The Charlie Kirk Show - Megyn Kelly Holds Nothing Back— LIVE from the Student Action Summit

00:00:00.000 Charlie, what you've done is incredible here.

00:00:01.000 Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus.

00:00:03.000 I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie.

00:00:07.000 Charlie Kirk's running the White House.

00:00:10.000 I want to thank Charlie.

00:00:11.000 He's an incredible guy.

00:00:12.000 His spirit, his love of this country.

00:00:14.000 He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created, Turning Point USA.

00:00:21.000 We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country.

00:00:29.000 That's why we are here.

00:00:59.000 So, Megan, you're here on a slow news day.

00:01:02.000 Nothing's going on.

00:01:03.000 Anyone been on X in the past hour?

00:01:07.000 They're happy.

00:01:07.000 That's why you know they haven't been on social media.

00:01:09.000 We'll update you.

00:01:11.000 Why don't you update them, Megan?

00:01:13.000 Well, this is the first big scandal, I'd say, of the Trump administration that's on Team Rational.

00:01:20.000 It's not a fake media scandal like the left tries to create for President Trump every other day.

00:01:25.000 It's one of the right's own making, and it's not going well.

00:01:28.000 And it has to do with Jeffrey Epstein.

00:01:31.000 Yeah.

00:01:32.000 Let me just ask you, make some noise if you care about the Jeffrey Epstein scandal.

00:01:42.000 Raise your hand if it matters a lot to you.

00:01:44.000 Raise your hand.

00:01:46.000 So every hand of 7,000 people.

00:01:48.000 Everybody cares.

00:01:50.000 A lot.

00:01:50.000 I said a lot.

00:01:51.000 Every hand.

00:01:51.000 Here's what I think is happening.

00:01:53.000 I don't think President Trump is focused on this.

00:01:54.000 He's focused on a lot of other things which are going great, and he needs to be focused on those other things.

00:02:00.000 Jeffrey Eberson is not the most important thing on his agenda by any stretch of the imagination.

00:02:04.000 I mean, he's crushing it on the tariffs, foreign policy, just got nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize.

00:02:09.000 If not Trump, then who?

00:02:10.000 Honestly.

00:02:11.000 Barack Obama got the Nobel Peace Prize after nine months in office.

00:02:14.000 He had done nothing, nothing.

00:02:16.000 He gave a nice speech about Muslims, and they gave it to him.

00:02:19.000 So President Trump should be getting the Nobel Peace Prize, and there's all sorts of things he's focused on.

00:02:23.000 I just don't think this has captured his attention quite yet.

00:02:26.000 But it needs to because it's starting to create a real hornet's nest within the administration.

00:02:31.000 And I've got to be honest, I blame Pam Bondi.

00:02:36.000 I'll tell you why, okay?

00:02:39.000 I have nothing, yes, incompetence, yes.

00:02:43.000 I have nothing against Pam Bondi as a human being. 0.99

00:02:46.000 I was fine with her nomination and her confirmation, and she's been loyal to the president, and I get that President Trump needs a loyal Attorney General.

00:02:54.000 Look what happened with Sessions the first time he went away, and then the next thing you know, we had the Mueller investigation, and it was a nightmare.

00:03:00.000 But there are a lot of other people who can be loyal and competent in that job.

00:03:04.000 She is the reason that things are unraveling around this story right now that virtually all of the Republican Party cares deeply about.

00:03:12.000 It's also true that Dan Bongino and Cash Patel had questions about Epstein before they took office, okay, before they went to the FBI.

00:03:19.000 But once they joined the FBI, they said nothing.

00:03:23.000 They've kept their mouths shut about Epstein.

00:03:26.000 You have not seen them, except for one joint appearance with Dan and Cash on Fox, running all over the media looking for attention on this, yes, clickbaity story.

00:03:35.000 Who have you seen?

00:03:36.000 Pam Bondi.

00:03:38.000 She has never missed an opportunity to go on television and dangle sweet nothings that might be coming your way, try to lead you to believe that she's got it, it's on her desk, it's coming tomorrow, you're going to see something on Epstein.

00:03:52.000 And it was a tease.

00:03:54.000 So you either believe that Pam Bondi was telling the truth then or that she's telling the truth now.

00:04:00.000 But both cannot be true.

00:04:01.000 She was either lying when she went on Fox News all those times saying, I've got it, I've got it, we're looking at it, wait until you see it, it's horrible.

00:04:08.000 Or she's lying in her two-page memo that they released on a Sunday night at the tail end of a holiday weekend to Axios as if Axios is where we all go for our news.

00:04:18.000 Hell no.

00:04:18.000 She went to someone she knew would not kick the tires on the story and without signing the memo, dropped it in the dead of night and said, that's it.

00:04:27.000 Take it, take the crumbs and be happy.

00:04:29.000 Refused to come out and give a presser.

00:04:31.000 Come out and give a press conference.

00:04:33.000 Stand there for six hours to the point where people are dying of boredom.

00:04:36.000 They've asked all their questions.

00:04:38.000 That's how you put a scandal to rest.

00:04:41.000 But she wouldn't even sign her name to it.

00:04:43.000 And I'm telling you, I have dollars to donuts.

00:04:46.000 It's going to come out that there was internal consternation over that memo and whose name did and did not go on it and who it was and was not behind it.

00:04:54.000 And so now you have a situation where her words on the record on Fox News are diametrically opposed to what she put in this memo.

00:05:04.000 She's embarrassed the president.

00:05:05.000 She's embarrassed herself.

00:05:07.000 And Dan and Cash, to the extent they've had to sign off on that, let's understand the FBI is controlled by the DOJ.

00:05:13.000 FBI is subservient to DOJ.

00:05:15.000 She's their boss. 1.00

00:05:17.000 That they're in this position where the only comments they've made on the record as administration officials have been, we don't think he killed himself.

00:05:25.000 And we don't think he got murdered.

00:05:26.000 We think he did kill himself.

00:05:27.000 We've looked at the tapes and cashed Joe Rogan saying, if I saw all these tapes of Jeffrey Epstein with little girls, trust me, I would show you.

00:05:35.000 But I haven't seen it.

00:05:36.000 Okay, so what they're saying now is consistent with what they've said since they joined the office.

00:05:40.000 And that is one of the many reasons why this scandal is squarely on her.

00:05:44.000 And I'm telling you, I'm of the cable news universe.

00:05:48.000 I've seen it happen a million times.

00:05:50.000 People get thirsty.

00:05:52.000 They love to see themselves on television.

00:05:54.000 They love to see their names in the Khlik lights.

00:05:56.000 They love the attention.

00:05:57.000 They love the little emails and texts and tweets and thumbs up they get after their appearance and they can feel their star rising.

00:06:04.000 And listen, internally, I'm told there's a bit of like a power struggle between Pam Bondi and another female administration official on who's going to be the top dog.

00:06:12.000 You know, we've got a great bench behind President Trump.

00:06:16.000 We've got JD.

00:06:17.000 We've got Marco.

00:06:18.000 You know, we've got Heg Seth.

00:06:19.000 We've got a lot of people who could potentially be next up.

00:06:23.000 But there are some women who've got their eye on that role too. 1.00

00:06:27.000 And I've been talking about this.

00:06:28.000 Maybe one of them's speaking at this event.

00:06:29.000 Oh, hell, no.

00:06:31.000 I'm too happy a person.

00:06:33.000 No, I know.

00:06:34.000 I was talking about someone tomorrow, Smith might be speaking at this event.

00:06:36.000 Oh, yeah.

00:06:37.000 So, but Megan, you make a very astute point, and let me add to it, which is that she also brought in some of our best influencers, people that I care about deeply.

00:06:48.000 Jack Pasovic, who's incredible.

00:06:50.000 Libs of TikTok, Chaya, DC Draino.

00:06:54.000 And she gave them these binders, and she humiliated them. 1.00

00:06:58.000 And you guys know what I'm talking about?

00:07:00.000 Where she did this stuff with the binders?

00:07:03.000 And you guys were upset, but you shouldn't be upset at the influencers.

00:07:06.000 They were handed these binders like there was something incredible in them.

00:07:10.000 It is what you would do to an enemy.

00:07:13.000 It would have been a brilliant operation had she loathed them and been looking to undermine them. 0.99

00:07:18.000 The trick would have been perfect had this been Joe Biden's White House doing this to some of President Trump's most loyal supporters and media advocates.

00:07:26.000 You know, what happened was they invited all of them there to say hi to the vice president, to say hi to the president.

00:07:33.000 Sure, they all went, of course.

00:07:34.000 Who wouldn't go?

00:07:35.000 To the White House to say hello to Trump?

00:07:37.000 They didn't expect anything on Epstein.

00:07:39.000 So they went, they said hello, and before they knew it, they were pulled into a room with Pam Bondi and Cash Patel, and she had made the binders.

00:07:47.000 She bragged about making the cover sheet that read Epstein files, phase one.

00:07:52.000 And she handed them out.

00:07:54.000 And what Liz Wheeler, who was there, told me was that she told them, there's not that much in here, but like another trove is coming.

00:08:02.000 I'm going to get it from the FBI, but like here's phase one.

00:08:06.000 Flash forward 14 hours earlier to when she was on with Jesse Waters on Fox News saying, oh, you're going to see some Epstein documents tomorrow.

00:08:15.000 You're going to, she knew they were bull.

00:08:18.000 She knew that there was nothing in there.

00:08:19.000 She told the influencers when she gave it to them, there's really nothing in here.

00:08:23.000 I'm going to try to get you more.

00:08:25.000 And in the meantime, then they funneled them out the back of the White House where all the press corps was.

00:08:30.000 And the influencers are standing there with these binders.

00:08:32.000 They didn't even know they were there for Epstein. 0.98

00:08:34.000 And they looked foolish through no fault of their own. 0.99

00:08:37.000 The only fault was they trusted her. 0.99

00:08:40.000 And these are some of our best people that cut, that we should have their back.

00:08:43.000 Liz Wheeler's amazing, Jack Pesobic. 1.00

00:08:45.000 Yes.

00:08:45.000 And they got.

00:08:46.000 She dinged their credibility for no reason.

00:08:48.000 100%.

00:08:49.000 And did they ever get an apology for that?

00:08:51.000 No.

00:08:51.000 And the only way of making it up, trust me, as somebody in the media who relies on sources, the only way she could have made up for this enormous error, and truly to this day, if you believe she knew there was nothing in there, then I don't know why she did it.

00:09:06.000 She just did it to make them look like fools for fun of it. 1.00

00:09:09.000 But the only way she could have made up for it was to give them a scoop. 0.97

00:09:12.000 That's the only way of fixing it.

00:09:14.000 When you have the scoop, when you do get the second tranche, you've got to leak something to them.

00:09:20.000 You've got to let them break something.

00:09:21.000 She never did, but she continued to tout that she had something.

00:09:26.000 She was going to get that FBI file.

00:09:28.000 Then she got caught by James O'Keefe on Hidden Camera saying she had tens of thousands of videos of Epstein and little children.

00:09:37.000 It was like, what?

00:09:38.000 Well, we never heard that.

00:09:40.000 We heard he was into the barely legal type, you know, the like 18-year-olds who look 14, but we didn't hear about children.

00:09:47.000 And then because she was caught, once again, shooting off her mouth inappropriately, attorneys general of the United States normally say nothing.

00:09:54.000 They say nothing.

00:09:55.000 Eric Garland had one press conference a year.

00:09:57.000 Yes, nothing.

00:09:58.000 Bill Barr, you can get him to speak or say anything.

00:10:01.000 Even Eric Holder was less chatty than this.

00:10:04.000 So she got caught on camera and she decided to cover up the James O'Keefe slip by then running to a real camera and being like, there are tens of thousands of videos of the children and I'm announcing it all.

00:10:15.000 So once again, she didn't give that to the influencers.

00:10:20.000 Ingredients.

00:10:21.000 When I flip a container around and cannot pronounce nor recognize the ingredients, I put it back.

00:10:25.000 That's why you'll find Balance of Nature fruits and veggies supplements on a shelf in my home.

00:10:30.000 Every single ingredient is a fruit or veggie plucked from the soil.

00:11:22.000 So she had doubled down on the videos.

00:11:24.000 Is that correct, Megan?

00:11:26.000 Yes, now she's a certain amount of people. 1.00

00:11:26.000 So Epstein was not the perp in every one of those videos. 1.00

00:11:30.000 So because they've been so ambiguous.

00:11:32.000 No, but just think about this.

00:11:33.000 Unless we're led to believe that Epstein himself personally raped all these kids, children, or whatever, then isn't the statute of limitations on child rape like basically infinite?

00:11:45.000 So then why are we not indicting the people that were doing the raping that we have on video?

00:11:50.000 Like what's that all about?

00:11:51.000 Yeah.

00:11:53.000 You know this better than I do.

00:11:54.000 So Epstein's dead. 0.98

00:11:56.000 He's, you know, he's met his hopefully eternal fire where he deserves in the pit of hell.

00:12:01.000 But if it's true, the Attorney General of the United States said, just remind me, we have thousands of videos.

00:12:07.000 She said that we've got thousands of videos showing child pornography.

00:12:11.000 And she doubled down on that. 0.99

00:12:13.000 Tripled.

00:12:13.000 So you have to infer Jeffrey Epstein was not the only person involved in that.

00:12:19.000 Well, no, let me tell you what I've gleaned, but since she's been so ambiguous, take it with a grain of salt, okay?

00:12:26.000 She won't have a presser.

00:12:27.000 She won't give an interview.

00:12:28.000 She won't answer any hard questions.

00:12:30.000 All we get is the unsigned paper memo, two pages to Axios, who won't ask any questions.

00:12:35.000 So what I think she's saying is that she's found, allegedly, tens of thousands of screen grabs of child pornography.

00:12:45.000 They call it child sexual abuse material now.

00:12:47.000 It's C-Scam. 0.91

00:12:48.000 And that's what she says they found on his hard drives, like he was into this form of porn, like off the internet.

00:12:55.000 But separately, they say he had at least a thousand victims of his.

00:13:00.000 No, okay, so but a thousand victims.

00:13:02.000 Unless we are to believe he personally was after every one of those victims, there has to be some other bad guys still alive that are powerful that did something to these children.

00:13:12.000 Why are we not in paneling a special prosecutor to find every single one of these powerful people that went after these kids?

00:13:18.000 Like, what?

00:13:19.000 Why are we putting up with this?

00:13:20.000 Yeah, I don't know.

00:13:21.000 And I think you'll be able to.

00:13:22.000 Am I understanding this correctly?

00:13:25.000 Because I don't even remember Pam.

00:13:26.000 I don't even know Pam Bondi said that.

00:13:28.000 I thought, I can't even remember all this because it's all over.

00:13:30.000 I got a thing on my desk.

00:13:31.000 I got truckloads of stuff.

00:13:33.000 Yeah, no, we all have busy lives, and President Trump has a busy life, and I don't think he realizes how much she's humiliated the administration. 0.99

00:13:39.000 This is a self-inflicted wound.

00:13:41.000 She caused it.

00:13:42.000 Again, I have nothing against Pam Bondi, but if you want to look for the villain in this story, we have found her. 0.62

00:13:47.000 I mean, she is the person who's either lying now or she was lying then.

00:13:51.000 There's no two ways about it.

00:13:52.000 And if you accept what's in the memo, that they don't have the goods on anybody, there's no one who can be indicted, they didn't find a trove of info on other people, then why was she trying to titillate us over a child sexual abuse case for months?

00:14:05.000 She was on the air repeatedly in February, in March, again in May.

00:14:09.000 It's completely inappropriate.

00:14:11.000 You don't play cutesy with child sexual abuse material.

00:14:15.000 So, Megan, I don't mean to interrupt.

00:14:16.000 I mean, first of all, you're totally right, but you know the media.

00:14:21.000 You know you've been around the space of like hyper-ambitious women. 1.00

00:14:26.000 What is this?

00:14:28.000 Analyze her for us.

00:14:30.000 Well, I think she wants to make a name for herself. 1.00

00:14:33.000 What she really wants to be is a star.

00:14:35.000 That's what I think she wants.

00:14:37.000 That's why she runs to the cameras on Fox News. 1.00

00:14:39.000 There's no other reason.

00:14:40.000 Look back at the Attorneys General.

00:14:42.000 Seriously, do you ever remember knowing an Attorney General like this?

00:14:46.000 Or like even having the Attorney General's voice in your head?

00:14:50.000 I can barely remember Merrick Garland's weird little nasally voice.

00:14:54.000 But it's in there.

00:14:56.000 But the average person couldn't pick him out of a lineup.

00:14:58.000 Because normally Attorneys General are somber, serious people who are fairly annoying, but they're schooled in the law.

00:15:06.000 Pam Bondi has one trait, and I think it's why Trump chose her.

00:15:10.000 She's loyal to the president.

00:15:12.000 And I get it.

00:15:13.000 He does need somebody loyal, especially in that position.

00:15:15.000 But he has a wealth of other options.

00:15:19.000 Well, I mean, I think Judge Janine is amazing.

00:15:21.000 Do we like Judge Janine? 0.93

00:15:22.000 Are there anything else that lets Judge Janine?

00:15:24.000 Judge Janine would be brilliant.

00:15:25.000 Harmee Dillon would be brilliant.

00:15:27.000 You're calling for Pam Bondi to resign or to go.

00:15:31.000 But can you please tell people the breaking news?

00:15:34.000 According to reports that you have verified, Cash Patel and Dan Bongino will resign if what does not happen?

00:15:42.000 If she doesn't go.

00:15:44.000 I only have it on Bongino.

00:15:46.000 It's all over X, though.

00:15:47.000 No, I know, but here's, let me just tell you what my reporting is, Bongino, it's Bongino or Bandi.

00:15:52.000 He's not.

00:15:53.000 Who would you guys prefer, Bongino or Bonnie?

00:15:58.000 It's 7,000 to zero.

00:15:59.000 They want Dan.

00:16:00.000 Of course, Dan, you know why?

00:16:02.000 Because Dan understands MAGA.

00:16:03.000 Dan's part of the MAGA movement.

00:16:05.000 Dan's been an important piece of it and a mouthpiece for really important ideas and an advocate and a fierce warrior.

00:16:12.000 He's been in the trenches.

00:16:13.000 I mean, with all due respect to Pam Body, she's been in Florida.

00:16:16.000 She represented the president.

00:16:17.000 It's nice.

00:16:18.000 But do you think she really gets MAGA?

00:16:20.000 I don't think so.

00:16:21.000 She wouldn't have behaved this way if she did.

00:16:23.000 And now it's a time for choosing.

00:16:25.000 It's a time for choosing.

00:16:27.000 We're about to lose Dan for sure, and maybe Cash too, if she doesn't go.

00:16:31.000 Now, she's got some allies.

00:16:33.000 I mean, I think Susie Wiles is close with her, and Susie Wiles is amazing.

00:16:38.000 And look, there's not that many powerful women in the administration. 1.00

00:16:42.000 Maybe she wants to keep her. 0.98

00:16:43.000 She's from Florida. 0.95

00:16:44.000 Susie Wiles is from Florida.

00:16:45.000 Trump lives in Florida.

00:16:46.000 But this has gone well beyond this.

00:16:47.000 This could actually cost Trump in the midterms.

00:16:50.000 We need to make a smart choice right now.

00:16:52.000 We can't lose any of the mega babies.

00:16:54.000 And let me just also reiterate this.

00:16:56.000 And by no means did I want our very big Student Action Summit to talk about Epstein the entire, like of all the things.

00:17:04.000 I'm not like Epstein obsessed.

00:17:06.000 Some people, their YouTube channel, it's all they talk about.

00:17:09.000 I think that the fact that young people can't afford homes is something we should talk about a lot more than these things endlessly.

00:17:15.000 But this matters a lot.

00:17:17.000 And so from a media standpoint, Megan, you know the media better than anybody else.

00:17:21.000 You've been in the media, you've been outside the media.

00:17:23.000 What's this Sunday night thing?

00:17:25.000 What is that?

00:17:26.000 So you have a July 4th weekend after the big, beautiful bill, and you leak it on a Sunday night?

00:17:31.000 To Axios.

00:17:32.000 What is that?

00:17:33.000 If you want to leak it and you want conservatives to see it, you leak it to the Daily Caller.

00:17:37.000 You leak it to Fox News.

00:17:38.000 You leak it to Daily Wire.

00:17:40.000 You don't leak it to Axios.

00:17:41.000 Our people don't read Axios.

00:17:43.000 If we read Axios, it's under protest just to see what the left is saying.

00:17:46.000 So it was like, you saw it appear.

00:17:48.000 It was like, this must be bull.

00:17:50.000 There's no way this is real.

00:17:51.000 There's no way.

00:17:52.000 I can tell you right now, there's zero chance Dan Bongino's leaking to Axios.

00:17:56.000 Zero.

00:17:57.000 And cash.

00:17:58.000 So, and yet today, as we came here, there's a piece in Axios that reflects very poorly on Dan, alleging Dan only freaked out once he saw in this memo that people weren't responding well to the missing minute of the tapes of Jeffrey Empressine's cell.

00:18:15.000 Do you guys know this piece of the story?

00:18:17.000 And that he went into a meltdown like a little child and then threw a hissy fit.

00:18:21.000 So my point is not to weigh in on the truth or falsity of that.

00:18:24.000 It's false.

00:18:24.000 But it is to point out that's clearly a Bondi leak.

00:18:28.000 Very clearly, that's a Bondi leak.

00:18:30.000 So what's clear to me from this as a member of the media is Bondi leaked the memo to Axios and Bondi's doubling down by trying to get Axios to dump on Dan and trying to make him be the fall guy and or cash be the fall guy.

00:18:41.000 And she will not face the cameras.

00:18:43.000 If she means what she says, fine.

00:18:46.000 Come out and defend it.

00:18:47.000 To Dan's credit, he went on Fox a couple of weeks ago and he got beaten up pretty good for this and said, I think Epstein killed himself.

00:18:56.000 And the base went nuts.

00:18:59.000 The base doesn't believe that.

00:19:00.000 But he's like, if you got other proof, show it to me.

00:19:02.000 Well, if he faced the cameras and did it, she hasn't.

00:19:05.000 I'm open to it.

00:19:05.000 If that's true, why don't you just tell us the prisoners' names who are on the same cell block as Jeffrey Epstein?

00:19:11.000 There's a lot.

00:19:11.000 No, that's B.S. I'm sorry.

00:19:13.000 The President of the United States figured out whether HIPAA for federal prisoners, tell us, I mean, tell us who the other prisoners were if no one had access to it.

00:19:21.000 Because all of a sudden, if we find out some of these prisoners had suspicious intel ties, what I'm getting at is at some point we want answers at some point.

00:19:28.000 Yeah, answer the questions.

00:19:30.000 That's it.

00:19:33.000 Let's be honest.

00:19:34.000 Most of what comes out of Hollywood these days makes a mockery of America, our history, our values, and our faith.

00:19:40.000 But there's still a place telling stories that remind us why this country is worth celebrating.

00:19:45.000 That place is Angel Studios.

00:19:46.000 They're creating unapologetically patriotic films and shows, original films and shows that uplifts, educates, and inspires.

00:19:53.000 Like Sound of Freedom, a powerful true story that exposed the horrors of child trafficking and rallied millions to action.

00:20:00.000 Something to stand for with Mike Rowe, an incredible tribute to ordinary Americans who risked everything to defend liberty.

00:20:05.000 And The Last Rodeo, an upcoming heartland drama about a bull riding veteran who comes out of retirement to save his grandson.

00:20:12.000 It's faith, it's grit, it's the kind of storytelling Hollywood forgot how to do.

00:20:16.000 Angel is also behind shows like The Tuttle Twins, teaching kids the principles of freedom and personal responsibility.

00:20:22.000 And Green and Gold, a small-town story about a family standing up for their values and risking it all to save their farm.

00:20:28.000 These aren't just good films, they're cultural reset buttons.

00:20:31.000 When you join the Angel Guild, you don't just stream entertainment, you help create it, you vote on what gets made.

00:20:37.000 You support filmmakers who still believe in America.

00:20:40.000 As a premium member, you get two free tickets to every theatrical release.

00:20:44.000 So if you're ready to support entertainment that celebrates faith, family, community, and freedom, go to angel.com slash Charlie and become a premium Angel Guild member today.

00:20:52.000 Support entertainment that builds something worth passing out.

00:20:57.000 Again, I don't want to talk about this as long as we have.

00:21:00.000 And like we have this amazing summit, and we've spent all these resources and planning.

00:21:03.000 Charlie, wait, let me just make the case for talking about it because it's funny because you look back at the past, Dan and Cash talked about Epstein all the time when they were in my business.

00:21:12.000 The point is that hasn't been a shtick of mine.

00:21:14.000 Mine either.

00:21:15.000 Mine either.

00:21:15.000 I've talked about it when it's bubbled up.

00:21:17.000 Same, same.

00:21:18.000 But I am a lawyer by training, and I can smell BS when it's being shoveled to me.

00:21:23.000 And it's very obvious to me right now that we've got spinners trying to mess with us in Washington on a story that is important.

00:21:29.000 And here's why.

00:21:30.000 Yes, obviously, child sexual abuse matters.

00:21:32.000 And if we have some ring of pedophiles running around, I mean, outside of Hollywood, we need to know.

00:21:38.000 But here's why it does matter.

00:21:40.000 It's worthy of discussing at a place like this.

00:21:42.000 It's about transparency. 0.56

00:21:43.000 One of the main reasons that we voted Trump in was because we wanted real answers on real stories, and we didn't want to be BS'd anymore with a bunch of nonsense from our government that treated us like a bunch of stooges. 0.64

00:21:53.000 Right?

00:21:54.000 Thank you.

00:21:55.000 And I believe Trump is still loyal to that mission.

00:21:58.000 And maybe the people who are behind that memo are loyal to that mission too, but this ain't it.

00:22:04.000 That would require, especially on a story they know, they know the base has been led down with a trail of breadcrumbs to believe something else for years.

00:22:14.000 This is a story.

00:22:15.000 The only way to end it, if that's your goal, is you stand in front of those cameras and you take every single question your biggest critics have for you.

00:22:22.000 So let's go through a battle plan.

00:22:24.000 Let's say you're senior advisor for the president.

00:22:26.000 What is the 1-2-3 sequencing?

00:22:28.000 Press conference.

00:22:29.000 You would get rid of Bondi.

00:22:30.000 What else to get us back on track towards transparency?

00:22:34.000 I think the DOJ should immediately move to unseal all the Epstein documents in the Southern District of New York.

00:22:39.000 Yeah.

00:22:40.000 Everything.

00:22:41.000 Everything except sexual assault material.

00:22:43.000 I think every file should be released to the public the same way as the JFK files.

00:22:46.000 Let the American people decide.

00:22:47.000 But I'm out there because if there's nothing in there, then we can see there's nothing in there.

00:22:51.000 Now, listen, people who are truly conspiratorial, who will just never believe anything other than Jeffrey was murdered and there's a ring of pedophiles, they won't be satisfied, and that's fine.

00:22:58.000 You're entitled to believe that.

00:23:00.000 That's fine.

00:23:01.000 You're entitled to your own beliefs.

00:23:02.000 However, some percentage of skeptics will at least give them credit for opening the files.

00:23:08.000 And we could have a situation where they open the files and Dan and Cash stand there and say, I don't know what was taken out of here before we got here.

00:23:16.000 You know, it's possible that those files are rather disappointing and they're not to blame.

00:23:21.000 I don't know.

00:23:21.000 Or it's possible, I just got to say this for the record, it's also possible that Jeffrey Epstein was an absolutely disgusting predator who loved just the barely legal types and did take advantage of them and didn't actually farm a bunch of girls out to a bunch of men.

00:23:39.000 It's possible.

00:23:39.000 And I'll say this on it.

00:23:41.000 I know somebody very close to the case, very close to the case who I trust implicitly.

00:23:45.000 And that person has told me from the beginning that that's what happened.

00:23:49.000 That Epstein was very into the girls who looked like 13, but he knew he had to hire the ones who were like 17, 18 to come in and give him massages that had the so-called happy ending. 0.99

00:24:01.000 And that was really his thing.

00:24:03.000 And there are over a thousand of those.

00:24:05.000 No, I get that, but I think what people want to know is what other powerful people were involved.

00:24:12.000 Yeah, we've heard all the names who went to Epstein Island, who went to Epstein Islands, who specifically went on the plane, who stayed for more than a night.

00:24:18.000 Like, that's what Alan Dershowitz is saying, and he's so right about this.

00:24:22.000 He was dragged through the mud by that Virginia Duffrey. 0.99

00:24:25.000 And he won his case.

00:24:26.000 He did not molest Virginia Duffrey.

00:24:28.000 It was a lie, okay?

00:24:30.000 And I've done this in depth, the study of this.

00:24:34.000 His name was suggested to her by somebody who thought she'd sell more books if she named a famous guy, and it was suggested to her, how about Alan, who Jeffrey knew because Alan represented him when he got arrested for transportation of a minor in prostitution.

00:24:49.000 And Alan, you know, he, look, he did represent Epstein.

00:24:53.000 That's not great.

00:24:53.000 He represented OJ.

00:24:54.000 Isn't that worse?

00:24:55.000 Like, that's what criminal defense attorneys do. 0.99

00:24:57.000 I don't judge it.

00:24:58.000 We need them.

00:24:58.000 We need them to kick the tires on the system.

00:25:00.000 So Nanivad, that's how he knew Jeffrey.

00:25:02.000 They weren't buddies.

00:25:03.000 He wasn't like Bill Clinton palling around with him everywhere.

00:25:07.000 So she got accused.

00:25:09.000 She accused him unfairly.

00:25:10.000 But he is saying now he thinks the entire files should be opened, even if other men like Alan get swept up into like a web of like, you did it, you did it, you did it.

00:25:22.000 And then let them rehabilitate themselves the way he did.

00:25:26.000 Let them show the evidence of, I actually wasn't even in the country when I got accused.

00:25:30.000 I was at a different place.

00:25:32.000 I was at work.

00:25:32.000 I'm on camera at the Starbucks, whatever.

00:25:35.000 But why not?

00:25:37.000 Given the amount of smoke around this fire, why not just open the files?

00:25:41.000 Do you think there's any Intel community involvement in this?

00:25:46.000 I wouldn't be surprised one bit.

00:25:48.000 I am convinced, based on my own sources and my own reporting on this story, he wasn't one of ours.

00:25:54.000 So he was an American, which leads basically three options. 0.60

00:25:57.000 MI6, Saudi, or Masad?

00:25:59.000 Yep.

00:26:00.000 Which one would you choose?

00:26:01.000 I guess Mossad, given his connection to Ghelane Maxwell.

00:26:07.000 So what does that mean?

00:26:09.000 Well, I mean, it's possible that that's the reason everything's getting buried, that there is some treasure trove, and it's getting buried because Raise your hand.

00:26:17.000 Okay, I'd say about half the hands think that it's being buried because of an Israeli thing.

00:26:22.000 It could be.

00:26:23.000 I really don't know.

00:26:24.000 And I have no evidence to suggest that.

00:26:26.000 Yeah, no, me neither.

00:26:26.000 I did think it was very odd how, look, half of you raised your hands because you've heard that theory.

00:26:32.000 You've heard it debated.

00:26:33.000 You have questions.

00:26:34.000 But the one time Pam Bondi was asked a question about this at the cabinet meeting on Monday, she was like, and as for whether he was an agent, that I don't know.

00:26:47.000 I haven't looked into that.

00:26:48.000 I'll get back to you.

00:26:48.000 You haven't looked into it?

00:26:50.000 What do you mean?

00:26:50.000 So that was a bit of a fishy answer.

00:26:52.000 And Megan, remember, Alexander Acosta in 2007, he said he was told to treat Epstein carefully because he was an intel asset.

00:27:02.000 That was one of Trump's cabinet secretaries who was literally a U.S. attorney three hours from here in Florida.

00:27:10.000 He said that himself.

00:27:11.000 Well, and let me tell you the consequences of that.

00:27:15.000 His subpoena, his search warrant on Jeffrey Epstein's residence was very narrow.

00:27:21.000 It was not the kind of like, let's get everything.

00:27:24.000 Let's see everything inside this guy's dressers and so on.

00:27:28.000 It was very, very narrowly tailored.

00:27:30.000 And to this day, that's what the FBI is stuck with.

00:27:33.000 So it really is possible that Dan and Cash got in there and in like a Geraldo and Al Capone's vault situation, opened it up and we're like, oh my gosh, there's nothing in here.

00:27:46.000 Like we did not find the magic documents or photos or evidence of anything.

00:27:52.000 And why not?

00:27:53.000 I don't know.

00:27:54.000 We'll ever know why not.

00:27:55.000 I'm not sure we'll ever know.

00:27:57.000 But I guess I care less about that than I do about just open the books and be fully transparent.

00:28:02.000 Again, I don't want to feed into any of the, let's just say, speculative theories, but Alexander Acosta himself talked about Intel Asset.

00:28:10.000 And you have to wonder that the timing of all this, Sunday night, so you have the big beautiful bill.

00:28:17.000 You have Independence Day weekend.

00:28:19.000 Why are you doing this on a Sunday night?

00:28:21.000 You bury it.

00:28:23.000 But you don't bury things on Sunday night.

00:28:25.000 You do on a holiday weekend.

00:28:27.000 You do.

00:28:27.000 Like people are away, they're traveling back from the beach on Sunday night.

00:28:30.000 They're dealing with traffic.

00:28:32.000 They knew they were too smart to think that they could get away with doing it on a Saturday night or on a Friday night.

00:28:37.000 So they wanted the cover of like, we're doing it on like the night before a real News Day, but Monday after July 4th is not a real news day.

00:28:45.000 Everybody's still in transition.

00:28:48.000 Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here.

00:28:50.000 Brand new year, brand new opportunities to change the world for the better.

00:28:53.000 It's easier than you might think.

00:28:54.000 You can save babies by providing ultrasounds with pre-born.

00:28:58.000 Together with the Sanctity of Human Life Month, we're going to save 35,000 babies to show the world that not only do we believe life is precious, but we're going to do something about it.

00:29:07.000 Your gift of pre-born will give a girl the truth about what's happening in her body so that she can make the right choice.

00:29:13.000 What better way to start this new year than to join us to save babies?

00:29:17.000 And $28 a month will save a baby a month all year long.

00:29:20.000 A $15,000 gift will provide a complete ultrasound machine that will save thousands of babies for years and years to come.

00:29:26.000 It will also save moms from a lifetime of pain and regret.

00:29:30.000 I am a donor to this organization, and you should be too.

00:29:33.000 Start this new year by being a hero for life.

00:29:36.000 Go 833-850-2229 or click on the pre-born banner at charliekirk.com.

00:29:41.000 That is charliekirk.com and click on the pre-born banner.

00:29:45.000 I'm a donor.

00:29:45.000 You should be too.

00:29:46.000 CharlieKirk.com, pre-born banner.

00:29:50.000 So left unaddressed, I know this is a hypothetical, which I hate those questions.

00:29:55.000 If we just try to proceed, what does that mean?

00:29:58.000 If we just what?

00:29:58.000 Just try to proceed.

00:29:59.000 No, don't address this.

00:30:00.000 If the administration just tries to power through.

00:30:03.000 Her days are numbered.

00:30:04.000 She can't recover from this.

00:30:06.000 She's shot herself in the foot on her own credibility.

00:30:08.000 I just don't think she's going to recover.

00:30:10.000 And I'm sorry to be ungenerous, but I just don't think Pam Bondi is skilled enough to avoid making another mistake very soon.

00:30:19.000 And so that'll probably be the one that gets her.

00:30:21.000 Because President Trump, I understand fully, he doesn't want to offer a scalp in response to this.

00:30:28.000 And I get it.

00:30:28.000 He doesn't want to, and I understand why, even though it's his own people, he doesn't want to look like he sold out his people.

00:30:34.000 And he's loyal, too.

00:30:35.000 He really is.

00:30:36.000 He's very loyal to the people who are loyal to him, to his credit.

00:30:39.000 But I think he's also extremely smart, and he can read a room better than anybody.

00:30:43.000 And I think once he realizes, thanks to an event like this, et cetera, that this does matter with the base, this is not a nothing burger for them for all the reasons we've discussed, I think he'll decide she's a goner.

00:30:54.000 It's just a question of what the excuse is, more time with her family, right?

00:31:00.000 And she'll be Sayonara.

00:31:02.000 And so from a PR standpoint, so you would do an open press conference, take every possible question.

00:31:09.000 If I were Trump, I would say all three of you are going out and holding a presser.

00:31:13.000 Everybody's welcome, all comers.

00:31:15.000 And you're not leaving until we're down to the gym acostas of the world.

00:31:20.000 Like you will stay until those kinds of people have gotten to ask questions.

00:31:24.000 Because let me tell you something.

00:31:26.000 Another thing that's irritating about the whole way they've handled is they're embarrassing other good people.

00:31:30.000 Like did you see Caroline Levitt out there trying to answer questions on this? 1.00

00:31:34.000 I think Caroline's great.

00:31:35.000 Don't we like Caroline? 0.97

00:31:37.000 Same.

00:31:38.000 She has nothing to do with this.

00:31:40.000 Nothing to do with it.

00:31:41.000 I love her, and she has total credibility.

00:31:44.000 And I watched her try to like spin that memo, which is her job, and I felt nothing but empathy for her.

00:31:50.000 I agree with her.

00:31:50.000 And I also felt like, how dare you put her in this position?

00:31:53.000 This is your stink over the DOJ.

00:31:55.000 Why don't you get your own spokesperson out there to deal with it? 0.94

00:31:57.000 But don't make poor Caroline sacrifice the president's credibility and hers on this dog-turd of a story.

00:32:04.000 So they do need to wrap it up.

00:32:06.000 It should be wrapped up.

00:32:07.000 In a perfect world, Trump will say, all three of you get out there, have an open press or anybody can answer questions and just answer them all honestly.

00:32:14.000 Short of that, like we could get to, today's Friday, we could get to Monday with Dan gone, possibly Cash gone.

00:32:21.000 Again, my reporting says Cash is staying.

00:32:23.000 Others says he'll go if Bongino goes.

00:32:26.000 I think one of them knows we have a country to run, and we really do need one of them there.

00:32:30.000 No, I think we need both.

00:32:32.000 I mean, I'd hate to lose them both.

00:32:34.000 I do too.

00:32:35.000 And let's play this out for a second, though.

00:32:37.000 Let's say Bongino leaves.

00:32:39.000 Well, he's not going to keep his mouth shut.

00:32:42.000 He's got one of these, too.

00:32:43.000 He's got a big one of these.

00:32:46.000 And he will come out immediately and he will tell his side of the story, which will not help the integrity of the administration.

00:32:53.000 No.

00:32:53.000 Right?

00:32:54.000 So if you let Bongino walk, you will have somebody for years that will be bitter towards the administration, and all of us will be— No, no, no, but he'll tell the truth and we will lose.

00:33:07.000 We will be like, if Bongino can't go and fight and solve this thing, then like, I mean, what are we doing here?

00:33:13.000 Right?

00:33:14.000 If Dan Bongino, who's like one of the greatest patriots we have, cannot go and reform the FBI with cash patel after we win a popular vote majority, then I'm not, I'm like, I will never give up.

00:33:26.000 But I know for millions of people, that will be met with just a sigh of cynicism.

00:33:29.000 But think about it, you know what I mean?

00:33:31.000 Yes, 100%.

00:33:32.000 You think about, like you mentioned, Janine, Janine Pirow would take no prisoners.

00:33:37.000 She's totally confirmable, too.

00:33:39.000 She'd be great in this role.

00:33:40.000 Like, it's not like there's no bench behind Pam Bondi.

00:33:43.000 Like, there is a bench.

00:33:44.000 Janine could do it.

00:33:45.000 Harmee could do it.

00:33:46.000 Even Matt Gaetz can't do it.

00:33:49.000 I mean, he could do it, but he's not confirmable.

00:33:51.000 Yeah, he's not confirmable.

00:33:52.000 Matt Gates for a special prosecutor.

00:33:54.000 That would be very interesting.

00:33:55.000 No, that would be fun to watch.

00:33:56.000 Matt Gaetz with a government corruption special prosecutor.

00:33:59.000 Anyway, there are other people who could take over that role.

00:34:01.000 And just think about it, because I can see the untenability of Dan and Cash effectively working for Pam, right?

00:34:07.000 Like, they're working for her, and she seems feckless, except she seems somewhat petty and personal, given the leaks I'm reading. 0.85

00:34:15.000 And she seems way too focused on being a star.

00:34:18.000 It reminds me of Brian Williams of NBC.

00:34:22.000 Remember how it was like, it turned out he was more interested in seeing his mug on television and telling fake stories about what a badass he allegedly was and like Abbott Abad, you know, with CLTM6 practically raiding the compound, than he was in being taken seriously and being a credible news anchor.

00:34:38.000 And I'm sorry to say I think she suffers from that same disease, and so she has to go.

00:34:42.000 Megan, last question.

00:34:45.000 There's 7,000 people here, most of which are students.

00:34:48.000 What advice do you have for them fighting on campus, trying to figure out what they want to do with their life?

00:34:52.000 Let's do a non-Epstein end to all of this.

00:34:55.000 Awesome.

00:34:56.000 Be who you are.

00:34:58.000 Don't pretend you're a lefty in order to win any professor's good humor.

00:35:02.000 He's not worth it.

00:35:03.000 Get your D on your paper because you refuse to argue that capitalism is bad and wear it like a badge of honor.

00:35:09.000 Bring it with you into your job interview.

00:35:12.000 And that will make sure you align with an employer who's right for you, right?

00:35:17.000 Don't say that you support Planned Parenthood the way they want you to.

00:35:20.000 Don't call yourself a feminist because your teacher will give you pats on the head. 1.00

00:35:24.000 Stand up for what you really believe in.

00:35:26.000 And that's how we spread the good word.

00:35:28.000 That's how we convert others over to where we stand, rather than just get ahead pretending we're with them and then only once we have power tell our true feelings.

00:35:37.000 It's not worth it.

00:35:38.000 Anybody who came to me with a crappy GPA from one of these elite universities and then showed me all their papers that spoke up for conservatism and America and God, faith, I would hire them in an instant over somebody who emerged with a perfect GPA who went along to get along.

00:35:57.000 That's not a leader. 0.57

00:35:58.000 That's a sheep. 0.87

00:35:59.000 Don't be like that.

00:36:00.000 Stand up for your beliefs now when it matters.

00:36:04.000 Megan, you are amazing.

00:36:05.000 God bless you.

00:36:06.000 And turning point, you'll say thank you.

00:36:08.000 Thank you so much, you guys.

00:36:09.000 It's great to be with you.

00:36:11.000 Thanks so much for listening.
