00:02:03.000 Recent polling shows that Donald Trump is doing very well in Nevada and doing very well in Arizona and doing very well in Georgia and other recent polling shows that, you know, Joe Biden, for whatever reason, is doing well in Wisconsin or Michigan and Pennsylvania.
00:02:18.000 And our team all of a sudden came together, Andrew and Blake and Ryan, and we said, well, according to the website, it shows that Joe Biden, under that polling circumstance, would become president by two electoral votes.
00:02:31.000 And one of our team members came out and said, yeah, unless Nebraska just goes and fixes it and we kind of have a spirit at turning point.

00:02:51.000 And we are action-oriented.
00:02:53.000 We are people that listen to the grassroots and we want to do stuff.
00:02:57.000 And so I said, Blake, just sent out a tweet.
00:03:00.000 And so we drafted something up, and the whole team comes together and all this.
00:03:03.000 And so then the second segment, I was supposed to do this whole show about how Joe Biden is failing with young people.
00:03:09.000 And all of a sudden, I do the second segment all about winner-take-all in Nebraska.
00:03:12.000 And people are loving it across the country.
00:03:15.000 And so I do the third segment about it.
00:03:16.000 And I do the fourth segment, the fifth segment.
00:03:18.000 You guys know what I'm talking about.
00:03:19.000 All of a sudden, next thing you know, I'm wearing Nebraska hats and I got all sorts of stuff going on.
00:03:29.000 So we send out the tweet, we do the thing, and to your governor's great credit, five hours later, Governor Pillen comes out and says, I endorse winner-take-all.

00:03:40.000 I will sign the bill.
00:03:52.000 And then President Trump, a couple hours later, says this is a top priority.
00:03:57.000 We need to get this done.
00:03:58.000 And all of a sudden, we have this momentum.
00:04:00.000 We were told by people in the unicameral, this thing is dead.
00:04:04.000 This thing is over.
00:04:05.000 We call this the Lazarus Project.
00:04:07.000 We are bringing this thing back from the dead, everybody.
00:04:13.000 And this is all the grassroots.
00:04:15.000 And so these last couple of days, I know more about Nebraska unicameral procedure.
00:04:24.000 If this talk show thing doesn't work out, I'm going to go become a lobbyist down at the Capitol, and I would make a lot of money.

00:06:12.000 Donald Trump wins the state of Florida.
00:06:14.000 Donald Trump flips the state of Georgia.
00:06:15.000 Donald Trump wins the state of North Carolina.
00:06:17.000 Donald Trump wins Ohio.
00:06:19.000 He wins Iowa.
00:06:20.000 He flips Arizona.
00:06:21.000 He flips Nevada.
00:06:22.000 And Joe Biden gets 270 electoral votes.
00:06:25.000 And you see that little dot?
00:06:28.000 Now, I'm not here to point any fingers.
00:06:30.000 What you guys were thinking to do, this goofy system back in 1991, it was probably well intended, but this whole thing is just the goofiest thing I've ever seen.

00:06:45.000 Now, imagine.
00:06:46.000 And by the way, it's not just us that are pinpointing this.

00:06:59.000 Nebraska Republicans may take the one electoral vote Biden needs most.

00:07:14.000 And this is a divine sort of coming together where they thought, oh, Nebraska Republicans, they're not paying attention.

00:07:23.000 And you snuck attacked them.
00:07:25.000 It was a sneak attack.
00:07:26.000 They thought that, look, what is going on here?
00:07:28.000 All of a sudden, they're running ads and they're doing MSNBC segments.
00:07:31.000 And it is a testament to the power of all of you.
00:07:34.000 Now, look at what happens.
00:07:36.000 Even if Joe Biden were to win Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin, Nebraska goes all red.
00:07:41.000 It ends at a 269 tie.
00:07:43.000 What happens then?
00:07:44.000 Goes to the House of Representatives where every single state gets one vote.
00:07:48.000 And even if we were to lose the House, every state getting one vote, we're almost guaranteed to win in a House vote, making Donald Trump the 47th president of the United States.

00:10:41.000 So it all comes down to this district right here, this state.
00:10:46.000 And also just so happens, we redo the census every 10 years.
00:10:50.000 In 2020, you know, the one electoral vote, winner-take-all, it was important, but it was not decisive.

00:11:27.000 And look, we're not going to celebrate until that bill is being held up and we survive any legal challenges, all of the out-of-state money comes in.

00:11:42.000 It has to withstand legal challenges because they're going to sue baby Sue as soon as this gets passed, right? 0.66

00:11:50.000 And this is one thing I want to empower you because I bet some of you feel as if I live in Nebraska, you know, we kind of were forgotten.
00:11:58.000 And the rest of the country, you know, they're always talking about New York or LA or San Francisco or Miami, maybe Chicago where I'm from, which is not really worth talking about anymore, honestly.
00:12:08.000 And what you're talking about is Nebraska could pick a president.

00:12:15.000 And I don't need to remind you the stakes of the game.
00:12:20.000 You know this at your core.
00:12:22.000 You know this in your gut.

00:12:24.000 By the way, we are at overflow capacity here tonight, and you better believe that that message is being heard in the Capitol.
00:12:33.000 This, I am told, this, I am told, is the largest Republican conservative event of the year.
00:12:48.000 And if we have to come back and do another one, we will, because this is a question of the will.
00:12:54.000 And that is the thing that makes the grassroots development of the Republican Party so exciting.
00:12:58.000 For years, it was the Democrats that had all the activist people walking in the streets, but it was Donald Trump who all of a sudden said, I am a fighter for you, that I want to make America great again and bring jobs back to this country and secure our border.
00:13:09.000 The movement that he built that gave you a voice fundamentally transformed the Republican Party from a party of crony insiders to a party of the American people.
00:13:20.000 And you're all part of that.
00:13:21.000 And it is not just going to happen overnight.
00:13:24.000 It takes energy.
00:13:25.000 It takes effort, but it also takes the will to get it done.
00:13:29.000 This is what is the most important thing that must be communicated.
00:13:33.000 And you have to just keep the pressure on to the legislature.
00:13:36.000 Again, just say, hey, we need to get this thing done.

00:13:43.000 As far as they're saying, well, you know, I have an opinion on the bill, but your why is very simple.

00:13:55.000 Your why is because maybe you're a new father or mother and you're terrified of the nation that your child has to inherit.
00:14:04.000 Your why might be that you're a grandparent and that you stay awake at night horrified that this country might become a Marxist dystopia.
00:14:12.000 And fly over country has been insulted by the coastal elites for years.
00:14:18.000 They've called you deplorables, clinging to your gun and clinging to your religion.
00:14:22.000 Why on earth would we allow them to cling on to one of your electoral votes anymore?

00:14:41.000 How many of you thought a week ago that all of a sudden Nebraska would be thrown right into the middle of the national conversation?

00:14:55.000 Mark Levin, by the way, came out last night with a 10-minute segment saying, we need a special session, winner-take-all, no excuses.

00:15:13.000 I could, but I don't want to be me.

00:15:19.000 You know damn well if it was a Democrat running the show under these circumstances, they'd do whatever they'd have to do.
00:15:27.000 And for once, we have something we can do rather than wring our hands and whine.

00:18:43.000 And Donald Trump, people ask me all the time, they say, why is it that you support him so enthusiastically, even after all the indictments?

00:18:53.000 The indictments make me support him even more so and more enthusiastically.
00:19:02.000 And I say, this is a man who could have went and golfed at Mar-a-Lago for the rest of his life after his first term.
00:19:11.000 He didn't have to do this.
00:19:12.000 They raided his home as a warning sign.
00:19:16.000 They said, you better back off.
00:19:18.000 We're going to put you in jail.
00:19:20.000 And they indicted him in New York, which is a catastrophe.
00:19:23.000 They indicted him in Georgia.
00:19:24.000 They indicted him twice federally, facing 700 years in federal prison.
00:19:31.000 And he refused to surrender.
00:19:33.000 He refused to back down.
00:19:37.000 Because understand at the core, what is behind that whole thing is that they want to get to you, get to your value system.
00:19:47.000 He just happens to be in the way.
00:19:50.000 And the Trump doctrine, otherwise known as the MAGA doctrine, I wrote a whole book about it, is that we're going to play offense against the left.
00:19:57.000 We are no longer going to accept comfortable losing.
00:20:02.000 We are no longer going to accept excuses from our elected officials.
00:20:08.000 We are no longer going to say, you know, I really hope it gets better and all this sort of stuff.
00:20:13.000 Instead, we must understand we have more combined political power than they have ever allowed us to believe.

00:20:22.000 We outnumber Democrats, not me.
00:20:23.000 You guys outnumber Democrats two to one in the state.
00:20:27.000 600,000 registered Republicans, 300,000 registered Democrats.
00:20:31.000 It is a two-to-one red state.
00:20:34.000 Two to one.
00:20:40.000 And imagine if Massachusetts had a goofy electoral system where they were just the one red sliver of Massachusetts or California was giving an electoral vote to Trump.
00:20:51.000 They would go into special session immediately and work through the night and go through it.
00:20:55.000 So why?
00:20:56.000 And I got to be honest, the amount of consolidation we've seen from Senator Ricketts, Governor Pillen is promising because there's an urgency to get behind this and to get this done.
00:21:06.000 But why all of a sudden is it even a question?
00:21:08.000 And the reason is that some Republicans are uncomfortable doing something that might be historic if it means that the media might write bad things about you.

00:21:22.000 Tune out the media.
00:21:24.000 The people of Nebraska will count you as heroes if you get this done.
00:21:40.000 I'm going to close with a couple things.
00:21:42.000 As you know, I'm traveling the country like crazy right now.

00:21:46.000 I said, hey, if we get enough momentum, I'm going out to Nebraska.
00:21:48.000 I did this live on air, and here we are.
00:21:51.000 And if we have to come back, we're going to come back.
00:21:55.000 We'll do what it takes, right, Hank?

00:22:20.000 Our party is increasing in number with working-class blacks and working-class Hispanics.
00:22:26.000 We are seeing the Republican Party continue to be the muscular class party, where the Democrat Party is the party of the rich, the few, and the well-connected, and the angry and the bitter government-addicted class.
00:22:38.000 And we are the party of people that shower before work and shower after work.
00:22:42.000 The people that get their hands dirty, the people that protect our streets, the people that manufacture our goods and products, the people that built this country.
00:22:55.000 And you could tell the bad guys are nervous.
00:22:58.000 They're nervous because they know they are on shaky ground.
00:23:00.000 This is a top-down revolution.
00:23:03.000 Understand that bad people, tyrants and dictators, hold on to power through two main ways: fear and free stuff.

00:23:13.000 Joe Biden was in Wisconsin yesterday trying to bribe the young people of this nation, saying, I'm going to forgive your student loans.
00:23:21.000 The week before, he and his Department of Justice put a great-grandmother convicted in a D.C. jury to serve multiple years in federal prison for praying inside the Capitol on January 6th, a non-violent offense.
