00:01:32.000 I want to dive deeper into the Michael Sussman case and the entire situation around that.
00:01:42.000 There's a lot to unpack there, and the question is kind of what is justice?
00:01:46.000 How do we hold people accountable?
00:01:51.000 Is there a way to actually be able to ever have some sort of peace of mind that there is not this new group of untouchables in our country?
00:02:02.000 So we have Devin Nunez joining us in a little bit.
00:02:06.000 We're going to explore that together.
00:02:10.000 I want to get to this story here while we wait for Devin.
00:02:15.000 Teacher caught using LGBT flashcards to teach three, four-year-olds, colors.
00:02:22.000 A preschool teacher in North Carolina Public School taught colors to her three and four-year-old students using LGBT flashcards, which included a picture of a pregnant man.
00:02:33.000 Teachers' actions at Ballantyne Elementary School were discovered by State Representative Aaron Parre after one of her constituents alerted her.
00:02:41.000 Representative Parre immediately contacted the principal of the elementary school to alert her of this constituent concern.
00:02:47.000 So here are what some of the cards include.
00:02:53.000 The cards are being used by a now defunct company called Buy Us Box, who also made sets of flashcards showing non-binary and transgender animals, gender-neutral nursery rhymes, and a blackness coalition.
00:03:07.000 The company was created by two women who said they were inspired by the murder of George Floyd.
00:03:11.000 So children in North Carolina are learning from these flashcards, including one that shows a pregnant man for three and four-year-olds.
00:03:24.000 The BLM movement was pushing anti-racism conversations further into the spotlight while pandemic lockdowns meant many people were at home feeling unsure what to do.
00:03:34.000 The website continues by saying that made these cards.
00:03:37.000 We quickly moved on ahead on an idea we've already had been discussing, a way to bring anti-racism and inclusivity directly into family homes.
00:03:44.000 Is your three and four-year-old learning about how is an animal even transgender, by the way?
00:03:50.000 Has there ever been a transgender animal?
00:03:53.000 Gender-neutral nursery rhymes and a blackness collection.
00:03:59.000 Schools should use only age-appropriate materials, Parre said.
00:04:03.000 I hope schools across Wake County and the state of North Carolina will follow the example of Valentine and respond swiftly when a parent expresses concern and ensure that materials like this are not being used to teach young students.
00:04:15.000 The school district said, quote, the district is concerned to learn, yet right, to learn of inappropriate instructional resources found in a preschool classroom.
00:04:24.000 In order to help fulfill the educational goals and objectives of the school system, We strive to provide high-quality instructional materials that will enrich and support the curriculum and enhance student learning.
00:04:33.000 You see, we see this as a theme all across the country, which is it gets discovered in the school district of what we had no idea.
00:04:39.000 What exactly are you doing then?
00:04:41.000 Do you have any idea of the curriculum that's happening in your school?
00:04:45.000 An initial review determined that flashcards were not tied to the district's pre-K curriculum, did not complement, enrich, or extend the curriculum, and were used without the principal's review, knowledge, and or approval.
00:04:57.000 I'm sure no one will be fired, and they just get a slap on the wrist for using LGBT transgender flashcards, including some that have pregnant men for three and four-year-olds.
00:05:11.000 Okay, with us right now is Devin Nunez.
00:05:14.000 So we just got the Michael Sussman ruling.
00:05:16.000 Awfully depressing and maddening.
00:05:18.000 What are your thoughts?
00:05:19.000 Yeah, I think that's exactly right, Charlie, but not surprising at the same time.
00:05:24.000 In D.C., Durham had no other place.
00:05:26.000 He probably had to bring it there.
00:05:28.000 We kind of knew two weeks ago when there was three Clinton jurors.
00:05:32.000 You had a juror that was somehow related or knew Sussman's wife.
00:05:38.000 You had all kinds of, I think, conflicts there.
00:05:41.000 And look, Donald Trump got, what, 5% of the vote in Washington, D.C.
00:05:45.000 It's tough to get any jury there.
00:05:47.000 And as corrupt as things are in this country now, everything's political, and including this.
00:05:52.000 I mean, it was a pretty easy slam dunk case.
00:05:56.000 I mean, there was a text message.
00:05:57.000 He clearly lied.
00:05:58.000 And if you look at the things that many normal Americans go to jail for, this is one that was pretty easy.
00:06:08.000 So you did a lot of work on the Russia Gate situation.
00:06:11.000 You and Kash Patel were really the leaders of that.
00:06:14.000 This makes me very cynical, Devin, that there's an untouchable class, that there's no way to hold them accountable.
00:06:21.000 Are we going to see justice, or is it just kind of a mirage at this point?
00:06:26.000 Well, I think the good thing here is that the Danchenko indictment was brought in Virginia.
00:06:31.000 So this is really, you know, D.C. is accessible.
00:06:33.000 There are no Republicans there.
00:06:36.000 Look at all the cases that have been through there.
00:06:38.000 I mean, from Roger Stone to Michael Flynn, how they were mistreated.
00:06:43.000 And so I believe when you get to the Danchenko trial, all the work that we did to uncover this, this is the guy who was the supposed source.
00:06:51.000 He's got five different indictments.
00:06:54.000 If you look at what Durham was able to do, at least in assessment, I know this is not what any of us wanted, clearly, but at least what Durham was able to do is he highlighted the conspiracy for everyone to see, even though the indictment with Sussman was just overlying to the FBI.
00:07:14.000 So I think that's a positive if you can get any positive out of any of this.
00:07:18.000 But like I said, Charlie, I don't think this is surprising.
00:07:20.000 And now we're looking on to the Danchenko trial.
00:07:25.000 And will Durham bring any other indictments, which appears like he's got plenty of evidence to do that?
00:07:30.000 Yeah, he does.
00:07:31.000 The question is, has his credibility been ruined?
00:07:34.000 And how far will he continue to push this?
00:07:37.000 I have some technical questions I'm going to ask you after the break, Devin, who, by the way, he's doing a great job of running Truth Social.
00:07:42.000 Everyone has got to download the Truth Social app.
00:07:45.000 He does a great job.
00:07:46.000 I want to just ask you, why did he have to file it in D.C. and why didn't he fight against the jurors?
00:07:50.000 I don't understand that.
00:07:51.000 I mean, why didn't he object?
00:07:53.000 Maybe he did, and the Obama appointed a judge who also knows Michael Sussman, who should have recused himself, didn't allow it and just said, oh, nope, that can stand.
00:08:02.000 But, I mean, it is such a, it's a banana republic in Washington, D.C.
00:08:06.000 And, you know, Devin, you know this, but regular everyday Americans that are conservative in nature, they are losing faith in our institutions.
00:08:15.000 That's not a good place.
00:08:16.000 We don't want to be there.
00:08:18.000 So, Devin, what is any positive that could potentially come out of this?
00:08:22.000 And why didn't Durham fight on the jury selection or did he and he was just shut down?
00:08:25.000 Well, look, the only positive here is that Durham was able to show the entire conspiracy.
00:08:30.000 I think the American public, even myself who ran this investigation early on, I learned a lot of new information that was brought out by just bringing the indictment with Sussman.
00:08:40.000 And Sussman and his team fought at every single point.
00:08:44.000 And in many cases, the judge early on, just in procedural motions, ruled in Sussman's favor.
00:08:51.000 So I think what we're seeing here, nothing that surprises any of us, we're just seeing a continuation of a different set of justice for different people, depending on your politics here.
00:09:03.000 I think Durham took a chance at a very small piece of something that was just simply lying to the FBI.
00:09:10.000 It was a slam-dunk case.
00:09:12.000 And he had to, I'm guessing, Charlie, to get to answer your question, he had to bring it in D.C., one, because it was the location of the crime.
00:09:20.000 And two, I believe that's where a lot of the players lived.
00:09:22.000 I think Sussman lives in D.C. as far as I know.
00:09:25.000 So I believe that's why he had to bring it there.
00:09:27.000 And he did challenge some of these jurors, but I'm guessing he ran out of jurors.
00:09:34.000 I know there's a process in place where you can eliminate some jurors, but clearly some got through.
00:09:40.000 And look, maybe we'll learn more as if any of these jurors decide to talk.
00:09:46.000 It'll be interesting to see what they say publicly.
00:09:52.000 Yeah, I mean, you look at it, three Hillary Clinton donors and then one AOC donor and all the connections, the judge and Sussman, it's so incestuous.
00:10:01.000 So where do you see this kind of progressing from here?
00:10:04.000 The media is going to try to assail John Durham's credibility, saying that he might as well close up shop.
00:10:10.000 And then kind of a broader point, Devin, how do we hold our elites accountable?
00:10:15.000 I mean, it sure seems as if there's just kind of this untouchable kind of community that they could do whatever they want.
00:10:23.000 What are your thoughts on that?
00:10:25.000 Well, I believe that, well, one, I mean, I think everybody that's on our side here agrees that there's just been this two sets of rules for, what's the old saying, rules for thee, but not for me.
00:10:38.000 Yep.
00:10:39.000 And I think that's what we're seeing.
00:10:42.000 But I do want to make clear that there's another indictment that's sitting out there that's going to be tried in, I believe, September, October in the fall.
00:10:53.000 This is in Virginia, at least.
00:10:54.000 So I think there's a lot better jury pool there.
00:10:59.000 As we move forward, I think this is just going to be the continuing fight that we're left with in this country.
00:11:04.000 And you were saying it before the break.
00:11:05.000 We just have the decay of these institutions that have gotten so bad.
00:11:10.000 It started five, six years ago with the FBI greenlighting this whole deal, being in on the whole deal and the Russia hoax, to Supreme Court justices getting protested outside of their home and leaks of transcripts or of drafts of decisions leaking from the Supreme Court to now slam-dunk cases like this on something that the country's been dealing with five or six years now that was orchestrated by a major political figure,
00:11:39.000 Hillary Clinton, and her team.
00:11:41.000 So I think that's, you know, I don't have any great answers here, Charlie, other than to say that, you know, it's kind of the reason why I left Congress was to get out there and create True Social so that people have a network that at least we can communicate with each other on, right?
00:11:58.000 Nobody's censoring you now on True Social, so at least you can talk about some of the things that have occurred during this jury.
00:12:04.000 And just following on True Social, we had some of the best people that were actually inside the courtroom that were actually truthing while the deliberations were occurring.
00:12:17.000 And it was very, you know, it's very good to see.
00:12:20.000 I think if it was on Twitter or Facebook, you know, probably those people, if they weren't already banned, good luck at actually finding a way to follow those folks.
00:12:28.000 Yeah, it's well said.
00:12:29.000 Devin, thank you for joining us.
00:12:31.000 Truth Social, make sure you check it out.
00:12:33.000 President Donald Trump just said, quote, our legal system, he said this on truth.
00:12:36.000 Our legal system is corrupt.
00:12:38.000 Our judges and justices are highly partisan, compromised.
00:12:40.000 They're just plain scared.
00:12:41.000 Our borders are open.
00:12:42.000 Our elections are rigged.
00:12:43.000 Inflation is rampant.
00:12:44.000 Gas prices and food costs are through the roof.
00:12:46.000 Our military leadership is woke.
00:12:47.000 Our country is going to all, quote, hell, all caps hell.
00:12:50.000 And Michael Sussman is not guilty.
00:12:52.000 How's everyone else doing?
00:12:53.000 Enjoy your day.
00:12:54.000 Besides that, how was the play, Mrs. Lincoln?
00:12:56.000 So thank you, Devin.
00:12:57.000 Appreciate it.
00:12:58.000 Check out Truth Social.
00:13:00.000 Thanks for having me.

00:13:58.000 Check it out right now.
00:14:01.000 I'm sure you could use some good news.
00:14:03.000 So last week and the week prior, we were warning about how the World Health Organization was going to use its powers to try to create a pseudo-treaty with the help of America, by the way, that would destroy international sovereignty and have the ability to be able to declare international health emergencies at a win.
00:14:25.000 You will not hear about this on the mainstream media.
00:14:27.000 And special shout out to James Roguski.
00:14:30.000 We had him on our show.
00:14:31.000 He's terrific.
00:14:32.000 It's jamroguski.substack.com.
00:14:35.000 And put simply, we won.
00:14:38.000 The people won.
00:14:39.000 Remember, the power of the people is stronger than the people in power.
00:14:45.000 Now, you'll not hear about any of this on the mainstream media.
00:14:48.000 And when you dive into it, it's extraordinary about all of the amendments that were defeated and they were not even put forward at all together.
00:14:58.000 So on January 18th, 2022, the Biden regime proposed amendments to the international health regulations.
00:15:04.000 They did their best to try to keep it hidden.
00:15:07.000 On March 31st, a light started to be shined on this.
00:15:10.000 I started to see articles around this.
00:15:11.000 Well, on Friday, May 20th, a document filed in the United Kingdom court case revealed the working group on pandemic response was, quote, unable to reach a consensus regarding the new amendments.
00:15:22.000 On Tuesday, March 24th, 2022, a new set of replacement amendments was submitted to the 75th World Health Assembly in complete violation of Article 55.
00:15:32.000 On Friday, March 27, 2022, the May 24th replacement amendments were revised and published by the World Health Organization.
00:15:39.000 On Friday, May 27, 2022, the revised replacement amendments were adopted by the World Health Assembly.
00:15:45.000 The document was also adopted.
00:15:46.000 But then, the Biden administration, World Health Organization, and the forces seeking to enact a globalist agenda suffered a stunning defeat.
00:15:55.000 The events that occurred in Committee A during the 75th World Health Assembly were filled with intrigue and conflict that was masked by diplomatic politeness.
00:16:04.000 You can go through all of this at James Roguski's Substack.
00:16:07.000 It's very heady.
00:16:08.000 It's very, very detailed.
00:16:12.000 But put simply, the pharmaceutical industrial complex, because of the attention that was put forward, because of the light that was shined on this, they retreated.
00:16:24.000 All of the massive International World Health Assembly declarations of power, they were not put forward.
00:16:33.000 This goes to show the power of independent media.
00:16:36.000 Mainstream media wouldn't be bothered with this.
00:16:38.000 Mainstream corporate conservative media, by the way, they wouldn't dare be, you know, oh, well, come on.
00:16:44.000 I mean, why should we care about what's happening at the World Health Assembly?
00:16:50.000 But those of you that contacted your representatives, those of you that shared it on social media, we won.
00:16:56.000 All of us together, we won.
00:16:58.000 Tucker Carlson deserves huge credit for this.
00:17:01.000 Steve Bannon deserves massive credit for this.
00:17:04.000 By the way, Steve Bannon is another example of the Sussman kind of double standard.
00:17:09.000 Steve Bannon gets indicted for contempt of Congress.
00:17:13.000 Sussman just walks completely and totally free.
00:17:16.000 Separate issue.
00:17:17.000 The World Health Assembly had big goals, and we covered this extensively.
00:17:22.000 We had Michelle Bachman, we had James Roguski.
00:17:24.000 We went and we had Naomi Wolf, by the way, on how this was going to be an erosion of medical autonomy and sovereignty and a gift to the International Pharmaceutical Biomedical Fascist State.
00:17:39.000 And we won.
00:17:42.000 We pushed back against it, and you played a role in that.
00:17:45.000 So thank you, those of you that had the courage to stand against this.
00:17:50.000 Thank you, those of you that shared our episodes and were willing to get into this.
00:17:56.000 And by the way, if you listen to conservative media that didn't cover the World Health Assembly, that should have been a testing moment for you.
00:18:06.000 If you know conservative media that didn't, I won't be bothered by such things, the World Health Assembly.
00:18:15.000 They failed you.
00:18:17.000 Now, thankfully, we won.
00:18:18.000 We snuck out a win.
00:18:21.000 But boy, it was tight.
00:18:24.000 So that's some good news for today.
00:18:26.000 All of the amendments that were going to be put forward at the World Health Assembly failed.
00:18:32.000 Those of you that message your leaders, those that message people in control, thank you, thank you, thank you.
00:18:39.000 Okay, let's get to some other news here.
00:18:42.000 So growing up, I remember driving through and playing basketball against OPRF, otherwise known as Oak Park River Forest.
00:18:50.000 Now, this is a Chicago-based story, but it has national implications.
00:18:56.000 Now, before I go any further about OPRF, Oak Park River Forest, let's just reiterate some very basic moral truths: that judging people based on the color of their skin is evil and immoral.
00:19:07.000 That instead, we should care about people's character, about their soul, about their spirit.
00:19:13.000 The invisible is far more important than the visible.
00:19:17.000 Melanin content means nothing to the value and the dignity of an individual.
00:19:22.000 That people that want to judge others based on the color of their skin, we call these people the woke or the insane or racist, they themselves are turning America into a tribal country.
00:19:37.000 The politics of race is a dirty and nasty business.
00:19:41.000 The politics of race is used by people that otherwise would not be able to persuade or convince you to give them power, but instead they want to try and balkanize and create us into churned up, hyper-frenzied racial identity politic groups and turn us against one another.
00:20:04.000 Okay, those are all that's kind of the baseline for this conversation.
00:20:08.000 Well, OPRF, Oak Park River Forest, is implementing a race-based grading system in 2022-2023.
00:20:20.000 I'll read from the story.
00:20:21.000 Oak Park River Forest High School Administrators will require teachers next year to adjust their grading scales to account for the skin color or ethnicity of its students.
00:20:32.000 The Chicago-based school has said that they discussed the plan called the Transformative Educational Professional Development and Grading at a meeting on May 26th, presented by Assistant Superintendent Student Learner Lori Firazina.
00:20:45.000 I know what you're thinking, which is, wait a second, you're adjusting it for black people.
00:20:50.000 Isn't that saying black people are stupid?
00:20:52.000 Of course it is.
00:20:53.000 The left thinks black people are not as smart as white people.
00:20:56.000 That's the only reason you would do this.
00:20:59.000 I don't believe that at all, but the left does.
00:21:04.000 And in efforts to equalize test scores among racial groups, OPRF will order its teachers to exclude from their grading assessments variables it says disproportionately hurt the grades of black students.
00:21:17.000 They can no longer be docked for missing class, misbehaving in school, or failing to turn in their assignments according to the plan.
00:21:26.000 So just so we're clear, I thought this was a parody.
00:21:32.000 I literally, I couldn't believe it that I had to go make sure that this is not some sort of like onion type Babylon B article.
00:21:46.000 In fact, I'm going to look up the article that here.
00:21:49.000 So, yep, that's it right here.
00:21:51.000 So it's on their website.
00:21:53.000 It's on OPRFHS.org.
00:21:55.000 It's called their strategic plan.
00:21:57.000 So if you are black and you miss class, misbehave in school, or fail to turn in your assignments, you will no longer be held accountable for that.
00:22:08.000 But if you're a white student and you miss class, you'll be docked for that.
00:22:12.000 If you're a white student and you misbehave in school, you'll be docked for that.
00:22:16.000 If you're a white student and you fail to turn in their assignment, your assignment, you'll be docked for that.
00:22:21.000 Traditional grading practices perpetuate inequalities, inequities, and intensify the opportunity gap.
00:22:28.000 How racist you must be to believe that young blacks shouldn't have to go to class.
00:22:37.000 Like, oh, they're too stupid.
00:22:39.000 We must treat them differently.
00:22:42.000 Never underestimate the elitism or racism that white liberals have.
00:22:48.000 It is what OPRF leaders call a competency-based grading, eliminating zeros from the grade book, encouraging and rewarding growth over time.
00:22:59.000 Teachers are being instructed how to measure student growth while keeping the school leader political ideology in mind.
00:23:08.000 Teacher and administrators for OPRF High School will continue the process necessary to make grading improvements that reflect our core beliefs.
00:23:17.000 How is this legal, by the way?
00:23:19.000 How is this not a violation of the Civil Rights Act to say that white kids have to show up to class, but black kids don't?
00:23:26.000 To say that white kids have to turn in their homework, but black kids don't.
00:23:31.000 I have a mixed opinion on this.
00:23:33.000 Obviously, it's evil.
00:23:34.000 But for white liberals that live in Oak Park River Forest, and there's a lot of them, I would just love to see their reaction.
00:23:40.000 The Obama-Biden, Black Lives Matter, triple mask-wearing, Ukraine flag-waving liberals that will always just kind of read the New York Times, they're like, yes, I'm a very enlightened person.
00:23:50.000 Well, now your seventh grader that wants to go to Harvard at Oak Park River Forest, who you've been tutoring and making sure is always in elite circles, they have to do their homework, but their black friends don't.
00:24:02.000 How do you have to feel?
00:24:04.000 What do you feel about that?
00:24:05.000 White liberal?
00:24:10.000 This is one of the reasons why Chicago has become unrecognizable to me.
00:24:13.000 This is not the Chicago I grew up in at all.
00:24:18.000 OPRF saying that, oh, yeah, if you're black, you don't have to show up for class.
00:24:22.000 We're not going to discipline you.
00:24:24.000 You could do whatever you want.
00:24:25.000 But remember, the Smithsonian said that rugged individualism, emphasis on the scientific method, the Protestant work ethic, showing up on time, talking properly, justice, and actually communicating properly, these are symptoms of whiteness and white culture.
00:24:42.000 That was your taxpayer funding that went to the Black Museum, the Black History Museum at the Smithsonian Black History Museum.
00:24:52.000 It continues by saying, advocates for so-called equity-based grading practices, which seek to raise the grade point average of black students and lower the scores of higher-achieving Asian, white, and Hispanic ones, say the new grading criteria are necessary to further school districts' mission of diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice.
00:25:10.000 Will anybody who actually supports diversity, equity, inclusion come on my program and defend this?
00:25:16.000 That black kids can no longer be penalized for missing class, misbehaving in school, or failing to turn in their homework.
00:25:27.000 So basically, if you don't show up to class, you're always kind of horsing around, and you don't do one homework assignment, you'll be judged the same as Carlos Gutierrez, who does all of his homework, shows up on time, but Carlos Gutierrez is now going to be graded differently than the black student.
00:25:52.000 This is the resegregation of America.
00:25:55.000 It's very serious.
00:25:57.000 This is not some sort of far-out, distant in the clouds academic argument.
00:26:02.000 This is now that if you are white, you are being penalized.
00:26:07.000 Oak Park River Forest, Illinois.
00:26:10.000 This is heading all across the country, everybody, if we don't stop it.
00:26:14.000 Diversity, equity, inclusion.
00:26:17.000 Again, blacks in OPRF will no longer be docked for missing class, misbehaving in school, and failing to turn in their assignments.
00:26:25.000 I refuse to believe in that racist construct where blacks must be treated differently than whites.
00:26:34.000 Look, did you get hit with a big tax spill you were not expecting?
00:26:37.000 With rates still being very low and home equity being high, it's the perfect time to refinance and get some cash out of your home.
00:26:44.000 Look, you could go to one of these woke banks, Citibank, Chase, where they hate you, they hate the country, and they hate Christianity.
00:26:52.000 Or you could refinance right now all of your mortgage needs with my friends.
00:26:56.000 Guess what?
00:26:57.000 It's so easy to remember the website, andrewandTodd.com.

00:27:41.000 That's AndrewandTodd.com.
00:27:46.000 Over the weekend, you might have seen the story of Paul Pelosi, who got arrested for a DUI in Napa Valley, California.
00:27:58.000 Now, there's a couple wrinkles on this that I want to take.
00:28:01.000 The first of which is: so I would have a question for Nancy Pelosi, which is: if your husband doesn't follow DUI laws, why would criminals follow gun laws?
00:28:11.000 If your husband can't follow the basic 0.08 blood alcohol level, why would a criminal follow a gun ban?
00:28:23.000 Maybe it's because people don't always follow the law.
00:28:27.000 The law is a guide.
00:28:28.000 The law is a teacher.
00:28:31.000 What exactly are you trying to accomplish here, Nancy?
00:28:34.000 Now, look, I'm not one to judge.
00:28:38.000 I'm not much of a drinker at all.
00:28:41.000 But I'll be very honest.
00:28:43.000 I think we would all agree that if you were married to Nancy Pelosi, you would be drunk all the time.
00:28:49.000 Like, no question about it.
00:28:51.000 Totally understand it.
00:28:53.000 Now, the other question, though, is that if you're worth like $400 million, whatever Paul Pelosi is worth, they can't afford a car service.
00:29:07.000 They can't afford like an Uber from Napa Valley.
00:29:12.000 And there's also a less, let's say, humorous way to take this, which is a DUI is no joke.
00:29:20.000 I know a lot of people that have suffered in car accidents and near-death experiences because of other people that were drunk.
00:29:28.000 I know people that lost loved ones because of that.
00:29:33.000 Now, do you think Paul Pelosi will go to jail or do you think he's just going to get kind of community service?
00:29:37.000 I think we all know what's going to happen there.
00:29:40.000 The speaker's office had, quote, no comment when they reached out to the shenanigans of Paul Pelosi.
00:29:50.000 The weekend arrest of Paul Pelosi, the husband of the U.S. Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, on suspicion of driving under the influence, came after the Porsche he was driver, driving, was hit by another car.
00:30:02.000 Paul Pelosi, 82, was taken into custody shortly before midnight.
00:30:06.000 He was driving a 2021 Porsche, of course.
00:30:09.000 The market's been very good to him into an intersection near the town of Untville.
00:30:14.000 I know exactly where that is.
00:30:15.000 And was hit by a 2014 Jeep, the California Highway Patrol said in a statement.
00:30:19.000 No injuries were reported.
00:30:21.000 So they only knew it because he got hit by another car.
00:30:26.000 You got to wonder, why would he not just call an Uber?
00:30:28.000 Isn't Pelosi, aren't they?
00:30:29.000 They're probably investors in Uber or whatever.
00:30:32.000 They think they are above the law.
00:30:35.000 It is not hypocrisy.
00:30:37.000 It is hierarchy.
00:30:40.000 They believe they are better than you.
00:30:42.000 And he's 82.
00:30:42.000 What is he doing driving a Porsche drinking like that when he's 82 years old?
00:30:47.000 No offense to anyone that's 82 listening, but I mean, really?
00:30:52.000 You're driving at midnight in Napa Valley in Uteville in a 2021 Porsche.
00:30:57.000 What do you like?
00:30:59.000 Midlife crisis?
00:31:00.000 These people.
00:31:01.000 He was booked in the Napa Valley detention center.
00:31:04.000 I'm sorry, at 4:13 a.m.
00:31:05.000 So he was driving rather early in the morning on Sunday with a bail set at $5,000 and was released at 7.26 in the morning.
00:31:13.000 Paul, you can't do this.
00:31:16.000 You're going to embarrass the family.
00:31:18.000 Well, he already did.
00:31:19.000 Thank you so much for listening, everybody.
