the message they were trying to send.
00:15:21.000 Makes you wonder how many congressional testimonies get visits from the IRS besides Matt Taibbi.
00:15:27.000 How many times in the last couple decades when there's a star witness that's supposed to show up, they get a call from a government agency?
00:15:33.000 Is this the first time this has ever happened?
00:15:36.000 Or is this a playbook?
00:15:37.000 Is this a blueprint?
00:15:38.000 The Democrats were mad that journalist Matt Taibbi was shedding light on their censorship efforts.
00:15:44.000 So they had to crush him, intimidate him.
00:15:46.000 Thankfully, Matt Taibbi has courage and boldness.
00:15:49.000 He is a liberal, but he's also honest, and he certainly isn't weak.
00:15:54.000 And he gets a knock on the door from the Gestapo because what he was about to say was a direct threat to their efforts to silence political dissonance.
00:16:04.000 And they're going to keep on doing this.
00:16:06.000 You have to wonder how many people that are scheduled to testify right now in the next month or two or three are going to get house calls from the IRS, going to get a call from the FBI.
00:16:17.000 Did the FBI orchestrate this?
00:16:19.000 Did Christopher Wright?
00:16:20.000 Did the current head of the IRS know this?
00:16:22.000 Who is in charge?
00:16:23.000 Who authorized it?
00:16:28.000 Are you feeling burned out and a little tired?
00:16:30.000 Look, I want to tell you about something that I've become a big believer in.
00:16:32.000 And if you do not know about it, you got to research it.
00:16:35.000 You could fact-check me.
00:16:36.000 It's NAD.
00:16:37.000 NAD is a precursor for your body to be able to create ATP, which is basically the life force of everything that you do.
00:16:45.000 And look, there's a lot of people out there that are promising energy and doing all this, but go do some research on NAD and go see actually how incredibly important it is for high performance to be able to go actually get it to the next level.
00:16:58.000 And so what does NAD stand for?
00:17:00.000 Well, try to take a note here.
00:17:02.000 It is nicotinamide adenonide dinucleotide.
00:17:07.000 I did that pretty well, don't you think?
00:17:08.000 NAD.
00:17:09.000 It's a coenzyme that is central to metabolism.
00:17:13.000 Again, don't take my word for it.
00:17:14.000 Go watch a YouTube video or two or three or four and go fact-check me on it.
00:17:18.000 I've been taking NAD for quite some time.
00:17:20.000 And people say, Charlie, how do you travel 2,700 days in a decade?
00:17:24.000 How do you do the 300 days a year?
00:17:26.000 How do you do that?
00:17:26.000 Look, it's not only because of this.
00:17:28.000 I eat well and do other things as well.
00:17:30.000 But if you look at NADH, especially when it combines with CoQ10 and marine collagen, it boosts your body's cellular function.
00:17:38.000 I would never tell you guys to go do something I myself did not do.
00:17:41.000 And Strong Cell has been able to put together a scientific breakthrough in cellular health replenishment that combines NADH, CoQ10, and marine collagen.
00:17:50.000 When you combine them together, you get mental clarity.
00:17:52.000 And that's a must for me.
00:17:54.000 It's not just that.
00:17:55.000 It's for vitality.
00:17:56.000 It helps your immune system.
00:17:58.000 It's all good stuff.
00:17:59.000 So go to strongcell.com forward slash Charlie today and see for yourself.
00:18:04.000 It's not a stimulant.
00:18:05.000 It doesn't contain any caffeine.
00:18:06.000 I'm talking about overall health from the cellular level.
00:18:09.000 NADH has been called the anti-aging enzyme that helps with so many issues like brain fog, short-term memory loss, blood pressure, heart disease, blood sugar retention, and so much more.

00:19:20.000 The theory of the administrative state comes from German historicism that we must yield our liberty to the experts.
00:19:27.000 And it has been an ascendant theory over the last 100 years.
00:19:31.000 Now, what is the administrative state?
00:19:33.000 The administrative state is what we call the fourth branch of government.
00:19:35.000 So traditionally, we talk about executive, legislative, judicial.
00:19:39.000 Obviously, in Article 1, 2, and 3, Article 1 is the legislative, Article 2 is the executive, Article 3 is the judiciary.
00:19:45.000 And they're supposed to have separation of powers.
00:19:48.000 They're supposed to check and balance one another.
00:19:51.000 But the ascendance of the theory of the administrative state is that we have this fourth branch of government.
00:19:56.000 Woodrow Wilson really drove this forward.
00:19:58.000 Woodrow Wilson was one of America's worst presidents.
00:20:01.000 He was an academic.
00:20:02.000 He won with a plurality of votes, not a majority of votes, largely because Teddy Roosevelt ran as a third-party candidate against William Howard Teft in the 1912 election.
00:20:10.000 Woodrow Wilson was the president of Princeton University, governor of New Jersey, became president and was one of the most radical presidents in American history and the first president in American history at the time to actually intellectually and philosophically challenge the promise of the American founding.
00:20:23.000 He engaged in what then was called modern liberalism, saying that, hey, these ideas, antiquity and these anchored of the root, the anchoring of the roots that come from the American founding are outdated.
00:20:37.000 We now have steam engines, we have the printing press, we have all these advancements, we have trains that can go intercontinentally.
00:20:44.000 We now are more advanced.
00:20:45.000 The same arguments that the scientists make today, 110 years later, where they say we have Twitter, we have vaccines, we have Facebook, we have Advil, we have Tylenol, we have electricity and air conditioning, therefore we're smarter than the founders.
00:20:58.000 When the founders were rooted in wisdom, which is the knowledge of things that never change, but the collective academia, really the project of John Dewey, they don't believe in classical education.
00:21:09.000 They do not believe in the knowledge of the things that do not change.
00:21:12.000 And that's what's so dangerous about the administrative state: the administrative state is staffed with people that have disgust and disdain for a classical view of humanity.
00:21:23.000 What is a human being?
00:21:24.000 Somebody with a soul.
00:21:25.000 It's not a mistake that we exist.
00:21:26.000 We were designed with an intent.
00:21:28.000 The very least, the founding fathers believed that God was four main things.
00:21:32.000 God was above nature.
00:21:33.000 God was personal.
00:21:34.000 God was moral.
00:21:34.000 God was holy.
00:21:35.000 The administrative state is largely staffed with people that believe none of those things.
00:21:39.000 They believe in power.
00:21:40.000 They believe that the administrative state needs to be more powerful than the other three branches of government.
00:21:46.000 And boy, are we close to that?
00:21:48.000 We're basically living in that country.
00:21:50.000 You see, the administrative state has supplanted the promise of limited constitutional government with the tyranny of unbounded anti-constitutional bureaucracy.
00:22:01.000 You see, the progressive thinkers were very impatient with this idea of separation of powers.
00:22:07.000 If you properly study the American founding, it's just so beautiful what they did.
00:22:11.000 It's just incredible.
00:22:12.000 And I think that is our great hope.
00:22:14.000 I think our great hope is that you turn back to what the founders already gave us because this document, the United States Constitution, is built on eternal principles.
00:22:25.000 It's built on things that do not change.
00:22:28.000 So it will be just as relevant 200 years from now as 500 years from now as it is today, because the raw material of a human being does not change.
00:22:40.000 And so the Constitution, the heart of the United States Constitution, is a doctrine of separation of powers.
00:22:45.000 That's why, by the way, many conservatives are finally waking up to maybe Google is too powerful.
00:22:50.000 Maybe these private companies are too powerful because no one should be able to have absolute despotic control over a citizenry.
00:22:58.000 And we see this in the Declaration of Independence, where we see the distinction between man and God.
00:23:03.000 God is mentioned four times in the Declaration of Independence.
00:23:05.000 We're going to talk about this a lot in July in our July 4th series, re-educating the American population on the beauty, and I believe the divine nature of the Declaration of Independence.
00:23:16.000 But what the progressives think is that government no longer has to be limited, that government can bring us to a new utopia, which hilariously, utopia literally means nowhere.
00:23:26.000 And Thomas More wrote that in his book, it literally means nowhere.
00:23:30.000 But this is the most important part, okay?
00:23:33.000 Is that the administrative state is unchecked, unelected, unknown to the American people, and largely has unlimited amounts of power.
00:23:46.000 The administrative state is so powerful that Trump barely held on to power.
00:23:51.000 The administrative state is another way to say the deep state or the swamp.
00:23:55.000 The administrative state is the more technical academic definition, but you can use whatever definition you like.
00:24:00.000 Administrative state, deep state, bureaucrats, government agents, all are actually fine.
00:24:05.000 And Donald Trump is pinpointing this beautifully, by the way.
00:24:09.000 If Trump stays on this message and he says, elect me as your ambassador, as your surrogate to crush the administrative state, that is a winning message.
00:24:21.000 We lived in COVID under the terror and the tyranny, not of Congress, not of the executive branch, not of the judiciary, but of this unconstitutional 100-year project of the progressives of the administrative state.
00:24:34.000 Play Cut 70.
00:24:36.000 The rule of law is a tremendous threat to Western civilization.
00:24:40.000 And I say, I was asked the other day, and I took a little heat for it.
00:24:43.000 They said, who's our biggest threat?
00:24:45.000 Is it China, sir?
00:24:47.000 Is it Russia?
00:24:49.000 I said, no, our biggest threat are high-level politicians that work in the United States government, like Mitch McConnell, Nancy Pelosi, Schumer, Biden, Justice Department, because that's poisoning our country.
00:25:09.000 It is poisoning our country because the people who are the sovereign in this project do not currently have a check and a balance on any of those instruments of power.
00:25:21.000 So when we start to see the IRS do house calls to Matt Taibbi, they're able to do that because we have diverted and we've took such a dangerous detour from what made this country sustainable, which was the United States Constitution and the promise of the U.S. Constitution.
00:25:44.000 And so we have just learned, by the way, that the Department of Justice issued a memo dissuading marshals from arresting people outside of Supreme Court justice homes, even though it was illegal.
00:25:56.000 It was against the U.S. federal law to demonstrate to influence an opinion outside of Supreme Court homes.
00:26:03.000 Brett Kavanaugh was almost murdered, and his whole family was almost murdered because of this activity.
00:26:08.000 Praise God, they were able to arrest them.
00:26:11.000 A few weeks earlier, Garland fielded questions from the Senate Judiciary Committee about this on his agency's failure to prosecute those picketing the homes of justices.
00:26:20.000 Garland has insisted that the decision to arrest protesters lies with U.S. Marshals.
00:26:25.000 He said, quote, U.S. Marshals have the authority to arrest anyone under that statute.
00:26:29.000 The Attorney General does not make that decision to arrest, which is just not true.
00:26:33.000 The marshals on the scene make the decision whether or not to arrest.
00:26:36.000 And we know that's not true.
00:26:38.000 Garland is able to issue arrest warrants and indictments at any time.
00:26:42.000 He's the Attorney General of the United States, not to mention he does that with January 6th prisoners.
00:26:46.000 And so you're trying to tell me Grandma goes into the January 6th Capitol Rotunda, takes a selfie, and gets prison time, but somebody illegally is trying to influence a Supreme Court decision with violence, intimidation with their family in their place of residence against Section 1507 of U.S. Code.
00:27:04.000 Let me read Section 1507 of the United States Code.
00:27:07.000 It prohibits the picketing of Supreme Court justices or other federal judges to change the outcome of a legal case.
00:27:15.000 But when the protesters demonstrate at the homes of conservative justices, U.S. Marshals made very few arrests.
00:27:22.000 Senator Katie Britt from Alabama revealed this was not a mistake.
00:27:25.000 Rather, it was a directive that U.S. Marshals were under direct orders to not make arrests, instructing them to arrest protesters only as a last resort.
00:27:37.000 And so, isn't that an interesting thing?
00:27:38.000 And boy, I mentioned this on this program.
00:27:40.000 And if there's just a couple things that you constantly take away and you write down and you study and you ponder, it is the great Sam Francis in the 1990s who came up with the term anarcho-tyranny, where we're going to allow disruption and chaos when it fits the party's objective, like protesting outside of Supreme Court homes, bombing abortion clinics, sending death threats to people like me, trans day of vengeance.
00:28:10.000 But we will use tyranny if you're not helpful to the party or not helpful to the regime.
00:28:17.000 For example, if Matt Taibbi goes to testify to expose government censorship efforts, we will deploy the shock troops on you.
00:28:26.000 That inconsistent application of the laws is exactly what happened in Mao's China and in the Soviet Union.
00:28:35.000 As Cicero said, the great Roman counsel and author, the more laws, the less justice.
00:28:44.000 They can riot in your neighborhood, but you'll be charged if you point guns at them.
00:28:49.000 They can be outside Supreme Court homes, but if conservatives go in the Capitol Rotunda and take selfies, they're going to a gulag.
00:28:57.000 Just this last week, left-wing protesters stormed the Capitol.
00:29:01.000 None of them are going to go to the D.C. gulag.
00:29:06.000 Woke grandma, who runs our monetary policy, Janet Yellen, was asked about the IRS, the stormtroopers, going to Matt Taibbi's home, or Stumtruppen in the German.
00:29:24.000 Cut 65, woke grandma, who runs our economy, play cut 65.
00:29:28.000 A couple weeks ago, we had a journalist before us, Matt Taibbi, who, by the way, is not a conservative.
00:29:34.000 He's an independent journalist, but is known to be progressive or to the left, not to the right.
00:29:39.000 And during the few hours that he's appearing before Congress, an IRS agent appears at his home and leaves him a note.
00:29:48.000 Are you familiar with this?
00:29:49.000 Are you aware of this?
00:29:50.000 No, I'm not.
00:29:52.000 And I would ask, I mean, you're an economist, you're a mathematician.
00:29:55.000 What are the chances of that being just luck?
00:29:59.000 I'm not aware that IRS agents do that, except as you said, in cases where there's an investigation for law breaking that's underway.
00:30:12.000 Yeah, I mean, he wasn't an investigation for tax issues.
00:30:15.000 He was an investigation for thought crimes.
00:30:18.000 He was under investigation for pushing back against the regime.
00:30:23.000 Bill Haggerty says that we should restrict funding from the Treasury until it explains, why don't we restrict funding anyway?
00:30:29.000 Why does it take this?
00:30:30.000 Play Cut 54.
00:30:32.000 I think that the hearings are going to bring a lot of clarity to this, a lot of visibility that is needed.
00:30:36.000 Again, I'm going to continue to put pressure through the Appropriations Committee on the Treasury to get to the bottom of this, even if it requires withholding their funding.
00:30:44.000 Of course it should require withholding their funding.
00:30:46.000 We have 87,000 new IRS agents that are going to show up to you.
00:30:50.000 This is the blueprint, by the way.
00:30:52.000 The new social credit system, ESG, is going to be the prerequisite to be able to create the precedent for house calls and for Gestapo-like stormtroopers to show up at your home.
00:31:04.000 By the way, no one's going to get fired over this.
00:31:06.000 You understand that?
00:31:06.000 I don't mean to be cynical.
00:31:08.000 The agent that showed up, whoever directed the agent, they're just going to say, oh, yeah, you know, we have permanent jobs here.
00:31:15.000 By the way, Congress has some power to defund this garbage.
00:31:19.000 The debt ceiling is the standoff.
00:31:21.000 Why don't we defund those 87,000 IRS agents?
00:31:24.000 Lois Lerner is probably in Cozumel enjoying her taxpayer-funded pension when she destroyed the Tea Party movement, not destroyed, but she stopped the Tea Party movement with the Internal Revenue Service auditing Tea Party groups and stopping them from getting tax-exempt status.
00:31:42.000 No one was ever held accountable.
00:31:45.000 Nobody was ever fired.
00:31:46.000 Nobody lost their pension.
00:31:48.000 By the way, Andy McCabe, I think, got his pension back.
00:31:50.000 I saw that story a couple of weeks ago.
00:31:52.000 Andy McCabe, who did criminal activity with the government.
00:31:54.000 And I think this is one of the things that is a bubbling up effect that I hear from people.
00:31:58.000 It's infuriating.
00:31:59.000 It's maddening.
00:32:00.000 And grassroots folks, I think, do their best to be able to articulate it.
00:32:03.000 But let me try to kind of collect the combined fury and put it into words: which is you, the American citizen, go out of your way with deliberate action to do the right thing.
00:32:18.000 Educate your kids, go to church, not commit crimes, and pay taxes.
00:32:22.000 Love America, pray for America.
00:32:25.000 And you do it routinely.
00:32:28.000 And life is getting harder for the rule followers and getting easier for the rule breakers.
00:32:34.000 I think that's a pretty accurate summary: that the people that break the laws are actually getting more advantages, and the people that follow the laws are getting poor via inflation, job cuts.
00:32:48.000 And so you see, for example, Lois Lerner or the IRS or Janet Yellen or Andy McCabe, their lifestyle is only increasing and improving despite the fact that they have participated in outright naked criminal behavior.
00:33:06.000 I have a very simple question.
00:33:08.000 I can name Wall Street officials, crypto scammers, you know, people that mess up, you know, do all sorts of different sort of bank fraud.
00:33:18.000 That's all, I'm glad they're being held accountable.
00:33:20.000 Can you point to me outside of outright perverts, which there's not enough of that being held accountable, outside of outright perverts or sex crimes, when was the last time somebody in the leadership of the federal government was perp walked or put in handcuffs for abusing government power against the citizens?
00:33:40.000 Just by a basic logical observation, they're not immune to criminality.
00:33:46.000 We know James Comey, Andy McCabe, Nellie Orr.
00:33:50.000 It's not only that these people aren't perp walked, it's not these people who go to jail, they get promotions.
00:33:55.000 Fauci fails upward.
00:33:58.000 Rochelle Walensky, Francis Collins, these people lie repeatedly.
00:34:01.000 They get rewarded for that.
00:34:03.000 If the people who actually enforce the law themselves don't get accountable when they break the law, you have a serious issue.
